"Great State of Florida. Make sure you go and check out his podcast called firebrand get his book also called Fire bread. Jen Psaki just today or it might have been late yesterday. I think it was today, Um, said that the administration is considering whether we should also require these passports to get on planes again. This is simply about power and control right? Because I'm not sure I understand. We never had to prove that we had the flu vaccine that I've never gotten the flu vaccine reasonably healthy guy work out pretty strong. I don't have any other co morbidity is why should have to prove to somebody that I'm protecting myself. Is it the government's job to protect me from me? I mean, how can you not evaluate this debate and not look at the power that Big Pharma has over big media and over politicians, Right? I mean, you look at your favorite news show your least favorite new show. They're both riddled with ads from Pharma, and that affects the news coverage. It just does. And Big Pharma also has multiple lobbyists for every member of the United States Senate in the United States Congress and so they are trying to create a truth. That develops reliance on them. Now I'm not anti vaccine. If people want to go get the vaccine. I don't think they should be judged. I don't think they should be treated differently for folks like my parents. It was the right decision, but to see other folks deprived access to air travel and increasingly deprived of the ability to serve in our military. I know people right now who are leaving the military service because their spouses will not allow them to take a vaccine even if those very spouses allowed them to go on eight deployments to Afghanistan. So I'm concerned that a number of institutions in society whether it is the digital world, whether it is the military world where there is zero travel, they have been gas lit by the elites who are owned by Big Pharma to try to convince us that every single person needs exactly the prescription that Jen Psaki would deem appropriate. Or even worse. Dr. Fauci exactly Right. The book is firebrand. The podcast is firebrand. He is the firebrand. It's Matt Gates. Let's talk about the Department of Justice because I'm confused about With the Department of Justice is supposed to do. I thought the attorney general was the top cop, the top law enforcement officer in the United States under Barack Obama. We learned that Eric Holder's really just as wingman and it's just going to back Barack Obama up. However, he wants to and that the president can tell the attorney general just don't enforce those laws and look the other way in Dhaka. And don't worry about the intimidation that happened by the Black Panthers in Philadelphia in 2000 and eight during the election. Just ignore all that stuff because racism because slavery because whatever reason you want to come up with in Ferguson Okay, so the cop didn't do anything wrong in the shooting of Michael Brown that was righteous, but let's deemed the entire police force to be racist in Ferguson, Missouri, So we learned that it's really politicized. It shouldn't be. But now that we're finding people who are willing to tell the truth, Matt, those people are finding out from the DOJ. They're going to be dragged in front of some committee somewhere and going to be held to task because they're telling the truth is that the way it's supposed to work? Right now. The left wing media is going crazy because there were people at the Justice Department who actually thought they should have been more proactive at protecting our elections that we should have been in stronger communication with states that saw instances of fraud that we seem to learn more and more about every day, especially in Fulton County, Georgia, and I would say, probably very soon in Wayne County, Michigan as well. So when people stepped forward and said, Hey, Mr President, we've got a plan to try to pursue these violations of federal law with great vigor. Then you have the establishment types at DOJ like Jeffrey Rosen. Previously Bill Barr, who really wanted to hear none of that. I think they were more interested in their future career prospects than they were the integrity of our elections. And I've got a little nugget that a lot of people don't know the number one issue for Jeffrey Rosen when he was acting attorney general. Was whether or not he was going to get a portrait of himself as a G. He repeatedly lobbied the White House for the ability to have the portrait made of himself. Stop it. That seems to be less important to me than protecting the integrity of the vote. Come on. Come on, Matt. He was worried. Am I going to get a portrait? Because I'm acting? That's that's really what he was wanted to make sure that even in his acting capacity, there would in fact, be a portrait. Thank God the head of the civil division was Mr Clark, who believed that there was a basis for more vigorous investigation of potential election fraud. Now I think that should have animated the Georgia Legislature and the Pennsylvania and Michigan. Legislatures to take action. But now they're trying to make people who have that. I think very proactive approach somehow the threats to democracy and so I think we've got to watch very closely what House Democrats are planning in the coming weeks as they bring in former Justice Department officials and try to shame people who were Proactive on oversight and then who tried to canonize those who stood in the way of a review of an election that I think was one of the most bizarre in American history. Regardless of how you feel about the election. It was the first time that the mailbox beat the ballot