"On you? Stuff. The last couple of weeks ultimately, the only time I didn't get the best word Marlon Marlon place a lot in the slot. So he took TV to gain but those first couple of games and I got the best corner. Cillian Jacksonville so For me at nothing hadn't seen before. said I'm still getting comfortable. In this offense getting the whole getting less what three weeks or practice so. For me I'm feeling better. You tweet a going into the Games. A J.. D. Want to be here after the trade deadline given count the start of the year. We built something special where I WANNA be a part of the in and help us win so. That likes to take. Your reps you know you got your routine guy you liked to your Rep Guy Without Having Post Without Ota's without you know. Without Training Camp I'll. Difficulties. Compounded your difficult. It's difficult for me. 'cause I'm coming off injury where just mentally getting back into the game not having preseason not happy not as it's been tough but. Play this game long enough. Everything is not gonNA. Be Smooth sailing so I'm always talking to people in their home. At, times you know every lasts along good people. Less longer. So I, continue, keep working and keep getting better this weekend. There's AJ green who says he wants to be here at the trade deadline, which is great. The question is, will the bengals won him here after January third? Dan Class SKAINS will be here to offer some weeks six fantasy football hell which I don't need because I'm awesome fantasy football in both leagues. But he'll be here for you next on ESPN fifteen. Thirty. Cincinnati. Sports station. Talking about So That was. The question. Referenced Him. Dan Class is here. As he is every Thursday fantasy football help get sports INFO DOT COM and must follow on twitter at Dan classes. Man. There's there's a lot from injuries to a bunch of different six storylines. Let's start with Cova. This is impacting every fantasy football league. Including both than I mean give me give give commissioners give fantasy football players. One idea just give me one idea want one or two good ideas on how to handle your lineups when Covid is wreaking havoc with your league. Yeah smell Tuesday night game. Definitely. Not good when fantasy. Especially, we don't even know if they're going to happen on Sunday game starts out isn't it new? This isn't new idea. This idea I've had for some time because injuries are really terrible and fantasy nothing's worse than your do go down in the first quarter and leaving all the points independent Joe mixing goes down for the Bengals. Bernard. And you get those points I've often said instead of setting fantasy lineups each week, the providers Yahoo ESPN CBS sports, we need to set our fantasy death charts if you will, and essentially you get back to every position, you pick your starting to pick a backup. The software figure out of a dude only plays a quarter they'd pro rated you get seventy five percent of the production of that back up on your debt chart. At that point, they can do it onto I can't show if you wanted to start Josh Allen Tuesday night instead of. The borough on Sunday you could have had that opportunity, but it's a million dollar idea. We'll see if anybody implement something like that who? Dan Class SKINS SPORTS INFO DOT com. All right. Beyond that. What are some of the major week six storylines? Then the story line I'm watching today where Levy on though land cut by the jets that wasn't a surprise. Big thousand or six million dollars roster bonus that was out there. But the latest reports reports and I've been refreshing twitter about every thirty seconds here down to three the dolphins chiefs, the bills Miami they have the best opportunity for fantasy success I think because of workload, there's certainly offering the most money right now, which is why they're in the mix but Kansas City buffalo those could also be intriguing. Spots where he lands the current running back to what that means. So their fantasy value on that football team also of a major issue there Clyde Edwards Hilar- owners grant than really hoping he doesn't land in Kansas City meanwhile lead bells old team, the Pittsburgh steelers they're looking pretty good right now offense big Ben's back and Chase Klay. Cool how waiver wire pick up the rookie doing a fantastic job you got. A deontay Johnson and other young receiver I like he's a little banged up practice today. But this is a passing offense in one that's fun to watch and. Fun To watch offense in Dallas to or we're all rooting I'm sure antidote had success here and get his chance now with the gruesome injury to Dak Prescott. But from my fantasy perspective with these weapons around him and this terrible defense Andy Dalton suddenly suddenly a top fifteen quarterback on my board the rest of the season he's now the man in Dallas and including on December, thirteenth twenty throws for three, seventy, five and four touchdowns at Paul Brown stadium take me through some of the injuries are paying attention to here in week six well, good news on the New England prompt both with Cam Newton. Stephen Stephon Gilmore they're both coming off the Kobe last and jam going to be back in there I think as a qb one this week up against Denver. So that means a lot to the offense obviously and fantasy owners alike dally cook with a groin injury missed some of Sunday night's game in Seattle Alexander Madison locked and loaded. Assuming that game goes on between Minnesota Atlanta which is looks like it does but there is a cova scared going on with the Falcons at the Monitor. Christian McCaffrey the news now so good there for fantasies topic it looks like you'll miss at least one more week they recover from that high ankle sprain my Davis is planning to Carolina. I don't disagree with that decision Davante Adams he should be back this week. That's awesome for the packers Aaron Rodgers, the Thursday or Sunday night excuse me Sunday afternoon late game they're gonna be a good one. I expect him to be atop my rankings this week Julio Jones on the other hand not optimistic. He's GonNa Return to hamstring, Chris Godwin. Attorney towards a game time decision Dj Shark the Jacksonville receivers been a little disappointing. He might miss again with an ankle issue and keeping Allen left that game there with the saints on Monday night with a back spasm. But hoping he can return next week at the vine. He's really been a lot better than I thought he was going to be this year. So I'm sure that's good prisoners to Dan Class. Skins website is get sports INFO DOT com. He's joining us every single Thursday with fantasy football help give me a couple of players that have I have I wanNA make sure I start them, and then a couple of guys that if I have them I wanna make sure they are sitting. Well. Everybody liked playing those Jacksonville Jaguars when they're into slump and I'm going to start the entire passing attack year for Detroit especially, Matthew Stafford at quarterbacks Jacksonville. Every qb that's based in this year either over multiple Cassandra three, hundred yards I stafford does both on Sunday and Jamison crowder the jets have given up Levy on bell now. So James and crowded really the only offensive weapon left. Especially, if you're playing a points per perception they this guy has such a high floor. Love it matchup against Miami I suspect the jet that'd be from behind and have to keep pace. So I'm starting him on the side Melvin Gourd, he was on my list before the Dui this week. So I don't know he returned to practice today doesn't. The media reprecussions of the of the Dui but he is going to have to face New England defense. Only one running back has only one rushing touchdown by running back all season. I don't think Gordon, find the end then this weekend tyler essentially hidden tonight as just been dinged up but still one of the most indie defenses against tight end tyler what a bus outside one breakout week and weak to barely then adopt twenty-five died and the other three weeks of play..

