Unusual Perennials With Far Reaches Farm
"I'm kind of overwhelmed at the possibilities that you have in your list But i did see one sort of like theme ish thing that really caught my eye and recently my friend can drew's and i were talking on the show about some favorite of our early native spring. Perennials were both eastern gardeners. And we both love things with surveys. Arching stems like solomon's seal and such and you have a lot of things like that i think and i don't know if that's intentional. Or if you're obsessed with that too but can we talk about some of them like the polygon items and my anthem and you've you larrea. I die spor homes and whatever. I saw a lot of these things. Tell me about plants that look like that. Let's talk about that. Yeah yeah yeah all of those that whole kind of group. I mean they're like the disarms are now you know been separated out from the into a different family than Pulling games or solomon sales but but we kinda regard them as the sort of fulfilling the same function in the garden. They have the same visual Impact and appeal really and And we're just we are just smitten by them and and and for good reason. There's fear other things that Offer that In the shade garden Solomon's seals in particular Have there's there's over. Eighty species of solomon seals and within each species and their diversity is incredible. I mean it goes from the arctic circle down to tropical rainforest in vietnam and they can be. We've actually pitched a tent on flicking them hooker. I at thirteen thousand feet in eastern bhutan and that only gets an inch or two high in that really short alpine turf whereas We've got political. Tim did in our shade garden. And it's not done reaching its full mature size and we've been as tall as fifteen feet so that's pretty awesome. Thank goodness textiles for them and it said you have thirty one. Different polygamy items. And i was like and then you had an article on the website. I'll give a link with the transcript to it about one that i think it's cinemas The species is king knee. Ainum or juan neum or something It's like a twelve footer. With orange flowers that was surprising. Yeah that's really really nice thing. It's one that had been the had been regarded as a flagging kingham. It's it's distinct in that it has leaves. That are different than what we would see on on on the east coast for example Heard the leaves are kind of following this stem and their little alternate sort of things like every other step stepped up. The leaves up the stem but in keenum who aim vietnam again Their what's called a tesla arrangement of lease or their little like spokes on a wheel in quarrels ranked up the stem. And that's that's very distinctive right. Can you ain't them You know crashing. You know if it gets like ten twelve or even like in vietnam and fifteen feet. How do you. How do you keep those upright. And they've got a clever little adaptation not the end of each leaf tip at hooks into a little hook and it will actually hold onto surrounding branchless and of shrubs and so we have going up through having going up to really thin twigged shabby dogwoods and that can kind of self trellis themselves that way.

Okay oh at any glasses is computer. I can't see nothin' but the holy ghost and sometimes all you need to see is the wind of got the wind of god. We'll edit that out. I'm better than that. I didn't do that okay. Hi sarah i listened to the podcast all of the time and i'm also a member of the potter's house one. La thank you so much for all the work you put in. You've literally help. Change my life in so many ways today and some advice. Because i'm in this season that i've never been in before at a loss mafia n- say since january of this year lost his mom to cancer about six weeks ago. This loss has also been tough for me as well. Since i was also close to his mom we were planning on getting married in twenty twenty one however lately things have been a struggle my fiance and i are both grieving but he is really struggling with the laws. I'm trying to be there for him as much as i can while still taking care of my own mental health. I'm seeing it therapist through better help. Hey and i've been praying and seeking god. My fiance is devastated with the loss and doesn't really connect with me spiritually like he used to. He's also less motivated to seek god on his own or be there for me and our relationship sometimes. He said he was open to therapy as the well. I know that grief is a process that takes time and everyone grieves differently. We love each other and we enjoy our relationship. God led us to each other and has been at the forefront of our relationship. I know that god wants us to be married because he has confirmed it many times. I miss reading the word with him and having spiritual talks but i also know he's going through a lot right now. How can i be there for him during this time. How can we continue to pursue a solid foundation and our engagement so that we can be prepared for marriage. How can i still connect with him. Spiritually without being insensitive to. What's go to what he's going through. And sometimes i just don't know what to say. I just keep praying if you in the delegation could give some advice our greatly appreciated. Thank you okay. So there's a lot of layers here one. I can only imagine what you're going through you know as your homegirl. From afar your pastor homegirl from afar. I just want you to know that. I know that's tough When my husband lost his father though isn't as close to his father as it appears that you are with your significant other's mother who was passed away. I can really remember how tinder that time was in our relationship. How helpless i fell in many ways. Because i really wanted to fix it right. I wanted to do something that made him feel better and yet i also knew that there was nothing i could do at all and i think that one of the difficult parts of grief. Is that a part of your husband. In has transitioned with his mother. The memories the dynamic of their relationship like there's a part of him who was a son to that woman who is now he still her son right but he's her son with her in heaven and he's never had to walk that out before you guys are engaged and so you're talking about marriage which means these are the types of thresholds at we cross over in marriage all of the time. My father said when i was dating today he told me you're choosing the person who you want to be standing beside you when you put me in the ground. Wow doesn't that change the way we look at some of these people like you're good for dinner your good for movies but do i want you to be the person who standing beside me when i have to say goodbye forever to my parents seems like that's what he chose you to do that. When he proposed he said that. When i go through the downs of life you are who i want to be by my side when i lose myself because of the grief when i lose myself because if the pain you are who i want to be on my side when we get a bad report from the doctor when we have to move to another city you are the person who i want to be by my side. What we're signing up for is to do life with one another. And i think that this feels like probably the real life has ever been for the two of you and i just want you to know that as you sign up for the lifelong commitment of marriage that that's what you're signing up for is to have weeks maybe at a time when your husband is so deep in his grief that you're not sure if you're going to see the person who he wants was but also trusting that if god brought you together that he's gonna return to you in a version that is perhaps more wise more focused more intentional more mature than perhaps he was before. But that core connection that brought you together we'll remain intact right now he can't be your fiance as you knew him because he doesn't know who he is right now and i think through love engraved patients that you walk this thing out together. The beautiful thing is you. Don't have to worry about the wedding right now. you can stay in position ads. If you say and the only thing you have to focus on right now is him healing and becoming better. You don't have to plan the wedding and he'll from grief at the same time during the course of that. You may say to yourself. Hey you not sure that you're coming back. I'm not sure that you're in a space where we can even move forward with marriage until you really get the help and support that you need but if i were you our just realize that because we're signing up to be married that this is what i signed up for people lose spouses. People get cancer. People lose children like real life. Be going down in the union of marriage and it's been six weeks and she passed. I still so very fresh. I don't think that you shouldn't necessarily expect to see the relationship as you once knew it right now in this moment but there will be glimpses. And then those.

