"No interest financing today at Pella the Mark blazer show. All right. Welcome in Mark laser along with cease and Dmitry Stanley. So I guess I got a little bit of sun. I was at the regular guy golf outing, John Corby memorial here earlier today. So just off the course sorry from stinking up the studio, dude. I you're having smoked yet. Okay. Well, it would probably be, you know, sunblock is all you're really going to be smelling, because I burn, I luckily, one of the guys in group had some of those people that go from white to burn real. Yeah. Man, my fair skin. You know you see the freckles and stuff. And I've, you know, I rish my family and I'm telling you, the once I get a base, I'm good. But in a situation like today, where I did not have any whip me, I was scared, I can just without any sunblock fifteen twenty maybe thirty minutes, an intense sun and it doesn't matter what time of year, I will burn, not getting the see that, that's where I don't have to worry. Well, you get darker darker. But I have Melanie, I have natural suntan shore. It's. Built in, but you don't have to if you don't put on sunblock Schubert's ardor. Yes, I give I get much more like a golden Brown. You can't get Burt. Yes. Yeah, my shoulders every now and then I'll do something stupid because I don't really put that stuff on. Because if you asked me, I think where people the cancer problem is putting all that crap on your skin. That's where it comes from quite honestly, but that's just my own son has vitamin d. That you need indeed unique and we, especially in Columbus, Ohio, that is something that we are lacking because of a cloudy day. So when you do get the moment to get the sun to throw on that stuff. Yeah, you're missing a lot of that good vitamin d well, thanks to Mr. Gulf Ray Husted. He was my, my plus one as Jesse dawn. Joe he's good. Oh, yeah. He's a great golfer. He's a really good golfer. Very consistent. Got to meet him for the first time at the memorial. That's right. Yeah. He's a good guy man. And he hits the ball. Really? Well, we have very similar games as far as length with regard to, you know how far we're hitting clubs and so on. I think we are pretty compatible with regard to, you know scramble. We ended up hooking up with a couple of other guys. Because our other two that we're going to be in our force more. No, I, I don't know what happened. We ended up just. It was Mr. Gulf, I and so we started playing just two balls each and kind of doing our own scramble. And then we hooked up with the other two guys, but we ended up thirteen under for the I don't know what's going to end up winning. It. I'm not even sure what the. Why are you here? You what do you mean? Did it? Not india. Yeah. Well, it was over at two o'clock. You didn't get the top score. You I, I don't know what happened. I don't know if you know Joe, Joe was still there when I left, Johnny might actually have an update for us. I don't know. But when I left, I didn't see any scores or, and I had to kind of bold out of there to get over here to get rid of show. True. So, but yeah, thanks to everybody. Thanks thinks our sponsor, of course, heartland Bank. And thank you very much to, you know, there's a beautiful that twenty nine thousand nine hundred Santa Fe that was out there valued over forty thousand dollars. And thank you to Dennis Hyundai, and the whole one contest there, I didn't even get close. I didn't make that was playing like one ninety that, that par-three and I ended up hitting my tee shot fat. So I didn't even get to the green but nobody one person in our group actually made it on the green, but nobody even got close. But nobody had the whole in one to win that. But thank you to Dennis Sunday. And then, of course, all the Ronald McDonald house charities to which. This is what the benefit for this was. So thanks to everybody who participated to. And this was over at Raymond memorial their whole staff. This was it was cool, considering all the rain that we had, I cannot believe how dry the actual course was. And that's a flat piece of land. There's really no not a lotta hills there. And so, but yeah, actually shocking. So speaking of that, did you have any flooding of you've been dealing with? I feel like where I'm located the area that I my specific let my home is in. I feel like we must be at a higher level of some because we don't even give puddles. Gather on the streets. Yeah, we've been, we've been very fortunate to where I'm at like the way that it's and I don't think Josh has had any problems with that you have any was there flooding around anywhere near you. And Dublin we know we've been very lucky. They redid the drainage system outside around our place about five years ago, who sounds like it works basement, our basement flooded, about five years ago to the point I had mushrooms grow. Off my