Adam Guillette: Hidden Camera Investigation Proved Schools Pushed CRT
"Going to talk about today has a bit of a setup and it has to do with when you join me on my Iowa radio show coast to coast in my state last year with regard to a hidden camera investigation. So tell us what that was about the time that you spent in Iowa and what you found. Well, we found the same thing in Iowa. Unfortunately, that we've found in district after district in state after state across the country. Administrators are lying to parents. They're deceiving parents in an effort to break the law in many instances and push the principles associated with critical race theory into public school classrooms. These are school districts where kids can't read at the great appropriate reading level. They can't do math at the grade appropriately reading our great appropriate level. But rather than focusing on those essential priorities, these districts are more focused on social justice.
Christina Bobb: We Cannot Continue 'Minding Our Business'
"Have to do what you can in your corner of the world. I mean, you could sit back as a listener to this program and say, the system is rigged, I can't do anything about it, or you just kind of take care of your little corner of the world. And if everybody does that, we can actually have a fair system. That's exactly right. And I've heard so many people complaining saying, oh, it's rig. I don't want to vote all this stuff. Well, the people that I talk to when I was doing my investing in one woman, this is an example I've used before. I talked well, I talked a few women, particularly in Detroit that were outnumbered, they were Republican polls challengers and of course there were Democrats, they're supposed to be one Republican one Democrat with them at all the different tables. This is in Detroit. She was outnumbered a hundred to one. There were a hundred more Democrats old challengers than there were Republicans in her area. That is unacceptable. We can not sit back and say, oh, it's the system is rigged. I don't want to vote. Fine. Don't vote, but go secure the polls for everybody else who's going to vote. You know what I mean? You should vote. I don't take me seriously on that. But we can't complain about it, not do anything, and then just say, oh, the system's rigged. Maybe this system is rigged and I certainly have some information in my book to suggest that it is. But the other part of this is Democrats are just better at being involved. They're all activists and we all mind our own business. And that needs to change. Well, that used to be the old joke that you could round up a bunch of Democrats to protest because Republicans were busy working and making a living and keeping society going. But to your point, it's a one versus a hundred. That's not an example of a rigged system that's an example of one side not taking advantage in mobilizing, right? Exactly right. That's exactly right. And so that's my frustration with our own side. It's yes, there are aspects of the election that are rig or what I would call feeding all of the corruption. That's certainly
Christina Bobb: Election Night Didn't Look Right
"In full disclosure, you and I talked on my program in Iowa yesterday and this topic is so important that when I learned I was going to be filling in for Todd, I wanted to make sure we could arrange to have you on. And remind us of how you first started looking crosswise at the 2020 election, you were serving in a role as a television reporter at the time, correct? Yeah, that's right. I was reporting from The White House on November 3rd, 2020, election night, and I think I kind of came to the conclusion the same way the rest of America came to the conclusion. Election night didn't look right. You know, there were a lot of weird things happening. And a lot of people trying to steamroll over it and calling Arizona so early when Fox News did that was the first time it kind of sparked me going, wait a second. Are they are they trying to do something weird here? And then of course they stopped counting and all of the weird occurrences that all that made all of us question it that I mean, I was right there with you trying to figure it all out and report on it and it just didn't smell right. The stopping of the vote count, you know, and again, I first started covering elections. I guess it was a little more than 40 years ago. As a teenager. And, you know, the concept that election night is stopped and then started again when it's convenient, that was just unheard of. In my view anyway, never mind chain of custody of votes. Of course. Of course, and never mind the obvious problems that it creates in causing people to doubt the process, because the whole point of having a result on election night is that people know that that's what came in on election night. If you give them three, four, 5, 7 days to go find more votes, we can't trust the fact that those votes were legitimate votes and that they didn't just go find them after they knew how many they needed to go find.
Caller: Selling AT&T Shares for Censoring Conservative Platforms
"Left word with my broker. I want to sell all my AT&T shares. That's a fantastic option that we hadn't talked about. Is this going to cause you some financial harm? Probably. But there's a bigger purpose, isn't there? Yes. What was the last straw, if you will? I mean, because you don't just make rash decisions, you sound like you're you've got a good sense about things. So what was it about this action that led you to take the step you did? I just got fed up with DISH Network. I don't have cable anyway. I have over the air TV. And I got root on my TV. So I still can get newsmax. So I never wanted cable in the first place, but when they start shutting down conservative platforms, why should I buy stock in the company?
Understanding the Fees Dispute Between DirecTV & Newsmax
"Idea was that you run the cable till your house, you pay the cable company announced satellite, but it's the same principle, and then you get more programming. Well, the programming that was put on these channels. Some of it came from your local stations, some of it came from channels that developed as pay per channel like HBO or they started up and became cable channels. Originally it was just they were bringing in broadcast channels, but the signal was better. And then it added an added and the whole thing was so that they could sell you a premium movie channel like HBO Cinemax, et cetera. Well, the local channels said, well, this isn't fair. That we're providing you with a way to make money. And you're not compensating us for it. And so all of these cable and satellite companies got into arrangements with your local TV channel. So if you're the, if you watch the NBC station in a market and let's say it's channel 13. Well, they've made a deal with the cable and satellite company and in exchange for running channel 13, then they may also carry 13.2 or 13.3. One of the other channels that the over the air station operates. Okay, so they're getting something for it. Well, what about these cable only channels as we called it? What about ESPN? What about Fox News? What about newsmax? Well, they want to get a little action on this. Why should AT&T and direct TV make 2.7 billion with a B dollars in profits last year? Why should DirecTV make 2.7 billion in profits? And then refuse to pay a channel to help them make that money.
