"Credit score. Go up over time now. Again these companies they found tried and true methods per se. Whether it's the amount that you're spending and when you're paying back and how many you can open up. At one time. They found they have found tried and true methods to help you. Increase that score faster so i don't want to steal mike spill and anybody else who may come on here and talk about credit but i just want to give you a foundation to understand where you're working with so that's this week's tip of the week. Let's go ahead and get to the show with mr mike banks. Okay real quick. I'm sorry. I shut down are went away but i was like. Let me come. Because i wanted to say one thing but i'm really not going to talk about it now. Want to talk about it in the in another episode but one of the really cool things for me about business. Credit is credit card reward points. I mean talk about life. Stout designed talk about travel. We'll talk about how you can get free flights and how to do it in legit way month after month. Just based on the money that you're already spending in your business when you apply for the right credit cards and you start using some of the right credit cards you get some of these really cool perks that have to travel and lifestyle and dinners and hotel accommodations and rental cars so these are the things that you have to look forward to with credit in general but for business credit from money that you're already spent it's a no brainer for you to get free trips out of them. Okay now for real. Let's get to the show. We'll have a whole episode on this later. But let's talk to michael banks and now your feature presentation. When i started here we didn't have many. So piece entered operating procedures. Things weren't as streamline there wasn't enough systems in place so clients falls through the cracks. You know we'd have more issues because of how we were operating the business now. We've completely changed. That we have quality control checks. So peas in every department and We don't have that type of issue anymore. where you know. Clients are falling behind or they're falling out of contact or anything like that. I'm so we've created a lot of systems and really improve the business and the way we deliver the service One thing. I'd say that was always a big hangup was being able to use the credit in real estate. In on at one point we were able to balance transfers really easily and then it got more difficult at one point we were able to buy gold and then have clients sell it and that was their way of getting cash off so that it was never really that solid but over the last few years. We've we've found this partner who will basically send a wire transfer. They'll charge the business credit card and then they'll send a wire transfer to the title company so that our clients can close as a cash buyer and i've interviewed dozens of our clients. That have done this. I got one client. Maurici bought is i six investment properties with the credit that we got for them and they're buying holds so he that he then did a cash out refinance and You know he's now has six investment properties. Another guy bought three deals with their credit form. So i think that right there being able to use a credit in real estate in a really helpful way instead of just getting credit and then using it as a credit card we were always trying to find new ways to actually be able to use a credit by deals and now we have that that method in place in the partner's name that we work with his plastic dot com q. And what they do is they'll literally charge card and then send a wire transfer to title company and now the title company has that money in escrow. So now you're a cash buyer. So a lot of wholesalers like it a lot of investors in general like it. The guy was telling me about the ball three properties. He owns forty five rental properties. And he told me that he's going to be able to add a lot. More deals a lot more rentals to his portfolio every year because he's got access to this funding instead of just coming out of pocket or using our money. So i think that was one of the hangups being able to use a credit and actually buy deals with it. But we've had that figured out now for like maybe three or four years Because the other methods that we had they just weren't as solid as as it is. Now tell me and this is this is really fascinating. So tell me before you told me. Let me kind of explain in my own words to the listeners. What i just heard right. It sounds like you know whenever you get these zero interest credit lines. It's very hard to pull that money out. And if you do if you are able to pull that money out there's a large associated with that so you guys did back in the day is you guys would buy gold on credit cards and then in a few days you would sell off that gold. What were some issues with that right. Yeah and that was the way that they could get the cash. The off of the accounts basically run it was more costly and You're using like a a website that's usually overseas gold money and There was another Issue that they would have to file a some type of Tax document. I forget the actual document that it was but there was just more hoops to jump through with that. Also getting verified for the website was another big issue. It would take sometimes a couple of weeks just to get verified so it wasn't the right process but that was probably the biggest up that we've had we've never had a problem getting credit for clients because we're on the phone with the underwriters every day. Making sure that we get them approved at the maximum limit possible because a lot of times they don't approve you with a high limit especially for business credit.

