"But, you know, Bob Muller was conflicted, because he wanted to be the head of the FBI director again he was already there. Twelve years, but he wanted to be, and I didn't allow that. I said, no, I said it respectfully we had a business Butte in the private life when he was out of the FBI. We had a commercial business as having a business speech with somebody think of this, and then he's supposed to be ruling on you, but it was a business dispute. And it was a nasty little dispute, not the biggest one I've ever been in to be honest with you. But we had a real business. So you look at that, that's total conflict of interest. How can somebody where you have disputed be ruling and his best friend who are very close to it is Comi? Played a big part of this because we didn't do anything without Komi became totally dominated by me. He did nothing Andrew McCabe was the bad guy. But Andrew McCabe, did nothing without calling call me he wouldn't visit an expression. He wouldn't go to the bathroom without getting commes approval. And so call me and Bredon you take a look at Brennan. You talk with the horrible rhetoric horrible. The horrible words he used cues you trees that he said, well, I guess I was misinformed. You know he was making all these predictions. And then when it said, no collusion in the Miller report, which is because they had eighteen people that, that were Hillary Clinton people that I think all of them, actually were anti-trump people in one form or another as president, just doesn't aside. You did have a constitutional authority in article two of the conflict to fire Muller, who would have been replaced. It will article powers. I could've done anything. I wanted. I don't even bring it up because we don't even get there. Absolutely. I have article two we could've used that said, I wouldn't even have to talk about all of the other things I wouldn't have to talk to you about conflicts. I fired Muller for conflicts. I couldn't find anybody, but I didn't wanna do it because they said let it play play out John folks. It's a hoax. And that they're allowed to go forward with, you know, interviewing people having people like picks and others. Having to pay for it. New set of lawyers. Same through it with the Mullery right quick break. Right back. We'll continue listen. You probably wouldn't walk around with a big hole in your pocket, and keep your keys, your wallet. Your money in that pocket with the whole all of you use public wifi. Even if it's password protected. You think it's safe. It's not it's basically a big hole where these cybercriminals stealing your private information, everything you send and receive even your passwords tax..

"He's a foreign player, but he's having a local caddy of caddy, born from Bethpage event, Jack Miller, I wanna get Michelle nickname. This is the way Buddy's name on the well, good. Let's go on. Let's move on because you know what? Here's the problem. Nobody can. I mean I gotta be honest with you care and your buddy cats. But nobody cares. So go ahead. Page. I gotcha. I gotcha. I gotcha. Ways I say. You just said the caddy not the player. He's caddying for players. Right. But wait a second. You just said, the caddy is a local guy. Yes. That's whose name you wanted to get on the was the caddy's late. I hear that it was eight, what does it can be? What is the cabbie have to do with the player? The player they know the court. So he wanted a local. Oh in the sand. But why did his name why was his name? Oh, I just wanted to tell you the name, I don't know. You do. A question. Do you know the caddy? Oh, yeah. Yeah. The one that that's my point. That's why my point is if everyone comes on and just names, friends of this. You have a very poor show the player is a different story. You wanna talk about the player now being tied for twelfth. That's who which is that's fine. But this caddy a lot of them use local counties. It's not that's not unusual some of them that are not named players or players coming from different backgrounds or guys who are long shots might use local cabbies. That's fine. I don't want to say their name all the local cabbies, though. I mean because nobody understands nobody gets anything out of that, except the people who know the caddy that's my point as far as the player. Yes, he's not. He's tied with about eight guys at minus two. That is true. I mean he's a long way from the lead, but he is tied for twelfth if that's your point. But I think the point was to get the county's name. Javard in Brooklyn heights. What's up, John? How you doing? What's happening? Two things. Yankee is just your, your view the Yankees in my pressure. They've outperformed this year just giving all the injury. Everybody's doing Yankees. Yeah. I mean, this is a team that you think can continue to do this. And then I just wanted to get your impression of I'm a I'm a pretty big Browns fan now the free agency and the draft just concluded there's been a ton of writing on this team. What's your what's your impression of how you think they'll do you? You're probably pretty objective giving. You don't really care about thanks a lot. If I say something negative will say because I don't like LeBron. I mean don't like OBI. Jay. I think considering some of the personalities on that team. It really is watching because I have no idea if that is up for that challenge. No idea coach has no experience. That's a tricky one. It really is one that Baz watching Mike in Westchester. What's up, Mike? Hey, mike. Get after what's happened. I'm a big. Well, listen to me. I saw John Moran play like four games. So I'm not an expert by any means. I'm not expert on RJ Barrett. I gotcha. What do you think? Knicks trading up to get that number two no shots at point. Good notions. First of all, you're going to be right about him. He's going to be terrific pro-. That's what I'm saying. Memphis, already made Memphis already made the statement, we ought building off team around joh- marines. Okay. Okay. They said is Conway is leaving we thank them for a service. We wanted to go to a club where he maybe can win a championship. We thank them for as many years. We are building the team around John Moran. I was just really thinking about that. If if you can bring that young point guard at not coming, and I agree with you so much on Klay Thompson. He's not coming, Golden State. You know, listen LeBron he's the guy I want. But do you think he's leaving golden? I have no idea. I that part, I can't help you with because I have no idea. I know nothing about what Klay Thompson likes doesn't like. No one likes the idea about what it likes it doesn't like all. I can tell you is that if you asked me to draft players that a free agent. My first pick. Is durant? My second pick is quite. Come see some of the world's best golf, including Phil Mickelson books kept. Good Justin, Thomas. Francesco on Cesco Mullery told me fee now and three time champion Bubba Watson. That's very good group for that for that for that tournament. Travelers championship June seventeenth through twenty third.