box where these millions of mailed out ballots without a direct connection to a human being attending to vote them. Really made the difference. It sounds like a softball net. It's not. This is a real question. Because I had Mike Lindell on my show. I dared have Rudy Giuliani on the show. I dared have Jenna Ellis on the show. I dared have You and Marjorie on the show. I've been demonetized on YouTube. I was suspended from Twitter for a while so legitimate question. Are we or are we not in a free liberated America allowed to say Hey, Was there fraud in that election? Are we allowed to even ask that question or not? Well, remember the same entities that make it difficult for you to ask that question and present your platform are the same entities that tried to ban on review of the Hunter Biden laptop only to later realized there was a lot of stuff on there that voters really deserve to know before casting their ballot regarding the Biden families, foreign entanglements that could potentially compromise them, so it's beyond just one show or one claim or one election. It's about these large forces in big tech and big government trying to redefine the truth, and you see it in the election, But frankly, you also see it in legitimate scientific debate over coronavirus. I'm not a doctor. I don't think you are. We're not going to debate pathology. But I think it's fair for us to review the claims of different experts and people in the medical field him and ask tough questions. I mean, we don't live in a tech tac Chrissy. We live in a representative democracy. We don't live in a world in which the truth gets to be defined by the people in power were allowed to debate and discuss the truth. And I do think that the the inability for us to process claims made by Mr Lendell or anyone else is really reflective of a frail society, not a strong society, a strong society. They ought to be able to take all kinds of different claims and compare sources and review evidence without being so. Pearl clutching that we would say Oh, well, because you had you know Matt Gates or Marjorie Taylor Green or Mike Lindell on your show, Then we have to put you in a different category of another content creators..

Pearl clutching that we would say Oh, well, because you had you know Matt Gates or Marjorie Taylor Green or Mike Lindell on your show, Then we have to put you in a different category of another content creators. It's very, very dangerous. And you know what it's more akin to what we see in China and a social credit score enforced by the government and big tech than we would expect in the United States of America very well said Firebrand is the podcast and the book. It's District One. Republican. The Great State of Florida. Matt Gates, Matt 22 last quick ones number one. The infrastructure. According to Ted Cruz has about 86%. That is an infrastructure. It's got 14%. If that that's infrastructure. The rest is all the green new deal. Can it be stopped? And are you finding the same thing that he found? I am finding that this bill is extremely punitive to rural America. It's not just the imposition of the green new deal. It's also per mile fees that they are studying to impose on our fellow Americans. Now, if you live in the Acela corridor a per mile feed probably doesn't affect you the same as if you live in Texas or Oklahoma or Nebraska. So that really is putting The densely populated parts of our country against the vast majority of our country. I'm also concerned that you really aren't making investments in areas of great need. President Trump understood that our roads and bridges do need repair that we need good ways to get our goods to market because we had become so productive under President Trump. We needed a way to leverage that productivity for economic success for all Americans, and when they label something is infrastructure and And drain it away for things like government funded childcare and to fund community organizers that spun off of the acorn movement of yesteryear. It's not only deceptive, it's an opportunity cost because we're not doing the things that we actually should be doing to be a strong, powerful country and to win the 21st century against China. Matt last question about the January 6th rioters or the breach the riot. It wasn't an insurrection. That's just stupid. It's a word that I never used in my life before now, and I'm 55 now so that we It is just a buzzword to try to make it look like there was a revolution happening. There was a riot. There was a breach. People acted stupidly are those people who are behind bars today that we never hear from are they getting due process? I am increasingly concerned that they are not Paul. Ghosts are Louie Gohmert. Marjorie Taylor Green and I've been sending letters to the attorney general, asking basic questions about the nature of charges and the protocols for the January six detainees. I'm on the Judiciary Committee. So I have a direct role in the oversight of the federal Bureau of Prisons, and they won't answer our questions. And then when we showed up at the Department of Justice The attorney general wouldn't meet with us and then we showed up to the jail just to do what members of Congress always do. And that is to our detention facilities. I mean, Democrats did that under Trump. Republicans have done it under Biden. But for this one group the January six detainees, we were told we were trespassers when we showed up and merely sought a tour, So there are more questions now than answers, the attorney general and the Federal Bureau of Prisons will not be able to hide forever. And I just think we ought to give everybody access to exculpatory evidence..

