He'd spent or drank or whatever the red man the same bag over and over again. Yes sir luca placate now yeah. Not since his marlboro miles. Have we've seen terraced display. Excellent campbell was a weird indifferent. Dime like who wants a duffel bag. Well that was the thing like the comparison dropping dime on you having a sixteen year old with. Do you care about us or do you not care about. Are you in our business or are you not in our business right in the simultaneously you would get yelled at for grabbing wheat thins. Somebody's house without a written consent from their parents right but then moments later in the back of the guys pickup truck standing up all. He's doing donuts in the parking lot and they're signed off on it completely. So which is it like a disciplinarian or or which which is it all. It all seemed all to surround food. Food was different. There was no like. I sit around my fucking house now. The doorbell rings at ten fifteen on a thursday. I'm like what's going on. There's a guy dropping off growth hub daughter and all their friends coming grab their shit and going next and know the rules about the food who's food it was. Who bought that food blah blah blah. But a thousand rules about where you could eat that food or taking the shit in the living room and that's because it was shag rug time that's why you can never never never just sweep it up. Yeah yeah that's rapid a load a perm. All the shampoo in america got to wait 'til winter freezes up. I never told this story before. Just repressed memory. Just go back to the four or fifth grade. So i'm i'm nine or ten. I remember the school. I was in and there was some thing for our class class had. Let's say twenty two kids and there were thirty cupcakes and it was like someone's birthday or something right brought to the cupcakes. Everyone was enjoying one. It's in the class and we'll baba blah. I'm a chubby your kid at that age and i'm a doughy kid knows always hungry. And there's five or seven cupcakes. Leftover i saunter on over. Grab number to take a bite teacher fucking bitchy. What my teacher was the classroom teacher. Goes brian bishop. If i could make you spin out. I would for this all right. Well why party in their room just because the cup could've been a Lounge people parties. That eight admonished me loudly. Just a weird work dominion and dominion over other people's kids you could yell at other people's kids all you wanted. We had you know there was the mean. Dad's even has a mean dad and their neighborhood anymore. My kids don't have you know we didn't grow up with mr van dick friend dick would like come home from work and he was fucking past like don't just angry look off. He could be pre steam. Because all you'd have to do is leave a bike or skateboard or some shit in the driveway that he couldn't pull into the garage and he came into the fucking head of steam like loaded for bear about the bike driveway and having to get out of the car and everything else and there were horrifying. I mr treks live next door to me. Scared shitless him. Mr van dyke was scared shitless. No more scared of my pussy dad but also he didn't have any wheat thins so there's no churches. What's going to take away from us before that. I was sent home from a sleepover because i think i don't know like moonlighting or evening shade or something you do with the evening was on and i went to turn it to something that kids would wanna watch and i actually knocked over. Somebody's milkshake because we all had. Mcdonald's like strawberry milkshakes. I was sent home. That's the other thing too. Is they make moves man. You could've been destroyed for mistake innocent. I remembered clears. Abell mr van dig. He pulled out a cheap badminton set. And i've told this but it's been years and he's like set it up in the backyard and we're all playing badminton you know and it was just one of those you know. Twenty nine bucks with eight rackets and shuttlecocks the net and everything and in my in my racket the grip started to come. It was just like cheap. it wasn't even lender. We're happy leather stuff. They made the patch on levi five. Oh ones out of in later years. Some weird cellulose thing from china and it just wrapped up to the top and had like a little nail in it or something and it just came loose. And it was unraveling as i was playing and i was like. Ooh i'm gonna have to pay for that. And i have destroyed and i was like i was trying to wrap it like in between sets. Come on back then. Hold my hand over. Hold the racket lower now. I'm good up here. Because if i remember where somebody else i got a place this back in the box now so they don't see that it bro- broke that racket like just knocking something over breaking something something an acid and have some. You're boston man. Mom said not to play ball. The house has an entire episode of the brady for vase. Bro please let me let me get this off my chest. It'll be so cathartic. I think i may have told this before but I lived a friend of mine lives down the street and both parents were home and i was at her house playing and my dad had called and said he's you know he's a jogger using to jog in drop off some change for me so we could go get ice cream at the pool like a snack bar window that you didn't have to be inside the pool and i saw he had run by whatever..

