"I was. I was kinda surprised bill. Tom wise as he just belcher. Drop that wanting for motivation for super bowl in distorting thrown theories out there But i love number nine for tampa. The joe trion kid. Shankar who from washington was the first round pick. He's he's filthy. I don't know if it's the number nine on the other side though. Why nikiel harry was given number one. I don't somebody should have stepped in and been like. Hey dude actually we. We can't give number one like are you serious Did you get into kill harry jersey. No no no. It was Even when they made the pack when they made the pictures like this can't work out. I don't know why just can't work out that we picked the receiver. So i was never a danger getting kill hair jersey but i would say nobody has talked about how they gave mack jones. Josh gordon's number. But i just didn't think anybody would bring that up so just throwing it out there. It is kinda did that without a second time. I'm glad you did. I'm glad you did. I could go all day on college football. I'm not going to do that. I just wanted to mention something that for all the college football angst about how they organized their playoff structure. What it should or shouldn't be and there's these are the things were there's never ever a perfect system like split up a beach house family members. Might we can try these things but somebody's gonna get group the fact that the dodgers one hundred six games and now have to win one game to get into the playoffs. This isn't the real place. One game while cards are not the real play in. That's not real. I refuse to believe it's real. I hope one franchise hangs a banner for a loss one game but to play a hundred and sixty two baseball games and win a hundred and six of them in by adding the extra wildcard in this system. It's like oh now you guys didn't win your division. Could san francisco wants somebody games. You have to play another team one time and win that to then be in the playoffs. That doesn't get enough credit for how dumb that is. I mean you wanna talk about display again. This isn't like a guy who was like. Yeah you know. I used to watch a ton of baseball in the regular season. Now i don't because of this. That's not even going here which is always the anti college football expansion argument my my argument with college. Football eight twelve teams. Is you know you're going to have a team here. Playing one game situation. That probably has three losses. That didn't even win. Its side of the division now playing for a chance to play for national championship. Like what the hell we just do. Why are we play these twelve games to play one hundred sixty to one hundred six and then be like. Hey here the cardinals. Good luck that. I can't be the only one that's as offended as i've been over the last twelve hours for this. Feel free to add in anything or maybe no one cares. I don't know.

"Espn plus. It was important for the new england offense to start out quickly according to quarterback cam newton. Here's what he had to stay about. Say that fast. Start on thursday evening. That's one of our keys away. And each and every week is no star fast and giving type of opportunity. We have pretty much good field position and we just had to uphold our into the bargain close challenged us. You know in the passing game just to be more efficient and That's what we just tried to do. You know throwing catch Have good disciplined in the zone. Defenses in amanda man defenses. Whatever they threw at us and That's always just tried to when he's talking about that efficiency. Joe joe forton. Bond courtney cronin sitting in for max kellerman on this friday afternoon. I think of mack jones in this one series osas. I drive on thursday night. It was seventeen play series which took like ten minutes off the clock. But i think back to what the scouting report was on him coming out of college and the fact that he was kinda dubbed. This manager right. He had a million superstar on defense and he had some pretty good weapons on offense including devante smith who was on the other side other sideline yesterday for the philadelphia eagles. But all that we've seen from him in training camp practices and now in these preseason games is that maybe it's not the fact that he's around. He doesn't need to be surrounded by this sort of outrageous talent. In order for him to succeed and i bring up that i drive from the game last night. Seventeen plays ninety one yards nine minutes and four seconds and he went down to the end zone. I mean that to me is something as a coach. You're looking at him saying okay. This is somebody who has a command of what we are asking him to do. And the most important play that came out of that series was at third and thirteen from his own. Six yard line when he hit nikiel harry for seventeen yards. That's arm strength and there was another play actually that i think demonstrated what that was his arm strength much better than that specific one. But i'm seeing something in mack. Jones kind of feels like this evolutions early part is early process for him of how good he can be in not needing everything perfect effectively around him. Think about the advantages. Jones and the patriots have prior to this union forming a few months ago at the draft. Right jones is coming to new england where his head coach at alabama is very close friends with bill. Belichick all right. So if your check in the patriots. You're getting the ultimate scouting report on mack jones. It's not as if sabin is going to sugarcoat anything or give you a negative review. He's going to tell you the truth. And bella checks comfortable with what he's hearing. He knows what he's working with for jones. He's going to get the briefing from sabin going into this. This is what bill is going to expect of you. This is what they liked to do on offense and he's going to be able to hit the ground running. It's a great relationship for each individual but this year while all the talk is going to be about the quarterback battle. The success in new england is gonna come on the other side of the ball. You're not going to need a four hundred yard passer each week. You're not gonna need patrick. Mahomes out there everything. In order to win it would be nice. This new england defense is welcome back dante hightower who opted out. Last year they went and signed matthew jude from the baltimore. Ravens kyle is coming back from miami. He knows the system deb. Mccord's defined gilmore in the secondary. And you bring in jalen mills for depth as well. This is a very good defense and last year everyone wrote the page. Oh they finish the season in scoring the giving up just two points per game as they upgrade that unit offensively. They're going to need to be able to run the ball and protect the bone if they do that. They're going to find themselves with a chance to win. A lot of football games. This season much more patriots talked to get into later in the show. That was straight talk. Brought to you by straight talk wireless no contract no compromise. Let's head out now to the goodyear hotline where we will tap in with drew pearson cowboys hall of fame. Wide receiver. Gotta start out. What took so long to get you into the hall. Congratulations you for the congrats. And if i had an answer to what took so long. I would saw that problem a long time ago but It's just part of the process. It's a tough Process to go through. You have to be patient with the process while you're going through the process you can criticize it because if you do. You're criticizing the hall of fame. If you criticized. The hall of fame is criticizing those great players that are in the hall of fame so You just be patient and deal with it and hope that your name will be called one day and mine was and i'm blessed that it became about it is i feel blessed more than anything then. I'm able to understand it appreciate it. Accepted doing acceptance speech and know what it all means and and You know at my age sometimes You know that's you know doesn't worked out that way so for me. It did so. I'm blessed in that regard as well. Well congratulations a well. Deserved honor getting into the pro football hall of fame. Let's talk about your cowboys. Mike mccarthy said this week that he doesn't really look likely at this point just given dak prescott shoulder injury that we're gonna see him at all or much at all in the preseason. Now there's a lot of debate about quarterbacks and your starters needing to play in preseason games the use of it what have you. but now he's dealing not only with the ankle injury but he's got that shoulder injury in my question is it feels like if you don't throw him out there at least for a series or to at some point during this preseason that you're risking him really not being able to get into a rhythm come week one. Do you see it the same way. Because i know we're trying to preserve his healthier. But i'm also concerned about that. Rust factor. yeah good call. 'cause i said exactly the same way and i would want if i'm back. I would want some game action. I would want to know how much pressure can put on my leg with with a situation. My arm might be in At this point..

