"Services and win. I'm on today with my co host, Cynthia Becker. Cynthia's the hostess of the reality. Syriza's CPS. The horror stories simply almost forgot the name of the show. How are you today? I'm good. How are you? Good. Good. You ready to take some calls today? Yes, Absolutely. You know, Um, we're not on our regular time zone today. Our show is generally on Saturday evenings from 7 P.m. to 9 P.m.. We're here today because we were preempted by USC Football. The U. S. A. U C L. A football game. So let's take some. Let's take some calls. Let's talk Tonto J. From Northern California J. Did you have a story to tell or a question to ask? Good afternoon, Mr Vincent and Good afternoon, Mr Gildea. Speckle. How are you doing? Doing Fine. How are you? I'm being good. I just want to ask a few questions. Theology. I forgot to ask this question. If my Children was removed on July 17 and my trial is on January 19 2 days before six months. Um do I have? Because after six months, you know, I can't father claim against government entity. So do I have to file that before six months old. You know, Joe, I'm not following your question. Okay. My Children was removed on July 17 when you're jealous you into 2020. And my trial is on January 19 2 days before six months, lips. And you know, as you know that if you want to follow a claim against the government entity for the removal of the Children without probable cause we got award. We have only can do that before six months. So, um, my trial is to this, uh, before the after the six months, or shall I file that? Um, well, you know, that's a tough question. Um I would say file it before the six month date just to be safe. But I was talking to someone recently that told me that Governor Newsome signed into law a bill that increases that six month period. I'm not sure about that. I haven't read the law. But I would say, you know if you want to be safe, violent before the six month period Okay. J. Okay, Then. My another question is what happened if my wife makes some false allegations against me. And I wanted on my Children support that. But every day shows different is that will be challenging time if I oppose to give the Children back to her. Well, you know any time your wife and your Children are testifying contrary to what you're testifying to you have a problem. Okay? And you know, and when they're factual decisions or factual discrepancies, um, you have that's for the judge and jury to decide. Mm hmm. And if Mr Winston what happens if the when the allegation meant I was indifference is the city at different places. Then, um, that's uh well, if you have, if you have, if you have proof, witnesses, perhaps video evidence that shows you're in a different place at a different time or at the same time. Um, you know, you're probably when that factual dispute but it's hard to say you know, judges and Juries don't always see cases the way we see them. All right? Mm hmm. Okay. That's the only question I have. Thank you. Hey, thanks for calling in. Thanks for listening. Thanks, Jay. Yeah. Um, let's take another call Cynthia. Let's talk to Vanessa from Northern California. Vanessa, did you have a story to tell or a question to ask? Both. That's okay. Good. I wanted to say how you guys are doing and thank you for your shows and shit. Really helps him up. Well, I appreciate that, Vanessa. Thank you for listening and thank you for calling in today. So what's going on? Well. It's been a year already since my Children were taken from their death. Um And They're holding them. CPSC holding them. Due to false allegations. And, um What's not? I mean, what I don't get is that the false allegation? Um, are keeping my Children from me. But did I have Ah, right too. Get my Children before they mean before they were taken to me. Because they were taken from their dad. So were you in the dead living together at that time? No. We've been separated for two years. I've been fighting. Or custody for my Children out of court and now in court because you got them taken from them by soup here, Okay, So what you should do? Do you have an attorney that's assigned to you? No, I've I've already had five, um public defenders that I'll quit on me without even a notice to me. They just quit. And Hyman even know who my other attorney is. You need to find out who your attorney is. And you need to do this. You need to have a meeting. You know, with the file you and that attorney should go over everything. You should develop a legal strategy with that attorney and then use you and the attorney should implement that strategy. He tried to do that. And they all tell me that I'm guilty of the false allegations, and they just want me to sign over my parental rights. Okay, because the allegations are way out like First of all the allegation is of my son was 10 years old. He's 15 now that he was hospitalized for four years, um in like 51 50, and they don't even have no evidence of that. Because I had my son when he was 10..