"On the forehead of of women look there were we've always allowed people to maintain their view points that's what we do here in nineteen people have whatever viewpoint they want they welcome that's what I don't say Hey look I'm the only one here one point of view I actually want to hear not only all points of view I'm particularly interested in other points of view earlier tonight ahead on dina I hope you heard the first hour Vankar Thoman who is the I mispronounce the name there and I apologize for that heard her net last name is pronounced they could try meant they could trauma being evicted from it she's the editorial page editor of The Boston Globe we had a lovely hour with her okay no Sir we will continue to try to do that all points of view a watery discouraging Dan don't coverage job don't be all coverage get up every day and it's a new day yeah I go out and make a friend glutton thank you very much thanks to our children I look forward to listen to you every night thank you my friend pushes for Mexico to Stephen in Newton Stephen next welcome next and I said how you Steven I'm good thanks Dan so just to start off with I'm not a person who wanted people to get fired for posting making social media I'm not somebody who looks to want people to be docked I'm not somebody who boycott certain brands or establishment because of their viewpoints are a few points that they let go I kind of let things roll off my back like that but I personally would not choose to do it as a place of business or an institution that would have somebody employed in that situation that would spy on people in post conversations or a business that would allow that to happen not at the boycott but I wouldn't go out of my own personal safety or my own personal well being imagine something like that happening yeah I I agree with you so for example what I think is that okay let's assume you go to a restaurant and you have a bad meal then you have bad service or whatever you're likely not going to go back and maybe you might tell your friends yeah I was at that restaurant it was horrible but you're not going to I assume you know stand in front of the restaurant and and try to get that institute a boycott that's not right it and even if even if there's ever a brand makes a statement that I might find that I disagree with or maybe find a little controversial I might not be a consumer brand I probably wouldn't need a boycott of that I play when tell other people to go to do that just out of my personal thing but this is just very terrifying I would be scared to go into an establishment like that after this as a customer as a deterrent right no one has raised the argument which is one of the counter arguments that Hey do you have no expectation in a public place wait a second you know you're going to a restaurant and you essentially are using that table let's assume you have you have a business meeting at a restaurant can you you have it you have an expectation that no one's going to be eavesdropping you in on you and I I don't know if this was done intentionally if you just happen to walk over at that moment but look I have a friend of mine who was a doorman at one of the major hotels in Boston I'm not going to identify the hotel but he told me that Hey there's a lot of stuff that goes on at this hotel you know well known people coming and going if you get my drift and said you know what happiness field what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas it was the same way what happens at the hotel stays at the hotel are we going to be in this society where people are going to be snitching on other people and at the end because this is what we're we're not talking about some sort of behavior here you know if somebody gets into a bar room fight and the police were called well all bets are off okay but if somebody is is having a drink at a bar with with someone that should be there their private time now again they they run the risk I guess of someone seeing them if whatever but for something to honor a con and utterance the conversation about some you know current controversy and somehow for that get blown up ridiculous ridiculous again I use the phrase Stephen I feel like I would be in East Germany or in Havana Cuba circa nineteen sixty two but it gets worse because in those situations over spying because of people working for the government you are actually our own yeah hello yeah it's worth it actually works we have to be afraid of our own people how about that how about that training American that's a great point I think you have amplified my point immensely and I thank you for that that's a great point you're welcome we now have to be worried about who's sitting next year thanks David appreciate your call always thoughtful thank you goodnight let's go next to Tom down in West Virginia Tom he's always thoughtful to Hey Tom how are you tonight what goes on in the holler stays in the house I guess that's just like Vegas is a matter of fact I mean I think that's why people of I'd I'd I'd go into the holler of the defect Dan it's beautiful down here I got a bear run around down here now there were three hundred fifty pounds I can't tell if it's a male or female how much a good home how big how big it looks like it's maybe a hundred and fifty pounds not real big but it's just black Flack.

"Sign it's a radio station it certainly is I think Susan and I were talking past one another which I think is unfortunate and I should have probably showed that conversation substantially because it came a point I would just begin to realize that no matter what he said it was it was not what Susan wanted me to say Steven Newton Stephen next unless I go ahead hi good evening have even here in a little trouble you on a speaker phone what type of a Tony you use Instagram a different a mobile phone mobile full Jamaica events like the mobile try to stand right where you are because we can hear you now Greta had okay this is just a difficult story to digest and I can't even bring myself to you know watch the footage of video and I you know my heart goes out to his family and the community of Minneapolis but everything that people are doing less but the good protests that are going on right now I feel are a little excessive a little a little accident you know they're very excessive their rights right yeah I mean and it is that the thing that bothers me is that people are calling for justice and justice is it in my opinion it is being served I mean you know they do the police force reacted very quickly they fired the four officers the arrested Eric I think his name was right the the guy who left his knee on this gentleman's neck for over nearly nine minutes he's he's arrested he's charged with murder in the third degree manslaughter I think the charges will be will be increased in my opinion but we'll see what happens there and I think the other officers may not be as culpable in that they did not physically had their need on his throat but they are equally guilty of inaction they should have gone to him and said get off the guy's neck get go get get away from here they stood by and watched a homicide occurred in front of their eyes what a what we call the the the protest and a riot is that those are appropriate when actually it is being taken you know if the police had kind of brushed aside or ignored or downplayed it works the city remained an active but they need not only were they fired not only was he rested but this is the content of the contempt by the mayor democratically department to do the same fire incidents in Minneapolis Steven and I think part in those incidents those incidences matter fact the the center of the enclosure she was the I think I read about tourney and she had an opportunity to she she never brought any no no charges against any police officers including this guy Chauvin who I believe has been spoke basically queues on at least a couple of other occasions of over the overuse of his authority let me put it like that yeah I'd I'd read that I think it's I think the community out there says wait a second if six six other other incidents occur Needham nope nobody gets charged looking down in in Georgia the guy that was out for a jog on Sunday in February and he shot to death it took four days to bring charges against somebody and and something like that would make more sense in terms of protest because that was that was sort of push along and they kind of set up that but this was they were very quick to you know try to amend the feedback as possible after reconciliation again I would just say to you that I think the history in Minneapolis in terms of actions against police officers have been lax bearing cracks and I think that's part of what now there were also people out there who took an opportunity just to loot stores target stores and target headquarters in Minneapolis I mean that's the target is like Kodak used to be what brought Chester was built about around but they're a lot of people there who weren't protesting anything about George Floyd's death they simply saw it as an opportunity to loot that's that's a whole different class of of protesters very important yeah it's it's still it's criminal as well it's criminals will criminality as what the police officer did to George Floyd but it is nonetheless criminal as well artisan you've arson and then a lot of going like on your credit card affected memory too because it does of course it does and then again in in in most cases many of the the businesses that are being burned are minority owned businesses in that can in that community which is a EE said Stephen thank you for your call appreciate I hear the passion in your voice I really appreciate it thanks we go next as I eat I eat is in Linslade next on like say what it's eight hi don how are you I'm fine tonight who is are these are very nice conversion thank you my point is done is very very hot this video on you seeing no one one ounce of luggage going to hold you to the community but I people saying what did me I'm condoning the violence wider community where they bonded by law is going all right but we have to fight injustice what a new one I'm done like this kind of pollution well the they are always the people that work with but I want to take a note of that and father or mother they want to live in the people that have that discussion WG also are you doing like this kind of thing but we don't condone all the United States only out of respect for the work done by you know you're right I mean this this is the this is the actions or the actions of at least one rogue police officer and it needs to be seen that way is he the only world police officer no no there have been other rogue police officers there was the police officer who shot the guy in the back in Charleston South Carolina as he was running away and then try to plant something at the scene of the crime so this should be a no there should be no cases like this I mean for someone to kill someone that's bad enough but when you do it while he well you have the authority of a badge and gun you then not only have killed someone taken someone's life but you've also betrayed an oath that you took to protect and serve that very individual that you've killed and you've done it while wearing a badge and with a gun your holster so there are there is a there there should be a real penalty here some of them fell under this is the most visited is the kind of thing yes because of dust the store United States blood glucose in on it the young bottom corners of the war you might start here everybody trying to get exemplary learns that I'm gonna need to do inside the United States like this guy did it in one of has has to stop side I think we would agree on that and I got to stop because I'm up on my break sounds to me like you got some some company there tonight you gotta get some but babysitting to do it sounds like okay I have a great night tonight six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty coming right back on my side your thoughts on what is going on in Minneapolis this week I think we need to focus on this at least for a couple of hours the night.

