Private Security Firm Exploited Afghan Crisis, Charging Thousands for Flight Tickets

"Mean, it's one thing If you're Joe Biden and you have no morals, you have no conscious Six stupid, nasty old man. But then then dragged the whole country into his world with the thanks of the Democrat Party in the media is really unbelievable. Unbelievable. Private security team with the former firm Blackwater and U. S. Army soldiers stood watch for Taliban fighters. As the crew called the Bagram Air Force. Oh, The air base. I should say for help. Oh, that's not our base anymore. Mohammed jumped in a Humvee along with a force from the 82nd airport division and drove hours into the mountains to rescue them. The three senators were driven back to the base with the convoy. Imagine if the Taliban have gotten those three. Hello, Mr President. Save me and my family, Mohammed said, according to the Wall Street Journal, Don't forget me here. I can't leave my house, he said on Tuesday. I'm very scared. Mohammed's visa application reportedly stalled when the defense contractor he worked for lost records needed for his visa application. As the Taliban seize control. On August, 15 Mohammed tried his luck at the Kabul airport Gates but was turned away by U. S forces. He told him he could go, but he'd have to leave his wife and Children behind. I guess that's what Biden means when he says. Some people just want to stay there. Ladies and Gen. They just want to stay there. Your blood should be boiling. Beyond belief right

"Do you think that general patton was woke. I don't think so. What do you think by. Mike was you all. Don't think so. I don't think he was to woke. He was the exact opposite. You know what woke means. It means you're a loser. That was president trump in alabama at the weekend at a record-breaking rally and we honored to have my former boss with us here on national radio show america first across the country president trump. Welcome back. thank you very much. Mr president Let's start at the beginning How different was your approach to national security. There was no woke as a under the us military. When you a commander in chief talked to millions of lessons across the country about your plans for of ghanistan the conditions based withdrawal and what. We have witnessed the disaster. We've witnessed in the last three weeks. Maybe the greatest most embarrassing disaster we've ever witnessed in our country. The difference was Almost first of all it was the opposite. It was the exact opposite. We knocked out isis. When i took in when i took over isis was all over the middle east. We knocked out one hundred percent of the isis caliphate. I noticed now. They call it isis k. So you'll explain that but We knocked out one hundred percent of the isis caliphate. We took out Al-baghdadi the leader of isis. And you know what else and who else we took out. We took out plenty and we were in total control in terms of kabul and in terms of afghanistan. They weren't even close to us. We were going to get people. Because i believe in getting at twenty one years is enough and we were like a police force over there and they've got to take care of themselves and as you know better than anybody predicted as soon as we leave They would stop fighting and they were fighting for a lot of money. They were among the highest paid soldiers in the world. Paid for by the american taxpayer. So that's exactly what

Fox News' Peter Doocy To President Biden On Kabul Attack: 'Do You Bear Any Responsibility?'

"I'm going to try to give biden a little bit of credit in calling on peter doocy in the first place but the exchange was pretty remarkable. Mr president there had not been a us. Servicemember killed in combat in afghanistan since february of two thousand twenty. You set a deadline. You pulled troops out. Sent troops back in and twelve marines are dead. You said the buck stops with you. Do you bear any responsibility for the way that things have unfolded in the last two weeks. I bear responsibility for fundamentally all this happened of late. Here's the deal you know. I wish you one day say these things you know as well as i do that a former president made a deal with the taliban off all american forces out of afghanistan by may one in return. The commitment was made. That was a year before in return. He was given a commitment. The taliban would continue to attack others but would not attack any american forces so biden sees that as a negative that under trump's watch americans were not killed by the taliban trump saw that is a positive trump. said we have to negotiate and deal with this force. It is a force to be reckoned with. There's no question that most americans want us out of afghanistan. So what we do. Trump's deal kept americans safe in afghanistan. Biden's deal led to at least thirteen members of the us military killed. And you know there's a lot of smart analysis. There's a lot of crazy analysis on the left over. Msnbc and cnn there now parenting that talking point. Well trump did this. This trump's fault trump deal he biden inherited a bad deal. Newsflash biden can undo deal. Trump did and he already has biden is deliberately trying to upend everything. Trump accomplished in his quick period of time as possible. We all know that you think he had to live with the trump deal. Hey buddy you're the president then again. You're getting instructions on who to call when you ask questions or maybe you're not. I don't know who the president is anymore.