carpet. When the corner under a desk. Shot up are you know it was leaking in? And yeah, I I've dealt with before, believe me, I have nothing but sympathy for what's going on for so many people. But fortunately knock on my no knock on wood that nothing nothing major this time around. So I think a lot of people within the sound of our voices. You guys are this weekend, probably having to redo carpets and basements and bailing out water. I swear did Marshall just quickly say at one time I thought when we were going to one of his breaks he goes without water. Anyway, any like went on. I could've sworn I heard him say that, but I think even his place may have flooded or whatever. Something to me off air because when I talked to him yesterday about he was cleaning up his basement last night. Okay. So now some, some I assume the blood of something going on down there. Yeah. Absolutely. Well, yeah, a lot of people will be probably taken advantage of that today. A lot of people probably with the sunshine out. There today is probably the only one of the few days over the next few that you can actually even get mowing in both of you guys don't have to mow congrats. Right. You guys are in situations where we're in smart situations. Yeah. Forget it was. Yeah. I actually enjoy the fifty minutes. It takes me to my lawn, believe it or not. I push you know, I push and you kidding, man. I, I mean certainly don't get me wrong. I'm lazy. I would love to actually have writing, but I think people my, my neighborhood, they would make fun of me. I mean, I'd have to deal with my neighbors. Go man. Are you seri-? Are you really that lazy? But you're yards not that you don't have. I don't know six thousand square feet or something like that, like the actual size of the yard or something, I don't know somewhere around that. But it's not huge, but it doesn't it only takes me like fifty minutes fifty minutes and that could be thirty minutes riding. Yeah. But I'm like, I just can't I can't pull the trigger on what the neighbors are talking about of sitting on that thing. You'd be out of the holder. Go have a little bit of my Jack. Well, yeah, but then you get a DUI. You can't drive backyard. It doesn't matter property dude. You can get a DUI. I'm not driving down to the local K Maher mar no bear and coming back here own property. You can you can you can drink and more your yard. I don't think so. I don't think so. I defy anybody to find a case anywhere in the state of Ohio, where somebody was mowing their own yard on their own property, and had a beer in her hand talking about the guy that gossip spend. So he thought it'd be a smart idea to take his writer mower down to the mar. I understand that, that flat out if you're in your yard and you're like something happens, right? And you try to, I'm telling you, if you've been drinking, if you were driving your vehicle on your property. Unlike? Like hammered, I think that you still can get a DR getting hammered just if you sit in your car with the keys in the ignition and your and your own driveway, and you're sitting there and you're passed out, but your drunk, they can actually gave there's any police officer in the world that would that would. Well, that's a whole nother. Seriously? If you're on your writing more, and you got a can of beer in your hand on your own property, if there's a cop anywhere in the world, that would stop and mess with you through the worst officer that ever lived, and I leave. And I'm not even sure that. I mean, I'm pretty sure that you can still get a DUI in that situation. I don't know. Let her little spirit of the law talking about there. But I, I don't know if that actually would happen or could happen. I'm not. Sure. But yeah, you're I have to go with you on that. It's like what kind of a jerk are you cop? If you're messing with somebody who's literally just minding their own little bit of Jack row in their lawn, his backyard come. Right, right. Yeah. So anyway, there's I think there's a lot of that going on today, and this weekend again, people picking up the pieces of all this, flooding that we've had looks like today, hopefully, a lot of it is kind of backing up at least, you know, or going down. I should say how about last night. You guys Trump confirming that he, he called off this, the attack on Iran about ten minutes before the actual strike was supposed to have. What I saw was he asked? Okay, what's what, what are we going to damage? What kind of Dan is going to be done? And they said about one hundred and fifty people will probably die in this attack. So they pulled it up were they going to attack where the came from swollen battery sites. He confirmed as a matter of fact, this, this is a really cool piece of audio this is doing an interview with hot from NBC news. And he explains exactly how it all went down last.