This is Bloomberg. This'll is Bloomberg Law with Joon Brussels from Bloomberg Radio. Molding machine Company. Dominion is suing my pillows, chief executive officer My Clindell in a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit for echoing Donald Trump's false claim that the voting machine company rigged the election. Joining me is Eric Larson. Bloomberg legal reporter. So tell us about the lawsuit. Eric So Dominion Food Mike Lyndall for defamation Cause for months he's been repeating the false claim that Dominion was part of a vast conspiracy to millions of votes away from Trump to ensure Joe Biden's victory. That's part of the best. Lot involving foreign agents, Communist money and even the late Venezuelan dictator Cuba, Charlotte. So he is one of several people who have been one of the loudest amplifiers of these claims. And so the lawsuit was seen as somewhat inevitable. And and it was filed here just yesterday. And Dominion claims that Lendell increased his sales by as much as 40% and would issue promotional codes for his product like Fight for Trump, 45. Q and on That's right. The evidence laid out on this tape that complaint which is more than 100 pages include a lot of detailed, You know evidence from Mr Lindelof public appearances. The weather on Like very conservative, right wing media outlet to appearances in person at events where he would be, you know, ranting against this unfounded election fraud conspiracy, but then at the same time, also offering up promotional codes to get discounts on pillows. Things like that. And of course, Trump you know was a supporter of his company is well, he suggested people go ahead and buy his pillow. So he he got an early boost from Trump. You know, several years ago, and I was sort of what was returning the favor here by going on the road to suggest that Trump the election have been stolen from him. Dominion had warned Lind l but Lind. L didn't back down. No, not at all. The complaints outlined that several warning letters were sent to Mr Lindo suggesting that he stopped saying the things that he is saying it's time you would go ahead and get back. On the air and and repeat the claim. And indeed, after the suit was filed yesterday, I had a phone call a phone conversation with Mr Lendell, and he doubled down again. He fought out, repeated his claim that Dominion voting machines are specifically designed for fraud to steal elections, You know, said that again that it was part of a plot involving China and other foreign agents. Insisting that he has mountains of evidence that he's going to be able to present in this case and even saying that he welcomes the lawsuit being filed because now they'll have an opportunity to present all this evidence in court. His extremely confident that he's gonna win. He told you these machines were built to steal elections. I'm not a stupid guy. If I didn't have 100% evidence, I wouldn't be doing this. That correct and you get a sense of his approach to this litigation here, he said, as well, that he has, you know, put all of this evidence up on a website. He even said he made I'm a documentary of his own that he put online and the characterization of the evidence that he's talking about. You know, I haven't looked through it all, but it sounds similar to some of the evidence that was put forward and or described in all these about 60 lawsuits after the election. By Trump lurk campaign or the allies that all failed, including several by Sidney Powell that have the same allegations about this alleged conspiracy. But those there were a lot of after David that they weren't signed. A lot of it was redacted, and a lot of it has been like very explicitly debunked. Including especially these affidavits around that Venezuelan linked but that doesn't seem to dissuade Mr Window he again, he said. You confident that he's going to win the case? Interesting that Dominion included in its complaint, false claims he'd made about his products. That's why you got a sense in the complaint that Dominion wanted to sort of fell out a history of false claims being made by England, Ellen and my pillow. He did point out in this complaint that several counties in California had accused. My fellow accused Lindell of making false claims about his my fellow product, saying that it No cure all kinds of elements like fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome and insomnia. And there's you know, they said, That's not true. You just can't just can't make those things about your pillows. And he did reach an agreement with the front Peter to pay just about a million dollars in fines and $100,000 in donations. On top of that, so He also made some claims about a product that supposedly with a cure or treatment for covert 19 that he insisted had passed Phase one and phase two trials. And that the FDA would soon be approving it. Um, the complaint notes that none of those trials took place. And, of course, the FDA did not end up approving this. In fact, the FDA put out Statement specifically a warning people away from this product so you can see that there's a bit of a history of Mr Lindo making claims that turned out to not be true. So they're trying to tie that to his plane's about Dominion. Thanks, Eric. That's Eric Laursen. Bloomberg Legal reporter Coming up next. Who can you Sue in the lights go out. "Dot com. Let me start with Michael in Del I consider Mike Lyndall, the CEO of my pillow to be a good friend of this program. He has over the years from time to time sponsored this program, and I have done ads for him. So there's my dog in the fight. But now Dominion voting systems that we talked about a lot last year has sued my Clindell for 1.3. Billion dollars in damages. Lendell, of course, is chief executive of Minnesota based my Pillow. The complaint says that Linda L made false claims about