"The Democrats are saying we want more, you know, it was going to be like we want the Mullery. Now, they say Muller, no soda all over. Again. It is a disgrace. We had a focus on infrastructure. We have to focus on lowering medical prices and medicine. Always is not military vets done. The border. I know he got to that too. But also that that'd be good. And more on the whole, Don, jR, thing a little bit later where does that go? Would you be a little afraid of your done junior right now? Oh with these guys know if you've already gotten if you've gotten through the Muller report, I don't know really what the Senate is going to find what they can do to you that Bob Muller, and well pretty much all the resources of the Justice department didn't go after you four. Yeah. I guess there was just always this feeling with Don, jR, specifically that if someone was going to be in trouble he'd be the one he injured gravy, Jared, but more Don jR, so we'll see where all of that goes. Meanwhile, we mentioned this yesterday because it was the big bombshell from the failing New York Times, quote, unquote, bombshell. She's that the biggest loser financially the eighties into the nineties was Donald Trump. Yeah. Over a billion dollars in losses. They lost a lot of money between nineteen eighty five and nineteen Ninety-four. They found this out based on tax documents. They got it's been pointed out now, though that the New York Times was scooped by Donald Trump himself because we we keep talking about it like, it's not all. That surprising. We talked about the day before the failing New York Times Article No joke and Donald Trump scoop to the New York Times on the very first episode in the very first two minutes of the very first episode of the apprentice, it was literally in the opening of the show where he talks about this Donald.

"Gotta thought on the mullahs report and the hearings on Capitol Hill today. Yeah. Yeah. I do. And I must say I am not a band of Trump. I didn't vote more have. But my question is what what is he hiding, and what are hiding on behalf. To the Dow tomorrow doesn't wanna talk to the house of representatives. He doesn't want their attorney question him. Why? I mean, it's pretty standard. Isn't it for an attorney is not unheard of that the congress would use an attorney the question. So I just don't understand what they're hiding the Mullery out let if the unredacted report to congress, they have a right to see that we have a right to hear what's going on Trump hiding, then everything is a secret and he's working for us. And so when you see the run around our client has gotten into just getting his basic information, they finally gave him a few questions that said, you know, whether the demographics age groups things like that. But they refuse to provide the answers to that. So they gave them the he gave after back and forth. They gave him the twenty nine page survey Twenty-eight pages of which are completely blacked out. We dact it. Yes. They had to redact the sensitive, and it's more minutes Mullery. Talk about talking about metro being out of it. But they're required by law to provide this information, right? The freedom of information act makes it pretty clear that so long as they're not coughing a personal data on any particular individual. They've got to provide this to you know, we're not suing under the federal for your information act, but you know, more or less it is an open records lawsuit. So the law applies they got their government entity. There's a right to access formation from government entities such as this. And it shows you the arrogance of it's not just at the federal level is at the local level. The government doesn't want you to know what it's up to in our experience, which is significant I've been Judicial Watch for twenty one years and typically when you get this type of illegal secrecy. It means the government has something to hide this case metro doesn't want people to know, even what they're asking their customers about certainly not the answers. Yeah. A customer satisfaction survey that they don't want you to know about. It's kind of obvious what the results are. Only in Washington only. Yeah. I just loved it. And now, the other shoe some Democrats starting to come around on payment in the wake of the Mullery. I believe congress should take the steps towards the peach. The house move from pitchman news made it pretty clear that he deserves. Candidates comma, Harris and people to judge their after being asked to weigh in at CNN town halls Monday as right there is still no consensus in the house of representatives on whether to move on the issue with impeachment highly unlikely to yield a conviction in the Senate and big election just around the corner. Many in the leadership are downplaying impeachment talk on moral or political grounds or neither or both. Here's House Judiciary committee chairman, Jerry, Nadler, speaking with Chuck Todd on NBC's, meet the press, why haven't you opened an impeachment inquiry, or in fairness is that what you're doing right now. I don't think we're doing that. We may get to that. We may not as I said before it is our job to go to go through all the evidence to all the. And to. And to go with the evidence. Ncis sorry how much does the politics impact? This. You have a legal case that you believe this happens, and you should do it. But the politics dictate something else how much is that going to influence decision. I don't know that that'll come down the road when when? For those who have.