"Doing that. Process wise the what the supreme court said on that one was. You can't have the cd sieges blanket do this. They don't have the power. Okay so date of new york. Does they said congress could pass a law in the state. I think certainly could pass a law. Now i i would i would number five hundred seventy five thousand eight hundred seventy one not to live in new york. Now i would say again. I disagree with that. Like i don't think a state can pass a law saying you can't evict the people you're insane right and i don't think that would hold up in court either however that's not what. The supreme court came down with on the eviction ban. They said the. Cdc can't do this if you want to try to do this. Go through congress and we'll deal with that but again even that. I think is ridiculously unconstitutional. You it it. Completely flips the free market on its head. There's there's no. There is no such thing as private property like. How could you sell anything if you were going to sell a car. I'm going to sell a car and you have to make five years of payments and then at any point someone can step in and say well you know what three years forget it. They landed mc three years of payments. Sorry what why. Would anyone ever sell a car again. We might get. I might only get sixty percent of the money i make. Ten percent of the problem is if the government is the one that is the backstop. That's that's why you're not hearing this argument on student loans because the government is the backstop right so nobody cares them. They'll okay we'll make the loan we're gonna get our money right and that's ns wrong for other reason is wrong all the way around. It destroys the free market. It is why our our schools are so expensive. Is one of the reasons because people wouldn't be able to do it unless the government was doing the loans because most people would go in and try to get a loan for you know two hundred fifty thousand dollars worth of education for famine studies. And they'd go. I don't i think you're kind of a bad risks. Yeah i all right. Our sponsor this half hour is titled twins. "Actually recommended at the time. I was just a dumb kid and he was like. Hey you should buy a house man. You know you make a little bit of money now At least get a condo wife. Had me get that condo. Yeah man they weren't for them on the. Why would done but anyway it was an awesome place but it was smaller like nine hundred square feet this up and I had two bedrooms and bathrooms but it was. You know but the way they arranged it was tight even have a ain't even have a view of my balcony. I went out on my balcony and there was another. It was a brick wall right there with a window apartment building. You see shit. Except i saw i saw so many titties and asses and dudes with the digs hanging out because they would just leave the door the window open and step out on the balcony to turn right back around all right well. That's a guess. I'm calling the night as you know. I'm not going to be have not not. The police called on the creepy black dude across the early asshole for trying to enjoy the view that you bought ray but they they're totally not culpable for just being naked. At all times you would be the one punished for that. Yeah no i never was. A creepy dude is out there and even even though he couldn't see ya know i turned right back around. I even like telling the shut the window. Anything i just went back in the fucking house. Man hung outside somewhere else. So yeah man. Oh good is good. Having you guys here oh. This is a question i want to ask you. Maybe christian we going on with the show. But i wanted to ask you and anybody else out there especially if we have any artist out there and it would be even better if any artists working. Adobe animate adobe animate used to be adobe flash flash animation or whatever. I don't know anyway. I worked in that program a lot because i've been working on our in it since on off for about twenty something years so i'm just used to it so that's what i do Starting to animate a little bit more. Y'all know about the animated situation. Like i'm just starting to anime stuff in my own a little bit more and so what i did was i want to get something That was a little less. Clunky like got a bunch of laptops but laptops even get a little bit lucky when i have a tablet and the laptop and then i don't go to a desk i sit on the bed and you're gonna hate this. I saw him too bad. Because this damn dog would not let me sit at a table. I know stupid. We have a long talk about boundaries after man. This damn dog wants me some bed. Sit with her on the couch. So what i did was. I like to be mobile. I love being mobile. I'm starting to get alabama more. So what i did was ordered a surface pro from