Body Composition Tracking: Why It's Important & What Metrics To Track
"I think a good starting point years to really i decided. Okay what is it that you actually want to achieve right. I looking to become bigger looking to become slimmer or do wanna be more toned where he can really see the muscle definition clear separation of all muscle groups or even some daska. Laryea around your your arms beds even your apps and maybe of a specific shape goal even like around some body parts. I mean most people were of course lew stabia belly bird others have other issues. Maybe they wanna Wind their shoulders or the one a shape their butts in in a certain way and aesthetic society. They're also health among chevy goals. Right in deir. Daphne limits off. How can push yourself definitely getting slim For the most part also allows you to live longer but there are limits. You know like where you really got into bodybuilding territory which is no longer necessarily something that's going to increase your overall health long-term yeah because the metrics and methods that you use are basically dependent on by your goal is at the end of the bay right. That's right because you know like wait may may be less useful to somebody who has a specific shape goal for example. Because maybe they don't want to change the size change. Know that one body part where it says like incredibly more important for somebody trying to become slimmer right and i think that's why it's really important to figure out okay where he wannabe for most people. That is really like to become slimmer. And that's also what my own case had been. I want to become slimmer. Plus and that was more like the bonus i wanted to be more tones and i wanted to retain as much muscle mass as possible while they the metrics for you that that you were tracking yes so a bunch of different things and definitely not something that would recommend. Everybody should be trekking. And i'm going to outline which. I like the most important ones but i was first and foremost measuring my weight and that was something i was doing and still doing almost every day. Striking my body fat water levels bone mass my lean body mass and actually includes my bone mass and my circumference measurements and that was really all the measurements from my waist circumference to my chest to my shoulders to my upper arms laura arms thighs hips coughs and to some extent even neck but to a lesser extent. Because there was really not that important. I mean i haven't really seen laura people that care about the neck but i heard it's kind of important for some martial arts because it can kinda healthy to not get knocked out and fight for for instance but yeah i mean i wasn't really concerned for me and using shapes trekking my volume compartmentalized through different body parts. So i could kinda see where exactly my my size was changing. So where i was gaining size or losing inside the goal was re to lose mostly incised across the board

He went to shanksville pennsylvania to the field where flight ninety three crashed off to those brave brave men took it back from the territory. Terrorists to save lives in dc and this is what he said on the twentieth anniversary of nine eleven. This is the man who was president. When nine eleven happened cut to play cup little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home. But then there's disdainful pluralism in their disregard for human life in their determination to defile national symbols. They are children of the same foul spirit and it is our continuing duty to confront them. Children of the same foul spread so nine eleven bin laden and maga- supporters are the same but lemon antiques. Don't get a mention your action cuddle. But it's becoming clear that class that is the guys who hang out at the country club seems to take priority over actual policies. I i'm so disgusted by this guy. This is so bankrupt. Guy went off to war for his father. I deployed under him I was a loyal supporter and be charged with his blood. Libel this disgusting slander. Is Taiwan About to Lose Another Long-Term Ally to Beijing?
"Is the upcoming election in honduras in central america causing a storm over fourteen thousand kilometers away in east asia. The answer is the country's longstanding relationship with taiwan which china claims as its own territory and allegations that beijing is trying to undermine the historical ties between taipei and all seagull palm. Well some some ellis bloomberg's taipei bureau chief. And he's on the line with more something. Can you begin by filling us in on that relationship between taiwan and honduras. Well hundreds is one of taiwan's last few remaining official diplomatic allies so one of the last few countries anywhere in the world. The officially view taiwan as a country so photon The importance of maintaining as many of these last fifteen allies as possible is huge. Like it is Really crucial to maintaining. It's the tight covered. Taipei governments claimed that. Taiwan is a sovereign independent country separate from the people's republic china. Now of course the relations that These last few allies have with taiwan officially the republic of china taiwan the state. And taiwan's official name. You know a legacy. Leftover from the government that used to rule china before the people's republic had sleds to taiwan during the civil war. And so you know over the last eight years. Chatting With the Authors of 'Change Ringing on Handbells'
