He profile similar to derrick henry not alabama but being a huge guy would tons of speed with great vision and the additional thing is he is excellent out of the backfield as a receiver. That would be a huge dynamic. And yes the broncos are paying dollars. Smelt gordon this year but this is the final year of his deal. So you would be getting A number a second number one running back this year. And then you'd really be getting your your workhorse for the next many years. And if you can get that in a second round just it's the same derrick. Henry went in the second round. That would be an absolute steel. And you know what. I could even see happening in the first round. But here's how it would happen. The broncos trade back from nine to. Let's say twenty for a team that wanted to jump up for a quarterback they get a first-round pick and then the broncos trade back from twenty two let's say twenty eight and pick up a second round pick or something like that and then they use that first round pick on najji harris and then george payton does something that he absolutely loves to do. And that's strapped accumulation. He says he he loved doing that. And he's done it throughout his whole career and man if you can do that and still land a great player like nagae harris man. You'd be making it out like a bandit interesting about this. You certainly don't need a wide receiver cornerback for this year. You don't need a cornerback. And offense tackle and you can make a case that the broncos should go out and get the right. Tackle the future right now and and i'm all for that but you are paying joon james. You know seventeen million this year so you're probably going to roll with him for this year and just the way that fall. If you're going to go with one of those positions you might as well trade back. Because they're all deep position pick up extra picks and still get a very good player just ten spots back.
