US making COVID antiviral drug more available at test sites

"The federal government is trying to make Pfizer's COVID antiviral treatment more accessible The White House announced steps to make the antiviral treatment packs low bid more readily available across the U.S. as it projects COVID-19 infections will continue to spread over the summer travel season The nation's first federally backed test to treat site is opening today in Rhode Island providing patients with immediate access to the drug once they test positive More sites are set to open in Massachusetts Minnesota and New York City The drug which has been found to reduce severe disease among 90% of patients is now available at almost 40,000 pharmacies White House coordinator doctor Ashish jha says getting a vaccine and booster shots is still the best way to protect against the virus confirmed infections in the U.S. have quadrupled since late March to more than a 105,000 a day That's a likely undercount because so many rapid tests go unreported but deaths have declined steadily to fewer than 300 per day just as this is the first time those two metrics have not trended together I'm Jennifer King

You Can't Love People and Vote for Democrats

"I started off by telling you that you can't love people and vote for the Democrat party. That isn't to say that every Democrat out there is evil. That isn't to say that every Democrat is bad or a bad person, that's not what I'm saying, but I'm talking about the structure of the politicians of the Democrat party and how they exist today. This is an evil party. I'm sorry. I'm not going to hold back. I don't believe this is hyperbole. The stuff that this left wing party, this Marxist party is doing is unheard of is unprecedented and we'll get into some of those things, but I argue you can not love people and vote for the Democrat party today. Oh, Carl, what are you talking about? You don't believe me? Let's just look at the black abortion rate. Do you understand that the black, the black population, is approximately 13%? Yet we kill approximately 36% of our babies. I mean, well, we kill 50% of our babies approximately. I'm sorry. Only 13% of the population, yet we account for. So let me reframe that. We account for 36% of the abortions in the city of New York, New York City. More black women listen to me. More black women have abortions than they do give birth to their children.

What Are the Driving Motives for Showing up to Polls This November?

"And then we were talking about Ed was talking about inflation being the driving motivating factor for people going to the polls, this November, and he said, what's the other factor, Mike? And I told him I think it's rampant crime. We're seeing stuff happen that was unimaginable in this country. Things are happening to this country that are unrecognizable. I told you the story about my apartment in New York City across the street is a Dwayne Reed, of course it's a pharmacy, drugstore, retail store. And they've had so much trouble with people, the smash and grabs, people think they can walk in with a garbage bag, clear the shelves of items and just stroll out of the store and nobody will stop them. So they had an NYPD officer stationed inside the Dwayne Reed. A police officer, an NYPD officer standing there and thank goodness because the smashing grabs stopped, well, the Democrat administration evidently decided that's not a good use of having a cop. That's not a good use of that resource, so they yank the police officer out of the Dwayne Reed. No more police presence. Guess what started up again? In fact, the doorman at my apartment building told me every single day the same guy goes into the Dwayne Reed with a garbage bag. Clears the items of the clears the shelves start walks out, reportedly, if anybody says anything to him, he says Black Lives Matter. And then the person kind of backs off and he walks away.

The Power of Honoring the Sabbath

"Just wanted to ask as I've gotten more and more involved in politics and watching podcasts. I listen to two or three podcasts today. Option times. How do you keep your heart from getting hardened and wanting to be Jesus flipping over the tables, but like 24/7. Yeah, well, that's a great question. I'll give you a biblical answer to it. Last July, I was having a very difficult time. So with this. So I do three podcasts a day. I do three hours of radio a day. I spoke at 330 places last year on the road. We have 250 people on staff, got to raise a bunch of money, plus I got to deal with all the fun people The New York Times trying to destroy my life every single day, right? Amongst other things. So it's a lot, right? And not to mention, not exactly an uplifting news cycle, the last year and a half, right? It's just another kind of awful thing that one of the other. And I was talking to a pastor friend of mine in New York City. I was telling him this. And he just asked me, said, are you honoring the Sabbath? I said, no, I like I'm kind of doing a Sabbath ish thing, right? Kind of very, you know. And he said, you should really consider it. And so I did. And so every Friday night, I took a Jewish Sabbath. I turned my phone off completely. I'm unreachable, unreachable by the world. And from Friday night to Saturday night. And so I started doing it. It was really hard at first, but I just do it religiously, regardless of where I am. No one can contact me. No one can. And I just read a take notes, whatever. And it's been an unbelievable blessing.

