"There's no real threat to get to the inside and actually punish them repeatedly and so they can afford to just keep everything to the outside and box them in and just let the flames tire themselves out with all of these kind of low percentage shots from the outside. My answer to your question is yes. I think it's a competition should have all three of those things. And I think teams like Minnesota have figured it out, I think teams like Colorado have also figured that out and if that's how this team is going to go going forward that it's going to hold them back ultimately for making a significant run. It does not help that the offensive players that they have on the team now like a Jonathan Hubert, we're learning more and more about the fact how about how good of a perimeter player he is, but not necessarily a guy who can get chances in on the inside. But also Hubert, I guess, to kind of focus on him a little bit. This is a guy who got a 115 points last year and primarily off of being a past first guy while still getting 30 goals, but this is a guy who I don't think has the confidence within offensively, like he does not have it with regards to what he's been able to do. That being said, I think a game like yesterday where he was able to get to assist including in the stretch pass on the Tyler to fully goal, that's going to help him go a long way. And that didn't even go y'all but that didn't even include the nicest pass he actually made, which was kind of like spin around a pass that hits Nick Ritchie in stride for a glorious look which he didn't wind up converting, but that was probably like the dice has passed that he made to me in that game and that was actually not one of the two assists he wound up getting.

"A lot of guys would kill to have regular minutes next to Berger on a march end, but he made the most of it in that situation. So I think for debris, it wasn't just the fact that that friction with Cassidy and those things. But I think for him, probably a lot of what was the writing on the wall for him was probably the Taylor hall trade where he probably looked at them and be like, all right, well I'm not. So planting hall, I'm not supplanting marsh hand. Am I just going to be a third line guy now? Because that's where I don't want to be. Especially you mean you look at that previous UT, you spent time on the third line on the right side too. You even had like Nick Ritchie in front of him on the depth chart. So I look at this situation now where if you can keep him in that top 6 spot, whether it's on the top line for the first month when Martians out or then you switch them over to the right side and like Montgomery wants to keep marchand bergeron and de brusque and then Paul pasternak and creature, whoever, pretty good top 6 and one, you're going to get a lot of production from both those lines and you're going to have a very happy Jake de brus because I think if he plays a full season with those two guys, you're probably getting 25, 30 goals. So right now it seems like it's more or less a win win. I know this bruins fans will probably upset that a lot of the comments I've seen on my stories or the general reaction is some people are happy. Some people are like, oh, you go out his way. I don't even want him on the team. Got to take the long look here. You've got a guy who can give you 25, 30 goals even. It was one of the few guys that has, even though he's inconsistent, has had a knack for giving you even strength offense, something that this team does not usually have. Any sign for 4 million a year. So I think you look at this team and if this is a team that is looking to build or at least run it back next year, you need a guy like the bras. That's why even when we talked about trading back into the first round. Yeah, brassicas and obvious fit there, but if you're looking at this bruins team and what they need, I don't think you're moving a guy like the brass for what he can give you now that he's bought in for a guy for a pick that gets you what the 21st overall pick or something like that. You don't want to get really moves the needle, especially. So again, I don't think it was just falls on Cassidy, I think for de Broglie's kind of realizing that he's fallen into a pretty good situation here. If he's guaranteed those top 6 minutes, so I think both him and the team really can't be upset with how things have played out now, especially to bras. If you keep him with Berger on a Martian for another year or two, who knows along bergeron, it's going to play her if he's back, but

"Guilty pleasures, watching the rocky movies. That's real guilty pleasure. Yeah. The guy lives on the edge. Yes. I have no superstitions, but I have to take a nap. And I was like, that's the most Nick Ritchie shit I've ever. Yes. Never change. Never change. No, I hope he never changes. One of them needs to become a center. So then you have a line of like Louis Ericsson Nick Ritchie, Bill kessel. Petrov McGuire would the back of his head would blow up. I assume, I mean, I assume Petro Maguire is waiting in line for tickets for Saturday's game anyway. He's definitely going to be there. Yeah, oh, a 100% has to be. It's such a, there's going to be so many bruins tribute videos. Castle, Richie, Eric. Yeah. Yeah, it should be so great. I can't wait. But anyways, the best fit though for the bruins of the deadline. If you had the most ideal fit, chicken is like two. But number one is really Tomas hurdle. And it feels like he is the guy, and he's getting circled back again because the sharks are committed to winning. And they want to re sign him. But they have no suit. Again, this is not like they would like to get something for him if he's not going to resign. And you could get a lot for Thomas hurdle. You get a lot. And it's going to be coming around soon. And I saw an interesting thing about hurdle because the athletic did a thing on it. And they were mentioning how if the bruins didn't want to give up a first for hurdle, which would be really difficult to imagine not giving up a first. But if they did, they didn't want to give up a first. They mentioned a trade package of being either one of sedney or beecher to brusque and a draft pick or two. So like, maybe two second round picks or a second and a third or something like that. If that was the deal, if the deal was stupid. Yes. Yes. I would do that yesterday. Drive them to the airport. I would facilitate it myself, which is why I don't think that's going to be the package, because there's so many teams who can offer so much more. For hurdle. But when you look at just the fit, the fit Tomas hurdle would be. Pretty damn good..

