"Think that when it comes to big business the framing of it. It's not a uniquely chinese communist party issue. i think it's it's the issue that one. These firms started outsourcing their labor their manufacturing capabilities. I think their allegiance followed. And you know a lot of these these big corporations. They want the open borders. They want the cheap labor. But i've always said that you know. These open borders work both ways in the sense that they want cheap labor and and they want to send jobs out. They want to send our manufacturing capabilities outwards. And and i think it's you know you don't even have to kind of speculator or make guesses as to where their their allegiances and ideologies lie. Charlie munger who is big guy in finance but guy business He said quote china to the right thing and response to how the chinese government treated. Jack ma blue. Jack ma is is. No hero is still a member of the chinese communist party but as someone who who the chinese government kind of tried to just person and do away with because he wanted to maybe get a little creative In terms of innovation and the anchor rubai which is an offshoot of of alibaba but he sat in an interview. China was right how they handled him. And i think that just shows you and that speaks to what i was talking about in the beginning. Which is this idea of elite merger as opposed to just elite capture. In the sense that you know. I think frankly and you're talking about big business. I think it's hard to not talk about big tech. You know what. The chinese communist party did to jack. Aw i think is really what big tech in big business wants to do to trump supporters

Was Donald Trump a 'Wrench in the Gears' for a Rising China?

"How much was mild boss. President trump is. The brits say a spanner in the works. How much was he. A range in the gears for rising china and for the establishment that wants to have their palms greased by china's money. Oh he was such such an impediment to how the establishment seeks to use the chinese communist. Party i mean. I i love talking about a lot of the times. It's too in the weeds. So people kind of tune out like oh about board chinese groups and china's college party leaked and time soon. Get into the weeds. But i mean the executive orders that came out of that administration in terms of targeting these specific influence groups like i said the china united states exchange foundation. The china people's association for friendship and foreign contact and the other one's sounds so soviet so so people forget you know what the actual name for the warsaw pact was. It wasn't the war so packed. It was the warsaw pact. For friendship and cooperation. People forget that dominating your neighbors taking control of friendship and cooperation china's just playing the same strategy. Yeah they love those terms. There's another one that the chinese association for international friendly contact so they love friendship Those very very one way. Street must your member of america's permanent political class but all of these groups which you know really take an elaborate understanding of the way that the chinese communist party's influence efforts were they were all targeted in one way or another by executive orders from the trump administration to stop people from actually participating and colluding with them right so you know the administration that was smeared as the ford collusion administration was actually stopping foreign collusion. And they were the most successful that i've ever seen in recent history of an administration doing

The Hidden Hand of the Chinese Communist Party Over Washington, DC

"The only peer the only peer or near pay a threat that america faces at a strategic level is communist china. I know your your ambit isn't the broad scope of national security but given that you focus on china day in day out. Would you put it in that. Category of mir pir competitor. I think they're they are an enemy. I mean point blank. And i think about the role of pair. Oh yes certainly. But i think what's so interesting and what we've really dug into it. The national polls is how. The chinese communist party has really kind of crafted the narrative about their rise in the united states. So we're talking about For example trips that have been organized by the china united states exchange foundation which is one of these many many many foreign agents that operate in the united states. It's essentially funded by the chinese communist party. It's part of what's called the united front which is a multibillion dollar effort that that's linked to china's military who's really sole goal is to compromise american elites and get them to push policies that china support so. I always joke. It's hunter biden except the people don't get caught and so much of this group's efforts was actually paying for journalists from every mainstream media outlet washington post new york times You name it. Msnbc literally all you can go check out the story. Every single media taking his journalists on trips overseas to china and upon return when you read the documents that these journalists were forced to basically outline what they were doing they had to provide favourable coverage of the chinese communist party and what they were doing in the united states and more broadly what that effort represents and keep in mind. There's over two hundred fifty registered foreign agents on behalf of the chinese communist party in the united states right now. The people who are formally registered the doj to lobby on behalf of china. Yeah and you know part of it. Is that these. People have set out to endeavour to change america's perception of china. And they kinda wanna frame it in the context of oh well doing business with china's great the two most powerful countries. We need to work together. It's just the way the world But i also think it's important. They also set out endeavor. The you to change the perception of how americans view america. And i think we've done similar reporting actually believe it or not on how the same group. The china united states exchange foundation. Whose sole goal is to get american league's american journalists types really echo the claims of beijing and the american media landscape. They're actually longtime partners of the talk group that sued the trump administration For trying to ban critical race theory from the federal government. So there's just you know you're asking how i kind of got into this and that's kind of the broader story when i really started looking into it and realizing the extent kind of the hidden hand that the chinese communist party has over dc but more. Broadly the united states and really frankly the whole western elites fear. You can't unseat it