"My guest today a teen stuck settling and simon gay who are the authors of two volumes of books on changing on handbells the i was published in twenty twenty and the second is imminent. Can you give me an overview of the first book the basic techniques book how it's structured and what it contains it starts right from the beginning and it doesn't assume any knowledge of changing your handbells or even on tower bells. In fact the eddie chapters would also be a good introduction to the basic principles of changing itself. We hope so. It covers everything from how to find set at handbells have about buying handbells to go about finding people to ring with and then it works through the steps in changing starting from played hunting going through playing ball hand other straightforward methods and in the later chapters it gets up to kenton oxford triple major and finally w. so stop short moving onto surprise methods which will remain subject of volume two but it covers everything up to a standard repertoire including surprise methods aka and tina. Was there anything else that you wanted to add about the book. Yes i volume. The book covers territory that quite few other older books on handball ringing cover what i hope our books stands out as is really starting from first principles so you really have to know nothing about changing. And you don't even have to be a bell ringer to pick this book up and learn to ring bells so it really talks about how to find other ringers. What bell ringing is introduces each method in a lot of detail. At the other thing about it is that it has a lot of really guitar grams. Which simon has done a really good graphics program for a so everything is not worthy in the way older bell ringing. Instruction books are so that. Yeah so we definitely want to point it at a wide audience as possible. Do you get feedback on. Who's reading it. mostly people who are already ringers. And that's probably really. We haven't done. Wider marketing of potential audiences are international groups of tune. Bell ringers for example who might want to branch out into other types of ringing. A lot of people have picked up our books through the promotion. You can order a set at emails. Guitar book for discount and a lot of people have picked up their rigging that way. In the lockdown there have been more sales of our book because of the lockdown than might have been
Steelers LB T.J. Watt Still Not Practicing With Team as Week 1 Approaches
"Have sneaky big news coming out of pittsburgh. This is bad and it. Serious steelers superstar linebacker. Tj what is declining to practice. This has been getting very little attention. He's been sitting out since the start of camp wants to contract the steelers having given him one and it's almost impossible to quantify just how good this guy is. He comes off a season in which he led the league with fifteen sacks he had the best pass rush win rate sport meaning. He beat his blocker within two and a half seconds. So he's a superstar. This is a guy. many people are being. It'd be the defensive. Mvp and jeff. Can you explain because again. This is not getting as much attention as i think it should be. Exactly what it is going on there will let me explain why to you just mentioned. Tj watt has been sitting out. he actually hasn't and that's what makes this. Such a weird scenario. Is that because of the fines that players face for a holdout now mandated by the players or not sitting in essentially so he's been going through practices in individual drills but then sitting out team drills and there was sort of. I think there's lingering expectation that that would change once the regular season arrived. It hasn't now mike. Tomlin is scheduled to address the media today. Maybe we'll get some more clarity on what it would take if the team perhaps plans to suit them up anyway on sunday even though he's in team but no doubt a fascinating situation with this added layer the steelers on the fact. They do new deals with players during the regular season. So this doesn't get done before sunday. We're in new territory when it comes to the pittsburgh steelers and negotiations with players.

Fighting Continues in Panjshir Valley as Anti-Taliban Resistance Vows to Hold Out
"The taliban have declared victory. In the eastern provinces of punchier the part of afghanistan to fall under their control the group posted of their pfizer raising their flag in the territory however the region's resistance groups maintain. They haven't been defeated. Let's get the latest now with surgeon. Gazelle a visiting teacher at the london school of economics. Welcome to the program. So is john. Do you think the war is really over now homeless. Do we actually know about what's been happening in punchier. Well the war has perhaps An ended in the sense that the taliban have declared victory across afghanistan but there will be another conflict internally where you will see pockets of resistance across the ghanistan against taliban role and that is something that will likely last for years come because there is resistance towards the taliban at the moment it is not significant enough to concern them but it is something that is noticeable and it is getting a support across many of the urban centers of the country. And what about in in pens year. The region's resistance groups. They claim that they are still fighting. Well the resistance in punchier. Is that now off. A insurgency ironically similar to how the taliban used to be previously the punchier valley is a geographically very difficult place to control. It's god valleys and ridges and no one had previously been able to take control of it. Not even the soviets during the occupation of aghanistan in the nineteen eighties. So the fact that the taliban claiming victory and they've been able to hoist their flag in the capital of punchier is significant but they don't entirely controlled into the whole region off the punt share valley. There are still some pockets of resistance.

How Will the Taliban Govern?