"Mike smith over the last few years where like in two thousand fifteen two thousand sixteen i think they like led the league undrafted players. They took and then after that it was like no. We're fine. we don't need anymore. You guys and it culminated. Obviously last year. They didn't keep any undrafted. Free agents on the any of that year. I it's like your job. They knew their job was on the line. And they didn't want to take any chances Even though we see like a couple of them have now been They're you know on other rosters in probably make their opening day rosters from what i know. So yeah you missed out on some good players. But i get the like you're on you're on the hot seat so you don't wanna take as many risks didn't matter yeah. Yeah that's basically where the falcons are third. They're going to have undrafted players. They're going to have a lot of these one year deals but The when you're dealing particular we've talked about before but i'll reiterate it guys when you're deals are great if you can get players to agree to him because best case scenario where they outplayed their contract. They go somewhere else next year. These are players sort of stacking up as potential complex. This is the ravens strategy you know patriots strategy to these teams always have a bunch of and the reason they do is because they signed a guy sees one year deals so if any of these guys happened to work out and hit. You know you're looking at these guy at you getting complex in return when they sign elsewhere for big money. So that is something to keep in. Mind the falcons. I think are hoping that they can obviously keep some of these guys but they play really well but some of them will be like go and hopefully they can get big money elsewhere and help the fact that it's pick up some extra draft capital going forward because some of the most successful teams in the league or the one that wants to capitalize on that compensator draft formula and know how to game it and know how to get those picks coming in. I think that it's you know. The falcons got a couple during the clinton td regime after basically never getting any during the mike smith regime. But i'd like to see it a more consistent year to year thing as opposed to like. Maybe we have some this year. Maybe we have some this year but We'll see but definitely thanks for coming on evident and thanks for thinking erica's well. We're all surprised to see the last thing the yet definitely The one like it was a rumor from like not very credible account. But it was kind of interesting about akil hairy eric side. But the falcons okay. Okay see you guys talked about it so we were talked about it but erika's very dismissive of the account. I mean like yeah. I mean yeah i mean i don't trust the source. Yeah but yeah. But i mean if they wanted to send a conditional seventh for nikiel harry. I have zero problem with that. I don't expect anything from tequila. Harry at this point we've seen that archetype not really have a lot of success in the nfl lately. Not sure why all the sudden that sort of archetype is not working out. I mean it's probably the evolution of offices in other things like that but you know alternate conditional seven just about anybody you know because it's conditional they don't make my roster. I'm not giving up seven. So i'll take a flyer but yeah yeah i mean i think it was a little bit early to take him to begin with but he obviously hasn't had a great chance to thrive in new england. Lately i mean no one's really been thriving there and some of that's due to injury and new end up getting sick. Have there's been that great. No no. Tom brady covered up a lot of problems on that so he really didn't all right. Well we're gonna go ahead and wrap it up tonight folks. we are going to there. Some other topics obviously with regards to train kept ever mentioned a wide receiver battle. That's another big one. We gotta save like some content for the next couple of weeks because we gotta get through until trank have. I'm thinking maybe the night before training camp will actually have some things to talk about. Hopefully but we gotta save some of these topics for next week's show but until we get to their want to. I think i feel for pop in his. At evan burchfield on twitter. Evan anything. you're working on anything you want to plug now. Just foul called dot com and liking. Subscribe to this. Oh go instagram. "How would you not easily easily you know and then you see him doing stuff. That's like going back to an iowa. Basketball game chugging. Checking on the air that type of stuff that people look at. Because it's like yeah you're a millionaire you play one. Play the best sport in the world in my opinion in your regular guy. And i think that's what people really like. Yeah and that was fun. I i like having those conversations with you 'cause you know something to martell taylor tells me. He recently had his camp in in san diego and he had george kittle and wagner participate in his camp. And i'm like. Oh my god do like you. Have these guys participating. That's huge like dot late. Were normal people are. He's like we're regular people so George kittle i a lot of us. See him regular person's spotlight but in a more real conversation that people have been talking about a lot. And i want your opinion on this. Buy or sell to kill harry for a day. Three draft pick. How can you not by that. I mean i understand the concerns. He can't separate up. He gets hurt a lot and things like that but a sixth round pick is nothing six round picks end up being nothing when you usually you know if you hit on a sixth round pick. It's luck. that's not something that you you're not going into your drafts a man. I can't wait to get to that six round pick. That's where the value is. No most of the time you're either taking shot on somebody who's either injured that will you. Can you can turn around or developmental project. Why wouldn't you take a chance on a guy that leads you to brandon when you win you scouted and kill harry N look yet. He's having trouble separating new england. That's fine but i would counter argue. That with caution handles had guys open and and there's been plenty of people who haven't been able to exactly separate You know by themselves. has gonna find a way to get it done so i mean honestly for a six picked too easy. That's to incentive. Send it over and if anything higher than third afford that that's out of the range but a six six ron conditional i believe is what they're looking for that releasing easy to me and especially when you can reap benefits from it if he does come around. So i like the thought of richie james junior you know. He did have the hundred and eighty two yard game against the packers. Virtually he was the only receiver on the team. So that set that up on t. But i look at his route running. I don't know if you feel the same way. It is not really chris. It doesn't really lean to a shanahan a prototype prototype wide receiver He's not very twitchy when he rents his routes. Everything's you know at a curve. Or it's on a screen to set up. Open space for richie james or just doing a dina wheel like he did week. One against tampa bay where jimmy hit him. On the first touchdown of the season. But i think nick you'll harry could be a whole lot better than that and i say that more. So as okay. Well if richie james junior in really the route renner that shanahan's gonna want and they're not very chris. Why can't nick. He'll carry nikiel harry. Wow i'm butchering names here. Why can't harry get open and shanahan offense and create separation. If he's doing that for for these other guys like river cray craft on a on a post corner. Unfortunately the ball rolled out of his hands. But and dine by nick. Mullins i get. Yeah we have to celebrate. Every you know best throw by nick mullins or nfl. Throw by nick mullins because there was a lot that weren't So if he's doing that with these guys why can't he do that with an akil harry and get say were looking at a wide receiver. Three five hundred yards from him. It's not like the forty niners are trading for nicole harry to get me eight hundred nine hundred a thousand yards. We're talking about five hundred yards third down conversions red zone appearance that he says he wants to be per his agent I think that's where the thought of nicole heriot's let's put the bar at a more realistic projection of if the forty niners traded him and he was on this team rather than setting that bar high. Like if the forty niners gave up a day two pick for the guy. So you're expecting seven hundred and fifty yards. No you're giving up a day three. Pick for guy this young on a rookie contract. You're not expecting seven hundred and fifty yards If it happens this team to an era out team or someone got injured. Unfortunately which i probably don't want either of those things to happen As much as i would love an air out offense that doesn't really bode well for time of possession. Defense thing fresh defense being ready So you do need that running game out there We we too much chip. Kelly's offense it. What happens when your defense gets exposed. But deforest buckner have over thousand snaps as a rookie or second year which is completely insane But then i don't know tell me about the benefits of not giving up a six round. Pick on the kill harry and getting someone or you could also talk to me about the downside of getting someone in the draft that late so now you have four years of service time. Compared to just to well. I compared to john jennings. He was a six round pick in. He wasn't even on the team last year and it was a lot of his issue was is. He couldn't separate. that's that's what they said. You know now. All accounts out of camp. This year are the. He's much better. But i think that against be my point about trump being developmental people people. You're taking a shot on any way you know we already know. This is well documented at the forty. Niners were in on in kill harry. They went in. They scouted him and that means that they really enjoyed something about his game. So and you and we also know that when shanahan gets it in his head about a guy he gets tunnel vision. I kind of brought this up in. Its