"The morning, we're helping you get to work on time. I'm Ed Torrence, news ninety six point five WDBO. Now, the Brian Kilmeade show. A news ninety six point five WD feeds Mary Walter. Good morning. How are you? Yes. Mary. Walter sitting in the seat for Brian Kilmeade today for the next couple of days as well. I get to be with you, which makes me very happy. Lots to talk about today because you know, it never stops. Especially in light of the Mullery report. It just never stops. Because both sides seeing it as they as they will here to discuss it. We're going to start off with Ken Starr, he served as the independent counsel investigating Bill Clinton. We all remember that. He's also the author of contempt a memoir of the Clinton investigation. Ken Starr, good morning and welcome to the Brian Kilmeade show. How are you? I'm doing great Mary. Thank you. So glad to have you in. So so happy to have you here to digest the Muller report. But first I wanted to want to know if this happened Joe Lockhart unseen N joked about where he was going to read the mullahs report when it came out jokingly said that I'd be getting a lawn chair ak- cooler appearance sitting at the end of Ken Starr's driveway, my podcast, really a joke. Well, I don't want the police to have to come and keep me off his property. So I'll just read it like everyone else says. You were going to have. I thought that was funny, and I thought, wow, what a great place to read the report. Well, I didn't see Joe. But then again, I got out of town. So if Joe is there, although I think he took it back, but then event. Yeah. Have a little little bit of fun. I loved the mole report. I'm seeing since it's been out. Now we've had a couple of days today. Just this. Rohrschack test for Washington DC Republicans look at it, right and Republicans alike. No collusion. No, obstruction and Democrats. Like, oh my gosh. We're going to impeach him. He should have been charges brought against him. Don, jR, should be locked up. What are Democrats seeing that Republicans aren't seeing vice versa? Well, here's the good news. And no one is seeing. Well, I shouldn't say no one. I don't think any reasonable person saying, hey, they're really wants collusive here. And this is the reason this this investigation started. So we need to put first things first of cheaper on what's important. So a lot of this is we'll talk about it knows about t-. What did the president do and what they do? But what he did not do was collude with the Russia's. No American entered into some sort of give legal or just what you've gotta be kidding me. You're in league with the Russians to try to affect our presidential election, and the sow discord and lateen strife within the American people. So that's one so two books were written right book? One is that's the good book. Thank you. Bob muller. Whether this should have happened in the. First place. We can talk about that. But at least it did happen as shouldn't we during this very special season being thankful that. Yes. The president gets a clean Bill of help not a grudging Bill, but a really good Bill of help. But then too. And I think is fair question is Mr. Muller. Why did you write book to you were charged with collusion? And you did that why didn't you stop in? And I think very important question. Mary is when did you personally come to the view that there was no cokes? And when you came to that you did you consult with the deputy attorney general who were reporting, and they do say, let's go ahead and hold a press conference. It's gonna take me some time. My step time to write to port. But we've been waiting with baited breath isn't nation. You see where I'm going with with the point. I think that's going to be a very fair question. When Muller testifies now book to is ugly book right was good book book one no collusion. Two is not exonerating the president. We're not charging crimes, but we're not exonerating him. They're going to say is here is the evidence of big news there. Of course, there's the ten obstructive acts. And when you in those obstructive ads, there's a legal question. And then there's this sort of policy and moral questions about good government, in the way government officials conduct themselves. The legal question has descended been answered not just by the attorney general no obstruction and not just for the deputy attorney general what rose decide who wants to begin with no obstructions. There was no crime starts. That's dissented answer in terms of the law. Now does that mean every lawyer agrees with that conclusion? Of course, you get to lawyers that room go out three or four minutes. Right. That's just. Major things. But in our system, you have judges who decide lawyers or judges decide in this instances, the attorney general and the deputy Turnage, but here's another thing about that simul plan and went to make this obstruction thing. Attorney general didn't go off into you know, some