"Podcast as always this is. Brian joined by Brad and John. Brad how're you doing on this fine evening? I am doing great Brian. Thank you for asking. Yeah NO PROBLEM. It makes me feel good that you ask how I'm doing. I always want to check in especially in these times. It makes me feel special. I'm John How are you I'm doing? I'm doing wonderful Brian Good. I'm glad so for this particular episode. We have a special guest. We have Steven Rue us at these Stephen released from four the win USA Today on to talk about Cam. Newton Stephen Are you doing? I'm I'm not doing well. You're not doing just wanted to say that the balance doing wonderful realistic. We're in court scene. Guys just podcast is happy so they have this funny little bit where they decide to They just do a disingenuous. I'm doing great. That's been going on for weeks now. So don't worry it's fine. So for this special edition of the keep sounding podcast. I know there are a lot of panthers fans out there. Who after the draft and everything? Neither were finally done. We know who the panthers draft picks are for the most part. The roster's fleshed out aside from free agents. That may or may not get signed depending on how things go in the off season. They kind of just want to move on from the whole Cam. Newton drama well. Guess what we don't so I brought I love it. I should say we should clarify that. Some of US don't some of US. Don't so steven actually tweeted about something. Said it was a specific quote. Tweet said what could you talk about for thirty minutes straight with no prep it all. And he said how the Panthers Failed Cam Newton and that resonated with me so I was like. Hey come on the show and talk to us about that. So okay so Stephen. You've got thirty minutes. Let's go I the only one talking to sit here. Mike is our planes and video games. In the Ron Rivera. Press conference when he made the comment about the deems. Everyone finishing five hundred. I'll just play that God. Analytics were so looks. Good that one. Yeah I want to say before. We go further into this. I've been watching Recordings of my recordings on my DVR NFL red zone. When I have nothing else on. Tv to watch. And I don't know if it's the bitterness or the fact that Ron has gone it's like A. You can see things with more clarity because you don't have any of that. Hope for optimism or whatever types him because he coach of your team but watching some of these vendors games of the decisions and some of that stuff. It's like why did we not like? Why do we put that for so long like this is really bad? Yeah like kicking kicking a field goal just to avoid a shutout when you by like twenty. I just saw that. I was watching whatever week. That was where they're losing to the Falcons like twenty to nothing and it was the fourth quarter and kicked a field goal in like four thousand four. Because it's like all right now. We've got a point like yeah. You're still down three scores. Good job but hey we didn't get shut out but didn't get shut out. Tom Play the worst quarterback game in the history of football outsiders but stuff like that. The Cam Newton. So we're going to get into a Christian. Mccaffrey taking ninety nine. Percents of snaps as a running back. The cringing announcers calling him riverboat Ron. When he's done when he does things like punt from the thirty five yard line and then he has the audacity to say no I'm analytical Ron. I ever did neither analytical nor are you a gambler yeah but this is the show about Steven Steven. What what would you say? Is your biggest like reason. The Panthers Failed Cam Newton. I mean I didn't even put it on there. I think you gotta put up. The office. Just never really built around him. Beat correct me if I'm wrong. The only off at the players they draft in the first round while he was there was it Kelvin. Benjamin Dj more and Christian. Mccaffrey yes something like that. And he only played one year with Jay. Moore won half a year healthy first McCaffrey. I mean he's a great player but still running back in the first the top. Ten We Kelvin. Benjamin was only in the league. Basically 'cause camping carried them to relevant the right when he left him. He's I don't he's not in the league anymore so that didn't really turn out. Well either. The drafting of a running back. Does it really help your quarterback all that much you help your quarterback with receivers and pass catches in Offensive Linemen? Which the pay absolutely nothing with the offensive line. While he was here. It also did help that Christian McCaffrey. We use was used sparingly in his rookie year despite literally everybody who has ever watched football game looking at him and being like this kid is good fat but he's had a lot. Cheney's run John Stewart aren't yet we didn't see. We didn't see cam in like a good a well-designed offense until two thousand eighteen and we only got a half a year so I would also say the next thing on the list is sticking with for as long as he did when there is like so much evidence that he was not a good coach and they needed to do to move on stubborn Mike throughout his tenure and Carolina that Kinda permeated through the whole team though. It wasn't just Mike Shula just about every single coordinator or position coach. We had as someone who has close personal friends with Ron Rivera. A whether or not they they were worthy of the job or not like Richard Rogers. He has been a tight ends coach a secondary coach a special teams coordinator. He's terrible at all of those things but we kept him because he was literally because he was teammates with Ron Rivera. At cal my even Eric Eric Washington. I don't think he have been a defensive coordinator evident. How Much Sean? Mcdermott had a impact on that defense. After he left like right when he left it went downhill. It it's pretty easy to say. Now in Hindsight Sean. Mcdermott is the reason why why. Rivera even has the reputation he does as a defensive mind. Yes it's like. He was too scared to go. Hire hire new. People like Inter actually interview people for Jobs Win. Coordinators got poached from. This building is the closest to that job already. We'll just give them under role. Just I think the thing about for me because you touched on it that me most mad about the career arc of candidates so far is that he spent what six years with Mike Shula as offensive coordinator is that. How long was I thinks? Oh five or six thousand thirteen to two thousand team. So about five hundred eighty. Oh not replacing was really. I thought was the biggest mistake of his. Like in terms of hiring coaches put on him not defense. Shula over even the dogs matter on very yes in the dog's name Ski Way. Just a little fun fact one of them but yes Mike. Shula does replacing Robertson Ski. Who I think was for the most part pretty good with Mike. Shula who again? I don't know how tolerate that for as long as we did. I guess the two thousand fifteen season right in the middle of it or came just kind of carry the team really kind of softened how bad it was around that year pretty much but having Mike Shula as the majority of Cam Newton's career to this point S. his offensive coordinator is such a disservice to not just can't do it but I think everybody painters fans. Nfl FANS football fans. Just everybody go ahead. Stephen go ahead. Housing to fan bases are usually hard on their offense coordinator. Whether it's Jim it or not but like Nash. About Shoo football people on E. She wasn't just panthers fans. It was pretty much everyone that watches football football teams. Fans hate their offense coordinator. I think both Gordon's especially their offense coordinator because it's a very you know. Every result every negative result gets remembered more than the positive results. But Yeah Mike Shula. I don't think there's any defense for Shula being a good offensive coordinator. There were many games they could have won even with Cam Newton with half an arm in two thousand eighteen where bad play calls fucked them and I think norv Turner. He's an upgrade over my shoe of it. I think it was upgrading from the one of the worst office of Rangers in the League to up to a below average office coordinator. Just just because he's outdated and some of the decision making was so predictable and stubborn. I think we talked about it. A Lot. In Twenty nineteen the amount of times where we try to go heavy formation and right up the middle on short yardage situations despite the fact that it never worked it things like that and I know it was not as an internal again. was basically forced into resigning with the Vikings two years earlier. Did back then pure saying these out. It wasn't like they weren't bringing like offense. We saw the race even know in twenty news. This like Oh we're going to Christian McCaffrey. Let run a sniper out like yeah. You should have been doing that. The whole time just to Christian McCaffrey. Who got a bunch of catches and stuff so but like he was used as a check down out of the backfield and it was never really utilizes a receiver or as a weapon as much as he should have been and it was just. It was exactly what you'd expect if you take a guy that was really good at his job. Twenty five years ago and give them the same job. Now it's like you have. Your ideas are really innovative based on. You can't stale now. Yeah part of it is that Rob Sheds inskeep brought him a lot of norv Turner concepts to Carolina. When I came in so then I guess in Ron Rivera's mind it made sense to have Mike. Shula come in and continue those and then then they just brought in North Turner offer rather than rather than having new offense or try. Try something new. They were just going to continue to use those concepts which in practice might make sense right it. It just kind of proved that didn't really work long term unless Cam Newton was playing like the best player in the League which you can keep the often somewhat consistent without just hiring. Another of your old buddies. That hasn't done well at that job for decades. Yeah I mean Cam made a lot of highlights the things when they brought in Shula he didn't really have the same. Coaching background is to see like I don't know if you guys remember. But like the talk around. When he took over was that they were going to shorter passes and make things easier on Cam when they were throwing deep allow out and I think I'm pretty sure she was. Background is in the West Coast offense so it was a different system. They just it's like they brought in a different guy to coach the same often and it was predictably a mess. Yeah like Hey Mike I know. This is your specialty. But we don't want you to coach that you're just here because you're you just read. Us giving it his job. Because you're already here so it's like my trying you dad's famous because my show has also never really been successful anywhere. He's gone belly was.