"I saw you, my friend. Way were staring down the what would you say? The barrel of three iron via the other end of the, the driving age of the memorial. I look at the smile on your face. I know you can't help it smile when we start talking about our coverage of the memorial tournament last week Friday Friday was. Was unlike any broadcast, I think I've ever been involved in my entire career. It was epic. It was wonderful. So once again, thanks to the incomparable Dave Metzel for his antics, and Dimitrius, Mr. Gulf Ray Husted. Yeah. Eric and everybody that was involved in Mitch was out there doing a great job engineering. Bob back here. I mean it just it was a total team effort. And we all had a lot of fun. Not just Friday you're talking about the whole week for that matter. I mean Joe landed a bunch of huge guests urban Meyer and Graham Ray hall and you know, just go down the list. It's like I thought for a second. I was like I wouldn't be surprised if he's like this. Tiger Woods is here hanging out. You know, I was like man who's next in that situation? But yeah, that was a lot of fun last week. Man. Thanks everybody stopped by two. That was also a lot of fun. I couldn't believe me. Oh, you know, would come out and say, hey, love you guys. Listen every day. Really contested yet. And then, also, of course if you're watching yesterday, and even if you weren't a golf fan, I think a lot of people might have started taking a kind of pay attention, Tiger Woods. And what he actually started to do yesterday at least on the front nine the memorial site here, he comes again, but, you know, Patrick Leahy ended up, what did he finish at nineteen or which is one off Tom Lehman's record twenty twenty under? So he he put on a clinic yesterday to Patrick did it I, I don't know much about him. But hey hats off to him because when you go that low in a place like that you're hitting the ball in the center of the club. Don't realize that Patrick Hanley's, the fifteenth ranked player in the world. I didn't even know that just now view would have said is he in the top twenty yes or no? I would have said, no, he is coming on strong in two thousand eleven. He won the Jack Nicklaus award for best collegiate golfer in the country. So this kid, and he's got his caddy is. Bore is here in Worthington that he takes on. Tori knows and has ties to Jack. I mean it was like a perfect little homecoming. Jack loves the kid. He's got ties this area through his caddy and he's an up and coming superstar. I think the reason we don't hear a lot about it. He's a very quiet serious. Right. Right. He's not like he doesn't have a lot of big boisterous personality. Like, you know, the Rickie Fowler, the Bubba Watson's. He just quietly goes about his business, and he just wants to be the best golfer, and a world. Well right now what he did. Yesterday was impressive to, you know, just to to cap that off. Because certainly he played well all week but yesterday was pretty stellar, especially everybody. I gotta be honest. I thought I thought it was a foregone conclusion, I thought Martin Carver was gonna end up with it just because of the hell solid. He was playing a couple of shot lead that Adam, Scott at one point looked like he was on fire enough to actually get it done, too. So I don't know man. It all in all it was it was a great week. And you know what at the beginning of the week? Remember all of all the rain that was forecast. We barely got any. Rain there it was also it was great really was we outsmarted the forecast, somehow it was really, really fun. Man. Okay. So here we are back inside of the bag inside of the, of the six ten WTVN compound. And we're back at it. So Mel caramel. This is one thing that I saw I go up telling me what they cannot catch a break. Mount Carmel the hits keep coming there confirmed at this point, I looked right before we were on the went on the air. So I think we're still at one death right now, there was an outbreak of legionnaires disease, and I don't know how much you know about it. I've heard of legionnaires disease. And I, I guess, before today if you would have tried to give me like a quiz on it asked me quite, I would I probably would have failed. I'll just say it because it's never affected me. And it's never fitted anybody that. I really know closely personally, like family member or something, those I so it really is at the top of my list, or I should say, on my radar whatever you. You admitted you're like I don't know anything about nothing about it. I'd heard of its, but it's pretty rare. Apparently most people don't get it. But if you do get at one ten percent of the people who do get are going to, unfortunately pass away. And that's what happened there. I just that's a brand new facility. They just ride, and well the grove city. So it's a disease. I it's a severe form of new Monja is basically lung inflammation caused by infection caused by bacteria known as legionella, which obviously, where the word is different diverse derived from with regard to legionaires disease. You can't catch it person to person. So if you have it, I can't catch it from you like just by being near you or around you. And it's inhaling the bacteria is how most people actually get this disease. So here's some of the symptoms, and this is kind of the scary part if you have a fever, but then they're saying it's got to be higher than a hundred four or higher at that point in your brain start to cook. You hear about that baby's getting really high fevers, if you have an if you're in an adult and you get one hundred four you're out of your mind, probably I don't think you even know where you're