Why Natalie Winters Is So Passionate About Communist China's Threat to Western Civilization

"Explain if you will natalie of all the issues out there why you landed upon and you have an incredible tenacity when it comes to this issue. Why is it china and communist china as a threat to western civilization. That has become your passion. Well i think it's because when you analyze the american establishment right which at the end of the day is who's drafting our policies determining where we send our troops to war. What kind of policies were pursuing from an economic perspective where we're sending our factories. I really think that the american establishments moves are indistinguishable and really indivisible from the chinese communist party because there really is whether you want to call it. Elite capture or at we call it more so elite merger in the sense that it's not just that american elites have kind of sold out to the chinese communist party for financial interests. It's more of an ideological compromise in the idea that together. There's kind of this axis of global elites who work to implement policies in the united states and china that benefit a certain sect of american which america which is not most people just your average working class which is not a member of the middle class. And i really think that you can't get to the issue of american policies which is that. You're not prioritizing your average american. you're prioritizing you know the one percent d. c. class the beltway class the lobbyists type. But you can't undo that if you don't get to the root issue and i that the root issue is that the chinese communist party has gotten so many of these people on their payroll either directly as a lot of these documents that i dive into show or indirectly And i think it's really hard to untangle the problems that you see facing here. We're facing here. In america whether it's critical race theory of all the way down to the economic policies that we've pursued for decades that have allowed. Pp manufacturing and prescription drug manufacturing to be sent over to china. That doesn't happen without the compromise of the chinese communist party of american

Natalie Baszile on Why We Are Each Others Harvest

"Your work is fascinating to me The fundamental idea that farming in the united states has been such a rich and profound part of the tradition of black people in this country but it is woefully neglected if not outright excluded and sort of the broader telling of the story of our national. History is incredibly heartbreaking. It's i opening but can you share a bit. About what brought you to wanna dive lot deeper into this question. Sure well you know. I think it really goes back to my own experience of the narrative right the narrative that i grew up with this idea that you know when i was a kid and i would watch television. You know. i was kind of aware of this idea of farming and the american farmer and it was this very heroic romantic story. And i can't say that as a kid. I was aware of the absence of black people. But i remember kind of being swept up in that idea right about this is something. This is a noble endeavour. This is something. That's kind of part of the american identity. For whatever reason i have always enjoyed. You know my own personal fantasy about farming and and having land and being on the land and so as i kind of held that appreciation for just the story of farmers in general when i started to notice especially as i was working on my first novel queen sugar and would go to louisiana and Look around at. Who was farming sugarcane. I was struck by how few black farmers there were. And i thought how can this be you know how can this be in in a nation where farming is an integral part of the narrative right. It's this integral part of how americans think about themselves. This connection to the land and yet black people are not part of that picture.

