"The Maison with Kevin Nation. Some people are Cupcake People. I'm one of those who isn't a cupcake person. I prefer regular cake and to me. If it's more about the size of a cupcake, even though they do make giant cupcakes these days. But the one thing about cupcakes, I don't like, there's not enough of the proper ratio of cake to frosting. I like the frosting part of the cake. I always have but to me sometimes a cupcake isn't as moist as a regular cake if given the choice between cupcakes and cakes. I'll take a regular cake any day of the week. Head cupcakes and my niece and nephew twins birthday party. A couple of weeks ago and why enjoyed them. It's only a couple of bites at least with a piece of cake you get four or five or six bites. But with cupcakes, it's not quite the same thing and I really think it's just about how it actually has made. Some people will say the cupcake is the perfect cake. It's the perfect bout, it's the perfect ratio and I got to disagree, course I know arguing about something that really doesn't matter. It's a personal preference issue, but if something was bothering me today, I was actually hungry for cake and we'll cupcakes wouldn't do. I'll take a regular cake any day of the week off?

Dev Patel Conquers 'The Green Knight'

"And the Green Knight is a poem from the Middle Ages, And it's one of the best known stories that are part of the Legend of King Arthur. The poem tells the tale of Sir Gawain, a knight of the round table and one Christmas, the mysterious green Night approaches and issues this challenge. Let whichever of your nights his boldest of blood and wildest of parts. Step forth, Take up arms and try with honor to London blow against me. Gawain accepts I will do it. I won't meet him. And uses his one blow to slice off the green Nights head upon this Christmas dates. What happens after that is the basis for the new movie. The Green Knight Dev Patel plays going, but he's a stripped down version of the legend. For one thing in the movie Grain is not yet a night so so not a night kind of this. Young, headstrong nephew of King Arthur. Um, so we find him. You know, in a brothel at the start of the film, and he's got quite the attitude. And you watch him make a lot of mistakes. And you, you hope By the end of this story, he will do the honourable thing, whereas in the old kind of story, he's very chaste and honorable right from the get go, his less flawed in a way in this version, he is very much flawed and has a lot to prove. And what do you hope to gain? Facing all of this. Yes. Hugh. Honor When Dev Patel and I spoke the other day, he told me to script cast a spell over him for days, and that he very much personally related to young Wayne's journey. As a young actor. You're Constantly questioning what you're doing and what it all means. And at what cost is it, you know, and the journey you know the beauty of this journey, so for me I could really Relate to this young man who was really ambitious and and thirsty to belong amongst these greats at the round table, I kind of felt

"The Maison with Kevin Nation for as long as I can remember. If people looked at me and told me I had big hands. I always had very long slender fingers, of course, I got bigger hands, didn't change size. Well, they actually have the other day. I was with my nephew. He's getting ready to play freshman basketball this year and we were talking about basketball and looked at his hands. I said, can you Palm a basketball where you pick up the bass with one hand, and hold it out? Like, the big NBA players do, and he walked over to his bag, picked up the basket ball, and palmed it and handed it over to me. I used to be able to do that. I tried to do that the other day and couldn't so I'm wondering did my finger shrinkage did my Palms shrink? What happened here? I've been able to Palm a basketball since I was about twelve. Thirteen years old but the hands at the same size, any more? I realize there's no use for palming a basketball with my age and you don't play basketball anymore. But I wonder what happened. I know we kind of shrink sometimes in size as we get older. But what happened to my hands? I've never noticed it before and I was actually rather shocked. Something's Happened to me, I don't know what it is dead.

In this case someone asked this very question on tiktok recently and well a lot of the answers. They didn't make a lot of sense. You're under eighteen and you go into a store and robbed them but you have to be naked. That's the key by atm. And keep it in your room. You open up one hundred bank account so those wanted didn't make sense to me but but here in january one response to that question when super viral it was instructions and how to zero out your hospital bills. Pay nothing if your income slow. Tell me more. I am intrigued. This one came from jared walker in the video. We see a white guy. Early thirties hipster mustache and he says most. Us hospitals are nonprofits. So they are legally required to offer financial assistance or charity. care policies. free or heavily discounted services. Let me show you how this works. He spends the rest of the sixty second video. Demonstrating how to see if you can get your bills forgiven. And as we watch he google's hospitals name plus the phrase financial assistance should be the top link. let's check this search brings up a long document. We see him scrolling. He finds the income threshold below which this hospital will forgive medical. So if you make under that amount The hospital will legally forgive your medical bills. If you're in its first week. This tiktok video got seen more than ten million times in jared. He says he is millions of dollars in hospital. Bills forgiven since that video came out in january. And now he's ramping up.

And that the DNA match um 100, per 100%. And I know she had the strength if she needed to survive, But you know, whatever happened. I know God was with them until the young because they died together. They were together. And now a report from Florida First responders and searchers have continued efforts to find survivors amidst the rubble of the Champlain Tower. "The Maison with Kevin Nation. I think was a few years ago when I was talking about, my Fascination in love of squirrels. And I don't know why I realized just rats with bushy Tails, basically, and if you love birds or we had bird, feeders growing up as a kid, squirrels come in and wreak havoc on birdseed because they're always looking for a meal but I just think they're cute little animals course, I've been upset with one of my little nephews lately, life has been trying to trap a chipmunk and all he's caught in his traps are squirrels. And so we see the adventures on line of him. Trying to let go of the squirrels get caught in his big metal trap and I feel bad for the squirrels and I don't know why. I mean, I realized there's damage they really don't give that much to society if you will. I don't know what purpose, they serve. I just find them cute and I find them harmless and I like them and I like watching them and I hate the fact that my little nephew is so obsessed, with trapping. These chipmunks chipmunks, I could care less one way or the other, you don't see very many of them. But for some reason squirrels I don't want to see anything bad happen to them. Hopefully he'll get tired of not trapping his Chipmunks, but the squirrels and I just feel bad for them.