"You want it eight o'clock we will have Suffolk County district attorney Rachel Rollins and I'm talking about her effort to return an alleged killer back to jail after he was released on a bracelet on we'll we'll talk with Rachel Rollins about that tomorrow night can thanks to my guest last hour and let's get back to Steven I make sure I hit the right button here absolutely I'm working remotely so I have to be a little careful here the buttons Stephen is in Newton Stephen identified himself as a pharmacist and hit some of the concerns that him that his industry might have had when all of a sudden this this this drug hydroxy Cllr Quinn by the way what when people say Zee pac I assume they're referring to as if from my sin is that they are excellent for months and is that the name of the medication as he packed his is actually it's a crane to the training of the evidence of mice and it's it's for Max and the company that later they have the patent on the drug creative circle is intact entity that could actually aid dosed formulation of the termites and that is used for certain types of infections like upper respiratory tract infections are treated with the pack and it gives you a big dose about a certain day or or extern core of it is that available over the counter that this is that no that's a prescription the biotic it is okay great okay so it's not something about the count okay so so you were raising the point which I think is is a legitimate concern that that might have been a run on the supplies of hydroxy core Quinn so go ahead and I just took but I'm holding you over people or think they coming halfway into the conversation they are go head to head so I guess there was we went to our concerned about three weeks ago with allocation so when it was announcing the when the president announced at the press conference about using hierarchical Quinn at three more or less control before coronavirus patient the next day are the primary at my state wide you stop there was a lot of prescribing there were some a lot of I would say a lot of prescriptions for it despite there being not many cases so it seemed as if there was some panic prescribing there may have been self prescribing there may have been at peace with god to the providers and after prescriptions to kind of hold have the medication in case of the situation and it could rain on our on our supplies and we have established patient who conducted Corcoran it it it's a male issues with everything there and my my we used to treat a lot of autoimmune disorder so a lot of lupus patients a lot of rheumatoid arthritis and that day when I contacted my warehouse they had a temporary backorders from my vendor without of the medication as well and it made it very difficult to dispense the medication compliance application who had been on that so is it let me ask you this if I if I could without identifying where you work is that's a relevant I I can tell that you're legitimate pharmacist has your supply been replenished it has been replaced it took about a week how do we kind of get back to where it once before and I remember actually early in the week but that was before that it that press conference was given I had I had multiple stock bottles on the shelf you have been a lot of respect within about a day of that amount that made and there was when I spoken to other colleagues they're going to the similar issue actuation and I was concerned I guess overall about a drain on the supply for eight supposed to use on on proving I'm off in Europe yes yeah but in but let me let me ask you if I can't if you don't mind Steven I I just wanna make sure that that I don't don't forget the questions one SO you supplies been replenished I think I heard today on some television reports that there have been supplies of hydroxy clerk clerk queen Cllr Quinn sent to some of the hot spot cities around the country so it sounds to me like there there is no shortage of supply generally we just got to get the you know obviously your pharmacy has to you know get replenished and other pharmacies to get replaced I don't think this is a drug that is in short supply per se in my in my wrong on that to be honest I I don't know we wanted to drug traffickers frequently if there's if we wondered if there is one second but in practice the overall why issue that affects a line of drug like a production line to let's say their a recall or issue of warrants drunkard if one does from a certain manufacturer not hold and in fact every other dose and every other manufacturer and we went to a call about a quarter or market shortage hi Mike my question though he's my bottom line question okay based upon what you know now and then you're not a doctor and you don't have to tell me you don't even have to venture an opinion here from from what you know as a pharmacist does it seem to you reasonable that that doctors could prescribe in use this drug hydroxy parkway and in conjunction maybe with a rich some again and have a tough time as if as information or or do you think that this is a crazy crazy pursuit I don't think you're crazy anything right now things in general are crazy and I think we have to be creative and we have to be very flexible you know might consider this this call is this some sort of sorted for other people I totally hear you I mean you that's where it gets a little tricky okay so so your issue is availability your issue is not efficacy or effectiveness of the drug you're you're concerned about your availability yeah and and and clearly I understand that concern let's see let's see what others others have to say let me ask you this if if one of your patients one of your customers I should say you came to refill a prescription and you had a couple of days where you couldn't we feel it is this is this such that it would cause that patient who has rheumatoid arthritis or lupus would they be in dire straits not to get that for a few days or is something that they could live with it I'm just kind of curious and on the internet dependent their levels of the medication you know as well as their you know how well there that can be managed by the medically because his wish I just wish that the government would be honest with us and if they said to us Hey look folks this is a drug that has some potential benefits but we're we would ask you unless you are in a situation where you have corona virus to please and and ask the doctors not to prescribe it you know just for you know the their friends on the bowling team or whatever so it isn't over prescribed but just be honest that the government once again the shrouded this will you know that this thing what we need double blind clinical trials and and it will probably take two years well if you have somebody who's suffering from chronic virus like the state representative who we talked to last hour Karen which set from Michigan she didn't have two years now I know what I mean and and again you know this is it is a situation where there's a sort of I don't get drunk the whole of last resort but it's right now one of very few treatment that that that there's some potential kill and I see that you know okay well you have a very refrigerator no I I appreciate your your candor appreciate your holding over through the news thanks it's just a different perspective that's we do here on nights I would try to get as many perspectives as possible thanks so much David you're welcome but I hear a great pharmacist I've tired of you guys do you guys do great work for all of us and I thank you for your for you what you do thank you thank you bye bye right now good night six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty I think Stephen frame the issue very very well if you'd like to comment on the interviews that we did the interviews that I had last hour with both Karen which set the state representative from Michigan who apparently feels well she did she said she feels this drug to save her life and her doctor Dr Mohammed R. C. Waller who happens to be the president of the Michigan state medical society that met the Michigan medical society join the conversation six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty if you found yourself headed to the hospital it with a bad case of coronavirus don't tell me that you would not ask for this drug you I if you're aware of it of course you would if there's anyone who would say they wouldn't bring it all six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty side.

S. person would go right ahead John. good to talk to you. and as usual you're focusing on the wrong part of the problem. IBM is the people who are in that street pride parade just like the problem is when the Ku Klux Klan came to Boston you remember when they came to Boston in the early eighties all I think they like five or six of them or something. and where were you did you come down to protest no I think I think I was covering it John actually to be honest so you saw it yeah I think I was covering it with metal was it a worthwhile the. I don't see I believe John in the first amendment okay and and it's you and I probably disagree about everything okay and if I wanted to exercise to limit your first amendment rights I would cut you off but even though I know that you're going to disagree with everything and you're going to insult me as you open the the conversation by telling me on the wrong side of the issue let me ask you just a question or two if you don't allow hitting on the wrong side of the issue. in Europe in your opinion John so let me ask you a question okay so so do you support. what individuals from in key for the dead in terms of not just standing there and pro testing and yelling but do you support what they did in terms of throwing things and and assaulting police officers is that okay in your book straight question restraint answer a question I would ask back to you no no I don't want him back I don't want I don't want to question you don't John John here's the thing okay I'm trying to give you a break okay I'm trying to give you a break your regular but I'm trying to give you a break so would you like to answer the question or do you want to end the phone call the question I'll repeat it in case you missed it the first time is do you support the individuals from a P. for who threw things at not only the parade participants but also police officers and then gauged an assault and battery against police officers in your world John is that okay. I don't support any violence so just just tell me no so therefore I don't know how I'm going to I'm going to get to your question and as I'm gonna get your question second so therefore you do not support what members of in teeth the did during that that so called parade court I just want to make sure. who you're assuming they're members of empty for and not some provocateur who's been playing this song I use okay bold Gover often deluding looting they they did they were from Italy from history they admitted they were able to you they talked about being from anti for so what what's your question for me Johnson what's your question for me I told you I'd give you a chance to ask the question go ahead. so do you really know that all of those people who were there who said they were and T. from whoever they are what who were they affiliated with who are they really do they really represent the majority of people who disagreed with the straight pride parade to disagree with the Ku Klux Klan I disagree with **** clan I disagree with straight pride parade okay but I'm not down the pro testing I'm going to ignore them okay I'm not going to waste a Saturday on Labor Day weekend and I'm not going to tie up Boston police officers and John if you don't believe those people who would be a mask throwing urine and throwing milkshakes chemical milkshakes at Boston police officers were members self propensity for press professed members AT and T. for then John you are the most naive collar up ever had in this program. no I'm not thank you for little responding I wouldn't there was well see you don't know you don't know John I think a point to is it is it is so if it is so your point is they're not anti for it doesn't matter what they call themselves I mean they call themselves the Boston Red Sox if you shop at mass on your throwing urine and and you've got keys on you you've got shield and yelling and you throw it yet you're causing violence and and and and upsetting the city of Austin it doesn't matter what you called regardless. eating here and people come out and say that's that's not us did you. well who did the things that you did and he thought come out and say Hey that wasn't us. I'm talking about those individuals western John do those things not those individuals should not have done that that's. could could walk put a T. for good I can just make the point Tim made the point they take a look you have for example when when the Taliban blows up trucks in kelp Kabul date day take credit for a what isis does this all these organizations the terrorist organization. who was very into word very like. I found the file. and you've been a member of anti for John. you know have a great night six one seven two five four ten thirty did one answer that question either. just keep rolling here gonna go to Steven in Newton Stephen into your next the nights at how are you tonight I'm doing well thank you good evening I'm just gonna I have two quick points first of all whatever happened to people's pride or their I guess their pride in their protest you know mutual of people they would be out protesting and maybe they would be protesting something risky but it always be willing to show their face because they were so strongly convicted of their car but they were willing to identify with that because regardless of the rest yeah I couldn't agree with you more and I I said earlier in the show you may have missed it but you know I've been with the hotel workers twenty six we had a a protest of of Wyndham hotel they were doing the right thing over there they had hospital patients staying in their rooms they were asking union labor room cleaners to to take care colostomy bags and bloody rags and all it was awful the stories I heard were awful and and we had a we had a protest we walk on the sidewalk and as I said the Dan earlier you know when the boss please I was said Hey guys you get a little close to the to the door I know people have a right to go to the hotel we everybody moved there was there was never an issue that's the way protests were done and it was a very proud protest believe me because when you look at the people who work in the hotel workers union you know a year you're really are getting a palette of what lives in Boston so it was a it was that's a peaceful protest on the way it should be done I'm I walked the picket line would stop and shop pickers this past spring go go right ahead Steven I'm sorry to have director. remember you saying that and I'm I don't think that you know a lot of people try to think then they would they would you know. you know I mean you talk about well with civil disobedience people were willing to face of consequences and they're willing to be the face of that and show the country that you know. this is my face with other than what I'm you know with the issue that I'm getting for whether it's you know a contact an issue that you would have a majority that with her a couple or something that would drift Europe but they were willing to own up to that and I feel that I am asking yourself you're hiding in it is you like to use the word power they could get you know the academy of cowardice yeah and I think it's I think it's awfully coward when you're standing behind you know your three or four deep in your little anti for group and you're throwing stuff up and over and you've got your your face covered so nobody can identify you later on others always gonna be that question and and you know this is part of the problem in as I said earlier in the show this becoming the norm is really concerning to me. yeah and I guess one of the thank you for you know initiating the commotion I think it's very very important thank you very much thank you create your call six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty we will open.