microsoft. And that's what was downstairs so nice. You have a new delay you you wanna play. You can easily you barely to do this in a way. I want at least here. It is people in the box rate here. The surface pro. And let me see here in the by. Ms klein's going hard against what she refers to as that fucking rat. I don't know if you saw it in the in the chat. But i love it. Thank you mr van. I know and it's terrible in his hurtful specially to pixie but we used to this persecution. Anyway so wh what what. The surface pro work well with a an adobe program especially adobe program like What you call it a animate animate. Yeah would it work well with that. I have to imagine. But i'm not an artist. I know we have a bunch of really talented people who probably use that. In fact i know a couple of them. Do and i would say because it's a windows tablet. That operating system is going to be more pliable bike to work with all other services and stuff like that like if it was one of those souped up ipads i would have more doubts about it but i think you're fine but the surface pro for sure. Okay because i wonder if the pin was pressure was bruce precious sensitive bomb client about all. He said persecution here. We go Let's see here you guys. I got it. Because i didn't want to have a laptop and then something wired and then i have another tablet dangling from that so i just got a got a surface pro from From microsoft I can get a keyboard with later but You know you can hold this as a tablet on its own. You don't need a keyboard. So yeah i'm just wondering what you guys think Used it that i just. I would like your feedback on that. Because i know everybody keeps saying get away com. One away com tablet. But that is like. I don't want to have to spend three thousand dollars if i don't have to. Those things are way more expensive. This is like half as much so you guys have any feedback for me. Let me know. And i would appreciate that. You're going to talk to him. The chat are if you want. "This week an exclusive jeweler near the shelves at. He's a in. Paris was robbed. The robber posed as a client. Asking to see several high priced items before pulling a knife. He scooped up the goods and scoot it into the afternoon with upwards of three million dollars worth of jewels and by scooted i mean. He was on an electric scooter. The kind you stand on now. Obviously it was well planned but still it was daytime. It was crowded. How had the thief escaped attention. Well in a stunning twist witnesses are pointing to an accidental accomplice. Action star jean. Claude van damme. Apparently mr van damme was at a nearby optician. Possibly doing the splits but probably just standing there trying on frames either way. He created a diversion. Which although purely coincidental was really a glasses half full kind of situation for the jewel thief well a day later. French police arrested two suspects and recovered most of the jewelry. So in the end of failure of a heist the thief does get partial credit for taking advantage of the distracting action. Star. but really. that's van damning him with faint praise. "Himself was apparently very angry with Bruce Castor's performance yesterday. Virtually every Republican senator was like, I don't know where you picked this guy up. I don't know if he was like a personal injury attorney into Buche, and you sort of grabbed him off the line and decide to throw him up there an impeachment trial, but he did not receive plot. It's not not a lot of great reviews for Bruce Castor yesterday. If we go down the road, that my very worthy adversary here, Mr Raskin asks you to go down. Floodgates will open the political pendulum will shift. One day. This chamber and the chamber across the way. Will change one day. And partisan impeachments will become commonplace. Okay, so he's not wrong about that part, right? The idea that there's gonna be partisan impeachment all the way down. He's not wrong about that. Once you open the door to repeatedly impeaching and die over and over and over, that's instead of President, Castor said. We This was the most awkward moment. He sort of said Jamie Raskin is doing an unbelievably good job here. And we have responses to that stuff, but we'll get to that later. It's OK. Well, you know you didn't need to do that. That was that was not useful. Here's Bruce Castor yesterday. I'll be quite frank with you. We changed what we were going to do on account that we thought that the House managers presentation was well done. And I wanted you to know that we have responses to those things. We have counter arguments to everything that they raised. And you will hear them later on in the case from Mr Van der Veen and from myself, So not great, Not great, Bob. A little more on this in.

