"Running. For president. Of the United States. All the America. All right. There's Tim Scott the senator from South Carolina with his announcement of his presidential campaign. And I'm happy for him. Again, I don't know Tim Scott. I don't have any issue with him, per se. I just have, in my circles, I've never come across him. Whether it was like cpac or anything like that, I've just never met him in any of the conservative circles. I've traveled in. But I'm sure he's a wonderful nice guy. And I suspect that he's going to get some gravitas here to break from the pack. And we'll see. And I think what is really interesting is the diversity of candidates. You've got an Indian woman and Nicky Haley. You've got an Indian man and Vivek Rama Swami. You've got an African American man and Tim Scott. You've got Trump, AKA orange man bad to many on the left. And let me leave anybody out. I don't think I did. If I did forgive me, and as of tomorrow, perhaps, we might have governor Ron DeSantis. Guy who's my age, he's going to bring youth. This is the big argument you're hearing from a lot of people. And I got to tell you, this is an argument I'm hearing from a lot of my friends that are on the other side of the aisle. Or whether they're independent or whatnot, I make it a point to make sure I have friends everywhere. I'm not one of these people that I'm sick of these people. I can't it. No, I'm not sick of them. I really enjoy hearing their differences of opinion and all that stuff. Because again, I don't really base. I've never really based my friendship with someone on their politics. That's never, if that would have been the case, I would have had no friends. Remember I was a conservative Republican in New Jersey. There isn't there isn't a lot of that activity going on here, right? This is home to the creation of rhinos. So this is an interesting thing. But that's where we are. So Tim Scott is running for president and it's a very diverse field. On the other side, you've got a Kennedy and a Biden. Not much diversity there. Although I know that's the team of diversity, right? And I just find it, I point it out because it's interesting. It's interesting, and this happened the same thing last time, right? They were saying, oh, you know, because it's old white men, old white men, Republicans are bad, old white men, old white men, and then it came down to Bernie Sanders Joe Biden. And Joe Biden won the nomination or cut the deal to become the nominee. And I just thought, fascinating. Fascinating how the people that live their lives through the lens of racism ultimately succumbed to going with an old white guy who's now going to be the oldest and I have no issue with that. I really don't. My issue with Biden's not his age. And I realized that he uses muscle memory and he's been a crooked politician for a long time. But that's not the issue. For me, the issue with Biden is his corruptness, right? The fact that he is a crooked politician, the fact that he doesn't have America's best interest at heart and the fact that he's not very sold out for the cause of America, he's more sold out for the cause of his pocket. And to me, that's the worst part. And that's my estimation in my opinion in my view. But Joe Biden just he's not willing to take a stand for America. He's not willing to really do what needs to be done for this nation to flourish. He's doing what needs to be done for his situation to flourish to not rock the boat to go along to get along. And to create fissures wherever he can, that would help him with wedge issues. And that's what he's doing and that's what he's done in the past, and it's what I suspect he'll continue to do And one of the wedge issues that I think that they're, you know, using the NAACP for the national association for what does that stand for? The national association. For the advancement of colored people, the mission there is a social cause. But yet now they're saying, you can't go to Florida. There's a travel ban on Florida by the NAACP because, well, because they say that desantis is now desantis man bad. And it's laughable. In my opinion, how the left tries to create these racial caricatures of just about any Republican they can find. And I'm curious to see what they're going to say about Tim Scott, whether it's going to be he's the brown face of white supremacy or something along those lines because, you know, they never let up. But anyway, we're going to get into Biden's poll numbers straight ahead. I want you to join the conversation a three three four Valdez 8 three three, the number four, my last name, Valdez. This