So grey's anatomy has been on television for seventeen seasons so when it ends you think they would be like all right. This is going to be it. We're gonna make a big deal about it but that's not really what's going to happen. The people around the shows that they're planning a final episode that could function as either a season finale or a series finale. So they're planning for both just in case see what they decided they decide to do so. That's interesting because you know you'd think it'd be a big deal i tick. I take fat over shoveling snow anytime but we are busy. Busy busy busy busy busy. Matter of fact we are way too busy. I would say that is true but every once in a while you gotta make a push and we've got lots of exciting things to talk about today and Starting up some news whole bunch of stuff going on in the news and then we've got a best practice you for you and then Lots going on with blueberry here so lots to talk about and blueberry. We've got a blueberry pro tip. We've got an interview today. With steve webb on of the g. pod yasser's and then of course the question of the week so Mike looks like that podcast. Companies and producers are not real happy with apple premium podcasts at this point or even the podcast standard subscriptions. This apple stool seems to be having issues but What they're talking about here and the article from the verge is a lot of You know bigger you know that are more into big staffs and all that stuff is the workload doubles or triples now. Because you know. Apple's subscription service isn't that reliable and they also want to do it on other platforms so now instead of uploading into one place with rss upload it to five places and it doubles triples. Fog rupel's the workload on the production staff or whoever publishes it. Well there's a lot of Podcasters today that used a competitor podcasting hosts that. Do the same thing you know. Here we go over to their podcast host. And they they write their show notes upload their show and then they go to their dot com and they write their show notes and they're put the player in bed and you know we have some customers that are doing that too. But it's because they're not on wordpress there on another wicks or squarespace or something like that were. There's really no podcasting support per se. And you know so you know. This is where those of you that are listening. They're using the word press. Power press combination is understand the value of being able to you know create upload and publish on your own website now premium content. That's the other thing you can all you can do that with. Wordpress knits right. You can do a premium show with wordpress either member plug in if you want to get more sophisticated then you come over and use our private podcasting product but then that does require you to well. You know at least you only post in one place right. That's the whole thing with this you know. They're saying small teams. You know the verge article was talking about a lot of small teams you know. They're they've don't have enough people to manage all these different various platforms. You know getting it right right. File goes to the right system. Right does the right system and not only that then you have the situation with You know not only apple podcast. Maybe publishing the premium on spotify in you know so it's multiple multiple platforms so it. It is a bit of a challenge for these folks but this is what they signed up for. Some people may be having some success with it but you know in particular apples has been for better word. 'wonky right so hopefully they'll they'll get it ironed out but anyway our best practice talks about that today too as a reminder you can go ahead and do this right now through blueberry without having to go over to apple and publish over there you can have a premium podcast today number one. If you're using our press he can use a member pro- Membership plug in or you can use our private podcasting solution again. We don't collect no money though. That's up to you to collect the money but at least one place to manage it. You have an app. You've got a public gotta. Pwa private web app. You know plenty of places to keep the media be set up to her. It'll work and most podcast apps. You know real podcast app right. It depends on how below security ago. So so there's there's ways to do this Without having to you know post five different places. I still believe podcasters. If they're going to do premium and they have that big an audience support premium content. What why bill that on someone else's property you know giving in your given thirty percent to apple why would you. Why would you do eventually. You'll be given how much whatever percentage spotify if you go at two years are going to start buck the money but you still have to deal for their launch partners stopped. Pay them so again. Build building building on your and your brand you know. Let's talk about media monitors. Yeah built a new podcast monitoring service and see you forget what. It monitors analyzes analyzes all your episodes of thousands of the most popular national podcast download across multiple platforms. So it's some sort of Service that is supposedly a ranks. Things i don't know. I haven't really read through the article. Didn't make a lot of sense to me. But i thought it was worth talking about all right. Well i i have no clue on that one. So when they say they'll launch a podcast monitoring service dinner. They're monitoring my podcasts. Or if they're only monitoring the top one thousand pretty useless for most people. Yes is currently includes national and local radio television cable newspaper digital display advertising and podcasts also is it per advertising advertising monitor no i'm okay that makes sense. Yeah so i thought it was generate that up over the podcast news. So it's it is a monitoring of who's to add you're running wear all right. Good all right cool they. Podcasts are supposed to break a billion dollars this year in advertising. You know we'll see. But when they say podcast monitoring service that sounds like it's something we can all use. But maybe it should. They should have said media monitor lunches podcast advertising monitoring service. Yeah for sure so out liar. Outline podcast festival's been postponed because of the delta variant. They're worried about that so they cancelled until next year. Originally scheduled for september twenty third and twenty fourth. And where was that supposed to be at. I'm not sure where in texas so. Yeah well they probably could. It still had it it. It was being in texas. But who you know. They're probably worried about people wanting to travel. Sure sure so. W w e podcast isn't that's been around a while right. That's the that's the world wrestling entertainment. And also the ringer They're going to be coming. They're going to be becoming spotify exclusives. Okay and So that was that was interesting. They've been around a long time you know. Wwe has at least. and i. and i do remember the ring as well being You know around quite a bit It's a podcast about. I think boxing in wrestling in general but anyway Yeah they're going to be going Full time with the spotify so.

