"And so the characters. Because I do graphics, I could draw the characters in with a stupid name, and so it was always just an attempt to kind of make each other laugh. Really? So things like them as daddy and you know, all of that. They were just throw away, but some of them start because people were then right into us quote, things back so they encourage us to get brought back like Mr. T and just became something with their own momentum. It was never designed. It was all quite shambolic. So the best ideas are. Yeah. I mean, like we were talking to before you came on about sale. And excuse me. We can hear the character these days and it was quite good because I can't remember the night who does the impression rich? Eli silverman. That's it, sorry. Amazing. He kind of just nailed it with how because obviously that we read the characters. Obviously, back in the day until he takes. So we had to use our imagination to know how they sounded in our head. But I feel like he nailed it. Yeah. Yeah. Well, yeah, I remember mentioning in to some of the first time and was a digitalist to find originated. It's saying, calling us through fat sales voice. And he just said, yep, yep. Perfect. And even though fat cell technically is female, you know, female pig is a cell. It just works. It's just funny because angry guy. Fellow anyway. So yeah. I mean, I'm in the morning commute on a day listening to facile calling Paul fucking shit, and I'm just trying to work. Do my homework for the podcast and I'm just a side by self. So thank you Paul and thank you, Eli. He's great. We had a little question from demon scythe swap shop, and he's they asked, will we see these characters come to the live show or even to the YouTube channel? And yeah, well, yeah, I mean, you know, lots of them have been on there already the man's daddy has been brought to horrible life. Yeah, we had several of them on the live show that we did last month. But yeah, absolutely. The second series of digitizing the show because it's going to go out. It's going to coincide with the 30th anniversary of digitiser. So I want it to be a proper celebration of that and bring back all for the first time, you know, some of the characters that we're on May originally read life into them. Make them real. But I don't know who yet. Yeah, but it's like, that would be a surprise. Yeah, yeah. But we had last time, the first series, we had Mr. T we had a guy who kind of threatens only as far as I know, Mr. T impersonator, and we had him. Spend the day with us, telling people to stay away from his bins. And that was bizarre for him, but, you know, I'm thinking, I'm just sort of still there, watching him do this, just think, you know, I can not believe this is happening. This thing that I did kind of 25 years ago now live action. Yeah, that must be quite crazy for you, you know? Like you say, you just got a job. It was a job to you when you started until he texted. And to see how it grew to where it went must have been really crazy for you. Yeah, I mean, at the time, I never really had a sense of how popular it was. It was all sort of in isolation..

"Terry mcauliffe beat himself up last night in a one on to interview in the so-called virginia roundtable and he just punched himself out. If it was a fight they would have stopped it. They said terry wanna leave now. Because you're so bad. Glenn young already winning glenn. Young gonna win you. You're desperate and you're terrible. I wanna go in reverse order of his nightmare comments last night and for the rest of the country. Terry mcauliffe is indeed the same terry mcauliffe. You've heard about for forty years. He's the jack the lad. Virginia politics is just a sort of buffoonish character. Arrogant smug everything. You don't want an elected official in old and around forever in reverse order of bad answers. Let's start with his lease bat. Answer where he tries to avoid the fact he called for overturning. The election of two thousand and and threw dirt on two thousand and four cut number fifteen in two thousand four. You said this about the election. Where president bush beat al gore. Let's go back to florida president. Jose okay so i i want to talk about. This was president. George bush legitimately elected but we went to a very contentious. Two thousand if you remember and remind you. It went all the way to the united supreme court and it took them through the second week of december to actually make a decision and the supreme court for the first time the history of our country. Stop the counting of ballots in florida in overturned the local virginia or the florida supreme court. So he got sworn once you're sworn we gotta move on but do not forget. That was very important. That the supreme court of florida stopped. The counting. a balanced wasn't the case in twenty twenty. Well you came out with a new ad this week challenging mr young kuenz prioritizing election integrity. You said glen again casting doubt on election result and putting trump's conspiracy theories i. This behavior is dangerous. And it's disqualifying so my question to you is. What is the difference between what you've said and when you're accusing him of well i'll say it again. That case in two thousand went to the united states supreme court.