"Here play. Uh They cut one first. I want you to pay very close attention to this. This is Donald Trump on an interview with Hannity last night explaining exactly the Taliban leadership. What was going to happen when he was negotiating with them? If they attacked the United States, and I want you to listen very closely. Check this out. We had very strong conversation. I told him up front. I said, Look, before we start. Let me just tell you right now. But if anything bad happens to Americans or anybody else, or have you ever come over to our land? We will hit you with a force that no country has ever been hit with before a force so great that you won't even believe it and your village and we know where it is, and I named it. Will be the first one. Mr President. I want to interrupt right there. You said this to who? Yeah. Who did you? You said to to who? To Mullah Baradar. Who is probably the top person. Nobody really knows who that that person is. But I would say that's probably the top person and it seems to be that's the way it's rolling right now. But I had a very strong conversation. I also had a good conversation with him. We talked for a while after that. That was the primary point I was making and he understood it. You hear that? So President Trump when he was in office, was speaking with a member of the Taliban leadership again. You don't have to agree or disagree with that strategy. But it's clear that the other strategy of talking with them and then abandoning the country and just taking their word for it, that they were going to let people escape freely. While they're now beating people in the streets, and there's a horror unfolding. At Karzai airport in Kabul. It's obviously a failure. "The reporter says. All right, you're you're going to pull out your donated your if it doesn't go, right, Do you bear responsibility for this? Listen, don't you bear some responsibility for the outcome of the Taliban ends up back in controlling women end up losing the No, I don't. Look. Are you telling me that we should go into China? Because go to war with China? Because what they're doing? The wickers a million workers in the eye out in the western concentration camps. We're already in Afghanistan, Mr President. So so, too. Do you think you're making some debate point? This guy was a senator. He thinks he's making some point in the debate by saying, Well well, by that logic, we should go into China. No. No, that's not at all inappropriate rejoined into the debate and the reporter. God bless. You don't know her name, but she stands her ground. Is that what you're saying to me? It was your quote. So I was asking, you know, I know I gave him I gave the answer you do. I bear responsibility. Zero responsibility. Think about this for a minute. Now, now, just think about this for a minute. Compared this to Vietnam compared it to Saigon. When the fall Saigon happen. Joe Biden was already a United States senator. He saw it happen. For his very eyes. He saw it happen. He was on the wrong side of it that day as well, by the way. Former defense secretary for Barack Obama. Bob Gates has said Joe Biden has been on the wrong side of every national security issue for his entire career. So he saw Saigon fall he saw the Soviet tanks roll into Afghanistan. He was a senator. For that he saw Jimmy Carter's boycott of the Russian Olympics in 1980. Because of the Afghanistan invasion. He was a senator for that. He saw what our caller previously was talking about with the U. S funding of the Mujahideen to try to push back against the Soviets a successful mission. So they're going to let him ride through this presidency ride quietly through his presidency. If not celebrate it, no matter what. No matter what The international organizations think Joe Biden walks on water. The European heads of government love Joe Biden. In other words, when he says America is back, as Joe Biden likes to say in his Stupid, usual way. It doesn't mean America's back. He means America selling out his back. Because Donald Trump Had America first. And by the way, America first didn't mean we wouldn't have alliances and strong alliances. It didn't mean we we wouldn't work with international institutions. "Alphonso david. Welcome to the podcast. Thank you thank you so much for having me. Jonathan okay so You are the president of the human rights campaign the largest lgbtq so rights organization in the country. And as such. Mr president ask you. What is the state of lgbtq plus america right now. The state of lgbtq america right now is strong. We have more than seventy percent of voters in this country that supported quality. We have more than two thirds of americans in this country that oppose lgbtq rights. Unfortunately that message is not being delivered to the elected officials in state offices across the country. We have more than two hundred and fifty bills have been introduced in state legislatures around the country. More than two hundred and fifty anti lgbtq bills. These are bills. There are seeking to deny our very existence. These are bills that are seeking to deny transgender people from using restrooms consistent with their gender identity from playing in sports consistent with their gender identity denying public school teachers the ability to teach about lgbtq issues using religion as a way to discriminate against lgbtq people. So unfortunately we are in a position today where we have elected officials in states across the country more than forty states that have introduced anti lgbtq bills that do not honor the principles of our democracy and certainly ignore the will of the people more than seventy percent. That do support equality.