don't wanna really get too many people upset but jalen hurd got drafted which maclaurin on the board. Now we can tell right now on your three. That wasn't the right pick at this point. Sarah maclaurin is better than jalen In place but again at speeds to at times cash in hand gets tunnel vision instead of seeing the bay pitchers. Like i love what i could do with this guy. You miss on terry maclaurin. Who obviously with the quarterback play would have done the same as acting that he did over there in washington. Because dwayne haskins kyle allen out smith those rates quarterback so Usually has tunnel vision when it comes to guy so incre harry somebody that they did identify that they really liked. Doesn't make sense for you not to take a shot right there on him in the six round this is a guy was drafted in the first round is actually played at At this level he's caught. A few touchdown passes from tom brady. So it's not like he's never played before so i if anybody can get anything out of him as kashan a but the separation is the is the biggest concern in my opinion and pretty much everybody's opinion that's probably the only downside is like okay. You get rid of a six pack does not really gonna burn. But if in harry just continues to be what he is than you know then you kind of wasting your time. But i don't see why you wouldn't try to give a shot at it and see. See what you can get from a release for a season because then it's either destroyed. Cut him. I think i think is guaranteed. Money is like a drop in the bucket of like like a million something That's it for this year and next year. So it's not even like it's cost. Effective is not too much money or anything like that or the cost is too great so all of these things when you add them up it actually makes a lot of sense for you to give a shot and the it's on them. I mean if we're kicking tires on to new and and other players i understand hamas news been in this offense and understands it but come on you know Harry you gotta give him a shot as well too especially when you look at some of the wide receiver. Three candidates on seemed like austin watkins. We'd love But he was undrafted he would have if he would have been drafted. it would have been sixth round. Pick in the same way and it seems to me like from the council for. He's probably going to be a developmental pick. So that's that's the thing when when you weigh the cost of the six round To which you can get out of harry. I really don't see too much of a downside but there is a little. Bit of a douse only look at it like that get ready for stats on your baseball stats with the first of its kind. Mlb a are app brought to you by t mobile. Get in the moment. Data on every single hit launch angle exit velocity. Hang time and you can even bring a three d. model of course field.

"Welcome to the shadow play. This is episode number forty seven. And usually i've been a person who wears number forty seven on the forty niners. That person was nee. Jerry is no longer with the forty niners. He was waived on tuesday afternoon. So we're gonna talk about that as always. I'm joined by cash. The let's going was up. Kp they heard shannon plan podcast about the record episode forty seven and they decided to waive the player that wears that number like twenty minutes before we hit record so perfect timing but i remember when he was signed. We were making fun of him. Because of the stephen rees tweet Before the forty niners played the eagles last season where cal shanahan had the microscope. And stephen rees always looks at who cautioned him would target defensively before each game that they play and when they played the eagles last year week. Four jerry i guess was the target and obviously he blew that play against cal us. Check in the first quarter. Which nick missed so on so forth. You guys know the story. We laughed by winning outside because like how did cautioned and sign this player now. A month later they released. He was not very good with the eagles. He started seven games but he also was benched for his play. And that doesn't happen often. Well in that situation anyway. So the reason that i was wondering i i was wondering why san francisco signed him and i was wondering if maybe it was just because i wanted a veteran but he's not like an older player. We was like twenty six or twenty seven. You can run a little bit but outside of that. There's not much any brings to the table that your guys on the roster wouldn't so he was. Here's recovering from an achilles an achilles injury from last year so i wonder how much that had to do. Just the lack of rehab lack of progress that was happening for jerry but of the other guys that they have on the are all very good athletes very good big hitters in the have the quote unquote veteran. In james burgess from the packers. So between jonas griffith is he's astra here it's failing falls. They're not gonna miss major nope they will not but that does create an interesting whole that we talked about. So now they don't have a full ninety man roster that were open roster spot so kyle what are some possibilities of they can do to fill that roster spot in two thousand nineteen. I was at a pro day it was arizona state's pro day at that pro day john lewis out of peter's well. It's like twenty minutes from my house so not it probably sounds like for context. Yes nico- harry zero and the forty niners were heavily heavily scouting this guy. Adam peters shows up to that if they're not interested in kill. Harry and i mean he had a an okay workout. He was not the best wide receiver. They're the best wide receiver. There was drafted by the forty niners a year later another year. Yeah but anyway. There's obvious interest and on tuesday. Nikko harry of the patriots former first round pick I long list of first round picks that have failed from bill. Belichick by the way list does not look good. But that's a whole other arguer your whole conversation anyway. So nicole harry big slot receiver. The forty niners are probably looking for that type of player. They're just looking for a body and nikko. Harry is not going to cost them a lot if they were interested before the draft knowing that you know he wasn't able to produce in the nfl level like mini thought. He would but if they're interested before the draft knowing you can get into harry for essentially peanuts now probably day three pick. Maybe a player swap whatever it may be for a million dollars a little over a million dollars a season. Why wouldn't the forty niners interested in in who on the Who on the roster is preventing them getting a town like area because it always comes back to. He hasn't this in the nfl. He has done that he has not played. I don't think anybody would argue that. But we're also talking about you know. Richard james river craft of the ghost of jalen hurd mama's new. There are tons of names but they're not names that you would be like well. I don't want kill harry because of that. So what do you think about this whole situation. And should the forty niners a run just to add some context to our listeners. Who don't know so nikki. Harry nikiel harry's agent earlier on tuesday morning came out and formally requested a trade with the new england patriots. So that's the reason that we brought up in kill harry's name he's been a name that's been connected with the forty niners in the past when there's been rumors of stefan gilmore trade arabia jimmy garoppolo trade. He's been always talked about as a additional piece. that could be added. Just because of the fact that the forty niners were so interested in him pre-draft in twenty nineteen. If i remember correctly. I think he was there a number one receiver on their board. I believe in that early second round late first round spot where they ended up taking deebo samuel instead but i heard that they had nikiel harry ranked higher than deebo samuel in their board. Which looking back. I think they might have been saved by bill bell check in the patriots taking the harry. 'cause i think many would agree. That deebo samuel at this moment is the better player but a different story for different day nonetheless. I think this would be the perfect type of addition to the wide receiver room. I think it came up when we talked about adding like julio jones type player that was like a splash move. You know what you're getting but he's also expensive. He's gonna cost a lot. This is the opposite right. You've got two guys. In brandon you can emulate can rely on and now you're just trying to add another body that mix and adding kill harry for potentially you know a day three pig a conditional pick something like that and then picking up a salary which i think is only one point four million dollars next year and then one point eight in twenty twenty two so not expensive at all for two years and you got a twenty three year old who played about sixty percent of the snaps last season. I think he only caught thirty three passes however but just maybe a change of scenery Getting out of new england getting out of that system just coming back to the west coast. Reuniting with a former teammate. Of his in brandon. You getting him with wes. Welker you just never know just a change of scenery. This is the perfect type addition. I think to the team if it doesn't work out. Whatever you lose a day three pick but you the type of swings that contenders usually take and good teams usually hit on. They're able to develop guys sort of pay. Bilo sell high type thing so i think we're gonna make a call at the very least but i think he's gonna come down to the asking price and if new england's actually interested in moving harry. Yeah that that's going to be the key to see what they're willing to partway. If they're willing to part ways within. Which i imagine they are because all the patriots be wider. Saying that harry's is buried on the depth chart so it was unlikely that he was going to crack too deep a rotation this season. Anyway but yeah. I think that harry is getting a bad rap. Because of you know you see a stats. And obviously as he's not a great separated. But that wasn't the case at arizona. State and with kyle shanahan. You have a guy who is known for getting guys open..