"Was talking to my wife about this yesterday. dot coms. I said you know it's a funny thing because you're just the archaeologist. You find this stuff and then you have to turn over your findings to every kind of scientists many hostile to the fundamental idea. Evidently they seem to think what you and. I seem to think which is maybe the biggest headline of all. Yeah early in the dig when we started discovering all this kind of anomalous melted material stuff that looks like it had been exposed to rather high heat index. What do i do with that. I'm an archaeologist. I know how to dig dirt. I know how to recognize strata. I'm an expert on ancient pottery. All of that stuff. That goes with archaeology. But i'm not a physicist. I'm not an astrophysicist. I'm not kim. Mr a geologist so all that stuff had to be turned over to scientists who know what they're doing with that sort of thing and it actually wind wound up in the hands of a team of scientists. Call the the comment. Research group r. g. who has their well published in all kinds of scientific journals including the proceedings of the national academy of sciences. And now of course. Nature scientific reports on this particular paper that they wrote but they've been involved six or seven years in this analytical phase of the destruction layer for the middle bronze age at tall hamam which associates with the time of abraham and this particular layer had all kinds of indicators that they call them proxies of what's called media riddick or cosmic bowling airburst event that exploded over. It's it's just indicative of not reading the room. Yeah the idea. Of course a coppa The child online protection and privacy act prevents kids companies from gathering data on kids under thirteen Which really hampers facebook so In theory fa- kids under thirteen. Can't join instagram or facebook. So they were gonna make an instagram kids for kids under thirteen. Which one can argue. I'm not gonna argue. One could argue that knowing that that's happened anyway. It's wiser to create a place that is going to be safer however what looks like instead expectation young people. And it's just. I think you know i think what facebook would do is design it so that it doesn't collect data but that's not the only hazard go ahead. I'm sorry stacey no it's not just well. They designers so they don't collect data. How can they market to the children and they really wanna make money. I mean there's a if you are a company like facebook or even koogle. Fumio Kishida wins Japan leadership race, setting him up to become prime minister

"Japan's ruling liberal democratic party or ldp held its leadership runoff election. The last round was between two former foreign ministers. Kishida fumio and kotaro. Mr kushida came out on top. The ldp has dominated japanese politics since its founding in the nineteen fifties. So the party's new. President will be the country's new prime minister when tsuyoshi he steps down toy so in his victory speech. Mr kishida said that from today. I will with all of my energy. Get straight to work. How and where he will channel that energy though is still something of an open question as is how much. The electorate will support him. This year's election for the presidency was more unpredictable than most heading into the vote. Today there was some some genuine uncertainty about who would emerge the victor noah. Sneider is the economists. Tokyo bureau chief but this kind of free for all uncertain circus like for the mvp at least election campaign. I think really master distracted from deeper and more worrying trend in japanese politics namely growing voter apathy and disillusionment from the political process and given that apathy. How do you think it is that. Mr kishida came out on top. The dynamics of this election were a bit complicated. But let's unpack them. Konno tato former foreign and defense minister was the favourite in public and the favourite amongst younger diet members in the ldp who saw him as potentially more transformative figure who also crucially might help them keep their jobs in elections that are looming in later. This fall masan however is unpopular amongst. The party's old guard and and they see him sort of unreliable uncontrollable. He has a reputation for being a bit of a maverick so he won. The the vote of the rank and file in the first round of the party's election but he didn't win enough support amongst his colleagues to win the election outright so it went into a second round run-off there to she support from within the party really proved decisive. It is i think a result that reflects the enduring strength of the ldp's establishment and is in some ways the kind of rebuke of public

I hadn't heard of before she brought it up and so she'd go and talk about these minute details and like throw out names of people historically that. I never heard the names of that. Were in her mind civil rights heroes or something like that. And i'm thinking and how the hell does she know these minute. Details about american history and yet when asked about her opinion on something like the israeli palestine conflict. What the hell. She's talking about so obviously she's being coached right. Obviously there's people who know what they're talking about and saying you know say they say they say this an interview and presumably also telling her how to vote and you know how to you know giving her legislation to get past that and so i started looking into it. I actually went to see pack. And i ran into a senator. I don't remember who it was. And i said. Hey who do you think is Is is pulling the strings of ao