at your brain starts to literally cook. I think yeah, it's, it's I think one. Oh, four is that early threshold where it's like they gotta get you down. I gotta get you down now. Right. Or else you begin to suffer irreversible brain damage. I've right. So chills is another one again you go. Okay, muscle pain. Okay headache, you know, here's a that's the see this is the scariest part of this. If you have all of those, and if the fevers not one hundred and four yet how how many things present this way. You know the thing right. And that's where it actually gets scary. But then anyway, they're saying is usually develops to ten days after exposure. And this is exposure to that legionella bacteria, and second or third day. You're getting these other signs of symptoms like the cough, which is bringing up sometimes mucus, blood shortness of breath. Chest pain, gastrointestinal symptoms. Nausea vomiting diarrhea confusion other mental changes. So in other words, all of these symptoms are pretty normal symptoms with a run of the Bill sickness like a flu or a cold. That's what's so scary about it. That's I don't know. Man, I, I get obviously, the Houston, there's nothing they could have done, you know, captain, Dr Fenton all, but I tell you what you're getting to the point now where it's like, just like really nervous. If you have to go to Mount Carmel, and I don't mean that disrespect. I'm just saying this has been a horrific year for them. Well, you even said earlier. We were kind of you know what, man, you, it's I think it's a legitimate statement, you're like if you you're like, I'd rather go to take me to a back alley in between. I'd rather go to like a guy practicing medicine Al, you know, inside of out of a white van with no windows, you know, like before I think I'd say, go ahead and take me over there. And yeah I'm being you know, hyperbolic about it, and there's over the top, but it's still scary man. 'cause it just seems like you can't even if the brand new facility they just built a cost like three hundred and sixty million dollars. They got problems. So you can't transfer it person to person you, you inhale microscope water droplets. And this is obviously getting very technical, but here are some places where breads hot tubs world pulls on cruise ships. This is one place that they've found not normal right? Not the normal run of. But these are places you grocery store missed machines. I don't even know what that maybe out west or something. Maybe in the in the desert, where they have this machine cooling towers, air conditioning systems, decorative fountains, swimming pools physical therapy equipped. And haha water systems in hotels, hospitals and nursing homes, which that is the culprit here. So anyway, there was a patient that died and this was yesterday. The first case in this first case they stayed at this three hundred sixty one million dollar hospital. Seven patients, total have been diagnosed with this now. This is from abor twenty-ninth, who may seventh and then the, the they're not identifying who's died yet. They're not saying the name obvious reasons with regard to contact in the family, and so on. But here's the part, that's kind of interesting. Most people at the risk for developing. This is low, but they say individuals with chronic underlying medical conditions. They're at increased risk, and that would explain why I guarantee age fifty years or older is one of the risk factors. There you go. I mean clearly in a hospital, I if I'm going to the seven patients that have been diagnosed, I. Sneaking suspicion are going to be right around these risk factors. They smoke and the smoking damages the lungs in that, you're, you're more susceptible to this credit. They have already a weakened immune system. So I bet you, you know, you're at the hospital, right? So I mean, something could be going on with regard to that. They already have a chronic London lung disease like Zima, they also could have diabetes, kidney disease cancer, and again, fifty years older. So those are all the things that if you will the perfect storm in this situation. Also, this is something they're taking very seriously. The, the hospital administration was saying, look, if you have been hospitalized for any reason you have a cough or muscle aches, headache any of that stuff. Get your primary care physician immediately. And again, you actually said this earlier I thought this was a shocking statistic. It kills ten percent of the people that are diagnosed in the general population. And then listen to this. Oh, it says if it's a nursing home or hospital. There's an outbreak that that rate can go from ten percent to twenty five percent. So that's where it all gets. Really, really scary in a situation like this and complex water systems is where this most commonly occurs again at this hospital this, Brandon. Have you seen footage of this place? It's beautiful looks amazing. I've driven by it. It's it is breathtaking three hundred sixty one million and I saw footage from inside. I haven't actually been inside myself, and like you, I've driven past, but to see this place. It absolutely is again. I mean really really really beautiful. So you don't expect something like this. When you're going in that thing, I think, a lot of people you, you think when you hear something like this, you're thinking, odd some broken down, you know, hospital that needs all kinds of upgrades. And you got all kinds of violations and things like, but it's because it's a, it's a new complex water system as they're calling it in the fact that it's new, I think. That's where somehow someway this is kind of infiltrated.