"Max clearly he's feeling good about what jones showing is he right right to be calling out the haters sure because he's being asked about it every day and so he's saying snow surprise to us. Maybe it's the price of someone like me. How surprised if someone like me it was a surprise to me how well he is playing because he was playing practically flawlessly so far. My issue was not that. I pretended tended to know how good daniel jones was. Although everyone i spoke to who watched had him graded among the lowest of the likely to be taken quarterbacks in almost every category category admitted. I didn't watch daniel jones in college stephen. Were you watching duke football last year not at all no need either aw one thing i think about the basketball who's watching football. Please football gods. Daniel jones not as good as he looks. I hope he is. I've never wanted to be more wrong then. I do wanna be about daniel jones and the giants taking him instead of haskins haskins however coach before he puts it back on people like me should pump the brakes a little bit. He doesn't have reps with the ones. You know what that it means. You don't have reps against the ones so we're talking about. Three presents preseason games against twos in preseason so far that's been notorious on account of the fact that coaches aren't playing guys so far so good. I'm i'm trying not to get too excited about daniel and you'll jones and i think coach also should pump the brakes a little bit about telling us to take a look in the mirror when we haven't even seen him play for real real game or even a preseason game against the ones. Here's one of the things that i will say about you max that i think the american public needs to know you're incredibly nice guy you you really are. You wanted to kind of people that i know you're really really good i. I can't say that about myself. I'm really not that god. I mean i'm really it could be roy and the people that i love and close to me and what have you and the people that are valuable year. They'll swear by me but the average joe make no mistake about it. I'm not that nice of a guy. I just prefer to be just just just real as opposed tonight. I don't wanna be evil but i'm not gonna go out of my way to be nice. I think sometimes you we do that and i think that this is. One of those situations is that that's exactly what you're doing. I can understand it's emanating from your diatribe in the immediate aftermath of the n._f._l. Fell draft in nashville when we were there and we both discussed it that they passed up on haskins or whatever and it was bona fide and legit tate but the reason why i'm going to accuse you be a nice and this particular morning that i can't believe that you're letting pat. Shurmur of all people get away with his dribble. Let me be very very clear. Ause max kellerman this say man who deserve the head coaching job for the new york giants okay. His record has an n._f._l. Head coach. It's fifteen and thirty four that is a thirty percent winning percentage. Why is that relevant on this particular moment in time because not a single regular. Season game has been played with dan jones. You haven't even put him against opposing starters. We're talking about preseason practice man. I know that but pre face okay and you're literally gonna sit up there before this dude. Is that an opportunity to pass gas on an n._f._l. Field and you're gonna to sit there and say excuse me. Maybe it's time to ask the critics. Look what what what we haven't seen anything yet. You haven't been in a real game yet. You have been a guest. I uni unit chip. You ain't going against the dallas defense to start. If you haven't gone against the eagles defense the starters you we look down the scheduling to see who else the hell you plant you having won against any of them and oh by the way we've already been told eli manning don't have to do a damn thing because he will be starting this season open. We've heard the owner state. I i at the c. You chose this because that would mean that ally manning is playing his tail off which is exactly what we want. We are anticipating that opposing defenses fences are going to literally stack the box and deir ez la manning new throw the football because saquon barkley is pretty much your loan threat and what are the other things that i'd like to point out max this man in cleveland. His record was nine twenty three and two years as a coach of the browns. It's five even eleven in his first season with the new york giants every year. He's been a head coach in two thousand and eleven his offense ranked twenty nine hundred yards thirtieth pinpoints in two thousand twelve. It was twenty it was it was twenty fifth in your ought twenty four points last year in the giants he rank. I think what does it seventeen yards sixteen point as a head coach you giving us no indication whatsoever that you are the right man after the job and before a regular season gets a regular season game daniel jones you gotta sit up there and say don't ask me. Is tom for ask the critics tom. Tom asked the critics. We're critical because as you had something to do with the back. Don't don't mistake my kindness for weakness solo saying that ever again. Let's say i'm not that mistake on this particular morning. Let me tell you something. You have to be fair. The coach was asked pointblank as he is all the time about daniel jones so at a certain certain point coaches like how many times say the same thing. We're not surprised by this this the guy we all go. We were getting people who were surprised what they so so far. I will tell you what i think so far so far so good what my original comment was. There's a name for the daniel. Jones's of the world is called second second day guy. My issue was not even that they drafted him. My issue was with his draft position. They took him sixth overall. When no one else who's gonna take them in the i brown and they had two first round picks they could add to elite or prime time players and then gotten their quarterback in the second round. Now the giants answer to that was if you know that that's your guy forget about that grabbed him. I agree but then my point was the net do better make the hall of fame so my criticism of pat shurmur right now how is simply. He looks really good so far again second units in the preseason but he can't just be a middle of n._f._l. Quarterback to justify the the league quarterback deal in my deal is excuse me he hasn't played a regular season game yet and you got the audacity to sit up and talk about the critics and and let the critics ask well guess. What do your favorite pat shurmur. I'm gonna lay of not that. I was on. Danny jones that much but i'm going layoff because here's what i'm going to say. If dan and you jones doesn't look good based on what you're saying pat shurmur then it must be you. That's what that's what i take from this conversation i. I don't need to look we don't we don't even reverse you. Say listen if i'm back. If i'm if i'm a critic we don't need to pay attention to dan jones okay particularly if he's in at any point joe we want we need to do is look at pat shurmur because evidently must be you coached. It must be you n._a. Daniel jones he's a rookie. That's what the preseason is. Four rookies rookies forget their shine and have an opportunity just to point out for him out of the fifty three quarterbacks with more than twenty pass attempts this preseason the guys who are actually playing out out there in the preseason daniel jones leads all of them in completion percentage passer rating and yards per cent such i'm overall. It's an interesting creature. Inhabits the flat plains of the mini an automobile dashboard the bobblehead it's most agreeable and will not along to win despite having no brain function but when the bubble had his geico not only saves people money but also gives them access to licensed agents twenty four seven online and over the phone not even more vigorously because he knows you should switch because yes switching to geico is a no brainer easy publ at easy you you can get whiplash. Panthers were playing it safe with cam newton's right shoulder and out of the first two preseason gates so last night they decided it it was time for cam to make his debut but unfortunately the night ended with a completely different injury after being sacked in the first quarter. Cam newton left a game and did not return with a sprained left ankle. Here's panthers head coach ron rivera. This is one of those things that you know. Everybody was geared up for this one on on and again it was an opportunity to go and play and you know it can happen on game one in the regular season so to to to sit here and say that well. You know if you don't play these games than you play a game day one day one. What do you do. That's that's the hard part. That's the unfortunate part all right guys so cam newton. I mean this was a two thousand fifteen m._v._p. But just remember he's thirty years old. He had previously underwent surgery on that same left ankle in two thousand fourteen max. I remember yesterday. We were having having conversation. We said if cam stays healthy he could be in the m._v._p. Race the season but now i'm wondering after this injury. What are your expectations or cam. Let me say this my expectations for cam newton. This year are not great. I root for the brother. I'm genuinely fond of them but i don't expect much from him. This year carolina's defense is always something to be record with. <hes> i love coach rivera and i've got a lot of respect for him as well but i think that people forget. I don't give a damn about the ankle. I think he'll be fine. What it comes down to is that cam newton has had surgery on his shoulder to the to the last three years. You know so when i look at it from that perspective this serious serious question box now obviously christian mccaffrey. His presence on the team gene is huge because he's not somebody who can just run with the football. Although he's miniature compared to most running backs he's an individual can catch passes and he's all purpose i do when you think of a christian mccaffrey amac's. I think of a guy like alvin kamara. Whatever matter fact i remember when he was at stanford i went on national television and i called halt reverse. You know reverse discrimination. I said if he were a brother you would have given him more props coming out of stanford as a running back then maybe he do you think he's in the conversation for the league made it through the stanford message blogs you remember that and i meant it from the bottom hard because i think he's he's that