"Not a test. I don't care what you do but not when we have a super bowl on the line so i think i would probably get that sorted out in training camp if that were to be the case you mentioned. Go go ahead. Well i just wanted to say one last thing too because that that is the biggest thing right is like. It's not so much that. I think the chiefs need him. Is that if you were in a situation where you had put all this investment in terms of time in terms of game planning round a guy. Maybe he comes in and he excels right like. Maybe it's you know kinda best-case scenario early on and then eight or ten games into the season you know he either. You know desai's personally to leave because of you know mental health issues. Which again i totally understand. But it's either that or he may be drug tested some kind even though again. I don't necessarily think the chiefs need him. It's that if you become used to having him around and then you know right before some big divisional games or right before the playoffs. He's gone then. You kinda lose an element of your offense that you became. You became used to. So i'm kinda with you that that's the part that gives me a little bit of pause because i think he definitely has the aptitude and i think he has the ability to stick around for a bit but if you lose them at an opportune time but my it might be worse bringing them in than just not having him at all. Nikiel harry is next on the will-they-or-won't-they nikila harry the former first round draft pick of the new england patriots in twenty nineteen. His agent says he's requesting a trade if you're looking at the patriots depth chart right about now. A lot of people have messed fourth or fifth with the addition of kendrick born and nelson. Aguilar do the chiefs should or would take a look at a former first round talent in kiel hairy or should they say you know what if he couldn't succeed with tom. Brady and cam newton. I don't want to take a look either Yeah i mean. My personal opinion is he. He'd be in a better situation with the chiefs right so obviously you know brady i know he's he just wasn't he wasn't as great in twenty nine teen as i feel like people are kind of remember me he definitely a huge bounceback here with the buccaneers. And probably part of that is just. There wasn't a lot of consistent talent on the patriots but all in all he had a pretty rough twenty nineteen. So i'm not so sure that to me is a huge knock against him..

"But on that play. The it's designed to be a quick hitter to the outside and it called for Isaiah Wind, cut Bruce Irvin on the end and win missed cut in Irvine went around him and he jumped up and it might have affected cam a little bit on the interception might have made them hesitate to throw the ball late or you know it was it was not a good throw I mean I'm still not going to. absolve. Cam. It's his fault. You did was a bad throw but win did factor into that play to me. So that's just one play, but there was also play. A very key play. late in the game, remember they, they started to move the ball and then they had a failed tunnel screen. To demere bird to the left it was like second and two they called the screen. And the screen was perfectly set up. It was great call by Josh mcdaniels Nikiel Harry misses the block, the key block to go nowhere I think for no gain on the next play, they run a toss to rex burkhead in while this, this block would have been really difficult. Is Ahah Winston. On Jamal Adams at least get out there, and instead he turned the other way and so there were a few plays like that. In this game I had him for only giving up to pressures in the game. There was a knock down and there was a hurry. But I also had about five or six You know odd plays in the running game and you know the thing is, is that I'm just looking right now and in that game profile maybe didn't give up. He didn't give up a a pressure to them, but he only had a sixty three rating in that game and that is average and yeah. So. It wasn't great. You know and I thought. He was he was better than the first game. They're they're great for him was seventy eight in the first game I thought he was better than that So you know there's always going to be differences of opinion none of us know what the Patriots were running what was exactly everybody's responsibility but I great every game, the same and I am confident in my numbers for him in that game after a second look, I'm sure they're comfortable with their numbers and that's sometimes we're just going to have a disagreement and that that.

"That's the reason why Cams New England is the reason why Jameis Winston is you know where he is with the saints making what a million bucks in any Dalton took a a short deal down in Dallas, etc etc. So I don't know if the supply and demand is going to be similar next off season I, think it likely will be 'cause you add three more franchise quarterbacks likely coming into this draft in April. So the supply and demand is off and secondly let's not forget how cove is going to. Affect the salary cap in with covert effectiveness mallory cap it's not like cans going to have his choice of teams to pick from because teams are to have a much tougher time staying under the salary cap slot and therefore not a lot of teams greg. I think would be in position to offer Cam Twenty, twenty-five, thirty, million dollars for you know whatever it's GonNa take. So I think the patriots as far as CAM goes in the driver seat, you don't lose anything by waiting are let's get to the leadership. I mean you just dropped a little bit of a nugget. You left the crumbs I did. I did see some things and here's some things this week number one. I heard Cam on the Greg Hill show on on W. E. I say the answers are in that locker room. The answers are in that locker room, and then that was followed up by Akil Harry and Harry Sang. I'm paraphrasing, but it's great to have your quarterback trust you. That made me feel like this relationship between quarterback and receiver this year compared to last season in Brady as great as he was is much much much different. Yeah. I. I totally agree with You I. Am you know look I think it's great for Cam to say what he said about the receivers and they're in that room and everything and who knows they might be. He might believe that I don't know I don't I just don't think that he does Potential and You know one thing I think we'll talk about you know are they going to get anything out of the tight end position this year you know set that aside for a second but I think there's no doubt that and I had heard this in training camp that cam behind the scenes has been. Been in the ear of Nikiel Harry, a law, and that's nice to hear. Yeah and it is and and you know I don't WanNA throw Brady under the bus or anything but you know we all know what the deal was. He did not. He was not happy with the weapons last year he was pouty. He didn't like it all that stuff in and and it put pressure on the kids. You know it did in its you know and it's and it's tough I mean you you..