"And nearly said this in the off season. When you have those guys in your roster, you've got to go for it. You can't decide to get crafty, you can't sell those guys want to win. And again, you also have Charlie mcavoy and David paschen who are having very good seasons. So you have kind of a core in place, go for it. Again, you don't get cores like this all the time. There are a lot of teams, as I've said in previous weeks, they would kill for kind of the core that the bruins have right now. So to me, it feels like they're going to go for it. They absolutely should go for it. I don't think you sell. Selling is a bad idea right now. Because again, then bergeron's pretty much gone. There's no way bergeron comes back to like, oh, I want to join a rebuilding franchise. I think you need to, you need to buy. That is a 100%. I think the move right now. Mike asks an interesting question. See, I have Mike. I have questions on here. All scattered about. Mike basically asked if the leafs weren't able to unload Nick Ritchie. What do the bruins need to do to unload de Broglie? I don't think this is a Nick Ritchie situation where it's like, hey, who can we get this guy to? I think there was a lot of interest around Jake to brusque back when he first announced that he, when it first got leaked that he requested a trade, but it comes down to getting the right deal. And we said this at the time because again, if they, if they did struggling player struggling player swap, that doesn't help the bruins at all. But if they can package to brusque for someone better, right at the deadline, kind of like they did kind of like the Maple Leafs with Nick Ritchie, where they put Nick Ritchie with a conditional pick, send him to Arizona. If they can do that, that definitely works, right? Like you're still trying to contend, and also to brusque is a valuable piece. Like I know Derek has been struggling of late, hasn't been as good as he's supposed to be. But as we said this whole time, what is the surprise anyone if he went to anywhere else and scored 25 goals every season? No, it wouldn't. Like he's inconsistent and he's streaky, but again, in a better system with stuff that fits him and opportunity. I guarantee he's going to do better. So you get to sell that way, right? You're getting a potential 25 goal scorer. Teams want that. So you got to kind of entice teams and get the right deal. I don't think there are teams that would line up protective breast if they said, hey, we'll take anything. But it's getting that right deal. So I don't know if it's really Nick Ritchie situation. But what a debacle that's been. Poor Nick Ritchie. Everything's left Anaheim. He's been everywhere. And everywhere is kind of, you know, it's funny when he first came to Boston..

