Our rain chance still holding it around 50% Saturday. Still some scattered downpours and we'll see our rain chance. Go down a little bit on Sunday. Our rain chance down to 30% in the weekend and for early next week. We're still in a pretty typical rainy season pattern. The extent if I've day forecast, I'm Tom Terry. Right now. "So I'm really excited about it. I mean I'm not trying to be biased here on the east coast, the EJ, and I are both here, you know, in New York doing this podcast, but, you know, working with the Rangers, you're at the garden, all the time, you're at the rock all the time over, you know, Brooklyn, Nassau Coliseum just to just to get a little bit of a of a hockey buzz here, then a major market kind of trickles down to everybody else. Right. I mean that's the thing you get you win. New York you start winning over everybody else. Listen, I would've loved to have connectivity drafted by the devils or Rangers around or just but from a selfish standpoint, you know that this the, you know, just being able to see the player up close all the time, but, you know, we weren't as fortunate there and just personal desire to great players, you know, often, but, you know, it's cyclical. I mean we got to see great. I got to see great great islander TV does young, bad kid, and the two later young man with the outer is one of those four cops, and we got the fee, great devils themes that one three cups. She got the see, you know, the Rangers wanted ninety four great players later rescued comes to New York. So we've got to see a lot of great players over the years. And you know it's, it's nice. Now, we're going to have a couple of war guys. Right. From day one in this area. It'll be fun to watch. It's funny. How you know, somebody tells you a story and it, sticks with you. And I remember the story you told about Zach Parise he was doing the devils traded up. I think. It was seventeen to draft him in two thousand and three to me the greatest draft in the history of the sport. It's just unbelievable. It was a great grab the towel and not just in the first round. But, you know, pa- Veliky was taken like whenever it was. And you tell you tell the story about how when the devils traded up and got Parisi you went out of your way to go to Lou and tell him what a great thing he did Detroit up and get them because you thought that was a terrific pick. I chased him down. Right. With the national, and they're like, looking at me like crazy. But it's funny how story steak with you. Yeah. She would be armed. I mean, should we get security issue Dali? Dahlie, they knew you were coming out of breath. And I'm like, oh gosh, I just had to stop you. And I thought that was so great because I had dot Cl a lot, right? As junior player..

"He's the creator of this intellectual property. And he and that's all just that he's like a huge millionaire like he owns like McFarlane toys, like he like he could retire. Now, it'd be fine for the rest of his life, his kids life, their kids lives, and their kids lives, right? Yeah, exactly. He has the successful toy company. He's like one of the most recognizable figures in comic book history, probably, so I think, you know, it's not like he's hurting for cash, or at least the opportunity, you know, he could be pulling some sort of, like Donald Trump level scheme, where, where he, he makes it seem like he has way more money than he actually has. But in any case, he's, he's like the type of person that could easily find work elsewhere, it's not like he really needs this movie to happen. So the idea. That, you know if the changes are being forced into a script that he doesn't lag and he could just walk away. It seems like the best position to be in as filmmaker. But I don't think this news isn't necessarily like a death sentence for this movie. It's just this is the update right now. You know he thought that this was going to be in production probably by now because I remember him saying once movie was first announced in two thousand seventeen like it's coming ready. We're going into production, and like it's been two years, and that hasn't happened yet but. I'm honestly surprised. He's not like self-financing this movie at this point. Yeah, yeah. But I mean he he's convinced blunt house and Jason Blum the producer there that he's the guy to direct this movie. So they're, they're in business with him. And it's just a matter of getting everybody to sign off on the ideas that he has in the script and once that happens, it sounds like they'll be good to go. But I guess there's always the chance of this completely fall apart. But I don't know. I'm not looking forward to this movie personally, because I've never had any investment in spawn and just hearing McFarland talk about his visit for this film. And how he's like proud of the fact that it's going to be a, a quote, joyless movie, and like that, that really earns its hard are rating. And it's just going to be this darkened gritty, bad ass superhero movie. I'm like we've seen that so many times. I I'm not really interested in this, but I don't know. Are you guys do you have any history with spun you interested in this movie at all? I was a huge spun fan. I had the first issue I went to the. Nassau coliseum. Some comic convention back in the day, and I got Todd McFarlane to autograph my issue. And I think the story is fun. Is that interesting? He's one of those characters kind of like venom who was, I think another character that MacFarlane worked on. Right. Who like just like looked really cool. Like MacFarlane knows how to make things will cool if he can bring that to the big screen, I think it'll be good. But I feel like I feel like I'm going to go see this when it hits bidders. And the same night that gambit and the crow rebirth hits fitters, Jimmy, like feel a triple feature that would be I feel like that weekends never gonna come. Brad. What about you? Yeah. I when I was younger, I was into spawn. I didn't really read the comics, but I just liked the art and I liked how cool swan loved and ahead, some action figures, especially once the movie came out. And, you know, since I was a dumb kid, I liked the movie even though it's terrible. So but yeah. At this point, I don't care about any movie. I like Peter said, it's the same thing with, with the crow, there's maybe like five people out there who want to see new movie, and it's just gonna keep being talked about forever, and we'll never get made. Okay..