Why Meta Allowing Trump Back Onto Platforms Is a Trap
"Isn't it coincidental nation that yesterday? Just as meta said, hey, come on back. We'll restore you to Facebook and Instagram. At that very moment, there was a news story leaked that Trump planned to go back on those platforms and would dump truth social. Truth social, of course, the social media platform that he founded and supported Devin Nunes runs it now. And many of us are on truth social. So the rumor they were floating around was that Trump would come back on Twitter and Facebook and Instagram and truth social would be no more. First of all, not true. The president made it very clear that he's quite pleased with how he is able to reach people on true social. But the fact that he had to issue the statement in response to the fake news story shows what they were trying to do. They were trying to torpedo his independent voice. They were trying to torpedo the business model. Because all they needed to do was flowed out the ether, the fact that Trump will be going to the other platforms and off of his own, it would crater their business model. And he's too smart a businessman to do that, certainly. And that's the other reason why, you know, in conjunction with this, he's not going to leave truth social and if he goes back on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, he's diluting his message and therefore hurting the true social business. If he's posting the same thing all places, why would you go to something like truth social if you were not already there? That is the big selling point for truth social.
Meta Allows Donald Trump Back Onto Facebook and Instagram
"Announced yesterday that it would reinstate president Donald Trump to both Facebook and Instagram. They control both, of course. You remember that Elon Musk lifted the Twitter ban on president Trump back in November. Facebook says that mister Trump should he come back to the platform will be able to talk about anything he wants with regard to the 2020 election, but they'll be monitoring closely, guide rails. Guardrails in place, they said, if he starts claiming any fraud for 2024. Now, obviously, the president has moved on past what have become old school platforms. Yes, he was reinstated on Twitter so you can see everything from the at real Donald Trump account, but he has not posted. If they do restore him on Facebook and Instagram and notice they said they would figure this out within the next couple of weeks. So in order to get everybody off their backs, they said, all right, we'll let them back on. But they don't have any plans really to do it anytime soon. And as I said, the ever popular guardrails will be in place to make sure that he doesn't run afoul of their silly rules again. But in any event, they're saying he can talk about whatever he wants in the past, but nothing going forward, and there's no sign that he is going to rejoin the platforms. In fact, he issued a statement, pointing out exactly how much Facebook had lost financially since they put the silly ban in place.
The Genesis of 'Mr. Reagan' With YouTuber Chris Kohls
"Happened, Chris Cole's, tell us the genesis of mister Regan. Well, I think I was watching dinesh d'souza. I was watching. There was a few guys. You mean my Salem colleague, the national Souza. That's what you mean. You're a good friend. I traveled to Jerusalem with just a my last month. Because you must remember, when Trump was elected, it was a kind of a weird time. And Ben Shapiro and dinesh d'souza were like traveling to different colleges. Yes. And they were essentially like getting questions from leftist college students who weren't really prepared to face off against people of that calendar. This is one of the YouTube Shapiro destroys liberal thing. I mean, this is when dinesh destroys. This is when it became a meme, right? Yeah, which by the way, for those who don't aren't aware of this, that was the time in which they started saying words are violence. Yes. And they started blocking people from the college campuses. That was at the time when they started coming up with this theory of like, well, even a conservative idea is dangerous. And so we've got to start. So all the stuff that's happening on Twitter now and social media and YouTube censoring everybody. It's all stems from dinesh d'souza and Ben Shapiro and Steven Crowder and these guys. And just being so dang good and even like Milo yiannopoulos, just shutting down leftists so hardcore that it was humiliating for them. Right. And they couldn't and they were like, how do we stop this? Oh, I know. Because leftist ideas are ridiculous. And conservative ideas for the most part are pretty logical and rational. And so when you compare the two, it becomes very obvious very quickly and leftists are like, okay, we've been lying to people for a long time, but not because the Internet people are starting to cop on and get red pilled. How do we stop that? I know, we'll just stop the conservatives from being able to speak at all. We'll control the information, right? And so they took that next step from just presenting a believable lie to stopping anybody from telling the truth.