"Share you even more my question for years. How much do you like Allen Lazard who had been a borderline drafted player, but now his rule, the unquestioned number two receiver in Green. Bay, with Aaron Rodgers was your season. I thought he's gotTa be draft. He'd been dry say is borderline because he wasn't picked everywhere. I'll tell you this right now Allen Lazard. he was picked everywhere fourteen seven as wide receiver, sixty, two there you So it's. Up to the twelfth as the question has gone as early as the twelve eleven since this news came out. So he has gotten up there I. Don't know how you feel about that. I am I am not very excited about any packers receiver not named Davante Adams. I guess I I have some interesting lazard. I don't think this is anything I agree then the rest of those guys, you know Kumo Table Reggie Bangel Tin. Menia Samper lateral. You know like Yeah Forget. For me I just look at this as a low volume passing offense The packers really have put a a premium on tight ends with the GRAS and the jury Sternford the previous year they of loaded up on running backs I question how much how many targets out there for receivers that are not Davante Adams and for me I look at other guys that are going after Allen. LAZARD Dave. Even after this Michael Pittman to me is more interesting than hit-men Lazar harder was Oliver Renfro. Okay. Onto the rental, I would rather have been lazar parallels are rental common rather have been lazard I'll circles are we take residing the aim of COBB? COBB is dog shit. He's been talking shift for five years straight now the styles of what? I think Almaz Act. I don't like them at all. I guess not our Lozada Stevenson's. Rose Art. Larry's interesting. I don't know maybe Almaz I had strobe Lazar resided Rendell mims was resided Mohammed Civil Caffeine saying the same of Hebron. Gone. Go the other way. Now I'm GonNa go the other way reside. Brand pick. that's not S it's I'll take aker resided. RESHAD caraman. Who that's with the permanent Menzer suffered that much God it's like throw out some I'll take param. LAZARD or Nikiel Harry. Close. To Harry I think has most cyber was either you like Watkins over Lazar Yeah Walk Me to reside over irks me Lozad Org Justin Jefferson. Those are I. I actually agree now one lazard or Curtis Samuel was our. Resided to Sean Jackson. Dj I'M GONNA take GD Jackson's while trying to with that Samuel one you said lazard. yeah quiet senior the I duNno, you probably don't follow as much as I do sit Sam seems to be mentioned every trade rumor right now roy make s like he potentially the packers by the way of after the funniest thing I'm GonNa lean towards the desired I just your but I I I a couple other shows here on local radio northeast Wisconsin my co-host for both of those shows he is a big time. Allen Lazard Fan and he thinks That there's really something again, I just look at it from the stance standpoint of He's not very fast. He doesn't particularly one great routes. He's not a pedigree guy to me the one thing that he did well, two things that he does well, one Rogers likes him at which is huge and two and rodgers threw him last year he actually did make a handful a pretty good place. So I guess there's something for that I'm I'm just I'm tempering my enthusiasm. You into our state right I was he put up big time numbers that I was state. I think he's actually got some talent I really do. I'll say this for lazard he's going in the fourteenth round. He's probably going to be getting into the eleventh or twelfth frown. There are a lot worse ways that you can spend eleventh or twelfth round pick than Allen lazard right now 'cause you're thirty five catches for four hundred, seventy, seven yards and three touchdowns last year now, and it is they all sees the whole season I can season in the NFL and how many games do you play? He didn't I mean I'm looking on how can I just remember him being or thirteen he? by and. Started three though town. Yeah and I don't think he was a thing until member Davante Adams had that injury that knocked him out from four games. and. That's when Lazar Guy called up and actually started making place. You Know Unlike Jake Cooil with packers coaching staff Air Rogers says is so great. The singers praises all the time and then he doesn't get a new targets or any action was art actually gets out on the field and gets targets the first five weeks he had no catches so he had like almost no playing time. Snap count was, but it was obviously actually snapped how. Did Not. Yet fourteen snaps in week four and zero zero we wan one we you know. So I almost non in the first five weeks really. Rent even. This is interesting in week six he had only seventeen snaps, but he caught four catches for sixty five yards and a touchdown. and. Then after that, his sniffs were still pretty limited for nine, v Forty Five, twenty, five, thirty he's GonNa part time player actually that's pretty interesting. I would say Arizona Sixty. Percents snap count tells if he plays like eighty nine percent of snaps not you should as the number two receiver wherein Eire's Arkan Yeah you know that's that's interesting. All right. So many I'll I'll have to reevaluate might my thoughts and Allen Lazard?.

