"To make when? Yep, understand something. When I hear you folks call or when I see what's going on in terms of this book and so forth. I think about You folks a lot. I think about how we're communicating. They think about How patriotic you are. How concerned you are. I just want you to know I just don't get off the radio and I'm off to the next thing That's not the way I am. And I hope those of you have come to book signings and those of you who have met me. You know this You know this you are. You are truly You're not just a tremendous audience. I don't care what your background is. I don't care what your walk of life is. You're very smart people, either by experience, either by intuition by educate whatever it is Whatever it is, or you wouldn't be listening to this program. Not because I'm so smart, but I don't do talk radio by the numbers. I don't let's color in the numbers one to that. I just don't do it that way. And I can tell Because reading books is kind of Pass A, isn't it, Mr. Bill? You know what I mean? People? A lot of people just don't do it anymore. But you do. It doesn't mean you have to read every word. It doesn't mean you have to go and order you heard Senator Johnson. But it means you want to know what to do. And I'm not the Pied Piper. I just give you my arguments. I try to explain things and try and give you as many. Ideas as I possibly can it, But I do on the radio, too. But I just want you to know I do think about you folks a lot. Want to make sure I'm doing the right thing by you. I want to make shrimp communicating the right way with you. Want to make sure I'm saying the right thing. And, uh, It is beyond words to tell you when, when a young lady like that calls You're all young ladies. Unless you're a man. Then you're a young man. Unless you're transitioning. That's all another story, but you get my point.

"My spiritual mentor told us in small group that we should be on the lookout as we were heading into a season of fence with offense goes pride refusing to forgive not letting go of hate. Selfishness is a constant battle. I said in the beginning that it's not easy to define joy. It's also difficult to find it and claim it. Sometimes that's when we have to look to him and remember remember his faithfulness to us remember what he has done for us. Remember what he has created for us. I love elevation worship song. Do it again because it is that reminder that we need when the bridge comes i just wanna sing it out. But i'm not a great thing. So i'll just say the words i've seen you move you move the mountains and i believe i'll see you do it again. You made no way where there was. No way and i believe i'll see you do it again. We must remember. Choose an claim that fruit of the spirit joy. No pride no arrogance no offense so if it takes a friendly dog with the name of a fruit to help me remember that so be it. Thank god for the daily reminder. I love you lowered. You are such.

"So what is joy we talk about it a lot on this show and we give god credit for giving us joy but can we define it in a concrete way. And what does it have to do with the funny sound. you just heard. It's difficult to describe joy because it's an emotion a feeling and in some ways can't really be defined but no one can deny what fills us with this fruit of the spirit and who fills us with this fruit of the spirit and we can feel joy without sacrificing the other fruits of the spirit. God wants us to feel joy in our spirit. He has created so many things just for us that give us joy and we must embrace his gifts. Paul tells us in galicians five twenty two but the fruit of the spirit is love joy. He's patients kindness. Goodness faithfulness gentleness self control against such there is no love comes first by joy is. It's supernatural runner. Up and everything follows from love and joy peace patience kindness goodness faithfulness gentleness self control it is no accident that love and joy come first now. This may sound sacrilegious. WTA Tour Suspended Until May 2nd

"We had this six weeks suspension announced that means no Miami no Charleston on the W. T. side this was an issue of the ATP announced on their own unilaterally. Canceling MIAMI MONTE-CARLO IS GONNA go and everything. Bassi up until the end of of April and bit by bit. The WTI came pretty much to the same conclusion but they tried to do it one at a time rather than just doing a complete block of canceling everything. That's where we stand. At the moment we have had another update today a WTI saying because of the ongoing Global Corona Virus outbreak the WTO tournaments in stood guard Istanbul and Prague in April Arcane to be cancelled as well and so everything is suspended on. Wgn Tore now until may the second they say we will make a decision in the week ahead regarding the remaining Wti a European play caught tournaments are monitoring the situation closely so it may not be the end of of the constellations even even now so here we are amid March. We know we're not GONNA get any tennis on the women's side until may the second so let's talk to a couple of the players who are out in India wells who were affected by this situation starting with the British number. One on the men's side Down Evans World Number Twenty eight career high ranking of twenty eight. I had a little chat with him before he went to Indian wells initially when he was still in Dubai and I sensed then he was