"With the taliban now in power in afghanistan it's raising all sorts of questions about how they will govern and whether the country will once again become a safe haven for terrorist groups like isis k. al-qaeda for a look at how these three groups are likely to interact and the new afghanistan. We're joined by ebrahim by his. He's a consultant with the international crisis. Groups asia program where he focuses on afghanistan abraham. Let's start with a question that we all seem to be asking. How different is the taliban. That's taken control afghanistan now from the one that ruled afghanistan from the mid nineties until they were pushed out of power following the nine eleven attacks. Well like most political movements it has learned adapted and changed over the years part of that lesson learning was that some of their restrictive policies in the nineteen ninety s. Turn them into pariahs. Tade where other countries were unwilling to recognize it or provided with any type of aid now. The taliban is very cognizant of the fact that they need international recognition as well as at least investment if not age so what could all this man for how the taliban interact with terror groups operating in afghanistan. Let's start with isis k. The group that took responsibility for the bombings near the airport that killed the us. Servicemembers many afghans. Who are isis kate. What is their goal or isotope us on. Province is the local branch of isis. And the moment they emerged the declared the taliban to be apostates and foreign spies that were working for the pakistan intelligence agency and a brutal war started between the two groups from the get go over the years due to being pressured not only by the taliban but also by the afghan government and the us forces and nato forces that were present in the country. I s k has lost. All belittled territory did control at one point in time but now it's still retains significant numbers of sleeper cells in various urban centers including kabul and able to activate them to take action such as they did in kabul airport last week

The eleventh. what you discussed the taliban you've discussed al qaeda where it is isis fit into this constellation of jihadi organisations and especially isis k. Who allegedly were behind the murderer marines coleman on that Army he stuff sajjan. Sure and the islamic state is an al-qaeda of course So al qaeda and the taliban host jihadist groups are in one camp these state is the bastard child of al qaeda they share the same ideology to restore the the calvet and impose islamic state. They just have different ways of doing it. The islamic speech way is basically my way or the highway they wanna declare the california now and go for it. Al qaeda's way is look. We build our emirates. Do this arab. Believe you don't declare until we protect it we build our state is like the The leninist versus. Trotskyite i i. It's the perfect analogy so That's what we have. The islamic state in afghanistan is There is an opposition time because it's opposes. The caliban primarily be a job her however there are reports and some of this comes from the united nations. And i'm not going to be very clear not saying this attacker. Those attack happened recently in kabul. Were related to this. However i suspect they were united. Nations has reported that the islamic state which has been largely defeated by the taliban now operates cellular moving small control. Small territory The reports that at work which is a part of the powerful group within the taliban uses islamic state sometimes to carry out attacks. Use them as a cut out for hang on this. This is getting deep dive. So let's just reiterate i. I love that phrase. Boston child of al-qaeda once the caliphate wants the world revolution now like trotsky did for the communists. I this karna son. Isis in afghanistan is small They're week but there are elements in the taleban like the connie's that use or exploit isis as some kind of cut out for their own personal

Here Are Charlie Kirk’s Favorite Scriptures in the Entire Bible
"One of my favorite scriptures in the entire bible is when jesus says and it was kind of a mic drop moment the bible says do not put your lord your gods at the test my favorite pieces of scripture. Satan hates to books more than any other books of the bible. More than its genesis and revelation. Why because genesis tells us nature and revelers revelation tells you how it's going to end satan getting thrown into the pit of fire. All of us must realize that as you get into this fight that you're gonna come across doubt cynicism all of a sudden deaths in yourself all of you are prone targets for satan to try to come after you. I don't talk too much on this. But i could just riff on a little bit more three ways that satan and tries to attack you through your environment the earthly vows and through certain flesh. Leeson's your environment who you hanging around or you're on people that are filled with the spirit optimism that actually wanna to pursue righteousness or people that are negative. People are worried about earthly and worldly things. You are the combination of the people you spend the most time with the five people you spend the most time with. That is who you are number two earthly vows. Jesus says very clearly that you do not make vows let your yes. Be yes in your. Nobody knows why is because if you try to make a valid i will never drink again all of a sudden satan knows exactly what is against you. What's the proper way to say it. Only thanks to the grace and mercy and power of jesus. Christ will never take another drink again. Let jesus fight the spiritual war for you. And then finally flush flash and sends it says varies a now call called satan. It's theologians are divided on this. The god of this world. Jesus never said that he said that satan is the prince of this world that we are in enemy occupied territory and guess what we have to launch a sabotage campaign against. Satan's dominance here in this world. What does that look like being salt and light and it says in romans to love what is good and hate what is evil and so i love all those verses by my favorite of all of it is in the book of titus from that mr jude. Book of jude. Where even the archangel michael himself when he goes to fight satan himself you know what he says lord rebuke you.