"Turn the wheel more than this. You're not going to be doing. Any three point turns or anything like that. This is really designed to give you professional level racecar performance in something that you can buy. You can go play with yourself. You can buy for how much i believe. The pricing of these is rounded. We're still talking about the three million mark there you go nothing. What is going on with Does it come with an underground lair at that really really looks like the batmobile. Doesn't thing what do you think you. I'm putting that yoke on regular street vehicles. That seems mistake. Yeah absolutely these abilities horrible on that thing. I'm concerned as a little bit of a safety issue Both in terms of what happens in crash because you have more sharp edges than you would in a normal round steering wheel that will naturally prevent your hands from being in a bad place but also if you are if you're doing the typical cruise autopilot thing you kind of got one hand on the wheel just enough to to keep this going and suddenly you have to make an emergency reaction in reach out to grab the wheel but it's not. Were expecting it to be that as well. It could be a big issue. So i think was really bad decision on multiple fronts and i was really sad. See the national action and he said No they won't be around. We'll option you just have to live with the yolks. Sorry here's the body bullied. One thousand five hundred plus horse perez and other batmobile. These are looking like race cards. But that's really what they are isn't it. Yeah that's really where we're seeing a lot of money from these ultra exotic car companies creating these very very limited edition. Abba guy's gonna make forty of these of course are also too but these are very very specifically tune for track performance So this again not a car. You're gonna be taking on the road and this one. I think is five million dollars so we're getting even more expensive evidence that there's too many rich people in the world and they're all here in this weekend all badly but these companies are learning that they can create these ultra limited edition versions of. They're already extremely expensive cars and make them even more expensive which then gives them the money that they can then into next generation cars so that's a huge trend we're seeing this series is very limited action teens. Or maybe a hundred of these cars sewing for millions of dollars each and they're being bought up instantly before they even are publicly available with that. Small number of units is is it profitable or is it just more a showcase for the company because these cars are typically based on earlier production versions of the consummate. Maybe you know tuneup down. More power some different bodywork on there and of course. Lots of bespoke. So if you can get these configured anywhere want to any color or anything you want but largely based on existing platforms So therefore the developed has been covered all the crashes already been done largely so therefore they can just You know but a lot of accessories on their basically in dial the profit margin in and read all about it seen it dot com slash road. Show tim stevens editor in chief. Great to have you on the show as always cool. I like the old mugabe's myself those are pretty. Yeah Mr mike elkins heading back out on the road. Aw poor guys got to go to echo. Yep somebody's gotta do it and And and You know once again. We have a room available. Anybody wants to join us to have you. I'd love to be fair labor day weekend. Ai because they're going to be living in a world and this is the only product that you can build something and actually learn how i works so hello chatterbox. Dot com is the your view on. Check it out senator. The newsletter whatever by one but of adults are doing it educators in europe or buying it to teach adults some of these concepts. It's just a great way to learn and then also you end up with a smart speaker that can do anything you want it to do. But you gotta teach it. And that's the whole point. You've gotta teach yourself so it's very very cool product. I'm thinking maybe i should do program in python. What language are you working. He's got his own. He's got his own interface and complete with with You know access to all kinds of api so you learn about api's as well but it's his own interfaces. Like lego like plugged together. When i say this do this kind of like wheel with tinker right similar to that kind of similar to that and But this you get to immediately test it and it's all voice of course Very private neither chatterbox. Nor any of the partners can possibly know who is using it which is really kind of an interesting thing and so It's just a beautiful product. I think everybody ought to give it a try for schools. Educators parents smart kids and maybe a few adults hello chatterbox dot com a smart speaker. that teaches literacy. It's a great idea. I'm thrilled to kevin's doing well with it. Oh there's my my daughter likes to host and there's a. There's a sleepover going on that. That which i just found out about so it's like hey you know what i gotta show so. You'll be fine. You'll be if a pillow. Fate fight breaks out in the background. You know i'm sorry. I just grab a pillow. Unfortunately