As for the Bronx bombers, Brett Gardner blooped a two run single and then in the ninth inning that was set up by a double steel and the Yankees beat the Baltimore Orioles 4 to 3 for their third straight win. The Yankees kept pace with Toronto and Boston atop the pub. BOSTON Boston. That's what I meant at top the ale wild card standings as all three teams one. Austin has homered twice for the Orioles, including a two out, two run drive in the eighth off Chad Green for a 32 lead. Orioles reliever Tyler Wells walked Luke void to begin the ninth. And Labour. "They are measuring the drapes in Gracie Mansion far too soon, I will say Look, if you it's clear. Eric Adams has a money advantage and a registration advantage. Curtis Lee was going to get $2.5 million in matching funds on Thursday that he's going to spend on TV and radio. I think once people know that Curtis is running, and he's a serious candidate. That's going to have a big impact. Curtis has twice the number almost of Twitter followers that Eric Adams does. When I walk the streets with Curtis, it is a celebrity experience the likes of which you've never seen. So I think if you were to compare name recognition Curtis Lee when Eric Adams people will tell you soon enough Now Eric Adams has the party advantage being a Democrat, and he's got a fundraising advantage. But once Kurtis gets these matching funds, it's not that much of a fundraising advantage. The problem with Eric Adams is He's all things to all people. He's the Canada of Rudy Giuliani style policing. He's also the candidate of Louis Farrakhan. He's the candidate of George Floyd's brother and Al Sharpton's daughter. He's also the candidate of Bill Bratton, right, You can't be all things to all people, and at the end of the day, people are going to know that Eric Adams slammed Herman Video from marrying a Jewish woman. Attacked, attacked Rudy Giuliani repeatedly what he actually said that this city needs to go back to the David Dinkins days, which were horrendous and not Rudy Giuliani days and you know he was a Republican a lot longer than Kurdish level was, you know, there's a lot of questions about his campaign finance allegations with the Aqueduct racing scandal. His first big speech is a state senator was what demanding a pay raise and saying, Show me the money that the only thing people know about Eric Adams. Is that he's for them. I was listening to Eric all Rich recently, saying, Oh, he's going to be a mayor for all New Yorkers. Oh, gee, a mayor for all New Yorkers. Why didn't anybody else think of that, Right? He's all things to all people. In some respects, he's kind of just your typical politician Curtis Leela, not a typical politician, and a month ago, it would have been outlandish to even suggest that Larry Elder could get elected governor of California. Now that's looking more and more realistic with almost I guess, 65 days to go. For the election, maybe a little less. Anything can happen, And I think there is such an appetite for the opposite of the de Blasio era. And if you ask yourself the question, who's going to be less like de Blasio, Eric Adams or Curtis level is no contest. Very good points there. That's why Frank Murano is great. No one's broken it down like that that I've heard since we started this process. Eric Adams versus Koda Sleep a few more minutes. I like two minutes. Give me your breakdown, then of the government race. Huckle is there now. She walked in as soon as Cuomo left the folks like Lee Selden, Andrew Giuliani, Rob Astorino. Does anybody on the right have a chance in that race like you're giving coat of sleep one chance in the mayor race? I think it's going to be very challenging. If vocals the nominee, I think the best chance for a Zeldin or Giuliani or I don't think you rob Astorino has much of a chance of winning. The nomination. I think he'll be out of the race by this time next year. No offense to him. I voted for Rob when he ran it still very offensive, But But when we're the best chance they have is if somebody ultra left wing wins that Democratic primary if somebody like Germany Williams, for instance, beats Kathy Huckle in a primary, then all of a suddenly Zeldin is looking like he has a shot. But if it remains, that's kind of like what Bernie was saying for months and months about Maya Wiley, Maya Wiley wins college sleep has got a better chance. I think that's true to some extent, but much more so in a statewide race. Because it's a lot more than just New York City in Westchester in western New York. They're not going to want somebody that doesn't say the pledge of Allegiance, has worn dreadlocks and wants to defund the police as their governor. It's just it's not going to fly in western New York and Orange County in Rockland County, but if it's a Hogle versus Zeldin race, I think it's going to be very difficult, but You're a football fan, You know any given Sunday, any given Sunday, Except for the Giants or Well, that was a spectacular segments. Spectacular. Well, thank you are more often I'm always here. Whenever you're great. You're great. You're shows are great, both of them every single night. That was a tremendous segment with a lot of really good points there. So thank you so much. Thank you. And just remember, folks should know whenever the media