So he's going to be learning on the job and second he's coming into a situation where The idea of molding a quarterback is going to be tough. because he's gotta figure out who's his quarterback and Is this a question of are. Are you fixing the guy that looked like the cornerstone franchise quarterback. Are you putting out fires inside a locker room because of Are we are. Can you fix him? Do you want to fix him? And then if not, then what do you have planned here that that that's what I would want to know. It is inevitable every year. Wow, not quite a third but but close to a third of the NFL head coaches turn over. I'm not telling you. It's fair. Just it's a reality of the business. So I said to producer Dave when we were prepping for the show. How many of these coaches do you think still have their jobs their seven new coaches right or will be once Houston hires how many of them still have their jobs in four years. Producer Dave. I feel like he's kind of hard on this crop. There's got to be at least one or two of them. They still have their jobs in four years. You said how many? Well, I felt at first. So what did you say? Well, I wasn't including all of them because we were talking about the guys that we have potentially never heard of before. So I actually think not just because I'm a Jets fan, but I think that the Jets head coach will still have this job and four more years. But the guys who recently hired I don't think any of them will have their jobs in less than four years. Interesting. Well, we're gonna find out sometimes it in the case of, say, Sean McVeigh. The learning curve is not necessary, but we're seeing guys. Had a poll to head coaching jobs who've never even held coordinator positions. And then you've got a guy like Eric be enemy who may still end up with the job in Houston, but it's almost hurt by the fact that his team is doing well and he still coaching as the chief's head into the A F. C championship. But there's a there's a brand new hire or will be a brand new hire in Philadelphia. Which blew me away. Now it's pretty obvious. The Eagles are picking from the Colts offense of staff in a blatant attempt. To work things out with Carson Wentz now and we know a million reasons why, Well, there's millions and millions of reasons why, when it comes to the very punitive cap hit the Eagles would take if they tried to trade Carson Wentz or let him go. And since Frank Reich is not available to be their head coach, because he's got a gig. They take the offensive coordinator under Frank Reich, Nick Syriani. Of all the offensive coordinators that we've talked about in the last few weeks or even the last few months. Who were coaching candidates Syria on his name. And the Los Angeles Chargers is while San Diego and Los Angeles from 2013 all the way up to 2017 here's a quarterback coach for a little bit wide receiver coaches well and then got his first big gig. In the National Football League and 2018 as the offensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts now becomes the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.