It's about building healthier habits and feeling better about yourself, if fitting into that favorite pair of jeans, is your goal great? But there are many reasons why you might want to practice self care, and every person is different. I just know that when I more fit I just have more energy. When I filled out my neum. They asked you a bunch of questions when you first go on the site and they like well. Why do you want to do this? For the first time? In my life I had brevity. I just said energy. That's a good answer, but you know everyone is different, and and if you listen to podcast, you know for a fact, everyone is different and what I like about neum. That's no is that it adjust your lifestyle. They teach the psychology behind decisions. You make an in help. It's all about that I'm that superficial? I really admire you for owning up to that right here. All right so I suppose I am. Because I've been making these workout videos online and I to say when I when I'm forced to watch them you know to. Be. Going to Redo it or not? I you know I gotta say that. There are times where I look at myself. When I go, you know what? It looked better now that I've dropped a few pounds. Wow so and you're not toting around the same. Amount of weight which naturally makes you feel more energetic. Right when you're not. Lifting as as much just to get up out of your chair. The other thing is. What I found helpful when I first went on the site. Answer a bunch of questions after they tell you the answers already actually. And one of the things. that. Foods with a lot of water in them can fill you up, but they're not as caloric. You know I saw that too. And I took that specific lesson and I was amazed because I started thinking about the things that I like because apparently it just matters how much the food ways and a lot of weight is water weight. That's great because you feel full as full with water as you would with fried French fries. Yeah, what I've been doing is taking grapes and just smashing them into a container. So that I can get more and more of them. I'm kidding I i. have actually I never thought I would say this in my lifetime, but I've been tearing. In the produce aisle of the grocery store I've actually but grapes multiple times already this summer. Because I'm taking news advice. Well Yeah, because one of the things that they say in that water listen and there are so many lessons, but we're dwelling on water right now. Is that a great bit of raisin have the exact same number of calories in a great fills you up about eight times more. The other thing that I'm hoping to do at some point this summer. Cove ed allowing if we can use social distancing and everything we need to do to stay safe is I'm hoping to go to your house and just drink your pool. Yeah, that's great..

Can Manchester City win the Premier League again this year?
"Primly winning now Nancy unto extended Liverpool dominated the league last season. Do you expect expect to happen this time around. I think it's a two horse race. I think throughout the whole of the Premier League season I think he probably looking at the two sides with the pace in the power and the firepower that they've go on a month city obviously back about primarily now when you can never write them off from winning the premise of the footballers play one big factor for me and I don't know how many people spoke about the importance of Vincent Company and he's not there this season obviously always left to go into management not just on the failed because he didn't play too many games. It's off the field what is achieved at a club how much of a leader is. I don't think there's anybody in that. That squad players is that they've got to replace it. I mean I'll and you've been a manager before I mean you know what big characters like an address neum I mean if if that gets taken away from that it's not just on the field it's off the field and its camaraderie. It looks as if Vincent Company was was man in the room even though he when he wasn't playing getting the message across especially after through bad bad result WIG central on my discipline situation of the the wanted given company winning there with that as opposed manager yeah so it's a big loss to him but I think everything that quality does is planned yeah no so. I'm sure that he feels that they can cut cut without him and pep someone who's tipping. The company shows mock the muncie presumably dominate in the market. It was very hard to make an argument against him isn't it I think is yeah. I mean around about eight to four four. Oh two seven mark if you're looking for so long term accumulators in that city are absolutely rock solid so bankers for that against him. I suppose the one is company. I interested to see a phone and dino who deeply sent off a little bit last season with the signing of robbery to play midfield. I wonder if he might drop Fernandina back one but that's it I mean it's never been a point oneplus Liverpool DOT is it. My fear is though on this is the Monet and Saleh played virtually every game.