"I repeat Tom Brady Hall Can Cam Newton. Teddy Bridgewater. Philip rivers. I think Philip rivers has got to be worse because he's probably working with the worst wide receiver group there. And then I would go I would go to teddy because I just don't have a lot of like high expectations, ceiling expectation for Teddy Bridgewater. I think he's GonNa. Be just fine distributing the ball to Christian McCaffrey DJ more but. Himself as a fantasy asset. I don't know that he's going to be great. I think I just like for the durability issues I think I've gotta put Tom Brady on top of Cam Newton. He also. Definitely has the best wide receivers in the group. So that's another reason to put him ahead of Cam for it would not surprise me if cam plays like. Five Games and has a better points per game than Tom. Brady season, man, how badly I WANNA put! Can with the top of this list, but I don't think you can do that with his weapons. And it's crazy because I I mean. How much better is he gonNa make those weapons look. How much better are these guys? You know in the second year into the you know somebody to kill Harry and all these guys like. How are they? GonNa look who knows right, but it's hard to ever put them over. Gaza got when Evans or anyone like that. So the I think Tom Brady has to go first cam to go saying. Saying it's actually probably gotta go in order here. Every just depends probably the the real question. Here is Teddy, bridgewater or Phillips Philip rivers whether you worry about you know whether Teddy can actually take this role on and do what he's been looking to do, or if he's got these guys behind him, we're GONNA take his job in this new offense, and then Filbert's. The old man you know. Is He to hold off the rookie as? I feel confident that he will, but we'll see so I think I actually go in the order that this is probably, but I might flip rivers and Teddy Bridgewater. Because I'm more worried. It's out Teddy overfill. Burgers Chris. got this one I I would. Probably I would agree with you. There Mitt. Yeah probably Tom Brady Upfront I mean what they drafted and what they drafted an order to boost our offensive line in the what they still have their offensively. I think he's gotTa go number one Cam prop up. Probably take him like right after that, of course, the better quarterback, or at least one of the remaining two other main three rather do have some questions about the surrounding talent I mean Juliana, NHS thirty, three, thirty, four Nikiel Harry, and a second year already questions about him being a bust I mean so. We can debate that, but I I lean towards teddy. As the number three there. I'm biased I do think that in his in his short starts when drew brees was down with his thumb injury I think he showed that if it's a quick passing. A quick passing scheme with RPO's like mixed in there he can distribute the ball a fairly fairly accurately and fairly well I think that the way that they the way I envisioned them using both Curtis Samuel Robbie. Anderson is not just using them as deep threats, but also as a playmakers out of the backfield. Curtis Samuel is a converted running back a so I. think there's plenty of playmaking potential there the problem. Problem is the offensive line 'cause he goes from one of the best in the League in New Orleans to one of the worst leading Carolina. So that's that's the one that's Lynch pin in the in the whole thing, and then probably Philip rivers after that Abi both the I mean a mix of young and old talent like on the on the receiving corps when the best offensive lines like in the League but I I just. I have more questions about the about the town around anything else. I probably would take in that order Gotcha adamant before for let you talk here. I just want to ask. You posed another question to you in a way here, do you? Is there any situation Adam where you see Teddy? Bridgewater or Philip rivers ahead of CAM. Newton I know where excited about the Cam Newton News and we're not. Not excited about the offense like broken running backs wide receivers our so question about who's tight ends like I mean unless Cam Newton. Does we what we've seen him? Do in the past and make people look a lot better than they are and just get crazy things happen. There's a chance that Philip rivers or teddy bridgewater cannot play him. Adam do. Would you be confident of to put that here now? Disabled to? No actually I really disagree and the main reason is simply just based on. Can rushing ability I mean everything. The Cam show us throughout his career. from fantasy perspective shows us that he is going to be someone who has I floor week-to-week, just based upon his consistency in in rushing, especially rushing in the red zone I'll be interested to see if bill belichick tries to curb that at all. some seemed to think you will. Of the thought that if it's effective, they're going to do it and it's effective. We've seen how effective it is, so it'll be interesting to see if they continue to utilize cam in the red zone in a rushing capacity like he has been throughout his career. I think if he is though him and Tom. Brady Mary, similar ceilings just based on cams rushing upside. Harrison to what Brady can do at this age while with those weapons in a Bruce Arians offense. So for me, those guys are one two, and they're pretty much neck and neck with Brady's still. Got Any more confident. but really I. Think Philip Rivers is being disrespected. If I can be honest, I mean last year was his worst season in the light five years, and he still finished the Cuban fifteen. I mean he's someone who's consistently year after year low end, QB, one and I just don't see Teddy Bridgewater coming that I just I, don't I don't even think that's I, think basically rivers floor. Lor is his ceiling now again. This is Philip rivers. Four based upon what he's done historically is obviously going to a new team, but guess what tape bridgewater is to I mean teddy. Teddy has just as many obstacles so really. The only upside Teddy Bridgewater perspective is what Josh Manson which is, he has these fantastic weapons around him and I think we would all probably agree that. The Weapons Carolina are stronger than the weapons in Indianapolis but I. Don't think it's dramatically so and I don't think that the weapons make the quarterback as much as Josh argument. But we won't go down..

At <Speech_Male> is Kelvin <Speech_Male> Benjamin in two thousand <Speech_Male> fourteen, when he was a <Speech_Male> rookie with Carolina <Speech_Male> went for over a thousand <Speech_Male> yards in his first <Speech_Male> season in that offense, <Speech_Male> because him and Cam <Speech_Male> had a great relationship <Speech_Male> on back <Speech_Male> shoulder throws <Speech_Male> high point fades. <Speech_Male> Just throw the ball <Speech_Male> up and let the big guy make <Speech_Male> a play and that <Speech_Male> was something that the Patriots <Speech_Male> tried to. To do often last <Speech_Male> year with Nick Harry, <Speech_Male> but the timing, <Speech_Male> and just sort of the <Speech_Male> element of the offense <Speech_Male> has never really seemed <Speech_Male> to click with Tom Brady. <Speech_Male> Right never seemed to <Speech_Male> really work and the <Speech_Male> one thing that we looked <Speech_Male> into kill. We talk about his <Speech_Male> route, running the fact that <Speech_Male> releases <Speech_Male> at the line of scrimmage or <Speech_Male> as route breaks aren't necessarily <Speech_Male> as. As Christmas, you <Speech_Male> want them to be in timing <Speech_Male> the precision of his <Speech_Male> route. Running is <Speech_Male> exactly where <Speech_Male> you need to be. <Speech_Male> The quarterback like <Speech_Male> cameras going to be a lot. <Speech_Male> More space is <Speech_Male> going to be a lot more pressman <Speech_Male> coverage a <Speech_Male> lot less press coverage <Speech_Male> I should say because <Speech_Male> they have to worry about <Speech_Male> cam as a runner <Speech_Male> rights you're not going to. To be able <Speech_Male> to turn your back to the quarterback <Speech_Male> as often so <Speech_Male> you're going to see a little bit more zone <Speech_Male> a little bit more op <Speech_Male> coverage I think <Speech_Male> for the team <Speech_Male> moving forward for defenses <Speech_Male> against the Patriots <Speech_Male> moving forward I think all <Speech_Male> of that benefits <Speech_Male> Nicole Harry. They <Speech_Male> can get sort of that relationship <Speech_Male> that he <Speech_Male> had with Kelvin Benjamin <Speech_Male> where I <Speech_Male> know. Know when you have this type <Speech_Male> of body positioning <Speech_Male> of I. Throw it to your back <Speech_Male> shoulder. You're going to catch <Speech_Male> it nine times out of ten. <Speech_Male> That's the type <Speech_Male> of kind of relationship <Speech_Male> that I think that those <Speech_Male> two can kind of glean <Speech_Male> out of this. I'm really <Speech_Male> excited to see. <Speech_Male> If Cam can sort <Speech_Male> of bring out another side <Speech_Male> and Nikiel hearing <Speech_Male> on. On top of that you <Speech_Male> have the ability with cams <Speech_Male> legs to <Speech_Male> run zone. Read <Speech_Male> to run, rpo to <Speech_Male> run different types of concepts <Speech_Male> that can get <Speech_Male> Nicole Harry opportunities <Speech_Male> to create <Speech_Male> what the ball on his hands <Speech_Male> in after the catch <Speech_Male> opportunities, <Speech_Male> quarterback cam <Speech_Male> is always good <Speech_Male> for guys that went after <Speech_Male> the cash, and that's what in <Speech_Male> the kill. Harry can do <Speech_Male> and. And I think that's what the Patriots <Speech_Male> are going to do moving <Speech_Male> forward as rely <Speech_Male> on fifty <Speech_Male> ball skills, but also <Speech_Male> realize <Speech_Male> basically Nicole. <Speech_Male> Harry is a glorified <Speech_Male> running back in a lot of <Speech_Male> ways with the ball on this. And <Speech_Male> now they got two guys <Speech_Male> that are huge <Speech_Male> great ball, carriers <Speech_Male> and Cameron to kill. <Speech_Male> That can do a lot <Silence> of different things <SpeakerChange> together. <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> Not The rest of this receiving <Speech_Female> core <Speech_Music_Female> <Speech_Female> still the number one <Speech_Female> guy we know.