mountain top in the Blue Ridge mountains of decide this all by himself. He decided really and not just with what mos- inside. But also through a deliberative processing American people should be aware that the drain. Visit act alone. The attorney general whoever that attorney general is for the democratic administration populist ratio is consulting with experts. And that's what this attorney general did. So you have the more teams view, which is a very different view of church. They didn't say that climate been committed that just said we're here these obstructive acts were too certain about these. But we're not exonerating the president's. Okay. So it's a little bit of a hamlet. Here is the very good news when thoughtful people and always those obstructive acts what we can be convinced of as the president did not commit the crime of obstruction. Right. And the reason that we know that is because those tenants rights, we know that he co Cooper is. So fully investigation by turning over all these documents allowing people to testify himself provided written statements, listen if you want to obstruct investigation, you shut it down right now. Did he wanted shut it down? Of course, he wanted to shut it down. The point is did he actually shut it down the answer. Of course. It's no. Question. We talk about intent. I hear a lot about intent when Komi decided not to charge Hillary said she didn't intend to break blush. Didn't mean to and I kept hearing. Well, that's not part of the statute intent doesn't matter. And now, I'm hearing from the other side. Well, did the president intend to break the law here? That's what we have to find out is intent part of the obstruction statute is in this statue, the difference dancers in the espionage laws under which Hillary could have been charged have a different set of clermont's. The obstruction of Justice statue clearly has a corrupt intent requirement and that word corrupt is very important corrupt and ten the ones that me that's up self defining. It means such things just destroying evidence. Right. It is trying to actively take. Take measures to peed the investigation. Committing perjury. Bill Clinton was found in two tenths of court. And this name book what you're kind of dimension sailed in contempt of court why because he obstructed Justice. The judge in Little Rock sound Bill Clinton guilty of observing Justice. Then why was that he intentionally committed perjury g intentionally was misleading the court. None of that happened with with Donald Trump. Right. He did not waive executive privilege now the Democrats have a conference call today to discuss where they're going to go from here with the mullahs report because you have more and more Democrats calling for impeachment. That's what they're saying. Peach impeach impeach Nancy Pelosi seems to be trying to rein them in on that. But I don't know if that's going to happen. You've got Jerry Nadler, very loudly calling for all the supporting documents, do what could the Democrats impeach him on. No, it's a political process. But what is the high crime or misdemeanor that is is going to be impeachable in the Miller report from what we know? And I hope they want go there because they know that they're doomed to fail given the elaborate body of evidence that we now have they will fail. They may not sale in the house representatives because it's going to take think a pretty bold Democrats go against his party. But just just to the point of. History. During the Clinton debate in the house of representatives over a patron Serbia, one Democrats, thirty one Democrats voted in favor one or more arts, peach. I doubt that you will have that what we're talking about. Not just raw politics and numbers. We're talking about. Is there a national consensus a national consensus, which you've your during the Nixon years, you know, it started on Capitol Hill. But eventually people have it's it's he did in fact and cage the president and obstruction of Justice. It's a serious offense. So come back. Yes. I think that what they will be talking about is. We'll look at the moment report, the ugly book book too. And we see that he committed or participated in all these quote obstructive acts. Don't those all add up even each one is zero doesn't in terms of committing a crime doesn't that add up to obstruction of Justice? And I think some people in the call a lot I'd say, well, it doesn't seem to as a matter of law. And I think they response to that as well. We're not here as a court of law told me about crime we're talking about in. This is where I sit in this office. Do we think he's fit to serve in light of these ten obstructive axe? Now, again, I hope that the wiser heads and the party, whoever those are thus far it seems to be the leadership will inspects I know this is so bad for the country impeachment is terrible for the country, you'd be asking the country. Whatever you think of this president