"Wants to, if he wants out, that's great. But you got to look at it long term, I think, in terms of their goals and what they want to do and if they have multiple needs and they have to not get one of those because the brush here, I'm like, sorry man, we'll move in the summer. That's how it's gonna be. But I do think to press could be an asset in a deal. I think you have to play it right 'cause you don't have a lot to give, right? You've stood in. If you want to do a future first, maybe that maybe like beecher's rights. But again, I don't know if they really want to do that. But I think the brand will be an analyst. I think the list is the nika. I started writing this as you were talking. Yeah, yeah, back in 9 it would be one. And he's playing well, but you have a massive log jam at lefty for the first table future. So this feels like a showcase more than it's more than anything else. I would put vodka island when they're healthy. I would put him at right D and see if he can play it. Maybe he can pull a fools the boreal and play the rights plays offside. Because if that happens that does change the game in terms of trading him in my opinion. But yes, like who else? I mean, beecher, you mentioned, maybe. I mean, Frederick, I don't know if he's getting you a lot, but it's someone. Like, I would definitely listen on that. Yeah. I don't think they can afford to move him. I think that I think internally, they feel like he is their best bet at keeping tough guys at bay. That's why the whole thing, you know, we'll get into it, but I think that they look at him. That's why they protected him, right? Over Nick Ritchie, who Nick Ritchie had a better season, you know, product productivity wise, and even qualified Nick Gritty. But they kept Frederick because he has an element that this team kind of tends to need. But has he shown it this year? Doesn't feel like he has. The only thing I did was I think there was an emphasis. I think there was an emphasis on him to say your first round pick stop being nonsense all the time. Be 70% hockey player 30% nonsense. And I think that that has maybe hurt him. I think to a degree. I do think there was a moment last year where the bruins said to him enough. Enough with the shenanigans in the antics, just play hockey. You know, we want almost like every play. Every play with him. It felt like at least. So yeah, especially against the capitals, which I guess was a good thing, right? Because it kept in that bay to a degree, but I think.

"That's kind of when the internet started getting inflated. You have these sites selling for like honor million dollars didn't even monetize. They had a minimal audience but there was a concept so i was in that weird bubble of you know i have to keep going because the sings valued at one hundred million dollars already and it doesn't even make money so i'm sitting here like i'm sitting on some sort of treasure or some sort of gold mine right so it's always been for me. It's like i always wanted out because it was never me like. That's you know the nick ritchie Persona the character. That's not who i really was like. I don't go up to people and say hey you're fat like the. It's not true. But i do have that side of me were i thought i had a shield. 'cause i wasn't out so i thought i could say whatever i wanted to in my mind at that time in that you know whatever was in front of me i would say it because i knew that people were thinking in their heads. So when you meet your soon to be wife in vegas you had the dirty correct. Yes so you're still doing the dirty at this point. You're not monetize monetize today. But i heard your in vegas. You can set the scene of what was going on. Because i feel like you'll do it better than i do. I was probably at the peak of of the dirty like i. Was you know you were getting paid for appearances. Like okay we're gonna get nick and what. What did they want you to do. So they didn't wanna do anything he's wants you to show. I was a white tiger. I would go there. "How nick ritchie actually saved the internet. This is the skinny confidential him in her. I don't mean to brag. But i've been on the dirty five times like actually posted. She's she's been featured feet away. Adulation i have been featured. I kind of feel like it's claim to fame. Whoa after the first couple of times it's kind of like people really care about you. I mean it wasn't like stacey. Cole who have you know who i'm talking about yes. She rocks check. But i do feel like five. Times is pretty good. Are you friends with stacy. Now i feel like i know through the dirty dirty. You built the dirty before all of this. We're just talking about it. Go back to how you decided to start the dirty hookah. So it's crazy because it wasn't anything it kinda was like a joke between a couple of buddies of mine in scottsdale and Couple you know. Ben quayle was out there. He was dan quayle sun and we'd go drinking and whatever and i told my k. Man like i wanna start this site scott still as you know. I called it the dubai of america. So when i started this thing in scottsdale it was literally like. Hey let's find the cool kids in the town and make my own civilian 'paparazzi because at this time he understand like camera phones just started while you're was exactly 'cause And the reason i am asking i was at you and i think i remember the dirty coming out while i was in two thousand six two thousand five two thousand six and it only started in scottsdale and knew about it and and like we knew us in arizona new about the dirty like right