says Adams is all but certain winner. Ask yourself the question. What are they basing it on? Is there any objective information beyond party registration? He's black. Is that what it is? I mean, right? I hate to say it. I mean, is there we are with identity politics today. And And what? Folks Look at today. Uh, that is a major part of the reason. Yeah. Well and keep in mind if you're in New York City resident, I've donated the max to Curtis. You can get 8 to 1 from the city. You give them 100 boxes, City chips and 800. Is that right? Yeah, absolutely. Do that. Now you've got a Kurdish sleep with dot com leeway for ny dot com. There you go. Well, Curtis will be in studio again. Coming up at 7 25 this morning. We'll also have Joseph aboard on today. And Lauren. Colin Joe Tacopina. We've got a great guest list. But that was a grand Slam home run by my friend. The very talented Frank Murano. Epstein says the school shows him as a way to be more inclusive of the growing numbers of people. By the way, like me who identify as spiritual but not religious. "And if you don't change it, you could ruin your engine. You can. Okay, That's a side No, Go ahead. Fill with you. So 2014, Nissan Murano 84,000 Miles with the CBD transmission. What's going on? We took it into the dealer because it was accelerating in a weird fashion, and they said it needs a new transmission. So we proceeded and ask them. Is there any recalls for this year because we had heard that there had been for this Nissan Murano, but it doesn't include our year. And then we also had heard that we'll hold option lost Hold on Recall. Would not necessarily mean free. Okay. I didn't know that. They're not always free. Sometimes they are. Okay. So, uh, partial Sometimes if their safety related their free Kevin There are all kinds of recalls, right. They're not all free typically recalls or safety, right? And that would be free. Okay. Yeah. So, uh, you mean a service bulletin? Possibly. So, What were you getting at? What did you hear about the CVT and Kevin? Do you know anything about the CVT? Yeah. And like you said, they're more and more common. They're almost in every No. I'm in in the in the Nissan. Was there a service bullets? They've had a lot of trouble with them. Oh, they have Yes. Now fill you got two problems. One It's used in two. You're not the original owner. Right. So even if there was something from the manufacturer, almost all of them Except for extreme safety issues exclude subsequent owners. So let's make a long story short. If you're trying to get the manufacturer to work on, they're not going to do anything. You got 84,000 miles on a 2014 vehicle. I mean, you're talking about a seven year old vehicle with 84,000 miles. I know of no ever any manufacturer doing anything for that? I mean, Kevin, Am I wrong? Or what Have you ever heard from some of the Subaru's? They extended warranties for another two or three years, So they were going 67 years. Okay. Were they going 84,000? Miles? Okay for Subaru's Okay. What about Nissan Murano? Each one is different. Each year is going to be different. He's gonna have to do a lot of leg work. And do you have a computer? We can punch that I'm trying. Now. It's okay. Really Slow, but try. All right, so There are some rare cases that they extend the warranty when they do does it extend to subsequent owners? Sometimes. Yes. Sometimes. No. Yeah. Can you give me an idea of something that would go for seven years and go to subsequent owners again? I know first hand because I had a Subaru and that's that did go to subsequent owners. And they did go almost. And what was it that they repaired the transmission? Was it a CBT? OK, so, Phil, so it is possible. It is possibly saying that they would extend, uh, the the warranty Now you said you had read about other years of the Nissan Murano. Yes, having problems with this transmission, and I heard I read that there was a class action lawsuit because the the lawsuit complained that Nissan was knowingly putting in Transmission that was proven to have problems and they kept putting it in. And either they settled out of court. Or they lost the lawsuit. One of the two and I was Wondering if I could get any. I don't know anything. I'm looking at all the class actions I know of. I know Jeff and I'd spoken once because he had a problem with Lisa. And he was suing them over this transmission. Who was Jeff Vic? He was suing them because one that he had purchased from Nissan. He was part of a lawsuit with that, Okay, We're looking at this. I'm not finding any class action lawsuits. Can you call Jeff Vic and see if he knows anything? Hold on. We'll check with someone else. Listen, fell. Even if there was a class action lawsuit. I don't know how to put this to you, man. There's all okay. No. Let me put it to you This way. No class action lawsuit that I know of. Not one. Maybe Maybe there is one and I want to hear about it. Has ever made a consumer hole. The class action lawsuit. The number one reason for a class action lawsuit is to punish the wrongdoer. In other words, the manufacturer gets popped with a big, fine and reimbursement. The legal fees usually exceed the awards. So you may get. And I mean this $100. Maybe, and the attorneys get hundreds of thousands. Class action lawsuits normally