"The police. Delicacies! Kelly here, he's back. Go ahead, man! He's back. In incense in Cincinnati Sheriff deputies raised the blue. Lives matter flag instead of the American flag in front of the Justice Center in Hamilton County in spite of what's happening or maybe because of what's happening in the street. What do you think explains this kind of point of view from law enforcement in Bolton's them to take these illegal measures? It seems to me particularly in the face of this social upheaval. Yeah, it's a great point There is a kind of bipolar. Juxtaposition, if you will not opposition, but juxtaposition between on the one hand what we see going on in these streets today in terms of protests, and the way in which the reinforcement of structural inequality structural racism in American Society, the Police Department and law enforcement more broadly. Has Been Part and parcel woven warp of a culture that has been intolerant of difference. Why is it that the police chief in Minneapolis acted the way he did because he filed a suit some years ago. Claiming that the local police department was engaging in racist behavior. He then led. It led him to that. Is that sensitivity to firing these police as soon as they murdered? Mr Flowing and also to insist that they be held accountable. We need more police departments like that where we don't reinforce a deeply entrenched ratio, animus and bias against African American people and the Anti blackness woven into the very fabric of the culture, hoisting a flag. Of Blue all lives matter, or in this case, blue lives, matter is akin to symbolically rearing the confederate flag against the larger nation in deference to one's own sectional loyalties, so I think the convergence of votes that confederacy and cops at that level knowing that white supremacists have penetrated to a deep degree law enforcement in America suggests to us that the problem can't be the law and the rest of us. WHO's going to protect service as K.? R. S. One set from the cops themselves and this is why we need. This is why we need community policing. This is why we need. Police live in the communities that they are policing so that they will see. That's my aunt, my uncle that somebody I know that's my homeboy which Katrin an Anorak. Absolutely, no question where it's hard to argue with you or Miss Jenkins this morning. There's no question that when terms of as Miss. Jenkins said choosing a knee. We have to talk about the knee Colin Kaepernick. Did Place on that Gridiron to suggest that there was a problem in even if one disagree about method and manner, the ultimate message is real. It's powerful. It's poignant is compelling, and we've got to grapple with it somehow. Well Dr Dyson I certainly can't argue with a couple of points Max made, but that's for me and Max to deal with on another day which we will make no mistake about it. We got a law week ahead of us. As it pertains to Colin Kaepernick the only thing that I will say this I totally agree with Sally Jenkins the only thing that I would add as I really wish. A distinction was made between the NFL owners and the NFL. The NFL led by Roger Goodell with an executive. Vp who was a black man in Troy Vincent. WHO does a lot progressively the things that they have tried to work that they have put in shows that the intent is distinguishable different from what you get from a multitude of NFL owners, and I think we always in fairness to the NFL to make sure we like that, but stand with your. Your point Dr Dyson I would like to ask you moving forward. You talk about community involvement. What did you think of the idea of having some kind of and I? Use this word I understand the topic that we're living in into word, but an overseer in terms of a national police commission. I don't know how plausible that is, but in light of the fact that we have one presidential. Presidential candidate that his is from Asli. No for his position during the crime bill in nineteen ninety-three when he was pushing for that, and he call folks predators on the streets to a president and the office that just brought up dogs as in vicious dogs waiting for the protest I. think that when we look at things from a federal perspective. There's a lot of reticence. There's a lot of hesitancy. Hesitancy when it comes to things that need to be addressed at the federal level, so I'm asking you. Is this something some kind of remedy involving a police commissioner or somebody or board over everything before it can get to the attorney general where the police behavior Tim be dealt with before even arrest made somebody to monitor what the police are doing. What do you think about all of that? That's very powerful compelling, and let me say first of all. Mr Vincent and Malcolm Jenkins so you saw. There are one football player. One of the have done extraordinary work in trying to address many of these issues, so there's no question about that and I think that the section you make. There is more than technical that the way in which a bunch of billionaire white guys whose own ethos is antithetical to the encouragement of difference and those like Mr Vincent a black man to play the game himself and Malcolm Jenkins. WHO's on that? Gridiron is well talking explicitly and openly about racial inequality. Yes, there's no question when it comes to a policeman of the police of police czar. Steven eight when we talk about. Somebody who could talk about? How this is going because we that the under the Obama Administration Ag Eric holder one of the great. attorneys-general, we've ever had a had covenants with police. Departments examined them routinely. Look at what happened in Ferguson talking about what the corrupt culture of policing was day or or join with. Organization like Noble. National Organization of blacks and law enforcement headed right now by. Chief CJ Davis from the Durham Police Department tremendously brilliant Black Woman Who and those release people who are black by large understand ratio animus. They are victims of it themselves. They have been victimized by white supremacy within their own ranks and are deeply profoundly sensitive to this. So yes, we need police. Policing of the police. We need a police czar. We need to the ability to leverage penalty, fine and sanction against police departments that refuse to be trained, not like in Minnesota where they overrode chief did by saying we have warrior light stances, and we will pay the fifty five thousand dollars in warrior training. This is what ends up happening. It converges release, logic, legal logic, and the logic of white supremacy to really squelched the brethren from black people, and to have the greatest endemic besides nineteen that we've had. Laura I just want to say this to end this segment. I listen I don't believe that the police officers need training because of training with an issue. You'd be doing it to white people you know what to do. You just don't care when it comes to black people in a lot of instances that we're talking about so if if it's not being done the white folks clearly not training, clearly, you have the training necessary. You just don't choose to exercise it in some situations indiscriminately against black men period. It's your home. Speaking and I need you to do me a couple of favors. I could get that blueberry that rolled under the fridge last week. It's throwing my functions. Way Off SPEC anything. Bundle your home and car insurance with GEICO. It's easy, and we could save money. Lastly, I know you're thinking of painting the nursery back to off white, but I'm actually feeling. This baby blue didn't think.