"Mohammed, Are you there? Yes, Yes. I'm here to apologize. That's okay. We got you now. My question is about Yeah. Yeah. Good morning, everyone. Hi, Mr Mayor. I really appreciate you guys you're doing Mohammed you're doing. I'm doing very well and you've done great and especially your child. Child care system will help a lot of people that I personally know. But my question is about the TLC and rebel that are, uh, the company Rebel who wanted to put 50 cars you know, in Manhattan electric cars. So the killer she just came out and ban all new licenses for electric cars. Me personally and my my friend. We're in the process of getting an electric car and and putting a license for hire. Vehicle license Start. I'm talking about But on the 22nd to Chelsea just came out and just start issuing those licenses. And if they're fighting with rebel Why should we be the victim? You know, because electric cars they're they're not only will be safe to drive. They are very, very low maintenance. And you know They They are cheaper to buy. Uh, you could get a used electric economy used test, for example, for around 20 $25,000. But if you want to buy a wheelchair accessible vehicle The transformation only alone $10,000. So If you guys are fighting with TLC is fighting with rebel. Why not just, um, come out with the new rules say okay, every drivers can get one license per year. The rebels will be forced to wait 50 years to put 50 cars and a few cars in Manhattan at the same time. Do you know we'll be able to just do our job. Because Right now, the only way to get a license for a new 400 vehicle. Is by buying either a minivan and transform it. Into a wheelchair accessible vehicle, which is a lot of money. But I want electric car because locals moment nous And it's good for the environment and Mohamed just want to make sure I understand your question. Clearly, you drive. While the city doesn't have a contract with rebel to put new cars on the road, you drive for another car service, and you just want to be able to buy an electric car. Uber and left, Mr Mayor. Well, Mohammed really important question. Um, and I'll just take a second to pull these pieces together a rebel the company has tried to defy the lives and rules of New York City. They're threatening to try and go it alone as uber used to love to do in different places in this country, and the law caught up with them. We do not allow a company to come in and dictate the terms to the public and the city government. So that's his own separate reality. We're addressing aggressively the bigger question I think you're raising about Should there be more electric cars on the streets for for hire vehicles? Ultimately, yes. But what we found was a problem, which is the way the rules were structured, led to the possibility of many, many new cars that happened to be electric cars on top of all the for hire vehicles We had already and what we realized in recent years is that Create a race to the bottom for working people for the drivers was driving down wages was causing a lot of drivers to circulate around with no pickups to attend to, and it created congestion problem and a problem for working people. And so we tightened up the number of available for hire vehicles. And that proved to be very effective. We don't want this to be a loophole that reopens at the wrong way. We do want more and more electric vehicles, and we're trying to figure out the way to balance the equation for the good of the earth, more electric vehicles, but not at the price of a lot more congestion and a lot more for hire vehicles. So over saturating the market. Plays Mohammad. Leave your information with the N Y C. I'll have the chair of the TLC. Uh, call you And talk to you about your particular situation. There may be more than one way to address this. So let's see what we can do to be helpful to you. But I do want to understand why we're trying to balance all those pieces in the way we make these rules. Mohammed, Hang on. We'll take your contact Info and Steve on Staten Island. You're on w N Y. C with the mayor. Hello, Steve. Good morning, Mr Mayor. I'm calling you about the, um, lifeguard shortage and the aquatics programs given by the Parks Department. I've been a swimmer in the lap swimming program for over 35 years. And the aquatics programs cover not only lap suing, but senior splash the Children's and adults learn to swim, adaptive swimming and you swim team. Uh, the lifeguard shortage has been an ongoing problem for many years, and it's just much worse this year. So one question would be is what the city going to do about this in the future. But in addition to that, the, um the aquatic specialists that teach those programs Have water safety instructor and Red Cross CPR. They are not being counted as lifeguards. And there is a section of the Department of Health regulations that would allow, um um fewer lifeguards. In those programs that is being ignored. It's 1 65.15. I can outline more of this, Uh To one of your persons off the air. Well, I appreciate that, and there's a real issue, Steve and please do give your information in NYC and we'll have a senior member of our team. Follow up with you. Um there is a life car shortage all over the country. We are doing a little better than other parts of the country, and that's why we can keep The core, you know, functions that really matter the beaches, the outdoor pools were able to keep them protected properly and on a huge number of people going