"And when he does lane we're also more used to getting hit, then he Moghal. His accuracy is how accurate is he going to be with a real boxer. I'm going to be accurately shit. He's I'm gonna use them like a. Adult board. And I'm saying I'm gonna use his face like adult, but I'm gonna if I don't it's not about winning losing here. Because it's not even a question that I'm gonna win the fight. It's about how bad I can hurt. This guy for me if I don't hurt him to a degree that it's something there's some permanent. They're like it's not a win for me. You know, what I'm saying because I'm not looking to permanent. Like, he's gotta get hurt. He's got wind up in the hospital. He's got to happen to him like because if I don't do that thing for me is not a win. You know what I'm saying? Like for me. Because of course, I'm going to beat this guy. He's a he's a punching bag with feed people. Hold on. It's one thing if you guys were spoiled with boxing, I'm just playing devil's advocate just foreign with boxing. But both of you are in new territory here where the rules are the rules, but the rules more a little bit different. It's just your hands limited tape we've seen people cross over to other sports and take each other one. What's going to be the difference for me? What's what's difference? But you see my style. Wasn't it? Well, first of all the rounds are shorter. Here's the thing about your style. It's about I've seen flight. I'm tired of love. I've never been a total of kind of guys. That's all you're talking forward. Now. I'm not not even come makes Who makes you. you miss catch a lot of shot on from the gone. You actually miss good footwork. Have you on the motion? What I'm saying is Emma may fight or sometimes they just buy down the mouthpiece, and they go and all they need to strafe a little bit. And they call us problems. They're not better, boxers. But they don't. You're you're timing can throw me off a little bit. Sure. But you're gonna again, I'm telling you they get walked into some shit. I'm telling you right now, he's any Awal into some shit. And he's gotta be fast, and it's going to be sharp. And it's going to be a situation where I'm not throwing he maker. So I'm following up because I hate maker later haymaker. You can't even follow up. You have to get back on your balance and throw again, I'm going to land. I'm gonna Lehnhoff a million often, and I'm going to be balanced enough to link continuously lane on you because I don't have to regain my balance. When I throw a punch, I literally pummel the shit out of you. And that's what I'm gonna do this guy. I'm going to beat the living shit out of him. That's going to happen. And when we do get there. But right now, let him focus on his fight because I don't want to jinx anything because I don't want to disrespect even his opponent for this week, by the way, very quickly. There's this workout tomorrow, whereas the workout I believe Mendez. I mean, he's doing the work. I'm not doing that. I'm just showing up for some kind of media. And there was your name is on the list. They want me to he's working out. But you're just going to do media to more. I think they want me to just speak to the media and whatnot. And you know, I haven't really gone into detail their depth. Nobody told me about any workout over there. And what does Showtime saying well this show thumbs fine with it? I was finding I was finding not the end of my career. I mean, I thought award with Showtime in two thousand twelve I was actually still world champion in boxing. So they signed me already as active fighters. This isn't anything new the majority of the years I've been with Showtime. I was actually fighting, you know, so you know, I've I've taken off the last two years from fighting..

"Through a gradual process, but through the courts, it would basically be like the government shutdown for all healthcare in America immediately. There would be deaths that's not hyperbole. That's not something. Democrats would have to make up an all of that death and all of that suffering at all of those harm families would be on the hands of the Republican party. Trump doesn't care, but I think there's many Republicans in the house and the Senate who recognize that that is a death sentence for them politically if not practically for many millions of Americans with your organization now working in a new territory, which is the release of the mullahs report. Is there is there any crossover here in in what's happening in terms of the the political energy that you that you bring to the mall report. And then this Justice department action on the Affordable Care Act. Oh, yeah. So I you know, I was talking with grapevine indivisible, which is in the Dallas area, very red area. They've been they've been holding weekly meetings every week stretching back to twenty seventeen and they held their meeting yesterday after the release of the bar memo. And I heard from Heather the leader of that that group that she quoted a Glenda of Oz that you've had the power all along, my dear you just had to learn it for yourself that the group's view their job as building up activists and activism in their communities and fighting back wherever they can. And they don't count on anybody else to ride in on a white horse and save them. They're building this up themselves. And so that means fighting to make sure that the report comes out they're going to do. That that means fighting to protect the Affordable Care Act. They're going to do that. And that means fighting against whatever else comes out of this administration. They're going to do that. And they're doing that in twenty nineteen because that's the right fight to fight. But in doing that, they're also building up their strength. They're building up their membership. They're building out the force that is going to build the wave in twenty twenty. So brought of Bill bar is the most experienced attorney general perhaps the most Joel we've ever had since he's been attorney general before he's been in this position as a turn in general where he has been defending government policies of previous administrations. He has watched his administration policies be defended by subsequent attorney general's attorney general of other parties, which makes this so fascinating brings us to breaking news reporting from political right now saying William bar was opposed to this switch. It says politico saying the heads of the Justice department of health and human services department opposed the unexpected switch in legal.

