"7 90 K ABC Doctor Nan Hayworth coming up at the top of the hour. Have officially lost all confidence in our intelligence agencies. They've abused their power repeatedly. They've proven to be political entities repeatedly. They've gotten caught with their hand in the cookie jar. One too many times and I'm tuning them out. What? Where are you on this 800 to 22 K abc 1 802 225222. Let's start with Christopher. Christopher. You're on K. ABC. Hello? How's it going today? Good. Good. Um, so, yeah, I have a very big opinion on and I do not trust them. Um and I can kind of tied in. I'm out here in her mind. Uh, The reason I don't trust them. Well, I have a family that's high. They were high in the tech. I can't mention the company's but big the biggest phone company there is high up CPL and CEO. Um, And so I know how kind of the developers they can share their open source code, and I know how I've been screwed over just by my own family. That's been high up in those companies. And I know how they have access to all the information. They use it for their own needs. So And I know the CIA does the same thing, our intelligence agencies and what they've done to Tucker. They've been doing it since the Patriot Act so but then again, it's a necessary evil. So I, of course I don't trust them. But its situation of course. All right. Thank you. So much for the call. Appreciate it. Let's go to Chris. Chris, you're on K. ABC. Hello? Hey, How are you today? Good. Uh, here. I think here's part of the problem that we have. And I don't think anything has really changed in this. If it's talking about issues, perhaps of war and what have you This country has always held to the belief that if there's a vital interest, um of ours, what is considered to be a vital interest of ours. It's proper to perhaps go to war. Those are usually involved in either money or territory. It's always one of the related to one of the two But your question is what I trust him or do I still I don't trust other actors out there equally so to me, it really doesn't make any difference. I would trust ours over, for example, Iran, another countries that are horrible troublemakers. And probably do deserve some type of military action for their involvement in what they've been doing in other countries as well. So you've got to kind of way that you know I trust ours. They may fudge some information. But you have to juxtapose that I believe to the other bad actors that are far worse than we are. Who is it? That's out there that you do Trust. Evening. Country wise. No, the mainstream media, the politicians, the NSA. Is there anyone out there that you can say if they say it's true? It's money in the bank. Well, what are our options? I mean, that filters through. You know, the State Department and the in the president that we don't have any other options. I mean, that that would have to be the level that we would have to trust. Or not trust. I mean, I wouldn't trust. No, I wouldn't trust the news. And I don't trust those other agencies. Don't don't get me wrong. I don't have full complete trust in them. But we what? You told me what other options of trust are are out there What we would have to rely on What I do is I listen to just about everyone. I understand what biases they have, and I try to put the pieces of the puzzle together and figure it out myself. But I always assume that people are coming at it with a slant. I always assumed that people are trying to manipulate me and I look at everything that they tell me through those lenses. Well, what would you say? If what would you say if our state department through the president, the upper levels of government responsible for the data and what have you collecting are saying that it's time that this country stops Iran, for example, we cannot let them continue. I would have personally I would have no problem. I wouldn't think that they were making that up. Think Iran, for example, is a horrible, bad actor in the world. I wouldn't think that would be made up. Well, there are many countries that are bad actor Saddam Hussein was horrendous. He tortured his own people. He gassed his own people. He was a brutal dictator that being said when they came to us, and said that he had weapons of mass destruction. That wasn't true. To me, Okay? I me personally at the time. It didn't make any difference to me whether he did, or he didn't. He had to go. Regardless of my That was my view One man's opinion, but it didn't make any difference whether they made that up or not. He was rallying the troops and very happy about 9 11, and he was complicit in so many things for so many years. That didn't really bother me per se. All right. Thank you for the call, sir. Appreciate it. Let's go to Matt. Matt, You're on K. ABC. Hello? Hello, John. Hey. I was really happy to hear that somebody else is using The Wizard of Oz Reference about the whole, uh, pay no attention to the man behind the Behind the curtain because I've been trying to put that movie. And our situation with the scanned Emmick the election and now the say altogether, But I couldn't figure out who would be flying monkeys were until this in a safe thing came out so I could imagine. You can get only guess who's playing the wicked Witch of the West. Uh, I don't want to say her name, but her name rhymes with Camilla Harris. All right, Well, someone's writing a sequel to the movie. I can tell. Thanks for the call, sir. Appreciate it. 802 to 2 K A. B. C is the number 1 802 2 to 5 to two to the intelligence agencies have lost credibility with me if they came out and said, We have evidence that this country is bad, and we need to go to war. "In exile from Irving, Texas, and it's time to open up the state of California for business. Mr Randy wakes the Sports desk in Culver City, John even more news out of the CDC. The CDC now says that if You get 98% of your crew vaccinated. And if you get 95% of your passengers fully vaccinated, maybe maybe cruises Consort again mid July, maybe. Okay. Well, here's the problem. I don't know if you saw this. Apparently, everyone is placing travel restrictions on India, which is where a lot of the people who work on the cruise ship live. Oh, Yeah. So that may make that a no. Go. I'm surprised you're paying attention of the crew's traits. I'm surprised you're not thinking exclusively about wine country this weekend. I've got that all planned out. But I always just cause I've got a soft spot in my heart for all the vacations you keep missing. You see when they gonna let you cruise again? Now I wonder if the first time I go on a vacation. I have to make sure to buy coffee mugs from all the places I haven't been Yeah, it's a thought. 802 22 k A B c 1 802 2 to 5 to two to It is a pleasure and a privilege to welcome our next guest to the program. She is a medical doctor, a former member of Congress representing the state of New York you can follow on Twitter at Nan Hayworth, Doctor Knee and Hayworth. Welcome, John Philip, since it is so great to be talking to you, and you are in the land Of afraid I am, but I don't know if you saw the Biden speech last night. My takeaway is he's going to try to make the entire country California and New York. So there's no place left for us to escape to No, And that's the whole idea. I mean, that is the left model rope. Everyone in And that way, indeed, there is no place to escape. And then they got us, Captain. Yeah. Well, One of the topics that's been coming up for discussion of late is whether or not Children should be forced to wear the mask flip flop. Fauci in the CDC recently came out and said those of us who have been vaccinated don't need to wear the mask outdoors and less for a concert tour around a lot of people in a big group. But Children mask up. Let's listen, Cut 13. I get it. You know, it sets up a strange situation, especially when you start talking about kids. I'll tell you a story. I walked to pick up my little girl at the bus stop. Yesterday, after the CDC recommendations came out, I took off my mask. I waited for her. There was no one else around. She got off the bus