It was the gillette razors. Yeah the first video. That i did that. I got my channel attention. Was this gillette parody right you. You remember the gillette. They were essentially saying like. Don't be a manner horrible. Don't be so toxic. Be a better person and they had some racial stuff in there. Like all the bad guys and the video were white and then they're like black friends would stop them from hitting on a girl or something like that if they were the hero guy you know it was just such a leftist dream commercial and but the dialogue in the in the video and the ad. The voice over narration was was very left wing. It was the way that they talk about things. They don't want to expose their real intentions. They want to try to convince you to be better because they know that you're not good enough as a man you know and so i just took that you know that voice over took the ad mostly as it is. There was a couple of cuts in their. But and i did my own voice over which moore obviously in clearly stated what their intention was which was to say like men are terrible. You shouldn't be you shouldn't be a man. Every man should transition. I didn't say that. I made it clear what they were saying. In simple terms and that just by itself was funny and people really resonated with you know well over a million views and the only issue with that was i wasn't in the video is just my voice and nobody knew who i was note knew what i looked like so mike channel had gotten some exposure. It's kind of a weird thing. But on me chris just going to enjoy the sexual. Conservative women tend to be outspoken bold conservative black black conservatives. Black-americans are conservative. Very bold white men. We have become a bit more demure over the years. We have stopped speaking boldly in articulately and clearly and aggressively because the feminists call us aggressive. They say were the problem. And so white. Men tend to just say all right. I'll just be quiet. I'll sit back. You know if you're gonna call me aggressive. I'll be the opposite of aggressive. Just chill and now's not the time for that. Men that speak up you speak up but you're an immigrant see so you have some kind of something of immigrant. They pass the budget that they passed earlier and amend the reconciliation instruction to include a dead height and mitch. Mcconnell made it clear again yesterday. they're not gonna get one. Republican vote along the way because they rolled the republicans and so they they. They broke it. They bought it at the new york. Times it says democrats across the ideological spectrum said forging a consensus with tall order. We've got a hectic few days ahead representative josh heimer. A moderate new jersey said after emerging from his negotiating settlement with mr biden. And the other lawmaker how they can only those four votes in the house. They can't lose one. Vote in the senate and they have the crazy squad. People the crazies. There just absolutely crazy they they want to spend all of your money and they wanna forgive all of the college debt and they want to pay for everyone's college and then want to give you a check instead and so they don't wanna compromise with anybody and you know the same democrats like joe manchin and saying you know we're not going to do that. I gotta get elected and the moderate democrats who actually don't wanna lose their job in next fall's elections which will well that leads to another headline the washington post biden huddles with warring democrat warring democrats as parties. Agenda hangs in the balance because you see finally elite media's figured out the republicans aren't helping if the government shuts down. It's the democrats fall. If the debt limit is exceeded in no more debt can be issued in the full faith and credit of the united states takes a dang it the democrats fall

Donald Trump Deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for the Abraham Accords

"Question. I wanna ask you and you can go anywhere you want. But when people talk about the abraham accords. I'm not sure. I understand the significance of that. I haven't heard much about it. Tell us what's your perspective on that. What did trump achieve anything. Well the media did a terrible job covering most important storage game. Changing set of arab-israeli peace agreements in a generation re literally have not had an arab-israeli peace accord in twenty five years We've only had two prior egypt and jordan and president trump who was told by everybody in the peace industry in washington. You'll make the middle east worse you'll never make peace. You don't know what you're doing. You're a moron. And yet he accomplished four arab israeli peace agreements plus an agreement between kozo a muslim majority but non arab country and israel. It's extraordinary what trump pulled out and eric. You know this about me. In sixteen i was a sharp critic of trump. i would've considered myself a never-trumper. But i did would always know whether never-trumper did i said. Okay i have these deep concerns about him but let's let's pray for him every day and let's see how he how how he does. When i sat with them in the oval office a scene described in this book. I told him that. I'd been a never-trumper now eric. You know the man. How often does the term never-trumper get used with mr trump in his presence particularly in the oval office because judging from the looking at his is not that often. But i said to him. Listen i didn't believe your promises. I didn't trust you. But i've been stunned by what you've accomplished and i began rattling these things off. Let's just take a few right. The abraham accord had not yet happened. But we were trending there. It was clear to me that he was going to be able to pull these things off. Four arab-israeli agreements. Okay plus destroying the isis kathy. Liberating five million christians and muslims and yazidi from the reign of terror of isis taking out the isis terror. Commander abu bacher all-body taking out the top iranian terror general qasim sulamani ripping up the iran nuclear deal of imposing a maximum pressure sanctions campaign against iran. Moving the us embassy from talbot to jerusalem recognizing israel sovereign rights over the golan heights. And i could go on. And on as i do in enemies and is i believe. Trump deserves a nobel peace prize for the abraham accords. I doubt that he's going to get it. But if you don't win a nobel peace prize for creating peace with four arab countries and israel. What's the price

Peter Daszak: The Man Behind Anthony Fauci

"We are governed by currently in this era of public health. Put that in quotes lockdowns and draconian drank draconian ism by a group of people that was largely unknown a couple of years ago but they have come to the forefront and have more power than any other people in the history of domestic american policy. One of those people is dr peter desk. Dr peter dasent is the villain behind the villain. Is the man behind foudy. Now many people ask the question. How is it that they spied on. Donald trump the same playbook that they used spy on donald trump. And go after lieutenant general. Michael flynn is precisely the same playbook that they use to launch this fraudulent campaign saying that the chinese corona virus came from the himalayas. It came from some bat soup. I'm reading from the daily mail dot com. It was revealed earlier last year. That peter desk a british scientists with longstanding links to the wuhan institute of variety had secretly orchestrated in landmark statement in the lancet in february two thousand twenty which attacked conspiracy theories suggesting the cove in one thousand nine does not have a natural origin. The now infamous letter signed by twenty-seven seven public health experts said they stood together to strongly condemn the theories that which they said quote do nothing but create fear rumours and prejudice. See that there. You have medical scientists telling us that it creates prejudice. They also lavished praise on chinese scientists. Who said they worked. Diligently and effectively to rapidly identified a pathogen behind this outbreak and share. Their results transparently the global health community. But now the lancet which is the top level of medical discourse and publication said near agreeing to publish an alternative commentary which discusses the possibility that laboratory research might have played a role in the emergence of the sars kobe to ouchi chinese corona virus. The scientists say quote. They need to evaluate all the hypotheses on a rational basis and away their likelihood based on facts evidence devoid speculation concerning potential and possible political impacts in february two thousand twenty. They even add that that statement in part of a silencing effect on the wider scientific debate. Yeah no kidding. Because peter dasent inserted themselves under orders from bouchier he is the pulp fiction equivalent of mr wolf.