aren't enough to hang your hat on. If you're waiting to get this fixed thinking, Wait, man. If there's a class action lawsuit, we're getting this paid for you. I can almost assure you you will never get the entire transmission paid for now, if there happens to be an extension of the warranty that we don't know about Maybe, um, Kevin said Kevin in that case, Were you able to replace an entire transmission under warranty? Jeff? They did the hotel. How many miles were on that car? 65,000. And how many years had the owner owned it for four? And and it was the second owner? Yes. That is an amazing recall. Yeah, I've never heard of that. Yeah, it was just they just extended the warranty wasn't necessarily recall. No, but it extended to the second owner. Yeah. Hold on. Let's talk to Jeff Pickett. Camera transmission. Jeff. Do you know anything about the Nissan CVD train, CVT transmission and any recalls or any service bulletins or any lawsuits? Well, there was civil lawsuits put out about, um, I don't think it didn't really win anywhere as far as any sort of monetary settlements for the end user. Uh, you know, they did extend the warranty on several years, although because of high failure rates Uh, that was brought out because the lawsuits were pushed in front of them, and so they were trying to get out from underneath us. And it says here the transmissions problems where lawsuits but they involved the rogue and the Pathfinder. They don't even mention the individual, um, model that he had Um, yeah, well, the center of the Murano the road is pretty much all of the passenger cars in the wider SUVs have the CVTs which is continuously variable transmission. But are they bad? I've been getting better. Uh, you know, the earlier years on the CVTs or particularly with Nissan is definitely have widespread problems. Uh, the little quality of Parsons coming out now we're able to improve them to some degree. So they are getting better. Do you know of any extended warranties or service bulletins that that Nissan did for these people? Well, world like I said, there was several of them were. They extended the powertrain warranty because of the high failure rates on the C B T s. I mean, Nissan's very, very strict on one April that listen If one came into your shop, How would you research it to see if it was covered? Well, when we get a new and when you get into the computer, we can find that on the TSB's and see whether or not that Venice apple, right. So can we put his vin number in your computer and see what pops Yeah. All right. Hold on, Suse. Let's to fill a favor. And at least to a search of the vins and Phil. That's the best we can do. Then. Of course, if you do need a tranny. Awesome. Yeah. Hold on a second, Tom. Thank you. So, so he's going to take your vin number. Run it through his computer. And these guys nowadays can tell service bulletins extended warranties. Anything out there. Hold on. And that's what we'll do for you. I'm Tom Martino will report.

I mean, First of all, yes, And when you have you do infrastructure spending, And that's coupled with energy cutbacks, meaning we've already known the Keystone Pipeline canceled and even Democrats. Endorsing Labor Union Laborers International union, which ahead of it is named Terry O'Sullivan endorsed not only Joe Biden, but he endorsed the union endorsed Hillary Clinton and President Obama. They're the first ones that come out and attacked Biden for canceling this, and there are sort of acting shocked that this happened. I don't know how they could be shocked by his attention, but Essentially, Biden ends going after fracking. He's going after stopping further mining, other drilling all on federal lands in other ways. So what this means is this is government make work. In many ways, this is not permanent, good paying high jobs. When you're dealing with infrastructure projects that's going to require taxpayer dollars. That's not creating wealth in this country. It's not creating a growing the economy. All it's doing is shuffling money around and sending it through a bureaucracy, not saying We don't need some infrastructure projects. But this is just the debt bomb that's gonna explode and President Trump had a blind spot toe overspending as well in debt, but I think now it's on steroids from anything that President Trump attempted. The money is going to keep being spent and spent, and they like it because as it as it eventually affect the economy, it just means they can buy more voters and get more people dependent on them. And the government and more people depended on a guaranteed annual income, which is directly where we're headed. Now the president the president Biden seems to have. I won't say outright Vaz elated in this issue of energy and new jobs, creation with regard to alternate technologies like solar Wind energy and the like, but he hasn't typically been as high it would seem politically or otherwise on the idea as some like a O. C. And those who B league Green Energy is the future of the country. Do you think that these people are serious about in acting and agenda that they believe the president will support and will the president really go along? With a green agenda that seeks to change the way that we do things in this country from an energy standpoint. Yes. For several