pretty anxious about the whole situation the fact that he was going to go back to the UK just for a couple of days then flats California he he. He really didn't know what to expect when he got there so I asked him first of all what it was like when he got to think like nothing was was any different at the Stop I actually went to San Diego for two is a few members at the club. She said to me all year. We're not going down to endure wells issue because of the corona virus and I mean always on our. I guess you know they were. They were older members to in. This guys says always decided that Mr Tikey precautions and we go down there and as I'm sure you're not a tennis player not the most You know pretty isolated in their own world and no already set much until I think it was. It was pretty much the die before qualifying stay there was there was is that it was GONNA get cooled off. Alan. Yes big big room Sula started unethical cooled off for the the die before Listen to the Health Minister of I think it was California or cut Coachella Valley and he said that he might have statement about into wells. I would be the guy who would be calling off sedan Sort of happened. It was all very vivid surprise really but then at that I. It wasn't so much surprise if she knows all the severity of Then not long after the Miami consolation when it was a pandemic what was the week. What's a week been like since then because they were they were letting everybody stay? Weren't they in use Indian Wells for an stay in the the accommodation? What did you? What was it like being around the other players at that time? Yeah well I mean we started like there is a few few different people two different things so that was advised to not leave the country because remodel belt guest in back in and then does seem like he was defeating the jets. If people could have committed that would have been Miami really and then it was all pretty strange. You know I didn't make didn't like practicing one was we? Were supposed to be playing. It seemed you know pretty no atmosphere. There was no saying it was terrible so applies to be to be honest and I find it pretty hard too noisy to be motivated but everyone was brought to which was destroyed thing. I've always prided everyone was eating together. So it was all this. It was all surreal India wiles. And then as said when we heard W hite sugarcoated upon Devon. Everybody was booking flights that I think you know the wrong. Who was on the Wolf for Miami? And obviously they've called on the ADP side. They pretty much immediately called a six week. Holt to the toll now. That's that's a pretty far reaching impact for so many people I mean in even in our little ecosystem of tennis. Yeah you've had a good a good start to the good last year so you'll have built up some some finance that you can. You can weather a period like that. But not everybody's in that both I would imagine no I guess not a not much anyone can really do is right now. It's it's a terrible situation for everybody you know thankfully no one just yet tested positive Well not as far as I know. That's my thing is to keep everybody healthy. I think that's the reason why the tournaments have been I think consoled in on the six week pulls to the Tool the tournament it's You know obviously a difficult time for everybody involved like just said you know even dancer. People Work Torments Aichi sponsored of player? Who is a my fly? And he wasn't sure she was getting paid or not. You know which is the end of the day. That's what everybody wants to have it as they go to to work to get paid. Because I have stuff to pay for the livelihood. Juno Dot Com. Mr Bill could fail in for for anyone. Don't know if you're going to get paid in the NFC can't for everybody. Ron and in Great Britain and the world. Yeah I mean you. You obviously had a period of time out the game. We we know the reasons for I remember you talking about the time that you found it quite hard sort of just not having the purpose in a way is it. Is that something that you feel may might help you in a way that you've at least had experience of that. If if we're able to to practice I don't see I. If I were to practices stuff adultery the six weeks been been that much of an issue for me personally You know we. We can't change if we went tool could go onto Daylight Spain I think. The chargers for For everybody really literally doing nothing because it is a that will be. I will be pretty tough I as you know one guy who's in Madrid and he died on lockdown. I called leave and he said his you know not not good whole so. I'm hoping that doesn't happen but if it does then you know the Be Interesting to see how that works. I for for the tennis

Trump to square off in court with House Democrats over financial records