"Ouchi is so discredited at this point. Even jake tapper calls them out over the weekend on cnn. Jake tapper is trying to get foul ci to his belief that boosters are needed for everyone now and who knows about boosters. i read an article about antibodies. And how the rich are supposedly running around getting antibody tests all the time to try to stay on top of that issue and it is. It is a kind of a reasonable question. Where are your antibody. What's your antibodies level. After a vaccine after the shot. And i know there's different types. The one is the mr a or the md anna supposedly part of the virus. So if i got the johnson. Johnson vaccine in march will my blood tests show antibodies. Now i don't know and this article said that people that have access to you know concierge medicine doctors. They're running off getting antibodies tests. What does that tell you somebody. I know that had that had coverted. I've shared this with you lot. It's anecdotal but it's true doesn't have any antibodies. According to her blood test

"Was very distinct and then i remember seventh grade eighth grade. We were at the movies. My friends and i we saw him with his family and i great wonderful seemed like a lovely father and husband and whatever but i was disappointed because just colored in part of him that i didn't want to know because what i had in my head was guy with a pencil behind his ear that just said i guy all the time and they didn't want to think about his home life. I didn't want to know that he does anything else. Except what i know him for. He was a celebrity to me in that so i was very upset about that years. Go by every time. I see friends from elementary school ad for an extended period of time. The conversation will wander towards mr reuter. Sometimes monsieur writer. Oh yeah let me point that out. When he did his french class. You had to call him. Monsieur reiner when he did his gym class. He was mr roy. You could not confuse it too or else you would be corrected. That was serious shit. That was a slap in his face. Know in my in my home you call me one thing in my office. You call me something else. But we are running around doing flaw. You can call me mr roy now but we are when we are in la maison lack. L'ecole you call me monsieur right. That's how good i am at. Franks took me a minute to figure out how to school years. Go by always bring them up. Never left my brain as many of these teachers have not and the joy of remembering their names is that you can look them up online. That's the best madame to rocco seems to be involved in some sort of italian film festival. Now very cool. It's nice to look up. These people got. Oh my god. They're they are so far. I haven't come up on anyone who's died or he's under tragic circumstances which is good makes me happy. It looks up mr roy. Turner who i have friends who are teachers now and they said they saw him at different schools. And you know whatever. So i know he still existed. Meanwhile he always felt like really older to it. His dad like meanwhile he's probably same age. I'm now just people stop wearing khaki pants. Then i looked him up typed in his name. I'm not finding too much. I'm finding there's like a kid from ecuador who has the same name and an instagram. That keeps popping. This is what i'm getting. So i'm very dejected. In that sense my app get nothing. And then i find i click on images because sometimes that's a that's an easier way in visual obviously recognize. The person and i found this beautiful beautiful portrait of mr roy reuter and he's wearing this polo and it's turquoise with like pastels and he standing just in a field. There's grasp behind him. There's a big blue sky and he really. This portrait is incredible. He looks exactly like how i remember him. And that shirt he's wearing is like the perfect kind of mr reuter. If i was going to be mr right for halloween this is how i would want is so i'm reading and of course you know who the hell would be painting portraits of my french slash gym teacher from so long ago and it turns out. It's his father and his father's website and his father was an artist who's now passed away. According to the website and was a classically trained artists and made his living painting. Movie sets and tv sets this stuff with the cbc or was reading his biography which is fascinating like back in the old days. You know those old movie sets that were like incredibly inaccurate but yet still beautiful. It was a reality unto themselves. He did those very very fascinating. And he painted this for his son and the caption says oil on campus. It's forty point six centimeters by thirty point. Four centimeters from two thousand eleven and this is our son a teacher in his spare time sportive comma bird watcher show. Two things are possible here. 'cause i'm hedging. Maybe this guy does not know how to use the common. He's either sportive which he is because he teaches jammies athletic and likes to run long distances and is also bird watcher or he's a competitive burma archer regardless either combination fills me with so much joy and then it says it was gifted meaning. I'm sure he gave it to his son. Why would you paint a picture of you. Sign them and give to somebody else right. I love it it's hi rez. I wanna see if i can make a big print event and put it up or give it to somebody as a gift. It's the one of the most beautiful pictures i've ever seen. Because it's exactly how i remember my childhood. Do you know what i'm saying. I just look at it. And i go. This was what i remember. And i don't want to know the the family man or what he does with his life. Or any disappointments. I want a man in a pastel polo standing in a field. Maybe watching birds. Maybe waiting for kids to show up to run cross country in the heat for three hours. This is mr roy to me. This is monsieur roydon. Today this is my childhood in one beautiful picture. I'm completely completely obsessed with this thing and you know what. Maybe mr ordinary is listening to this. And i you know what if he's listening to this joan contact me. I don't want to know anything about you. You have my love. Thank you for everything. You're amazing do not say another word to me. Because i do not want you to ruin the perfect image of my childhood so with a wistful heart mister and miss ya. I solemnly say. I guy he's been more content with rj city..