the integrity of Dominion voting's machines, and that he knew no credible evidence supported his claims that the company had stolen the election from Donald Trump. What Dominion is called The big lie. In its complaint. The company cites a number of statements made by my clindell, including in media appearances, social media posts and a two hour film claiming to prove widespread election fraud. Mr Lendell says he helped produce the film, which he released online in early February have watched the entire film. Now, do I think that there are questions about Dominion voting software. Absolutely I do. Do I know for sure whether or not the company was involved in creating software that would allow the manipulation the vote? I don't know. I don't think anybody knows, but I think that all of us were asking the question. Did you make a voting system that could be manipulated by the people within the voting? You know the voting officials and the people who work for them. I think that's a perfectly legitimate question to ask. Now, here's what's going to be interesting going forward about this lawsuit against my clindell. When you sue somebody or when somebody sues you, you are allowed to obtain what's called Discovery. Discovery is documents and other things that would either help you prove your claim or help the other side disprove your claim. That means Dominion can ask for discovery from my clindell. It also means Mike Can ask for discovery from Dominion. And it would be interesting to find out whether or not the company has any paper records that talk about the history of its voting systems. I mean, I cited for you a number of times a contract with Santa Clara Callie Santa Clara County, California. Which is near San Jose. And in that contract I cited for you that it indicated that the tabulator in that case elections headquarters staff could make changes in the outcome of the final vote tally. That's very interesting. It also means that my clindell depending on how much money he wants to spend on this, but I have a feeling if he were to go out and raise money and say a go fund me. Make an appeal to conservatives all over America about 75 or 80 million of us and say I need to be able to get hold have depositions taken of the people under oath who worked for Dominion software and be able to ask him very good questions. You'd want to employ some very, very good attorneys, and you'd want to make sure you had your ducks in a row when you did those depositions. Now whether or not you could get straight answers from them. I don't know it be interesting to find out, though, because I think from what I've heard Lendell actually looks forward to this opportunity. It may be that by Dominion Sue England Del for defamation, seeking the Ridiculous sum of $1.3 billion in damages that Mike Lind L might be able to get ahold of the information that Bill Bar at Trump's Justice Department never could. That the elections officials of various states were questions were raised about Dominion voting software at the very least, what I would like to know Is the answers to a couple of specific questions Number one. The claim was made that voting software machines are not hooked to the Internet during the During the elections on and I'd like to know whether or not that's true because I know that in at least a couple of cases, elections officials whether it involves Smartmatic or Dominion, voting or other companies. Raised the issue and said, well our machines or not hooked to the Internet. And then they explained that they might have had software problems because there were updates to the software that were made now. Don't know about you, but I have a smartphone. It's couple years old, but too decent Android smartphone, everyone's well, usually a couple of times a month. The software inside the phone doesn't automatic update That is, they download patches that air security related that designed to make the phone so you know, perform better, most big, complicated pieces of computer software, whether it's Windows 10, or whether it's your and or android smartphone like mine. Or any other kind of software. They get updates from time to time. Wouldn't it be interesting to find out if you claim that the machines were not hooked to the Internet, But they had to be hooked to the Internet to download the upgraded software or the patches that were being sent down? When where they hooked to the Internet? How long were they hooked to the Internet? And then when the voting results actually came in, you know when all those paper ballots were run through counting machines, and the data was transferred into the machine. Was it transferred via the Internet. We know that in some places in Georgia, I'm not even sure I think Georgia used Dominion machines. But in in Georgia, there were cases where they literally used what they call the tennis shoe network. I think that's what they call it. Where in each voting precinct. They would download the results on to a memory stick. And then they would take that stick that little digital device and they would bring it into the central headquarters. I mean, that kept them off the Internet, but it also meant That there were some sticks that were actually lost or misplaced. For a period of time. That's a concern again. That's not a Dominion concern. But wouldn't it be interesting to find out about the company's history about the voting systems that they made for other countries and what changes were allowed to be made in the software both by the users, the machine and whether or not you could have changes made remotely. Over the Internet. I think that's an important question. Oh, First they went after the social media platforms to censor your speech. Well, now they're going after the news, according to the hill dot com Democrats are now going after streaming services and.

