Was that something that was talked about a lot or were you just focused on your own business? And what they were doing was not as important. Conrad, you look at my schedule, you know, I've talked about this from booking live events, to hiring talent, to managing talent, doing the payroll, getting these big boys paid every week on time, I had no time, and certainly that's not a crass. It seems to me though that from a broadcasting perspective that you were kind of a a quick study obviously very telling genetic you had good presence on the air. "This morning on New Jersey Transit's North Jersey coastline and on the A subway trains in the city. New York restaurants will no longer be able to serve to go alcoholic drinks After today, Governor Cuomo's lifting the Covid 19 state of emergency that he imposed march of last year. Under the order, restaurants were able to do take out and delivery drinks with food to help them make up for lost revenue. The governor said yesterday he would not extend the emergency order. Bills in the state Legislature to extend that to go drink program or make it permanent failed to pass this month they had faced opposition from liquor store owners who argued it cut into their revenue. Bill that would change New Jersey's protections for tenants who weren't able to pay rent during the pandemic made its way out of two legislative committees. W. N. Y C is carrying the reports. The compromise bill, backed by landlords and tenants, groups would lift the state's blanket moratorium on evictions this year while maintaining protections for renters who certified they lost income during the pandemic. That means low and moderate income tenants can't be kicked out of their homes through December and higher earners would be protected through August. But while the debt accrued over that time period can't be used as a basis for eviction. Landlords could still recoup those dollars by suing renters in civil court. The bill also sets aside $500 million to assist low and middle income renters. The measure still needs a full vote in the Senate and Assembly.