"Cherry golf tournament. So he will be back with you tomorrow. I met McCoy filling in for him. Of course, we had a great week of golf over the weekend with memorial tournament. It was won by Patrick can't lay a shout out to many, many of you because we were out there Wednesday Thursday Friday with Joel Mark blazer was out there those days as well. And then over the weekend, we were doing updates and then yesterday Dave metal was on from ten to noon with Mr. Gulf Ray Husted, and Jack nNcholas was on the show and Barbara nNcholas was on the show and then afterwards, I was on with Ray from five to seven and we had all the runners up on the air. We had Patrick can't lay on the air live and everything it was great. But what made a great for us is so many of you was. There are times when you're doing your job, and you wonder boys anybody listening, but it was it was very uplifting. And I wanna thank you. For because so many people came by and said, hi, and it may not seem like much to you, but it means something to me. So thank you for taking the time really appreciate that. And we had a great time out there and it was a great tournament. A really was. Now, if you don't know a lot about Patrick can't because he's not really a top of mind guy. This is a very popular winner for Jack Nicklaus. Because Patrick Kelly in two thousand eleven one Jack Nicklaus award as the top collegiate golf replayed. It UCLA he developed a relationship with Jack Nicklaus so much so that a couple years ago, two thousand seventeen he visited with Jack talking to him about the golf course this week couple of different times. Jack Nicklaus sat down with Patrick can't lay and he says it helped him win the Gulf tournament. Here's Patrick Canley afterwards talking about its relationship with Jack and those conversations from a few years ago about the golf course and this week about winning the tournament. Seventeen we talked golf course. So I went up to his house on property here. We probably spent a good ninety minutes talking about what he thought strategy wise, and how to play the golf course. And I took a little insights from that, you know, one of the things I like about golf courses. It's pretty straightforward. Once you get to know it, you know, when you hit a good shot and good shots over awarded and bad shots. You know their bad shots and it's gonna be hard to scramble and make parse, so you know that, that helped me kind of get familiar with the place, a little quicker than I maybe would have an played while the last two years. And then this year, I showed up, and I've been playing well all year and been able to close out any tournaments, and I see Mr Nicholson the. In the men's grill in there and, you know quick. Hello. And then, you know, you got to figure out how to play those last thirty minutes. And he was right. I said, you're right. And then yesterday yesterday I was in there having lunch or yesterday after my round or no Friday. I was in there having lunch after the early morning around Friday and he grabbed me aside and said, you need to go out there have good time look around when you're out there. Look at all the people having a great time, and then you need to have a great time. And realize that that's why you're there and relax and go have fun and go in the golf tournament. And I definitely said that to myself down the stretch today on the back nine and it put me a little more days. And I hit a lot of really nice quality shots, you know with the lead coming down the stretch and the. We get that ball up and down on eighteen even though in the back of my mind, thinking, you know, probably just two putts. But I really did want to just close it out and have it be done right there. So being able to make that putt on the last hole is just a lot of confirmation of a lot of hard work. I've been doing Patrick Hanley yesterday talking about his interactions with Jack Nicklaus. Yeah. AT was the only time a was in any kind of.