"It's part of the problem. He's got evidence of how ballots were switched from Mr Trump to Mr Biden. How was manipulated overseas. Now you've been pooh poohing this That is part of the Democratic strategy to Pooh pooh the evidence. Now you're going to tell me their ex a dozen courts who threw it out. No, no, not doesn't actually been over. I think 50 courts threw it out. Very good. Well, they didn't listen to the evidence. Yes, they did. You know they didn't if they weren't allowed to present the evidence. It was the these cases were dismissed for lack of standing Now. That doesn't mean they looked at evidence. They could have the right to sell. Tariq, Wait a minute. Let's go back to Georgia. Where there was it was. It was three recounts. Let's go toe Wisconsin. Well, what would wait? Let me finish that Wisconsin in both Martin Milwaukee. And in Madison, the two Democratic strongholds. They had a paper recount. And guess what? There was no difference in the way you pervert the truth. That's not those air fax to reach people vote. It doesn't matter recounted the same counts, Tariq, but what they did in in Georgia is they not only took every one of those allegations like that there were dead people voted, you know, maybe they found who had. I think I saw the number. You don't meet people who live outside of it. About 1200 then and and the secretary of state who's Republican, said it was too and both of those voted for Trump They two T W O Who Woz asserting that the secretary of state in Georgia would not provide the evidence that was being requested This trying to be heard by the Supreme Court. No, no to me on their meeting data scheduled for the 19th of February. They're going to consider Sydney's case. What's your name? The attorney and another case, which will, um, you know, bearing on this. You know what the case is there gonna be? That's kind of where it's going to be your where those arguments that Mr Lendell is make. You know where their arguments are gonna come up. Those are gonna are gonna come up in the lawsuits by Dominion. Against Rudy Giuliani, and that made deformation Yes, because then he's gonna have to show it and again, it'll come up there and it's gonna come up in the think $2 billion suit against Giuliani and the other lawyer, as well as one of the oldest tricks in the book is destroyed the evidence No. Yes, it is. You can't you can ask for discovery of my evidence. But if I've already destroyed it, you're not gonna get anything. Rick idea with idea with evidence all the time is an expert with us. Let me tell you a secret. There's there's no evidence has been destroyed. And matter of fact, What's that? Yeah, they do that. That's a correct. We appreciate your call, but I gotta tell you trick you know, you keep going back to this thing, and it is nonsense. Theologian is over. The election is valid. The people who said it was a valid election, including Trump's attorney general, there was no fraud in the election. The on Lee people who said there's fraud. It continues to say this fraud are Rudy Giuliani. Never that other attorney's name is I've forgotten her name on then, now and and now are certainly are. Quote unquote expert, Mr Lendell of of my pillow. They're the only ones they're saying it and that evidence simply don't support it. Anyway. The election's over the folks who still so feed these lies about election fraud or whatever. It's over. And then that's one of the things that that is. Part of this trial for Trump is because he has been supporting these lies. And the question is going to come up with this in the impeachment is whether those lies and his speech at the, uh, mall. Before that, But we're Tariq was there at that time. If those had any impact on the attack on the capital by the riot, the Trump supporters in the right now, in fact, I saw him Fox, a couple of right after said, Well, you know that that really wasn't Trump supporters. Those were actually antifa in Trump using Trump flags. I get all nonsense. The fact that matter is that's what the impeachments gonna be about. The trial of that is going to be about is the extent to which if at all, and that's what I think the Evan's going to show it is not. If not, if not, if at all is going to show Hey, that that occurred and they're gonna show a direct link between it and the actions of then President Trump. So it's not a question of did Biden When the election he did was their fraud? No. But this question those kind of things are gonna come up. As far as the trump trial. But as I said to Tariq a minute ago, these other issues that he that Mr Lin del and religiously all you're making about the voting machines that's going to come up in the trials. For defamation that have been filed against really Charlie Only by Dominion, which is one of the companies that make the voting machines and the second one is by the other company. The second company only does that I think in one state only in California is the only place they were anyway. So we're gonna we're gonna get to. We're gonna get to that information there, but the trial's over. Let's go toe Cedric and in Baltimore or in Joppa. Talk about the White House. Cedric, Welcome to the show. Yeah, I think it's quite amazing that there was nothing but Freud and deceit and vote stealing. Corruption that went on in 2016 election when Donald Trump spanked Hillary Clinton. It was nothing but a fraud. Hillary Clinton came out and call this guy illegitimate. In a legitimate president. She started Hashtag resists movement. The Democrats boycotted his inauguration. Yada, yada yada. You guys set in the side life or you could do is all you guys that all foot Yeah, for your free elections didn't say a word to condemn Hillary Clinton. Nor did you condemn it. Actually, you know, Cedric hilarious to me. But here's the thing I could care less because I'm having those Fantastic time sitting on my couch watching your guy Joe Biden destroyed the economy, destroy the economy..