to come out this year, of course to beaches and pools, as we recover from Covid. So the good news is we have the basics. But the tough part of the equation is exactly what you're referring to. We're not sure we can do all of the extra program when we normally would do if we had all the lifeguards would want We're still addressing that actually, New people are being hired and trained and coming online, So it is a good fluid situation in that way. But I'll have folks talk to you about what we can do to keep working on. And I think you make a really good point. Um, what can we do, going forward to try and avoid this problem in the future, so we don't have to worry about these swim programs are so valuable. We need enough lifeguards, So I think we need to think differently about how we do things going forward. Steve, Hang on. We'll take your information off the air. I have a budget question that I think you'll probably like and then one that you may not like as much. Um, thank you for warning me, the baby Bonds program as hopefully a blow against wealth disparity people who have heard the term baby bonds. The associated with Senator Cory Booker, who has a proposal like that at the federal level or as a form of reparations. So what is it in this New New York City budget? And how do you see it in the context of American history? Very quick to say I'm very proud of this because we have a a task force on racial inclusion and equity. In our city government. This is leaders of color in each of the city agencies who came together as our own collective. And their mandate was determine what we need to do right now to address the disparities that came up from Covid, and as we were coming up to Juneteenth, I said to the task force. Look, we want to do something important in the spirit of Juneteenth to invest. In communities that have been historically disadvantaged in so many ways. And this task force said. We want to do several things that we did CUNY scholarships and some other investments investments in mega ever Medgar Evers College, which is the one historically black college in New York City. But the real powerful goal they had was to make baby bonds universal in this city. And so we agreed that for every kindergarten child coming in September, everyone we will start Uh, savings account for their future for.

I miss going out there and talking to strangers about the treacherous driving conditions in Los Angeles. Rain, So could we do a little Did you ever wear your kfbk? Did you ever go to that one place that's closest between you and Tahoe Toc. Had see here, people putting the chains on the trucks. Like I remember going out there ended up on the highway 50 okay. It was which everyone was closest, and all of us Reporters would go into this place and we get the sound of the trucker putting the chains on. I just never being out there for in the morning to get ready for the 5 A.m. newscast right to have all your sound ready to go and it just being freezing, and it's like, Why am I doing this? Everybody knows the trucks need chains. Why do we have to have the sounds of the chains and the trucker saying, Oh, yeah, It's real tough out here, but my office is do it. My hands are really cooled. Hope they got sand. I hope Tom Brady does. Well, It's just so it's just so good to it is, it's like every gear there certain stories that we cover every single year. Despite there being no change and what exactly Particulars of the story are Yeah, but nothing compares to Southern California when they go out on storm watch with his light rain show. I love it. That's actually comedy Well, and the equivalent of that, by the way is if If you were in Seattle, the equivalent was the snow. You know, once a year. Yeah, it doesn't roll out of there. No, but you know, Once a year you get snow, especially around the hills around Seattle, and you could go and you know, go to the gas station at four in the morning and do that really awkward walk up to somebody pumping their gas. Yeah, we're gonna radio station house barn. Hey, my name is Shannon argue Ko Phi Radio. Can I talk to you about the snow? And you know, some people were very nice about it. He always shows a gas station because captive audience they can't leave captive audience well, lives. Hmm. I never cared about lighting. This guy. You're tough that way. Shannon. I was Volatile organic compounds being leaked in the air, and you're just huffing. Those things up, loved it. Remember one time I had a story about them putting in cameras. Um, at one of the places in south L. A. That is a How was that play Jordan Downs and they're going to put cameras and lights up and Jordan Downs and I just moved to L A. So I went out there and I'm talking to people and Jordan Downs and I'm doing a live shot there. Four o'clock and I'll send Eric Leonard calls me and he goes. What the hell are you doing? You don't need live presence. Look at you. Aren't you cute look atyou Yes, New New York City, they said 13 inches of snow is expected. At least 13 parts of New Jersey could see 20 inches of snow airports in that area from New Jersey up through New York into into Pennsylvania, Massachusetts. All of these airports are seeing significant delays. LaGuardia's just shut down period because of the snow today, so travel could be impacted around the country because of that river, miss living in a place with real weather. Um Not depends. I don't know. Like my son. My son was driving through snow last weekend. I