I was just going to do one story a day so pretty easy. We write stories every day. I'd probably just take an excerpt and crafted a little bit because presenting on videos a little bit different than reading so it. You have to understand that. But i could just do that. And let's say it's You know something. Like five hundred words so three and a half minutes Somewhere in that range of production. So would i just type that in. And then it renders automatically and i publish it or do you have to do something and the back end to enable that to be published Say that is what you do and you might just find. You might do well in one block. Will you might do it in seeds which we also enable the platform so you could have seen one is like busy harbor off seemed to is this paragraph and then the question is do you want just video of you if it's you or a representative voice fought That you've chosen to just want that. "On starting poi- is very much human would not making humans up with starting with real human being and then with digitizing them in order to be able to Create endless amounts of content featuring that pass in with the commission in the case of taryn So a describe what we did say the process was we got her in studio and she had a couple of different looks because she wanted high as she calls at. Ai clone to have some flexibility a couple of different ways of different presenting different types of content. And so we go to rent a studio with the green screens Team production team in tel aviv. A video conference in and direct shape and the goal of that is to capture about three to five minutes worth of quantity footage and with that vintage which essentially becomes the data that we can then use to create a digital character. So that's what we did answer the following the shoot Actually if you go to terrence youtube page You can see the proof of concept video on. They're also making a video of what the process was like actually creating higher character so it's a really simple process that we just use a normal Normal video calmer normal studio. Everything's quite normal. We have a few things like lighting in the have we have you know try and minimize reflections. Just little things like that and What we do is we have like a methodology that we guide passing through such as to bury still talk a little bit more Character and expression various degrees of Expressive essentially so that we can capture that full range of facial expressions so that we have this data she disposal when we want to generate new content.

Should Eyeliner Be Thick or Thin?

"Do you prefer thick eyeliner or fin eyeliner. Madison asks this question. So i'm assuming here that we're talking about a black eyeliner kids the so many different colors and there's different effects and there's different colors that you might want to use for different color eyes or or whatnot so i'm gonna just assume that we're talking about black eyeliner here and i mean i assume this is a question for you madison. Without seeing your is. I don't know your eye shape so if you have a larger rounder i you can definitely get away with a thicker ailine. If you have a small more narrow by a thick eyeliner is going to just can close them and that could be the effect that you want. But most of the time people want their is to appear bigger and brighter. And i like to. Just skip eyeliner. If i don't need it. I actually skip it a lot. I do love tight lining and that is where you kind of line your lash line in the area right beneath so tight is a great way to really open the i with eyeliner without opening it at more and i also i guess instead of thicker thin i tend to think in. This is my opinion my professional opinion and maybe personal preference as a makeup artist. But i love tapered eyeliner. So i love where you start in very thin and it gradually tapers and gets wider thicker towards the outer corner fat. I so remember. Eyeliner creates also color block. So it will make the whites of your eyes. If you're using a black appear whiter and this is really cool and of course if you line on the bottom and you live on the top. It's probably going to close by a little

We've kind of evolving the time and it's become Segment and i think one of the things that people are really going to be looking at the challenges. Okay we're coming out off. The pandemic people are desperate to go out and meet family and friends. You know but how is that. Going to be taken from a business perspective you know. How comfortable are we meeting strangers. How how likely always get back into this face to face engagement Another thing isn't this isn't a new thing. From the pandemic we were kind of getting very heavy on digital before i mean obviously. The percentage just massively shifted in the last twelve to eighteen months. swear it's pretty much been under percentage so but you know. I think that there was a bit of fatigue when it came to face to face event certainly in in previous years the the results that we would get out of doing trade shows or smaller events were getting lesser in lhasa and perhaps lesser of the senior executives were attending some of these events sending on some of that team to kind of gather information but the way in which you know customers have been buying is changed the time and i wonder how much that sach she gonna flip the way in that. Ooh, You're in Trouble: Selling Slime at School