"The day with legendary crooner Uh, beloved singer Tony Bennett has Alzheimer's, according to his family's been around a long time. Many, many years. I've got a Tony Bennett story. I can't believe I remember this, too. The day I die. I watched him walking through the Dayton, Ohio International Airport. He had a concert that weekend. He had a coat over his back a garment bag. I swear to you he was singing. I left my heart in San Francisco, one of his big hits. And I thought there's no way he would sing that in the airport by himself, because he had to have hated hated having to sing that song over and over and over again, anyway, our prayers air out Tolo, Tony Bennett and his family and his his fans. What? What a life and what? What a legacy of great music probably don't agree with his politics much But that again if I didn't agree with the politics of people in the arch, there would not be anybody to probably watch or listen to, or be entertained by. However, those days seem to be coming to a close that that's that's a one way street, isn't it? They're trying to cancel everybody they can They're trying to shut down, marginalize Put people out of business. Mike Lindell made it to Saturday night Live on NBC. I'm not going to play the skit because it was a pretty mean spirited attack, mocking his His status as a recovering addict, mocking him mocking his beliefs. You know the guy who played him? He popped up on weekend update. I noticed something that I wonder if you noticed it. If you saw the skin, there's something about the way they copied Mike and you know when they do those skits, and they take a public figure they always want to replicate. What they wear. Did anybody notice what they didn't show? With the actor who played my Clindell on Saturday night Live this weekend. In fact, I'll give you a free pillow if you caught it 106 55 Mike, if you noticed what was different about the costume or the outfit or the presentation. The actor who played my Clindell on Saturday night Live. Has sharp eyed people noticed it. Eagle eyed people noticed. I noticed it right off the bat. And the reason it Z. To me. It was an issue is because there's a story behind it. There's a story About something that Mike publicly. Where's And I think that story when I haven't had a chance to talk to Mike, yet I don't really even want to bother him with it again. It was a kind of a cruel hit piece, mocking him and making fun of him and when they go after Mike I just know what happens. People just keep buying pillows and bed sheets and waffle blankets and down comforters. Bathrobes and loungewear and doggie beds. I mean, they've got so many products, my pillow. There's something there. You'll love the pillow itself, which is normally 69 98. Mike has a discounted to 29 98 orders many of them as you want for as many people in your life. Just be sure to end of the program code Mike G for anything you order because They may be kicking him out of bed, Bath and beyond, and Cole's But they can't kick you out of buying the product. They're not going anywhere. My pillow like Mike said. He's not gonna be erased. He gets to feel the way he feels. He believes the way he believes. In America, you get to feel the way you feel about anything. Anything. You think the moon landing didn't happen. You get to feel that way. Now there are conspiracy theories and there are believes that people have that are hateful and hurtful and awful, and I could appreciate the argument. But if you Present an argument that the election was fraudulent. Then that made people turn violent. Now that's a heavy left to try to make that argument. I understand the people who try to make it. There are conspiracy theories about mass shootings that I've never understood. Because the pain and the suffering that the family members must experience from people who say things like their child wasn't really shot at a school. I don't understand any of that. That to me. But as reprehensible as it is to me and to most people. What do you want to do with somebody who has an opinion that some major event didn't occur? What I mean it's what do you do with him? You want to lock him up? You want to punish them? Should they be fired? What do they do? Can they make a living? Do you think he ought to be in a gulag somewhere? Mike knows what they did. Everybody seems to know it right now. In fact, Peter Peters even guessing he didn't see it. But my caught it right away. Hey, Mike. What? What did they do with my clindell? That Caught your eye right away that what that Mike wasn't wearing. Well, if you ever see Michael and l, the first thing that you'll catch, and it's very obvious that his strong, very large cross that he wears on his neck everywhere he goes, and he makes it a point to make sure it's outside of his shirt so that people see Jesus and across first before they see him. There was a time years ago where he was going to do one of those home shopping network shows somewhere. And they told him. Hey, we're real sorry, Mr Lendell, but we can't let you wear the cross out there and he said All right, guys, Pack it up. We're leaving. And there they were. They were like