guess that was just last week driving up in Northern California had drive through snow. And I miss that. They're not prepared for that. Like I'm I'm ashamed that as a father, I have not conditioned my Children to drive and hazardous conditions like that, Because then they simply become one of the statistics of the morons who can't drive. They figure it out. Not that I'm a great ad. I'm not saying I have all kinds of practice at it, But I just know, I know to be cautious. "I know in the New York New New York City, New Jersey area northern New Jersey, where I live, you have more restaurants and entertainment centers and movie theaters and malls that air opening shopping. That's opening indoor venues that haven't been opened for a long time, months and months. And so we finally have 25% capacity for indoor dining right And so more people are out and about But I tell you what, in the last couple weeks, the morning traffic so I'm going home as a lot of people are going to work in New York and New Jersey, and for the longest time I would say it was about 50%, and I never really had to hit my brakes. Or I never really saw brake lights on the way home, whereas typically pre pandemic this morning commute again my way home is I mean, it's jammed. It's it's like Bumper to bumper the entire 35 minute ride. So I have had some road rage. But I'm thrilled to see that there is so much more buses, so money, more delivery trucks and just so many more cars on the roads over these past two weeks, and I'm not complaining, though I cannot claim that I have not had any road rage it all and Frank was in my ear a couple of minutes ago, so it sounds like you also get road right. We may be road rage, kindred spirits, Frank. Yes, we most certainly are. It is those slowpokes who drive in the left hand lane, who refused to move over and it's I don't know when people forgot that this was actually a thing. "And that means a new New York City budget. The City Council voted shortly after midnight to adopt Mayor de Blasio EOS, $88 billion budget. It was a plan that only passed after weeks of protests back and forth between council members and the mayor and a lot of finger pointing. City agencies across the board will shoulder painful cuts due to covert related revenue losses and costs. But the most intense negotiations leading up to the last minute were about cuts to the NYPD. We're joined now by WN reporters Yasmeen Khan and Glen Hogan, who's actually at City Hall where police have moved in, and things are a little bit tense. She joins us on Skype. Morning, Gwyn, what's happening there? Good morning, yet they're you know. Throughout the night, protesters had taken some of the city blocks around the occupied city hall. But then, as the morning came, they went back into the plaza to fortify the boundaries. And now No, I'm about 1/2 a block away where there's you know, I would say a couple. You know dozens. If that, you know, 100 or maybe more police officers who are lined up right here they have shields batons. Andi was sort of a tense standoff that's happening. The activists are urging people to remain calm and not agitate not to throw things. The mood is pretty festive, but you know, it's one of those moments. I could flip on a dime and become violent. Yes, Mein. The budget negotiation is always kind of a dance. But this year, the overall budget was cut significantly because of the public health crisis. Can you give us the broad strokes of this new fiscal plan that takes effect today? Yeah. Hi. This budget process is painful carry, you know. Earlier this year before the public health crisis, the mayor proposed a budget that was more than $95 million we're down to a plan that about 88 billion So there are deep cuts across city agencies. As you mentioned. This is a budget that doesn't draw on city reserves. Onda does fund some important program. You know, the city has a restored funding for summer youth jobs. The budget, address his food and security, and it restores the school counselor program for the highest need kids. But the city actually still needs to find another $1,000,000,000 in labor savings between now and October. Otherwise, there could be layoffs of Abducted 22,000 city employees. Community advocates have called for a least a $1 billion cut to the NYPD and the mayor said he'd get there. Yes, I mean, where does City Hall in the council land on this? It's not quite a 1,000,000,000 or it depends on how you view a cut versus moving money around and you know the people who wanted major cuts. To the NYPD wanted savings that could be reinvested in young people and in communities of color. So this was a debate about providing resources that promote public safety. Just not her policing. So what? What they landed on with that that some personnel under the beady will now go to other city agencies like school safety agents will gradually shipped back to the Department of Education. There is a pretty big cut to the overtime budget for uniformed officers. There've been cuts in the past OT, though, that haven't really been met. There is the city will be eliminating a new class of cadets. Scheduled for July. So that's about 200 officers that won't start this summer. Otherwise, there is no hiring freeze for the NYPD, which is a real sticking point. For some people on the mayor does expect patrol levels to say the same. There will also be a new classic death starting in October, so there will be no officers added later this fall.