"For most kids. Business savvy means having a piggy-bank for natalie it means having a shot at winning shark tank like how will say. What do you want to be when you grow up. I said a million dollar business genius and why was a grade school kids so business focused at the school. I went to three of our classes. Were money based we had a stock market class of banking class. What they're trying to do at that school is make us like business. Ladies girl school and natalie wasn't just thinking about money during class it was like a private school. it was kind of really expensive. Everyone there is like super duper rich. They would like talk about all the really expensive stuff they had like super casually like. Yeah everyone has that but not everyone has that. The only reason i got to go there was because i had a because my dad worked at the church that they were kind of affiliated with in that meant natalie did noise feel like she belonged. Everyone would always try to like one up each other like when could relate will. I have like one hundred dollars in my bank account. The other can be like rule. I have two hundred dollars in my bank account. They would only talk about it like so casually and then i would just sit off to the side. School knew this was a potential problem. While they couldn't stop kids from bragging about their bank accounts they could at least stop it from reading dollar bills in the hallway so the school established a rule. You can't carry around money and also you're not allowed to trade your money for things. Money was essentially forbidden which was not music to the ears of our multimillion dollar business. Genius editor really understand. It feel like what they're trying to do at school is make us business ladies so why not practice now. I don't really understand as if natalie wasn't already thinking about money at school. That topic was just as much on her mind when she went online. Especially when it came to the game all of her school were playing. Roablocks is an online multiplayer. Game in roadblocks you can play all sorts of games and you can buy cool stuff to spruce up your avatar.

Those who make us wonder how they won and those who did such a good job that we think it's worth discussing them so far we've mostly done the former category and that's where we are again today with natalie Have to admit. Even as i watched the whole season and especially the final tribal council. I still found myself wondering how the heck one based solely on what we saw on tv but that just reminds us how important it is for us to follow our path like we always do during the normal survivor season which is comparing how she played the rules. I originally wrote way back after season one. And of course comparing russell's players well because much like we saw in the case of fabio perhaps multiplied several times over natalie's win is directly linked with the losses of russell and mick mostly russell