Is like the first thing in the in the suitcase. Because i just love going abroad and going for run some were whole it gives me a chance to explore but also i just love every morning. Starting by ben it gives me a bit more confidence to kind of wear my bikini as well and just i okay. Feel like have erin the right to be here. I mean i think once you can do when you go on holidays that you can again moderators and said you can take days off. You can go. listen. I'm going to train every monday. Wednesday and friday Today's is when i'm going to not do any activity. That's good because giving your body. Arrest is actually quite good. Because when you do get back into fulltime running what will happen is that you now feel recharge. You've missed it a little bit. It's a bit like if you like steak and have it every day after while it gets boring but if you only have the other day you kind of look forward to if you only have once a week you definitely look for far more On so i do that. All the while intensive treats the way. I treat myself things i like. I have only occasionally and that way look forward to it. Feel like you're kind of like the agony and the academical fitness here as well with mr bush mr motivator come from by the way i mean the name because i mean it's is very good on a well chose name who thought it was a year. I personally think of it first but it's just one day. I was actually in a shopping center during a live. Broadcast and judy finnegan was into studio in the boon and she threw to mention says. I'm going to call it something. Like i'm going to call the motivator when i heard it being. There's a light bulb moment. I'm definitely going to adopt that. And that's what. I did and saw a registered mr motivator an ever since nineteen eighty eight of the mr motivated. You know. that's it any kind of fits in with what i'm about. Yeah absolutely well mr moussavi. If you don't mind if i put a few questions to maybe you could be like at the person that comes up with the solution so many many people have worked hard in the last year. Some of lost weight some of gained weight. Most of us have done booth a seven point. We've all you now. I guess never kind of at the other side looks like you know. There's late at the end of the tunnel and is taken to be disciplined and get into a rhythm with the day's getting longer higher. Can you do that when suddenly you're going back to work. You're going back to the way things used to be. I mean what we've got to remember is unnecessary earlier. It it takes at least twenty one repetitions something become habits so we've got into the habit now of working from home so we're going to have to reteach every recovery train our mind but we have learned so many positive things for the lockdown. The learnt was really important. We've learned that's some of the things that we used to spend a lot of time outside doing. We don't any longer lead to do it with the benefits of a hug. We've learned benefits of actually the common touch. We've learned that. In fact to spending a bit more time when the.

"Of what you're about and you know the thing. Is we all work hard. Every single day to strive to get those all important things in our lives but i- richness comes from not the money that we have all those material possessions that we have bolt is all the things up. Money can't buy so the moyer to share the joy of exercise running with your partner with your friend. The better you will feel knows you'll have a body for life because when you're out there i guess what it will stimulate so many different conversations it will take two paces that after you've got to pay a lot of money to go to and also he's just one of those building blocks that makes you a better person in the end so bang on key exercise going never have stop. You see. here is mr motivator. I'm loving this chat already. It can i ask you. When did you start doing exercise. I mean is it just something that you've always done you know. The thing is in terms of me. Person was always things i did which i enjoy doing. I was always into karate and playing basketball. I hated p. I hate running across the fields in shorts. That were so short you can. You can tell exactly religion you had. I just didn't lie that guy. But i like kind of games. We are competitive. And then i. I moved to london back in. Nineteen seventy three when i did. I felt i had to be far more structured. Because i came from the days of boys brigade which paid a very important part of my life which allowed me to all those different activities from gymnastics boss to those things but when it came to london. I was away from the the kind of support mechanism. I had and i had to reestablish new friendships so i started going to the harrow legis center and then going to the harrow. Alleged center ice started running into lots of things. And that's where. I got my first of lightbulb moment when it came to fitness and that was in nineteen ninety-three wilkin into a hole. Where about one hundred hundred and twenty five women were working out to what was then called mobility and there's a different track went on. They do a different move. And and i was transfixed. That was the kind of moment that for me. I saw you know what. I'd love to be doing this full time. And but i didn't know where it would take me and i set up my own classes doing exactly what they were doing. Getting two ladies from that class to teach the classes full man. I learned what they were doing. Then it became derek's classes and and i found i was good at it. People will be traveling twenty miles to come to my classes. I would have on tuesday. I'd have one hundred twenty five people packed in doing classes..