So i wanted to have stern grove on the show because i went to the festival with my grandfather who used to live literally ten blocks away from stern grove. Back in the sixties. You're eighty four the season. that's right. Tell us about stern grove festival and a little bit of history in. What are some of your progress because this festival but you also do education as well yes. That's right so as the eighty fourth season might imply we are going on our fourth year of concerts and programs provided for the community. Stern grove festival. The festival has a wonderful history. Our core was from. Rosalie meyer stern. Who was the wife of sigmund stern. Who was the nephew of levi. Strauss actually purchased the land where the festival takes place in san francisco in the sunset neighborhood back in nineteen thirty one with the goal of providing space for music and concerts and performances to take place for free for the community and this initial thought of hers was shortly after the depression as a way to hire and support this symphony musicians and the land was given to the city with the caveat that these concerts would need to be held here in open and free for the public and here we are eighty four years later coming out of another kind of rough patch and we at the festival or just thrilled that we've been approved to hold the live season again this year in two thousand nineteen we saw over seventy thousand guests over our course of ten free concerts and in two thousand and twenty a month before we were ready to announce are amazing lineup. You can imagine that we were told everything else that we were not going to be able to do that. And so that was the first time in eighty three years to not have held the season and like the rest of the community. We are just so eager to reconnect and bring this back to the city. Starting june

Victor Noir's Mysterious Erection

"Year more than three million people visit the parish cemetery in paris it's home to hundreds of thousands of tombs. And you can buy a map directing you to all the graves of the cemetery. Most famous residents folks like the singer. Jim morrison and writers like oscar wilde and produced but among that list of celebrities and historical figures is a name that pretty much. No one will recognize but whose tomb attracts a lot of visitors. And i'm very certain kind of visitor with a very certain kind of neat. it's the tomb of victor noir. Victor nor was a journalist in paris in the eighteen hundreds and he didn't publish anything especially remarkable during a short lifetime and he probably would have been forgotten a history if it weren't for the fact that he was shot and killed by prince pierre. Bonaparte the nephew of napoleon that act triggered a wave of protests and led to the commissioning of a statue by the acclaimed. Sculptor jules delauro. But even that isn't really why people are visiting his grave today. The visit for more personal reasons and they aren't there for victor exactly. The statue that covers. Victor noirs grave depicts him laying down as if he had just been shot and that alone is kind of just. But then you notice a couple of other things. I the crotch of this statue has a bulge to it in second. The bulge is very very shiny. Though the statue was largely darkin discolored that particular part has been polished by the hands of countless win over the decades women who are drawn to the statue of victor nawar because rubbing it supposedly confers. Good luck in love and fertility. The full ritual involves kissing his lips rubbing the bulge and dropping a flower in his hat.

95% of bull kelp forests have vanished from portion of California coast

"Until recently giants seaweed called bull kelp formed lush underwater forest in northern california's coastal waters. These kelp forests have long provide critical habitat for many species like salmon crabs and jellyfish. But now just a. Few patches of bulk help remain. It's very desolate looking. That's meredith mcpherson. Nephew see santa cruz. She was part of a team that studied satellite images of about two hundred miles of california coastline. They found that starting in twenty fourteen. The area covered by kelp dropped by more than ninety five percent. She says the die off was driven in part by an underwater heat wave which depleted nutrients in the water and made it harder for the kelp grow compounding. The problem populations of purple sea urchins which eat kelp have exploded in the region in coming decades. More marine heat waves are expected. We know that these types of events these warm water events and stronger el nino's going to become more common and frequent with climate change so mcpherson says warming waters and hungry urchins will make it harder for these kelp forest to survive.