with her little mask on She had to wear her mask. I didn't on the walk home when our kids going to be able to take off those mass and play outside at the playground, you know, that's gonna be the same thing that I mentioned a moment ago. It's gonna be a situation well, first of all, kids will ultimately wind up getting vaccinated, but you want to have some activity in that direction before they do. High school kids will likely get vaccinated as we get into the full term and Children of any age will likely be vaccinated by the time we get to the end of the year, But let's not talk about the end of the Let's talk about The media or intermediate future when Children are out in the community when you have 30 40 50,000 new infections per day, they are unvaccinated now because Children can't get vaccinated now and for that reason They are more at risk of getting infected because they are out in the community where there is a lot of infection when the community level starts to go way down. The risks to everybody, including the Children is going to be dramatically diminished. All right. I feel like we've talked about this 9000 times, but because he said what he said. I feel like we have two reiterated dying Man Hayworth how much risk to Children have of because I mean seriously ill or dying from covert 19. Virtually nil, John Virtually no. But I am listening and my mouth is it was actually a gape. Listen, It's not just cause it's allergy season. New York listening to Dr Fauci just now. I can't. I can't believe what I'm hearing. I want to hear the studies. You know what is the evidence? Where are the data showing that Children are number one particularly vulnerable to infection? Because all the data seems to show that they are not. Ah and number two that they are reservoirs for infection, because all the data that I've become familiar with indicate that they're not that either. And, you know, I was just thinking about it as I was listening to Dr Fauci speak, you know, general familiar with childhood vaccinations, right? And those of us with kids, You know my kids? Certainly in order to go to your local public schools, they had to have their standard night. No, just Intuit, measles, mumps, rubella. You know the usual weeping cough. You know the the usual things that you were accustomed to vaccinating for, and one of the reasons in fact, A primary reason that we vaccinate for those is that those diseases actually can make Children very sick, and they're also highly communicable. Two others from Children. That is not the case. And this is a very important thing to stress. That is not the case with Koven. Frankly, it's not the case with influenza either. When was the last time you heard of the influenza vaccine? Being recommended heavily for Children. I can't think of it. Again. I'm not opposed to kids getting the flu vaccine. The flu does, unfortunately claims some Children's lives every year. I don't object to them, particularly getting the coded vaccine either, but to make it a condition off anything to make masking Children, a condition for anything for any activity. Is insane. It's certainly I mean, I realize that's a passionate term, but it's certainly it is not scientifically justified. Well, the argument used to be you have to be careful not because the kids were going to get sick, Not because the kids are gonna be hospitalized. Not because the kids are going to die from Covad, but they'll infect the teachers. Still, in fact, the classified staff they'll infect the administrators who are working there, and they will make adult seriously ill. Well, I'm not aware of any state in the union where the vaccine has not been made available to all of those people. Well, that's correct, John. And let's also note. Well, that in the states in the union like Florida, uh, that resumed school last fall. In person education, right? We did not here and I'm sure the teachers unions would have trumpeted it loudly and incessantly had there been and they got their word, but we really did not hear about some sort of spikes. Among adults. Adults staff in schools, right. Have we heard about that? We heard about that in private schools where Children have been even more. Uh, thank God even you know, returning even greater percentages, proportions.

"Is really quite evenly divided among people who want to see government do more and more and more, you know you got you got about half the country that you know that says, Hey, yeah. Paris Climate accord. Absolutely. I'm there. You got half a country for bringing that up because that Z Unbelievable. That's the first thing he's gonna do is join the parents. For what For? What? And then he's gonna shut down the XL pipeline. How many jobs are really How many Children then we're not gonna be able to be energy dependent on ourselves. We will not be independent. We're gonna be dependent on Iran because they're gonna open that deal again, Man. Help me out here. Say I well because Look, I think I think people wanted President Trump to remain our president. You know the man who actually created an economy that you know your taxes and your tax cuts and deregulation that created jobs that they cut the wealth Cab down. Actually, you know, that's what happens when you actually give the economy to productive people instead of government. But you're your own man, man. Cody. Yeah, I'm sorry, but your your hope is hide. We're gonna make it And we're trying to say it was staying positive this morning despite it all. What do you see this morning? Your hope is high. And even for if I may because I don't you know, you know I love you. I love you. And you're great. You're great breakout, but the Republican thing I can't I don't know I don't But you hang in there. That's you saying you're saying that hang in there if you're a Republican, an Republicans and I've been saying this and saying this know that the Trump Coalition, the mag, a coalition Has to be respected. It is a force and we can celebrate whatever you know people had problems with President Trump's big personality and yes, celebrate his accomplishment, because no matter what you think of someone's personality, the accomplishments were amazing. All right. You're right. Those respect those celebrates and champion than President Trump get enormous good for this country. And and appreciate that. Nan Hayworth doctor Nan Hayworth, former of Republican representative from New York, board member of the Independent Women's Forum, nan, a Miss. You can't wait to see you in person and thank you for taking the time always with us. Love your spirit and keep the fight girl. We're just starting to keep fighting, right? Yes, we are. That's what today is the first day of the 2022 345 years ago. Thanks. Then then, Hayworth right here. Thank you, Doctor. I would appreciate it very much. It's so true, because when I can't stand and and Nan's right, Mitch McConnell is and forgive me. But I hear on the inside that he's meticulous like that. So when the president has a Supreme Court pick, and he he finagle, you gotta play it down there, you know, so McConnell's They're playing it and he plays his little game. So the Supreme Court so President Trump Supreme Court picks are indeed you know, confirmed now My problem is this And this is where I'm at with the Supreme Court turned its back on the president. I think that all of a sudden they're gonna go. They present the case. All the evidence this slew of evidence except they call me from crazy. There was a flu of evidence. And all you hear everywhere else was up since unsubstantiated that word on substantiated. What upset? They're stealing votes. You see it on camera, Nothing, nothing and the Supreme Court during the back. And then, as the president said in his speech yesterday, all the judges that he appointed and then what? Listen when Rudy Giuliani came up with some really revealing Evidence. And don't let them tell you there was no evidence there. Don't buy that. And don't tell me I'm wrong. And don't don't. You're wrong because there was evidence there. But the judges and the Donald