when you launched so within i would say a year year and a half you know i was in the spotlight but no one knew who i was because i never my identity was out there. I was like batman. So i would do these interviews. I would have reporters sit outside the room i would do. You know the full blacked out face. And i would. I would have an english accent. Like i would literally just pretend i was someone else. And the crazy part was you would go out and scottsdale and people like oh nick ritchie here and i'd be like sitting in line like waiting cover and like people are pointing up to the like the bottle service table to. Yeah i know the whole is having a moment people are. You haven't heard like you know really out on the comedy scene much like outside of like doing your headlining show. So there's a lot of bits amount every young comedian. Everybody every tick-tock Instagram bought whole eating. It would doing it. Everybody's down there having fun with it. I wonder if you saw the same female comedian recently. No it's ev male female everyone to show in the audience to support my friend at so house. Just he kept asking me to go jorges press. I'm saying it's having a moment more than ever and maybe not for everybody. I may enlist in the comedy world. I think that people that don't do it. That is today's episode, I'm Aronofsky along to ride a Boston Sports channel, Connor how we doing? Evans very tired, but I'm doing well. Did anything happen on Wednesday? We're there were, there were a lot of moves mean. I don't remember anything happening on. Wednesday, me NHL World Cup? No, I don't think so. No, I just didn't sleep. Well, no, just tough night of insomnia. Yeah, yeah. No. I actually watched I watched signs. Then I came on my way. Frighten me though. Is that I'll play a little bit but, you know, persevere day-to-day putting into that stuff that stuff not much happened. This is not. What are we talking about? We're going to spend 30 minutes talking about nothing. Seems to be like a mushroom on movies. Yeah, yeah. Episode. That anyways, there's quite a bit to talk about free agency was Wednesday and boy. Well, I mean, it didn't disappoint. The sense that, it was very entertaining around the league. I mean, Philipp grubauer being taken by the Kraken. That was very out of left field. Dougie Hamilton go to the devil's. There were no big moves by the birth. When's accepted net, which will get to. But I had to write out a chart of all the additions and subtractions and question marks Bruins. Add just to go over things for people who maybe aren't caught up and we can kind of see where one the Bruins the day before on Tuesday signed re-signed Mike Riley three years three million then they started off free agency by signing Derek forbort two or three years three million left. Defenseman. They signed Eric Holla 2.375 million per year. That's two years correct? Years almost two years Tomas nosek, two years 1.75 million per Nick foligno, two years, 3.8 million / and then Linus earliness. Oh Mark or Uranus. Yeah, Lena. So Mark 4 years, 5 million and that's the net subtractions you they lost Sean kuraly to the Columbus Blue Jackets he gets to go home. Best of luck to him probably Nick Ritchie I know Kevin Paul Dupont had said that he was coming back but then I believe it was Larry Brooks reported that that Nick was looking at him. Yeah, you look to be someone that the Bruins were definitely going to keep and then didn't and then lost it damaged our as well. Best of luck to him out in Calgary for third round pick. And then the two big question marks, David krejci and Tuukka Rask, and the Bruins, currently, after yesterday, have a lot about 1.8 million in cap space. According to cap-friendly, which on days, like yesterday cap-friendly is as real and MVP. Is there as the goat? Yes, absolutely. As good as it gets. So there's a lot to take from this..

Adam McQuaid Bruins Philipp grubauer Dougie Hamilton Aronofsky Connor Derek forbort Eric Holla Evans NHL Tomas nosek insomnia Nick foligno Linus earliness Boston Mike Riley Sean kuraly Nick Ritchie Kevin Paul Dupont Columbus Blue Jackets

As justin martindale likes to refer to her she said in a statement she said you know when i became when i announced that i am non by binary of it i go by the them and there she said even i mess up pronouns about myself so i'm even having a hard time remembering how to use the pronouns that now describe the way i now identify as so i'm not going to be that mean to people that also mispronounce. My pronouns are pronouns. I guess is what she should say. I don't know anyway. That's nice of her The aclu is filing some type of I don't know if it's a lawsuit. But they're they're making a filing Insisting that britney is in a position to hire her own attorney so that's one good thing. The aclu is doing not one good thing but it's a little controversial. And where did you grow up. I grew up. I was born in hackensack. New jersey. And i was there till i was probably about two and a half and then my parents relocated to orange county california and i grew up in orange county for most of my life And then yeah. And then i moved to scottsdale for a little bit in arizona chasing a beautiful woman girl her girl and then but also how old were you. When you left the scottsdale. I was like twenty one. Did you go to college. Yeah so i went to Rhode island's for a little bit try to Play soccer out there. And and what school out there and then i transferred to cal state. Fullerton 'cause i couldn't deal with the weather the