"It's not it's not so clear-cut oh i see us more clear to me after that it is saying if you because you have a vision as agenda you can see the future whatever i think and so you can see that there's going to be like People dying people burning like people like like space dogs or whatever like dying whatever what space dogs i don't know would i would love any fan listening right now to write out everything. Maria saying right now as it crawl for like a star wars for space dynamics like space like dying or whatever and like to do the yellow the floating through space the space dogs dying. There spaceships are burning. There's like people just kind of like floating through space and people are chaos is around in your thinking to yourself. Should this guy have died. And you're saying no but here's my other question you're gonna kill him later anyway when he does all that star you know. I'm not know who might have someone right but you might have to put someone else in danger. A girl. okay okay. let's not there. You're destroying the patriarchy. Isn't that important. So okay here's another. Here's another level. If luke does kill. Those people don't die. "Your money back simple as that. Get thicker quicker. This is Scott Yard ain't now Texas is a state in which you can decide whether you want to wear a helmet or not correct. Yeah I know yes. Yes -fornia state where you must wear a helmet yet to wear a helmet if you're under twenty one right okay but man. Here's the deal and I still got my my killick. Four fifty am. I need to sell it because I don't ride it anymore. More than four Wheels Bat. Outta hell out. That broke his Co. Rash down some him sendero dirt roads but always got flat tires because so many ship sank. I ain't I'm always trying to change a tire. You would take off in five minutes and you come walking down the road walking back in your in your helmet and both tires would be flat and you just throw it in the barn but a lot of times. I remember one time. I just took it out to Here's my point to get out just charged battery up. And I got trickle charge on everything. Now take into put a charge on a damn thing you got to take a seat off at under two bolts you know. Lift the cover off. I'm Gerrad. She doesn't charge up real quick for you next time. GonNa come back down to ranch and I was going about sixty down with him. Dirt rose and I had a big old just like popped out of nowhere. A big old rock right there in the track hours in and man. It's lucky I got some big hands with a strong grip and that that damn rock damage jerk steering wheel steering handlebars out of my damn hand. Yeah and I liked just for a quick shit myself. I'd like God Dang is what else are saved immediately but his lack dude. You're one dumb son of a bitch you go out there just to charge up your battery. Yeah you hit a big old rock in the middle of the road and you can throw it off your motorcycle and Bash my head out there and could have been a demise of global icon and the National Register. Yeah so my thing to you is like I talked to my G. My Buddy Jacob out there in Nevada when I started riding on public land I said Jay bsn man. What's the story here because you when you run for Steve? Because what I what I go out and ride. I wear everything since address the crash. I don't dress the occasion. I mean he's got EXO skeleton. Yeah Yeah so man. Don't don't get on your scooter and just say hey man. I'm running late. Where's where's the helmet odds back here? Banana good time to go. Get it and just take off your helmet. Because it'll the day in front of you and you need to protect damn dome spending all this money getting your college education saying help change the world. I'm trying but yeah I get you when you see these people out here in. California men are split lanes legal out of here. Yeah just ride. You don't really good riders but it's kind of daring to me. I'm not into it man. You know but I watch these guys do it and then go back down to Texas and you'll see so much lane spleen but when you see some guy may just fly by whatever kind of motorcycle it is and without a helmet Irving Kinda. It's kind of like. Oh Jeez you know. It's just like dude man. I mean I I used to really WANNA be cool too and I always wanted to be cool. But it's Kinda like at you know now we when you really start thinking about it. Yeah I guess I think about things way more than I did when I was a kid. You know grown up on K. u. One hundred. Yeah but these days when I see some Mitchell rolling down the dam road without a helmet in Texas. Where you that's your choice Dude Crash. Goodrich your ass. Yeah and that's the thing is like you know to look cool right and I bought. I didn't buy one of those half helmet helmets you know. I bought a full a full helmet for like a an actual like motorcycle. So I think it's kind of comical for me to be going thirty miles an hour in having this big ass helmet on and like it's all it's all black smoke out. No one can see me so it makes it even funnier my opinion. But here's an hour. You're it I had. I got a one hundred fifty scooter and I would rather think back and forth to the gym out here in La and at the time in Nevada. Now I'll never tried it but I think is played on it. But it wasn't registered. I am a driver's license. I can talk about it now because this is his several years ago but but one thing. I did use a helmet because that is the law. You've been putting motorcycle. I sat here and do nothing. Jim Is only a mile to the jail. Yeah and I looked like it. Elephant like a monkey drowned fucking football. I weighed two seventy five motocross race. Goggles the whole man. That about my sunglasses but you talk about an idiot. I was twice the size at got. Dang scooter and I read so much to Jim. It you know everybody look at me and I'd get a throwing leg off of it like you know you would alphabet. Street bike little bitty sum up. Yeah put Kicks Dan. Unlike God Dang and but that was fun and I at at this stage of my life. I'm not really cool. But I'm I've been married fifteen years. My cool is a little bit different than it used to be. Yeah yeah no I totally get it from within no you do. I mean I don't really don't care what everyone anyone thinks about me. You know I just do my thing and then I don't even have a kick stand. It comes on the stand itself. Had to pick up the entire moped and push it forward. So it's really funny because it Super Small and I'm I'm kind of six three. I'd say maybe I'm pretty big though so it makes it funny. One of my favorite cars going back to the Peterson. Museum was the the next car and this was from the Mad Max. Movie Fury Road in two thousand fifteen man. I don't remember the cash characters but I remember seeing fury road when it first came out. And that thing. Like a rat rod deluxe with all this tall ships coming off the Front Grille lose fenders stainless. I mean just like just metal and it's not it's not gonNA clear coat on like that and got all these skulls and shit all natural. It looks like if you saw that thing coming at you like. Oh Shit Man. I Guess Skull toughest Dick. We're in for some real bad shit. Because I think these people. They can't have any good intentions. Especially if you're in a post apocalyptic that they were in but that call was pretty radical. It is cool and it's law. It's a boat to it. Is Everything in there was. What do you think about a lot of? And into the rat rod thanks. I think they're very interesting. I saw one. It was like a willy's jeep but they made it put a bed on it. I mean I wish I could find it. I don't know it was just ridiculously cool and I haven't seen since here. Was that motorcycle with the hat. Yeah what was that from? It was from a movie that I ain't never seen. I got a picture of the plaque right here. But not thing there's a thousand or whatever it is so many movies I didn't take picture that plaque that but looks like a Damn Devil dog man and that is a smoke and ash front end for a motorcycle. You like that. Oh Man we're fortune schools our county your thing. What else did you like? Here's beer. I'm taking with me now. I like to go ahead go ahead I mean I. I like the Do this thing. Well what was it called the Lancia Stratos H F zero? I remember that those electric car. I don't know about this one. You stepped into the windshield. And you pretty much laid flat. That was super cool side-by-side way before its time small wheels on it tires. Yeah no it was interesting though. It was interesting interesting. I thought you were talking about that. Y. Electric car and Oh also a boat that other one thousand horsepower. Yeah as h f zero or something like that I it was a Fair Day Jeff Zero. It was interesting too but no man I just. I just like that atmosphere. You know just being able to walk through there and see those cars like some of them are really cool and there's other ones are just like way out there. You know what I'm saying like ridiculous like some. You've never seen before so that I mean I just like being there. I love cars. I love looking at cars and learning more about it in the history of all of them. so I I enjoyed that lot. Memory Nineteen Seventy Lancia Stratos. H Zero Electoral. Now getting goodyear tyres. That was not I do not. I mean we pass about Manx Dune buggy. Then these old school as hell but then simple ass manx. That was original. Meyers Manx Dune. Buggy from sixty four allred one point two liter motor fifty horsepower but just a simplicity of that whole rig was like super cool. Here's an electric car. Electric Hyper car. Two Thousand Sixteen Fair Day future fit. Dude how you remember all the stuff. I don't know I got. I got my phone out and kneels got his going. And I'm pulling up all these plaques. I had to send a couple of pitchers of the batmobile now. This was a replica from the original series with Adam Adam West and Burt Young Batman Robin and nineteen sixty six batmobile and George. Barris built this car and Jerry. The king lawler has a batmobile. I don't think it's quite to these specs. But he's a big Batman. Fan Is he and he has his batmobile over in Memphis Tennessee and he drives around every now and then go get groceries. That's cool that that's I'd love to see you know what looks like in person because men in base can get up there and money his the bat mobiles. Yeah have you seen? The one off was Arkham night huge. It was huge. Well not not even see it while you're looking at me like it. I'll say it's huge. I well what about We you know we were there and the guy says hey man you WanNa do what. What was the basement gold vault and you know the thing about the vault is when you go to the Peterson Automative Museum. If you go to the vault well you just got to be a guided tour. Did A guy tour last time. And it's very informative and very thorough. It's really cool as really cool and you get all the history but for dude like me got a little bit. Eighty man solemnize. One look through their go. See exactly what I want to look at in order that I'm going to look at then. Scramming out of there without getting earth. Come across the peace and don't really care about you know like okay. It's cool Carbon Vaughan. Yeah I want to move on and then you know sometimes we had. Oh yes bad ass. Sometimes we took the distillery tour up and a town. We live in Nevada and the guy was given a tour. Swin a my dad came to us and he kinda went into like a house. Stand back and I'm like dude just getting over like a Fart in church you tell me about how you make the whiskey and the bullshit and you know Oh eight you ought to the new one. Yeah how was it? Spectacular the thing. It looked cool. Hey spin an ungodly amount of money in there and it's absolutely fascinating all the plumbing all the copper kettles and whatever you call them that the tubes the ducks they spared zero expense on the whole nine. So it's fascinating. Jansher Quartet is cool dude into a super cool but you know. I'm bad about taking those kinds of tours. Yeah Hey man you got a chance to shifting gears a little bit Gaddafi's cars. You got a chance to play guitar a little bit and you send me a text message. They managed to bring guitar said Man. I got one in a passionate thing up here and nobody ever played it. It's a guitar Cody Jake's signed for me and sent up here and you said hey man it's got cody's signature on it you don't. I bet signature. I said you know these things are made to play. So what did you think you're big country music fan and you've got to follow a lot of that smaller stuff. It's it's IT'S REAL. He's blowing up but yeah paying dues for exactly so when when you play guitar sent to me. Was that cooler. What I mean it was Kinda yes. It was.