reasons. Number one. You're absolutely right. If you look back at Joe Biden's career, he was never much. He was a lip service climate activist. He just never really never a passionate issue with him. However, two things have happened. He's very old. On by think he's overwhelmed. But the big thing that's happened is in order to get the Democratic Party nomination in order to be in favor of the party establishment, so to speak, that runs it he had to give in. To the Democratic Party base. And because of that, he had let AOC Bernie Sanders climate activists at the sunshine movements they had to. Ah, I'll have full reign and writing Obama's climate proposal so much so that gnome Chomsky, the famed leftist said that Biden is the furthest left of any Democrat presidential President we've ever seen on climate. I mean, they're just gleeful, and I think Biden's going to allow it because Biden is not really in control of it. This point he ceded authority over and allow them to write the agenda, and every agency is going to be doing this. Executive orders He's got John Kerry internationally. He's got Gina McCarthy. Obama's old EPA had domestically and he's got the green new deal, which is gonna be coming through the house and Senate. So he is just he is a figurehead at this point, and he is going to allow this so absolutely. I believe he will not be a barrier at all to this radical agenda. In your opinion. Where does this agenda run? Headlong and perhaps Into a collision course with our concepts of self governance and fundamental individual rights in this country. Bliss. Way to explain it. Darryl is look at the covert lockdowns. You had nameless, faceless health bureaucrats. At one point we had Larry Kudlow, President Trump's chief economic advisor, say they asked when Will the economy open? This was a year ago, April 2020. So I don't know that's up to the health doctors, you know, referring to the CDC and the who, in the state health director That had never happened before in America, where we just ceded control. So what I think this is going to look like is Americans aren't going to have a say in the Democratic process. If we have a declared climate emergency, we already know climate activists are saying you can't fly unless it's morally justifiable reason under a climate emergency. The climate is too in threat. You can't just hop on a plane. You can't drive your gas powered car. We got to abolish car. That's what they're seeking. How far they'll get depends on the acceptance of the American people. The obedience if you will, But looking at the covert model people have accepted. Stay at home orders limits on backyard barbecues, weddings, funerals they have given rude government have given rewards for snitches. People have had their utilities cut off in California for hosting violating covert protocols. That's the kind of power that we're looking at. That government's gonna wheeled and they're going to go after what we eat What we drive. How we freely move about. This is our world and climate activist lusting after covert style lockdowns for the climate. What Do we do in the last two minutes of this interview, Mark Murano. What do we do? We give up and just say America was a great experiment. The experiment's over and it's failed. Okay, now I'm going. I'm going. I'm kidding. Yeah, kidding. I'm kidding after they want us to do. Let me put my eyes back in my head. Okay? I use the analogy of the Berlin wall. Because really, the covert lock towns are like a Berlin wall. I mean, Regardless of how afraid you are coded. The bottom line is, I think the scientists emerging now that covert lockdowns have not done anything. They've actually killed more people than they've saved it. Studies out of South Africa. Malt was anyway. The point of this. The Berlin Wall didn't come down because the East German parliament had a vote and said Let's tear down the Berlin Wall. The East German people have been oppressed long enough. Let's give him freedom. Now. The Berlin Wall came down because Eastern people no longer gave their consent. Be under Terran e. Still, until the American people say no to the cove it overzealous restrictions, and until they say no and refused these climate restrictions, we're going to get it. And that's why they want to act so quickly that you can quote the UK House of Commons leader in the book, he says he's amazed at how compliant the public has been with covert lockdowns. Which means it's time now to immediately impose climate of covert lock up this kind of appeal enclosed climate lockdowns. They know what's going on. And if you can keep us down without getting a, you know, a gulp of fresh air. That's their goal. So it all comes down to us How much pressure we put on The people who are supposed to be fighting this. AII the Republican establishment in Washington, which we're doing a horrible job about the way so we have got to push back through, not just but through our lawmakers and through perhaps individual actions in the communities where we live that are actually resistant. To the continuing kinds of shut down and extraconstitutional overreaches we see happening. You see that as the salvation of this country at this time. Do its citizens saying a matter of hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore..