"We're just sitting back our cocktails and talking about Corona virus. Which bar you going out to tonight, Marge? Man. I'm not going because the governor said I can't go to the bar. Oh, it's probably for the best. Marge, why don't we just sit by cocktails here? So Richard Newton Doctor Mayor Richard Newton, mayor of Colleyville, Texas. He is not going Tio police the mask mandate among the Cove it 19. Panic and the mayor. The governor has said. Everybody needs to wear masks, eyes closing down the bars, Things air, getting heating up with the youth. In Texas, and he says he's not going to do it. That's not making him popular with some people and other people love it. Richard Newton. Welcome to the program. Thinking, Glenn. I really appreciate you having me on this morning. Sure. Now there's people. I mean, because I know I talked to people in New New York City and Los Angeles and they're like you People are crazy. You just want everybody to die. Andi. It's different in some of the city's than it is around most of America, But Texas is starting to see some real numbers climb. Why have you decided not to Wear masks or enforce masks. Yeah, So if you allow me, let me first tell your audience what it is. I'm not doing because there's many misconceptions out there. One I'm not anti mass. On the contrary on Colleyville having individuals to take all precautions they can to protect themselves and their families. The individual decision. It's very important. I wear mask. My wife has made 40 mass for our families. These air personal individual stations number two. I have not countermanded the Tarrant County order. The Tarrant Order is actually for businesses to establish a policy to wear masks and their customers. That's the issue. I'm not aware of any business in Cali Bill that hasn't put the policy in place and three if I get a chance before through, there have been no death in college. Oh, there's very important. I would like to explain to you why I get to that point. No, Go ahead, explain. Oh, well, I can explain that. Okay, I learned there's been no distant Caligula members have consistently been very low, but I learned yesterday there's a fake profile Facebook profile by the name of sharing Michaels. And is posed as a very conservative religious individual and wrote this very long, good wrenching post about her eight year old child dying in colleague Bill Yesterday afternoon. For whatever reason, I guess or pressure Bart brought on her. But she has recanted and said, that's all sake. It's not true. So my message to people is. Please be very careful and what you read in the social media and react too, because there's a buck in it. This just flat, wrong and purposely erroneous. So that was why Why did she? Why did she do that? Is she Is she a very religious conservative person with a can, or is she none of those things? No. In fact, I don't even know if it's the way a woman. Whoever created this fake profile but in the re can't re can't was actually more vicious than the story and the truth. Carla colors came out. She called. Me and all my officials and Carla Ville fascist and all the terrible things that they could dream up, So it was clearly a political stunt. But that's going on. I did. People just need to know that that was happening, and it affected hundreds of thousands of comments and stuff. It's It's really ashamed, very devious and vicious. Okay, So, Richard, you would probably be the most disappointing fascist to fascists. Seeing that Who are you are not willing to say. You must do these things on by want to make it clear again? But you aren't You wear a mask yourself, and you think it's a good idea to wear masks? You're only doing this as a personal liberty thing. Yes, And the reason I'm doing this, This is the most interesting part of all of this. The D. A's office had a conference call with all the police departments, including us and indicated that they have no way to prosecute this. This is unenforceable and so I cannot be dishonest in my citizens. I need to tell them the truth. I don't not believe any city and Tara can it can enforce this, and that's why we're not doing it. It would put our police and a very awkward situation a very embarrassing situation. It could lead to Ah, such a thing such as the Dara Salon debacle where they were in this enforcement paradox, and it was embarrassing to everybody, so it just doesn't make sense to you. For the government to try to tell a business to enforce something that even the government cannot enforce itself. That's unfair to the business and the citizens, actually, but I would encourage everybody to do it. So why're people so upset then? Mayor. I mean, because you have been called everything under the sun and and you. You know, you don't care about people, and you're an embarrassment to the city. I mean, that's what people are saying. I love this. I have friends in Plano and Frisco in Dallas, and they all think we're nuts. It's embarrassing. I'm embarrassed the live in Colleyville right now. Beautiful islands span. Yes, They have talked and talked to a young mother yesterday at some length, and I just asked him questions and in asking questions, you know, they think that I have and they've been told and in social media are detractors. Let's say that we're not. We don't want we're making people not wear a mask. But that's completely untrue. So they don't have their correct information. They don't They don't understand that This is not enforceable. This is not a mascot. This is enforcement issue. Ah, and then they don't understand why this is happening. I can't tell you won that same thing. But that's what is happening so always simply calmly ask people what they're while they think they're mad at college building. Tell me things that are wrong that correct name on what's right. And typically, they understand, but may not agree, but they understand. Ah, in the governor. How's your relationship with Governor Greg Abbott? Very good. I think Governor Abbott has done a fantastic job. I mean, I know some people disagree, but I think he's very considered he considered all factors. I think this Tarrant County order Was put together very quickly without a lot of thought, with no discussion with the city's on howto force it and that came about after the fact after he put the order in, but Governor habit. It's not enforceable because Governor Abbott himself As addicted that there is no local governmental agency that has the right the mandate that they wear a mask and he's done that because it's a constitutional issue..