Chris Kohls, AKA "Mr. Reagan," Talks About His Family Values
"To us a little bit about because this is important. We forget this. You weren't just in the schoolyard seeing somebody get bullied and deciding to do something about it. Your value system must have come from your family. Talk to us a little bit about how you how those values were translated into your values. Well, absolutely. Okay, here's the core of it. And this is actually something I've never really talked about. I think anywhere with anybody. But my grandfather was a very good man, very good man. And my grandmother was a very good woman. And they were very strong Christians. And I, you know, I had friends who were atheists and I had, you know, I had relatives who were atheists and on my mom's side of the family. And I could see the difference. The difference was palpable. You could see it in what way in the way they behaved or their happiness, what was so palpable about those who had faith in those who didn't. Yeah, it was the way they behaved. It was, to some degree, their level of happiness, but more so it was just about a kind of a sense of purpose and a sense of, I think, contentment about the universe and everything like that. I have one relative of who I won't name, who, on my mother's side, who just has an unbelievable temper. And it's a legitimate problem for the family. And I think that if that person had grown up with a sort of a fundamental Christian ethic, they would have had much more peace in their life and they would have grown up with a better sense of maturity and at least the kind of Christianity that was practiced by my father's family because we had our problems. It wasn't like a perfect family. You know, there was a little bit of bickering here and there. My grandmother disapproved of certain boyfriends or marriages or whatever. But at the end of the day, you knew that the family loved you and they knew they had their best interest in heart. And at the end of the day, it was like, this was kind of like the 1950s, idyllic American family. Again,
YouTuber Chris Kohls, AKA "Mr. Reagan," Shares His Life Story
"Bit about who you are as my Friends from the great podcast trigger geometry in the UK at the beginning of their shows. So who are you? And what is your dream in life that has brought you to where you are today, mister Cole's? You know, it's funny. We were talking actually on the last episode or the most recent episode that we did of making movies great again. The last one recorded anyway. About how when I was a kid, much like in Back to the Future, Marty's dad was bullied. I was bullied as a kid, and I always had like a nerdy sidekick and I was kind of like this lone wolf guy. And I would get picked on. And so I would see other kids being picked on in the school yard. And I would try to emulate my favorite heroes from movies, you know? And I would go up to the bullies with corny lines like pick on someone your own size. And stuff like that. And I'd always try to fight these bullies and stuff. And that was my, that was my mentality as a kid. If I don't like getting picked on, I don't want to see some other kid get picked on. So I was always going to try to be the hero and defend them. And I think that that mentality that sort of maybe you would call it like a complex, like a superhero complex or something. You're talking to my soul. It has nothing to do with being a superhero. If you want to piss me off, the only thing that will piss me off the most is witnessing injustice. That's all you're talking about. It's absolutely right. But I think that there is a cultural thing to it. Like when I was growing up in the 80s, that was the cultural norm, is that you go and you protect somebody who is being hurt, right? You go and you stop and injustice from happening. And that was a cultural value that we had. And so for me, that was natural. That was obvious that there was an easy choice to make every time. Because I was a little bit maybe more brave or stupid or whatever than some of the other kids. So I'd go and I'd want to fight the bully. And that has kind of like, I don't know, I guess it's culminated in this, like doing the work that we do, right? You look at what's happening in Washington, D.C., or you look at what's happening in the world, and you say, okay, Democrats are saying that women are being victimized and black people are being victimized and gay people being victimized. And you look at the country and you go, are they though? Are they really? And
Chris Kohls AKA 'Mr. Reagan' on Why 'Die Hard' Is Simply the Best
"Cole's. What would you like to say about die hard? Well, okay. I would say that this a lot of people think this is the greatest action movie of all time. And it's really hard to argue against that. You sound like you have a problem with that statement. Let's just say it. It's the greatest one. I think that I think it is. I think it's the greatest action film of all time. There are so many action films that followed this formula, right? There's a guy trapped in a specific space. There's a team of villains and he's got to stop the villains. One thing, you know, mctiernan had it right. Originally these characters were supposed to be terrorists. He said nobody likes a terrorist. Everybody loves a bank robber. He's like, let's make and you know what the funny thing is, it's a heist movie. Yeah. The funny thing is, you kind of a little bit root for the bad guys. Because you want to know what they're doing. You're not sure what they're doing at first. You don't know how they're going to escape the building. You don't know what they actually want. They're saying that they're terrorists, but they really don't care about whatever it is that they're demanding as terrorist stuff. So you know something else is going on, but you're not sure. Then you find out they're stealing $600 million and you're like, yeah, that's a good amount of money. Okay. That makes sense, I believe it. And they're kind of made fun of actually. John mcclane's wife makes fun of them as like petty thieves. And he turns around and he goes, I am an excellent thief. I'm not a petty thief. I'm an excellent thief. There are so many perfect elements that come together so many, you know, it was so many people's first movie,
Jim Carrey Quits Twitter
"It's only been a day or so, but how are you guys holding up now that Jim Carrey says he's putting Twitter? Oh, that's a tough blow. That's a tough blow. If only he quit that stupid show he had called, what was it called sorry? Where he played that Mr. Rogers type character. I think it was on showtime, showtime or HBO. It was so depressing. There was one laughing at it was another attempt for Jim Carrey to do serious traumatic acting, but it went nowhere. It went nowhere and it was gone in two seasons. Thank goodness, but I can't crap on him totally. Jim Carrey was a huge star in his day, making 20 million a picture. I loved about 5 or 6 of his movies. Funny as hell, but in recent memory, has he done anything that kind of floated your boat? Not for me,
Colorado Club Q Shooting Suspect Is 'Non-Binary'
"Let's get on to some news. Colorado mass shooting identifies as a non binary. Now, I don't know if this person, and if you're not familiar with the Colorado shooting in Colorado Springs, a nut job went into a gay nightclub, called club Q or something like that, and decided to shoot up people, end up killing about 5 people and injuring several other people, but now that he's being presented in front of a judge, he's now identified as non binary. I'm going to try to read again because I think these articles explain a little better than I do. I'm not going to say the person's name because he's a scumbag and I'm not going to say scumbags names. The suspect in a daily Colorado LGBTQ nightclub massacre is non binary and uses they them pronouns. Their lawyer said in a new court filing Tuesday. This is so stupid. But blank blank is non binary, the footnote states, the Denver post reported. They use they them pronouns and for the purpose of all forms filed on all formal filings, we will be addressed as mix blank. So I'm not going to say his name, but it's mixed blank. So it's MX, so not mister with MR or miss with MS or MRS. It's MX. And I don't know if this is just adding insult to injury by a person being so fanatically against homosexuality and the trans stuff that he would go so far is to kill people, knowing that one day he will be in court and then in court adding insult to injury by just adding on to the foolery by saying that he identified as a non binary.