to take this country through a terrible ordeal. The credibly divisive. And yet we know that the for the conclusion at the end of that process is for Dane, why would we do that? So can the wiser heads in the point prevail over the voices of those who are yelling and screaming for presidential book. Yeah. I was speaking with Joe digenova earlier today, and he said book one of the report is the mullahs report book to is the Weisman report. What do you think about that the book to Israel is really the Waisman report, not the mullahs report? Will there is something to be said for Joe's theory inasmuch as injured Weisman. Who's the senior lawyer on Bob Boehner staff does we know have a very at least as history shows as fair broad very compati- definition of what constitutes obstruction? And we also know that he was certainly he has the first amendment right to be apart. It that you know, I think this is where book to the ugly book has not served about Mahler. "This is the Ben Shapiro show. Joining us on the line right now is David French. He's an American attorney senior fellow at the national review institute legal expertise, obviously been following the Muller report and investigation incredibly closely. David welcome to venture bureau show. Thanks for having me been predated. So let's start at the very beginning. What were your big takeaways from the Muller report? Good or bad for President Trump. Well, you know, there's the obvious good. And it's the obvious that we've known for a couple of weeks now that, you know, really only sort of the most fever swamp dead-enders disbelieved, and that was that Mullery concluded the Trump wasn't it didn't actually colluded conspired with the Russians which is very good news. I mean who wants the president of the United States to be in cooperation with our chief geopolitical though, and then that, you know, far had concluded that Muller had not definitive recommendation on obstruction of Justice in a bar in residency Nick together concluded that he hadn't obstructed which I did not. Expect to be I did not expect to read the report and believe their barn Rosenstein were wrong about that. Because I had read bar spots about destruction in before his confirmation and agreed with his general premises so expected to generally agree with them and the bad is obvious of it. I mean, my goodness the picture painted of that Trump administration that Trump campaign has really really ugly low with all of that said, you know, the Democrats have been jumping on the idea that Muller wanted to prosecute obstruction of Justice and somehow was stymied here by somebody then William bar made the wrong call in failing to pursue obstruction of Justice charges against the president United discussed offline the general standard for obstruction of Justice. Why doesn't the activity that is laid out by Muller, meet that standard near opinion. Yeah. I mean, I think there's a couple of things in in. We're getting some I think people are confusing. The idea that something can be really really bad without being illegal in the obstruction statue as it's written. It's it's kind of big statute, but it has a really critical element to admit it requires criminal catch. So in other words, what you have to do. You have to do not only do something that's wrong. It's an obstructive AC it, you know, it's illegal, and that's an Daryl construed provision when you're talking about a relatively bake statute. And so time and time again what we have our actions. Then I don't think that anyone should condone did I don't think anyone should approve of. But the idea that Trump did them with the knowledge that what he was doing was corrupted illegal. I think is a much more difficult to prove I find it difficult to imagine that a jury would reach the conclusion that he was guilty. And in those events those things where he may have crossed the line where they have actually sort of crosses, right? Lines. He was actually blocked from doing. So by his own people, including you know, somebody as kind of lowly as former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski felt like he could stand up to the president. And so you have this situation where there's a lot of bad axe. But as far as corrupt obstruction of Justice. I just you know, look people have goodwill has re looked at the same stuff in disagreed. It just didn't rise to that level for me. And especially when you look at previous impeachment. So you have the Bill Clinton impeachment which had an obstruction count, the Nixon almost impeachment. He resigned before he could be impeached that had an obstruction count in those circumstances. What you saw things like several nation of perjury where it was very clear that there were directions to lie inducements to lie or in Clinton's case actual virtually. And you didn't see that here from the president in the absence of that bright line like you saw the Nixon Clinton impeachment..