join in days go field. The editor behind the curtain dot com up. Dave is virtual pillow fight. Really thing that would be. That'd be. I'm sure we can. We can we can travel. We could do a bt. Se pillow fight. You doing what redford week. One of the preseason before we get certain time about the steelers news. I wore this shirt on purpose and he. Those are live on youtube. See it's a classic pittsburgh penguins shirt. And that's an honor of mr mike lang. Who decided to retire. I know this is not a penguin show. But i'm a pittsburgh fan. That's what i tell people. When they asked me audio the steelers pittsburgh pirates was dealers. Guys gotta ask you real quick. What's your favorite. Mike lang saying after a goal brian will serve at the. I don't know if i have one. I mean proba- probably probably bingo game. Get in the fast lane grant either. That's right that's a. That's a good one well. Is there any call that stands out in your mind. Is there a specific game specific. Call that sticks out for you at all. I mean he did it for a long time. You know what actually there is. It was back in about ninety one when they were going for the first cup and he did a few of them. And i don't know whether it was kenny. Mayne or who it was on. Espn do the highlights. And they just played mike lang by salmon. Drink get his dog. One do like okay and then they do the next like i don't know what he's saying but it sounds pretty good interesting all these ridiculous things and they're just like making fun of them. I think they were making fun with him. Because you really couldn't make fun of him but calling a game you take all that stuff out of it hauling the game. He's fantastic to without that stuff. But that that's pittsburgh and that's what makes pittsburgh radio in pittsburgh sports. Great i go way. Back to lenny for terry with no doubt about it before you were even born jeff before. Yeah but i mean when he first came on was like nineteen seventy nine and that season. And i remember when i was young but that that was the greatest thing and then of course when i realized who myron was in the glory of myron and way back. I didn't experienced bob prints but all those guys. Mike lang is an absolute legend great voice. I just got scared. Because everybody's saying all these. Mike lang things on twitter. And i'm like oh no did he die. It's just like the first thing that goes into my but no. I mean absolutely thrilling. Like what he said about the team coming in with a gets off in and the old two niner you guys are in good shape with with them but now i mean it's not going to be the same just like losing touch. It's not going to be the same. It's still going to be good. They're gonna find their own magic to david by a you're a penguins fan and you watch the games. We'll do you remember any mike. Line calls of stand standout. I have to admit. I actually listened to more games that i watched just because during the regular season if i know a penguins games on i use my my my little app on my phone that tells me all the stations that play the steelers and i use it for the penguins so i listened to mike lang. You didn't do that many games this year. But i may try listen when he was absolutely love. My favorite. I would have to say although i said you know call me slick from turtle creek was what i put on your your twitter today but actually it's michael michael motorcycle that's got to be the best one but the most legendary one was back when brian was talking about it. When that one of those first cup runs was that you had to be here to believe it that moment. That was the one. That's the one that you'll you know everyone should remember. If you here mike lang it should be that call on that game. Supposedly as on twitter that he was asked what his favor call was. And i think it was the ninety one stanley cup because ninety one they'd be ninety two. I think they beat the blackhawks in the finals. And it was a great play. It was right off. A faceoff when francis wins it. Back larry murphy murphy with like the shot pass off the pad to lemieux and he has that great. Call save made rebound. Maria's guards new place just erupted. That was that was the one you know. It's always the save rebound score central brain call and then just there. Hey flat me silly sydney. I mean all these things that he did not run game. That crosby came back He was out for a really long time play against the islanders and he scored on a breakaway. And it was just. It gave you chills and the call was perfect. And oh my gosh. So congratulations to a great career. Who do you do. You compare mike lang to bill. Hillgrove or determined admiring kobe. Bryant would even. I don't compare had to the comparison. 