Do Democrats Really Want to Run Biden AGAIN?
"Matters, right? Who you hire? So it matters who our president is. It really does. And we're setting the stage now for what could be a very interesting 2024. There is some talk of Hillary Clinton coming back. I don't see it happening. I can't imagine that would happen, but when you have this sort of power vacuum, as you do, right now in the Democrat party, you're going to see some interesting things. That's saying it nicely, right? Interesting things. Hillary Clinton still still has a lot of power and pulls a lot of weight, but she's not likeable. And therefore, not electable. That's kind of what happened in 2016. In fact, there were a lot of people that went out to vote for Trump, but there were a lot of people that also went to vote against Hillary Clinton. That would be exactly the play if Kamala Harris runs. There will be so many people that will just go out to vote against Kamala Harris. So Biden may have to run, right? At all 82 years old. He's going to be celebrating 83, 84. I mean, what's he thinking? At some point to the American people say enough, you know, I want to share with you a poll. This is an AP vote cast survey, actually, it's not a poll. It's a survey of the electorate and it came out just this month in a full 58% of voters say that Joe Biden does not have the mental capacity to serve effectively as president. Again, I'll never think he had the mental capacity to ever serve as president. I say that with a lot of conviction. And I would suggest if you don't believe that, go back and look at his law school grades. And then the fact that he would try and spin it as though he was in the top part of his class, give me a break. So he's never had the intellectual chops. The ability, I think, to really understand and process foreign policy, economic policy. The things that you need and would expect in a president, he's been political, of course, and he's survived because he's so darn damn political, but that doesn't mean he's actually qualified, really. And
Happy 80th Birthday, Mr. President
"President is now 80. This is kind of a big deal because again, it's a first. It's a historic first. We have a very old president, but I think that's pretty evident to everyone. One of the questions now, however, becomes whether or not he's going to continue on, right? Because at some point you just say, I'm getting up there like Nancy Pelosi did, right? Well, you're getting up there, plus you're losing. And thus you have to start to say, maybe it's time for a change. Maybe the Democrat party needs to think about who else? Who else is out there and I'm not talking Kamala Harris because I don't think that she's winning material in any way, shape or form. It would be great for the GOP actually if they were to run Kamala Harris. But right now, it's looking increasingly like Joe Biden wants to maybe do this again, at least that's the message that he has been conveying recently in the media. They say they're going to look at it more closely between Thanksgiving and Christmas. So, you know, that's like right about now. But he would be 82. 82 when he's running next time around, and then he would be, well, let's do the math. 86 by the time he leaves office. Already, he has shown numerous signs of his age. I'm not an ageist, you know that. And I do believe it's just a number. However, there are certain realities that you can not ignore when you're 80 years old. We've seen him now show signs of slowing. And if I am not talking about mental, I mean, I think in some way, shape or form, that's been obvious for a long time, perhaps even as long as 40 years ago, because you just can't ever quite seem to say the right thing. I do believe he was speaking about visiting Columbia recently when he meant Cambodia. So that kind of stuff. But, you know, he's done that forever. But nonetheless, there are some issues, certainly physically, you've seen he has a much slower gait right now, a halting gait and that's sort of in contrast to what we saw. Even as short as two years ago in 2020, remember, and he was jumping onto the stage on election night. So
Is This Incompetence?
"Involved in the political world for long enough. Help me as a naive resident of the swamp. How is it that the GOP are in charge in terms of running the election? They closed down a third of their polling stations, and then in a system where they have to print the ballots in front of the voter. They run out of printer cartridges and when somebody suggests, oh, there's a backup voting tabulator if the first one breaks, but it's for handicapped people. And one of the officials who can't use the handicap one for non handicap voters because that's a felony. How does this happen? I mean, there's incompetence and then there's a kind of scratching your head is this really incompetence incompetence? Yeah, yeah, no, I know I've had to think where to start. It's incompetence. It really is just embarrassingly gross. Incompetence. And I've got friends have been emailing me like smart, successful, accomplished people. And everybody comes back to the same thing because they wonder like, how can you actually run something so poorly? Like, surely this must be mean that there's like a conspiracy. And I really don't think there's a conspiracy. It does have like the lowest common denominator when it comes to running this stuff.
