"Uncovered new evidence suggesting somebody indeed set that fire. Detectives have not said what the evidence is, and there's still no arrests. All right. What are we paying for gas and you just got that new RV in the new boat too? Well, the bill is going up. Gas prices continue to climb across the country trip away here locally sharing with Cuomo's Nick problem that Washington's prices have gone up seven cents. In the last week. Triple A says There are several reasons that prices are climbing, but one of the main ones has to do with the pandemic. Now, as we all remember last year, fewer cars were out on the road because the majority of people were staying home. Because fewer people needed fuel. Those companies are now raising prices to counter act Last year's woes. The pandemic lead to fewer drivers to deliver fuel to gas stations, so in more rural parts of the state gas will be even higher because there are fewer deliveries in those spots compared to places like Seattle. We have seen cases where specific stations may run out of fuel because they're waiting for the delivery. And it could take anywhere between 12 and 48 hours for their delivery to arrive now. Another reason we're seeing Major increases has to do with the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, or OPEC for short talks among OPEC and allied oil producing countries broke off earlier this week while they were in the midst of the standoff with the United Arab Emirates over production levels because there was no agreement reached in those conversations earlier this week, oil markets are left influxes future oil supply. And everybody is still on the school bus has to wear a mask. Hello, Suzanne. Fond with the story. These federal guidelines are not mandatory. It's really up to each individual school district to make that decision. Now, the new CDC guidelines indicate that elementary students and staff will still need to wear masks but vaccinated middle school and high school students and staff do not that we checked in with Seattle public schools about that. It is the largest school district in the state, and they go back to school. But even under the best case scenario, this is going to take several months. The other main reason, according to Do, Jin. It's the state's dedication to equity. And there's less disparity than you find in many of the states, according to Public Health Seattle in King County, the majority of folks over the age of 65 have been vaccinated and duty and expects those gaps too close even more as more shots going toe arms.