He i could have been dead for many years ago but i am not and because i have got with me and The group they expected me to to have illness because i was had overweight. And the and they found of di was healthy. I have no role with my body so they dropped me. I was not allowed to be in this control a group of people that doesn't that make surgery and how how we how we are between not doing the surgery and do their surgery. Those that do. The surgery should be more healthy than us that doesn't want to cut inside our body and That was only commercial. It was that's why i'm also suspicion about the vaccine because it's much chauve the controllers they want us to believe in one way so they controllers by taking away. Those that have the opposite opinion. Laura like may the result of of the body was that i was healthy. Even if i was big so then the today also. I got confirm that about the vaccine that i have saying that in in some episodes that that vacc- in go on the dna and the and the it's maybe not change. Dna in in that way that people are thinking about that a it can push a can make a trigger trigger the d. and night to golan maybe started cancer in the body it can push it can trigger the dna that we have in our body to to be changed for maybe for some days but that will stay in those days it can happen it change inside our body so we got diseases. If you look in your bible it his show that he was with like those tax collector he sits with them and people say why do we sit with a tax collector. Awesome about he. Don't jesus didn't look at people less tack. tax collector. Eustis was seeing people for for the who they are that was a man and he was not put the tight along. That person is a tax collector heated. So a man. And he's so a woman and he talked to women and he was not supposed to talk to women because it could be dangerous for that woman that he talked to and he knew that but he he was not into this tradition culture and rules. That was in the world in that time and many of them is still today that he'd he look at that person and he he didn't he didn't see a man or a woman his so a man he is so human and that's how his father look at us also when the bible is talking about nations nation. That's means people. It's not about the divide part of earth into countries. God doesn't see it as country. So that's what people have down men have dictated and tell us how to to think about it and the and you ask me. How could i could tell that. God doesn't care about conscious when it comes to israel but the the first of old was it that that god was talking to jacob that he was threat. He shame shame So that was a you mom. "Democratic leader. Mr President. Mr President. It is very, very difficult. Put into words what has transpired today. Have never lived through or even imagined experience like the one We have just witnessed in this capital. President Franklin Roosevelt. Set aside December 7th 1941. Is a day that will live in infamy. Unfortunately, We can now add January 6th 2021. At that very short list of dates in American history. I will live forever in infamy. This temple to democracy was desecrated. Its windows smashed our offices vandalized. World saw Americans elected officials hurriedly ushered out. Because they were in harm's way. House and Senate floors were places of shelter until the evacuation was ordered. Even rioters. Stock these hallowed halls. Lawmakers in our stabs average citizens who love their country serve it every day. Feared for their lives. I understand that one woman was shot and tragically lost her life. Mourn her. And feel for her friends and family. These images were projected to the world. Foreign embassies, cables home their capital, their home capitals to report the harrowing scenes at the very heart of our democracy. This will be a stain on our country. Not so easily washed away. Final, terrible, indelicate, indelible legacy. The 45th, president of the United States undoubtedly are worst. I want to be very clear. Those who performed these reprehensible acts cannot be called protesters. No. These were riders and insurrectionists, goons and thugs. Domestic terrorists. They do not represent America. There were a few 1000 violent extremists who tried to take over the Capitol building and attack our democracy. They must, and should. Prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Hopefully by this administration, if not Certainly by the next They should be. They should be provided no leniency. I want to thank the many of the Capitol Hill Police and Secret Service and local police who kept a safe today. Work to clear the capital. Return it to its rightful owners and its rights. Full purpose. I want.