"Yourself can be an entrepreneur in this new digital age. So today I just kinda wanna touch base on things that have been happening in my live with going on and then jump into the guest. So as of late, I have been really focusing again on my channel as you guys may know toward just ended for me, I hit up twenty different cities with my best friends Wenjie and Corinna Garcia. It was so incredible to meet you all. And you know, as fun as that was, it definitely was very draining, but now I'm back on it. I'm excited star making content and something that I tweeted and also talk to you guys on Instagram. The other day is something really exciting that's happening to me or that I'm going to be doing. All right. So for the longest time I have had a second channel, it's a log channel. If you know anything about what I do, I have three different channels. I have Natalie's outlet, which is my main channel. I also have Nablus outlive those which is my Spanish channel. And we also have our third channel, Natalie and Dennis show, which is pretty much like my daily life with my husband and myself. And of course my beautiful golden retriever Jupiter. So if you've been following that channel, you may know that we're not very consistent on it. For the longest time, we were trying to do type of blogs, showing our live behind the scenes. But quite frankly, I feel like that just wasn't where I wanted that channel to be really wasn't the vision for it. As I asked you guys over hunt, Instagram, how you would feel about more real life content. So that channel pretty much Natalie and Dennis show will now be a place where I really dig deep into things about my life, but also things that are more relatable, so that channel will pretty much just be a place where I really dig deep into things that. I'm really passionate about and things that I share. I want that channel to be one that is almost like you're my best friend and I'm sharing my experiences in what I've been going through and my opinions on certain things. So something that we're going to cover our, oh, gosh. Oh my God. Where do we even start? Truly, I was asking you guys how you feel about me touching on more serious topics such as depression and anxiety relationship. So depression, anxiety, relationships, what it's like being your own boss, how to get to being your own boss a little bit more business on there. What else were we be covering? Just like, really, I also wanted to touch more on my vegan lifestyle and how that's been implementing into my life. My relationship with Dennis and just overall my my points of view on just life like law attraction and all of these incredible things. I just wanna share it with you, maybe my favorite books. And so that's where that channel is going, and I'm super excited. We're launching it very, very soon. And I'm just excited if you're excited, you know, feel free to join the journeys could be over on Natalie antennas show. It's going to be a little bit of an extension into what this podcast is, but you know, in video form, so I'm super excited about that. Moving forward. These viral guest is Mannan Matthews abandoned, it's such a sweet girl. She's an actress living in LA and she's very popularly known for her whole Larry's vines and also her hilarious comedy skits like this girl is downright an incredible actress. So I'm so excited for you guys to meet her and we kind of dig deep into what it's like. Now that vine isn't around because that was where she started. That was her platform and what it's been like to transition over into YouTube and also what it's like being an aspiring actress in this new age, and you know how additions go down and all that jazz. "And you know what without further ado let's get on into the interview that's get viral day i have a very special guest michelle co ray welcome to hash tag yes you all these mug in the merge yes goods lincoln bio is not a thing on podcast potentially so i love michelle first of all she's my twin or is though the internet likes to say before i even knew about you everyone was commenting on my page hey you have a twin natalie your your michelle's twin wait i think i've seen you on buzzfeed and i was like who is the squirrel inside checked you out amazing stuff and i'm so happy that you're here with us i know it's so funny like people would do the same on my videos like oh you look just like natalie's outlet and i was like you must be cool i will say michelle is the stronger twin she pushes things to the limit you like to say pushing things to the extreme right that come from you know i i like when i was in college i was on my school cycling team and afterwards i was actually on a professional cycling team the first year that i worked at buzzfeed i really enjoyed doing that it was the first time i'd ever like committed to something physical in my life but there's not really much to go in women's professional cycling like not many people can name many women's professional cyclists and i really wanted to show women kicking us in a way that more women and young women would see so that's when buzzfeed i started doing a lot of like extreme fitness challenges that aren't just like let's try a workout or like i'll show you how to get good apps but what are actual ways we can like push ourselves to the limit and try really really cool and john doing things so you got into fitness within buzzfeed or how did that come about so when i was working at buzzfeed and i had left the cycling team i wanted to find a way to kind of merge those two loves so then i started making i guess like extreme content awesome so michelle for our listeners who maybe don't know what brought about you can you give them a little intro into what's your story yeah for sure so i guess i started in like the whole internet thing a little bit differently than a lot of other youtubers do and i worked at buzzfeed it was my first job out of college and there i did everything from beauty videos to like music videos that were like big productions to fashion videos and ultimately these extreme challenge videos which really became my bread and butter content at buzzfeed in i did them with my co worker jordan and after we did over thirty different challenges ranging from training like cirque du soleil performers to training with you have see fighters i ran a marathon we did everything i really realized i really wanted to kind of try and do it on my own and so i left buzzfeed started my own youtube channel and on my channel i do a lot of different extreme type challenges but my favorite things that i do on my channel is a series called m k ultra where i trained with a superhero stunt double for one month and then at the end we film this like crazy fight scene that's like filmed and executed in the same way as whatever superhero i'm training like so we've done everything from like spiderman batman marvel's punisher and so i've learned a lot of really cool different skills along the way and it's also a really awesome opportunity to get to play these different characters that normally would not be cast for women or even women of color especially right i mean you are like a bad ass chick i say i was showing my editor you're y love buzzfeed video which by the way was like so creative the story coming was amazing there's like a plot twist at the end and then there's.