'cause they have the sayings and they have the personality lake to me. It's more myron than bill. It would have to be myron because bill is a bill maher straightforward i mean. I'll never forget steeler maniac. Hey this plays those steeler maniac. He gets fired up and fun but he doesn't try to be he. He doesn't try to have catchphrases. He invents his own without trying has true david anything that i mean. It's he does play by play so it's kind of hard to compare them to myron because myron was the color commentary. You know what i'm saying. But i do understand what you mean by the kind of double yours and things like that. You always remember the various things they would say ma. So i get the very cranium. Iran code bonn's ords. But this. When when i'm mike lang no people forget that. His color commentary staggie eventually took over on the tv side during the play by play. It reminded me a major league when stagging would just chime in every now and then and that's when he took over as player like who's taken over a bike lines radio anyways all right. Let's talk about some steelers. we're gonna be previewing. The upcoming game against the philadelphia eagles jersey. And that's why we're on the air this tuesday and we're back with game and so there's a lot of news to talk about before we get to the actual game this thursday night and i want to get through everything there's been i mean my gosh. They might as well just call pittsburgh. The rumor mill. everything is just seemingly a rumor in. It's a hot take whether it's dj watts. Contract or joe haden which isn't a room. Earning more that was that was verified by his agent that he wants an extension. Kevin dotson an ongoing saga. That is his quest to get back to the first team and then james washington wanting a trade. He didn't wanna trade guys. What the heck is going on with pittsburgh in all these rumors. Is it just fans that are warning any type of news or there's some legitimacy to this stuff bryan anything hashtag gossip. Girls gone wild. That's seems like anything of wild like like gossip. Gossip girls in girls gone wild. I mean just like. I mean i mean. Dave had those videos back in the day on. Vhs girls gone wild talk.

"You all and the show. Not only visiting tommy. It's from tony anita hall. Oh my gosh theresa. And i managed to escape that pirate ship where i was doing some light accounting and we made it to panama on a raft and her cousin's place turns out her cousin. Esteban res owns the largest coffee plantation. Here in cheery cre- highlands where the elevation of twenty three hundred to thirty. Five hundred feet makes it perfect for growing popular arabica arabic. Coffee beans. Sharp fragrant and mildly acidic. Wow will i have stuff for the next potluck info party or what anyway. It's no big deal but esteban was really impressive. My vocabulary especially when. I said i don't want to inveigh against his competitor but he seems to be a bit of a rebar positive. Ultra criterion on the subject of coffee beans esteban like that a lot and we became best buds. And no big deal. Now we're married. And i'm helping run the coffee plantation l. So i guess that vocabulary song really came in handy anyway. Miss you guys tell. Bonnie i'll be finding show descriptions from the email. Been a sap and i'll be back as soon as i can to be honest. Esteban can be a little clingy. So hopefully we'll be back sooner rather than later love tony. Wow yeah i. I am not met anybody. That's been that influenced by the vocabulary songs. So that part is especially touching and she and bonnie loves coffee. so i'm just hoping mean. I imagine if bonnie went for physical any sort what they found was coffee. What current arabica coffee it's arabica. Bonnie looked up the pronunciation for me. Yeah i didn't know bunny. I just got this letter. Yeah yeah why. Would you know that you haven't taken the same. Sojourn that tony anita hill has. She's going on a journey. But paul. i've got bad news like right before we started taping. I gotta ship of coffee here at my sister's house with a very small note also from tony. Do you wanna hear it. yes okay. Hey guys no big deal. But esteban competitor totally didn't like being called ultra criterion so long story. Short esteban was found at the bottom of the real plan to now this morning. I'm bummed. But i hardly knew him so long story short. I now own a giant coffee plantation. Oh my god right so that happened anyway more soon. Tony oh my gosh you know. She had always she'd always talked about having a lot of adventures. I love how she's reaching out and grabbing you wait until she uses the nose freda on one of these guys. You know adam. I'm so touched that. Tony has used so many of the vocabulary words and it reminds me i heard what perfect segue. Who saw that coming ahead. Bala i do i have a word. It's abdur it's a verb that means to swear to give up a belief or a claim. Here i'll use it in a family setting honey. How a school today in school today. It summer but i looked up a word it's obscure it's verb that means to swear to give up a belief or a claim. We don't talk like that around here now past the potatoes. This is a good word right into the vocabulary song. And if i can't remember it i may endure the vocabulary. Sono oh no. Sometimes that red key is just right there next to that green key to this week's word is george. It's its verb that means swear to give up a belief or a claim come back to earth. Cunanan's pretty lame. Last week's word was panjandrums. It's announced that means a person who has or claims to have a great deal of authority or influence. Yes tell us more. You're so powerful. "On my mind. And after talking to people is this Jared Goff situation we with John Wolfe for what is what is PFC with those two if the Rams were baby move on from Jared Golf I