what? What? What? What? What? You mean you're leaving, because no cross no appearance. No, no, no, No. They came around Mike. Believe me, They changed their mind and Mike got to go out there. It's a nonstarter for him. He does believe strongly in his ability to profess his faith and show that God it was God's redemption. God's grace that you know that got him out of the gutter and led him to be a recovering addict. After he was about to die as a crack addict in the streets of Minnesota on the actor on Saturday night, Like he had it around his neck. He had the cross on and it was tucked under his shirt toward the end of the skit. It started to pop out a little bit, so I don't know if it maybe got it got tucked up under there accidentally or he just decided or somebody on the on the crew said. I don't wear that stick that cross under your shirt. That's what they wanted Mike to do in real life years ago on that home shopping that never, they said, just tuck it under your shirt, so we don't have to see it in that something is it's crazy. He is a convicted Ah, very convicted and passionate follower of Jesus. And he that crosses the testimony to where he has been where he is common. Where you going? Well, but they want they want to raise him. They want to erase the cross they want. If you're Christian, you don't count. Hey, we're gonna we're gonna send you want You want a queen size or king sized my pillow? Which one you want? I'll take a king size. I've always wanted to try once are looking forward to it. Thank you, Domina Sansho. Thank you, Mike. I'm gonna send you a pair. We're gonna send a pair of king my pillows. Toe Mike there, San Antonio on line one. Thank you, Mike. And I thank you for your kind words and I'm and I'm not gonna play the skit. I mean, it's again. It's mean it. Z Justin attempt to mock him. Just suffice to say, you know they're going after him there. The attacks are relentless. They're going to come after everybody. They don't you got to conform. You've got to believe the way They want you to believe, and I don't know what the president is going to do with this impeachment trial next week because it was reported over the weekend. That he lost his legal team that everybody in his legal team quit..

They are going after him now because he was a trump supporter, and they're going after his business and telling department stores, you should not sell his products. I think mixing business and politics is wrong. I felt that I should we play The interview from Friday like Mike's. Linda might welcome back and always good. It was good to see you last year haven't seen you in a year because there's pandemic. You know, New York is your second home. You know, John, you, John. You made my you know you made my book. You know my book. What are the odds when we first met? I believe it was the spring of 2015. And you made a comment at the table and I was telling my story and you go. You know, you're not like any other CEO we've ever met. Never forget that. Absolutely. That's it of the Now tell us that you're a big trump supporter. And are you you know, and my friend from Goya Foods, Robert you name he I don't have you met him? Yes, I actually did meet him and you've got criticized. Great guy. Goya Foods got criticized on this station and a few others. And just what People revolted against the movement. And I think his sales went up like 30%, right. She knows he had called for a boycott. And then Mr Lendell, are you getting any push back now because of your friendship with Trump. Well, the biggest push, you know, they known I've been that we've met him in 2016 in the summer of 16 and in a meeting in the Trump Tower, and I met him and I went back to Minnesota and did a press release saying here I met this president candidate Donald Trump. And from that point on they, you know, they called me a racist. The media just attacked me back then and it in. That's up once in a while, But the big thing now is because I went publicly on TV and said that there's the new evidence out with the with this machine, electoral proud that it was an attack by China and stuff. You think I would have to be the end of the world as we know it that I have been working hard trying to uncover evidence since November, 4th out of my own money, and then the attacks started. They hired these shit jobs. Sleeping giant on Twitter, and they went after all these stores to text him. Tell him to boycott me, and they have called bed bath and beyond H E B. Colburn's Kroger foods. I mean, they're all of them are just, you know. On and I don't know why. I mean, because what? Because I'm trying to do something good for the country. I don't get it because you were asking questions and we want we just were investigating. It's why this cancel culture. You can't you're not even allowed to have a free mind. Michael. That's why I wanted to on the show because I want you to tell the truth through all the all Americans. And people should not mix politics, mixing politics and business, I think is wrong, Vito What do we have? Former Congressman Beautiful cellar here with us. My good to be with you tonight. You know, I've been