"To dive into that you've been wanting to any been itching to end you're passionate about or maybe you're afraid to know i tried to do everything i like there was a time that i wanted to build a computer built that i would like to build another one i might build one maybe a month or two i'm into sneakers i try to get as many as i can right no like i i've i think i've done everything or try to do everything that i enjoy maybe it's dedicate more time to you to which is very hard because i'm always held you rely effort into my channel and i think it's time for you to not only like build a team around you that's going to keep you accountable but also you need to commit to a schedule so that every week it's dennis week it doesn't matter what natalie's doing does matter what soandso's doing you're gonna post on that day and people can expect that because that's the only way you can really grow an audience to a certain extent i'm kind of like a hypocrite room saying you need a pos on and then look at my channel it's like a barren wasteland right but i always i always hold your channel over everything anything than i do if i know i need to get at thumbnail done like i will do it f i have to work at four am or five am posted on a ten or twelve for you right let's change that right so that you can also meet your goals and it's time to build a team around new to yeah but but i still love working for you know yeah it's my thing thing i am that youtube husband at the end of the day yes are there any hobbies that people don't know about you can you think of something like sneakers when you were doing all that time and all that like stuff people would probably not no you're into fashion you're like i feel like this is more authentic self and you're really happy doing it even though it's not really it's actually doing pretty good the other kind of content drives more views but this type of content i think drives more loyal viewers i don't know i i'm pretty open book with what i do i don't hold anything back i'm not big into lake traveling or stuff like that i'm i do what i want like doing i like to ask this question it's a little bit morbid but if you were to die tomorrow i'm sorry what are three pieces of life advice you would give to anyone.

"Things don't work out we get frustrated there's materials missing the vibe just isn't there right and i want all be sad yeah we both all we're all cry we blink crying and then it's like hello guys like and it's so hard to do that right we both want you to come off authentic and finally camera and if you're going to be bubbly narrowly outlet then you can't have just cried right it's hard those clips never work in our editor has two trash them and then we're like let's reshoot let's reshoot yeah i don't know it's very difficult the stars need to align properly for a video to go well as in a specially now that we're putting videos a week it's very difficult if you skip a film day yes and now that we're during the sought cast and lots of other things on the side we have prefect them and this is really hard if you wake up in the morning and you're like damn i need a film to videos today right and it's very very stressful on the anxiety is realizing a lot of it goes down to like preparation right i'm a kind of person i list everything down i write everything down dennis is not dennis i have to remind him of things but he also keeps me balanced because it's like okay natalie so what you're just gonna check us all day or you just going to act on it so it's that type of you know for how many most can notebooks have gotten calendar he's trying to start the first one it's like dennis is way to get big on youtube page first thing i write down is like post and then like check the rest of the calendar it's not even like nothing's because you i don't know i don't i don't run on paper it's on my mind which makes me forget some deadlines occasionally that's good it's less stress on you sometimes i prefer to be the way i am but it's very very stressed i'm i'm so chill sometimes we have the worst deadlines and like everything will be okay and you're freaking out the back fires going and you're like no and i'm like right.

"That like that is a hazard it could be thirty thousand thirty thousand and twenty thousand that went with retake its tannock on which we moving on past santa con we're going onto the next segment hope he's gonna go to tampon lots of interesting companies obviously go to bitcon and one of those companies was instagram too great a really really awesome lounge which think always do every year super picture where the you posted a picture of a slide did i love instagram i feel like instagram not only is it an aesthetic but how many people are on the platform billions billion billion yeah said that my my manager was writing an email he's like girl you gotta jump on instagram there are billions of people using the platform right now maybe millions no i think it was billions i think he said two billion people if i'm not mistaken youtube also has two billion so like almost that's crazy so pretty much what i'm going with this instagram is a hot new well instagram tv is like a hot new thing as of last week you know they recently explained that this is another platform for creators or anyone in general to start creating exclusive content on instagram and here's the best part you get to monetize which means now if you are an instagram or and you never really jump on into youtube you never understood the platform there's a possibility now that you can actually earn money off of instagram which is why we've already been pre planning ideas concepts potentially getting a team on board because as you guys know creating content is not easy and yeah i mean another form of revenue right and i love instagram what i like about instagram is it seems to me like every step they take is the right step i don't know how they do it but they obviously took on snapchat with stories kind of me made snapchat irrelevant yeah so here's the thing i just wanted to clarify the fact with almost two billion users and talk about plans to monetize share revenue back to talent as soon as ended the year it's important to give some thought into emphasizing this is literally what my manager told me he's like two billion people lady so it's time to jump on so i'm curious to know from you guys and definitely you know tweet us or instagram mas at at hashtag borrow podcast or a personal instagram's at natalie's outlet or handers courts dennis what do you guys think about instagram tv are you using it right now and what is your favorite content right out to consume vertically because that is the thing it's not horizontally like on youtube or any other platform practically now the kind of cut me off when i was talking about implementations of instagram and how it's actually kept going constantly evolving but jumping back to stories all my gosh okay so implemented stories took on snapchat directly beats now chat at its own game with funds and gifts which to me me gifts for the issue my instagram stories is complete gif meany gives everywhere i love making little stories alongside with gifts i can just do boomerang and gives whatever fonts changed the game too and then slowly just implementing of sharpening their app and now i g tv which is directly like attacking youtube right they're saying that this is the next youtube but it's vertical and the whole concept of vertical video is very interesting just because of the fact that you kind of have to decide if you want to make a video for youtube or instagram any other ways that you can do it simultaneously like in the editing process but here's the thing right that i've heard from creators and i've seen specifically people are on youtube but also on instagram tv no one is competing with their own youtube channel youtube channel which which makes sense right so if you are currently a content creator and you're like well what the heck let me just get the same content i'm doing on youtube and pass it over to instagram what you're doing there is really over saturating yourself your audience and it's not as beneficial for more that i've seen and from what i've talked about with topnotch creators that you just have to create exclusive content which is why things are getting tougher for people i mean throw in interesting details into that so diving into nowadays in olympics on youtube we only actually get maybe four percent views from instagram right so thinking about that.