"With Evan Lazar, you've heard of him and yours truly on occasion I pop on there, so it's my honor to do so, but definitely subscribe to that. Sierra dozen amazing job that follow her on twitter at Sierra goodwill all one word all right. We are going to move onto the part of the show that. I like to call looking ahead. I just came up with that on my own. Just Servino Sarah. Looking ahead to the twenty twenty NFL season, I want to start with five patriots. You think have the most approve in their second year with the team and fire away. So I'm going to start here with probably obvious at the top of the chain with wide receiver Nikiel hairy obviously. The questions are was he worth a first round pick in twenty nineteen, and not only that it was he worth not drafting. Fever in twenty twenty for the Patriots because Bill Belichick essentially said that he didn't draft a wide receiver this year the draft because one. He likes the group. He has in two because he's been a first round draft pick on wide receiver last year we still haven't quite seen. Harry's potential, obviously his stint uninjured reserve in that he had to learn the playbook and a complicated offense. It didn't come to. To him super quickly Tom Brady didn't really want to work with him. As much as we seen in the past because he knew it was finally. Your New England so. I think it's a big huge year for Nikiel Harry. Does he live up to the expectations? He's working with the footwork king. This offseason seems like he's really focused, but a significant jump needs to come from here in the second season. Alright. I think that's an excellent choice. He's certainly on that list. I just have to see more explosive play making from the Keel Harry and I don't mean just. Flying down the field and breaking away from a defender I mean making plays in the red zone and we started to see an evidence pointed this out on several occasions Josh mcdaniels became a lot more comfortable using him in red area situations. Later in the. We've got to see him. Start making plays like big time. Receivers make over defenders in tight spaces and I. I love that choice of Nikiel Harry as one of the five patriots certainly with a lot to prove in your number two. How about another? Minute Chase which because he carved out nice role for himself on special teams last year by the end of the season, he was planning about a third of the defensive snaps..

"What don't you like about chase? When this don't like about the value. They got for being an Harris. God could choose fro hold spit him not in coward. What can you say about that team about those selections in terms of where they picked them? She don't like I mean, it's this. That's good smart. Football right there that that has excited to see how these guys wants training temples around doing was unbelievable. And I want to say something about their first round pick Nikiel, Harry, Arizona state. They took Nikiel Harry at thirty two Nikiel. Harry took a visit to the cardinals during the draft process and was on the radio in Arizona a couple of days before the draft and made it very well known that if he had been available at thirty three he said he would have been the pick. And I think San Francisco also like Nikial, Harry. So there were two teams lined up waiting to draft Nikiel, Harry should he get through and he didn't. Because of course, he gets the New England slot and the patriots get him just before he comes out on the board and draft where a lot of people said they had a lot of different grades on wide receivers and quarterbacks that some teams would have certain wide receivers around one or two and certain teams that have other Cornerbacks around one or two. It seemed like after the patriots gotten to kill Harry every. Profess their love for Nick, you'll Harry who Paul. A lot like Dez Bryant. And all of a sudden Akil Harry was the first round pick. And he was a first round pick. Because New England took him in the last spot in the first round right before Rosario was gonna pick him in the opening spot of the second run amazing. That happens. Yeah. Yeah. It's always like that. I mean, everybody, you know. A lot of that. And then all of a sudden the certain players don't don't pan out. You'll hear people flip to the other side. Well, I had these concerned about him terms. Bell ability. Maybe character maybe wasn't fast enough. I it's funny. This time of year optimism reigns. Supreme arrogance kinda reign supreme meeting. Everybody had guys pegged exactly where they went. If they like them, and you know, flip later on. And it'll be well, you know, what they use drafted too high. Never taken a Mary. It's always like that. Which would which is what keeps football in the headlines right now because there's no certainty surrounding whether guys good picks. And that's why you love it. Because there's so many things that are going to go into whether the these players ultimately wind up being good picture bad ones. And that's that's the fun of it. You can you can generally assume that the good programs, and we know which ones they are. Because they're the ones that traditionally are playing lead into January and February. By mortgage know, what they're doing pick players that will generally produce for them at a high level. And I would assume especially since we're talking about New England head and kill Harry. Taste win. If it's just gonna be I venture to say, he will be one of those guys I I'll bet knocking on the door. I'll say he'll get doubled as a sexist your this year. Trae spinach this year, he will. I'm gonna tell you hand was. Fourth pass is concerned in having each feel for how to stay clean keep people from punching him in walking onto him feeling how office attack that setting on them, whether they're heavy or light on whether he speed, but these power this guy is right up there with mitt Bosa as far as knowing how to pass rush. "There's a lot of question marks for this guy. But I really just like him. I think his potential to develop into that that overall guy who can do a little bit of everything is there. So he is a guy that I think, you know, is maybe one of if not the most polarizing guy in the strike because there's a lot of the the big names in draft Twitter and just draft media in general have him sort of down into the second or potentially even third round. So, but there's other guys that have the big names on draft order. I meant to big name. Danny Kelly are the big name draft like Daniel, Jeremiah. I don't think had him in his top fifty. He does not Landseer in from NFL dot com has him quite a ways down the list. So they're they're, you know, the the NFL, and I heard actually in Ruge said on his pike cast. I think it's called trust the tape that he he like draft Twitter and NFL or I guess just draft Twitter in general does not like some way more than the NFL likes him. So that that to me is just very very fascinating. See how that all plays out? It only takes one team to fall in love with them. And then you know, that narrative goes out the window was he's also kind of guy you could see follow bit more the things I like about him. The speed is undeniable I think that he definitely can get down field. He does play big at times. He's not one of those guys that's gonna catch his body. He does seem like you six five a lot. What I really liked about him. That was a little bit different than what I saw from mccafe is his ability to work back to the ball. Excellent. It's really good alone along the sideline he can change direction in that way. He there's just a butts where? He reacts he reacts to the ball. He adjusts to the ball. And I think that's what's really encouraging. I can understand the questions and the cautiousness because he is not sudden outbreaks he's very tall. And he's not fluid. You think a lot of people are saying the highest upside is AJ green? He's just not nearly as fluid as AJ green to me. I think AG green doesn't play like he's six five. He moves so much easier than that. And I don't think but we're gets in and out of breaks like that. I just don't see the short area quickness that I do with a gala gay green. He's under the little leggy. Yeah. Yes. He's very lucky. And I think he has trouble kind of shuttling throttling down all of that stuff. But I do understand why people would love him. And I understand why you're a Hannam let's airline has did aero Alexander as his cop, which I love so much. That's such a throwback. Like, I'm the only one who appreciates that is covered. Too narrow Alexander's only. Good college seasons. We need more. I feel like we only go back like five six seven years in draft com. I just wanna see like you Thigpen as a as a draft complicated. Like we need to we need to go back like twenty five year. Lances lances really good at that. He has some way backtrack cops. I love that. So I wanna talk very quickly. If we're gonna do in cops we're gonna get to Nikiel Harry in his second. Who is somebody else said people that have been split on? But I want to talk about AJ Brown very quickly for doing cops. You mentioned him as somebody I should watch. Because he seems like a consensus first round guy. He was the more productive receiver on decay..