Trump judges wouldn't allow to happen. I think they just use the president to get to where they had to go. And he was loyal. And these people that are now in power were not And you and I got to never forget that. So now there's talk of quote unquote, The Patriot Party. Ah, third part Now, if you have if there's 75 million, let me tell you something, and I get the calls. If there's 75 million people that were supporting President Trump. Do you know there's 100 Million because there's got to be at least 20 million or so 25. Whatever it is. That argument. Not going to tell you that there you know, with the president wants. Say it. So So you got 100 million people. You've got a party you got on that and you will. It would be the end of the Republican Party. And now the thing is yet then it doesn't make the Democrats stronger. That's what you got to think about something about 87797 29 99, the Democratic Party one of these guys doing I have no idea what these guys are doing. I. You know what they're going? They just do whatever is politically correct. And it went the problem with the party system. And why I'm so frustrated. Please, if I could just plead my case for a second is that when you go and you you're just a Democrat like Governor Cuomo is just a Democrat Governor Murphy there just a Democrat Newsome Endsley in Washington. All these governors they're Democrats. They don't even look to the texture or the foundation of the state from which they they're from. Hopefully, they're from the people that they represent. They don't look at that. It's like what is our mantra? What is our stance on? What are we? Well, we're Democrats, and here's what we're gonna do, and they take this socialistic stance, and it's so broad stroke of socialism. And of regressive nous. That's what they they don't ever think about You and I. They don't think about it. McConnell could care less about the people of Kentucky. He's there for his whole little There's a world down there, and I think they do it for power control down there in Washington, we will probably have to fight on their hands. But listen, it's inauguration day. We wish I know this sounds crazy because I don't agree with it. I think it was stolen Everything. Was just everything is like a bizarro world. Somebody said. It's all opposite. What's right is wrong. What's wrong is right. It's ridiculous, but we said we support President Elect Biden. And we wish him all the very, very best Now, before we break what's going to happen. They're telling me there's going to be and this is not fact. Okay. You hear me talking Joe, would you Joe? It's pal Joey on the radio, pal. Joey. All right, this is not fact. But I'm hearing there's gonna be a blackout. But by the time the inauguration start, listen, and then there's a continental in the continental United States supposed to be a blackout. And then the President Trump will still be president with declare martial law. This is what I'm hearing and this is not fact by the way, this is the rumor that's out there. Marshal Lo will be and then And then we because there was foreign interference in our election. You know there was and that is cause for the president to declare an emergency and to declare martial law and to call up the military. You know, why is that part of you? That goes? Hey, that would be pretty cool. Not forgive me. Wow, I don't need to joke about it because it's not gonna happen. I think what's gonna happen is The president. We will track the president. About an hour. He's gonna leave the White House. I know he's been up all night. Probably. Then he's gonna go to Andrews Air Force Base. That's another thing that when they say cut mental blackout from he's got the power. He's got the power to say there has been interference in our election. Where is he going? Andrews Air Force Base. You mean the military invasion made all right, so we'll see what happens. I don't think anything's gonna happen. But the president will do speech there believe you'll do speech. Everybody gets on the plane. We will cover that speech. For you will be with you every step of the way. We got this and then you know, we got the inauguration of the new nurse. So Which is, which is, you know the Biden administration of the best, but it's just gonna be a fight, and we gotta stay. You say we have to stay a strong That's what we're gonna do. 20 after seven o'clock, 7 20 right now. The Debbie's on.

"Doctor Nan Hayworth coming up at the top of the hour. But first we're talking about fake doctor Barbara for rare who's instructed local hospitals to discard unused vaccines, as opposed to going out of order and giving them to whoever it is that once them and is willing to go have it put in their arm. It's time for her to leave town. What say you 802 22 k A. B C 1 802 225222. Let's begin with Tom. Tom. You're on K A B C. Hello, John. There. Oh, you got me. I got you loud and clear. Okay. All right. I got some help for Barbara. Apparently, she needs a little advice on this. So you know how college campuses all have a text loop? Whenever there's some disaster emergency, our shooter, whatever. That everybody gets the message that There's an issue and you gotta hunker down. Whatever. Oh, yeah, about you Put first responders. Police may be nurses. Maybe local nursing homes. Whoever makes sense in that loop for each location that has vaccines and when they know they're getting towards the end of the day, and they got a few 100 doses. That they're gonna have to throw away, Put out the loop and just say, Get over here. Anybody that can first come first served No kidding. And how about this? We closed these facilities down at what? Quitting time? Five o'clock in the afternoon. I don't know what I shot Dodger Stadium down if you set up a facility and you said we're going 24 7 and we can get you an appointment at two in the morning or three in the morning. People would show up to in the morning or three in the morning to go get their vaccine. If it's good enough for black Friday. It's good enough to get the vaccine. People would do it. It is an emergency, but we're not treating it like that. Vaccines don't just operate during business hours. They operate 24 7 or viruses rather deal. We should offer the vaccine 24 7 until we exhaust our supply. All right, Let's move on to Michelle. Michelle. You're on K A B. C. Hello. Michelle, are you there? Sheldon, like once, Michelle going twice. No, Michelle, Let's go to Terry. Terry. You're on K A B. C. Welcome. Hi, John. Thank you for taking my call. Um, I just want my Dad is Woz in an assisted living facility he passed away Monday. I'm cold bed. I called for weeks asking when it's when are you getting the backseat when you get in the vaccine? We don't know. We keep calling maybe next week. This is the answer. They are still giving they still don't have the vaccine. Meanwhile, it's too late for my dad. But what a zoo the previous colleges said my thought was Why don't they have a list of of assisted living facilities that they can call? They could hit 50 to 100 people at a time if they just Hold people up and say Come and get it. You know we're ready. They have assisted living has people on establishing administer that this shot I mean, it makes I am baffled at the incompetence of all of this. I called numerous assisted living facilities yesterday because I was so frustrated. And wondering, you know, maybe the one that my dad was in. It was just not doing their job. Almost none of them have the vaccine. And then their answer is we don't know or just waiting. We keep calling. It's outrageous. It's mind boggling, and these are people who are at the top of the tear there at the top of here one for receiving these shots. Don't get it. Well, I'm so sorry to hear about the death of your father and I'm sorry that the vaccine wasn't offered to him in a more timely manner, But this is something that's not happening in a vacuum. California is not the only state that's grappling with this all 50 states and territories in the United States or dealing with the same problem, and it just turns out to be an