"Come. I'm Jon Scott. Opening arguments continue when Donald Trump's impeachment trial lead House impeachment manager, representative Jamie Raskin. Says the House presentation will lead to a clear conclusion. Donald Trump committed a massive crime against our Constitution and our people and the worst violation of the presidential oath of office in the history of the United States of America. Texas Republican Senator John Cornyn tells the Salem radio network. The Senate must determine if the president bears guilt for the Capitol attack. Or if the rioters do you need to distinguish between making a serious mistake. And going down there and giving a speech and encouraging the mob. But you know, that's the problem with mobs is that the lowest common denominator prevails and here there were people who committed acts of violence. Including one case of murder of a police officer. And we can't excuse that also with telling old outcome and you pulled by The Associated Press and into our center for Public Affairs Research shows about a third of adults in the U. S are skeptical of the covert 19 vaccine. This survey shows resistance to the vaccine runs higher among younger people, people without college degrees black Americans and Republicans. 15% of those surveyed say they are certain they will not get a shot. While 17% say probably not many Them expressed doubts about the vaccine safety and effectiveness despite few of any serious side effects, having emerged so far, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says to this point about 10% of the population nearly 33 million Americans have received at least one dose and 9.8 million have been fully vaccinated. I'm Ben Thomas. And U. S. Consumer prices rose 3/10 percent in January, led by a surge in energy, according to the Labor Department. More of these stories at town. Hold on calm. Now, the O'Reilly update continues, is something you might not know. Growing number of Americans are working well into their senior years, staying in the workforce for money or even boredom. They want to have something to do. Believe it or not, The same is true for Hollywood. Once an industry exclusively devoted to the young and beautiful Maura Maura actors are snagging major rules in their nineties. Here are some examples. Actress Betty White, still working at 99 Butts off for her roles on sitcoms, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and the Golden Girls. Miss White has won a bunch of me's her first back in 1951. Mel Brooks has three films scheduled for release this year. That's incredible. Dick Van Dyke still making the rounds in Hollywood at age 95 Dicks latest project was an appearance in the 2018 hit Mary Poppins returns. Mr Van Dyke became a global star for his performance as Burt in the original Disney film Mary Poppins Back in 1964. Gene Hackman turns 91 this year. The Trackman retired from acting about 15 years ago, telling Reuters quote. I missed the actual acting part of it as it's what I did for almost 60 years. I really love that. But the business for me is very stressful, however. Gene Hackman continues to write books at age 91. Finally Clint Eastwood a true phenomenon. Legendary star turns 91 in May Mysteries. What has no plans are retiring. His films have earned him five Academy Awards, including best director for the 1993 Western Unforgiven. His latest picture cry Macho, which will be released this year. We changed what we were going to do on account that we thought that the House managers presentation was well done. And I wanted you to know that we have responses to those things. I thought that what the first part of the case was, which was the equivalent of a motion to dismiss was going to be about jurisdiction alone. And and one of the fellas who spoke for the House managers who was the former colonel defense attorney seemed to suggest that there's something nefarious that we were discussing jurisdiction and trying to get the case dismissed. But this is where it happens in the case. Because jurisdiction is the first thing that has to be found. We have a counter arguments to everything that they raised. And you will hear them later on in the case from Mr Van der Veen and from myself. But on the issue of jurisdiction Scholarly issue of jurisdiction. I'll leave you with this before I invite David to come up. And, uh, And give you the The area Dyke explanation. Some of this was shown on the screen, but Article. One, Section three. Says judgments in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than two. Removal from office and comma and Disqualification toe hold any Office of Honor trust profit under the United States Colon What the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial judgment and punishment according to law. So this idea of a Of January. Amnesty is nonsense. If my colleagues on this side of the chamber Actually think that President Trump committed a criminal offenses. Let's understand a high crime is a felony and misdemeanor is a misdemeanor. The words haven't changed that much over the time. After he's out of office. You go on arrest him. So there is no opportunity where the president United States can run rampant in January the end of his term and just go away Scot free. The Department of Justice does know what to do with such people. So far. I haven't seen any activity in that direction. And not only that. People who Stormed this building. Breached it. We're not accused of conspiring with the president. But the section I read Judgment. In other words, the bad thing that can happen the judgment in cases of impeachment, I what we are doing. Shall not extend further. Then removal from office. What is so hard about that? What? Those which of those words are unclear. Shall not extend further than removal from office. President Trump No longer is in office. The object of the constitution has been achieved. He was removed by the voters. Mr Schoen. Are you ready? Now that I've taken all of his time..