"Others are not. They say desantis needs to stay out of this. So again, so many questions here. What do you do here folks? Do you get out there? Do you protest in the streets? Do you stay home? And what about desantis? Are you satisfied with what Ron DeSantis had to say here? Now, I will throw this out there. I'm trying to look at this objectively as best we can. But here's the problem and I want to throw this out there for you Trump people and by the way, I have endorsed Donald Trump for the presidency. I believe he deserves a second chance and I've explained that time and time again and if need be I'll explain it one more time. But all the Trump people and desantis people, you gotta chill out here. Because you say something about desantis, all of a sudden you hate Jesus Christ in Santa Claus. You say something about Donald Trump, all of a sudden, you hate Jesus Christ in Santa Claus, and puppies. There's no middle room. So my question here does this episode with the district attorney of Manhattan, does this actually transcend politics? Because I'm going to be honest with you here for a moment. If you are reporting me for federal election violations, which is what Trump's team has done. Against desantis. And if you're out there calling me names every single day and attacking me, I'm not going to be too keen on standing up and defending you when somebody comes after you. But that's just me. There are Trump supporters who say that it doesn't matter. Trump could call you Satan incarnate Trump could curse your children, but you are required under maga law to fully endorse Donald Trump. There are people out there who sincerely believe that. Or there may be a broader group of people out there like yours truly, who believe there are moments. When you have to put aside the petty politics. And you have to stand up and address the greater evil, and the greater evil is not Trump or desantis or Nicky Haley, it's that district attorney and George Soros, who are trying to destroy the very fabric of our nation, so it just seems to me that this is a moment that transcends politics. And it's time for all of our Republicans. I don't care where you are on the spectrum of this. Every Republican leader has to stand together and must speak with one voice because if they can do it to Donald Trump, you better believe they're going to do it to everybody else..

"His take on Donald Trump's speech at cpac. Call it Trump pack now. It's Trump pack, which is reflective in the fact that nobody else besides, I think Nikki Haley showed up, or at least none of the other leading likely candidates, the santas Pence Pompeo, et cetera. You know, you've harken on that number about the 63%. And what I'm telling you is that 62% is too low. Everybody there should have been a Trump fan and apparently they weren't in that ad in that environment. Trump should be winning 85 90% of the vote. So I'm not sure where the 63 came from. I understood why the number was lower in Florida because that's Ronda Sanchez's home territory. But this was in Washington D.C.. If the santas wasn't there, that number should be higher than 63%. I'm the Trump team. I'm claiming victory and you should because you won by 43 points. But the number could have been probably should have been higher. Much said about crowd size and it lets an obsession of your former boss. There were lots of pictures taken from the back of the room. You know, make this is what you do to poke the bear a little bit. And under national apps leadership, the last couple of years, they sort of thrown in whole hog with Trump, which is fine. That's where the money has been. You can't fault them for that. But the fact that all of the major names other than Trump stayed away. And Nicky Haley was there, of course, you know, there's some discussion about is she running for Trump vice president. Yes, right. On her in the race in order to there was some polling data that would indicate she pulls from desantis more than Trump. Hear the full conversation on the latest

Welcome to hour three of the big show. Hamper to have you with us today, and I trust you are doing well. Thank you for hanging out with us. Noon to three eastern, we are, we're not one of the big corporate guys. We are a grassroots talk radio program, and we are so honored to be broadcasting on a 140 radio stations around this great nation. There is some brand new polling data out from Emerson college, they say that president Trump is leading Ron DeSantis 55% to 30% in the polling data. This is and this is in a ten person race, a ten way race for the Republican nomination, Trump at 55%, and he beats everybody else. On Thursday, this poll just came out today, by the way, on Thursday, Rasmussen came out with the poll Trump at 52%, 24% for Ron DeSantis. Now just a few moments ago, we talked with our good friend pastor Jack hibbs, pastor of one of the largest churches in Southern California, and he warned that Republicans better get it together because he believes that the Democrats are going to be running a combo platter of