"Hello there. Welcome to run poured with me jenni falconer and the whole point of this podcast is where we talk about the feel-good of running and it's to inspire you to get up and go there or perhaps it's to just keep you company on your runs to the just maybe you feel impelled to on a little further or little faster and also run. Port is here for you to if you're struggling to feign you're running more you. If you're looking for something or someone to give you that boost. You know that to just do it so today well could there be anyone more motivating than a man who is synonymous with the word motivation. He knows what to say when to say many of us grew up for. I'm spent our years watching him on the telly in the morning in his brightly colored light up. Please welcome to run to the one. And only mr motivator derek. Halloo their house. The best-looking arrived. I love the euro and run for it. I absolutely because we both words. Gmtv i came in actually just at the end of the time that you had spend their so we kind of passing ships for years. The nineties to me on breakfast tally. Is you doing a worker. You know what is amazing because all the people are running into nowadays all the work i get comes from people who used to be in front of the tv as children The parents usa supplant them in front say get on with it. And you can imagine the view behind the panthers sitting fag in the mouth and the cup of tea does generalizing. But you know what i mean. It's just great because all my work comes from the avenue and those people who remember me funding and thank god. I've never disappeared. I'm still here. I mean presumably with mr motivator as your title presumably. You've done something there and being active already today. Oh listen every single day. Because the determination of every single company out there to china look after the staff has increased more than ever. They're all very conscious of the fact that you know the the pandemic has gone on for long long while and so i get asked to. Do these talks that. I do for about twelve fifty minutes and also do twelve fifteen minutes of movement to music for the whole family and my talks are always focused on. You know looking after yourself feeling good about yourself but the exercise element is critical and it's critical for me. Because i think every day we must stop by doing something active when you walk in running. Oh just doing something in the comfort of your home. Yeah i mean what do you get if it when you're doing exercise high doesn't make you feel. Oh my goodness. That is such list that i could mention on. This is the place. I want to try and get everybody to get to because you know when it comes to any kind of exercise the moment you do it you start getting the happy hormones running around you bought a you feel good if you're outside running. I mean definitely. It's all to do with you know there's a place you go to visit place you arrive at. Which is which is great and i. I don't run long distances. Like my wife. I mean for me. I have to get it over and done with really quickly but i know place takes you to and how you feel. I mean it's it's true. It's not even if you're if you're having a bad day sometimes just getting there and doing something even if it's not for long it will turn your day earned over. Sure i mean you know..

The girl who dies watching it all joel bonus episodes do feel that. That's what we have to do. So so we've sort of alison dealer. Rentis or mona va. Vander wal that to sort of these are spoilers for our listeners but gotta mona So modest sort of the outsider Kind of crazy one in the gulf coast so that sounds correct. Yeah sounds like that. Sounds mona no. No no no no mob and wall okay. Locked and loaded wasted all the good pretty little liars ones on that one up flying girl. It's reo grander wall. Except for the rent episode. I think probably our best working naming. I know when we can sort of organically find a theme. Nothing better nothing better. But we can't force it. That's the thing like sort of just have to land on the theme. Okay so as we know. You really can't just tell eight stop because a is going to keep going no matter what you do and the feed a feeds off your fear a love fear. That's the whole point so you have to find a to stop a so as we know with motive andrew wall you know. Maybe maybe it's a situation where you get this institutional our stay or something like that and that gives you enough time to sort of break into her house and like look around and find evidence that she's a and then go to the police but then you find out that the police officer is actually sleeping. With a member of the atm so the plot thickens and then the police officer turned up dead. And then that's even scarier because your mom is the one who hit the police officer with your car. So the point is this is going to be a nightmare and it's going to take seven seasons to us so you have to be ready for this to be an experience lasts for seven years.

I appreciate being informed when got tested immediately It was it was fine. I think it really. I mean it obviously just depends so much on the person i like. I knew this person well and like trusted them and appreciated them. Being open with me about it. And i i think i've had enough education about the topic that i knew that it was going to be okay and mike and i but i will say like my personal experience very limited so i am more curious to hear what you have to say about it. No i'm getting told all the time like babe. I got something you can talk about it so openly especially on the pod and like i think it. I think it's important. I think it was helpful because it is something that comes up a lot especially if you're hooking up regularly and it's Talk more openly territory and so when people tell me. I say thank you for letting me know. I'm sorry that sucks. And then i go get tested. That's literally i tell everyone that i when i Am diagnosed. I tell literally everyone unless there's like unless i've just been a part of like some weird or g and i don't know everybody's information that's like the only scenario where i wouldn't be able to tell anybody but like the thing is is like eight self selection process like fuck the like if you're fucking like other sluts like they honestly should have the same experience that you do and i would say by and large most ninety percent of the time that i tell someone that i haven't. Sei they are cool about it because they are coming from the same place that i do know that this is just part of the gain you know and if you're looking at people who are ethically sluts like dark cool with it and i think there's there's another thing like.