"Go. Better. Yeah. Jackson Hayes is he's got good upside, he's raw right now. I'm not gonna say he's a project but I think the future was a lot better than the prison. And he's seven feet tall. And he's athletes, and he can put the ball in the basket and defend in rebounds. So I think I think that's a good pick number eight. And also, you know, one of the things that I don't know if you've talked about much date in recent weeks. But when it was first announced that he was picked number one, everybody assumed pelicans. Obviously, they, he kind of walked out of the woman, people fall. Well, maybe he's really unhappy. And everybody has the fought of being a star in the Big Apple in New York. I think every young man thinks about that young lady. But, you know, I think that moment, I think more walked over overwhelm. Okay. So I don't know if you've talked about that much. But I feel more of that than the fact that you want to go to the politics. I think when he gets there now you don't know in years down the road just like Anthony. You don't know what it's going to happen. You don't know if he's been vineyard championships, or what it's going to happen long term. Short term, you know, he's going to be very popular in the city. And I think he's going to be very happy here, at least in the short term early years. And again, if the team starts getting close to championship so wins them, you know, maybe he'll be all these guys for many years, but he's going to be happy in the Shortland. Oh, absolutely. Yeah, I've been to New Orleans five or six. In the last three years now, I don't know why anybody wouldn't wanna live. There was so much fun and great friendly people in great food, and good weather. I mean to me, it should be a destination place for free agents. That's right. Desert in the world venue as did they, they, they were at the cafe du Monde today with Marty Smith. And we talked about in the last hour, and they brought the as out of the oven and they're all shape Lexi's today for on. That's funny. That's funny. They are delicious over there. And so I'm gonna tell you what, you know, when he comes down here. I mean, you know, it's going to be a place where he's going to be celebrated who knows. Maybe they do. Well, you're next year. He'll be the king of many celebrities have been what mardi gras parade mardi gras parade on the Sunday before fat Tuesday. So he might be the king of Bacchus in his first year as well. And, you know, when people talk about, well, they the pelicans committed to winning and Anthony Davis was fired of all the losing this last year. They made the playoffs and got to the second round after sweep Portland and around one without to Marcus cousin. So people have short memories when they say something like that. Well, let me also add here. Okay. It was a different year on the pass ownership. Those people were nice, but, you know, when the Bentsen's came in Mr. Benson of late, Mr Vincent, Tom Benson, who is very committed to bringing a winner was saints and bringing a winning program and his wife, Gail him in his memory to keep it going. So it's a whole new culture that we're allot cultural you talk about sports, but there's a whole new culture here at least comes, you know, to the major league teams I know unfortunately after the year of the minor league AAA baseball team, leaving the baby cakes, but that's a different levels sports, but they'll maybe people see that happen. So hey, we don't want anything else like that to happen. So they're going to really push to make sure that these two teams say here, I know fencing and her staff, and everybody is committed. So I think the culture is awarded properly overuse, this some, I think we're using it in the right way, goodstuff talking to against got half to have you on, again, soon to talk, some more NBA talk. Some more pelicans talk, some more annot Orleans. Vowed good. Always a pleasure. Next time you come down here. We'll take you out. We'll show you some of the town, you're gonna regret saying that I appreciate it. Scott Harrison on the progressive insurance hotline sponsored by progressive making it easy to bundle your home and car insurance producer Andrew. You've been in Orleans ever visited a couple of times, very city walking down bourbon street. It's amazing because I don't here in California. You can't walk down the street with alcohol like that when you buy it from a bar they've got holes, like windows in the sides of the bars. They walk down verb you throw money. They hand you drink through the window. And then you just keep walking down the street. Some believable driven those canes you ever had one of those Andrew, I have not I've never been to New Orleans turning twenty one actually I've been a couple of times beforehand, but experience those hurricanes will sneak up on, you know, they taste great. "You a ten minute application get that get that filled out, and we'll be rolling with you. We can work with you. Whether you've done this or not before if you're a new investor we're going to hold your hand a bit. We're gonna make sure that you're taking advantage of our expertise to to get into the deal. You know, we don't want you to sort of get burnt by a contractor or to, you know, have unrealistic numbers. This is your first time