"And so the fact that this article says that there are documents there are emails or text messages. It. It doesn't mention tapes. But I think you're right. There are enough tapes that maybe if we're lucky this is on tape, but there are other forms of corroboration like these text messages that could do it. And I think that we really are in new territory tonight. I think Elizabeth is exactly correct. On everything. She has said this was Trump company business we're talking about. That's why presumably according to this report. Emails and texts exist within the Trump company that could involve people not name Trump or it could involve people named Donald Trump junior where they are saying they're communicating about the Trump Tower deal in Moscow, and they are also getting their story straight for possible to. Talking to the house representatives about this. And in there, there might be, you know, dad says he told Michael Komen to not tell the truth base. I think you read a story like this. And there are a couple just two quick things to to think about one is every time storylines breaks, particularly in this. When you think about the sourcing here in the sequence that's described of the accumulation of the evidence, and then attorney to Cohen and Conan confirming it is just the reinforces the notion that I think we're going to learn to these that we have already alerted, which is the molar knows every right Muller knows everything. And and that's the first thing in the second thing is as we get closer to Michael Cohen going to jail and closer to my cocoons public testimony on February seventh this story is related it a weird way to the thing. We were talking about before about the crazy story about the about him manipulating the polls. The Michael Cohen stories anything he touched. They're starting to tumble out. And you said earlier that you thought that this was one piece perhaps of why Muller was much happier with the level of. Operation yet with Cohen. This was an example. I don't think just like the earlier thing. I don't think this is the only one of those. And I think this is we're going to start to see more and more of these. This may be this is a bombshell. I think we're going to hear a lot much much louder explosions as we get closer closer to February seventh just over the next couple of weeks, this is obstruction and collusion, obstruction and collusion because we're gonna break here. Elizabeth drew Jilin banks Joan home, and thank you all for that. Is tonight's last word that is tonight's last word. Hey, it's Christie's from MSNBC every day. I come to the office, and we make television show in every day. I think to myself there's so much more. I want to talk about and so this is our podcast. It's called why is this happening and the whole idea behind it is to get to the root of the things that we see out every day. They're driven by big ideas. Each week. I sit down with a person uniquely suited to explain why this is happening. New episodes of why is this happening every Tuesday? Listen for free wherever you get your podcasts..