issue of priority. In West Virginia. They have vaccinated or at least offered a vaccine to every single person living in an assisted living facility. They were able to do that, and they were able to do that quickly. And people always from New York and California and Massachusetts. They look down their nose at West Virginia and act like they're a bunch of backwards hillbillies who shoot each other in the face with shotguns. Well, why is it that the backward hill backwards hillbillies were able to vaccinate their entire nursing home population, But in California, they're destroying vaccines before they're offering them to the nursing homes. You're absolutely right. My daughter lives in Rhode Island. Her father in law, who's in an assisted living, also got his vaccine two weeks ago. And I'm going. What is going on? Why is Rhode Island? Nothing wrong with Rhode Island? But why? Why is anybody getting there so far ahead of California We are literally still. Sitting here. You know, the executive directors are making their homes and you know and being told Well, maybe next week. More people are literally dying. My dad died after living behind a closed door for loves. And he's dead now because he didn't get the vaccine. And it's just not right. And California is also the home Silicon Valley. We have access to more technology than any other state in the union. If there is a state where we should be able to use technology to figure out where to get vaccines to where they're needed as quickly as possible, that shouldn't be difficult. The problem is that our leaders are fake Doctor and the Board of Supervisors and our governor have allowed politics to dictate who gets the vaccine. When where, how and why. And when you do that, and you're bad at your job also, what happens is very few people get vaccinated. They're screaming and yelling at these press conferences that we need more vaccines. Well, you only have a right to scream and yell about getting more vaccines. If you've used all of the vaccines that you already have We're sitting on a stockpile of vaccines that are sitting in freezers instead of in people's arms, and specifically, instead of in people's arms in places where we know their risk like it, nursing homes. It's a crime. What's happening here? Thank you So much for the call and again. Sorry for your loss. Let's go to Bill. Bill. You're on K A. B. C. Welcome. Thank you. Oh, hell, yes. She should be fired. It is unbelievable How incompetent The fake doctor is and then she had the nerve Wednesday to come out and ask for more vaccines. Good God, woman. You can't even get out what you have in stock. It just it infuriates me and I have been calling bugged his office daily for three days. As you stated she who and heart have been the only ones that seemed to have a common sense. And when mayor yoga pants of Los Angeles has common sense to tell people Yeah, put him in people's arms and you don't get it. Fake Doctor. That's some bad company. You're dealing with them. Well, I'll tell you this. Catherine Barger has work. It worked in local government for a very long time. Janice Hahn has been in elected office for a very long time. They have political skills. They need to use their political skills to find a third vote to run this fake doctor out of town. It's great that they're saying the right things, but unless you have a majority, you can scream and yell. But you can't you can't impact. What's going on, at least that the public policy level let's go to Marla. Marla. You're on K A B. C. Welcome. Hi, John. How are you? Good. Good. I live in senior housing run by the county of Los Angeles. And I called Barker's office yesterday. Have not received a call back and then called Hans office today. Seniors don't drive. I have no way to get to the stadium and get a shot. So I asked that they bring the shots here. They're 62 units. The county knows full well all of the senior housing they have a list. They could just be sending people out to the senior housing and the Facilities that have seniors. We don't drive. Well, I'll tell you this. When the Walt Disney Company owned the radio station, they sent a nurse to the radio station with flu vaccines, and we all got vaccinated at the office..

"Up the state of California for business. Mr Randy Wayne's sports desk in Culver City. John, A Superior Court judge in San Diego, ruled that it's safe for strip clubs to serve sleazebags. Well. Everything I want to say is not permitted by the FCC. The ruling also applies to restaurants. All right, Let's move along before I get in trouble. 802 22 k A. B C is the phone number 1 802 2 to 5 to two to. It's a pleasure and a privilege to welcome our next guest to the program. She is a medical doctor and a former member of Congress representing the state of New York. You can follow on Twitter at Nan Hayworth. Doctor Nan Hayworth. Welcome. Oh, it Z so exciting. Tol anticipate our session with Dr Barbara Ferrer. John. I am just just waiting for that call. The people of Los Angeles want to hear it. Yeah, they they certainly should. Yeah, but she doesn't want to hear it so and look, the board of super Sheet of the Board of Supervisors. Yeah, The key people at the top of this government are on her side. She's making the excuses for them and they are owned by whom the public sector unions. So there you go. I would imagine that when you were a candidate for Congress, and you were a member of Congress, one of the things that you would have to deal Is, you would have to meet with the various editorial boards of the newspapers and your dish. Yet you'd have to go on radio programs like this one and answer questions. You'd have to go in front of audiences and speak to constituents and Answered their questions. It wasn't one of these circumstances where you were in a room at a podium that was empty. And you control the people asking the questions. You could cut them off when you wanted to. You wouldn't let me ask a follow up. That isn't how it works. Is it Down. Well, not for a Republican. No, No. John. Strangely enough. Yeah, but every this is it was it was ever thus you know, it's been that way for a long, long time. When you have you know that this is we. We live in an era in which we have state media. Unfortunately, and everybody's telling the prescribed line and that is how people like They're for air. Get away with doing what they're doing with that doctor Golly, without Experiencing the accountability that they really, really should. When you were in Congress, and you'd be on a committee hearing, and you'd be speaking with someone who obviously didn't know what they were talking about. How long would it usually take with questioning from people who were Well read on the subject for it to be evident that they didn't know what they were fundamentally talking about. Well, that that was, you know, one of the beauties of having both parties represented. In these hearings, and of course, at that point we had, you know, we had a Democrat majority in the Senate. We had a Democrat in the White House with a Republican majority in the house, so we did have substantial control over. What we decided to, uh they have, you know, hearings about and you know the guests who were invited, although the minority said, also got to invite guests as well, and everybody got to ask questions. Um, but because we had both sides asking questions of guests who were invited by both sides. Uh, there, there were, uh, exchanges that at least covered, Uh, some of the territory that you don't see happening here. You know, And so we did it. We did have some interesting and revealing of the conversations with with guests and with each other, And that was that was good. That was good. You don't have that with the way the largely one sided media treats the Democrats versus Republicans, you just that that opportunity does not seem to exist. Let's listen to some of the fake doctor at a press conference where she talked about the need to lock down not just for Christmas, but beyond this is cut for We have the most difficult road yet in front of us,.