"Us for a better US. Welcome back my guest, Susan Klein sometime ago left to the sometimes sleazy and unsatisfying world of modern media. That's just my opinion says You have to say anything to get into the into the much more rarefied but I think for her, obviously, from the way She She expresses herself passionately the much more rewarding work world world of art, and I think I was very lucky. Susan and my mother was head of public relations at the Art Institute. When I was born and for the first few years of my life, So I was never in intimidated by artists or art and my mother would show me this, but I think a lot of people are in there. They're afraid of the gallery experience and would rather go out and spend $20 on a. You know, a Schlitz poster than on a genuine work of art. Um, I write about that or my night. People are intimidated, and there's no reason why they should be because Good gallery should be able to really help you through the experience and the other thing, although I would never tell anybody to buy a piece of art, because it's a good investment. In fact, if anyone does run the other way, but That piece of art is still going to be an original. It's going to be unique and 25 years from now, you know you're going to take yourself a to goodwill, but that piece of art should have value in it. You can sell that. I mean, you can give it here, your loved ones. You can pass it along for generation. Very good point. Very, very good point. I think you know it's an investment. You know, I know a bunch of people who have too much money for their own good who do invest in art and other things. In the same way they buy, you know, Bitcoin or something, but piece of artists and investment in some ways in yourself, And in your loved it loved ones. Yeah. Yeah, the fuck you know how you feel? I mean, that should you're gonna look at that piece of art every day and say I love it. It inspires me. I mean, This is what it should tell you. Richard always says that a piece of art should reflect the era in which it's made. So, for instance, you don't want to buy an Impressionist painting that was created last year. You wanna buy on him? Yeah, by an impressionist painting that was created in the 18 eighties 18 nineties. But you can find a piece of art at any level we can afford. I mean, there are so many obviously now not with Kobe, but you can go toe art shows all over Chicago, where you know they're up and coming artists that the prices they're really, really modest. So you know if people say I can't afford it, that's not true. You would be able to. You know, it's It's not worth buying that poster. You know that. Invented an artist or in a state of an artist like in the case of like Route off Pen and Francis Chafin, very good point of both of whom Rudolph Penhall is an esteemed teacher at the Art Institute of Chicago, and I think I think too many people out there are cameras, so you can also get kind of intimidated to Seenu, who were once in The auction world by the what I find no offense to the dead artist, the grotesque prices that people have been willing to pay for. Yes, Mr Picasso and Mr Van Gogh. These air really nice pennies, but $93 million. Do you know what I mean? You can find their friends that never reached those sort of prices. I mean, there are things out there that if you like Picasso It means you like cubism, and you confined Cubism just about it At any level. You know what it reminds. You know, you remind me Susan of a delightful, wonderful woman who used to own a bookstore on On Old street name Carol Stall, and it seems someone someone could walk into into the Richard Norton Gallery at at the Merchandise Mart making reservation at Richard Norton Calorie and I am supposing that trying to overburden you, but if someone came in and said, I think they should see this show because this shows Roaring twenties is so so remarkably colorful and frankly, cool. But if they came in and talked to you about art saying, you know, I am made, you know I love Brock and I love Wyatt. And I love this. And you would then be able to kind of steer them into Artists of similar style who, Oh, absolutely. I think that's wonderful. It's like coming and saying, I love mysteries and someone saying, Well, you should read John le Carre Ray. I think that it's a joy for you. I'm not trying to putting a burden on for me. No, it it's great, and we love that. And we have clients that come in. And this town, and we we talk about her for an hour. I mean, this is what we do. I mean, you know, Richard and I This is our passion. This is What we do every day and you were the gallery's open even in these his are times Daily daily Open. We're open Monday through Friday. 9 to 5. Good, good. We're not a weekend gallery because we're in the merchandise Mart. Yes, of course. But one of them, I think. Ask Richard, when you talk to me, Okay. I think that he I wrote a story about him somewhere where, he said. He said. Or, he was quoted as saying. When you go to an art fair on outdoor art fair, don't drink too much, because if you can't write, Yes, well, it's probably good advice wherever you're going, But I look forward to meeting him too. I will. I'll be strolling by one of these days because I was I was quite taken with the show on the substance and style in which you You gave good old Mr Penn on exhibition and then was just totally taken by the Roaring twenties exhibition and you sound like a delightful person. I'm sure Richard Is as well and so look for me. Look for me for me. I would love to meet you. I would love to meet both of you, too. I think you were doing read you focusing on a time And if you look on the Web site, you will see what a vibrant Vibrant time This was in Chicago has a lot of famous wonderful, talented artists who you probably have never heard of, and you can be introduced to them at the At the Richard Norton Gallery, and you can visit if they're like, you know, just in there. A lot of people should go who've never been in the merchandise Mart? You know that, And that's intimidating to, but it really isn't. It's really It's a bunch of really small. Yeah. Little stores and people shouldn't be intimidated it all come visit the mark and see what a wonderful place it is. You're a good person, Susan Clinic can't wait to meet you face to face. Thank you very much. Thank you. Forget making the time though I don't know. Go enjoy the rest of the Super Bowl or whatever you have planned, but I'll be I will be in touch. Thank you for lifting the veil of intimidation off. Art and art galleries. We have to take a break, and then you get some news and then I will be back here. I will be exploring with The great Richard Lindbergh. Tales of for gotten Chicago. A little flexibility can go a.