"Years, Mr President and Mr Vice President, you're rehired as they were re nominated President Trump and vice President Pence, making a surprise appearance the president giving along mostly unscripted speech we have to win. This is the most important election in the history of our country. The president claimed. If he doesn't win in November, then the election was rigged. Making unsubstantiated claims about mail in voting, cut them doing some really bad things in 2016. Let's see what happens. We caught him doing some really bad things. We have to be very careful because they're trying it again. And with the president renominated the focus and turned here TTO Washington kicking off the week of speeches Melania Trump on Tuesday night, acknowledging what the country is dealing with. Doing something nobody else has done during these two weeks. She didn't blame the other side Lives have changed, drastically. Invisible enemy called 19 swept across our beautiful country and on racial equality. I have reflected on the racial undressed in our country. It is a harsh reality. We are not proud ofthe parts of our history. On Wednesday night, vice President Pence speaking as Hurricane Laura was slamming Louisiana and violence was unfolding in Wisconsin, never saying Jacob Lakes name but reacting to the violence, the violence must stop. Whether in Minneapolis, Portland or Kenosha, Thursday night, bringing the big moment President Trump's speech on the South Lawn of the White House is the most important election in the history of our country. And then all around the Washington Monument. Fireworks shooting on it was a weak heavy on the message of law and order as President Trump was deploying federal agents to Kano Sho to deal with the unrest there. These were by no means regular conventions. The parties, though, seem happy that they pulled them off in the millions of people to end any tonight, But with covert 19 still a threat, how they're gonna campaign from here. Nobody knows. Sheri. Let's break it all down with ABC News. Political director recline you say in your note the ABC News note Politics note that you write. Were you better off six months ago than you were four years ago? Interesting take on where the Republicans were trying to make their argument during the convention this year. Sherry just tells you a little bit about how difficult the argument is, Mike, Pence of said rather awkwardly this week. Make America great again again, and that's just difficulty. Teo get to people's heads around, and I think that's one reason why the Republican Convention took the tone that it did. Making that kind of bank shot argument is difficult, So the foul argument is look the other guy's way worse, And that's why polarization and kind of getting people to retreat to the partisan corners is a priority for this president at this time, and that's why he took the fight as strongly as he did to Joe Biden. If you were to watch the Republican National Convention this week, first of all you would see have seen Ah lot of American flags and second of all, you wouldn't have heard really much about what's been going on in the marches for Social justice in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The hurricane. The pandemic. There was mention of it, but it wasn't front and center kind of the things that we heard during the Democratic convention. It was a much different tone. And I think you know, the president used a selective reading and often rewriting of history to tell the story of his presidency and of what the presidency would look like what the country would look like under. Joe Biden had meant, for instance, condemning the protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but not mentioning. Anything about why they were happening. Not even saying Jacob Lakes name so that to me was one of the many areas where the president Republicans this week in Gloucester over the inconvenient facts and try to create a narrative that draws selectively on real events. The president's speech. It was a stark contrast to the Democrats when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris came out with their Matching black masks still keeping distance at the White House. Hardly anyone was wearing a mask. You know, people looked like they were social distance, but there were a lot of people there. I think the perception that the president is trying to portray in all of this is that we're on the other side of this pandemic that were coming through it that life is back to normal, and you know, he creates in his in the way that he puts together events throughout his time in politics, kind of an aspirational feeling and as jarring as all of the sights and sounds were and would have been under any time to use the White House North South lawn like that it became more jarring. To then see the lack of social distancing the lack of masks and the activities that would suggest that Yeah, You know what? There is nothing going on in this country that you have to be worried about. What about using the White House? So many? I mean thoughts about that. It certainly violated ethics guidance to use Ah, setting like that's used public resource is in any way like that. It may have been illegal. It's one of those things Sherry where you know someone I think told the president. This was questionable idea. Once it was raised, and then he touches the hot stove anyway. And there's nothing that can truly be done about it. She'll be investigations, but ultimately he got the pictures he wanted. He got the events he wanted, and there's nothing or no one that was able to stop it. It's really clear that the choice as an American voter could not be more different. This change anyone's mind. Yeah, I think there's a There's a myth that persist in this country of the of the undecided voter, and, you know, I haven't found many of them. They certainly exist somewhere The election is about it's about motivation is about getting your side excited and And underscoring the steaks. And I don't think the intent was really changing minds because I just don't think there are enough minds.

I'm just sort of getting involved. But I want to thank you and the vice president and the entire team, the task force team and all the people who are not very visible, really, for working so hard. Uh, these people are working 24 7 and it's It's quite amazing. And I think that today we had a fantastic event that I'll just mention on opening the schools because the president's priority is to open the schools and open them safely. And have parents have the options to either use open schools or do whatever they can to eventually get backto open schools, including any kind of hybrid. Or other arrangement they may want to do. It was a great event. We had a group of fantastic parents, teachers, medical experts and it went very well. And so I want to spend a lot of time up here. Let's live coverage of the White House President Trump's Corona virus briefing and news conference, and he is expected to take questions here in just a moment. As soon as it resumes here and the president about to step up to the podium once again here on news radio, 600 $100 we are in constant touch with governors also will be making perhaps contribution. They have options. They could do it or they don't have to do and I think most of you will do it. Uh, we're also doing a payroll tax cut, which is a massive number. That's a very big number. And that's a number that's bigger than any of the numbers we talked about. And the beauty of that is that it really incentivizes companies and because it's both company cut and a A employee cut so that much really very much incentivizes people. Teo go back to work and work hard and the company to hire people back. And we've had some of the great economic minds,.