"On the John Phillips Show Kong Pretty of 7 90 K A. B. C Dr Nan Hayworth joins us at the top of the hour. She'll be taking your questions on covert 19 lockdowns all points in between. But right now we're taking your calls at 802 22 k A. B C 1 802 22522 to the fake doctor canceled Christmas in Los Angeles sighting. Science and the data. So we're inviting her on this program to have an hour long conversation with doctors, Nan Hayworth and Kelly victory both MDS about the science and the data. As it relates to the lockdowns. The people of Los Angeles. I believe deserve to hear this conversation because the shutdown is impacting all of our lives. Would you like to hear it too? 802 22 k A B c 1 802 225222 Let's begin with Leslie Leslie. You're on K A B. C. Welcome. Hi, John. I think we should make it a paper view. I know a lot of people that would probably put at least 20 bucks toe listen to the conversation, and then the money can be donated to the shine. Charity that that's been advertised on your on your stations. And then we'd have to open up the sports bar so we could all eat buffalo wings and drink beer while we listen to it. Absolutely absolutely Whatever we want to drink, I drink wine, but that's I'm Maurine Randy's camp on that one. I'm a cheap, cheap one drinker. I probably don't have the quality that you do. Well, this may be a short one, though One caller predicted it wouldn't last 17 minutes. So if he's right, this wouldn't exactly be Frazier Ali. No, but it would still be worth hearing her him and Ha and try and figure out how she can answer something that she has no clue about. All right. So we've got another. Yes. Vote from Leslie. Let's go to Jeff. Jeff, you're on K A B. C. Hello. Hi, guys. I'm a frontline health care worker and we've been on top of this since the middle of January. I think it's a fantastic idea. My real question is Why doesn't President Trump force Dr Fauci as his boss to do this very thing? Alive. You know where TV and debate the science? That would be great. In fact, we could have a full three hour show. We could have Dr. Dan Dr Kelly on all three hours and the first hour we could have the fake doctor join us. Second hour, we could have flip flopped out to join us. And then the third hour we could have Dr Jill Biden join us. It would be. It would be fantastic because now he has nothing but models. He has no real science models are not science. Real science does not support his claims. That's absolutely true. And if the contact tracing data that the county has is so unreliable, then why spend the money on even collecting it? The only reason they collected it is they thought it would back up what they were already doing. And when it contradicted what they were doing. They just ignored it and went back to the models. Exactly The final question that I have Korea's. Were you guys aware that the CEO of the Department of Health Services for Helen County is the white of the doctor Galley who has the ear of Gavin Newsom? Really? Who is this person? It's Christine Galley. She's the California health secretary. She's on the every press conference with the fake doctor Barbara Ferrer. Yes, she is. Mark Galley, the California Health secretary's wife, Boy, that world's incest to us. All right. Thanks. So much for the call. Appreciate. I think the public health world in California's more incestuous than the British royal family. Let's go to Steve. Steve, you're on KBC. Hello. And I would pay good money. You see that show? Seriously. I would love to see this woman tourney part for what she is. Okay. How long do you think it would take? Oh, maybe five minutes. If that And then what do you think would happen? She claimed that she has t Mobile in the signal went out and she'd hang up. We'll probably or that good that she got into some other excuse. Okay? The fact that it was his woman doesn't know what she's doing. She has no medical degree. She doesn't know what she's talking about Andre. He's got the rest of this under his thumb. And that drawing our economy and our businesses and our lives and our health and our mental health in the process. Everything. All of that and more, okay, and it's got to stop. It has got to stop. The first thing we have to do is recall Governor Newsome. Yeah, The recall election is certainly a component of this, But I believe that these press conferences enabled them and their bad behavior because they can't get pressed. They can't have tough questions Asked because it's all controlled over the telephone, If you get her on for an hour and you ask, follow up questions, and you press her with experts in the field. Who P people who know the subject the public would listen to that and say, Oh, my God, Why are we listening to this fool? I think we have to have her out of that environment where they control everything and put her put her in the same place. By the way that all of these other politicians typically have to go through. If you're a politician, and you were running for office You got to do the Sunday shows in the old days you had to do Larry King you had to do, Charlie Rose. You had to sit down and you had someone asking you questions for an hour, and that was how we decided if these people knew what they were talking about. But now because of co vid, they don't have to do that anymore. Mother's other reasons why they don't do Charlie Rose. That's very true. Once the fruit came out of the gloom, and that bathrobe that was the end of him But we deserve as the public to hear these people challenged. How often do we hear the press scream about President Trump not taking enough questions or not doing enough interviews and Oh my God, He's so horrible to the press. He's on TV, taking their questions every day. When's the last time you've seen this woman in an hour long free for all where people can ask questions and ask follow ups? I haven't seen that We deserve it. If she's going to make decisions that air this impactful for all of our lives, the least we deserve. Is the ability to know if she knows what she's talking about. And I think we all know what the answer would be. Let's go to Glenn Glenn. You're on K A B. C. Hello. John. Randy. How are you? Uh, I think it would be. I know you guys aren't in the comedy business so much here, but it would be the best hour of radio I've heard ever When you get to qualified and educated doctors of medical science In on this against a woman who I'm not insurance get. She got her degree, but Literally has no idea what she's talking about. Going against. What do we have 45 million people in the county of Los Angeles? Biggest county in the country..