"I think most people handle appropriately and they too are learning as we as we go because this is new territory for them. But the general rule is that they should behave in social media and. On on cable television, the way that they would behave anywhere else. And I'm talking about the news side because we also have people from the opinion side who were on were on cable television and neither d nor I are in charge of our opinion departments. We don't oversee the details. We don't ever see the op-ed page the letters that run the the pain here that we do because people assume you're in charge. But these these, you talk about social media as a projection personality, and certainly when people see you reporters on television, they become personages how this leads me to the question. How concerned you are about the safety of your reporters right now, you're publisher met with the president recently and delivered a message about this rhetoric of enemy of the people and so on. And we've seen some of the some of the scenes at. His rallies. How how much has that been discussed in your newsrooms? What steps have you taken that are above and beyond what you've had to do before? I'm deeply concerned, not only concern by the way about what happens inside the United States at at some of the volatile Trump rallies. I think that the president has sent a message to despots abroad that you can disrespect the press. We've never had a president, so we've had presidents attacked the press. We've never had pre president go on foreign soil attack the press. So both have to manage newsrooms with people who operate in a third world. Both of us managed newsrooms with people who cover, you know, governments that don't like the press. It's a can't tell you concerning it is that this president has essentially told to told those governments. You can beat up the press. You can call them enemies of the people it's deeply concerning. We provide more security. I'm obviously not going to go into a lot of detail, but. From where I sit. That's one of the most concerning things about this administration. How can Michael respondent in Cairo? Who covers the government that's often antagonist to the press? How can he make the case for the first amendment and the power of the press and for covering that government independently? When we have a president of the United States who says the things he says about the cross, and we've heard leaders and Hungary and Poland, and Putin himself. Now mimicking the words, fake news. Have you have there been a threats are to reporters in your newsroom that you've had to act on? Oh, sure. Yeah, I can't get into details, but certainly in the campaign, there were an extraordinary number threats. Great concern about the security of are people who are covering the campaign. And now even during the administration, they're similar concerns. Look, I spoke few weeks. Ago at a an event to memorialize the five individuals at the capital gazette and Annapolis Maryland who were who were killed. I think four out of five where we're journalists, and there was a person with a grievance against journalists who just walked into their office and started shooting and didn't really care who he shot just as long as he was shooting people, you know. And I certainly I'm not saying the president's responsible for that because I just nothing to connect the president to that. On the other hand, I think that the president should not be creating an environment describes the press as an enemy is disgusting as scum as the lowest form of as the lowest form of humanity and the lowest form of life as traitors to the as traitors to the country. I mean, that's the most extreme rhetoric that you can that you can imagine. And the signal that it sends to all it requires is just one individual. To to do something that is a that's really concerning, and he really ought to stop it. Now, the more we say, stop it, the more that he seems to do it and enjoy it. But I think that that's really dangerous. You guys have this weird Simba symbiotic relationship with him, he attacks, press the press is vigorous and reporting on him, and you guys have both your newspapers have become, even though he calls you failing, you've gained exponentially in terms of readership syncing ministration began. Right. That's true. And we've also gained one one other thing..

"Definitely move for france though tests fourteen players on francis roster have african origins that's why that shows you what immigration immigrants can do to your country i know a lot of people were talking about the islamic faith and stuff like that in france they have a lot of problems with that but the players that were playing our islam and african so i hope that this world cup does a little bit more for france's you know kind of population of immigrants and stuff like that you know i hope it goes deeper than football yes they're footfall well shoutout to france for what in the world cup and take it home to their country french do you know any french probably say well three we know okay kayla house i was right there because i'm gonna try to talk about my girl serena because she's backing we were hoping for a victory at wimbledon she lost in the final match to angelique kerber in straightsets but to go from a complicated pregnancy just ten months ago to a run to the wimbledon finals is nothing short of mazing right i mean the goat there is one major left this year the us open do you think serena can close out her historic comeback with the us open window i believe serena because she said it herself in the interview she said i'm literally just getting started just getting started when she said that i just looked at us at went you just get win after all of this you just started yet so i'm just gonna sit back you know what's crazy feel like she still has to prove herself post baby which is nuts i think in her mind you know she's gonna let off this aura of like you know i've done a lot for the game of tennis i changed the game of tennis like i been balling on all your butt because so many people have been saying that she can't come back after motherhood not as motivated the blog whatever i feel like there's a little bit in her that's like all right the back sit back and watch me to prove serena got twenty three majors as more than steffi graf was more than anybody anybody those twenty three six of them have been us open titles if you look back over her career in her winning streaks i can't remember more than maybe once has she gone consecutive years without winning a major at all i can't even i know she didn't i don't think she won in two thousand eleven and i can't remember before i say all that to say i don't see that stopping now okay serena just literally and you just said it in your intro she literally just went from not being able to walk to the mailbox to missing her daughter's first steps to go to the win wimbledon finals serene about to get that us open period book she just started know what's what's crazy to everything's crazy bus three of crisis but no not she if you watch the final i was over there like she's beating herself yet air forces that really giving her that work like miss arena really camps yes year ago in wimbledon she mopped antilles her i think it was just a little things that got to her during that particular match but catch on a good day angelique notion the notion angelique congratulations that's a huge accomplishment especially to beat serena williams but i'm just saying catcher on a good thing piggyback off of what you say kay the she on grass courts that's where serena thrives so it was kind of like it was like something was up because she basically just stormed through everybody in wimbledon and then she just kind of fell off so it was her who'd be herself wasn't covered as good as kerber is covered definitely took advantage of all that it was serena and i'm just going to say us open i see her doing it i remember in two thousand fifteen i watched her when she lost to vinci in which you're supposed to win those four grand slams and one year to do it i have a calendar green is only a handful of plays done it so she's going to go back and you know she's got a chip on her shoulder that's what she plays her best yes yes right right now we we cheer for we rooting for.