four percent

"Want to close out that chapter of natalie's outlet i feel like that's a chapter that i love it's beautiful it's colorful it's young but now i wanna i want to open up another chapter a multi passionate serial entrepreneur someone that just loves business and grabs about the balls that's what i wanna do so that is kind of what i'm trying to i guess repair myself into and so the other day i came across like i said i went to this beautiful salon and the the lady there gave me her business card and i looked at her business card i was like wow this associate this is so cute and for a while now i have had business cards that i would always have at any of these events if that's one that i have for you is is always have a business card on hand i don't care how business or how we are people think it is they will remember you and no one's going to jot down your name most likely and it's just it's so much more professional to hand something over right it may be old school but trust me i've gotten a lot of contacts through business card so i remember looking at her car and i was like this is like what i kind of want to be like and i was really inspired by the colors and just the simplicity of it all and i remember that one of the reasons i stopped giving away my business cards is because there was a moment in time when i felt a little bit like it wasn't me anymore i would give someone my card and i was like ooh that's a little colorful that's a little and there's nothing wrong with caller i'm very colorful person but i just didn't exemplify what i wanted to be or where i wanted to take my business so right now like i said i'm working on rebranding but also on rebranding and getting some really bad ass business cards where i could feel confident and be like hey this is my channel this is what i do and it's just laid out in a i'm attracting people that i want to attract right i'm no longer attracting the audience that i i have because the thing is that audience isn't there anymore they're growing up they're getting all types of interest there also multi passionate serial entrepreneurs i keep saying that but no it's true you just have to realize along with growing into your business you also have to grow out of it and you have to evolve and evolving i think has been one of those traits that i constantly see in people who are able to move the game who are able to really take any type of platform any type of business and change it because times change and if you stay old school honey you're just you're you're not going to grow and that's just the fact of the matter so currently rebranding my business cards rebranding myself and rebranding my soul i think that's that's what it's all about so i would love to hear we guys think about this episode you guys can definitely tweet me at alleys outlay or instagram me and d m e at natalie's outlet also on youtube natalie's outlet was up and i just kinda wanna get to know you guys a little bit more what are you guys going through what are some questions you guys may have about business let us know and of course if you're enjoying what you're hearing be sure to leave us a five star review if you like what you're hearing and of course share this podcast with your friends as always my friends i will see you next friday i hope you have a beautiful day and don't forget to live weird or dino normal by the way i'm thinking of changing that little slogan because that's old school natalie right we got it closed that chapter up by you next week if you enjoyed this podcast be sure to hit love and subscribe new episodes drop every friday for bonus content follows on instagram at hashtag viral podcast and leave your questions at me on youtube insta aunt witter at natalie's outlet and don't forget day bowral bye.