So, if the science of the data are the driving factor in her decision, I propose that she come on the program and we will have a discussion about the science as it relates to the shutdowns will keep it very focused on that. With Dr Knee and Hayworth, Dr Kelly victory to actual MDS and we can have this conversation. I think it would be very good for the people of Los Angeles to understand just exactly what the science is saying. If you want to hear the fake doctor on the program with Dr Nan Hayworth and Dr Kelly Victory I would love to hear from you at 802 22 k A B c 1 802 225222 Let's begin with John John. You're on K A B. Companies that because we are essential workers, we may qualify for Tier one vaccinations. We haven't looked into it. We feel a little guilty about passing others in line because of the line of our work. Do you guys know anything about that? Well, I do know. And you have to really dig deep to find this factoid. But it is there that if and when they do come up with the vaccine for syphilis. Charlie Sheen gets it first, but I don't know anything about the cove in 19 vaccine. I've been told that we can sign up now. Okay, well, that would make sense. Because Hollywood is one of the few industries that's allowed to operate again. You can go to a restaurant and you consider the table as long as there's a camera crew that's there. But you can't go to a restaurant and sit at the table and have dinner That's not allowed knowing sag after they'd probably say OK, we'll give you the vaccine if you are willing to get rid of your health benefits when you retire. Yeah, that's our fearless Union. 802 22 k A B C is the number 1 802 2 to 5 to two to do you wanna hear the fake doctor on this program with Dr Kelly Victory, Doctor Me and Hayworth and talk about the science of lockdowns. "Coronavirus questions with Dr Nan Hayworth and 800 to 2 K A B C. Let's get right to the phones. Mary in L A. You're on the John Phillip Show. Thanks for taking my call Randy. Dr. AnAnd, I wanted to ask you has anyone taken the time or had the time actually to investigate the effects of this thing on newborns born during the pandemic? Uh, yeah, it's it's thought that newborns generally have done I think extremely well, thank goodness. Um, if there was a case, I think was reported just last week of a newborn infant who had everybody's too Coben because her mother had had the infection, and that's typically what you expect. Maternal antibodies will protect baby. So any moms who are expecting mom's expecting moms who get the vaccine. Will be able to keep their newborn infants safe for several months as well. And that's good news. But it does not seem that the virus has in any way devastated. Newborn in infants across the country. So Children in general do very, very well as we know there have been a small handful of death and any death is a terrible loss. The generally those have been Children who have had immune compromises or other conditions that weaken them. So much for the call Mary, Let's go Toe Mike and Rancho Santa Margarita, you're on with Dr Nan Hayworth. Hey, Randy. Hey, Doctor. I know that John nicknames Newsome, the warden, but I think we can safely call them Kevin Grisham, the governor who stole Christmas, but he's spending $80 million of taxpayer money like a good Democrat. On billboard. How many pop up mash style hospitals? Could he build for that money to take care of the old you? Yeah, I'm right with you. Exactly. And Brandi, talk that businesses. You're right. Yeah. E way. Find all these stupid officials. That we elect they turn out to obviously be. The doofus is that we had in high school who would bang out the dust is for the teacher and behold, monitors the useless We should have just peace. The whole freaking lot of them. It's just crazy. I agree with you and so many of them. I think the case of California they say the right words about social issues. And then they know they charm enough people with money and people who don't think it through on issues that finally we're coming home to roost to use Jeremiah Wright's phrase a very different way about the environment about about things like this terrible pandemic about the way they handle economies. On your right. They're complete idiots when it comes to those things, and those things have a profound effect on the lives off all Californians. And the only way Tomov come it is to challenge to speak out to use the courts to the maximum extent that you can on. Of course, you know that one of those catch plates uses of that cost money to have that kind of representation and to elect different Officials and recall Gavin Newsom, which I know a lot of folks are working on right now. The only sad part about this recall if it happens is Gary Coleman can't run this time. Yeah. Through Gotta Alan. Very cold could run. There you go. Let's go to Alan and my old neighborhood Valley Village. You're on the John Phillip show. Um I have a question. I have. Ah, similar note had pneumonia about a month ago and, uh, a good friend who's come down with the flu, he told me yesterday. And I wonder. Is there any efficacy whatsoever? He seems to think that vodka in a few shots of it is likely to be helpful. I can't imagine why it would be even though you know, it might help somebody to relax Well, it's not. It's not something that I can recommend as a prophylactic or therapy. Alcohol will kill this virus. Uh, but the ingestion of alcohol per se will not, uh, probably not kill the virus where you need it to be eliminated. I regret to say so. He should If your friend has any doubts that, you know and be sure to get under the care of a position because you know for some folks, especially if he has a tendency of pneumonia. You know any respiratory virus could be could be a problem. So good care is the most important thing. I would also advise against any medical advice from your friends. Jimmy Gregor's Johnny Smear Enough or William Stolichnaya. Not your Nan Hayworth. Thank you so much for joining us and answering everybody's coronavirus questions. We can't thank you enough and we'll talk to you next week. It is a privilege. Randy always. Thank you. You can follow Dr Nan Hayworth on Twitter at Nan Hayworth. Dr. Dan will talk to you soon. 802 22 k A. B C is the phone number When we come back on the John Phillip show, Mayor Garcetti wants to lay off almost 1000 police officers. "Former member of Congress representing the state of New York. We're taking your calls on Cove in 19 lockdowns. All points in between 800 to 2 to K A B c 1 800 to 2 to 5 to 2 to let's begin with Erica. Erica. You're on K ABC welcome. Thank you. Thank you very much. Hello, Erica. Yeah. What's your question? My question is regarding the cove it once you've had it and your leg getting over it. There's a lot of fatigue associated with it. Is that anything to do? That you can take or due to shorten the fatigue. Sure, Eric. I mean, sometimes I do feel pretty wiped out after they've had any kind of viral illness. Obviously, if there's anything significant, of course, you know, always if you have any doubt, go see your doctor. That's number one, but number two, you know, make sure you're getting all of your fluids. A lot of people become dehydrated, especially had a fever. You want fluids to be with electrolytes. You know, soup is good. You know, a little bit of salt in there. Ah, do use you want to make sure you're getting the you know all your you know if you take a multivitamin, great lot of folks think vitamin D and zinc or good when you're fighting any kind of upper respiratory infection, especially coded. So, you know, 100,000 international units of vitamin D Everyday or good 50 MG of thinks You know, and a cz long as you're getting your, you know. Nice, balanced diet. Take your multi is getting your Ah, you know, fluids and electrolytes. You should be good if you don't feel substantially better a couple of days later. Call your doctor. What about getting a B 12 shot? I know a lot of people get those. Those at the health food place is Yeah, that'd be 12 shots there on ly necessary for people who have a condition called pernicious anemia. That's not all that uncommon. They cannot absorb B 12 through their G. I tract for the rest of us. It's just a waste of money. You can take B 12 by mouth in a multi vitamin as the standalone supplement or part of a vitamin B supplement in a lot of food. It's in, you know, meat and eggs. And, yeah, you know, you don't need to get a B 12 shot. That's more placebo than anything else unless you have pernicious anemia, in which case that should be medically diagnosed. If you have a question for Dr Nan Hayworth, give us a call at 800 to 2 to K A B. C 1 800 to 2 to 5 to 2 to Maura's. Your Call's coming up, but right now it's time for headlines. Seven.