Supreme Court rules against Trump on tax records
"Trump reeling from his big loss at the Supreme Court paving the way for a New York City prosecutor to get trump's tax records Manhattan, Federal Judge Today, ordering attorneys for both sides to inform the court by next Wednesday morning how they expect to proceed now trump calling the supreme court ruling political prosecution, but this is really legal, and the stakes are very high for him. The court ruling that trump is not immune from criminal proceedings meaning that Manhattan District Attorney Sivan's can continue his investigation into hush money. Payments made to stormy Daniels vans, calling it a tremendous victory, adding no one not even a president is above the law and that. That his investigation will resume now. We don't know exactly what the investigation is, but the case is now headed back to the lower courts. Where Mr Trump's lawyers, we'll presumably make new arguments at the subpoena for financial records is improper, and then the New York Times reports should Mr vans eventually win as many legal experts expect the tax returns will go to a secret grand jury that will delay the release of that information to the public. If it is released at all now, this legal fight is new. Every president since Carter has voluntarily released his tax returns, but trump continues to refuse maintaining the same excuse for the past four years. I'm under a routine audit and it'll be released. And as soon as the orders finished, it'll be released. His taxes are under audits, and when they're no longer under audit, he will release them.

Sean Hannity
Explaining the Michael Flynn controversy
"City every thing that we have been saying we're now going on three plus years is now true there is a miscarriage of justice they set up general Flynn we now have hand written notes to prove it where do we stand and your thoughts what we have even more evidence now Sean than we had yesterday we did a new filing at about one o'clock this afternoon with a report from the FBI that completely exonerated planets of January fourth of any sort of Russia problem and repeats in multiple ways that they had checked all the government files on him the FBI files the DA files probably ASCII files all those those two were redacted and found no derogatory information on him whatsoever so then we learned a task a confidential informant against them from the other information I have another that staff and helpers and he's a total slimeball but was running an operation against when I'm probably through the office of net assessment James Baker colonel James Baker in the department of defense with his handler and we think banker that they could not be at the operator but the defense department Baker is the one who had the connection that allowed him to get the transcript of the Kinsley act calls that he then probably leaked to his friend David Ignatius there been recent disclosures of how cozy their relationship was which was inappropriate for more reasons than one and we've just got more and more evidence of the strong page text messages hell struck at the instructions of seven four went back in which means the upper echelon of the FBI Comey and McCabe went back in and kept the following general Flynn from being closed he references their own incompetence and realizing that the file has been closed even though it was supposed to be on so they started all over again and start making up the attempt for the Logan act delegations and set up the interview now as I read these hand written notes and and new information that has come out potential questions for DD's call explain what that is this is from struck that son an email from strong before McCabe is going to place the call to swing on the day of the interview that Comey was talking and bragging about his little speech on national January twenty fourth four days into the trump administration and McCabe now general Flynn it's been widely reported ask or do I need a lawyer anything in Andrew McCabe lied to him did he not and deny him his Miranda rights well actually technically Maranda doesn't apply in the non custodial setting but what they always do is at least mention of one thousand one possibility the false statement possibility and what that means that they have plans and schemes by other information we have not even do that with general Flynn there emails yesterday produced that recommended that they do that and note that they always do that at least mention it in an interview and they decided here because it was planned not to mention it at all they schemes and plans and met at length about it to decide to keep him relaxed and unguarded and then I would not have their and what wouldn't a White House council of as well what is the nature of this then again improper process was and protocol what is the nature of the discussion with general Flynn and if they had the Telemus about an investigation into planned and Russia well that point the White House counsel