"DOT com. Today that's GEICO DOT com. Hey Libya's gear. Are you a Metallica Fan? Because you're younger than me. Metallica's been around for a long time. Kristen has probably been at least twenty of their concerts and complete metalhead. And she's seen a lot of a lot of bands in METALLICA's up there. Are you a fan or you have an appreciation musically Forbes since you pick the guitar and you love to sing yes I do have appreciation for Metallica It started probably freshman year like last year in college. Now I be doing calculus and I need something to just block out everything else in. I'd turn it all the way up and I just listened to my headphones and do my calculus and work and it was very weird but I started listening to them more and more through that and I like to listen to him when I'm working out and being active and stuff like that you know it's not I think he's really music that you just kind of sit around two or you just drive to. I think be a certain mood to do that type of stuff but I mean it's it's really good if you're trying to study in my opinion which is really weird but yeah. I like him a lot downloaded on itunes or whatever. Hardwired to self destruct deluxe and I guess it's release. It was later released in two thousand sixteen and Shit. They're twenty twenty six psalms on air two hours thirty seven minutes of music and I really enjoyed the hell out of that and because it kind of it sounded kind of new and kind of old at the same time. I don't know if that makes sense My wife would be better critic of what the album is because he was so into into them but man when when you look at that that guy the body of work that they put in from way back in the day and we were watching them in concert from nineteen eighty three and hatfields on the stage and they were singing seeking destroy. Had long hair crazy young he was like eighteen or nineteen years old. It hasn't really grown into his voice yet and he's got to put together style rhythm guitar and you can see. Hey Man. These guys could be some trailblazers. They they got talent but who would have known would've stayed around for as long as they did. Who'd have known the gigantic footprint that they would end up leasing leaving on the musical world and still daily to this day. You hear this homes every single day and go down there and find out that you know when you make a living on the road like they did our due and like I used to like. Oh Man Okay these these these guys do kind of what we do not entertain people entertainment business. They're making music. We're telling stories twenty two thousand square circle but here's due to send an entertainment business. He's got an appreciation for cars. Let me go see what kind of cars. He's into and man like most thirties. Based mob mob. Like you know like long elegant boat like boats. Yeah and dude. He spent some money on this stuff. It was in half ass anything. No it was a nineteen six Auburn speedster. Go look at this. Oh such a pretty car. It's such a pretty car you know when when I see that gotta root beer like metallic Brown what it is but just kind of reminds me of like a guitar. Yeah you know and I think I would have painted that things something loud like red or blue or whatever but this thing is so classy and beautiful and it's almost like maybe you should have painted something brighter and make it stand out but when you look at it. It's so so spectacular and it. Subtleties is just elegant. Yeah that's that's you hit that right on the head. I agree with that. Let me see if I can find some. My pictures of those guys Also liked that long asked silver car. I don't know what that car was thirty. Six Ford Five Window Coupe Whilst Aquarius Oh God. Yeah that won't read about right here. It was a inspiration was forgoing. At law she. I don't know what that means but it's called Aquarius special concert special construction. If I if I botched up at pronunciation I think pronounce correctly. I think I got some Italian in me but that Rick Door do help some of these cars. They got a pretty good communication system. Because man obviously he'll get to brain's working together. Put these these rides together near absolutely beautiful. They're gorgeous. What did you think about the fifty three Buick? Skylark this one. That was Kinda like light. Oh yeah that one was cool. I didn't pay much attention to it as much as I should have. Because it was very loud and I it was kind of in the center But I I paid paid more attention to the ESP guitar and amp out front. The amp was Like pattern with some like very nice leather all the way around it and then the face plate on. Pearl what I liked about. That was fifty three. Buick and I got fifty five Buick special so just two years later. These this is a long car. Mine's gas boat too. But it in quite this is and so you know that's first Buick I've had you've seen my debut when did when did you get the Buick? You Ain't seen that on instagram go. Oh man is bad at look see. I don't I don't get on instagram. It's not that I don't see it like down to talk to mark Henry and Austin. I've seen this car. Yeah that's it see. I liked it. Oh yeah you just liked it? I saw what you did there. Well but man but check. That's clean car. That isn't Redcar car. It has forty five thousand miles on it. It's got one partial respraying the guys that did it did a phenomenal job on the hood and the middle of the hood. There's a little crease where there's an perfection. But you know it needs to be buffed out. Yeah that's original interior original motor original Trans Third Gear. I think it needs to synchronize or something and we'll grind Olympic going into third and it needs a little break work but other than that. I mean it runs and drives down the road absolutely perfect and when you get in that big son of a bitch got vintage air conditioning. When you roll the windows up man. That thing is quiet as brand new luxury car really. Yeah but managed to boat speed on the column. Yeah three twenty two nail head. But it's just such a cool car as the fifty five Buick. Look the automotive world on fire. You 'cause like Chevy kind of really had to fifty five fifty six seventy five and so they were really crushing it but when I saw this car at my buddy's garage. He told me he's trying to sell. It was originally that. Mustang for Christmas. Yeah six bought. Yeah I said Hey man. What does that blue car? And that's how I ended up getting so you got you got. I think we talked about this. Definitely did I got the thing you know. I was looking for one just having to get it just happened just happened to get it back this collection here man. The other one I liked the thirty seven Lincoln Zephyr which is called Sherry. Read One. No Yeah Voodoo priest. Yeah that one was really cool. Had a great color to dude. I you know. Like I want to repaint that. Twenty eight that I got from Scotty. My seventy four and it's already started off medium read. Now it's Kinda Maroon but what do you think about that paint? Please do it on my Camaro. You should do it anyway. Yeah I look at. I'm looking at it. I mean this is a good picture show but Kristin Kristin Says No. It's too loud. And he goes. That's the flakes for like. Yeah that's the point. It's a flaky paint job. And she goes just a little flight just like a few flakes here and there news looks at her. I mean it's just like nope paint. You need to paint this car that I y doesn't understand with the cars you've been here with us for five days and of course she loves you to death and vice versa. But it's like I have a white corvette a two thousand seventeen zero zero six your six and she won't get in. I mean we've been to the restaurant there in town but she don't really like Rodney car because she thinks it's a little too flashy it's a white corvette white corvette. It's not a purple Lamborghini. Yeah with some some seats never cover. It's a white corvette. I don't understand so now. Can I told her I said you know what? What if I didn't pay that Camaro and I put a camouflage rapid? That's even worse in her opinion will. Oh yes worse. She hates Cammo by on cars. But also that would be extremely more loud because no one has a cameo wrapped Camaro but you can see a bright red car look. That's a nice car that's all that's all happens. But Z like I've been wearing camouflage for shit delong. Oh yeah too long. I can remember my wrestling days. I've been wearing camel Monday night. Round smack nat forever and so when I saw some of the patterns that they had well so's you six just like mine wrapped in it on a pitcher look bad ass. Yeah Yeah it looks cool so if I if I wanted to cheat my way out of it and not spend all the money I'd go nine. Donald Duck tape duct tape and let I'm hill together by duct tape and lecture tape. Baling Wire Somewhere. Use that but we're going to see what what we ended up doing with that car. Because I'M WE'RE GONNA suspension right now. Yeah make it handle better and dude. You'RE GONNA love driving a car so the Halen I'm putting a hotchkiss suspension on their. It'll make it like a brand new car and at three three. That's croker motorist hot and you lied in that sound bad. She will let you know it. I had to go down the road today. I won't say the speed on the air but it was. It was a little bit north of fifty five. Sammy Hager Kate traffic to five neither can I? Ring is a challenge. But there's one place you can go where hiring a simple fast and smart.