"You can follow on Twitter at Nan Hayworth. We're taking your calls at 800 to 2 to ABC. 1 802 225222. Let's begin with Kathleen. Kathleen, you're on K ABC welcome. Thank you. Thank you so much for taking my call. When I was calling about it. I was driving a car like I think it was September. 23rd or Thereabout. You guys quoted sticks from the city, seeing as they were survival rate. So because I was driving. I couldn't write them down. I did actually find the bagel program on a podcast and I was able to write them down. So my question is I have been struggling with Finding those statistics like going on the website. I could find all kinds of charts and graphs and information. When I try to refer to the website could get that information. I have not been able to do it now. It's kind of my first question. I didn't know if maybe these Number were Ms Ized by Taking factors from other aspects of coping. And then the second question is really even. I've been carrying me remember around, we need to talk to people. But still we get hit with this. We have 400,000 people dead, and I can't break that barrier when I'm trying to talk to people about this, you know? You're sure And look, I I think it's number one. I sympathize. It can be awfully challenging. But to sort through the information sources that are rich and varied and deep paled in different ways. And I've certainly Experience that same challenge, even though I have a medical background Ah, and so I tend to rely on folks whom I respect. Who? Ah, read and analyzed. Look, these things and kind of aggregate the data for you and draw sensible conclusions for us, which is really what you want. You don't really want to get into the weeds. You try to persuade people You know, you want to be able to give them the top line arguments are persuasive. So you know, I came to read books like Alex Berenson, who has a lot of common sense about Cove it and then he can Direct you to sub sources. If you just go to his Twitter page, and I do spend a fair amount of time on Twitter, but I find it useful. Actually, if you know what to look for, so I would recommend starting with something like an Alex Aronson as as a resource. And of course, gentlemen. A cz. Well, no. But the other thing is that in terms of the number of Americans who have died from Cho bid, and it's actually true one death is one too many. That's that's that's that's serious and for real. Um, but we can identify most of the deaths or most of the deaths. But but many, many Ah, large minority portion of the death. Occured in, uh, some deep blue states that have big senior populations. And they mismanage their nursing home populations essentially s so if you look across the country It's a much different picture, and I think you know you have to Consider the fact that across the world There has been no country that's been exempted from this virus. You can look at death rates. John Hopkins has death rates. Oh, and you could even just simply search you know, death death rates by nation from coded like per unit of population per million population. The United States is actually the last I checked, which was a few days ago. The United States has done better than most. Of the rest of the civilized world. Of course, we don't know China. So anybody who sights China's figures you have to be dubious. But for example, suppose talk about Sweden. Well, our death rate is, you know, not quite half, but you know, significantly less than in Sweden, for example per million And we have the most. In a sense, the most diverse Aw and and freedom loving, autonomous population in terms of all our states in the world, So all things considered, the United States has actually come out. Really quite well. Um, So you know, that's that's the bottom line. If you look at our size population number of Americans we have lost is is all too many. But if you compare us to the rest of the world to nations like England, France, Italy, Spain, Germany We have done better than than all of them. And that's very significant. To the first question about the CDC data. The CDC website Khun B. Difficult to navigate your way through if you're looking for something specific, so if you don't know exactly where to go, it could be an Easter egg hunt. The governor of Florida, Ron De Santis was able to locate that CDC data on the survivability rates and he tweeted it out and got retweeted and like by any number of people, So if you do a quick search on Twitter quick search on Google, Rhonda Santis, the governor of Florida and survivability rates, it should pop right up and he's got all of the data. Directly from the CDC website. Yah! And and the bottom line. And thanks to John, and the bottom line is that 99% well over 99% of Americans should expect to survive this. Virus and do just fine. Let's go to Tom. Tom, you're on K ABC welcome. Hi there. I'm a cardiothoracic surgeon and all about presumed And center myself, an expert in immunology. And I'd like to know why Barbara Ferrer Doctor. It is in some field like divinity of philosophy or whatever it is social welfare. Go for welfare. Why she is the go to person for a population of four million people. Mr Phillips. Because we live in an insane asylum. And in the insane asylum. They weren't We used to have a medical doctor running the the Department of Health and his name was Dr Jonathan Fielding, and that was a very well regarded department. But then the makeup of the Board of Supervisors change. We have term limits. And so the previous board, which actually was ah, pretty high functioning Form of local government in the state of California. They were all termed out, and they were replaced by lunatics and communists. And as soon as the lunatics and communists took over what they wanted to do was they didn't want a medical doctor in that position. They wanted to Social Justice Warrior. She's not there because she has any particular medical knowledge. She's there because she's a social justice warrior. And she's there for ideological reasons. She wants to do what Gavin Newsom's talking about with equity and you know that sort of thing. And she's just a fish out of water because when they hired her, they never thought in a million years, we'd have a pandemic. They thought that she could sit men office and write reports about certain underserved neighborhoods, not having enough grocery stores and access to fresh fruits and vegetables and that sort of thing and she was going to Fight an ideological war from that office. But when the pandemic hit, she was totally ill equipped to deal with the crisis at hand, but they didn't replace her because they they signed on to that ideological agenda so they would have to acknowledge that they made a huge mistake by hiring her, so they left her there. So you have someone who's completely unqualified, calling the shots for the largest county in the state of California. And if you question her in the Times is driving the getaway car for Barbara Ferrer. They're they're backing her up the board of Supervisors. They're backing her up. And if you question her, then you're the one that's out of line for going against the quote science. Yeah. Unfortunately, I mean, we're talking about a Big California. Has A certain ruling class that has enough money to insulate itself from the consequences of the idiocy of the public officials. The ideologues. Whose careers they finance. It is. It is perverse, but this is our future. If we don't step up in the air as much as many numbers as we can muster. And both ease people out. It is it is terrible, but this is what we face a separation between common sense and money. Combined with an information power. That's one thing that worries me about that text sectors that these people really do materially control are active, too, in the flow of information..