"The videos that we're gonna make people watch the longest just because people would stick around on youtube for the more more time and thus create more add revenue for both the website and for whoever's videos but you mentioned that you think this is going to be a strain for new channels coming in right for a smaller channels unwise that well i was also mentioning how i have people i'm subscribed to who have under fifty thousand subscribers and they're not going to generate as many views as a channel that has seven eight nine million subs so i think those big channels are the ones that are going to be pushed the most whereas smaller channels are going to be kind of left behind it kind of it's it's everyone's kinda like throwing out like whatever they think is going to happen i'm not super concrete either but it's they're not very clear with what makes something be promoted more right so if you know i'd love to know what you guys think definitely let us know on our instagram hashtag viral podcast or on my personal instagram natalie's what do you guys think is this something that you guys are okay with do you actually like how instagram also changed their whole chronological order and would you be okay with youtube going down that same route and as always you know if you're not okay with things speak up like definitely tweet youtube and be like hey i don't agree with this or hey this might be a cool idea but you know make sure that the people i've actually subscribed to aren't all of a sudden blown away i know there are a lot of small businesses on instagram that did really poorly with the changes as well they're right the best thing that we can do is kinda see what instagram did and reflect upon it since it's been kind of like a couple of months and hopefully to doesn't go that route as well but definitely be vocal about it.

"From the perspective of of you're a seven ten minute video could not take more than maybe twenty minutes to be completed seven minutes to record maybe ten minutes to edit and anything else like tags and descriptions maybe like three minutes but what if i were to tell you that a seven minute video could take anywhere between two to three days to prepare would you even believe me mental health is extremely important in the world of selfemployment both social media and youtube are the types of jobs where the number of subscribers envious is directly impacted by the amount of hard work you put into it post more work more get more views more subscribers could creators fall into the trap that is overloading themselves if posting three times a week get more is on your channel which is dr to meet that goal how much is too much and is there even a way to work in this field stress free little welcome to episode four hashtag viral with me natalie i thought they aka natalie's outlet if this is your first time tuning in hashtag viral is a podcast first spiring creators establish creators fans of creators or maybe just people who wanna know more about the business of online video and social media each week operating dow what's happening in the industry from trans too big news and of course updates about my channel and the projects that i'm working on each week i'll also be interviewing icon iq or emerging digital talent who inspire me and have an indepth scotland with them a holly got started their goals successes failures learnings and of course the secrets you need to know about how to get to where they are if you haven't already please make sure to subscribe so you don't miss an episode and give us a five star rating if you're liking what you hear how much time goes into one video i can only speak to you based on personal experience but let me run you down the process of creating a video and then the importance of free time let's just assume i'm planning one of my series on my channels beauty busters which ton of you love so let's just say research brainstorming and execution would take.

"Nice that's a big tease no no date drops or nothing i don't even know that's awesome i was observing both of your channels because you have to really solid channels and i feel like as creators kind of go throughout the years on youtube they get a little burnt out and i feel like you've been very consistent and i'm really curious like how have you avoided that burnout i think because i post so frequently i put less pressure on each individual video for people who post once a week that becomes like oh and more of like it's on their channel for a week for people to like constantly watch but for me like because i'm posting so much i don't have to worry about like this being the best piece of content i've ever created because they're going to get a new thing tomorrow so i i kind of had to find a way to make it okay otherwise like if you're constantly trying to out do your previous day there's no way not every video can be amazing so i definitely took some time to realize that and then with gaming gaming channel i just love playing video games so it's like i'm being paid to play the games like this is my childhood the hell i love that har you still keeping like ideas fresh or like even trying new things with your content i think that's what it is just getting new things seeing what other people are doing and putting your own little take on it while still doing some content that hugh love to do i think is the best balance.