Gavin Newsom and Michelle Obama. Now, we want to get your take on that. We're going to go to the phone lines here in just a moment, 8 four four 747 88 68 we have Keith in North Carolina Evelyn and Ohio hang tight. But I want to place some audio from Brian kilmeade from facts and Friends, they sent him down to Florida, which is Ron DeSantis territory, and they were actually in search of a Ron DeSantis supporter. Take a listen. Metro dining here. I got a question for you ready? Hi. 2024. Who's pumped up for the election? Rapid fire. Who's your man who's your woman? My man, Donald Trump. Donald Trump. Who's your man? A woman. Trump. A lot of Trump fans. How about Trump and Nicky Haley? And Nikki Haley. Donald Trump and Nikki Haley. So far, a lot of Donald Trump. I see that I see governor desantis. And what about president descent? I like it. I like that. Who's your pick? Oh gosh, I don't know. Trump would desantis. I'm either wear. You're right in the middle. Yes. Would you pumped up for? I am super proud. I feel like we need a little bit of a break from election election. This goes from one to the other, but it's getting exciting. We know Nikki Haley's in. We know that they ramen Swami is in and we also know that it looks like Mike Pence Mike Pompeo and so many others are poised to jump in, including governor Ron DeSantis who's book is out today. He'll be on a little bit later. That's the latest from the metro diner. Thanks so much for coming. Thank you, kilmeade, pardon me. You want to sing along to that. Thank you, smash mouth. It's an interesting. There was no one in the diner that actually is voting for Ron DeSantis. And it's his state. What's going on there? All right, let's go to the phones. Keith in North Carolina, listening to us on the talk station. Hi Keith, what's going on? Well, Todd, before I even begin, I'm just going to give you a kudos. Once again, you're presenting a superb program. Well, thank you, sir. I appreciate that. I mean, you really are. You bring forth some very good information and good callers. I was going to mention a couple of things else, but I got in trouble once for going off talking, copied and grace got on to me. She's a stickler Keith, stick to it. Stick to it. Well, Dylan warned me. Well, the reason that I called it was I played baseball for years. I've got friends that played baseball for years. And if Major League Baseball wants to bring more people into the fold, cut the cost of going to a ball game. I mean, it cost an arm and a leg to take a family of four. By the time you get there, I'll end the northeast Arkansas. We drive up to St. Louis. By the time the game was over, you had to get a motel room. Then you gotta eat the cost of the concessions within the within the stadium. Outrageous. Just kept the cost to make it more affordable. I am looking so Keith, what you were talking about, this goes back to we did a piece on the new pitch clock. And it has shaved off at least right now it's shaving off in spring training 30 to 40 minutes per game. But to your point, I just pulled up the average ticket prices for major league games Boston Red Sox $75. A ticket, Keith, and you're right, I guess when you throw in the cracker jacks and the baptist martini, man, you're going to be spending well over a $100, just for one person. Easily. So you think that's the reason why people are getting turned off from baseball. It's not necessarily the length of the game. It's the price. It's both..

"Cut number one. To quote zora neale hurston, not all skin folk are kinfolk. Nikki Haley instead is the dinesh d'souza of Candace Owens. She's the alpha kern with brown skin and for white supremacists and racists. She is a perfect mentor in Canada. And instead of applauding her, I am just disgusted by people like Nikki Haley, who know better, whose parents were the beneficiaries as Asha said of the 1965 immigration nationality act, which passed thanks to those original BLM protesters and the Civil Rights Act. Her father came here because he was a professor, he taught at a historically black college in South Carolina. That's how she became the proud American that she is and yet what does she do like all these model minorities, which by the way is a strategy of white supremacy to use Asians in particular as a cudgel against black folks. Instead of pulling us up from the bootstraps and pulling others from the bootstrap, we're taught to take your boot and put it on the neck of poor brown's immigrants refugees and black folks. And that's what she did in her ad. So I see her and I feel sad many because she uses her brown skin as a weapon against poor black folks and poor Brown folks and she uses her brown skin to launder white supremacist talking points and the reason I feel sad because no matter what she does maybe, it'll never be enough. They'll never