Kayleigh McEnany Makes Curious Comments About President Trump
"McEnany, what is she doing? Didn't she work for president Trump? I do think she did on Fox today. She said something unfortunate about president Trump and about Georgia, play cut. No, no, no, no, no. 2022 is not over. Three point. Every Republican energy needs to go to grinding the Biden agenda to a halt. And that could go straight through the state of Georgia. And is that include Trump? I think he needs to put on pause. Absolutely. Look, he'll make that decision. We'll make his own decision, but does he go to crime advising any contender? Desantis, Trump, whomever, no one announces 2024 until we get through December 6th. Do you see the former president? A need for him to go to Georgia? I think we've got to make strategic calculations. Governor desantis, I think he should be welcome to the state given what happened last night. You've got to look at the realities on the ground and Herschel Walker. We've got to win the Senate. That's it, guys. So we got to win the Senate, but the man who got 70 more 74 million votes shouldn't go to Georgia. What's the logic there Caylee? I'm curious, I might have to text you for you to explain that to me.
Kari Lake Is Within Striking Distance of Victory in Arizona
"Within striking distance of the target. I know you've got to get back to your team to actually formally win the election that you've already won, but last one last question. Your opponent has to certify her loss against you. That's just insane. Oh, well, absolutely. I mean, and I'm sure she will, because that's her job. And it'll be very obvious that she lost. But we've been asking her to recuse herself since we got into this race. It's not right. If you're running for governor that you're controlling the race, that you have anything to say that our elections. The whole system is messed up. And that's why when we get into office, we're going to pass legislation that prevents the Secretary of State from having anything to do with an election that he or she is part of. We'll have to legislate that, unfortunately, and we will return to election day. We're no longer going to have a election month in Arizona where we're counting ballots then for an additional one to two weeks. It's outrageous.
"mr " Discussed on Under the Radar
"It's the time of year that that's going to get a lot better so in some ways the both of my problems will get better with time But it was just a bit of a strange week when these two situations where suddenly. There's you strange splits. That i'm having to navigate but between my user bases where Like i just don't like it. I i just feel as weird and i. I want to try and simplify things as much as i can. And so it's like on the one. Hand the for the i e feature with iphone sizes. It's like well. I just won't implement it right away. I think for this feature. It's like implemented right away and just you know. Hide it from you know. Just turn it off. Went on some devices and turn it on another's and not worry about it too much like i thought about. If there's other ways that i could go around doing this and trying to get around the memory limited work really hard in creatively. And i did a little bit of that. But ultimately spending too much time worrying about minority and especially diminishing minorities of users. I think sort of coming around to the realization that That's it's okay to be. Have them have less of a rich experience as long as their experiences. Reasonable appropriate good but I need to focusing on the ninety nine rather than the one. In this case i think is makes a lot of sense. Yeah and the bigger. Your app is that you're dealing with and your pretty big The more that affects should play into your decision making because the more people are affected basically. Yeah i think the stakes of getting wrong p feel so much higher and i think Th that caution is appropriate here. In a way. That if i was for a lot of my smaller apps from years gone by and it's like i do something and it affects denver center people in that ten percent of people who's actually just like ten people it's not a big deal In quite the same way So that's bad. It's it's it's it's it's a brave new world of quiet update coming into looking down into september al have minor updates probably For the first time. I think twelve years thirteen years like i'll have so few updates. That things are getting better but very slow pace. Mr dae-won is gone. Thanks for listening everybody and talk to you in two weeks by..

"But this this prank you know pranks pranks horror movies. Just a bad idea because it of course leads to. I don't remember exactly how they do this. But through some klutziness they end up unleashing. All of the yankee like they knock the. I think they knocked the candle over. And then the strips of writing come off of their foreheads and then they start hopping around attacking them so of course. The bumbling students need help from their master and these two students that the master they work for is played by changing lamb. This is the This is master cow the hero of the film and from moment you see him you know he means business. This is the moment when i noticed the uni brow when he first comes in and i was thinking like. that's not a funny unit brow. that's a unit brow. I respect yeah. He's serious and he knows what he's doing when he starts fixing the problem it gets fixed. He's fast he's deliberate. He's got the moves. Yeah speaking of move so it turns. This movie has an interesting combination of magic and martial arts so a lot of what mr how does to fight. The vampires is like doing spells and rituals and stuff like that but other things but but on the other hand it's also just like fighting its kinks punches and standard comedy martial arts. Maybe not quite as virtuosic as you'd see in like one of the comedy action movies of jackie chan but similar kind of vibe. That funny fighting. Yeah yeah it. it did. Remind me of some of the. Jackie chan films. I've seen where they'll be really great and inventive use of some sort of a set piece. A chair yeah. There's at least a little of the of that in. And i have to admit i'm not. I'm not well versed enough in hong kong action to know. If if what i'm watching and mr vampire is truly great comedy martial arts or if it's just like really good or even just decent but it certainly feels awesome when i'm watching it on screen like these. Are these are well-thought-out action. Sequences that realizing zing. Yeah same here. I i agree and so there are a lot of funny things to it. Like one of them is that actually when master gal comes in. There's another taoist priest with him. The sky wearing glasses who is in the beginning and the end of the film. And this guy Together they like. I think what they do. Is they bite their fingers and make them bleed and then they use the blood on their fingertips to touch the foreheads of the vampires to essentially pause them like freeze them in place. And i think again this is because of either something about the blood or it could have to do with putting the red color on their foreheads. But but it's funny. Because they will they will have to pause them in un paused them so for example the other priests at one point one of the vampires choking him and he puts the mark on the vampires forehead and it freezes the vampire but now it's frozen choking him and he asked to wipe it off..