All minimum your best mme open to this damn interview up to talk to you. Blew could gust win from South Texas. Well not really south Texas kind of central Texas in college station. Texas am university and got two years before you graduate. Hopefully that's the plan two years so man it's been it's been nice to be out here. It's been a while I've I've been really busy in Atlanta. We'll see you for awhile. I saw you what for three days and Christmas. I mean other than that. I haven't seen you in. Probably two years. Almost manatee would I I Had let go the brokers go ranch down here in south Texas have just got to be too far away from everything else where my life was going and man. I miss you know hunting with you. Riding around the buggies with the AH Kawasaki Mules and just out there. Doing Work Remember. We tore down that set of pins over and you cut everything up and house one. Yeah number one points by two inch by four definitely four four inch pipe and concrete it on the ground and I bought a broand torture cutting torch and is what acetylene and oxygen and Neil. How'd you learn how to act mechanics? Yeah I learned that in Sophomore Year High School man everything I learned an egg mechanics. I forgot all the motors that are rebuilt with Chad Story. My buddy my lawnmower engine didn't start to eighty three small block. Didn't start and try to learn how to weld and I I never was too handy. I figured you know if you own a ranch took me about a head that ranch for about eight years for about that cutting torch. I finally said Man Watch Bass even going down a couple of hundred bucks and get one. Oh so we cut this shit up. Yeah is out there but I would like man if I try to light this damn thing. It's going to blow myself about Oxygen Tanks. Very its scary all of a sudden you hit that strike poop and I'm like man. That's the biggest. Take Arts you never blows up. You saw that movie giles. Yeah I said that named Joe Auction Take and Roy Scheider who it was. Good actress shot him. And that's what blew his ass up. Yeah is there a possibility something like that can happen? No not in today's age. I mean there is but the weather built nowadays. There are a lot more safer than they were back in the day. Nothing's GonNa make them explode. I mean if it comes out it's just GonNa Push Straight Opposite Direction of that valve. I mean that's really what happens unless there's already a fire there that it's GonNa take off man what you've been up to school. That's really school I've we just started the spring semester. Why say just started it was what mid January when we started and we had a class for about a month and a half and we got out for brake came here in two days ago. I got an email saying that they were shut down the school. No in person classes only online classes for the rest of the semester due to the virus so That'll be interesting. Why do you feel about data main menu? What Nineteen Nineteen Twenty twenty now just turned? Yeah no I now wheelchair I need one mean you. What did you think when you heard news about that virus? I mean I remember way back. Today we was two thousand. Three two thousand four. Didn't have so mysterious. I can't remember but when the SARS virus was around yeah and I was kind of slowing down the road of of it but I remember the SARS came around and has been all kinds of stuff. That's happened since then but when you heard about this well actually the first. The first apparent confirmed case in the US was supposed to be called station and Yeah that was the thing in back in January I read about. Yeah so they thought they had a confirmed case in college station from someone who had traveled to China and came back over and it ended up not actually being the first case but after that. That's when it really ramped up in China and in Europe and then you know. It's it's a big panic right now. The grocery stores sewn out. There's no toilet paper anywhere which I don't understand that at all but I think that it's all of this. Panicking isn't really necessary. I think the precautions were taking are just doesn't spread new any more than it does I I don't think it's it's not going to hurt us. As bad as people think because of the precautions we're taking now shutting down you know all these counties lock everything down. I don't think that it's going to affect us as much as people think. And it's not going to reflect. How many groceries are buying? I don't think he's him anything like they're expecting it to be mammy and Kristen. Was You there? The first time I went to grocery store or we. We're just running their day man. We were just going on our regular grocery. Stop just to stop in bass stuff because Neil God named manny. If it ain't kneel down he'll eat it so man. Frigerator was empty and it was due force. Go BUY SOME GROCERIES ANYWAY. And so he's going to go. Bam Bam grocers feed his name kids for next couple of days and we get in there at holy cow people at that store where we shop at ever. You know. If there's natural disaster something coming. It reminded me a lot of hurricane traffic right when you're preparing for hurricane. Yeah because everything's gone people are going insane. Super-busy have this weird feeling and that's exactly what it felt like but a. Aguirre guy pulled it up on my phone here. The two thousand two is now virus tool for SARS to five bird-flu two thousand nine swine. Flu Two Thousand Fourteen BOA TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN Z cars. I called Twenty Twenty Corona virus. So I mean I have all these things and ate it death death. I'm not trying to discount anything. Make light of a situation but I think it's a situation where many people as we were saying. The wrestling business getting worked in to shoot weird. It is it's very weird to see every every griffey story pass anywhere here. Blame was quiet. Yeah it was. I mean there was. There was that that flight I flew on that flight from Houston to La four or five times now and now is the least packed that has been and it was always packed to the airport has been as well man. I'll tell you what we passed by today was over another El Segundo trying to get his computer fixed and normally that alleged right there at lax jam packed or traffic man. I wouldn't know traffic jam. Somebody's kind of slowed down and understand all that like you said stopping the Athletic Events Baseball football and everything. It was weird watching. Ufc while ago. Yeah nobody understands. Yeah so you know. There's been a lot of measures taken for this but I don't want to harp on us but it kind of changed our weekend up but one of the things that we wanted to do with you. Because you're such a car fanatic. Hot Rod Guy Truck got. We wanted to take it to the Peterson Museum. Because they had James head feel collection. Yeah and James Hatfield was the lead singer is lead singer of obviously METALLICA. You know what the greatest bands in the history of music I think. Yeah Dang Man. What did you think about the collection? Would you think about everything at the museum? And we went there. What two years ago for the first time? And they know riders. Yeah it was the low riders and they had that Ferrari display seeing red news. The Love Ferrari F forty all these extremely rare expensive Ferraris and other than that on the third floor was all those cars there. The first time we went man. I CAN'T REMEMBER. I just remember seeing gypsy. Rose Pink and colored low rider car. That was sixty four impala. That was the one that stuck out the most to me from the last time I was there but I don't think there was a lot of changes in the third or second floor other than the exhibits right but still I mean they're still go karts look at so going into the the the Hatfield display I I was looking like you were on the website beforehand and That truck what what was it a nose forty GMC. Yeah Yeah that one was the most appealing to me at the time. But then we got in there and it was Thirty six auburn roadster. I think is that was that what it was. I REMEMBER. Sounds about around the plaques. It was called slow. Burn out the route data. Yeah.