"But i think as far as it really depends white what happens later on during the trade deadline's how these players pan out i think that they can be i think the lakers are gonna get into the playoffs i just don't think there's a way lebron is not getting into the playoffs like that's not happening i just can't see they're having so they'll get into the playoffs whether they're gonna go far at this point if i had to guess i think they're going to win the first round maybe out the second round maybe beat the maybe out the second round who knows they might even get to the third round put in work but this guy's fee i looked up to my crew lachey yeah he just dropped thirty one that's what i'm saying he was bald don't know what though but who we got talk about one i wanna bring up is the young bull colin sexton right this man right now is a rookie in josh hardest balling but heart he's a sophomore now right his second year the thing about sex is he has that relentless no fear style of play and he's continued into the nba career my guy lead alabama on a great run and cw tournament and he's a proven leader i just think we should watch out for this guy this guy has got like hintze my of russell westbrook michael jordan no no no he say he say he said he got handsome my i just he growled defense though the jesse that i saw him green me he was the kid that looked at other in the face when he was saying he was like what's up what's that we go into the chip so moving on world cup y'all soccer we talk about baseball about soccer i'm gonna be like tests you notice how they have no comment on that whole baseball any when it comes to their stock up picking up to take out my baseball question because that didn't come out to coherently they're like no we was looking at did you try to say no it seemed like everybody was going for the underdog croatian the world cup final but francis of taking it all for two with the nineteen year old kill i want to say his name right young million bobby a he balling out though nineteen who are y'all chair for our y'all ruins where y'all cheer for france already know man we was here for france aka africa the pan african the the have have your your today word of course going form no croatia plays a beautiful game they're great players but yeah i mean we have to give we gotta give it to france that's no secret polka yup it's over pct talking about what test sound like lebron james over here thinking about our beautiful game the got that from me but you know outside of that i i've been a french team fan since ninety eight back wins anything's the tearing on when they won the world cup definitely seven yeah yeah yeah a little older so no i i know the squad that they have the history that they have when they first wanted but it's a new generation now in french football or soccer or whatever you wanna call it it's it's on imbaba he's the second teenager to score in the world cup final the i was palay who scored when he was seventeen in babe's nineteen yes so shows you the company that he's in right and this french team is young like all of them should still they should also largely be intact in two thousand twenty two when the world cup is in a cutter the teams average age average and i looked this up was twenty five point is twenty five point eight years old the yeah the average of world cup winners in the past has been twenty seven point five so you know this is a couple more years they're going to add some more young players this team is here to stay and i hope team usa is here to stay too right always always cornell i'm not even going to do it how do we not even make the tournament we got we got we got new coach we got new direction we got some young boys coming from young bulls and the sex play but you still got the young bulls on the squad now man but i was.

"I know you know what question a statement rather my dad always said if you if you the best you ain't gotta worry about everybody else so best you ain't gotta give us to be the best i get it and i remember when the all star game came to detroit in two thousand three it was like the best time ever it was just the experience and being around and seeing so many people come to this decision so i know dc is right now maybe if they did so maybe if they did something in the allstar we like i know we used to saying weekend because normally happens over the weekend but for baseball it's like a monday tuesday right you know what i'm saying but if they create it maybe like a skills challenge or something some other kind of funny vent like the homerun derby to incorporate all those other players so that maybe their team could be represented in that way that may be something to get the fans more involve bring more fun to baseball that people are always talking about and that kind of thing but they need to just leave the one representative per every team i wanna ask you guys opinion real quick i i'm not a baseball fan you know that but watching now the allstars week it looks like the homerun derby is now over the all star game it's basically changed the format yeah it seems like it's the headline yeah headline feature for the whole mlb all star week the homerun derby is if you were to equate it to something else we'll be like this lamp contest for for basketball like that prime thing that people look at and they changed the format now to where it used to be you get five people six people they all go up there hit the home runs the people with the top two are the ones that move on now they have it in a format where it's like a head to head it's like bracket so you got to kind of get through your brand and it makes it interesting and then they put a time limit on a now so you only got sola amount of seconds to get so many home runs so they definitely convinced it to make it quicker to make it more fun i'm pretty sure they could find something else to do you know for people who just want to see their team represented but i just heard a dunk contest and i had a flashback to win both of y'all kayla y'all left me and y'all went course i we could move mlb allstar