"He's just recording her as we're sitting here in this standoff and I know about his facebook post. Let's talk about that in just a second. Now she actually called nine one one to let my dog. He's an African American myself. And My dog this dog dying over here dog well. That's my phone there she is. That's basically the end of the video. That was posted now. He posted something on his facebook page. Where he said. I saw this woman a walking her dog. The dog was not on a leash law outlined the conversation they had back and forth. He said he was trying to give the dog a treat. I don't know what his plan was or what he was up to but he was going to encourage the dog to come over him with a treat and then all hell broke loose with all of this stuff. It didn't take long before to people who walked her dog previously outed her and Said who she was on social media and Berry quickly. They said the company that she works for said. We're investigating and we're GonNa see what we have to do next. And then within an hour or two. Maybe they said we've fired her. We don't accept the racism in any way and she no longer works for the company. Now interestingly enough he was doing some interviews and this guy seems like a good dude Christian Kugler bird watcher. He's simple man he afterwards is like. I'm not sure this young woman. Having her life completely torn apart serves any great goal because this woman's life is flipped turned upside down and she's unemployed now. They took the dog away. I guess they've taken the dog away temporarily. They're going to investigate what's going on. There's a human rights commission that's going to look into this and see if there's any more charges they can file it just announced. They haven't charged her to begin with but they. I guess they're going to investigate saying that. They sent a letter of inquiry to the woman or questioning cooperation. And this complaint and I don't know if that finds itself in the courtroom eventually they can't they can't charge her the Human Rights Commission. They could just fine her and actually you don't have to pay those fines getting death threats to and actually Christian Cooper came out and said stop immediately with them and I'm told there's death threats wholly inappropriate and should stop immediately and he said I take her apology as sincere. I just don't think that she's aware that what she did was racist. Look you're here's what I think when I look at this stuff I go. Isn't it totally possible? This woman has been locked inside. Probably for like three months on lockdown New New York City. Everything is in chaos right now. This is that incident that spins things over the edge. She did something stupid and said something stupid. Saying African American man and acting like there was some big threat in your world. When this guy wasn't doing anything wrong is ridiculous but we really do bulldoze over these people we really do and sometimes like people just have a terrible day and make a big mistake. All had terrible days. That's that's not an excuse for it. It's not no no no. I'm not offering this episode. Excuse I'm saying that at some point. Wow the pitchforks and torches can be set down. The woman has lost her job. She's gotten all this stuff and people are still just foaming at the mouth like a mob after her. I really don't have sympathy for it at for what she did. Because a lot of people have had bad days and maybe say things that they don't mean but when that is the thing that you're going to if there was not a video what could this have gone to. What are the risks? They're you know exactly. And that's it. It's a target. This necessary woman's not some racist backwoods Redneck Day. Do you honestly see yourself saying that? No but okay but but I can hear I can hear her voice. I can hear in the incident that she's breaking down she losing she's just like maybe that was that moment again. This is not defending the behavior. But it's like hey every once in a while okay. She got hers. Tap The breaks a little bit. They touch on what led up to the that video. He was telling her her dog should be on a league. You said in his facebook post. You're not gonna like what I do. That's this is from his facebook post talking about the incident and she's like what does that mean and then he said. I went to take out a dog treats which I bring for occasions just like this and I'm like I don't understand what's happening but that's what led to the moment where you heard that video start rolling and I really like the guy who was the target of all this is out there screaming like everybody back off your kill her tar and feather her and people should be able to learn from mistakes. I Dunno it just gets really nasty out there That's nothing compared to. We're running out of time here but actually know. This deserves a little bit more space. We know yesterday New York governor, I think it was last night. Governor Cuomo signed the Bill allowing illegal aliens to get driver's licenses, but your favorite, the pride of New York, Cortez. Did you see her insulting comments talking about Donald Trump and America that we are running concentration camp on the border insult to? Especially the Jewish people who really I mean guest alive, the Nazi atrocities and for her to make the comparison that our country's doing she she speaks not based on information, but based on what you think's is an effective emotional appeal to her supporters. "My head. When does it end new New York