going our new investor program sort of has us holding your hand a little bit connecting you with the right people. Make sure you're getting good numbers on this making sure that the the deal is going to work out for you. I mean from our perspective, our best client is a client with for a long time. Sometimes you get people who get into problems. Like, oh, well, look, you're going to get some fees on this or whatever. What a great deal for you. And I kind of say I'd much rather be Lennon's guy for the next five years, then make a little bit more money on this one deal. This is not a great deal for us. Our clients profit we profit to long term, and that's what we're looking to do. We're looking to build those those long term relationships where we can grow together. How quick is your approval process? Somebody comes here on a Monday. Can they have an approval on a Friday or is it the following Friday? Or is it the following following visit three weeks so one to two weeks is sort of a relaxed pace. If you come in to us on Mondays I absolutely need to close on Friday, and you're responsive. That's possible. Okay. That's possible assuming there's no Harry title issues word responsive. Yeah. No. If a client's responsive we've close in as little as forty eight hours, but that that's sort of like the planets are all aligning the appraiser can get there. Quickly gives us everything quickly. There's no title issues. It's just everything falls together. Right. Right which happens one in four million times. But yeah, but but a responsive organized borrower who is in seek of capital financing for a project or a home delivery is always more well received at a lending office of than somebody who is just a haphazard mass and wants to fight. Why do I need to give you my w two when I did my name. Nineteen seventy five I didn't have to give that. Well, you know, it's it's two thousand eighteen going into nineteen. And you know, we need to verify your income on your W two. Mr. Sch litter or the couples who don't communicate that never happens. Ask your wife for her paste out. Now, we don't talk. Yeah. We don't tell you. Yeah. Okay. Business partners to do what you want. What am I gonna give you that? So two to three weeks. It's good to save pace, no pun intended, Vincent pace. But it's a good safe way of of keeping the process moving along and putting undue pressure and set realistic expectations at three weeks. I'm kind of looking back and saying what went wrong, you know, even at two weeks is on this lower end of things. So I'd like to see one to two week closings get through sort of like clockwork. Right. You don't want any hangups. And if there are and and the biggest challenge, I would have to think for you would be title issues, if you get into some type of repossess property or for clothes property, or they didn't know there was back taxes that needed to be redeemed. And you gotta go get this. Certificate of redemption, and blah, blah. I mean, there's there's there's lots of ways that can be. That's the things that can lead to delay the -struction leans from a previous project. It went array negotiate that off. Yeah. So which you have no control over now and people get upset at the lender, including us when that happens, and we don't have any control over so. Yeah. Welcome to our world. So if people want to get a hold of you, Mr Vincent pace in the fine people at Barnet capital. How do they do that to two four two zero five seven two six six. All right. We're gonna take a quick break here headed Chapa Arini. But coming out of the break, we're going to throw it over to Dave Schlueter talking about the challenges that people face when buying properties with well. Am septic in it. And how is it properly maintained? How to do an inspection and all that good stuff? So we're going to be talking about that three one two five nine one eight nine.

"Sector ATF, Mr Vincent Cigna, rela global macro squawk analysts four Bloomberg here with us in our Bloomberg interactive brokers studio, Vince, thank you for joining Taylor and myself exciting times, what are people talking about at the desk. Oh, lots of things. The we started with the equities little bit of a bounce this morning. Most of the traders, I spoke to myself included. We're looking at the we thought was a dead cat bounce. Didn't like it. It looks like bottom fishing looks like we're right at least at this point Dow's now four seventy s and p fifty to the twenty seven sixty six level us for the SNP. We haven't closed below that other than one time. I'm in the last two years. So if we do it again and sustain it. What was one support now resistance? What was another level that you were talking about ten percents? I'm spitballing this a little bit. But just call it roughly seventy three hundred and the NASDAQ were around seventy three twenty five at the moment. From august. Highs to that level that would be a proper ten percent correction for the textile. You talked about some of the smart money coming in at the end, maybe wanting to close out positions that they don't wanna hold overnight and some of the dumb money this morning, maybe often just headlines trying to trying to buy the dip where do you feel right now? I mean, nothing fundamentally changed in the last forty eight hours.