think it's very rational. If you look at your God he he had that great season with Nick today, but since then has really petered out. His grade is basically sat in the load of mid seventies. And that is that is just not in the tear that you need. If you're going to pay a guy that much money, and here's the other thing, you look at golf and you go, okay. Is there anything more we can get out of them? I think that's the question that McVeigh is asking himself right now. And if the answer is no Then, then you really got to think about moving on because he's not lifting that team up with how much they've invested in the now to make them a Super Bowl competitors once again. So I don't believe that they're thinking, Woolford. I mean that you might have a source that I don't but just looking at Wolf for playing a game and a half like I can't imagine that's the only guy you'd want to roll in there with So I wonder who they might have their eye on if they're looking to move on from God. And look, I'm reading between the lines to when I hear busty talk. He have said We hate your dock without saying we hate your Gulf War comets way were we were? Yeah. We were having that discussion yesterday. Right? And I was like, Did you hear the quote and then I read it to him. You know, it was one of those things like there's no. You know, he is currently under contract as a ram is about the least inspiring vote of confidence. I think I've ever heard in my I live in like less need could have got out there and said This guy sucks out loud and it might have been more inspiring than what he said. Let me tell you what that sounds like This is going you're in a bar. I know. A lot of people have been in bars lately. Must learn Mobile, Alabama. You're at a bar and you're over here. Some conversation where someone's like, you know, Do you have a boyfriend or a girlfriend and the person goes Well right now. Technically, I do. Yeah, that's saying is, uh, what I'm telling you is that I would like to not have one in like Two hours. What do you think about that? I mean, honestly, that's the best metaphor I've had on this show ever, ever. I mean, at this point, but I mean, that's and you know, so there's all these different scenarios for quarterback and I was reading through some monsters piece on the biggest needs for the Broncos. And it's funny because he puts quarterback cornerback and interior offensive line as the top three will get you into your offensive line. But it feels like he did always right up on the quarterback. Because, really, I mean, we're weighing these things out. Quarterback is just far superior, and I think that's almost any any other situation. But at the same time, the Broncos do have some other needs here. So just for two seconds can we just say hey, if they decide to go cornerback in the first round or with their premium picks? What does that do for your Assessment of this team and whether or not that they've improved, or I don't know if you move the needle very much unless it's a quarterback. Yeah, It's a tough thing. It's like, so here's the way it Here's the way the math works out. Let's say a quill knocks a great example of this. Okay? You bring Cleo back in. He's fantastic. Or you bring in Jalen Ramsey. He's fantastic. Show your Alexander our highest rated corn. Fantastic. Okay, but even if they are the best in the league They might take your team from Sale five win team to a 61 teen OK, and that doesn't get anyone excited, and that not only hurts your teeth because your job ex works where it really moves. The needle is that it takes you from a nine to attend win teen or in 11 twin 12 1 team, and that's why you see pieces like Kyron Matthew, Move the needle for Kansas City because it takes them from a team that can get very close, right? You all of a sudden now maximizing what Mahomes does for you because you're not a leaky faucet on defense. So it's it's almost working in reverse order where you're like bringing in those pieces that top everything off. You know, you're putting the whipped cream and the cherry on top of nothing. You're waiting for the ice cream to come in, you know, And that's not generally how you build a Sunday. But I do really like Caleb Barley in our draft guide is compared to Jimmy Smith, which I think is a cool comparison by Mr Mike Renner on guy Just love the fact that he brings size and speed like that, to me is in this league, something that Comes along. Very, very rarely, so it wouldn't be a loss. But like is he bringing you from 5 to 6 wins instead of from 10 to 11? Yes, And I agree with that. And you know it's perfect from Mike Rainer, who, if he's with you takes you from You know a 5 to 2 A nine or a 10? You look, you know, And I love Mike. But this since he you know, the since he six Is his nickname, so But that what I'd be what it is, but I also mentioned bed war sweat pants to practice today. I don't know if I don't know if I threw that out there so all the sun, the wind and sweat pants. Look sweat, don't you? Don't you talk ill of sweat pants. They could be both sexual and violent. Single Syria? Yes, we're here. I'm here for this. I'm here for this. I look the ladies have been getting over with the yoga pants for years. I'm bringing comfort back for the fellows with the.