game and all that is popping but guess what is popping nba summer league okay and it's been popping for the lichens baby all been bowl you are you i'm sorry i can't get i can't get hypo she's not she's mark you're joking i've never heard her say lakers my life never heard never heard josh heart has been balling okay he's stepping up averaging twenty one point six points game before dropping thirty seven on the cavs and a double ot win to put them in the championship so you guys should liquor nation have high hopes for this season because they really have been laid out here your lakers fan and we know that because you wrote this question so i sure did hotan everybody balling it should've trying to remove myself go ahead everybody's bali like kevin knoxville carter giancana teams even talking team even with harry generals and listen now the lakers saying the lakers yeah it was my man's name spee they're putting on a show for this guy who are some five hundred dollar pants ceylon right i think that's what everybody's trying to do they light yo we we can hold it it it up ron brown yeah that's what i think yeah i mean look so do should like us have high hopes for this season it really depends what you consider high hopes if how hopes means that they're gonna compete for championship this year then no but if our hopes means that the lakers are building foundation to be contenders in the next couple years hell like now i'm saying hi homes far into the play offs this year yes i mean building since twenty hey look at the sixers you know they just got to where they are now they've been building way before you guys.

"Baseball you know that every team since at least one repre representative to the allstar game but there are some saying that mlb should change the rule interesting what side are you guys on do you think the should be changed to regret start with you okay so like i completely get it right like i understand why this rule was putting affect because you've got teams larger markets like yankees fans and all one hundred million thousand of them across the world and then you've got red sox fans and all one hundred million thousand of them across the world then he goes to the west coast you got a million dodgers fans and cubs fans will wait not the cubs because they just got relevant like three years ago but point that i'm trying to make is i get why this rule was in effect because you'll have teams that are part of larger markets in their fan base will vote for all of their their team members to be in so this was kind of a way to give every team of fair chance to be rep presented at the all star game but i think like when you look at the way that the mlb is structured now in as far as how the talent is spread out now you've got the diamondbacks mix you've got cleveland in mix you've got philly in the mix like the mariners are back into the mix like there is such a diverse group of team that are leading the pack in that are in that are doing things now i mean at one point kansas city the royals had four people in the all star game at one time so if not just a large market teams anymore so when you consider that i think we need to go ahead and take into account that life ain't fair so we need to stop putting people on all star game just because everybody gotta have one person on the team i'm gonna tigers fan we suck right now we don't need nobody in all star game sit down with it real with their own team that in your chest like i wanna see real all not just people who got to beat air because every team gotta have somebody off feel you i'm a baseball fan yankees fan that you mentioned i watch the yankees games and i keep up with baseball play baseball all the way through but even i don't know somebody's kids even the homerun derby and i was like who to me i i'm fine with it back when it was determined who got home field for the world series and how was against that because it's like all right we plan for some taking away the excavation when they it's just it's just befuddles now like i'm good right funds funds what for fun mr game is is what it is right now it helps you learn about people that you wouldn't know i know you say like the diamondbacks and all the people back you can't name three people on the diamond but well actually i could name people on the dow not fair for me i've city saying is right now when you got jd martinez who used to be a tiger who now plays the diamondbacks what would you say about jd that i know who that is people.

"And then were working very closely with our product teams with her with our visual liz asian and and interfaith teams to ensure that we are creating data products that serve the needs of those user groups and for operating in new territory right this is the key challenge around turning industrial or and a price scale iot data into really meaningful and valuable information i agree so then the question is how do you charge for that do you charge based on insights and if so what does that mean or do you just charged by data by peta pipe we have a number of different application areas than in the building space for example we foul environmental intelligence service though these are managed sensor networks and there are subscription fees and poor management of that network but subscription fees to the data product and the intelligence that the analytics that we provide from the sensor data to end the hunter data alone does not solve problems for users in the in the built environment it's really important that we that we translated into those meaningful data products and and we sell them as service let's talk about this because you've got in this oakland example there was some really interesting findings i'd like to dig into some of these because there is one about it and i don't remember the street but there is one area where you notice that there is huge pollution brightest people were entering onto the bay bridge and the i guess a theory was as people accelerate to like case get past the light and get on the bridge they just expel on her pollution that kind of thing seems.