would say will red flags general Flynn they probably would have told you probably need a lawyer that would have happened now in that and then these other you know hand written notes what is our goal now why would any FBI agent ever have to ask the question because the goal should be truth the goal should be justice they say then it goes on truth admission R. or to get him to lie get him we're trying to get him to do something or and then it's so so we can then prosecute him or get him fired well that sounds like a perjury trap but I'm not the smart lawyer that you are Sydney about one that was obviously written obviously their goal and that's even more apparent in the text messages of Strzok and page and others that came out in the production today where they also talk about using a defensive briefing as a pretext to talk to him they're trying to figure out a way to talk to him in such a way that he doesn't know he's being interviewed so they could try to trap him or make something up against him and they wound up having to just make it up and we learn more in today's production also about how Mr Strzok did massive added to the original agents three oh two and was trying very hard to keep that other agents employees in the report despite his significant changes to it and was talking to Lisa page about that she was fussing with him that helps lobbyists work was on it all right I'm I want to get John Solomon here in here in a second but Sydney what we now knows that this was a set up that they knew ahead of time that they had put this case to rest they resurrected it for political purposes we know even earlier and and the attorney general's confirm this that in fact when we've confirmed it that it was premeditated fraud on the FISA court because they will warn John Solomon will address this in a minute and that is they will warn that the dirty dossier that Hillary paid for should not be trusted it was political in nature it's unverified and my and that Christopher Steele has an agenda numerous times but they took the unverified later we find out unverifiable odd dirty Russian dossier that even apparently the Russians knew was going to Hillary Clinton which brings up a whole new story likely Russian disinformation even The New York toilet paper times got that was used as the foundation for all four FISA warrants totally debunked at this point they never even tried to verify it and then they took away Carter page's civil liberties and constitutional rights they spied on a candidate a transition team and deep into the presidency of Donald Trump those last words are Attorney General bars are and then we have other issues involving helper and Joseph miss foot in Brandon and and clapper which I assume at some point will be addressed to hear Sydney but here's what happened they denied that we now know that general Flynn is even a bigger hero don't week that what we have been saying on this program and thank god for you because you've got the crap beat out of you all a lot you work your your you know what off offered no money for the most part pro bono and donations from generous people thank god because this guy went bankrupt and he fell on the sword to save his son is not true Sidney Powell yes yes the generosity of the American people has kept our litigation going in his defense and we've learned that there was a secret side deal of course but generally they have promised not to indict his son but the judge didn't know it and we found documentary evidence only recently that Covington and Burling as per our lawyers and the prosecutor Mr van crack it made this a secret side deal deliberately to avoid that Mr Bannon cracks obligation to produce that exculpatory or impeachment information to any future defendant that they wanted general Flynn to testify against so it was another example of them cracked deliberately trying to hide the ball of exculpatory evidence and believe that the same time we on at the same time the judge did not note that the plea was coerced at and the plea was course because they said well we didn't think ally but you're going to admit to lying rose we're going after your son which that is prosecutorial abuse to I don't want to keep John Solomon out of this discussion John you've brought amazing work here and you have a lot of updates we have to listen today's documents that should be forced into the public I think really bring to light the deliberate nature of what was going on here the normal process for the F. B. I. was taking its course they looked at general plan they decided he wasn't a Russian asset he posed no threat he should be okay to be the national security adviser and then this is a more right from their notes the seventh floor of the FBI got involved the seven floors James Comey and Andrew McCabe and they stop the closure of the files the they were gonna treats when the right way and just give me a defensive briefing I move on and they put a stop to it and then they can talk this interview and you