weather. Yeah see. that's what. I tell everybody as someone who's born and raising california myself i went to usc. And i was raised here and before my kids got to be you know college age. I noticed that that was such a trend. These california kids are like especially southern. California are like. I want to get out of the east coast and they just cannot handle the weather. I loved it the like for year. But yeah just it's hard if you're not kidding and you're going to the east coast and trying to play sports in the mud. It's not it's not fun at all but then went to cal. State fullerton Sigma pi became president of my frat partied all the time and dropped out of there and decided that you know i wanted to pursue a business and make money and then i went on this tangent of trying to be something Popular guess when i went out to scottsdale i was. I got into banking got into credit card processing and that was making a lot of money back then This was like two thousand and two thousand and one thousand two time and then But yeah but and then fast forward to today. i'm. I'm continuing education. Harvard so just trying to keep my mind going. So how did the jury begin so you move to scottsdale your with your girlfriend when and how did that come about because was all obviously early internet days. What year was that. What gave you the idea to go. Oh you know how did it all come about. I'll be honest with you at the time reality. Tv started really taking off their survivor and then also real housewives. Orange county Which you know was from that neighborhood my parents. My parents living coated a causa coda causing fascinated. As i was from the moment. I saw the ad that they were going to do. A show about that in star magazine at the ralph's that were naked ventura. I was like holy shit. They're holding oranges just like the girls. Were holding the desperate housewives. Apples what were they holding. Cherries thing anyway. The scripted show. I was like march march. Cherry scripted show. I was like this is so brilliant. I'm going to watch every episode. I was fascinated and the way they did that in the beginning was so like old school. Pbs documentary it wasn't what it is now at all. It was just like following these families. Remember at the time the. Oc there was a television show with me. Shah there was that you back off of that sues was like the big thing and really really orange county on the map so that show was amazing. The cast was hot. yeah just sold it perfectly. it's exactly what it was right So yeah so. I was the big in my mind i was like. Wow you know reality. tv's really starting to blow up. no one done reality internet So my whole thing was with my buddies. It was kind of joking around. I started a website called dirty scottsdale dot com And since scottsdale at that time was to me the dubai of america like he said most undiscovered untapped jam of the world. Nobody knew about it. And and i was just in shock. The beverly hills like of arizona. I've heard all the different things i have been. There spent a lotta time there. Because i always do in scottsdale. When do the tempe improv. And i do love it like it is beautiful beautiful houses. I ride my bike around those big flat. Properties are like you know so the scene and the money and yeah and for twenty something year old kid to see genetically like just beautiful women and plastic surgery and like everything was just in you golf and you just it was. You're on vacation. It wasn't real life right. You're in this bubble where you could have thirty thousand dollars. You can make thirty thousand dollars a year. I call it thirty k. Millionaires so i started pointing all these phrases and trying to a great life. Oh you're a millionaire billionaire and you're going to the clubs you're living off overdraft protection like everything you were you were just life was amazing. Yeah and you'd go out every weekend. Friday saturday and even thursday nights even sunday nights industry nights and everyone was perfect. And then you had that crop of issue kids that come into the nightclubs going good luck and yeah. "Me ask you age. What's a bigger surprise? The penalty-kill being as good as it is or the power play being as good as it is. I think I'm going to go with a PK just because I think people were freaking out about a power play Losing guy like Krug and losing a guy at least for the short-term and David pastrnak, but you still had a couple of big guns up front there. They were still going that are still have great chemistry together. They you have for Iran at the bumper. You have Marsh and operate on the wall at the elbow. I mean, it's kind of like the same situation was last year. We're Grizzly except in for crew who are dead. So he had to reinvent the wheel and do something crazy. It's like, all right, you hold on to the puck make sure you know, keep keep it in and feed it down low and you're probably going to get a good scoring chance and right now it seem like they're kind of doing it again a beeping simple. It's you still have those great passing sequences. You saw a brochure on the bumper. Obviously Richey's been a great surprise. But again, it's not like he's this River I wouldn't come like a revelation. He's been great in his birth. All but he's again as he said he's been he's been tapping in goals. He's he's doing what's expected of a guy in a net-front role as a big bar kind of like it. It's kind of like for those who play NHL it's kind of like in NHL 21 when you're a club with your friends and you're the worst one and