"It. Make him listen to this episode. Because you're GONNA bitch incriminate yourself off and we're just ready to ream. Yeah boy get better. She's going to jump your ass seriously. Oh yeah message to him. Yes sir. Unacceptable unacceptable fucking unacceptable. A step in there be a man. Protect your woman You do you want to be in this for the long haul Do you want or do you. WanNa fuck your sisters and so do off. Maybe maybe a true wish. What's your favorite to be admitted? Ed here they ended there. There's a glitch. How Good God? So we go onto the next one. Hello Megan Melissa and on Bulgaria so I have best friend and she tends to talk to one up me and I take her own all kinds of vacations in my own comedy stuff really do much meaner turn and I really. Don't WANNA lose that friend but if this deal is needed isn't me? I said I didn't need them on what to do After guys that I have had past relationships with or Aden are trying to have a relationship with or didn't Hazlitt on friends with. She tries to steal from me I heard that she don't cry about me to other people and we're around God. She tends to just completely from Persian and treat me completely different. And I don't know she wishes as a lot from me doesn't want to do anything for me and return and whenever I've tried to have conversations with her to try and play the victim card and switch all that I'm saying back on the show. I'm always the one in the Polish and having to move on and feelings to myself so I don't hurt her feelings and I really just don't notice do is point so if you don't have any advice I would really appreciate it Bill by US. Want our permissions on Greenwich Friends? This sounds like well. She said best friend. Sounds like a A friendship that has run. Its course it is also. Yeah we need to. We need to cut this one out so that we can make room for good one. Yeah like what do you like about her? Will it might be the she. Maybe she doesn't feel like she has anyone to replace her. It feels like a weight. It's that comfort of this person's always been my sidekick and by my side they're always down or something and it's scary to live that comfort and this is something I've found. Sometimes it happened. The toxic friends is they. Refer to you like they tell you. You're my best friend. You're my best friend and you start to believe it. Yeah and it's like oh I don't you might not get them. Initially considered her your best friend but when she were first who is your best friend over and over again your best dude. I was friends at this psychotic dude. I've been there psychotic girl in you know it's funny. I met her on bubble bef. I like tried to make friends when I moved out to. La I feel like I would feel like that. Would I don't know if I would. I would think that it'd be the opposite because you would have to put yourself out there. You have to put yourself out there. But I don't really recommend it. You know it's crazy. Oh in in fucking San so after kind of no and she was my neighbor she lived like right across the street so she was just convenient. Always they're always down love to drink Linden and like one day at the grocery store and and we're checking out and we got like wine and stuff to make dinner for the Super Cute. Whatever and the cashiers Lakers bringing it up and she was like all your about to party. She was like a y'all best friends and this girl was just looking at me like she was like. I say I know neighbors took hand. I ended up cutting her off like two months later. I was good but that's true. They will tell you we're best friends. We've always been best friends. And it's part of the gas lighting thing. The reason why you keep apologizing and all that stuff she puts that into your head someone. I've had friends that were literally like no no no no way at all. No I think I mean yeah like you said. She's she's not your friend and she's not displaying any traits of a friend at all and I think she's gotten into your psyche and convince you that you are and also if you spend a lot of time together doesn't also mean that she's your best friend at all. God is using her though she's taking you're taking her on trips. Ah It sounds like you're paying for it. Goes like she'll one up and take your nose and do anything. No she's taking your guys that you've been with us taking your other friends like. She's just moocher parasite. Yeah absolutely and sounds incredibly insecure. Oh I can smell it from a mile away smelly smell. That smells like insecure. Mr Dude Okay. But yeah very insecure person. Yeah I've been you like. I've been like very generous and all of that sort of stuff and like there's proximity friend and a comedian with your neighbor and so something that happens that I find it with toxic friends. A lot of toxic friends are proximity friends and a lot of toxic friends even if they're not emotionally giving you a ton or anything but they're infiltrating your life in the sense that bill over to your place they'll just come over and hang out and they'll show up there and all of that stuff they don't make you work really. I think they haven't they didn't make me. I've had a couple who made me work really hard for it but that was like friends turned toxic but other times it was like they kind of infiltrated my life was easy and it was one of the things that I was like. Oh my God you're hanging out with me every day. I'm not putting a ton of effort like it's just kind of happening and then you get caught up in it and then it becomes like we're spending everyday together. Yeah and you're like but if you live twenty minutes I wouldn't drive to your place exactly this girl that I was friends. I was like the minute you move on me actually absolutely not. It's actually interesting because I've just now kind of having sort of epiphany where I'm realizing like they don't tell you that as you grow in a ball if you're there are some people that do not grown up some people. They're just like stock. But I can tell you early. A person like that like every three four or five years. It's like a total fucking and the sad thing is you. Shed friends then. It air constantly growing and evolving. They're going to be people that aren't growing with you because a lot of people don't always evolve and you you you have to kind of cut them off because otherwise they'll drag you down. They'll eat either like send you like five years or they'll try to pull you pull you back where they are. It's that phrase. Misery LOVES COMPANY REALLY IS AND Something I learned when I dropped out of college which I mean also. I thought that I learned when I drove from college. But it took me a lot more years to really learn. It is that it is far more lonely to be friends with Shitty people than it is to be alone like the idea of being alone. The shout of me like I drove. I Zero France dropping out of college and I was like No. Let's be friends with whoever anyone could get. I would be friends with and then it got to this point where it was like this sucks. It is soul sucking. It's emotionally draining and I'm not getting any of my needs met and if anything I'm just emptying from empty it's not it's not like the static thing where it's like okay. Well it's not adding anything but it's not taking away from my life not true taking away adding taking there is no friendship where it's just neutral. It's either taking away from where you or you're giving too much or you're taking too much and that's just how it goes and it's so much better to be alone and you even like you have other friends that she talked shit about you too and I think that's also probably them trying to be like. Hey you need to cut her out of your life in this relationship but I mean it's definitely like scary to kind of end of quote unquote friendship that is toxic. But it's like you said it sucks you back in and if you don't end it now you're going to start finding that you're surrounding yourself with a lot of people like this because this is what they call themselves your friends and then you start associating this with friendship and then this becomes what your friends are like and how people treat you say peace out. Goodbye Goodbye Becky. We loved you. We had you will miss by. Hi there so I just. He's advice and perspective on my relationship. I know I'm twenty three and twenty two either Secretary Mcclain's just lazy go. I've been with. My boyfriend is a little a year and half of the other issues. Not a make or break for me but I feel like we had that. So let me On chill affects. I'm comfortable trying just anything at least once and talking about legal lake and what works. Best is super important to me To me if worth it to communicate to make our life as good as it can be And if you can't talk to you so keeping that in mind I had experience playing And even I think it's fun to talk about sex. My boyfriend however is there's no other way to say he's Kinda just like chase And he gets visibly uncomfortable about that. So for example I asked about his sexual fantasies and things that he wanted to embed the other day and he kept saying like I duNNo. I Dunno Um he doesn't wanNA eat now because of quote how it tastes I generally like certainly brought it up a few other time. You always sincerely says he wants to try and that he actually does feel bad letting you down in that way but says that it's just not funny it got through with Also I don't give an average blow job and I don't think that'd be talking but to me is Super Fun to get off and do whatever it takes them a really really good Well he said like a couple of times great head. He's also mentioned like I'm surprised that you would do that. You'd be comfortable with that and like that's Kinda Weird He also really quiet during desert island. But sometimes if you are he's not billion laurenti where it's hard to tell he's genuinely enjoy something because he just is very quiet The only time that he's not really into like talk dirty or more passionate without thinking if he's had a few drinks All of our sexes. Goodbye wished that he could be less conscious and more open to try new things. Every time I ran up. I just feel bad because I would never want to push him pressure Or making bus not there. But how can I bring up and normal mice talking about section they get fun without pushing pressuring someone that I really care about? Only God imagine drawl so that he's like okay this is. This is my worst nightmare. No it's not it's up there. This wooden this wouldn't happen. I would be. I wouldn't be here when we like I. I'm I'm sexy in bed. Yeah why don't you can't believe she's giving blow jobs and download it. And that's the part. I can't believe that she is going down on him and then not getting what she wants. I think it's because she likes it. I like it too and I think it's hot. Turn on sort of thing but I think my stubbornness would get like it wouldn't be my sex brain. It would be like my stubborn brain to be like no. I'm not gonNA fucking do this because I'm not getting I'm not getting my needs met. Yeah I okay so I was trying to think why would a guy be so sexually shy because this guy seems yeah really sexually shy potentially religion? Because they're each other's purse and I also thinking if he has any if he ever had any sort of like body conscious issues or any sort of yeah that image issues spotty dismore via he like had lost a bunch of waiter. He had gained a bunch of weight. He was uncomfortable in his own naked body.