You've got to have that encyclopedic memory and ability to pronounce names that well, it's not my to skill in life. I'd have to literally spend an entire day before, you know, writing it out. Now, forget it. Let's phonetically over. It'd be fun to watch hockey. You know, my son to New York last month, we cut out our game at the Nassau Coliseum. Saw like a walk-through away from shots. It was right. Those a smaller read, I don't know if you've ever been there lately or not not look I watched the islanders flyers. I was the biggest Bobby Clark fan growing up because I was a hockey player, and I love hockey back in the old days when they would have more fights, and it was real. And I it's just a little more exciting. I know they cut back on it. I'm not looking for anyone to get hurt. Like, for example, some of the rules football necessary. Based on the fact that all these guys getting these concussions, and they have lifelong ramifications for these guys gotta make it a little bit safer, but not destroy the sport makes sense to me. But good version Chad. I appreciate it. Thanks for being with us, eight hundred nine four one, Sean if you wanna be a part of the program, we'll say one thing everybody should agree on. "And if we get into a playoff series the collective we like watching the light near in a series against team that plays like Minnesota did the answer to that is to play like they did against the islanders in that game Nassau Coliseum which was a very exciting evenly play. But when the lighting the greatest success, they kind of talk with the islanders gave them and push. They didn't try and take something that wasn't there. They took what was given to them. They forced more by doing hard work, basically. And I think that's the formula which we didn't see against Minnesota. It's hard to do. Grayson level like they were a motion against the islanders. They'd been embarrassed the game before against the islanders in Brooklyn. They really wanted that game. And you can see the way they played. So you can beat a team that is structured in these you up. Well, I totally agree with you on that respect you've got to find ways to do that. And that's what they're speed. I didn't think that they were necessarily fast the other night, which is the other thing. And but. You know, it's hard folks to go any two games and continue the mental thing of the game physically. You know, they might be a little bruised couple of Geiger hurting here and there, but mentally it's hard to continue and maintain that level. It really is. And the ones that do it. Are your stars? I remember coming home and watching them live from the sport Atari, Atlanta, Georgia, and which was like in Nassau Coliseum mass. I remember where they say tonight, I'm going to turn this place into Nassau mausoleum. It was really good. But that was really cool. And I wish that more people at one time. I remember this is when we share Nassau Coliseum memories. Right. I remember my one of my uncles or maybe said, oh, you know, what? Yeah. One of my uncle said that they were Nassau Coliseum to see the scorpions and one of their friends, and he's like, I can't wait to see the scorpions and it kept saying school up little kid. And I remember what's wrong with that guy's voice. It's mentally ill some forgoing Howard Stern rules fan. Love the school up. I mean, I think he's really I mean his best is as made a brand that is so unsustainable because he has to maintain that level of energy offshore all the time. And there's only a matter of time while I was gonna say it's only a matter of time before he says the wrong thing. But he said a lot of that time has long passed. Right. We're at like fucking coronary. Now, I mean, it was just screaming and yelling the whole time. No, he did do screaming and yelling, but he would talk. He would do this thing where he would talk reasonably lucidly, but still like really like, and then he could ask a direct question. And then just skirt it do like a really awkward skirt. But then he would just fucking ramp himself. My dad worked furred so sorry. Sorry, midler Knowles, atomic power plant. It would go from reasonable to somebody told my dad this to cyborgs are real. "She oh on the fan across the country on CBS sports network is going to be an all western Canada road trip here and both decide well pretty much. I think side where they'll end up in a metro division and all that other stuff and right now, the pilots are taking place. It'd be another epoch series against the Pittsburgh Penguins. And that first round was announced that it would be at the Nassau Coliseum. And if they get past the first round than the subsequent rounds would then be played at the Barclay center. Yeah. I don't love that. But I get it Commissioner Gary Bettman says, well, you know, the Nassau Coliseum NHL worthy. Like, the Barclay center is. I mean, I like the ice over their socks the sidelines suck everything else sucks for hockey. And we all know that everybody knows that you