"Bill bars justice department. I'm trying to rewrite history in a bid to personally protect trump. This is a response to justice department apartments somewhat unusual step. They're asking the court to block on otherwise lawful subpoena to get trump's financial records house democrats say is request has quote no grounding in history law and that the arguments here represent what the department wishes law were they are not the law now bars attorneys here have been arguing in court that the banks and other entities shouldn't have to comply with these as i say otherwise lawful subpoenas claiming the probes could quote distract donald trump from the energetic performance of his constitutional duties. Now one question is how energetic is he. We have charted his daily schedules before but more broadly look at this twenty two hundred and twenty one days on golf properties unprecedent amount of executive time tweeting watching television so that goes to the factual side what about the legal side the argument that no matter who's president no matter how they keep their schedule you would be too distracted to deal with the courts with these otherwise lawful requests well president clinton did argue at one point that if he complied with every investigation gatien he would be distracted away from his duties and here's what supreme court justice scalia said about why they ruled against him president is it's a full time job and he's very any intrusion upon his time is intriguing. I must say i don't find that terribly persuasive auntie the president's riding horseback chopping firewood fishing for fish playing golf and so forth and so on i'm joined by congressman came jeffries who's on the judiciary committee and a member of democratic leadership. Thanks for being here because it's great to see you as you know. That was a slightly different context. Justice scalia was speaking for part of why the court what ruled ultimately that being president is not a get out of subpoena free card well. That's correct. Donald trump is not a part time school board member with all due respect to hardworking school board members. He's the president of the united states of america. The leader of the free world the most powerful individual on the global stage. He has a responsibility responsibility in the context of our constitutional democratic republic to recognize that the house and the senate were designed assigned to be separate and coequal branches of government for the people. We don't work for donald trump we work for everyday americans and so we have have a constitutional responsibility serve as a check and balance one and out of control executive branch. We are undertaking a lawful constitutional legislative oversight oversight responsibilities. Bill bar is rewriting the constitution claiming we have no legitimate purpose. The constitution is our legitimate purpose and that lays out sort of the battle in the courts then you have the specific issue of mr bill bar dahlia. Let's make sure you know is a legal scholar. She's independent pendant expert. She's not a part of your democratic team but she has has argued here in the beat that really there is a problem with how mr bars carrying out his role to take a look it feels like bar sort of leaping in front of the president yet again and saying first and foremost my interest is not the justice department or the united states people people. It's protecting this president win or lose. I mean the courts are ultimately going to decide and it could go to the supreme court which we just heard from in a different context about what the president has to has to deal with are you at all concerned that mr bar though has interceded in cases that seem more personal than public in nature definitely and you know the so-called attorney general has long since flushed his personal integrity down the toilet. That's a shame and so many members of the trump cabinet have done that over the last last three years or so and i expected that will continue because the president surrounds himself with sycophant but look at what is at stake we want those deutsche bank records because we believe that they could show potential evidence of criminality that deutsche bank employees on the ground recommended that suspicious activity reports be filed as it relates to donald trump's business activities and transactions in two thousand thousand and sixteen in two thousand seventeen higher ups at deutsche bank vetoed that recommendation and squelched and we want to know what donald trump is potentially hiding as part of our oversight responsibilities so we can share that information with the american

That's why that's why you'll only bid one couldn't possibly go. Number two. I had way too many bananas for the. Well, I'm sad to report for everybody involved. Yeah. Or am I the only one the point Ricky's the only one that would have been wrong, and that means? I've been in this exact same see with Sam twenty seven times and every time it ends with this great. Not it's because will never be alright with this being three version game it just it just doesn't work that three person how many people if you're playing chess, and a third person, come in and just knocked shit over. Think about it for second. Think it over. What you do that will. Just wait. Nothing's coming to me right away. So what you say, ten names I'll, I'll do nine. All right. Floors slow up. So. Okay. Got to build the suspense a chance to read it off the paper. All right. How many do you say nine he goes nine that's a lot of names? This is safe another Sam make smart bids. So how many think you can do Ricky eat? She says eight rich. Well Sam sits over this squirming, I'll go seven oh, interesting. Interesting development Sam, he gets seven names unless you want to go lower to hell with Gad rich name them. Guinot one eight with seven name almost the same night. This is going to be a bummer. I feel pretty good. I feel I'm going to say rich that I have confidence in you. I appreciate that. Yeah..