Now into the story list. Jennifer Horn is here is I said Victoria Keelan is here. As I said. I'm Doug Steffan at number 10 go to you for this one Victoria to start with the Facebook political ad policy being set or just generally, a discussion of social media. How biased and the question about whether you get your news there. There are all kinds of questions about social media. They continue to pop up, so apparently this is getting a little bit more focus. Yes. Well, this has sort of been a big week. Facebook has a player. I consider it to be completely useless policy. They said that the week leading up to the election, they're not going to allow any political ads like what does that do? Nothing. Twitter had kind of a big week. Because as the president came, came down with Cove it as we all know he was at Walter Reed. So Twitter had to remind everybody. Hey, you can't wish bodily harm in anyone. You cannot wish death on anyone, regardless of who it is. You can't say you hope Biden gets Koven. You can't say you hope the president doesn't recover. Whatever it is. They have been cracking down on that. And that has been their policy. That's not new. That's actually been Twitter's policy since the beginning, so but this this week, a lot of accounts were taken down. A lot of people put in Twitter jail and, you know, just in general people saying really horrible, nasty things on You know, against both candidates and You know, I'm happy The shooter stood up, so I think they need to do free speech. I had a tweet censored. I think I don't know if you can't. You can't wish death on someone that I did it. I actually was just responding. No, I No. I actually had this instance this week when I was trying to post a tweet because Michelle Obama released the video this week where she talked about 20 minutes Basically about President Trump being a racist and my tweet was simply this. Michelle Obama just reminder as to what Joe Biden said about your husband. I took the direct quote as to what Joe Biden said about Obama being inarticulate, clean African American whatever, he said for the first time. And I put the direct quote up there, and I said Hashtag fact check and Twitter kept pulling it down. I tried to post it eight times. I showed it to my mom. My mom is like your calling Michelle Obama races. I said, I am not I am saying just a reminder. Here's what Joe Biden said, and it would not end up until alone out of proportion. That was not what he meant. And Obama at the time, said I have no problem with Joe Biden was. It's what he said. And should Twitter be pulling, But that's I think the secondary issues what you said. Victoria. The primary issue is is there free speech there or not? And apparently because it's privately owned. They can do what they want, too, And there's a gray area. It's not just that it's when you sign on. You are checking the box and you are agreeing to their rules. This is not a public platform. This isn't public access TV. You are signing up and saying, I'm agreeing to Facebook's rules. I agree to Twitter's rules, and that's a violation of the rules. All right, So there's do the some of the groups that air of focus in here. These right here are the so called right wingers. Not sure that that's a fair way of describing the but anyway, this a group that was thinking about capturing are anarchists. They're not right. So let's make sure we get that right there. Self described anarchists, so there's some malicious group or whatever they call themselves. Did they get where they fed? If you really had sustenance by some of the stuff that said that on Facebook, Yes. No, right. So, no, I don't think I don't think anybody knows. I think it's Facebook. Khun turn you into an anarchist. You're pretty stupid. You know, I mean, really, I don't understand why they're block political it Well, no, but I don't understand what they're blocking political ads Because how dumb are you? I mean, right? That's why I say that makes no sense to me a week before the election, right? Exactly. Right. Next up number nine on the countdown as we work our way toward number one. Our relationship with China and Russia. Thought it was pretty interesting that the lab tests on Alexei Navalny my pronouncing it correctly, now the Russian opposition leader. Ah, a nerve agent. In fact, So do these sorts of things. Do they impact or affect our relationship with the Russians or with Putin? We all know way have a different we seem to Take the Russians more lightly than we do The Chinese. For all we know the Russians and the Chinese could have created. They could have been in on the corona virus together. You don't know that They weren't You don't know that they weren't trying to To disrupt the balance of power in the world. The Chinese certainly made no bones about that, and the fact that we still haven't there's no policy. Speaking of foreign policy To get American companies the hell out of China and the back whether it's back to America or someplace else I don't see other than Trump. I'll give him that. He's the only one that I've seen. That really is working toward bringing at least a certain sector. The drug business back to America, But there will be a focus all of that car part you name it. Wait. We need to start with our pharmaceutical industry. We need to get that back immediately. It's ridiculous that we rely on for that. Well, we've made progress on that which is good. California is going to make their own generic. So that came a couple weeks ago and then in New Jersey, Mike why she's California do it by themselves. Why are there others? That's gotta be upon you. It's cuckoo, California They want to do it right on their own like they were separate..