"You get a lot of men coverage. I is that x eyeso- receiver, and I think Butler would with experience in coaching can really fill that role effectively. So what's the knock on? I'm Greg that he's not ranked higher. I think some people, you know, had feel he had too many drops. And he did have too many drops. But I wouldn't say that he has bad hands. But I think this kid, and again, you know, me Ross I don't sit around here and say where a guy gets drafted. So I don't know that. But boy, I really like Akeem Butler, maybe I'll be totally wrong. But I think this kid is one of you know, obviously, everybody's talking about de que MetLife Metcalf and deservedly so, but I think this kid is fascinating. Well, I absolutely love. And I mean love these positional breakdowns every week next week. We'll either dive into the running backs or the tight ends the old line will be here before you know, it, but that was excellent Greg the player comparisons the guys that you felt strongly about like Ridley and keen Butler, and maybe on the other side Kelvin Harmon. That's what I love you know, that you've got the strong opinions just based on the tape. And then we'll see how plays out, and you know, to Greg just because it guy successful or not that doesn't mean you were wrong or right? So much of that ends up being what situation he goes to how to blah, blah, blah, blah. Oh that that's really important, and it's hard to know that. But I think that's absolutely critical Greg you're the man thanks so much for the time as always thanks for us. Appreciate it. He really is the man I mean, he. Loved Ridley love to keen Butler could tell he wasn't. He didn't like Kelvin harm in that much or Nikiel Harry. I love that Gregg is the man, by the way, even if you start to lose your hair, you can be the man I've been losing my hair for like ten years, and I'm still the man, or at least trying to be keeping as much hair as I can with the best company I've found to do. So and that is keeps. So I'd say five or six years ago. Maybe even longer I started doing the one thing you see on the commercials and putting it on the top of my head rubbing it in a third doing the other thing where you take the pill in the morning, then I found out about keeps. And literally it takes five minutes online. Boom. They've online doctors that review it and say, Yep. You qualify. We'll ship you the pill. We'll ship you the topical solution. I have not for over a year. Now had to go to the doctor to.
"nikiel harry" Discussed on GSMC Football Podcast
"Made made made. All right. Welcome back to the GSM see football podcast. So far today we've talked football, devante, Parker, and Jacksonville Jaguars doing patriots game on Sunday. Now we move on and parents of professional athletes and social media tend not to mix too well, we've seen it be bad more than good. Draymond. Green mother is one who I'd say is pretty popular amongst being a parent of a professional athlete and also on Twitter, but she, she tends to handle it. Well, it doesn't really get into the news too much and obviously doesn't get to the news at all. Actually, if she ever report ever brings up a tweet, usually a good one or whatnot, so she's done well, she's mastered the game. Some others have not, and we check in over in buffalo where the bills lost forty, seven of the forty seven, three to the ravens on Sunday, and I won't stop repeating that. But other way we have Jones mother also has a Twitter. And I see that she replied to a buffalo reporter and sheets weeded. Let's see. She tweeted Jones, who else is skilled enough to play? I'm not sure what the buffalo reporters tweet wise and that actually might help regarding to. Let's see. Benjamin and all that. But she basically called out Benjamin for not knowing where to line up. Let me see if I could find the actual tweet itself because I'm in this article and I'm making a bit tough considering the tweet itself up. It's just in quotes. And like I said, some context would help, but obviously had to do with the fact that. How to do the fact that maybe Benjamin didn't know where to lineup and Benjamin was asked about it. And I mean. He says he's a, he knows the playbook and all that. So he's fine. But either way. I mean, this isn't good for buffalo. And you don't need these kind of problems. Jones said he apologize, Kelvin Benjamin and all that, not only going to be able to find the tweets and got delayed it. How did one take a screen shot? Why are we so lazy as far as let's get the tweets, screen shots are the way yet. This isn't good for buffalo by any means. I mean, it's not a big distraction or anything like that, but buffalo isn't need these kind of problems right now. I mean, you're already one of the worst teams in the league, and then you got stuff like this. It's a problem. So we'll see what ends up happening with his buffalo locker room. It doesn't seem like this team is pretty close or anything like that. Kelvin Benjamin, I mean, you've heard me talk about them. I don't necessarily think that he's a great ride receive ram, lesser. He's good receiver. You might be an average one, but this is pretty indicative on how buffalo season's going to end up going. Is there any reason to believe lock down? They're not wanting more than two games. Let's not necessarily a bad thing. If you're a Buffalo Bills fan, like, sure, you don't wanna go through a two and fourteen season, but I made imagine having the number one pick in the draft. You get to go pick up at Oliver maybe, or you can trade down from that second spot. Pick up another first round pick and you pick up era Zona states receiver because that's what they need. I mean, it's a bit ridiculous how they don't have a number one receiver on this team. The throwing Josh Allen out there. I mean, you can clearly tell that era Zona states receiver is the best in college football. I mean, the dude is six, four. And. I mean, he runs as if some five, eight speedy can go up and get the ball is the most complete receiver in college football, I'd say. I was watching. I was watching. And then game against Michigan state, and you get tell that Michigan state DB's were locking in it on Nikiel Harry the entire time. And Harry is still going to get his and we saw. So. I mean, if I'm buffalo and we got that top pick. You got to trade them, you got your quarterback already, maybe you at Oliver out of Houston. But I mean, I feel like at least give Josh Allen something to work with. And again, I mean, some guys, Oliver. You too good to pass up on just considering. I mean, who knows? Maybe he'll be there next Khalil Mack. And if the raiders are about enough, maybe they can draft that Oliver. I mean, that's a look at the raiders schedule..