Bill Cosby, America And Senate discussed on Our American Stories

"Bill Cosby wants to be released on bail. So he's appealing his conviction for aggravated indecent assault. And frankly, the Cosby thing drives me nuts. It's almost in the category of Justice small too. It's so. Irritating. What he did in Chicago making up a attack and still lying about over and over and over again Bill Cosby's, entertaining because this is a guy I think he's sentenced to three to ten years in the state prison. For drugging sexually assaulting a woman at her home fifteen years ago, and he could have been charged many many more times. Well, apparently, the eighty one year old actor formerly called America's dad never that. Is angry vote? He says he's innocent of the Senate from day one. Well, as attorney are saying that his appeal is not being hurt in a timely manner. And the court is trampling all over his rights. They said his motion raises a number of meritorious claims of air and the bills justified. Once we bailed out is justified. Because he's not guilty. So when I when I read stories like this or hear stories about Bill Cosby, the arrogance of this guy is one thing. The fact that he continues to insist that he's innocent, even though woman after woman after woman if there was what three dozen that came forward. He would get women to come to his hotel. Apartments. Drug them, rape them. Because he's also called the judge in the case scandalous that should be he should be removed immediately. The judge has racial hatred towards Mr. Cosby. Cosby's been quoted as saying there's corruption against me. Mr. Bill Cosby, America's dad at one point.

And we look forward to talking to you next hour. Thanks, David look forward to it. All right. Thanks bye. Bye. Bill in Ellicott city is on the line. Good morning team. Mr. Bill your morning gave I have just a quick question for you your opinion several times, and I felt a lot of years. Thank you, sir. My granddaughter is in need of a car. I found her a thousand to one point something engine a one point nine nine nine and. And. Wow. Okay. Somebody one person say, oh, there's a lot of problems. They were not opinion on that car. A lot of problems. They were a great car the early Saturday when General Motors got the bug up there. She to turn them into just a homogeneous GM car. That's when things go south as far as I'm concerned, but the early years of Saturn when they were had their own little factory, and they were left alone by General Motors to do their own thing. They made some very nice cars and at twenty four thousand mile cars almost unheard of that type of car. So it's gonna get you from. I'm sorry. From state sale where he got. It's a little lady church cards. What is doubt about it? And there's nothing wrong with that. Now, it's gonna go through a little bit of judgment period with her driving. It probably putting some miles on it. But I have no problem with the Saturn. L one. One thing. I did look at was the I got it up. Sure. Hand full on the transmission and cherry red as any I've ever seen burning smell, right? So. So the transmission sounds great. Dirty. Clean up. If the antifreeze is orange that means it's the decks cool, then in my opinion. I would get that out of there. Yes. Say that about a week or so ago to somebody. Right. BG deal BG job where they can get all the old any freeze out of there. The cool client home-based, a friend of mine. Brian right now is cringing. He loves decks cool. But I'm telling you I've had I've seen the pars of some of the products after a while sitting in this car's been doing a lot of city. So I would say the glycol based antifreeze in there and replace it. Yep. Okay. Thanks bill. Good luck. Okay. Mardi in writers down. Good morning to you Marty. Well, good more today. How are you doing very well yourself? Very well. Good question for you. I have I'm really calling for my son. He has. Late tuesday. Ninety uconn went to five point seven motor. Okay. Uh-huh. On very well. It won't start when it's hot. Okay. Cranking out. Well, those those guys. Yeah. Depending on the year those guys had problems with what's called a spider fuel injection system. The three fifty eight a lot of them had a spider fuel injection system. He may have that. And if he does that is one of the problems they had when the eagles get warmed up and use they have a hard time starting. So they want to check on that. What that means is when you had the vehicle engine the fuel injector, it's really one major fuel injector with eight little legs spider going on individual cylinder. So is a possibility. He may have that. If it's not that if he doesn't have that type of fuel injection system. He may just have a problem with a cool censor there's a sensor that gives information to the computer of what temperature vehicles at if it's giving wrong information, it could be giving too much fuel or not enough fuel and that can cause a long cr-. Frank. So that's the thing you need to look at to find out what kind of fuel system has in that whether he has a spider fuel injection system. And if he does that could be the problem or it could be a sensor. Thank you very much. You welcome. Appreciate the call Marty. Right now about taking a break back. Just a few moments. I'm Dade Serio. It's Saturday morning. This group called the steel and it's a quarter past midnight right here on talkradio six eighty WCBS. It's the quota. Food. Getting skewed size bad decisions..