know, that Brooklyn has want him. You know, and they've had their chance there. And now all of a sudden they got they got a good team. They got a, you know, a great team they reflect their coach and their general manager, and they have a chance to play every single one of their home playoff games at the Nassau Coliseum. That would be raucous. It would be unbelievable. And the fans would be able to do what they like to do tailgate out there in the springtime during hockey player gay better than that. Yeah. I know I've always been a long advocate of the Nassau Coliseum and keeping them there and everything else, and I guess they just don't have enough sky meets the cell or whatever. I mean at the end of the day, it makes much sense. Right. Yeah. So I understand that the Barclays as propped up the franchise and giving them a lot of money to play their games at the Barclay center. When they make the playoffs they do make some money there. So I guess it's a way for them to make their money back. This money always talks as they say. Yeah. You know, it's tough for me to even imagine what it would be like for the islanders to be in the Eastern Conference. Final a Stanley Cup hat Nassau Coliseum. It's it's hard to. I mean, it is because my brain sort of remove them from that building when they left and now to think that that's a possibility and you're playing around there and you're playing X amount of regular season games air. The teams is good at today's you have that opportunity to do. So and you're choosing not to because of reasons that don't jive with the fan base that has been loyal through. All of it is a tough topic. Local politicians are like all there should be playing at the call Saint okay? That's just so hypocritical whole thing, but at the end of the day, what has been really a nice surprise for the honors and they're playing great. And you know, the goaltending has been fantastic. And all that other stuff. They still do not have players named Matthews. Crosby sure or kucherov. Stamkos you know. So they are very very difficult fight in watching Tampa Bay play last night. I don't know if they stay healthy they're playing about as well as you can play. They've only lost eleven times this season. So they're going to be tough to beat in the Eastern Conference. But at the end of the day for me if they're gonna win and they need what they're gonna need. They're gonna need their home fans to be, you know, just raucous and just make the place so loud, and so hard to plan kind of like the way it was last time they played the Pittsburgh Penguins. Sure. Back in the old barn. So I'm an advocate for you know, and I loved one hockey teams are doing well around here there's a fan basis excited. My fan base is frustrated the devils fan basis disappointed. And the islanders fan base is absolutely Jack with the way that they're playing ivy's. Obviously everybody has I on the trade deadline. That's right around the corner for these teams. Lula morale is going to have to add something if he wants to get serious about trying to win the Stanley Cup because I don't necessarily know the team built the way it is right now can actually go and win a Stanley Cup against some of these other teams that are loaded now it's impossible to keep up with all the different baseball lingo jargon. That goes on these days with the analytics, so I present to you one here. All right coda. What have you heard of pagoda? Can you spell it? P E C OTA KOTA KOTA. Now, I didn't know about now all the baseball. Nerds are gonna definitely start tweeting me go, you know, KOTA youth sports talk show know, I don't know. I've done a sports talk show for eleven years. Anybody fan, you guys know coda and they're familiar with pagoda. No. Is this one of these things where you're doing what you did the Joe beningo? No, no, no. So the this is how I found out about it. I was on a site that I liked looking at in the morning called the big lead. And the headline on. This was the cubs aren't mad about the POS KOTA predictions. There actually laughing at it. So I said, okay. There's a thing called a pagoda prediction. And now, the the actual Chicago Cubs are acknowledging it it has to mean, something, right? So let me look up what code as so coda is via baseball prospectus, and they come up with a formula that puts. All the players that are on a particular roster and all the elements, and whatever they've got an algorithm of their own baseball perspectives. And they spit out a prediction for the season. And that's their coda prediction. All right. So what does coda stand for? I have no idea. So you have no idea. What it means? You just know that it's a bunch of stuff that's put into an algorithm, and it spits out. Yes. Whatever what they believe is going to be there that is right. And the cubs. Prokhoda prediction is is last place in the central. And that's why the cubs were not thrilled about their Prokhoda prediction. I guess they were laughing and they made it bulletin board material. So