Mullery just put it in the drink in on. They go Fennell was well, so the Tigers up there. He's eleven hundred Molinari thirteen hundred ten it's going to get worse. Those guys and tiger. And don't get me wrong. I loved it. But it was one of the artist's job ever. Did what does that nineteen off flight deck of an aircraft carrier jet engine mechanic? Oh. When I was younger, you're gonna be some hangar. You don't always think through every little own. You're young. One hundred forty degrees. All well. You mean from all the aircraft and stuff and you're out there baking in the sun. You mean? Describe it to when you open on oil. The heat. It never occurred to me. You're wearing what the. And then you got the helmet on with goggles over your face. Like, everything that surfaces on skid say you hit that you're going to get they make you wear long sleeve everything. Twelve hour shifts up there. And I mean, you you sweat all. I mean, you'd be skinny coming off. You know, a month three months. Nino detachment, you could lead wait real. I would imagine. So I think it'd be amazing just watching I've never actually been on. I know Sloan I got a chance to go. I forget which carrier, but he spent some time doing that a couple years ago, but see those aircrafts on land on that effective like the postage stamp in the middle of nowhere in the sea in hit that whatever that cable is that stops them. Just. The power of that is just got to be what an amazing experience. Three decks below. That was the only chip in twenty three thirty eleven thirty at night. Day shift. They would start up around. I mean first thing in the morning, then eleven is schedule with. And you would be I would be trying to sleep. But every couple hours here, you know, aircraft in down here. Hit the arresting gear you'd hear the arresting gear like stretch. And then like retract all the way back. How often did do aircraft miss that that the arresting gear and then have to circle back around here? When I was in there. But I mean it happens quite often practice it on runway Oshii, Anna on the east coast more. And actually hit the they'll come down acting like they're on the carrier in what their job is at the resting hook doesn't catch the wire because you got. Four. Catch it. They all. Power and go after burn take back off. Want to drink? Right. I mean that that would be bad. So. Yeah. While the craziest. Diplomat onto the aircraft carrier Truman back in two thousand seven it was one of the it was more of a propeller jet he came into land while I think either. On the arresting gear on the wrestling wire. He like veer to the left actually almost went off left by the carrier his nose. What's hanging over the water? Back in was hanging up in the air. The only thing holding them on the carrier was the arresting gear over. Diplomats. Excited smilin. Great as long as nobody gets hurt. I mean, what a great experience. Jason. I gotta tell you nineteen years old. I mean that age kid to be around that into have that skill set to come back. I mean, that's got to lead to a lot of opportunities later on whether it's working for a major airline or one of these private companies or who knows whatever else. What what a great thing. I did that once I completed that four years of fortunately, my dad's sister came down cancer around wait till I got out to help my mom. Well, then I wanted to get back in and I couldn't get back into my position. So I want you army after that. Well, I really appreciate your service. I'm sorry about your family and the challenges there. But it it's something, unfortunately think a lot of us ended up having to deal with directly not close to us. So. They're young people young. Down the road. You just wanna go explore lived in Germany, Italy and Greece and France. Pony. Three changes your perspective seeing the other parts of the world. Let alone in that capacity doing that work to. It's not for everyone. But if you wanna do it do it scared while they being. The floor recruiting off his like, I don't really know. If I want to do this. In the morning leave America sat there, and I was like I really want to do. But then like, I don't know. I just said, you know, what I'm getting in that van. He just doesn't work that way. How do you read that? Oh, my kill certainly. He's not the only talking about the Mullery investigation. But what House Democrats now controlling the gavels in several committees would have in mind for him investigations to look into his administration of that's what the president is going to be talking about the the the Democrats in the house could very well have several committees going into these investigations at length and the president is making the case or trying to make the case that if this goes on and on and on the country may be stalled in trying to make progress on a variety of issues as we see Mr. Trump. Continuing to shake hands with especially with the Republicans were noted that when he got off the rostrum go he walked down and shook some of the hands of Democrats in the front row, at least of the inside the house chamber, but the president certainly concerned about what Democrats now controlling the house could mean to the investigation. "Well, it's our understanding that that they went on throughout two thousand sixteen one a lot of them. But there were compensations can't be sure of the exact date, but the president can remember having conversations with him about it throughout twenty six. Remember? Yeah. Probably up to could be up to as far as Tober November are anxious cover until the election. So anytime during that period, they could've talked about it. But the president's recollection of is that the thing had petered out quite a bit. They sent a letter of attention. They didn't even know where to send it they knew so little about it. They finally got straightened out, and then they abandoned the project, and that's about as much as he can remember other because remember twenty fifteen twenty sixteen right? He's running against sixteen people for president United States. And I know that is with them like for five months all his concentration with one or two percent on running for president. So is it fair that this was more of a project? Michael cohen. What did it also involved Donald Trump junior vodka Trump? And that is that. Except except for knowledge of it. It was essentially if Michael's at all tell them the truth now he would have to acknowledge he was the key guy on this project. So he'd be the one I mean if things were normal, right? We weren't worried that he's lying. He'd be the guy you'd go to and say, you know, tell us what happened you ran this. Why do you think he decided then so you're saying he decided on his own to tell congress that talks with Trump Tower Moscow stopped in January of sixteen. We did it in consultation with his lawyers and that same warning. Mullery dieting, he did it in consultation with some of the president's lawyers as well.