"Back with Mr. Bill O'Reilly his new book coming out on sale. The night of the seventeenth of September the United States of Trump how the president really sees America. Riley bill. I'm curious on your take on what happened in New Zealand here where you know, obviously, you have the shooting and then six days later, they're passing massive gun restrictions. The media here wants to tell America that that's the way it's supposed to work. You know, you have something that happens, and you immediately pass laws in the most emotional moments right approach for for a country for civilisation. Well, it'd be difference between obviously New Zealand and the United States. I mean, I don't know. It's a lot of self defense mechanisms in New Zealand, unless the sheep go wild. I mean, you know, it's a very sparsely populated country. There's not a lot of violent crime there. There aren't you know, vast stretches of New Zealand are on policed. I it's it's a totally different situation. Don't you see the the the way the media and the left reacts to things like this is they say, that's the way we're supposed to do. That's what we're supposed to do. The American media is becoming increasingly ardently liberal. They're always liberal always. But now, they're ardently liberal and one of the tenants of liberalism is no guns. Not and it doesn't stack make any sense because then you are really left defenseless if you live in Wyoming, and there is an sheriff, you know, within eighty miles of you and something bad happens, and you need protection, and you don't have a gun. I mean that doesn't make any sense. Well, the one guy who stopped the shooter from shooting more people and got him to move and run for a little bit is the guy who had believe it or not an arrow. He described it as he used something else as an arrow to break the window. They said, okay. So a spear or some sort he used something as a spear, and he threw this what they described as an arrow and it missed the guy, but shattered the window of the car. He was next to imagine. If the guy had I know a gun. Well, Estrella has these rules to and they did it the exact same way after a horrific shooting there, the parliament passed all kinds of draconian gun laws. Look every country has got to regulate itself. I'm not gonna tell New Zealand. What to do? I don't know. I've never been there in eighty two countries, but never New Zealand, but the United States of America, it is clear that our constitution gives individuals the freedom to protect themselves. That's what this is about. I'm not a gun guy. I'm not I'm not, okay. But I need protection. I Bill O'Reilly need protection. Right. Because there are bad people who want to hurt me. So therefore, I take steps to protect myself. I don't want Alexandria ocasio Cortez. Telling me, I can't do that. Now, it'll never happen as I said the second amendment will never be overturned and all the Washington DC attempts to ban it in certain jurisdictions. All failed. But this is America and other countries they do things differently. And I'm I don't think I should intrude on that. So okay, I agree with you on a New Zealand. They can do whatever they want. But we are different. And I want to propose something to you. And and and and get your thoughts on this right now Bernie Sanders zero Cortez. They are they are saying this is the kind of stuff that we need to do right here in in America that took leadership, and we have the leaders now to be able to do this. I they're they're telling you the truth for the first time the masks or coming off when they say, we don't want to take people's guns. Do they're now saying exactly what they want to do. And and so there is that movement. But if you listen to a Cossio Cortes, wet she's talking about on the hill. I don't know if you saw the the video of her with the president of Wells Fargo where she was talking about, you know, maybe we should sue you. Why can't we hold you responsible for any oil leaks that happened? And the country. You know, if you give loans to Exxon, and he said, well because we didn't build the pipeline or we're not building the votes where we're the ones just giving their money to finance the building it and she didn't accept that as an answer. And she what she was really doing was saying to the big banks. We are coming after you. If you finance things that we don't like, of course. And they're doing this now with guns already in New York, and I'm going to say that they're doing with the gun manufacturers, the design of these people the far left progressive movement is to centralize all the power in Washington. That's how China is Ron all power in China is in Beijing. It's not in any other place. But Beijing everybody in China one point five billion people obeys what the people in Beijing put out and if you don't wind up at a camp. So that's the vision of the progressives that we are going to tell you exactly what you can. And can't do that's their ultimate goal. That's why they want to touro college. That's why they wanna give four year olds to vote. All right. Let's get to power in Washington. Skip these crazy people from Mississippi out of it. All right. Let's get these Texans out of their crazy. We know how to do this. And so if you don't buy into that we're going to punish you. So if you are a commentator, we're going to tell sponsors not to buy spots on your show, if you are a Bank, we're going to tell you who you can and can't lend money to if you're a gun owner gun maker and anyone gets killed by that gun, then you have a multimillion dollar lawsuit because we don't want you to make the guns. So we're gonna control every aspect of life from Washington. Moscow or Beijing or Havana, that's what it is. We're incrementally. Yes. Taking steps to get there. And as we're as we're fighting this fight for the second amendment. We have to fight it onto sides. We have to it's a multi-front battle. We're fighting for the second amendment. And we're we're we're saying thank God. There's a second amendment. However at the same time, they're going after the banks, and they'll choke off all of the money. And if you don't have the money to produce it. Well, you have the right to buy it. Close to getting passed yet. It's way way way way way way. It doesn't have to pass. All they have to do is scare them enough. Look New York came to good point New York came to the banks and said, look guys just don't do business with any of these gun dealers because we think some of these gun dealers might be selling illegal guns, and we don't want to have to spend so much time, you know, investigating all of your business dealings. So if you don't do business, it's going to be a, you know, twenty days twenty day audit media boycotts. Correct business with these people because we don't like them, right? And if we have to if you want to do business with them, that's fine. But it'll be more like a ninety day audit. Well, nobody wants the federal government stuff for ninety days is going on. And but it's not right now institutionalized it's all coming from pressure groups and far-left politicians. So once it does get. Institutionalize where a law would be passed in New York or California that says anybody killed with a gun the gun manufacturer and that could happen now. I think it'll be ruled unconstitutional, but that's where they're going. You're.