"Broadcast on NewsRadio six ten WTVN at the memorial tournament live broadcast. Ten sponsored by. Wow, internet fast speeds and no data caps. Some joined by sports director Matt McCoy. Mr. Gulf Ray Husted, both madly working on their phones. It's all about stats. Raymond yesterday scores were good from the elite. I mean, we've got well, we got one at minus seven one six, but we got five at minus four four five at minus five four minus four and eleven at minus three you think the scores are going to be as good today. I think they are. I mean, I'm looking at my our and our, you know, magic app on the phone, and it looks like the, the highest wind on there was five miles an hour later today in nineteen ninety six John Houston opened with seventy. Four and followed with a Friday round of sixty one still stands as the course record. We're going to see something special today. Yeah. Well, I'm sitting here looking at we might I'm sitting here looking at the flag for these morning guys, and it's not doing anything good more lay in limp, and it's going to be like that all day and, and without wind and people know there's some scores out there. I think today we're going to see some special I, I would not be the least bit surprised to see lower than sixty five, and we'll somebody maybe throw the little sixty two or three up today. So given that then is that Ryan more that does that is that Jordan speed the does that or is that someone that like, John, Huston shot kind of round in the first round? And then they just go nuts. Yeah, it's somebody who's way up there. Shot, even par or higher, who's gonna go low today because what do you got to lose sharply? Again, one of my picks. Again with Zander. As you said, you're gonna pick Rickey till he wins a major. You've had Zander on your list for a year and a half, I think every tournament. Fedex Memphis, classic dinners. He's gonna win it this week Ryan. But again, you know when you talk about the family, the crowds out here we watch tiger come down eighteen and I'm telling you, it looked like Sunday. I mean, the entire amphitheater behind eighteen was packed with humanity and though, is it tiger. Is it fill the guy that shoots sixty one two or three they could? I mean, for sure. Those guys have it at him. There's no doubt. But yesterday, remember how bad the forecast was. And yet, the crowds are huge today. We've got sunshine already and a beautiful forecast. Yeah. I think we're going to see something special. Maybe it's Jason day. You're talking about him. Wrong. And could he post a really low score here? Absolutely. Yeah. And with the crowd pumping him be pretty great, but yeah. Special things coming today. I think I like that. I like that. What? Does when somebody shoots a low score here? How do you think Jack reacts.

"Fired up for the memorial. Did you, you actually played what like a week ago or something didn't you? I did not all you didn't. Okay. Okay. Media day. A number of those over the years, but miss it. Yeah. From what I understand though. It is in fascinating shape. And it's looking even better and better. I saw some drone footage of it on the news and I'm fired up. Man. I've only played that once and man. Oh man. It was better than advertised. I was so happy in that place. Man, it was just it's hollowed ground. You know, so great. It is and it tennis every part of your game. And, you know, this spring, weather that's been so garbage for all of us wanted to play golf and get out to stuff is really been good for the golf. It's going to be the of course. It's just perfect. The conditions are amazing over there right now. And when they roll in here in a couple of weeks, it's going to be they're going to be talking about two things. And the fact that the golf courses always imperfect shape and the both sets of the best on tour. Yeah. No question about that. All right. So the PGA championship, it's the second major of the year end. We're in round one right now, a couple of different storylines going on, how shocked are you that? Brooks kept. Look, he always does well in majors as of late over the last couple of years, the fact that he threw a sixty three seven under course, record at us today was just for me. You know, Josh and I are actually going are you re every time they would show he would like, oh, he are you kidding. And I'm going, oh, this can't keep happening. But man, this guy is obviously for real over and over and over. Well, three majors in the last, what seven or eight turn is. And it's a big deal. And, you know, he's he is. So when they talk about great players that make it look easy. Is there ever been a player that made it look as easy as this guy, maybe maybe Fred Couples, couples really, you know, he could get himself into some trouble and scramble out of it? And, you know, a tiger always says excitement like Phil says, but, you know, even nNcholas had, you know, some exciting things happened during his playing books kept guy is just he's like he's out there just goofing around with his. Budde playing golf and relaxing, and there's no drama. There's no, you know, massive big fist pumps or dropping his on own. My is dropping news in the Gulf charge for the bowl that whatever the corner, he just hits it in the fairway. Hit it on the green and makes the punt. It is so simple, and so much fun to work. And, and yeah. Today refers day you could see him do him have three more rounds just like today, because she is so in the zone so smooth so relaxed it is really fun to watch well going into this week, there are a lot of talk, obviously a lot of talk about tiger. Woods in the fact that he picked up his fifteenth major in the in the masters earlier this year. And right now, he's nine shots of the lead when you hear that number you go ho-. And I was