It is about pulling together the resources of the federal government are states, and localities are charities or non-governmental organizations and coming together with a roadmap and the resources to make sure that we no longer have those nineteen. I've said many times. At the mission of the department of veterans affairs is to remind our fellow citizens why they sleep soundly at night. They sleep soundly at night because of the sacrifices of a select number. Of their fellow Americans who have taken the affirmative set to serve in uniform. Those as the president said those twenty everyday take their own lives, fourteen of them outside of our VA system. Most of them from my father's generation his comrades from southeast Asia. Now may not be the moment are in the right moment. There's a headwind in favor of encouraging the shot to share government with key opposition liberal such as Karim Sange job. Shapur Bakhtiar own men all of them spent their lives dreaming of power in exile or jail. They have no popular base. Khomeini will eat them for breakfast. If the liberals have our support if the army are in place, if Khomeini acknowledges he is a mere figure that is an awful lot of Fs. What do we think? Mr. who mainly walk by the fanatic, several one total control of the state, even the souls of his people achieve by means of a bloodbath. A medieval society, I don't see evidence for that. Nor does ambassador Sullivan describes him as a sort of Gandhi symbol scholar who will return to his books when he's allowed home and the shower is gone. What with sensually saying? So the way he's honored is they shut the government down yesterday without the government shutdown. The government would have shut down yesterday because it's a holiday so the president and the vice president visited the Martin Luther King memorial in the middle of a federal holiday, and it's not enough and it's wrong. And it's blah, blah. I mean, listen, this is what we this is what we're dealing with. And this is what the stakes this is what is at stake. The future of the country is in the hands of somebody like Alexandria, Cossio Cortez. I want you to listen to this. She was on Stephen Colbert naturally. And she tried to explain why it's okay for a seventy percent tax rate on multimillionaires cut number one. This is from CBS and gravy. We want to live in a city where billionaires has their own personal Uber helipads when people..

"Tomorrow. Mr President Alcazar your Cortez called you a racist. Who? Cortez who cares? Waters. Wet skies blue. I'm a racist. What come on? Now, I get back to the bar confirmation hearings. When I first started on radio some years ago. I've been on for maybe a few days, and I was talking about hard work accountability and staying focused and some guy calls up and says Larry I've been listening to you all day. And I I gotta tell you something you just so so insensitive. Sure, hard work and accountability works for people like you and me, we're white. And I said, sir. And he said, you know, for you just to say, these platitudes, not really preceding the plight of other people, sir, sir. If you just keep saying, you can just work hard and keep your nose clean. You can make it in America. Just shows you complete disrespect for the struggle that people of color, sir, sir. I'm black. Five ten seconds, which is an eternity and radio. And he said, well, it doesn't matter you still should show more more more sensitivity. And it reminds me of an exchange that happened between David web of FOX who happen to be black and his guests whose name is Martin cheese. A lawyer who happens to be black? But she did not realize this is a radio interview did not realize that David Webb is black and the following exchange. Took place shouldn't dare requirement their primary requirement regardless of ethnicity, regardless of network be that they are capable of covering politics. For instance, if you're going to cover political campaigns sports may not be the most qualified background and that brings to the point of if people want to get into these fields, regardless of color. I've chosen across different parts of the media world done the work. So that I'm qualified to be each one. I never considered my color the. Issue. I considered my qualifications. The issue. David, you know, that that's a whole nother long conversation about white privilege and things that you have the privilege of doing that people of color don't have the privilege of how do I have white privilege David by virtue of being a white male? You have white print this whole long conversation. I don't have time to read I hate to break it to you. But you should have been better prepped. I'm black. Okay. Then I went to white privilege. This is fall suit in this. You went immediately with an assumption. You're people, obviously, you're you didn't look you're talking to a black, man. Out in rock radio in Boston. Who crossed the pats into hip hop. Rebuilding. One of the greatest black stations in America. And went on to work for Fox News where I'm told apparently blacks aren't supposed to work but yet. You come with this assumption, and you go to white privilege actually, insulting it is. And I apologize because my people gave me wrong information. They told me your whole white privilege thing is all night. Can I apologize and correct? The record. I want to apologize. I look given wrong information about you. And I probably go into something that I was part of and just to add to it. My family background is white black Indian arrow lack Irish Scottish. I mean, it's so diverse. I'm like the UN when it comes to this. And this is part of the problem with driving the narrative around a construct like white privilege privileges. One thing we're applied wealth economy, various.