"You're going straight for the woods and I think about even with like female friends and stuff like my female friends and they bring their boyfriends around and they're like my friends aren't really getting along with my boyfriend and I was like bitch to introduce them to nine of them at once. And what other guys were there? She goes just him and I go. Oh what are you buying? He didn't feel included. And I'd like to go to dinner with one of your friends. Who has a boyfriend who's like long distance who's not like salty and bitter aben single and then how dinner all three of you and hang out have him get to know those interpersonal relationships? Also because here's the thing too. What if you guys don't live that close to each other live that close then you want her to form texting relationships with them and then it's only if you're only seeing them at family events and here's the thing about relationships that I've learned especially family dynamics if you're in a long-term relationship it's a relationship that you see for the long haul which usually makes sense if you're including them within your family you also need to join as a unit together so there's your family unit your your parents? Who have raised you siblings. And then there's you and your partner and when you go to your partner's family it's not. Oh this is his family and me. It's this is his extended family. And here's him and I and we're doing it together because you need to have his support to do that with you and it's just and this is the whole thing you couldn't say to him. It's like it's been four years of we try and do this and nothing's changed so I need to change my tactic. They need to change how we go about this. Because I've doing everything right as far as I know. And then maybe it's an even. If you feel comfortable I would. I think your boyfriend's kind of proven that he's not super on top of like the nuance of all of this stuff and like you're clearly great with social cues. And you do this with them. Even if it's you just having a conversation with the nicest sister and just being like. Hey I don't know if I ever did anything that kind of made it like if we're different people and I'm not really the kind of person you want to get along with. Which again is totally fine. Or if there's something that either said or did early on that made me come off as like standoffish but like I would just like to know like I would like to be friends. And it's really important for him for us to like get close. And if that's not something you want to do. That's totally fine. But I just I feel like I've been really trying to go for that. I would rather I'll stop if that's not something you're into. Yeah I I think in make so much good advice but I wanNA really take it back to your show Nice. Yeah so because for me like when. I'm a relationship with the bad advice. Now Oh my God how the tables have turned now like so many usually like now. You must choose good communication or the like. Oh my God I feel like I'm absorbing but Leo mentality really is because I okay in like when I first starting a guy I'm like okay. Like hierarchy wise. He's got like families schoolfriends. Whatever but like as the years go on I need to start climbing the ranks and like after four years. I need to be above your sister's okay. I'm your top priority. I'm hurrying do you understand that I'm hurting? You need you need to step in. I'm hurt babysat exciting. Baby baby baby and I need help okay. So like as like I feel like it's kind of like fucking around but also there's a point where when you're married in a relationship like ten years into it like yes. He cares for his parents. You are the number one you are and then when you guys have kids they even say that you know husband and wife. I should still be top. Priority and child is kind of second priority. So you need to be climbing the rigs and if the sisters if it's still get along with my sisters or else after four years something like Kinda off here for me. I'm not feeling it. Make him listen to this episode. Because you're GONNA bitch incriminate yourself off and we're just ready to ream. Yeah.