it's in the clubhouse. Well, the Prokhoda is in the in the cubs. Cobb house Bill Bella check in managing get mad at a computer projection. It's a pagoda person. That's true. It's Stephen a Smith. Whatever that other guy Takada not a person, it's coda. What is the Mets pagoda power? Right. So here you go. This is what is the Yankee asshole? This is why I decided to bring this up and not just Schlup it off as just pagoda. So the New York Mets, according to puck coda, we'll have they'll be tied for third best record in the National League. And they will finish second in the division. Or they have eighty eight wins. I was gonna ask you if they would have ninety ninety one ninety two wins eighty eight wins best ourselves. Yes. So says coda so that will be the third best record in the national in the National League tied for third. Okay. Because the I would be the dodgers who have ninety three coda. Then second is the nationals with eighty nine coda even without Bryce Harper. Yes. This doesn't take into account Bryce Harper. Not yet Phillies. Not yet. Yeah. All right. So the nationals and the nationals and number two at eighty nine the Mets and the brewers are tied third. Best record in the National League with an eighty eight Picone. All right. Us good. So they go coda. I like you're only a game behind the division in pagoda. Did you ever give me the over on this for the day? Yes. Data with a metro like eighty four and the Yankees were ninety five or something. Like, what is the Yankees the Yankees because you wanna ask you the Yankees because Yankees the Yankees have the third best coda in the American League. So if you look at it that way, the Mets and Yankees are tied in pagoda. So I'm asking this question for more wins. If the Yankees third. Yeah. So I'm assuming then it's going the American League in the American League. I'm gonna assume that it's going to be the Astros and the Red Sox above them. You got one of those teams, but unions are above them. They are Indians are above them. Not because of how good their roster is, but because of how poor their division as coda pagoda because because the Yankees at the play the Red Sox that that would probably be. Manhandle everybody in their division. I would have something to do with the pagoda. It made makes a lot of sense to me. So the Astros or a ninety eight per pagoda, right? The Indians are out of ninety seven coda, and the this is a win total, by the way. Yeah. And the Yankees have ninety six nine thousand six hundred sixty six head of the Red Sox say are and the Red Sox are hundred and seventy two I don't know if ninety that means they're going to be off eighteen games one hundred and eight wins last year. Right. Yeah. That was a that was tremendously. Unbelievable year like so unpredicted and JD Martinez came out of the box, and he was on fire. Right. Yeah. So if you wanna know you into Picasso from last year to see how they did why. I guess we should see how accurate and I'm thinking that you're thinking that it was accurate. So the pagoda for the Yankees last year was ninety seven wins. All right. So they are they are did their pagoda by three three wins. But the Red Sox they were way off on the Red Sox. They had the Red Sox have an eighty eight win. So they add did it by twenty. However who had the raise last year at eighty three in seventy nine before the season March and a hat. Prokhoda had the the the frigging raise with a winning record. And by the way, they had no never mind. They have the brewers the brewers and eighty four and seventy eight the pirates there the pirates seventy seven and eighty five. So so there's MRs this hit ten misses. The there's enough teams where you can hit on where you could say look at me. I hit it. Yeah. Right now, they did have day off on a brave low is the Mets eighty and eighty two. Now, you're often them too. And they were often a Braves big time. So you can take this code, and do whatever you want with it. But I just wanted to share. I would I would use it as Baltimore material. If it was a negative code, right? Exactly. If you other than, hey, this thing. Mike in queens, wants to talk some coda what's up, Mike. My I thought maybe they should switch it up from north North Dakota, South Dakota, maybe Easter KOTA KOTA, South Dakota, west KOTA. What did they do that? I think you're getting your material for me Anthony in Belleville. That's a good idea. I mean, I couldn't even I'd never heard of this thing at all never even one time. And I heard about the coda. And then all of a sudden it just came upon you the right then I washed upon me that how long has been in existence. You're asking me too many questions about maybe that's why I hadn't heard about it. Here we go about now. Yeah. I don't know. I'd have to read a bible more this. But apparently it's enough. There's enough weight behind it that the cubs saw recognized that now using it as bulletin board material that they're going to finish last in the division. I mean, the carbs.