love her. And if you don't believe me, what an Ann coulter. Tell proud American. Nicky Haley, two days ago. Go back to your country. Nikki. You'll never love you. Go back. It ain't worth it. All right, wow. So that's the folks over at MSD and see, I think you have to actually register to be a professional racist to actually get on the air over there. Can you believe this stuff? Users are brown skinned to launder white supremacy. Meanwhile, the squawking magpies over at the view are accusing Haley of being ageist cut number three. We're one of the only countries in the world that don't value age. Don't value experience. I mean, I remember when my grandmother were alive, I would sit at their feet and just take in the lessons and everything that they had to say. And now it's like, oh, you're too old. Well, really because when that person is gone so is that institutional knowledge. And it just makes you sick. I think we have a clip of Nikki Haley. The America I see the permanent politician will finally retire. We'll have term limits for Congress. And mandatory mental competency tests for politicians over 75 years old. Or how dare she say that someone over 75 needs some sort of mental acuity test. I think she needs a mental acuity. Really? Really. Really? I mean, really. We're talking, we're talking about Joe Biden here, by the way. That's who she's talking about. Joe Biden, who can't even put an illegible sentence together. Cut number 11. Connection between Polish and the polish and American people. Is extremely strong and depot is kidding with the president. I was as a young man. I was born in a cold town of Scranton Pennsylvania in northeast Pennsylvania. In an Irish castle neighborhood, then when cold died, we moved down to Delaware into a town called claymont Delaware, which was a working class town, and but everybody in town was either polish or Italian. I grew up feeling self conscious. My name didn't end in the SKI or oh no. But all kidding aside, the connection between okay, enough of them. Did you notice nobody laughed? Nobody laughed at the joke. Were you concerned that he was going to tell a Polish joke? I thought that's where he was going. I'm like, oh my gosh. We're about to get into a war with Poland for crying out loud. By the way, you got to hear this. This was from earlier today, cut number 5. We've all the coalition of nations from the Atlantic to the Pacific. NATO. To the land the Atlantic, Japan and the Pacific. I mean, across the across the world. Yeah, nothing to see here squawking magpies on the view. You know what, ladies, girls, why don't you leave? Why don't you leave the politics to the grown-ups? Why didn't you go into the kitchen? Make a sandwich. It'll be okay. It'll be okay. Too much testosterone on that program for me, ladies and gentlemen, way too much..

"Polling data, Nikki Haley is charting in the low double digits, which is not a bad place to start. And again, she's the only other candidate other than Trump, who's actively declared at this point. There's widespread expectation that the Florida governor Ron DeSantis is probably going to run for president as a giant war chest that he has amassed for his last gubernatorial run a lot of that money was left over. He also has very high popularity ratings inside the Republican Party. What the polls show right now is that theoretically Nikki Haley could play a spoiler role in a three way race between Trump and desantis that she could actually deprive more votes from desantis than she takes from Trump and in the process elevate Trump to the nomination. But let's just analyze her candidacy on sort of its own merits. So, here are the good things about Nikki Haley's candidacy. Obviously, she is articulate. She's very photogenic. Nikki Haley did an excellent job as UN ambassador. That also happens to be the world's best job, being ambassador to the UN is great. It really is. You just go into a place where everyone is garbage and you call them garbage. It is the world's best job in government. You are faced with dictators and you say you're a dictator and a bad person. It's a great great job. She was a good, fairly popular governor of South Carolina. She's run into some issues with her base. She got crossways of the base for taking a sort of moderate line with regard to the removal of the confederate flag from the South Carolina state capitol. And it was placed in a museum instead, for example, she also got a foul of the base after January 6th when she took a very harsh line against Donald Trump, post January 6th, and then seemed to sort of reverse herself a little bit. Also, obviously, one of the elephants in the room with regard to her candidacy is that she had said she would not run if Trump would run, and obviously she's reversed herself on that. Now, I don't take any of those sorts