"I know a lot of people when you go on holiday. They think that's the time to put your to mm-kay away but for me see for me. I mean if we if we get a holiday this summer. My gym k. Is like the first thing in the in the suitcase. Because i just love going abroad and going for run some were whole it gives me a chance to explore but also i just love every morning. Starting by ben it gives me a bit more confidence to kind of wear my bikini as well and just i okay. Feel like have erin the right to be here. I mean i think once you can do when you go on holidays that you can again moderators and said you can take days off. You can go. listen. I'm going to train every monday. Wednesday and friday Today's is when i'm going to not do any activity. That's good because giving your body. Arrest is actually quite good. Because when you do get back into fulltime running what will happen is that you now feel recharge. You've missed it a little bit. It's a bit like if you like steak and have it every day after while it gets boring but if you only have the other day you kind of look forward to if you only have once a week you definitely look for far more On so i do that. All the while intensive treats the way. I treat myself things i like. I have only occasionally and that way look forward to it. Feel like you're kind of like the agony and the academical fitness here as well with mr bush mr motivator come from by the way i mean the name because i mean it's is very good on a well chose name who thought it was a year. I personally think of it first but it's just one day. I was actually in a shopping center during a live. Broadcast and judy finnegan was into studio in the boon and she threw to mention says. I'm going to call it something. Like i'm going to call the motivator when i heard it being. There's a light bulb moment. I'm definitely going to adopt that. And that's what. I did and saw a registered mr motivator an ever since nineteen eighty eight of the mr motivated. You know. that's it any kind of fits in with what i'm about. Yeah absolutely well mr moussavi. If you don't mind if i put a few questions to maybe you could be like at the person that comes up with the solution so many many people have worked hard in the last year. Some of lost weight some of gained weight. Most of us have done booth a seven point. We've all you now. I guess never kind of at the other side looks like you know. There's late at the end of the tunnel and is taken to be disciplined and get into a rhythm with the day's getting longer higher. Can you do that when suddenly you're going back to work. You're going back to the way things used to be. I mean what we've got to remember is unnecessary earlier. It it takes at least twenty one repetitions something become habits so we've got into the habit now of working from home so we're going to have to reteach every recovery train our mind but we have learned so many positive things for the lockdown. The learnt was really important. We've learned that's some of the things that we used to spend a lot of time outside doing. We don't any longer lead to do it with the benefits of a hug. "Parkinson peeping the wheelchair loss on wednesday night. We get loads of people from the down syndrome. Association is about thirty in the classroom. That and then there's there's about another one hundred twenty five hundred and forty people and the cost mixed abilities ages from eight to eighty but this total inclusion with my classes that means no matter what your ability. You can find something to do. My wife is in a chair so she does things that she had shows people alternatives. And that way you make exercise own inclusive and that way everybody can feel. They're taking pot. Last night was so lifting. Jenny the down syndrome association the second week of join me i never. We is more and more people come along. The guy's a great latest great. It's just wonderful apps fan. They do what they can is a forty five minute calls. but it's the atmosphere is great and everybody loves. It is one of the things when you start doing forever. Exercise is whether it's going out for ron or doing a class. The minute you get into that group it such a lovely community. Tim about it. You know. i i have a smile on my my jaws your when you do an exercise cost or any activity. Your jaws needs these ache as much as the muscles. If it doesn't it means you're not really enjoy what you're doing a my jaws ache at the end of every evening when i talk about exercise activity jenny's coming from inside is from my heart and i read every word. I don't have to rehearse it. That's why interviews. I don't people don't have to send the questions. Saas thing you like because i don't have to make it up you know i don't have to pretend i'm telling every single person listening right now that the best thing you can do in your life the greatest gift you can give yourself is an independent healthy you and the only way you do it is by being active so right now you know you stop by sitting up straight and be proud of who you are and practice getting about about chairs often as you can right and it's just really easy to so many tips. I can give about how to get out of a chick and off the couch. Get off the bed easley but the most important thing is you've got to get your mind going on your mind is you're controlling force and that means you can do anything you could be anyone you want to be not new. They do say that. Don't they that the the hardest part is getting started is getting the doors gang your trainers on his. It's an one shift on that. You're kind of halfway there. You might as well you're doing it. You're but that's why i actually. I'm always critical of health. Clubs or gyms okola. They're like because the way they have become their stop serving you they give you the key. That's the only time they serve you and then they say let yourself in and when you're finished let yourself out not us wrong. What should happen. They should be holding your hand your rival the front door. The should hold your hand and guide you because you could be doing something incredibly wrong when you there and they and you don't know and they haven't even seen it. The only time you hear from jim is when you stop your membership then. Never call you up and go. We haven't seen your classes in the wild. When you're coming back you never hear that. And that's wrong thus why me. I've started doing my online club. Because as far as i'm concerned i want to create a community where people feel welcomed where it's not just about exercise about your well being where you can find information.