gifted so he's somewhat of a security blanket for cam but i think we've got to recognize the fact that it wasn't until last year when camps completion percentage really shot shot up there we even noticed him really really as a passer because religiously throughout his career he was at sixty percent or lower throughout the first seven years of his career in the national football fully so now you're coming off surgery and then look at the division that you're in. I'm not sold on tampa bruce areas because of jameis winston. There's too many question mark steven. Do we know mike. Evans is a stud. They lost sean jackson but look at atlanta. Matt ryan had m._v._p. Caliber numbers last year they had eight guys on. I are at the end of the season and that was was a big problem for them but when you look at devante freeman coming back because he was wanted to do that was and then you combine that with julio jones arguably the best in the game muhammad's a new who can bowl who's how there really is a start my god look at the passing attack with them and then there's new orleans and so when i look at it from that perspective the fact that you're in that division and those four games that you're going to have to play within the division a low not to mention the rest of your schedule and cam newton instill having question marks about his health. I don't expect much from him this year and as a result. I don't expect much from carolina this year. Well this injuries injuries not good. I mean every piece of information that comes in you start to adjust what your view of what's going to happen. Full-contact sports injuries obviously played a neutral in preseason games. All you're hoping let my team come out healthy this. If you're a panthers fan is devastated but cam newton stephen eight when when last seen healthy was having a sort of m._v._p. Ish kind of year early in the season then he got hurt. They still want a couple of games like he figured it out but he couldn't throw the ball all down the field anymore and that was that i thought cam had shown an evolution in his game last year to the point that wo two thousand fifteen was like raw physical cam m._v._p. This could be a new kind of more nuanced cam kind of m._v._p. Cow disease and it went away if his shoulder and now's how's ankle hold up why i don't see why he can't do that again he was that was the trajectory. The panthers are largely the same team. Mccaffrey is another other year experience and don't forget he's a real threat because he can catch passes just like a really good receiver and he runs the ball and also by the way between the tackles. That's overstated take trump. That's nonsense this. He can't do everything. I don't see why it would be any different from cam. I look at them and feel bad the way i feel bad for andrew luck right now. There's there's some players in my mind that are always linked when they were in college. Even though they came out and consecutive years those two were always compared being strong great quarterbacks each went number one in consecutive years and look what happens mario winston in the same draft ee lion rothlisburger and philip rivers in the same draft you kind of linked those guys is baker mayfield and sam darnold will be linked josh allen. We'll see what he does but those two i always think of together luck cam and both of them because they were so big and strong the the teams that were built around. Them weren't always good enough at protecting them. 'cause i think the sense is their biggest wrong. They can take these hits and both of them have kinda fallen apart in recent in years right as they approach thirty so the question was can really is is this tragic story right where he was faded for this end because people people thought he could take those hits and they didn't put the right team around him or can he stay healthy if he can stay healthy. I'm telling you right now. I expect the panthers to be in the thick of in that division. The division is loaded. I think partly because they are in it and i expect cam to have an excellent season. Pick up where he left off last year. Health health provided well. Let me say this. Let me say this. Let me say this. They finished one seven over the last eight games ryan kalil thomas davis julius peppers all gone. We're assuming because it's the panthers that their defense is going to be solid because their defense looked older. Tom's obviously last year. We don't know that to be the case remains to be seen. We assume we give them. The benefit adopt because ron rivera offensively. This still is a lot of question marks but i'm looking at the schedule schedule you know they opened the season against the rams and you know other than their division foes <hes> the teams they played the teams they play against is primarily in the a._f._c. south as well so you got eddie. You got tennessee. You got jacksonville or right. You still got seattle on your schedule. You got green bay on your schedule plus. You got your two opponents in the n._f._c. south. All i'm trying to say that being good. Being solid ain't good enough. I mean can you unique cam and i think that cam cam next season twenty twenty. I think that he'll be lethal. I think this season having a comeback from all. He's come back from first priority r._v. Is your health second. Priority is rhythm. You would never great pass it to begin with last year. You showed us something. Now you remember last the tournament. Pull it off and he did. That was the first season so now you've got to come back from the angle. I hear you after the ankle. The bottom line is what you just said. What happened to the panthers. When cam couldn't do the baltimore. They fell apart. If anything that highlights his value he was having an m._v._p. Ish kind of season early sixty two when he went then can stay healthy. I think he could do it again but you're being if he can stay healthy real quick. Do you think his team has all line is going to be capable and good enough to keep them protected and that's the first question the second question is having any hits over the years like andrew look at their bodies are starting to to fall apart. Kenny stills was publicly critical of jay z's partnership with the n._f._l. On monday he shared he felt jay z. He could have handled it better and that he could have reached out to cap or to kenny. He didn't like jay z's comment that we're past kneeling and he pointed out this guy's never taken a knee and overall. He felt that commentary was uninformed. The very following day after still comments jay z's music was played during practice this blaring out of the speakers for eight straight songs deliberate move made by dolphins head coach bryan floors. Yesterday floor is explained flamed. His reasoning behind the music choice was a challenge to kenny to perform regardless of whatever's going on outside and and i would say i've said this to him. He hasn't performed up to that level over the course of this training camp as as i've seen them so that was a challenge to get open. Ah catch the football make plays for this team regardless of what's going on outside of this building stephen do you. You have a problem with coach. Flora's playing jay z's music at practice not at all and not only because i completely agree with him but i totally relate to what he's talking about. You know one of the things that's been transpired since this whole <hes> jay z. fiasco over his partnership with the n._f._l. Has taken on a life of its own is that we've got folks that are supportive of the kneeling supportive of colin cap you know gung ho about question in the blackness and the authenticity of other people now. I would tell them to go kick rocks. I would assure you that if i wasn't on f._c._c. airwaves my response to that nonsense would be quite more incendiary and i wouldn't give a damn. I'm not brian floors. He's he's far more than me and i think that when you look at kenny stills here's what we we have to understand about kenny stills the colin kapp knicks to eric ries of the world brian floors is a black man i mean i know we say stuff. You know some folks african american or caribbean american. He's a black man. I'm a black man okay. There is no black man on this earth that should have a problem with colin cabinet ever agree or kenny stills in terms of what they've done. Their willingness take need to bring attention to racial pressure racial inequality police brutality over tahiliani part of police police officers as i like to say there's no black man alive there should oh i think would have a problem with that but you also have to pay attention to folks who believe that there's also another way to go about addressing those issues news and respect that as well and when you look at a guy like eric read or kenny stills tacitly directly alluding to jay z. you know selling out and saying derogatory things about him in that way. It should be ashamed of themselves. They really really should because it's going to dan fall now kenny stills. Let's get to him directly because that's what we're talking about here. As it pertains to brian flores kenny stills is a fifth round draft pick in the n._f._l. Coming out of oklahoma okay. He was drafted by the new orleans saints. If i remember correctly in two thousand thirteen kenny stills has been a starter in the national football league over the last three years. He's been in the league for six full seasons. He has never had a thousand yard season now. That might be because ryan. Tannehill was your quarterback for all. I know quite possible quite i possible. I get all of that but the reality is that you haven't had a thousand yard season since you have entered the n._f._l. And the reason why i love what brian flora's did is buyer. Florida's brian flores specifically addressed the locker room told them he's lived it. He's been stopped by police. He's endured. Stop and frisk nonsense that was going on in the streets of new york city for years he grew up in brooklyn okay even though his parents and not from the united states he pointed out all of these i think so i appreciate you and appreciate what you're standing and kneeling for and i applaud that but guess what guess what kenny stills you got produce. Doesn't that seem like bill belichick to you. Gotta do what you gotta do. Excuse me your primary responsibility to this team. See is to go out and get the job done. I haven't been impressed with what i've seen from you. Appraise these this is this is the coach. I haven't been impressed with you and what else we see. I haven't been impressed with what i've seen. In practice now you can make all the news you