of promises seriously. When people say, I won't run effects runs, or I'm not going to run, or I promise, who cares? The real question is, would she make a good president? And the answer is, Nikki Haley, it would, in fact, make a good president. The drawbacks of her candidacy sort of broadly speaking, and then Americans tend to not be as focused on foreign policy as they are in domestic policies. So you would assume that she's going to have to focus a lot on her tenure as the South Carolina governor as opposed to her tenure at the UN because when it comes to foreign policy, probably Mike Pompeo, former Secretary of State is going to run for president. Americans don't care that much about foreign policy until it's immediate. And so running as a foreign policy guru really doesn't do you a hell of a lot of good. Americans right now are particularly focused on domestic policy. That's going to be difficult for her to sort of outflank people like Ron DeSantis on those issues or say, Brian Kemp, if he decides to run for president from Maryland or Glenn youngkin, if he decides to run for president from Virginia, she's also sort of has just run this sort of gauntlet because she was a member of the Trump administration. The left is going to tie her to Trump and because she left the Trump administration early and has had some things critical of Trump some on the right who really like Trump are angry at Nikki Haley. This makes her candidacy complicated, but she, again, is a very talented politician. The thing that I find fascinating about her announcement of her run. Is the way the left is reacted. And it really demonstrates how much left loves it, Trump. They really do. So imagine for a second, that you really don't want Trump to be the guy, right? Let's say you're on the left and supposedly Trump is Hitler, right? The only thing that separates them is a little mustache. You're on the left and you're one of these people who believes that Trump is essentially a Nazi who's putting America in danger of authoritarianism. So anybody who declares against Trump, you should immediately be like, oh, this person would be great. This person will be like, man, I'd rather have Nikki Haley's the nominee than Donald Trump. If you're on the left and this is your perspective, wouldn't you think that's the case? Instead, the media immediately wept to attack Nikki Haley with extraordinary alacrity. The really angry at Nikhil for running. Because they kind of want Trump to be the nominee. Number one, he's ratings. I mean, that dude is absolute ratings gold for a lot of these networks. And two, they think to be much more beatable than some of the other candidates on the right side of the aisle. They're immediate reactions, Nikki Haley, is to attack her in some of the dumbest ways I've ever seen. So they immediately so there was an article in Politico that suggested that Nikki Haley had on a government state form and here she is touting her diversity as an Indian American woman. And on her on her forms, early government forums, she listed herself as Caucasian. Yes, because there was no actual category for south Southeast Asian or South Asian rather. There was no actual category on that on the forums. And so Indian Americans had to choose between black and white. And so she chose white. But political put like 5 reporters on that story. And then there was the meme that was going around the other day that Nikki Haley is she says America's not racist? Well, why is she the name Nikki? After all, her full name is more Indian sounding. Her middle name is Nikki and she's been going by Nikki like her entire life. That is not unusual. And then, of course, you have joy Reid. One of our nation's most unintelligent commentators, suggesting that the thing about Nikki Haley is that she's just a trumpy. She's Trump's person, which is weird since she's now running against him. She's trying to inoculate herself by that. But I think, no, no, no, I'm not one of the bad ones. I hate the 16, 19 project. Just as much as you do, and you know, she's had this sort of she talks about her Indian American heritage, but she focuses not on her seat background, but on our conversion to Christianity, like she's definitely tried to fit in. But I just want to put up the 2016 cast of characters that ran against Trump. They all said Trump was no good. Trump was an anathema to conservatism. Trump wasn't real conservative. Trump wasn't a real Republican. Trump was disgusting. Trump was misogynistic. And then they all took the knee. So did Nicky Haley, Stuart? In the end, everything she tries to say about being an alternative to Trump. No, she's not. She's Trump's person. Trump's person, guys. Which is weird since she's now running, again, but again, that everyone must be lumped in with Trump so that you can say that they're bad.