"Actually use the term cost amortization lifespan of the product and maintain the integrity the bread. But you don't tell people how to spend their money. I'm wondering when you're going to start pushing the ronko egg scrambling from eric in mifflin berg. There once was a man who made toast of its quality. He surely did boast for ten cents a day. You keep burn bread at bay if only it did a steak or a roast. That's really good isn't it. And i'll do one more from joshua's zentner in jacksonville. Florida while listening to friday's podcast. I finally had david aldridge moment regarding the revolution toaster. I shouted out loud. I know that toaster. You see a few months back before the nfl draft. A few people on twitter in the jacksonville area looked at the wedding registry for trevor lawrence and his bride to be marissa maori that included the revolution toaster jacksonville. Jaguars fans donated money to get this toast for them. Toaster for them and in fact raised over eleven thousand dollars which trevor has since donated to local charities. The story doesn't end there. When you said that. Bruce levenson is not in the business of sending stuff for free. This is in fact not true. As revolution cooking decided to gift a revolution toaster to the people who helped organize the gifting of the toaster for trevor. Lawrence and marissa mallory. Additionally do you think. Trevor and marissa can now use their toaster to toast waffles. Instead of having to any of jacksonville's famous waffle houses. Thanks for the years of laughter. Keep up the good work on the show. If you're out on your bike everyone always do wear white. I still need a bit of milk. Full-fat which i've warned in the meat crow wa they.

"To meet you a lot and the series executive producer is. Sam is high. Doing so i am. What a neat idea for a show. This is really cool. I got ten episodes when you were developing it. What what kind of art are you looking to do for the first season. Well so when i first wrote it was a feature okay so i knew i was going to end and all that and i just. I got really long winded. Got ninety pages. He wasn't even through the first act. I was like oh. I should turn this into a tv show And so the first season is probably basically what the first feature should have been like. We're building towards the end there. This is in open television jobs on going. Because i have an ending in mind that when so Yeah we're like four or five seasons. That's kind of how mapping so by now you you have the cash and the actors now inhibiting the characters so are you has the writing the writing room kind of adapted a little bit. Yeah i think you mean inhabiting inhibiting is concerned. It's been a long festival. No no First of all my cast is great. I mean here's the thing you know. We're all on television. You shoot fast. You go fast and trying to make a good cinematic have to the to the show and not not just trying document. Essentially what's going on in the script is always like a challenge but when you have a phenomenal and they they have been really phenomenal on you. What you write towards him you shoot me shoot for them and they always deliver. So do they influence. This story I would say influenced the whole thing. The film making everything Yeah it's it's really. It's only works because they're so stellar. And lastly i mean this is right into headlines. My mom's account was actually just so it can happen to anybody anymore. So it is. It's so timely. I mean maybe just kind of stepped into it but was it because it was timely or just stuck with you. You know so weird like i i always i i remember. I'm a nurse so i read every blogging gadget nashville. And so i've been reading hacker stories for a long time. I thought i had no idea. I was gonna come up with the sony things with headed towards the towards mass audience but I have to say got kale now. i didn't. I didn't foresee great to meet your best to lead with the series. "And learn from his mistakes read speaking of the emotional world pacific. That was just amazing. Thank you. I had to go to some dark places for that. And and you know elliott's forcing me to go back to some really heavy places as well which and as painful as it can be. I really enjoy sinking sadly. Because i know there's always Not always but hopefully you get back up. And that's what the show's about to me. It's about perseverance. Thank you to meet your mandate likewise also in the world of hacking is carly chacon. Who is darlene aspect of the show. I mean it's ripped from the headlines. Literally what's it like to kind of be interrupting word. It's happening people reality. It's amazing and it's it's it's really insane. What they can do. And it's really made me completely scared and all of us so paranoid about what can happen because it's real and it's going on right now and it's relevant and so it's pretty awesome to be part of a show that is so relevant and and is actually like a head of it because they haven't really done something like this in something that's that's so accurate With what we do in the hacks that we do the coding and the words and language and all that stuff so it's nice to be a part of a tv show. That's not just being a tv show and it's real about your character little bit and how much she know about it. I play my character in star. Lean and she is part of society even just underground hacking world. That trying to get eliot join. And she's kind of so one of the best hackers there is if you were you were wanted to hack someone you want her on your side more than anyone She's she's really fun and and with dark and interesting and it's such a great character to fly technical part of it. You have to work your way around the language of. It's almost like shakespeare away. Tone thing yeah. I mean we invented. We haven't had anything to crazy and we definitely have you know. I like do a lot of research or look it up. So i can understand what i'm saying as opposed to just saying the words but i have been able to learn about it as much as i can. It's it's really really complicated. And crazy. And i have a lot of respect for people that can do that because it takes a lot of intelligence episodes right. Yeah that's awesome. That's great contribute. And then after that we'll see what happens. Ask this show will keep going and honestly one of the best tv shows. I've seen not because what's up for you next Right now doing this. I have a short film that i produced with henry winkler and lorraine bronco and harry. Reid and lebanon rampant. Going into gut. Been basketball's right. Now i have a web series. I started with my friend club literally thirty second funny videos and have another thing that i'm right and working on a feature script right now but this has been my main focus would web series nowadays. I mean it's like it's like really becoming its own form of entertainment. Yeah i mean. I wouldn't say it's as much of a web series as it is for me just thirty second videos about like you know we have one. That's like on the fans and it's like literally am on the fence and so that's why it's literally and we just paired with hello giggles dot com. Said they're the ones that are kind of putting it out there but it's fun i mean because it's like everyone got ever. Most people have access to the internet and all that stuff went to watch. People's attention spans are very short. So that's why the videos are quick. Great to meet you. Best of luck with this. I'm looking forward to this. There's more sci fi taught so stay tuned back on fi talk. I'm tony to lotto. And martin wallstrom plays tyrel wellik kind of an interesting first name. Don't you think now right. Holy blade runner here the tyrell corporation. Yeah i've heard about that. Some people say always or gration and and stuff like that. And you have to ask sam about those things so talk about your tyrel. What he's like and the role he plays in the sure well. He's very determined and willing to go the extra mile for whatever he wants and hang see. I mean he just takes wants facing and which makes it a fun character to play. It's kind of like when you take away. Our normal moral restraints allowed more fun to play them. I mean that's the fun part about it because you all of us from about going to our boss telling our boss to go. I mean and you can't do that but anyway the character like this is fun to as you say. Take away some of the moral issues and the hacking part of it. I actually my mom's account was hacked to recently. So yeah it was like money moved from her account to another so this is right on the headline it is i mean. People are people that i know being hacked and it's very sophisticated start facebook chats and ask them for ban codes and stuff like that since and i think the scary part is if you get a break in at home you know that. They came through the window or in the car. We have no idea how they got in. That is so scary about it. Yeah and i know you guys have like a hacker or an expert on staff to kind of help you guys with that. Have you ever picked his brain a little bit. Kinda gets them tips to avoid things. I haven't had the time yet. But what people say. I mean change passwords. Do not use the same passwords of course But i'm not an expert. I try to avoid like facebook and stuff like that. So i mean someone hacked or anything ten episodes and that's pretty good. They're kind of build it Is it one continuous. Or is it kind of leave us hanging at the end of mean at the end of the season I can't tell you. Ask google coming on for this. This is like i said right from the headline. so i'm really looking forward to seeing you guys out and Great cast to pleasure.