"Of what you're about and you know the thing. Is we all work hard. Every single day to strive to get those all important things in our lives but i- richness comes from not the money that we have all those material possessions that we have bolt is all the things up. Money can't buy so the moyer to share the joy of exercise running with your partner with your friend. The better you will feel knows you'll have a body for life because when you're out there i guess what it will stimulate so many different conversations it will take two paces that after you've got to pay a lot of money to go to and also he's just one of those building blocks that makes you a better person in the end so bang on key exercise going never have stop. You see. here is mr motivator. I'm loving this chat already. It can i ask you. When did you start doing exercise. I mean is it just something that you've always done you know. The thing is in terms of me. Person was always things i did which i enjoy doing. I was always into karate and playing basketball. I hated p. I hate running across the fields in shorts. That were so short you can. You can tell exactly religion you had. I just didn't lie that guy. But i like kind of games. We are competitive. And then i. I moved to london back in. Nineteen seventy three when i did. I felt i had to be far more structured. Because i came from the days of boys brigade which paid a very important part of my life which allowed me to all those different activities from gymnastics boss to those things but when it came to london. I was away from the the kind of support mechanism. I had and i had to reestablish new friendships so i started going to the harrow legis center and then going to the harrow. Alleged center ice started running into lots of things. And that's where. I got my first of lightbulb moment when it came to fitness and that was in nineteen ninety-three wilkin into a hole. Where about one hundred hundred and twenty five women were working out to what was then called mobility and there's a different track went on. They do a different move. And and i was transfixed. That was the kind of moment that for me. I saw you know what. I'd love to be doing this full time. And but i didn't know where it would take me and i set up my own classes doing exactly what they were doing. Getting two ladies from that class to teach the classes full man. I learned what they were doing. Then it became derek's classes and and i found i was good at it. People will be traveling twenty miles to come to my classes. I would have on tuesday. I'd have one hundred twenty five people packed in doing classes..

"Hello there. Welcome to run poured with me jenni falconer and the whole point of this podcast is where we talk about the feel-good of running and it's to inspire you to get up and go there or perhaps it's to just keep you company on your runs to the just maybe you feel impelled to on a little further or little faster and also run. Port is here for you to if you're struggling to feign you're running more you. If you're looking for something or someone to give you that boost. You know that to just do it so today well could there be anyone more motivating than a man who is synonymous with the word motivation. He knows what to say when to say many of us grew up for. I'm spent our years watching him on the telly in the morning in his brightly colored light up. Please welcome to run to the one. And only mr motivator derek. Halloo their house. The best-looking arrived. I love the euro and run for it. I absolutely because we both words. Gmtv i came in actually just at the end of the time that you had spend their so we kind of passing ships for years. The nineties to me on breakfast tally. Is you doing a worker. You know what is amazing because all the people are running into nowadays all the work i get comes from people who used to be in front of the tv as children The parents usa supplant them in front say get on with it. And you can imagine the view behind the panthers sitting fag in the mouth and the cup of tea does generalizing. But you know what i mean. It's just great because all my work comes from the avenue and those people who remember me funding and thank god. I've never disappeared. I'm still here. I mean presumably with mr motivator as your title presumably. You've done something there and being active already today. Oh listen every single day. Because the determination of every single company out there to china look after the staff has increased more than ever. They're all very conscious of the fact that you know the the pandemic has gone on for long long while and so i get asked to. Do these talks that. I do for about twelve fifty minutes and also do twelve fifteen minutes of movement to music for the whole family and my talks are always focused on. You know looking after yourself feeling good about yourself but the exercise element is critical and it's critical for me. Because i think every day we must stop by doing something active when you walk in running. Oh just doing something in the comfort of your home. Yeah i mean what do you get if it when you're doing exercise high doesn't make you feel. Oh my goodness. That is such list that i could mention on. This is the place. I want to try and get everybody to get to because you know when it comes to any kind of exercise the moment you do it you start getting the happy hormones running around you bought a you feel good if you're outside running. I mean definitely. It's all to do with you know there's a place you go to visit place you arrive at. Which is which is great and i. I don't run long distances. Like my wife. I mean for me. I have to get it over and done with really quickly but i know place takes you to and how you feel. I mean it's it's true. It's not even if you're if you're having a bad day sometimes just getting there and doing something even if it's not for long it will turn your day earned over. Sure i mean you know..