"Close. Yesterday I predicted that Trump would call Nikki Haley a whore by the end of the day. You know, because Donald Trump is nothing if not loyal. Dana. That's the main thing is that he's saying she's disloyal. Desantis is disloyal. Or a horse face? Trump's a hit him and quote him kind of guy. So no matter what happened with him and Nikki Haley. He'll turn on anybody. It doesn't matter. Oh, he took a swipe at his former UN ambassador Nicky Haley after a report she will announce soon for the presidency. Trump shared a clip of Haley saying she would not run against him on truth social and said, Nikki has to follow her heart not her honor. She should definitely run. Oh, that was a little bit of snark, I guess. But yeah, because Trump knows nothing about honest. If you're right, he's all about the honor about loyalty. Is he not the most disloyal human? Ever. I think he seems to be. I mean, we definitely know it's all about him. He'll throw anyone under the bus, including his children. We know that. If God forbid something were to happen, they're all going down. He'll be like, I've never, you know, they're adopted. Why? I had to have a question. Why isn't turn about fair play when this hunter, but first of all, Hunter Biden is finally fighting back, right? Thank goodness. Yeah. Is filing a lawsuit. But why aren't we investigating Jared Kushner's $2 billion from Saudi Arabia? Like real stuff that is real corruption. There's also, I don't know if we can say that we're definitely not. Like the DoJ has got ongoing investigations and I don't think we know about all of them. So to answer that question, I can't say we're definitely not investigating that $2 billion to Kushner. I just don't think it's public, right? Yeah. Okay. Well, I'll take it. Yeah, lawyers for winter Biden sent letters requesting investigations into allies of former president Trump, who they say trafficked and stolen information from his laptop, a dramatic shift in strategy for the president's staunch after years of GOP attacks. This marks a new approach by Hunter Biden and his team. He is not going to sit quietly by his questionable characters continue to violate his rights and media organizations peddling in lies try to defame him. I mean, you know, we were talking about this piece in the Philadelphia inquirer that is The New York Times going to apologize to its readers for gobbling up these lies about Hillary Clinton and about Trump, Russia. Right. I mean, I'm going to say the answer is no. But yeah, I would agree with you. I'm telling you it's really hard to keep up with all the craziness and the lies. So I'm with you. I'm a 100%. All right, 20 minutes. I just am still enjoying your evening of the improv background. I know. I can change it. We can change it. I don't know anything. "Judge on the far end. Tell me what article 5 of the constitution does. Article 5 is not coming to mind at the moment. Okay. How about article two? Neither is article two. Okay. Do you know what perk posts the is? In my 12 years as an assistant attorney general and my 9 year serving as a judge, I was not faced with that precise question. So the last one is at least a little more obscure. But article to an article 5 are not obscure. Those are the things that as a federal judge, you should know. That is amazing stuff. This person will be confirmed by the Democrats anyway. Imagine if Donald Trump had nominated a judge who did not know what article two of the constitution was. Imagine if that had happened. How do you think that that would have played? When that person had been immediately labeled one of the dumbest people alive, unfit for the bench. But this person is intersectional. She's a woman. And that means that it doesn't matter that she doesn't know what the constitution is again. This is what happens when you have a compliant media. Democrats can basically get away with anything, up to and including. The worst vice president of the United States in probably American history. So it is time for an installment of a new series that we've decided to initiate here at daily wire. It is called deep thoughts with Kamala Harris. And now, deep thoughts with Kamala Harris. Today's episode of deep thoughts with Kamala Harris has her describing how rockets work. What it's like to fly a rocket. Let's experience the glory with Kamala Harris. Bob and Doug returned to the Kennedy Space Center. They suited up, they waved to their families, and they rode an elevator up nearly 20 stories. They strapped in to their seats and waited as the tanks beneath them, filled with tens of thousands of gallons of fuel. And then they launched. Yeah, they did. You know, that's how rockets work, guys. And then they got to buy their families and got in a rocket, and they launched. Yeah, they did. They launched. That lady is only vice president of the United States because the media are fully invested in the idea that a black woman must be vice president of the United States, even if she happens to be the worst political candidate in human history. Okay, meanwhile, the presidential race is heating up on the right side of the aisle. It appears now that Nikki Haley is going to declare it for the presidency. I'm not sure exactly what Nicki strategy is again. I'm I like Nikki Haley. I think she was a great U.S. ambassador to the United Nations under Donald Trump. I thought she did a wonderful job there. It's also one of the best jobs in American politics. You literally go to the UN and you go a dictator, which is an amazing, amazing job. She was widely considered a possible presidential candidate when she