"Thank you. The president major. Mr President Senator Schumer came out and said that the meeting from his point of view and speaker Pelosi's was contentious, he also said you said in the meeting this is him quoting you. I just want to check that the shutdown could go on for months or even a year or longer. Did you say that I did is that we are? Absolutely. I said that I don't think it will. But I am prepared. And I think I can speak for Republicans in the house and Republicans in the Senate, they feel very strongly about having a safe country having a border that makes sense without borders. I've said it many times we don't have a country. I hope it doesn't go on even beyond a few more days. It really could open very quickly. I told them at bring who you want. We have three people you can ideally bring three, but you can bring six you can bring nine you can bring twelve and they're going to be working over the weekend. I think it may have been. Somewhat contentious. But I think it was very productive. I have to say that. And I think he said that to productive part from your point of view, Mr President did the Democrats move at all in your direction on funding of a bullet into that. Because I don't want to put them in a position where they have to justify anything to a lot of the people that they have to make happy. We want to save lives. We want children to be safe to children are being decimated. And I'm not talking about necessarily children in our country. I'm talking about wonderful children that are coming up from other places, whether it's Honduras or Guatemala, or El Salvador, or Mexico or other places, and we have to take care of those children. Also, we can't let them die on the way up. What's happening to women? On those caravans. You're not talking about it. But it's horrible. What's happening? If they know it's not going to take place because they can't get through because we have a great border wall or fence or barrier. They're not gonna come up, and you're not gonna have the problem at the same time. They could apply to come into our country legally like so many people have done, and we need people major. We have to have people because we have all these companies coming in we need great people. But we want them to come in on a merit basis. And they have to come in on a merit basis. They can't come in the way they've been coming in for years. I get calls from the great tech companies. And they're saying we don't allow people at the top of their class at the best schools in the country. We don't allow them to stay in our country. So they end up going back to China, and Japan, and so many other countries all over the world, and we don't care. Them. They get educated at our finest schools. And then we don't allow them through various set of circumstances to have any guarantees of staying. So we lose out on on great minds. We can't do that. We have companies that if we don't change that. And we're working on that. And we discussed that with the Democrats. And I think they agree. We're working on that. But we don't want to lose our great companies because we have a ridiculous policy that we won't accept smart people. So call it politically correct or not, but we have to let these great brilliant companies. Have the smartest people in the world. Yes, ma'am. One at a time. Please go ahead. The president why not reopen the government to create more space to have that broader conversation. We could go very quickly. No, we won't be opening until it's solved. We think this is a much bigger problem. The border is a much more dangerous problem. It's a much bigger problem. It's a problem of national security. It's a problem of terrorists. You know? I talk about you, mid traffickers, I talk about drugs, I talk about gangs. But a lot of people don't say we have terrorists coming through the southern border because they find that's probably the easiest place to come through. They drive right in and they make a left not going to happen. He's not going to happen. So so we're not gonna do that. We won't be doing pieces. We won't be doing it in drips address. And I'll tell you what I've seen a lot of people over the last week and a half I've been right in this magnificent structure right behind you. It's called the White House. And I was here at Christmas. And I was here by family was in Florida. I said go to Florida, and I didn't even find it to be a lonely place as something very special about the White House. But I was here Christmas. I was here. New Year's Eve. And I will tell you the people that I've spoken with and I've gotten to meet a lot of people that I wouldn't have met a lot of people have been coming through the White House in explaining different things and different attitudes. A lot of people that you think are upset and certainly they're not thrilled. But they say, sir. Do the right thing, we need border security, and these are people that won't be getting paid border patrol yesterday was saying, sir. We're affected by it. Do what's right? It's time. This is after many many decades, many many decades issue to taking place a long time ago. We're going to get it done. Yes. Ma'am. Two questions for you was DACA part of the discussions today. And also, why did it take this many days a working group to come together? Why didn't