"She's a woman married with a child Kimber nephew is she has a history of cancer for many years, and she's had back pain for a year able to move her legs for a year and numbness of her legs being seen at one of the big hospitals tristate area and the MRI there showed cancer growing against the spine. She came here because she did not want to have their neuro surgery. She came here for non invasive treatment, and we staged her up. We found cancer not only in this. Fine against the spinal cord, but also the leg nearly fracturing the leg with Olympic lesion. That means a hole. Right femur, right where she walks all the pressure goes through their possibly wanting to break it in our experience. We're able to hit the cancer he'll the bone and avoid surgery on the leg bone and the same for the spine. She wants our treatment, and we're gonna start our treatment for his spine immediately. This is the work that we do every day. We don't believe in waiting weeks and weeks and months this woman's had back pain for almost a year and a half. And she comes here. And has the possibility of treatment in fact, chose to proceed with our treatment immediately. It's so different than most other places. We respect the patient as integrity of the bone and the spinal cord their life and their quality. This is what we do for every patient who comes here every patient.

"Gotcha so when it invaded interesting is that guy was talking to somebody about this recently because they say well how i really have is the beaver how does it taste of adjust each would and i said well actually it doesn't eat was it you know it eats the tree bark and all the soft tissues so that cambian layer that's beneath bark on the very young trees especially is very tender and that's where they love immediate you see i mean you see some trees really big trees that are knocked down by habibur like on my facebook page by nephew has his head stuck underneath when but that typically a tree like that big will be may knocked down to hold water in two in the area but it's a small trees in the southbound lanes of the the will lows in the beaches in the birch is that they're gonna be taking down for their food for the winter uh to build up their house a little bit me one of the things that people understand is that the beaver ugh their built the the huts are built weighed down on the water and that's really protection from creditors in people right so there only the biggest predators probably wolves which we don't really have any in the us but people are um a big predator yoga and yet we learn that that lesson going on a whalewatch here uh that uh you know as much it like of americans humans forget that we are predators in that we are a threat to a lot of wildlife reserve while we may not be actively trying to let's say you'll eat them let's your raising them or or shooting them all for food were definitely encroaching on their habitat yes and um that's reducing their numbers because now they don't have as many places or are just showing up you know this is what's going on with coyotes now this is showing up in the city's i know have nowhere to go all how did.

"You don't do this i can not happen to though it would be a perspective the issue yeah and it's even more important than they nurtured acknowledge easy to have you on the eve and in many right and in i know we've been being different perspective that nephew said he did to lead the love you know the product information and the need to all the day decades and could be a catalyst or infant back and now when you are in a leadership role especially as a woman i mean do you have sort of the responsibility but also even the ability to try to hire more women into your organization and do have to sort of make a concerted effort to do that i am a big advocate of women in big no again and i you go for the group lady no women and yet borrow hi katie out women and then and then i make sure record you do that but at the same time you know and the good thing to be pipeline mars yeah for men and they see that it it you know the show that had betty gated you to be here women because the bed you know at a be you want to make sure that you at hiding quickly everything crime you're not any you know blowing up at five am today but i make you know or or or hiding in a day a big fan yeah we hear a lot we talked about this on the show a lot and we hear a lot of of discussion about the fact that they're just aren't as many women.