saying, look, Brooks's got to come back to the field a little bit, or this is going to turn into like a three or four men race because who was it a Danny Lee, actually posted, six under? So he's one back and then. John J John Daly. That's another story going on right now. He just finished his round. He's at five over and him taking a golf cart this week. I, I know that there are a lot of people it's weird. They put they kind of put a little bit of pressure on the other golfers when they ask him about him and, you know, they're a lot of the guys are friends with John, so they have to answer tiger. Did you like his answer? He goes, you know, I I played with a broken leg. And I won't you know, kind of thing, I don't get. I mean, I've, I've rooted for daily all these years hoping he could figure forgot how to get out of his own way and have a life, but he's just not there. You feel bad for the guy in some respects, although it's all self inflicted. And so you can't. In some ways feel bad for him. But I would be embarrassed if I were him out to riding around at a car. That's just wrong. He says, I can't walk more than six or seven holes after raiders up. Yeah. Let's, let's get past that. And, and, you know, he's he just continues to embarrass himself, every time it says around this is just the latest example, but you mentioned you know all the talk about tiger. I mean it it was a surprise because you started out kind of a bumpy start in that role. And they started the back nine then he remembered the front nine you know, birdies through the first three or three the first four and then it makes an eagle and out here comes and he's only like four behind at that point of KEPCO was just, you know, smooth five under whatever at the time and, and then tiger, you know, big double when a couple of bogeys, and he was all over the place today, which is really will because he was so steady at Augusta so to, to come here and be inconsistent as he was. Assistant just at the masters with a big surprise but out, I mean, this would and I still think then contention the downside is he might only for second place. It's kept good keeps playing like he's playing. We're talking to Mr. Gulf Ray Husted. Of course, the second major of the year first round is underway probably going to become a close in a little bit of the PGA championship Bethpage Black. That's the other part of this equation. With brooks. Kept that you go. Okay. It's it's this is such a tough track. Well, it didn't look very tough when you watched him go round and play. But then you watch, for instance, earlier, I'm watching Matt Kuchar putt out. I, I don't know. Maybe it was six or seven I can't remember which whole it was, but he ends up leaving it, you know, five feet short, and it just kinda starts dying off, and I go, what is it about this? Course where you've got guys that have, you know, that elite talent that make it look so easy. And then you think the other. Guys, you know, let let's face it within the top ten or twenty guys that are playing really well on any given week, it becomes a putting contest. But when you see something like that, you got man that looks like me on their putting, you know. Well, it's interesting because the golf courses so wet. I mean they've had so much rain, the last ten days there. So soft that these guys are not used to play in major championships with slow greens. We saw that the British Open last year. These greens are not, they don't have the undulation that got the national has, they don't have to see that it has. They're pretty easy. Green putt in all respects if it's a long off course with a lot of deep tough rough. And you've got gotta drive it in the fairway and then you've got the mess. If you miss the rough and your way off line, you're gonna lose the gospel because the greens are not the problem here. And if you can't putt on relatively slow, I'm not gonna say slow, but compared to other majors on greens at are relatively flat and not too quick. You're not gonna make it this week. And that's why we're seeing, you know the top leaderboard. No big surprises. Brooks kept kept. But the next few names, Danny Lee, Tommy Fleetwood, of course legit, but Michael Renzo Veira has really Luke Lucas, he wouldn't Kim bike one at Wallis. I mean, the next group of guys that are in there, the golf course is soft and you have these players this much talent, a sauce, golf course greens. And that tough to putt. We may see a whole bunch of no name up there in contention. Now it's not that far behind where, you know, review follow doesn't Johnson and some of these guys that we talked about earlier, even so Mickelson's having a good day at under Parton, but I think if the condition stay the way they are we may have a major championship with, you know, one big name up there, and then a whole bunch of co stars that are, you know, up for success, supporting actor, right? We got about thirty seconds left. You like Brooks win this. Or can you give me a three that you'd like that? You think may actually win this because boy, Brooks Hannity. How do you bet against him? I mean here he comes again. You wouldn't bet against Brooks. His point. But, but my other two, I will Ripley. I mean, you almost want under underscoring course in in one of the playoff series a couple of years ago. He's aggressive, and with the greens, a sauce is there in his plan to go out and start putting like kept commit a lot of, you know, twenty foot lengths type putts today so watch for Ricky and do not count tiger. Woods out. I've been a naysayer for a long time, but he chose my mind going wire-to-wire last full of the tour championship and they win at Augusta. Very good. All right. Mr. Gulf Ray Husted. Great to catch up with the we'll talk soon. Thanks guy. Take care of other traffic.