"Hi welcome to side talk and this. Is tony tomato as we look at. Mister robot would interviews taped at the tribeca film festival. The series follows elliott played by rami malek. He's a young programmer. Who works as a cybersecurity engineer by day and vigilante hacker at night elliott literally finds himself on the crossroads when a mysterious leader played by christian slater of an underground hacking group tries to recruit him to destroy the firm that he has paid to protect their. he's kind of caught within his own personal beliefs. And the chance to take down multinational. Ceo's that he personally believes are running and ruining the world. i on the red carpet is christian. Slater who tells us more about the series. How are you good. Good job you play mister robot. How much of his background do you know. he's obviously a little mysterious Yeah he is very mysterious. He's he's a different sort of character. for me And i liked it. The air of mystery maintains throughout the Throughout the episode. And i think throughout each ten episodes that we're going to do so i'm very happy about it and hacking that's in the news right now. My mom's account was just tax so know people who can control that. May i was thinking about it. If you can control the internet you're probably the most powerful man in the universe. I mean this is what we're all relying on and counting on and if you can manipulate that and in evil dark ways than you really do sort of have a superpower. What about the f. organization. How much do you know about that. The in shell show the show. Yeah if society organization Again you know it's it's what's fascinating about it is that it's not a huge organization. It's a small group of people that have these abilities to hack and and you know infests organizations So it doesn't take doesn't take a huge group of people it can be a very small group that can really bring down a large corporation so I think that's very dangerous and fascinating subject to explore. I did like your cameo star trek sixty. Thanks man on a recent everything geek. I discussed the geek. Initiative with justin cavender of geek legacy dot com. Tim byers a full bleed. Dot net plus rod faulkner the seventh matrix. We talked about a nerd off on which indiana jones film is better. And that's only available at the deconditioning a while ago. We had a crazy nerd off as to which indiana jones film was the best and that was a great idea. Include that even as horrible as the kingdom of the crystal skull was pretty solid arguments to make it sound like. It's a great movie on paper. No way way like i was like. Wow maybe i need to watch it again. Because i remember it being as good as this paper says it is no way man that does that's funny business to me out was focused. Hollywood hocus pocus. And i actually had last crusade. So it's easy for me. Because i genuinely believe that is the best one we agree. The last crusade loved no way. It's raiders of the lost.