want about these issues and they're going to benefit me and they're going to benefit african americans birth. Black people not just in this nation possibly abroad and we're going to appreciate that but that goes save your job that basically what you're saying. Go save you from the rats. That will come your way directly from my hand. If you ain't catching passes if you ain't running route if you ain't doing what you're supposed oh to do so all of these pages that you create for yourself because of this issue while i applaud it and i have no doubt that my community is going to benefit thicke from your willingness and your courage in addressing these things. Please make sure you understand you have a job to do kenny stills pills and according to my meeting brian floors mas. I'll see you do it. The coach will basically said that and that's why i love what he he did. You know how you look at brian flora's and you go. His parents are afro caribbean and he grew up in. I don't know what to call the black do like i saw it's like okay. The black man i look i look at coach and i go is he. He's that's a dude just talented by the way quick interruption corruption. I don't know if everybody realized this but a white person from south africa who becomes an american citizen can also be you the american i'm eric. Did you really well no. He's a black man losing different the distinction look look at coach shooting a straight or not. Is that really the reason he played jay. Yeah it obviously he's trying to coach his us all kinds of motivational techniques to prod to make you angry make you prove something to them and it looks like that what was what was co coach was doing and jay's been making great music for twenty plus years. He's lucky only jay z's could have been a lot more by the way. Did you hear where we're kenny. Stills plays nausea and that's. I think that's pretty. That's that's good. That's a good like way to come back this idea that and you made the comment i'm in earlier. You said something like no black person could disagree with what or what did you say. You're going to have a black person. That doesn't appreciate what colin kaepernick see. Eric eric reed and kenny stills. Have i think the way this is framed is unfair to black people to african american however whatever you want people of color because it treats it treats diverse population as one group with one mind but in fact what we see happening is a dialectic we you see not just between two different ideas but but about a bunch of different ideas about things and this was true in the civil rights movement to there were various civil rights groups. It's mostly african american who had bitter disputes during civil rights because it's not what they should be done right that is not a sign that a group purpose divided and therefore it's a sign of some kind of unhealthy condition in fact it could be a sign of a very healthy condition and especially when when you're dealing with good faith actors when you're dealing with people who are not simply who are not bad faith actress who have some hidden agenda coach was very clear that he he supported kenny stills ideals at the same time. He said the man's not playing well so you don't like how it is do something about it with your play on the field. That's fine just just to play devil's advocate here. I mean is it possible that coach flora's could have just taken a different route to delivering this message on the way he we did. It was perhaps insensitive and maybe the fact that he is black actually is working in his favor because if a white coach did that we would certainly say that he was missing the bigger issue or i will let me tell you this first of all. That's a great question. Here's an even better answer. Go ahead stephen. He shouldn't give.

"Shows dot com congratulations Lani it's great show not that far from being a nice little ride down the Cape congratulations we'll keep it going here let's go next to Joanne miles's Joe welcome next a nice side good evening mayor to get even dear thank you for taking my call welcome to you know do you want president trump said to me it's more expression Y. con if you don't like the job you're doing go find another one or if you don't like the house to the rules find another house to live in I mean it's kind of like kind of like that this is the world Joe let me ask you one quick question sure on a scale of zero to ten how how much did you like when president Obama was in office I didn't totally about a two day and okay now I'm sure that you probably criticized him are different issues and if someone had said to you Hey Joe if you don't like it but if you don't like the government if you don't like president Obama want to leave the country how would how do you know where I am today how do you know that as of mid said to me has it been said to you always and how do you feel so I didn't have the right to tell me that I'm a citizen I was born and raised here okay now do you think that as a consequence the members of Congress that the president said that too meaning a OC and the and and congresswoman Omar and and to leave in Congress woman Presley do you think that they should have felt the same way you felt when it was all because I don't make it I don't make a life long it's not my lifelong ambition to tear this country down to and through the media I am I love this country no I do too but can't you I think probably love the country to build don't you think that maybe just have a different view of of of the country and how the country should be be run I mean I disagree with them yes you know I don't like I don't like any of the for them but that doesn't mean that they're not Americans they don't deserve that they did they maybe their motives are good we just don't agree with how they're going about making changes done more than just you know say a few nasty things have criticized on military then criticize ice that's their right to criticize anything just like it's your right to criticize anything yup in nine eleven as seriously as arm well one of them should have been taken one of them didn't some I know she is referring to that the comment you know those are just some people still do but if you would comment by Omar yeah but that's just one of them when she said just so people know we're talking about oh oh yeah a net that nine eleven something happened to some people some some people did some bad things some people did some bad yeah to me it was just an over exuberant expression I don't believe Donald Trump president trump is racist at all but I'll tell you who are you is it my it education was marked for Maryland just about the place just about to play the race car were you Dan I think so but I wish she I could give it a more time we're just a pretty stiff when it mattered try to me I gave a lot of time yeah I listen to it you know you do if there's a metal we want to get it to you you you you're welcome and I'm actually not real quick with somebody else getting I'll talk to you soon have a great night we're gonna go to John in the framing and John and framing him how are you tonight pretty good how are you doing good deal John was still looking for one person is going to say that these tweets are this exchange has changed their mind one way or the other about president trump or about the the squad of the squad when it seems to me that people kind of stuck in their positions well I okay but I want to encourage people to present their pressure to fix your trouble maker yeah thank you to both of you I went to the I'm telling you this situation down of that border is end in Congress is so outrageous that I don't blame them for saying everything you said I mean let's let's face it we got a bunch of hundreds of thousands of rip refugees or whatever they are down there many of whole grains vice president by grid yeah yeah yeah and the state many of the old paid organized crime to get there that's over a hundred million dollars going to the hands of people who are in league with Venezuela and a bunch of other enemies of this Republic and you know they just sit there and go well you know who who who we can't put it was so special building those will be down there I mean this is ridiculous and I don't blame them for filing this basically exploding so the question is this true here's the question okay here's a question is the president of the United States hold while you have surrounded yourself with the best and the brightest you would think that at some point you know just when you wanted to explode it's a let me run this by a couple let me see what the vice president thinks about this let me see what bill Barr things about it you know he's got some pretty good people around him you you put something up please do you think that he has pulled let's let's assume that almost half the country like some and almost half the country doesn't like let's assume it's going to be a close election and this five percent of the country who's on the fence how many people who were on the fence do you think listen to the tweet listed the exchange and said guess what I'm going to vote for Donald Trump because of that to it they made it a you didn't vote for it that's correct that's correct and he's basically appealing to his base which is me right hand it it's just some as Louise looks on the Chinese coolies economy will pull like days and number because I'm I'm the middle of the road former Democrat unenrolled who voted for trump in the last election because I really really dislike Hillary Clinton it wasn't so much that I love trumpets that I hated her and so that you got to get me again in the next election basically I'm gonna win well here's the thing this is Massachusetts as you know is this true what is your question okay if if president trump talked about the economy you think that's a plus or minus what was but it's a commercially speaking for itself I mean what I was looking at but you know if you talked about reach to China into North Korea do you think they'll to those of pluses or minuses yeah but they're not the else at this company country has right now did not want to do that what's going on with immigration is an ulcer only get that I get that but that's going to be the hot button issue over the next two years because you have a Congress did beat it up to the dentist basically ably with organized crime if they keep this going as far as I'm concerned okay I understand I understand your point I will tell you this immigration was apparently the top issue in the according to the polls and if you believe the polls in two thousand eighteen I agree with you on the the question