"C Now Here's Frank Murano. Well, I may be frank with you. There are a lot of reasons to leave New York City, and by all accounts, people are leaving in droves. There's a trend it there's a new gold rush in realestate, essentially anywhere out of New York City, and it started in the spring when school was cancelled in many areas. It's gained steam as companies have allowed workers to continue working from home in some cases forever. And as question marks have arisen over in person school this fall, which there's still a giant question mark about that people don't seem in exactly in a hurry to come back to New York City. And there's a lot of reasons to leave New York City. Let's be honest. People are shooting at each other, like it's the Wild West. Actually, that's kind of a poor example. Because in the Wild West, you actually had some law enforcement people like Wyatt ERP and Bat Masterson. Who's that sheriff that shot Billy. The kid was a bill. I'll look it up, Bailey. Whatever that sheriff that famous, you're so hear our idea of responding to the increase in shootings more people shot in New York City this year than all of last year, by the way, Um Our idea of how to respond to the rise in shootings is not to bring in wider per bat Masterson its to defund the police. Of course, that's what it is. It takes forever to get anywhere. Costs a fortune to live here, whether you're a renter or whether you're trying to buy something costs a fortune. You can't live here. And actually afford TTO have any money left over? There is pandemic homelessness because apparently the homeless of the only people that actually can't afford to live here. It's and speaking of pandemics, if this pandemic which very well might be here to stay in perpetuity. It may not be wise to live in a place where everybody is on top of one another on the subways on buses and apartment buildings in workplaces and elevators. And politically, let's face it. We live in a one party city that has actually pretty much become a one party state and happens to be a party that I'm not a member ofthe so rough. It seems like there's not a meaningful way to participate in city life. It's a government who, even though here in New York City, we're facing a fiscal crisis. We have people shooting each other, like crazy. Deadly pandemic and a tremendous morale crisis. Their idea in city government of how to fix it is Moving Thomas Jefferson statue out of City Hall. That's what city city politicians or dealing with these days. That's the easy stuff. Course there's an overall general level of filth, which has only gotten worse. Protests on pretty much a daily basis. Which have too often involved Things like vandalizing statues. Spray painting BLM on George Washington statue defacing churches like ST Patrick's Cathedral, setting fire to garbage in the middle of the street. While people people are trying to eat because of course, restaurants are still closed open everywhere else in the state closed here in New York City. So there's a lot of reasons to go. And I'll be honest with you. I and staying put I am staying here now. Why? Why, In the face of all those things, pandemic, homelessness, an actual pandemic, a general level of filth, rising crime well and on And for the even with all that it still cost a fortune, Olivia. Why stay? Well, yeah, the fact that all of my fondest memories or here this city, for better or worse is helped make me who I am. Even with all the restaurant closures, this city still has the best restaurants in the world, even though They weren't really open until I guess tomorrow we have the finest cultural and art institutions in the world and whether you're talking about The shoreline of Coney Island in Brooklyn, the cobblestone streets of Tribeca and Manhattan, the greenery of Central Park or the view of the Statue of Liberty that you can really on Li get on the Staten Island Ferry. New York City has the most beautiful sights in the world I could do to ours. On just my reasons to stay, and I drive my wife crazy because she sees what a house costs in Waco, Texas, or in New Jersey, or just about anywhere else other than New York City. And she sees that that same price while you get imagine in Waco, Texas, you could essentially get a closet. In New York City. And I could do Ah, Whole show about all my reasons to stay, but ultimately I think it could be summed up by the most melodious sound in the world, at least to my ear. The sound of a New York accent. I can't think of anything more beautiful. I absolutely love a good solid New York accent. So Our city might be going down the tubes. But if that's the case, I am going down with the ship like the captain in Titanic. Did. The captain goes down with the Titanic? I think he did. Certainly the band. The band went down with the Titanic. They were playing. So that's it. I am the I'm the clarinet player on the band in the in the in the band on the Titanic. I am going down with the ship. On. I'll tell you my friend Curtis Lee. What One of the things that I really admire him for is his philosophy and his parents philosophy, quite frankly, because his parents, so I knew I knew them and above them. They were the last two white people to live in Kunar see all of their neighbors from the fifties, the sixties and seventies. They all moved away elsewhere elsewhere elsewhere. They were still living in Cannes, RC until the literally the day the day they died. Because Justice Lee was attitude. Wass improved, Don't move, and that's kind of Curtis's whole M o, and it's mine. So I'm sticking it out here. I'm going down with the ship. But Based on what we're seeing. I may be the only one left..