left the administration after a couple of years in the Trump administration, but then she had a couple of sort of political botches that really harmed her. After January 6th, she originally condemned January 6th and she sort of walked it back. She had suggested that she was not going to run if Donald Trump was running and now she's suggesting that she will run. And more candidates, the better. And the more the merrier from my perspective, when it comes to this presidential race, I don't think that this should be handed on a silver platter, to Donald Trump. I think that just because Donald Trump wants to run doesn't mean that he's necessarily the best candidate. I think they're a huge number of serious drawbacks to Donald Trump as we'll get to in just a moment as he starts to launch his campaign in earnest. Hey Lee, according to The Wall Street Journal, is going to challenge Trump and apparently he's going to announce that in just a couple of weeks, should long been mentioned as a potential national candidate in part because of her biography as the daughter of Indian immigrants that could provide a compelling narrative for party that has struggled to attract support from non white, kirsty Noem of South Dakota is the only other woman known to be contemplating a 2024 presidential bid. In the early polling data, she's charting in sort of the high single digits, is Nikki Haley. The big problems for Nicky Haley systemically are twofold. One is that she hasn't been on the public scene in quite a while. And the last time that she was on the public scene, she was getting herself in hot water with the base over a lot of the Trump stuff. Two is that she was a foreign policy person when she was in the Trump administration. Americans typically don't care all that much about foreign policy. This is also going to be an issue, for example, for I think Mike Pompeo, the Secretary of State under Donald Trump, Americans, when it comes to primaries, they don't tend to favor foreign policy experience over sort of domestic policy experience. But with that said, am I happy to see more people in the race? Sure. I'm not sure why she's announcing so early. I assume that she's trying to grab some of the donations early before some of the other big fish get in, like, presumably, governor Ron DeSantis. Meanwhile,

"Now, a couple of bits of news that I think are very interesting. In case you missed it, this story is from Scott dot Senate dot gov. Senator Tim Scott receives federal law enforcement foundation's national service award. Why does this matter? Last week you have senator Tim Scott attended the federal law enforcement foundation's 34th annual luncheon and awards ceremony. He was the keynote speaker and recipient of the organization's national service award. He discussed his positive experiences with our nation's law enforcement community, the current crime epidemic, the current crime epidemic, and our partnership with law enforcement leaders on police funding and reform efforts. It was a great speech. It was a great bit of well, Tim Scott did bad speeches. Tim Scott's a gifted order. Tim Scott's running for president. He may not win the nomination he might win the nomination, but he's going to be on the ticket. Unless he's the nominee in which case I think he'll reach down to his neighbor and Arkansas, Tom cotton, who will fulfill the traditional role of vice presidential nominees. Nicky Haley would do the same. Anyone is not a white male. And maybe some who are white males are going to reach out and say, cotton. We want cotton. Why? Because what Richard Nixon did for Eisenhower cotton will do for whomever the nominee in 2024 is. Just savage the Democrats. On national security and on military preparedness and he'll be right. And senator cotton took himself out of the race because he doesn't want to spend two years away from his boys. And from his wife, but go to the ticket in July or August at Milwaukee in 2024. You betcha, you betcha he'll do that, and he will do exactly what vice presidents of all he's done. George H. W. Bush. When he was running with Ronald Reagan, and Nick, when he was running with Eisenhower, agnew, when he was running with Nixon, was the attack dog. And you got to have one. And Kamala Harris sort of tried to be that, but she's still bad at it. She wasn't very good at it. And it was a very close election because she was in so many respects such a terrible candidate. So Tim Scott, keep your eye on Tim Scott. I said this, by the way, about senator Harris, even when she got off to the worst start ever of a would be president and ran a horrible campaign that was out before the verse boat was cast. Kamala Harris imploded, but I kept saying in The Washington Post again and again and again and again. She's going to be on the national ticket. She's going to be on the national there is nobody else to do the job that needs to be done, which is mobilized the black African American vote that might otherwise sit on the sidelines. You got to get that extra three, four, 5%, go in and say, you know, there, we had president Obama and now we step back where we can have an all white ticket. Kamala Harris came on, and I deplore racial politics, but I know it works. And I know that consultants worry about demographic and race diversity and national tickets and in national parties. So Kamala Harris was put on the ticket because she had to be on the ticket. And Tim Scott's going to be on the ticket because he's got to be on the ticket. Maybe Nikki Haley, maybe because of demographic diversity if it's a white male at the top of the ticket..