"Back with Mr. Bill O'Reilly, his new book coming out on sale the night of the seventeenth of September the United States if Trump how the president really sees America. Riley Ville, I'm curious on your take on what happened in New Zealand here where you know, obviously, you have this shooting and then six days later, they're passing massive gun restrictions. You know, the media here wants to tell America, that's the way it's supposed to work. You know, you have something that happens, and you immediately pass laws in the in the most emotional moments right approach for for a country for a civilization. Well, it'd be difference between obviously New Zealand in the United States. I mean, I don't know if there's a lot of self defense mechanisms in New Zealand, unless the sheep, go wild. I mean, you know, it's a very sparsely populated country. There's not a lot of violent crime there. There aren't you know, vast stretches of New Zealand that are on policed. I it's it's a totally different situation. Don't you see the the the way the media and the left reacts to things like this is they say, that's the way we're supposed to do it. That's what we're supposed to do. The American media is becoming increasingly Fardon tely liberal. They're always liberal always. But now, they're ardently liberal and one of the tenants of liberalism is no guns. Not and it doesn't stack make any sense because then you are really left defenseless if you live in Wyoming, and there isn't a sheriff, you know, within eighty miles of you and something bad happens, and you need protection, and you don't have a gun. I mean that doesn't make any sense. Well, the guy one guy who stopped the shooter from shooting more people and got him to move and run for a little bit is a guy who had believe it or not an arrow. He described it as an era. I think he used something else as an arrow to break the window. They said, okay. So a spear of some sort he used something as a spear, and he threw this what they described as an arrow and it missed the guy, but shattered the window of the car. He was next to imagine. If the guy had I don't know a gun. Well, Australia has these rules to and they did it the exact same way after a horrific shooting there, the parliament passed all kinds of draconian gun laws. Right. Because there are bad people who wanna hurt me. So therefore, I take steps to protect myself. I don't want Alexandria Cossio Cortez. Telling me, I can't do that. Now, it'll never happen as I said the second amendment will never be overturned at all. The Washington DC attempts to ban it in certain jurisdictions have all failed. But this is America and other countries they do things differently. And I'm I don't think should intrude on that. So okay. I I agree with you on a New Zealand can do whatever they want, but we are different. And I I want to propose something to you. And and and and get your thoughts on this right now, Bernie Sanders and Akhazia Cortez. They are they are saying this is the kind of stuff that we need to do right here in in America that took leadership, and we have the leaders now to be able to do this. I they're they're telling you the truth for the first time the masks or coming off when they say, we don't wanna take people's guns. Yes, they do. They're now saying exactly what they want to do. And and so there is that movement. But if you listen to a causE' Cortes, wet she's talking about on the hill. I don't know if you saw the video of her. With the president of Wells Fargo where she was talking about, you know, maybe we should sue you. Why can't we hold you responsible for any oil leaks that happened around the country? You know, if you give loans to Exxon, and he said, well because we didn't build the pipeline or we're not building the boats where we're the ones just giving them money to to finance these things. We're not building it and she didn't accept that as an answer. And she what she was really doing was saying to the big banks. We are coming after you. If you finance things that we don't like, of course. And they're doing this now with guns already in New York, and you're gonna say they're doing with the gun manufacturers, the design of these people the far left progressive movement is to centralize all the power. In washington. That's how China is Ron all power in China is in Beijing. It's not in any other place. But Beijing everybody in China one point five billion people obeys what the people in Beijing put out. And if you don't you wind up at a camp. So that's the vision of the progressives that we are going to tell you exactly what you can. And can't do that's their ultimate goal. That's why I didn't want to electoral college. That's why they wanna give four year olds to vote. All right. Let's get to power in Washington. Get these crazy people from Mississippi out of it. All right. Let's get these taxes data. They're crazy. We know how to do this. And so if you don't buy into that we're going to punish you. So if you are a commentator, we're going to tell sponsors not to buy spots on your show, if you are a Bank, we're going to tell you who you can and can't lend money to if you're a gun owner gun maker and anyone gets killed by gun. Then you have a multimillion dollar