"Him in the lineup. So you could see that's a team that's trying to get to the Stanley Cup. Obviously this year. Maybe they will they'll have to make some traits. Maybe support their defense as they get closer to the players because you know, hockey like football, it changes what you get to the play offs is a little bit more know you're allowed to hit a little bit more to grab a little bit more. And all of a sudden the game becomes that much more intense? Everybody's a little bit more focused on what their job is. Because they don't want to be the guy that makes the mistake. So I think really when you take into account what the islanders lost. And where they are. Right now, you gotta you gotta tip your cap to the players to the coaching staff. And of course, the general manager. How does it feel to talk hockey this much on the I love it? I could go on and on and on this. You could tell. The interesting thing about the islanders is they're building situation. Yeah. Right. And I have been a long an advocate for what the Nassau Coliseum Phoebe building. No matter what forget about the Belmont deal and play all the playoff games there this year that is the place. If you wanna have a building that is to your advantage all the time. And I know it's about money, and I know that the Barclay center is probably losing money. So I don't wanna get into all of that stuff. But I do know if the team wants to make money where a lot of NHL teams small-market teams, which both the devils in the islanders act as because their fan bases are a little bit smaller. You have to make money by getting to the playoffs and you wanna win those playoff games because you want the second and third round of the playoffs. Because that's when you really start making money, and that's why I believe in all my friends who are fans they love going to the Nassau Coliseum. They love going out into the parking lot and tailgating just like you can do here at the prudential center. That's a part. Of the fabric of their culture as a fan base for.

"With a back. Yeah. I know it's like. Yankees have the ultimate right? So they park and all that other stuff now statues, but they have all the plaques and all that other stuff. I think could you imagine. If the Yankees decided to do statues out in front of Yankee Stadium. Holy crap goal the way around. Yeah. It looked like lollapalooza. Like a million people there. Yeah. I know. Well, and it also do you ever see the Mario statue? They have all. Yeah. So it's got it's actually got two islanders because it's at famous play. We broke through the two defencemen. They made statues of two islanders defenceman end. How you do it though. That's the thing, you know, like the islanders could have statues. They could. Nassau coliseum. Belmont thing. Bettman's still pushing that whole thing. What? They play their playoff games anywhere. But the Nassau Coliseum that is that is an absolute mistake. Disgrace describes I'll say mistake. Lost say disgraceful disgraceful travesty. Dammit travesty. Yes. I like travesty not disgrace. But travesty all right. Very good. It's home-ice advantage, man. Yeah. Without a doubt, the old porn if you will NYC live at Nassau Coliseum slap some lipstick on that big. We'll tell you that. It's still a pig. But we like the fact that it's a pick. Now looks like a slinky. Yes. Definitely does by the way, this stadium in person is crazy, man. It looks like it's unbelievable. When you look at it here to see the inside of it. Yeah. I mean, it's got all those panels and the weirdness opens, unfortunately, the the roof is not going to be open for the Super Bowl. So, but which would make it really a cool look to it yet. I think it's probably a good thing. I mean, it's probably gonna be raining there. Same possible rain on Super Bowl Sunday, which means then our show the Super Bowl today. The pre-game show that last for four hours will be in. Inside not outsource you want. The ring you don't want to be outside from four hours. We would be outside for two hours hour and a half or something like that. So you rooting for the rank you want that rain kind of like being outside. You didn't this morning? We were walking over here. Well, that was kind of weird. The hotel is attached to this. Get the shower going. I got the issues this morning, and I got to walk out six to I didn't love the outside work either. I gotta be not that I'm high maintenance, but it wasn't didn't have a jacket on what? Because I didn't think I was going outside. Purple vice you go outside when it's can attach to your hotel. I don't know. That's what we're shawny took us over here. Tony up with you. I had an old maid outside. I was taken. I trust me. I know. But he said that we had to go outside. We were told right? So I said, okay. So tell me that Sean screwed up.

"They treat body and soul powders leading the Blackhawks one nothing retry. You saw this islanders team in person little under three weeks ago. Dale even better than they did in that game on January third at Nassau Coliseum. There's a whole lot of action down at the Blackhawks end of the ice. They're solid team. And boy, I think they're just building on confidence. Here the last little while they're they've been the hottest team since the middle of December fifteen and three in the last eighteen games that they have played this the hottest team in the NHL rate now, and you can see why the way that they played that period gave up very little. They're not a high scoring team. They have the ability to score, but they're not a high scoring team because their stresses on the defensive side of it. And that's pretty much what you saw in that period. They get in the offense is only work it around the boards their hard nose team. They don't take shortcuts get lots of traffic towards the front of the net. And the defensive side of it is the most impressive part of it. The Blackhawks just didn't have a whole lot going there. No consistency in the offense zone. And it's going to be that way. All game long. They near a counters like the Nashville predators like the Washington Capitals. Either berry troughs they will not give you an easy game. So with the approach then I mean, it's Blackhawks have seen this before in years past. Trying to get that down deep as much as possible and hope to retrieve it because they had only six shots until the final minute. When they finally got something going. It's kind of the MO of the islanders last three games. They've they've given up under twenty shots in a game. And that's incredible for the Blackhawks, you know. It's just determination. You got to move your feet when you have that shooting lane traffic in front of the net to get parts through. You gotta beat the goaltender Leonard who's playing as good as he has played in his entire NHL career here in the last eleven twelve type of games just gotta find those shooting lanes be willing to work hard. Don't get yourself to the front of the net. Should be loose pucks with all the traffic in front of the net. That includes the older players who are all back. They're protecting. And the Blackhawk players that need to get in there. All right. We'll play some ask Troy and ask who needs to or who has elevated their game coming up in our second intermission back of the first period recap next to the islanders lead the hawks one nothing you'll see the first intermission action on.