all it is is just like your friends just say just go to the front of the net and you just Spam the shoot button down past. That's all you have to do. That's pretty much Nick Ritchie right now. So, I mean the the pieces are are rolling right now in terms of that top power-play not again, it's going to get even better. Once you have Pasta Max back there because even again the power plays looked good. They've had quite a few kind of quick-strike goals, but when you've got a good PK that structured having pastrnak with that, you know that one time we're going to left Circle. It's like a it's like a cheat code, right? Even the best. PK is sometimes can only do so much when he's got that shot lined up. So I mean they are rolling right now. But yeah, I think you look at the p k and again some it's a little bit skewer there twenty-four twenty-six granted. They've had two goals. They've given up like maybe Thursday. Five seconds after PK's have ended, you know soccers goal on Tuesday was right after that and anything Flyers scored that one they maybe was war check with shortly after PK ended up so long, but I mean you look at just the way they're playing right now in the fact that again you you're having some of the usual suspects like on the power play performed. Well on the PK, I mean March and and Bergerac teamed up for a pair of short-handed goals Carlos logging a lot of minutes, but I think you have to be encouraged of what you're seeing from other guys, right? I mean Jeremy loves on with things gotten better as the year is going on logged almost seven months shorthanded ice time on Tuesday in terms of your work as much as he struggled. I think offensively has been good as being a guy who's been pressuring car carriers has been go to the neutral zone and you're seeing a bunch of guys step up on you know, every other game I think coil LED all forwards and shorthanded ice time on Tuesday on Saturday. I think Jack's did Anika have the most shorthanded ice time. So and he's a guy that they're hoping too long. Incorporate into that role because he had seven children two goals down in Providence. So I think the peak has been most surprising in that regard and that you know, they're they've done very aggressive. They've done a good job of shutting down the neutral zone. It's it's made easier by the fact that it's not just you know, Bergeron and in March and Kalo and Corelli and some of the usual guys you having a lot of other guys step in those roles and executing. That's why I am unable to tilt the eyes pretty much all even during short-handed situations. So I think that's probably the most surprising but I mean both have been very encouraging for what we've seen for them so far. So long again is everything seems to be wrong at least in terms of special teams play out of the gate. Yeah. Yeah. I

"And so this is a good thing. Give back to him. These will be one all season. Correct? Yes. I think yes, they will be world isn't one on the on the helmet. So that's great. Yeah, I think it's a great move for them. And again like you said on our on our someone who was a real not only a good spokesman for for the sport of hockey but also for you know, for people who have had that terrible disability and off we went on that you mentioned that shift he he goes on and I had never seen anybody more excited about playing when he came in like a bat out of hell like like he was in it was terrible what happened but wage you can just see the excitement in him getting on the ice first shift first, you know, he skates hired and it was just such a awful tragic accident. It really was and and it's too bad, but he made dead. You know, you really did some great things as a result of it. So you can just a real Grill great example of take a tragedy and make some you know in really have people learn and and make something positive out of it. And and he did that as well as you could do. So, it's great to honor him for sure. Next item is few Milestones coming up. Is Heather and and former Bruins and it's not just the 20 minutes of ice-time is that they know Tara had the other day for the capitals. He plays I think he played like nineteen or something the First Choice game too. Yeah. Yeah. He did. Yeah did so much for that limited minute roll Washington. Yeah. That's what it is. I'm sure there are more Milestones coming up. Like specific to like organization like maybe on list in the organization will get you that maybe next week. I kind of ran out of brain power in time. But these are just some of the stats coming up and you'll all be happy because Nick Ritchie is coming up on us. So good in a milestone, right? Pasta is only 10 games away from his 400th game. It's like the kids are a lot part of that package that thing Brandon Carlo is I think for more games cuz this might be where I wrote it down. I'm not sure. Yeah, he played two games. Yeah, I was just looking at it cuz I drew it over. I tried to like, you know, cuz we played a couple games now and fix. All right, he's were approaching three hundred games given mcritchie long ways tomorrow, which I know we pray he doesn't but I don't want to deprive him as 300 game in the NHL 300 games, right? Yeah. So I was like dude Nick Rich. He's been around like I kind of knew who he was. But yeah jeeze. That kind of makes me more scared and Chris is almost 200 games. Is that 199 right now? Whatever Brad Marshawn is getting very close to three hundred goals in life and David pastrnak has like twenty Eagles to get to 200 but obviously he hasn't played marshies..