lawsuit because we don't want you to make the guns. So we're gonna control every aspect of life. From washington. Moscow or Beijing or Havana, that's what it is. Incrementally. Yes. Taking steps to get there. And as we're as we're fighting this fight for the second amendment. We have to fight it onto sides. We have to it's a multi-front battle. We're fighting for the second amendment. And we're we're we're saying thank God. There's the second amendment. However at the same time, they're going after the banks, and they'll choke off all of the money. And if you don't have the money to produce it. Well, you have the right to buy it. Not close to getting passed yet. It's way way way way way way. It doesn't have to pass. All they have to do is scare them enough. Look New York came today. That's a good point New York came to the banks and said, look is just don't do business with any of these gun dealers because we think some of these gun dealers might be selling illegal guns, and we don't want to have to spend so much time, you know, investigating all of your business dealings. So if you don't do business, it's going to be a, you know, twenty days twenty day audience the media boycotts, correct business with these people because we don't like them, right? And if we have to if you want to do business with them, that's fine. But it'll be more like a ninety day audit. Well, nobody wants the federal government stuff for ninety days. Action is going on. And but it's not right now institutionalise, I it's all coming from pressure groups and far left politicians. So once it does get institutionalized where a law would be passed in New York or California that says anybody killed with a gun, consider the gun manufacturer. And that could happen now. I think it'll be ruled unconstitutional. But that's where they're going. You're.

It happens every time Marx. And Lenin are are starting to be held up as fine examples of society that we could live in. But there's also some strange pressure from places we used to be able to trust for instance, Venezuela. The pope hasn't decided if Madero is a good guy or a bad guy. How's that possible? Comments from the one the only Mr. Bill O'Reilly, we get them a day early in one minute. This is the Glenn Beck program. You go outside stoop for anything if you're living in Chicago right now. Absolutely. Not. Yeah. Well, maybe to take a plane. So I don't know longer live in Chicago. Yeah. I mean, it's crazy. Where was the listener we had a listener sent us a picture of is in Chicago of their doorknob in Chicago and the doorknob had like ice crystals on it. And it was, you know, frozen in which maybe you expect except that. This was the inside part of the door handle it had actually frozen from the outside through the door and frozen the inside of the doorknob that is I saw this. When the when the water started coming in into the library member that in New York, and then everything just froze right away the documentary the day after tomorrow. Yes, you saw global warming bad. "Sugar Law Center. Mr. Bill Murray's not in right now. But I can take down a message in have you have you? Okay. Situate ourselves in the moment ran a little bit. So I mean, this is your this has been your office for the past thirty years. And now, you're leaving it packing up going from the nonprofit social Justice organization this place that you know, kind of field my activism to taking all of that with me too congress. How are you planning on are you planning to move to DC? So I don't think of it as moving to DC. I just have a place to sleep there while I'm voting and doing work there. But my boys are going to stay here. I have an incredible partner. And he's such a great co parent. Their dad is amazing. That's why you know. I don't think of myself as a single mom as much because he's you know, really stepped up, and you know, has been able to really be there every single day. Day for the boys legislatively. What do you want to get done in this first year when you have gone on your website? You have a fifteen dollars minimum wage, a college education, that's debt, free environmental Justice on and on. I mean, you know, all of those issues are at the forefront. And all these new members that have come in with me have run on those issues. It is going to be a top priority for us. But I don't think we're going to succeed unless we have the movement work in the things that we're doing back home to connect it again, when we disconnect we end up with something like Affordable Care Act, which people don't understand is insurance companies were in the room drafting it, and I feel like if if that happens on fight for fifteen that happens with other than we won't succeed. Horrible character because many Democrats would call it the signal achievement of the party in the last decade, or so I mean people like the man you're you're standing with that photograph Barack Obama. It's in perfect even by his own measure. But it got done. I know an thing though, we had winners and losers. Not everybody got helped. How's it going? Saretta dinner in downtown Detroit large room open bar. There's a fait. It's mostly a room full of lawyers and advocates social Justice leaders. And in a way, they're all saying