I've got good news. President. President Trump's gonna announce today that he's purchasing 150 million of those Abbott Rapid Coben 19 tests where it gives you the results in like 15 minutes. That's great, And I think that's going to be a game changer for people that think they got the flu because you go into the doctor and they know you know you don't you don't got covert. It's the flu so that I could be a big deal. That I agree with you. The more we have. Ah, And you know this is everybody has to bear in mind that this pandemic came on us. And I know I mean, you know, our listeners here know that. But this pen Deva came on us with unprecedented speed and enormity. There has not been a global challenge like this since The great influenza more than a century ago. So the fact that the president was able to mobilize healthcare government industry enterprise in the way that he did. To create the amount of capacity and capability that that we have a cz fast as we have been able to do it because this is science and engineering involved. You don't just that the Democrats feel Harris and I didn't like to make it sound. So you just wait one. Aah! And you could do it better. That's what they're saying. We would have done it better at the same time. They say there are no miracles and there is no you no magic cure, but But they would have done it better. We know that So these these tests become better and faster and cheaper all the time. So Scott, that's welcome news and there will be more there, you know, did the diversity of of testing the saliva test, says Basil tests, All of those things are coming. "To complications of this virus because at its heart when it kills people, it's killing people because it's a blood vessel disease. So these biological distinctions become very helpful to us as we refine our approach to the virus so that we can open up. A cz reassuringly and sensibly as safely as possible on the other interesting development is I'm sure you saw is that they have definitely identified a new strain of this virus with a modified like protein on despite protein is what we're using contested, distinctive characteristic of the virus, and we are using that as the basis for vaccines. Ah, but in a patient who was who was documented is getting infected twice on was actually the virus was genetically typed. Ah, the new virus was found they have ah, different spy protein, but it appears probably to cause a less severe illness. So parade that's you know, that's not necessarily bad things in these viruses mutate, which is why they eventually fade out of her. Ah pandemic status. Do you think of this information about older men being twice as likely to have problems with covert 19 as that Only women? Will that impact Who gets the vaccine? Win. And why how and all of those questions because you look a TTE. And the number of vaccines it'll be produced initially and you say to yourself, all right, well, people in hospice care and nursing homes will certainly get get them before you and may well be the last ones to get this. This vaccine. But if you're looking at Justin, Elderly population, you're looking at people 70 and over whatever it is whatever. Wherever you want to draw that line and you say to yourself, we have to distribute the vaccine T this population next. Will it be one of these situations where men get it before women because the virus is going to be harder on them than on the women? Yes, I certainly epidemiologically if we can Document that as thoroughly as possible with as much confidence as possible. Ah, and make the scientific arguments absolutely. Yeah. I mean, you do have to scientifically you have to prioritize that way. It makes the most sense. It was limited supply. So yes. If you have a question for Dr Nan Hayworth, give us a call at 800 to 2 to K A B C 1 800 to 2 to 5 to 2 to your call's coming up, but right now it's time to take a look at the roads. "Doctor Dr Nan Hayworth. You could follow on Twitter at Nan Hayworth. If you have a question for the good doctor, you could give us a call at 800 to 2 to K A. B. C 1 800 to 2 to 5 to 2 to let's begin with Adam. Adam. You're on K B. C. Hello. Do we know the Parameters for immunity from over 19. Do we have the tighter? The recommended tighter is I don't know what and how their measure of his parts per 1,000,000 or part spurred in part for desolate Do we have that data gets so that One could go in and get tested. Didn't find out. Oh, yeah, You're you're well over the immunity level. Do we have that yet? You know, Adam is a great question Terms of the quantitative aspect, but basically as long as someone is demonstrating thie immunoglobulin to Ah, The novel Corona virus. Specifically, I G, which is the one that is the one that last in the bloodstream beyond infection. There's a G N I G m I G M is the initial one. On. Then there's I G. So basically probably what most of these tests are looking for. Right now, In terms of kind of giving his all clear would be an N I G level, although idea is also good to see that means you're generating into me response, but it may be still a little bit early in the infection. The tighter Sze will very certainly a lot of research has been done that has measured that there is a range but as long as you have eyes G. You're probably a TTE leased for that moment in you. No one knows yet. You know, this is being tracked now. How long that immunity last. There's also another type of immunity called T cell immunity, which probably is more lasting. And right now, I don't think we have specific tests to measure that. On its scale, but that's also something that we can bear in mind for the future. But you know, we hope that people are immune for at least several months, if not longer. Some folks have demonstrated falling tigers over time. And certainly the amount that people generate Khun very among individuals long Yeah, Aggie, In some measurable amount. You're probably okay for a TTE leased a few months at this point. Is it true also that if young Children get it or they're exposed to it, and they're they're killer cells get rid of it. They may not necessarily have an immunity to it because they didn't go through the same process that an adult would You know what? I'm not? I'm not sure about that. I have to. I have to look into that. But I do know that it is certainly thought that Children may Ah manifest and fight. I mean, they obviously manifest infection with coded presumably differently than adults do because most of them don't become symptomatically, ill. So, yeah, Children's bodies may deal with it much differently. And if I have to look up to see how susceptible they might be Tio getting reinfected in fairly short order. If you have a question for Dr Nan Hayworth, give us a call right now at 800 to 2 to K A.