"Monday basically was like, you know if Patrice is Captain if if Patrice is Gavin and I'm like, oh my God and every guy every person wants to say it but I think they're giving this kind of took him to give respect to char and I think that's what their initial thing was so fine. I think it's just funny cuz like I don't think there's any chance as anyone else it wouldn't it be great if it wasn't and were like we're naming David krejci the captain or naming like, you know, Charlie McAvoy the cap not to say they don't deserve it right off like Bergeron's the obvious choice like gotcha hundred Nik Richie is going to be Cactus talk about like a backlash like like Warrior would be burned to the ground. If I if Nick Ritchie became captain of the Bruins, it's good to see the Bruins fans are already in midseason form cuz I did I think probably you were in the same boat. We did something as harmless on Monday as simply Tweed like wage Richie coil Smith and my God, you would think that I like had insulted like South Shore on Twitter because I was just bombarded with with with with salty rhetoric thrown back at me on Twitter for it. So it seems like Bruins fans are already at least most of them have the jury's already been dead. Decided in terms of what Richie's going to give this team, but we'll see I went so far as to say Richie looked good with yeah. I mean, I think it's a nice one. I said they one one so, I mean we yeah, we'll eat crow if we know we revisit this in a week when trying to games like almost over considering this how quick the preseason really is for the Bruins. But yeah, I mean Richie you also have to factor in I think one thing that I'm sure to do for you is that Craig Smith looked pretty damn good. I mean the shot is what you know, everyone knows when he's proven, you know, sniper a guy who gets a whole bunch of pucks on net but also like I was kind of surprised at how you know good his skating was like seemed like he was really good on, you know, a couple of those drills There Was You Know finishing a lot of the passes coil sending to him, but I think when you have a guy like coil who's a puck-possession guy, but he also have this guy who can operate in Rome. Face like Smith. I didn't get also maybe opens up a guy like Richie a little bit more space to you know, go down low or a throw his weight around. And again, I think that's kind of be the biggest thing for him. It's just a committing to that role because I think people were excited to see what Brett Ritchie was going to do last year early on but for a big of a guy is he is he was kind of like there was some you'd watch any video but like at the half-wall like all right, man.

"Then you have to play the right side if they're left shot fine. Like why is that a big deal? Like stop coddling people to like isn't your professional athlete there are plenty of people who grow up a center that kind of a right-wing and have a perfectly fine career about it, you know speaking of that if anything even if I defense is a mess at the trade deadline, this is the plan we don't Nick Ritchie. We move on Drake Russia to the left side. Do we get Jaromir Jagr are proven right-wing that knows how to win Stanley Cups. All right. I'm just kind of yeah, so so now let's keep your blood pressure right there Heather and discuss with Matt Philippe taking up number 47 years ago. Second 15 seconds. Go ahead and try me. This is what I have to say to this. First of all do I expect 47 to be raised to the rafters in Torey Krug? No, absolutely not but it has been three months fifteen if you haven't replaced his cold dead body on this side. So show a little respect off. You give them still has old number. I'm just saying another thing that really it's like are you saying fuck you to your fanbase? I'm not really sure and I'm not blaming that it's not his fault. That's what he gave him. He probably like who would be awkward walking in outlock around the first time after this mess especially given showers going to it's going to be a weird environment in their boys. Let's be honest. Well, luckily they gave it to a guy who won't see won't sniff the NHL game. That's it's just number when you get crazy sleep is a interesting Prospect though. I mean, they picked in my side of North Eastern kid interesting. All right. So now that leads us to the next item, which is the training camps opening today and who got invited there any surprises I thought Jack a Sean was a surprise. I thought that that was a pleasant surprise. They're really high on them..