goodbye to her because she's leaving that world and heading to Washington. Doggy. When I think of president. I just think of this moment. Ban Muslims from coming in. He called my Mexican neighbors rapist demonize. Neighbors words matter in do. And no matter what I will not stand idly by and say, I'm gonna wait for an investigation. No in. "There was one particular time that happened and I and I think it's worth mentioning now it's it was a picture that I took were Mr. Bill Cunningham. I was looking at that. He was in the picture and I actually saw him on the corner. We were by Bryant park, and I saw him arriving on on his bike and and we did that's run myself. We're waiting for the light to change so that we could get into the into the crosswalk and shoot. And when I saw him, I told her just run as fast as you can. 'cause we need to get into usually a wait for some people to to to move out of the way so that we can shoot. But I was like, forget that people not just just grown into the street as fast as you can. Let's get there as fast as we can so because I'm pretty sure that if we get in there like he's gonna shoot, just to kind of clarify, he's talking about Bill Cunningham who's legendary New York Times, photographer who just passed away. Yeah. So so yeah, that's that's, you know, that's a photo that I would haven't been able to make anywhere else. And that's part of the beauty of those things I do taking a picture of you working taking. That's magic. That's why would I would like to see that picture through you may want to, and there's also a lot of great shots where you're utilizing the architecture of the city in the streets and pipes and and buildings, and having the dancers kind of conform their bodies tapes and those incredible as well. Yeah, so that's that's part of the challenge of finding those little things and and when they happen and it's just like magic. So so there's a lot of times I, you know, we we're walking for for three or four blocks, and nothing happens for just walking. And then finally like something like that happens on issues like magic lowest. Can I ask given the relationship with with your work and how you kind of want to take it away from the performance? Well, two questions. Do you enjoy dance performances? Do you. Go and soak them up. And if you don't want answer that question, you don't have to. And the other question is, how does the dancers feel and and the dance community field to some degree when you're saying hold on, hold on, I'm not worried about the the choreography and the narrative. I just want this moment. Do they is pushback sometimes? Well, I mean if I'm hired by dance company issue choreography, of course, I do that and I try to maximize it in some way and make sure it's not static or to pose looking, which is often what happens. So yeah, I'm just out to make that dance look like an look, very exciting as a photograph, which is different from just collaborating with people with no intention. Other than to experiment and explore dance has a limited vocabulary moments and they have to work together in concert in a certain space and according to intervals of time. But the magic for me is they can. The dancers in my studio can just in an instant, create a split..

"You know governmental officials have to look back and look at the consequences of of what the what the law is and the reality is jeff sessions has said repeatedly the laws in place to make sure that we treat people fairly under the law and we have a deterrent effect the the reality is that everybody who's gonna be disagreeing with me on this panel is sounding very compassionate oh we need to take all these people and when you take all these people in i just i just say that there's a consequence to that i mean if you if you say we're going to take these people and more people will come and more people will come and we'll have the bigger and bigger problem at the border you'll be putting more children at risk of a two thousand mile trek through mexico which is not an easy thing to do i mean there's there are real consequences to this and this is what i would say to all of you you want america to be open fine i would argue give your addresses out and tell the people who come to this country can come to my house you can say here and you can come to my house and you can stay here as long as you want to pay for your education let me work and what's the over under and win the race card comes out this is intentional cruelty it's something that they are doing deliberately it they're making a choice to separate babies from their mothers they're doing that too as an inhumane policy on because the people are brown we also have to talk about the fact that this is a racist policy if these if these children were white we would not be doing this i guess i must have been we come back i'm going to remind you of what mr bill clinton harry reid rock obama once us to say about quote legal aliens close angry lawmakers demand answers and access to a new jersey iced attention all that coming up triple eight nine seventy one s eight ge wanna know what you think should be done about family showing up on our border illegally don't leave town by in the painfree relieffactor dot com studios.