of immigration we got to get it under control and we need people to come to this country we need people to come here legally I hate when people refer to immigration is one umbrella we have to distinguish between legal immigration and illegal immigration we need people to come to this country and we need to keep making that difference in making that point made in talked about those points talked about the fact that his successes okay the fact that we we have a better relationship with Israel today than we did when pressed about all of those issues wouldn't that would be better off spending his time doing that accentuate the positive he's got to get more congressmen and on his side this is the but we have an impasse in Congress and what happened with the Democrats took over a lot of Republicans just left and it was time for him to leave there were no committee chairmanships or anything they could continue to continue with so this was a transition but what for replacing it with this these loud box I mean this this is this is bad I mean the believe you oppose it it is a PPO accused of being racist that's so as well as your final question yeah as a result of this dust out as a result of this country whatever you want to call it okay I do you think that he has improved his political standing or hurt his political standing I think he's maintained so it's a wash in your market the wash of in in about three or four weeks it'll be something else a racist talk about the letter keep us in business thanks John okay always a pleasure Sir same here right that that's a good night six one seven two five or ten thirty triple eight nine two nine ten thirty if you haven't been able to get in tonight of the lines have been very busy for the first time I have one open line if you get in you get in before midnight I promise up next Stephen is a joining us from Newton Stephen next on nights act right here hi good evening everybody my whole thing on the on this topic is why is this our top news story I mean I I found that the tweet was ignorant and very unpresidential but he has made many I guess I'm thoughtful tweet he said a lot of kind of stupid thing and it's sort of shameful but this is should not be the top news stories what is because the Democrats a rate that would limit I want to actually even what do you think the top news stories should be today I think get you anything else I mean if if there was a you know a shooting somewhere in the country that resulted in an injury that's more important as the shoot the shootings that have happened all over the country tonight individual shoes I mean if there was like a mass shooting is that what you're talking about if if there was a shooting locally like you know in in Boston actually people that that should take priority on the news over this story just because it the issue is you which is fine so he's met yesterday okay I watch the network news tonight we we tend to hear we don't do politics every night on nights as I'm sure you know okay we try to mix it up but there is some nights when the political conversation has to be addressed so my question to you would would be this we once I once all the network newscasts tonight I listen to news cast during the day I monitor cable television news both CNN MSNBC end and and fox that's what everyone has been talking about I will tell you the tonight the phone lines have been very hot give me a story that actually occurred today that you're aware of that that's what I'm saying and I and I'm not saying that that that that for this show this is an appropriate topic for the talk show into political talk show but for the news that works to lead everything with this story the big general news networks it's just it's it's kind of sad and in Nancy was saying that you know the Democrats this kind of made it the top story and I think that it's true you know I mean I don't think that necessarily there needed to be a press conference with the squad today yeah and that be all this attention they could have had their own individual tweets kind of re busting out trumps tweed and hungry and how that could have had it but this should not be the news story because it's taking it attention away from everything out that actually the say I I agree AOC actually I think two of the hit the point on the head and say that this is a distraction from what needs to be getting done then I think it's right it's another distraction we like to get distracted by those who caused the destruction I think if it's a cycle kind of you know get them fit media the last late to bring out these unimportant things to kind of get I'm trying all riled up I'm listening to you and then try and listening carefully and I'm trying to figure out we you are are you a supporter of the president or I'm a centrist and it was just okay great yeah so you have not moved one way or the other now I I'm this is digitally if you smoke and I roll me this is good I like the I like I wish she would just roll their eyes I would I like the visual my question is this Stephen and again I don't mean to put you on the spot did you vote for Donald Trump in in twenty sixteen okay did you vote for Hillary diver for Johnson Gary Johnson case you're kinda libertarian and you threw your vote away which is no problem no problem it as Diane did the same thing yeah I know I know.

"I think talk about the Newton Stephen next. Done. So I can have to go into the next one. I think I think all three of us are still grappling with the switch to ten from night. And we're gonna talk about that today for I think we all three just our understanding the way that we using changes over time selected to touch base on things. And so this week we're talk about the home pod, which has been out for I don't even know now. Nine months or something came out in December of lost February. It was February came out in February. Nine months. Small leaving that. This was one of those things is getting close to the end of the year. I do remember feeling this. Now, I remember going through this of like looking back at stuff that's happened this year. I was like oh my God. The whole came out this year. The same possible. Like as soon as you said fair, I remember that feeling because they missed the holiday purchasing cycle. Just by like eight weeks, come on guys. Oh, yeah. 'cause that was it. Right. Because we were also that's why I'm thinking about December. Because we are also surprised they. Two months later. They've made it sad. But it's out and it's been our lives for a while. And I was kinda wanna talk a little bit about at least two how in my family that you said has changed. So think long-term listeners will know that I stuck it in my kitchen, unplug. The echo we had and put the home pot in. And I don't wanna say my family revolted, but they weren't they weren't fans. Just didn't it work for sort of in its early days. The bicker was the multiple timers in the kitchen. But so the the homeboy got banished out here to my studio the echo retained its place in the kitchen. But after the Iowa twelve day, the multiple timer thing I wanted to give it another shot another shot in the kitchen. I'm not one to like hand-wringing over like Amazon echo listening listening in on us when I don't know like generally trust the echo and trust Amazon's doing with it. But I wanted to compare these products. And so the home pot has been back in my kitchen now, probably like six weeks, and honestly, I think fan the family, so. Seems to be really happy with it. The model tires is a huge win. Of course, we cook a lot. That's absolutely a big deal there. Another thing that I think it's come to be appreciated by all of us is that even if you pay for like, the the echo, the Amazon prime like echo music plan thing, it's like roughly like ten bucks a month. And it gives you access to a lot more music than just what you get for free. Even with that apple music is just as much larger much better than Amazon's offering. At least it seems like it is so Siri seems to be doing a much better job at least for us and find the music that we wanna listen to and being more forgiving and how we ask it. You know, Siri has actually some really interesting ways, you can ask for like music. If you can't quite think of the name of the song or the album, it's on like, you can ask it for like the newest album by the the seniors and the new the new guys. That that that's one of my favorite things. I remember when kings of Leon had an album come out this years ago when the echo came out and. The the name of the album of the same name as one of the singles, and it would never play. The it didn't matter how I asked it would never play it. But I can never remember the names of albums now. This is the problem. Today's stream it right? Like, I never member the names of all songs anymore, right? Because it's I just don't pay attention in the same way. And so now just give me the latest album from such and such. And I love that. He's really, and and I think I don't know why this has happened. But it seems like my kids interact with it less. So they would like go up and ask the echoed like tell them joke or ask the weather or like talk to a lot. And and sometimes I felt a little strange about that..

"Okay so so that means a black hole is not entirely black yeah actually from far away if we were looking at a black hole in a very cold background it would look to us like the black hole is actually emitting sorry it was added temperature radiated radiating at a temperature and and that would explain the famous equation of hawking are two major kinds of black holes we think of astrophysics one of them is the end state behind star the sun will not become a black hole but more massive stars can june and then we find black holes in the centers of galaxies superduper high masses and we call them supermassive black holes because we tell it like it is so i was always wondering what questions stephen hawking might have for man is newton stephen hawking is as the greatest physicist of modern times and is newton as the father classical physics i thought this would make an interesting exchange if they could do such a thing so i asked him let's check it out you hold the same endowed chair that isaac newton did i'm just wondering if we had some way to communicate through time with him and tell them about what life is like today there any questions any problems you might wanna hand him to solve is a solar system stable and what happens to a star that cannot support itself against its own gravity thinking of newton sauve those questions he might give us deeper insights into black holes i'd be curious.