City, the first city in the United States to eliminate processed meats? Mayor Bill the Blasios approved. We talked earlier this fourteen billion dollar green new deal on Monday. To combat climate change the plan will cut the purchase of red meat by fifty percent in in its city controlled facilities, like hospitals schools correctional facilities. The new commitment. Bills off the the meatless Mondays campaign that was adopted by New York City schools a couple years ago. It's a difficult plan. But it's a necessary plan estimates tell us we have only twelve years to get it. Right. He's he's buying into the AFC twelve years, and we're going to die. I'm like well. She go work for him because he's not going to be reelected. I'd say not a chance in hell after the Amazon debacle. I mean, she she cost her district millions millions of dollars. And I can't imagine that she isn't going to be challenged next time around. So at what point of the people in New York City saying it's time to recall this dumb ass mayor. I can't imagine that how long how long what time does he have? I mean. He's like another four years. I mean you had yet Bloomberg and then the Blasios replaced Bloomberg right? Yeah. He said. By the year. Twenty thirty New York City's green new deal will reduce greenhouse emissions by thirty percent. By also, creating new jobs all buildings that are twenty five thousand square feet of more of which there are fifty thousand such buildings in the city. We'll be required to make officiency upgrades that lower their energy usage and emissions or they will face steep penalties. I I cannot see developers of whatnot coming into that city yet to build. No, they're not this whole thing about the glass last towers that that they're inefficient. They're not there's some of the most efficient buildings in the city in the newer, ones particular creamery officiant, and what do you what are you gonna do? You got to you got to eliminate freedom tower tariff back down, right? Come on said, it's going to cost the owners of these buildings billions of dollars to make these upgrades. For the first time in in years and years. The population of New York City declined declined. And a lot of people are leaving. And that was supposedly based on the tax the excessive taxes, but this I mean, these kind of things these these are all it around about way taxes. Yeah. One way or another. I mean, if you're ability notary, you got to pay expenses to raise the rent at prices on stuff going to go up and everything is in somewhere former fashion attacks, and it's expensive as all get out right now that to to live in in your coming. Pretty much. Travel for you better be second about the double the salary. You were considering if you're living in this part of the country, maybe even triplet. It's impossible. The expenses. So. I just don't, you know? Then and his care. He goes to works out every morning at Brooklyn. And he has this caravan of cars of protection that takes him there. And what's green about that? I mean. He's one of the worst offenders. No, you gotta hold. Of limousines, take him to go work out every morning and Brooklyn do as I say, not as I do. No kidding, right? Unbelievable. From the Email bag Earl buddy wheelchair. Dave check in. Hello. Steven, ed. We're all the Dale jR fans juniors going to be covering the Indy. Five hundred this year. Yeah. He he had danika. Well, I didn't go that. Well, also, so it's your neural play a role in that you said at unfortunate situation. Lost his mom here last week. I heard that passed it sixty five and. In the story of his mother that was very interesting. If you had had an easy after a house fire he lived with his mother after the divorce. Sister. Kelly lived with his mother they had a house fire that left them homeless and head to move back to Virginia. She remarried a in eventually got to North Carolina in and she was the accountant four third for juniors race team. And she was very very active in in JR. More sports getting off the ground and becoming a successful as it has started two thousand six and had won a championship in twenty fourteen JR mortar sports runs in the Surrey's. And so she was very active. In racing and with her son. Dale second wife Teresa in junior did not get along. She said junior off to military school, and they did not get loyal all when she took over the earned her heart operation after the death of of of his father. She wouldn't even let him have. He wanted to race the number eight again, and she wouldn't let him have it as, you know, the owners owned the numbers the cars, she got in. They got into a big court battle, and and she wouldn't let him have number. So that's how eighty eight came to be about that. All right. Let's see next on the Email bag from Carl. I have a two thousand two Toyota. So Laura Attilio, so Laura in the purge valve sticks would Addy Motor cO to the gas tank help with that problem. Now, you don't you don't put actual motorcoach the gas tank to you know, know, you used the fuel additive, right? Use the fuel additive feel that prob and use it like quite a bit of a little double strength couple of two three or four ounces that would that's the motor coat fuel optimize optimize it. So typically one bottle treats a one hundred fifty gallons, right? Yeah. Ten gallons. All right. So this put a couple of houses in you think put in a little bit little bit stronger, but three four ounces. Right. Give it a bit of a double dose. Yeah. Shock. Okay about.