"ABC's had a really positive effect on their compete level. As team coming off a Stanley Cup championship. He really brought the right energy and the right leadership to be able to get this team going in the right direction. And now they may be a playoff team come down the road. They might be on the bubble towards the other on pace right now for that one hundred point season. But again, this is really crunch time for them and several teams as you mentioned in your column earlier, Dave it's it's going to be a really tight race to the end here in the Eastern Conference while they wanna keep pace. And if they keep pace they're going to be in that conversation, and who knows maybe another team falloff whether it's buffalo or Montreal. Or one of these other teams in the mix for them. I think they want to make sure that they're in the conversation. They had a six game winning streak recently. They were playing their best hockey the year nine in one overall and a ten game span. But since then they've they've lost two of three in both losses came here on home ice. They're there half whole bikes. They're going to be playing the bulk of their home games down the stretch at the Nassau Coliseum where they're splitting their their home games this year and the next two. But look berry Todd's everywhere. He goes. The teams that he coaches all defend well like deacon coach defense and you look at their roster. There really aren't any differences between this year seen last year seem. Yes, Robin ladder has has come in. And giving them really good goaltending. He is do they have a couple of guys who have come off the miners. They've added Philp allies their third line center. But you know, the top six forwards were on the team last year. And you just look at the difference in the plus minus the Andrews Lee scored forty goals last year was like minus twenty five plus twelve this year, and he may not hit forty goals. But clearly he's become just based on the plus might as you can see he's having much more success five on five. They are very very good five on five team. They're tied with Boston for the fewest five on five goals allowed in the league this year. Now, the Bruins play two more games. So that number's slightly more aggressive because the Bruins have done it having played two more games. But that's what.

I've never called a game in my life. How many guys, you know, on each of the roster's all of okay, good? Yup. Big fan of Ovilla. Yes. Especially. Right. And then the there's a few guys now under a little overrated. Oh, really? Ells on one of those two goals last night. He's not a quarterback's Zeke is Martin line. Those guys say too much for me. Overrated. Anyhow, the islanders have won five straight. They are three one one out at the Nassau Coliseum. And now you con- women lost for the first time in the regular season in one hundred and twenty seven games to one hundred twenty six game regular season winning streak was snapped by Baylor last night on another building. "Semi quasi home of the New York. Islanders twenty games over at the Barclay center. In Brooklyn, twenty one games here. This is their first fourth game. I should say online island and just seems like it's the right place to be when you're playing the New York Islanders. I totally agree. They'll play the last twelve home games here at the Nassau Coliseum. Also known as the NY CD live building renovation that went on for couple years here as Delia settles down the puck in the hawk crease at deflected in on him from boy chopstick hold it face off being the circle of left. But this this building I believe if the islanders are going to be involved in playoff push. They'd rather play in this building than the one in Brooklyn. I agree in. We're actually having the conversation before it came up to the broadcast boost. What if down the near collars, get into the postseason? That's a good possibility there right there on the recuperate. Now where are they gonna play? Are they gonna play at the park we center, which is the nightmare for the players to get to on a on a game day. They practice here on Long Island about five minutes. Ten minutes from the building here. Now, it's the center ice Homer off this handle the puck on the Seabrook deputy whips and on the left wing debrincat at the blue line deflects the puck down in behind the net. Devante moves it over there to get it. Now. Scott Mayfield Mayfield along the near boards. Lost the puck, but at the flex now to center ice Michael Dell coal at the hawk blue line. Lost the puck Komarov. Took it back and carried in over the hawk blue line down the left wing. You may have heard that whistle cut the air offsides called against the coming into tonight's action in the NHL scoring leaders has changed a little bit here. The last little while recall ranted was red hot for the Colorado Avalanche who actually cooled off quite a bit. They lost again last night at home Kita kucherov leagues for the NHL..