you just hash the details out? Sometimes that's what happens in negotiation. It does take longer than it should. And sometimes you agree to things that could have been agreed to two weeks ago. But that's just the way negotiation is, and we we set out a number five point six billion. We're very firm on a number. We also explained that. As you probably understand the military is very effected. We may use the military for parts of it. Homeland security, obviously is very affected. We may. In addition to the five point six we will use homeland security funds. So we have things happening. In addition to the five point six, but we have to get a structure built. Thank you, Mr President to follow up on that question, whenever when we respect the DACA program were you discussing that in terms of a pathway to citizenship being included in the end, the partial government shutdown. Well, we discussed it a long time ago as you remember that was when they had this mythical number of twenty five billion, but actually it was twenty five billion, but only one billion upfront, and we talked to billion one and a half billion the rest of it. The government couldn't guarantee because it's not set up to guarantee you remember those discussions, but we're really ended was when the judge ruled against and it was I said as soon as that happened because that was shocking decision. It was shocking to the Democrats and was more shocking to the Republicans. It was incorrect decision was a political decision made by judge and a lot of people. Don't like when I say, but try going there sometime. To the ninth circuit and dry winning. The case not easy, everyone files right in the ninth circuit the fact is it was a terrible decision. In an incorrect decision. When that decision came down. When that judge ruled the way he ruled I said as soon as I heard it, I said, you know, it's gonna happen. We're never going to hear from them again. And that's exactly that's what broke up the DACA deal. Yes, we had a pathway. We had many things that was getting close to being a deal. The problem was that the money was a very small amount of money wasn't really the twenty five twenty five and then come back every year. Well, we don't want to go through that every year, but we were getting close. And I said as soon as that decision came down that incorrect and horrible. Decision. I mean, there's been a number of them made lately. But as soon as that decision came down I said you'll never hear from again. And I called up. I said hi, it's President Trump. What's going on? They say President Trump. We don't know who that is. It was over the Deel was over. That's what killed the dock. It was nothing else. It was the judge's decision. And if the supreme court does what really everyone thinks from a legal standpoint, it should be doing if they don't allow the president of the United States, which is me also because if President Obama's allowed to do that I'm allowed to do it also can you imagine if the supreme court overalls that wrong executive order. We'll have a deal very quickly on DACA and other things and the Democrats want that and so do we. But once he ruled that way, it was something you couldn't really negotiate. Yes. Haley, president two questions for you. Are you still proud to own this shutdown? Well, I appreciate the way you say that. But once I'm very proud of doing what I'm doing. I don't call it a shutdown. I call it doing what you have to do for the benefit and for the safety of our country. But when Nancy Pelosi said, you don't have the votes in congress. I will tell you what I was proud of. I was never more proud of my Republican party. And those congressmen and women when they saw that and they got together, and they voted. Two seventeen to one eighty five and it wasn't even close that was an incredible day. Very proud of that when she said, you couldn't get the vote, and I'm not holding that against her. Because despite the fact that I'm not saying it was an easy meeting or even a kind meeting or a nice meaning. But in the end, I think we've come a long way we're going to be working very hard over the weekend. And we'll see if we could do something. So you can call it. Whatever you want. You can call it the Schumer or the Pelosi or the Trump shutdown doesn't make any difference to me just words. My second question, sir on federal workers, sir. Mr president. Yeah. Just one second just one second. Please. Please. Go ahead. Question. Thank you, Mr President two questions just to follow up on DACA. Are you open to a path to citizenship in theory for Dhaka recipients? And then can you explain to federal employees of the agencies that are closed which are not homeland security. Why those agencies should should stay close. Homeland security is significant end of itself. If it stay close because we want to do what's right? And we wanna do it all at one time. We don't want to take it in pieces. We just don't wanna do that. And doc is going to be a great subject. I look forward to discussing it. We'll discuss it at another time. But there are a lot of great things that can happen with Dhaka. If the Democrats want to do that. I think what we're all waiting for to be honest is the supreme court judge judges. The supreme court justices ruling in a not very long period of time..