As we journey into an exploration of meaningful coincidence spontaneous fulfillment of desire good luck and the state of grace are what some people call miracles as we continue on our journey exploring exploring synchronicity meaningful winston spontaneous fulfillment desire good luck. The State of grace are put some people call miracles. It's important to remember what Board Einstein said and I'm paraphrasing. You're either nothing is a miracle or everything is a miracle. Life is a miracle. There's no explanation for life. There's no explanation for even how we perceive the word how bits of sensory day to give us the experience of three dimensional reality in space time and causality so actually if you think about it miracles happen. Every day not just in remote country religious or at holy sites halfway across the globe but right here every day in our lives they bubble up from the hidden source in this around us with opportunities and then the disappear. I like to think of them shooting stars of everyday life when we see shooting stars they're rarity makes them seem magical but in fact this streak across the sky all the time we just don't notice them. During the day dazzled has we are by the sunlight and at night they merge only if you happen to look up at the right time in the right place in a clear Doc sky although we think of them is extraordinary medicals also streak across the screen of our consciousness business our awareness every day almost all the time we can choose to notice them more. Ignore them unaware that our destinies may hang in the violence so I'd like you to tune in to the presence of miracles tune into your own in herself which is the source of existence and an instant life can be transformed. Transformed into a dazzling experience more wondrous and exciting then we could even imagine and if you ignore them then of course the opportunities gone forever. The question is would you recognize a miracle if you saw one. If you recognize it what would you do with it and is it possible for us to orchestrate our own miracles breath. Is it possible for us to choose our own medicals. My answer is yes beyond your physical. South is a domain of reality that most people ignore and this domain a reality is our own inner being when we tune in to our sense so then we become aware of these miracles and we take advantage of them in short recreate our own good luck. There's a part of you that is interwoven with everything else that exists and with everything else yet to come. My Bush in life has been dedicated to exploring and teaching ways to tap. "Today's lesson, I want to show you how you don't have to be radically different. In fact, being radically different can really affect you in a negative way. So let's get that one out of the way. When you create a new product or service, and it's two different. The learning curve might be too high for your potential customer to grasp, for example, and this is just a wild example, but if paints the picture, let's say you sell something completely different in new, let's say like edible board games, you play the board game at the end of the game. You just eat the pieces. I know that sounds crazy. But let's say it is a different product like that, but then not only then, but the way you buy the product is different. You purchase it online, and then it gets delivered with drone to your house. Sometimes when you try to be two different, it's too much of a hurdle for the customer. They're like, okay, I'm buying this edible type of board game willing to try, but then I got away for the drone flying over my house is going to drop it in my lawn. It's just too much of a struggle. Yes, maybe in twenty years, this is going to be commonplace. People get things delivered with drones, and maybe in twenty years, edible board games are going to be the hottest thing, but take one step at a time. It's great to be an innovator, but you still have to be in business. You still have to sell this product. You have to get it out the door. If you notice in cars and car manufacturing, the introduce new features and Neum prove -ment incrementally, for example, automated driving or autonomous driving is become something quite normal in cars. Now at the least cars are offering features like link, keep assists that ensures that you stay in your lane, but that didn't happen overnight before all of that cars started to come with the cruise control. Right? Where you just set the speed of your car. You still have to steer. You still have to keep your eye on the road and you still have to break if there's an emergency. Why do you think car manufacturers have done that? Yes, the technology has evolved and they're able to do that. But if you some research, you'll find out this technology has been around for some time. They understand that people need time to get used to technology. If you skip steps. Often, it's jarring for somebody and they just can't accept that and that distances you from the customer..

Like what about is the fact that I don't want somebody that things is okay to sniff the seats of guests that have been on the show. I might not want that person working my company because if something does happen, I gotta turn around and pretend like I didn't fucking know. This was possible. You know what I mean? Like his employers do have to basically look at it like, yes, Jolla main did you know, has two different events that are, you know, the sound kind of quota, quote creepy and somebody at work, accused him of grabbing as well. I mean he would never do that. Like you just said, he's agree. You know what I mean? Like it's so weird that line that only may get the toll, like nobody else gets the toe that line. Where we turn around and be like, well, I mean he gotta have a job. You know what I mean? So right. Like like me not only people have right to a quote unquote job, and it's also one of those things to to wear particular for under straight men. Women aren't considered creepy to men. So men don't have to worry about a woman quote, unquote coming in physically overpower Neum and and raping shit like that. So to do creepy aimed big thing. But it's a lot of the fucking do that. That seems fucked up and they'll be like, well, it's just creepy. Like that's just enough like, oh, well, it was just creepy in carry on. You know what I mean? Like literally the same that we, you know, just fuck it. Just whatever I'm ninety trying worked up about it. 'cause like I don't say nothing about this and I already know that others are right now.