"Played. That's not been a tars song. Hit me with your best shot. Well, it's a great story. I must admit, I'm astonished that there was for a long time a legislature in the United States where voice votes were not routinely taken on important matters. I'm still I did not read Kant is not an option in your first book or with all due respect your second book. But when I read that story on pages 6 and 7, I thought to myself, and they were mad. They were mad at you, Nicky, Haley. I mean, they blackballed me. They stripped me of every position. They were extremely mad. So they ghosted you in the legislature. You went anyway. Well, those people are they still around, will they support you in the 2024 presidential primary in South Carolina if you're on the ballot? Well, we have they not only went on to pass that. They passed a lot of reforms while I was governor. You know, South Carolina became the beast of the southeast when it came to recruiting companies to South Carolina. So the speaker is no longer there. And the legislators have come to realize how important that Bill is. Nicely not answered, but I'll go back. If you're on the 2024 primary ballot in South Carolina, not asking you for announcement here. Will these people forget old scores or will they line up on somebody else's team? No, I have a lot of support in South Carolina. My approval in South Carolina is very high and so if I were to do anything, I would have a lot of support there. You would take South Carolina would be in the Nikki Haley column, you think, pretty surely. Well, I don't take South Carolina for granted. You know, there are smart people in South Carolina. They make their own decision, but I will tell you that I am very appreciative of a lot of support that I have there. My last political question about 2024, did you go to the Iowa state fair this year? I did not. Okay, just Larry Hogan was there. I think a bunch of people were there. So I just check in on that. I want to go back to if you want something done. Since you wrote this, two new women have emerged to rank among the ten that you profiled. By the way, I'm setting this book at now that I'm done with the interview after to my ten year old granddaughter because I think it might inspire her. And I think she will read it. And so I think a lot of people will find a very useful Christmas present and if you want something done, leadership lessons from bold women. But I want to talk to you first about Liz Trump. Did you ever work with her? You know, I just saw Liz probably 6 weeks ago. 8 weeks ago, the leadership there asked me to come speak to them about what we should be doing on Russia and Ukraine. And so I spoke to all of the leadership and I met her as well. And we had a great conversation. So she had to back down from one part of her platform, and then she threw down on the rest of it in front of the conservative conference. What do you make of her leadership persona? You know, first of all, I thought that she was an amazing leader as foreign minister. She was very strong on all the issues that needed to be, you know, that she needed to be strong on. I'm disappointed. She backed down. I don't think she needed to do a U turn. You know, Margaret Thatcher got a lot of heat when she took on when she became prime minister. And she basically, you know, removed 40 years of socialism in ten years. And everyone told her she needed to back down. She needed to back down. And she didn't back down. And so I was disappointed to see that Liz back down because I think that what she was doing by cutting taxes to try and reintegrate the rate and institute and get the economy moving again..

"Lost what you're seeing I think is folks, especially in my party or looking at Donald Trump as damaged and as something that might weigh down the party going into the midterms and into 2024, which is why I think you're starting to hear rumblings now about Mike Pence running in 2024 against Donald Trump, Mike Pompeo, Ron DeSantis, Tim Scott, Nicky Haley. Those were discussions that I don't think he would have had 6 or 8 weeks ago before these commission hearings started. Okay thank you for your thoughts, make Mulvaney and also you might want to shut the up Forever. Okay. Oh, bitch, please. Take your line of bull down to the corner market and sell it there because this 5 and dime isn't buying your line today. And no Sean does not know what that problem we're sorry. Do not know what to do. And someone had said that it was from Chris Colfer from ab fab the movie. I watched the movie when I was on vacation, not him. As part of Chris stupid vacation choices, he did that for you. Exactly. I did. America. It's not Chris Colfer from ab fab the movie. We still don't know. But in honor of Mick Mulvaney, please buy a now a warning T-shirt from the Stephanie Miller show, and also I'm not going to buy your stupid book T-shirt. Okay. Is he selling a book? Probably.