And i've been dating a man that's my age. He is active on social media and takes lots of pictures with women. He said he loves meeting people. And that's it. There's no romantic involvement with the women. I have no idea if that's true or not. So i've asked him to stop posting the pictures of he wants to continue to date me instead of removing the images. He blocked me from his facebook. Page is this a deal breaker one fifty year old man. Just love meeting people. We are men. We don't do anything without reason. We do nothing. Listen to me. I don't care if what man it is. We don't do nothing. Without a reason. I love meeting people full. What is cool. I love meeting people. But you've got to meet him. How do i tell my daughter that her son might need to be evaluated. Wow maybe you need to check just where you need really you know you gotta talk like old. People need to take him down and get somebody to see about it now. We start with prayer. But if that don't work we've got to get him to a hospital. 'cause he set your household and updating burn his house down because his ass can't cook in their cooking all types of night and probably burn damn hostile. I can't get no sleep. "I mean you could block the number. I mean that's the obvious one right blocking the numbers just gonna upset a you could plot the number and or just stop responding. Because here's the thing if you stop responding. I think it'll be less fun for them that they'll stop. I know these are not less fun. These are less fun options than spending seven years of your life dealing with this but don't want to spend seven years your life. You've got some options bit. Yeah just don't engage it will. It will feel less fun once. No one's playing the game anymore which is actually true to a. I'm sure if the girls just gave up on their dreams to go to college for swimming or whatever horrid whatever they would've would've stopped to but then there wouldn't have been a show then there wouldn't have been a show. There wouldn't have been a show. The girls didn't fight back and rallied together with their friends. So the best way for you to rally together with your friends is by creating a wall of silence around this girl's attempts to engage this like good luck. We hope you survive reading for you. We really should do that. For the bonus episodes i. I'm down. i'm down. Especially if they're like once we get back to in person down our perfect we should do. This was the case. Me and three other friends made plans to travel on the weekend of their wedding. It turns out they were also planning to travel to the same place for their honeymoon but a few days after we leave and our overlapped together as five of us. It's just a half a day at the destination trying to make the most of the situation. I told my friend who was getting married that we should try to fit her schedule so we could celebrate at the destination together before they went off and headed home..

"Pretty little liars names so like i feel like we've tapped well but mitri you must certainly have something something to start us off. Okay so okay. We've got so we've got like sort of the the original. I'm trying to think of that. What's the name of the hold on. It's like it's not but it's something like that. The girl who dies watching it all joel bonus episodes do feel that. That's what we have to do. So so we've sort of alison dealer. Rentis or mona va. Vander wal that to sort of these are spoilers for our listeners but gotta mona So modest sort of the outsider Kind of crazy one in the gulf coast so that sounds correct. Yeah sounds like that. Sounds mona no. No no no no mob and wall okay. Locked and loaded wasted all the good pretty little liars ones on that one up flying girl. It's reo grander wall. Except for the rent episode. I think probably our best working naming. I know when we can sort of organically find a theme. Nothing better nothing better. But we can't force it. That's the thing like sort of just have to land on the theme. Okay so as we know. You really can't just tell eight stop because a is going to keep going no matter what you do and the feed a feeds off your fear a love fear. That's the whole point so you have to find a to stop a so as we know with motive andrew wall you know. Maybe maybe it's a situation where you get this institutional our stay or something like that and that gives you enough time to sort of break into her house and like look around and find evidence that she's a and then go to the police but then you find out that the police officer is actually sleeping. With a member of the atm so the plot thickens and then the police officer turned up dead. And then that's even scarier because your mom is the one who hit the police officer with your car. So the point is this is going to be a nightmare and it's going to take seven seasons to us so you have to be ready for this to be an experience lasts for seven years.

"Walk down the street now without seeming of our millions and millions of listeners. But it was really cute to meet people in person who listen. It was nice. I agree i. I got food poisoning yesterday. Which was going on with you. You keep getting poisoning parasites. I think it's because i ate a buffalo chicken wrap at like midnight and something did not agree with my stomach. I don't know but it was like a really exciting time to do two shows in a row and i was really raw and honest with the audience. I was like y'all. I could rush off stage at any moment. I'm not gonna tell you which whole it is but it's my but you know I also had a buffalo chicken wrap yesterday so in some audio connected to my sister my sister. Wow and speaking speaking of amazing food. Should we take visit the restaurant. Maybe should we open things up. Another landing in wow. I'm so glad you really pick that up. Because i didn't think that you would. And you always always always always always have my back musically and only musically only with broadway reference with broadway references. Yeah let's do it. We do have one single cup day today. And i'm pretty excited about it And they they do an adequate job of filling in the gaps in the call. So i won't even preamble about it adequate. Hi res tie only term return jolt his birthday hunch who was dying if i should go to the brunch place to decide. The bans do rags for my birthday. So update my friends. And i we were like we must address this so we sent them an instagram message. It was like a four paragraph message explaining like why this is racist. And why matic and how they can do better especially there like a historically black neighborhood that is rapidly gentrifying in brooklyn and they just left it on grads. They like literally a few seconds after center. And i kept waiting the whole day and they just never got back to us so i can no. They're racist and they're just choosing to continue to be racist so update. We ended up making brush education elsewhere for the sunday. That was like the day after our birthday But on the day of my birthday so the day before the branch we had a birthday picnic which done by quickly escalated into like a party back at our place and we all determined schmolly so we should not end up going to brunch at all which was very disappointing. But it is and you all for your back Love you both face again by. Okay i have to say i think our advice was pretty hinged on that call we just said. Don't go i think. Some of our more hinged advice. But what i love is that was such a saga and it ultimately amounted to nothing. And there's nothing more urgent care than that exactly. I think they did the right thing. I wanted to go to this brunch place. And i think that like they did that. They taking the extra step of trying to educate the restaurant. I think is like really commendable and you should be really proud of yourselves for molly and not even making it out all my god who hasn't done that who hasn't done that..