following your trials and tribulations there. When this has become the routine, right? You are not just cancel his letter, you said, but They're attacking and looking to destroy you. How is this unfolding when bed bath and beyond. Cole's what's really happening behind the scenes? One of the consequences to you and your employees, Right? Do you? You employ a ton of people Employees American employees when they showed to them, And then Thirdly is what what happens next? Is there any recourse? Right. Well, here's here's the thing about, you know, like you say, we've been down this before the summer when I was attacked by Anderson Cooper When I had my own leander dot com, And when these guys brought me these things that would help the pandemic, And so I was so we've been we've been We've been down this road before, but not to this magnitude. This one is different. And my employees right now, because of this s O. Many have stepped it up out. There are buying direct from us. You know I got I did. I'm one show. I gave out the promo code, Mike, um and said, you know, you can get my book for 9 97. We have 110. Products, and people just responded, and it's helping. We have over 2500 employees now, But these guys, they're each your career. You know, they're all it's almost like employees Reb share because we pay him. Well. I am very well with like a big family. And but here's what happened so we can put up with these box stores. You know if they don't want to sell the product At least we have such a direct sales outlet. But we also have other box stores have stayed with us. But here's the big hit job. They're trying to take me down everywhere. My eye of vendors over in New Zealand and Australia, they're attacking them. Have Ah, small plant in the U. K and they went after them. And then the worst one. They went after. There's a shit job seeing up from daily mail. And they said, I had some romance with some girl I've never met in my life from the Hamptons and West Village. I've never been to in my life, but they said something very defaming in that article about alcohol and champagne. As you know, As you all know, I come from a background of addiction, including crack cocaine and all kinds of addiction. And I might recovery Network I set up is helping millions of addicts. And this is I'm going after them. Now in a lawsuit, I'm not putting up with this Cancel culture and trying to destroy things that our great that are gonna help millions of people. So I'm having I'm being I'm on the attack. They if you see me in the media, I don't back down. I doubled down. Tell us your website and you know and then tell us how people can order pillows. "Chris Stengel past any Caiazzo here, bringing you through the great interviews from the year Here's one with Mike Lyndall that my pillow guy, Mr Lendell, it is a thrill to heavy on the show, sir. Good morning. Thanks for having me on. It's been quite a week. I bet it has talked to me about being first of all I know you've been before, and I know you've met the president before. But talk to me about your Your speech at the in the Rose Garden with the White House this week. You know it. It was kind of streaking the way it came about. I got a call. About three days before that to go to the White House, and I thought it was for a roundtable event, which itwas And they gave us They chose to write something to get approved. And and so I did, and I go. Oh, that's kind of strange. You know, I didn't have to him approved before and so I flew out there and I He went in. And sure enough, we have a round table inside the vice president and the CEOs from for other companies and And we get done. The president watched him and we he talked for a little bit. We get up to block out of the room. And they said to the vice president said What we did way have read the speeches are these stones remarks? You said Well, he might call you up to the podium. I said, Really? So we went way with the other room and I well, long is that gonna be doing that? I'm gonna see if I can give a message of hope out to the people. You know, I wrote some stuff down on the back of the After the speech, and we got up there and turn out. The president called me up and And I kind of assumed get triangle. Well, maybe I'm not supposed to read this, and I turned to him and I said Okay, now, can I say some summer marks off the cops and you go? Sure, Go ahead. E Lovett. Do that lost the country. It really did it. Isn't it sad? Frankly, I mean what you did, It's so it's so strange that that was considered objectionable. You simply you reference reading Scripture and bringing God back into people's homes. I What a sad time that in the midst of a pandemic that scene as objectionable speech what a what a terrible thing to say. Right right time with your families and read your Bibles. You know you're you're a remarkable story. In fact, it's funny. I tweeted out a picture of you and I from CPAC. You know what a number of people said. Is there currently reading your book? I know a bit about your biography and and I hope to have you back and we can spend a lot more time on it. But what I what I do know is how what we all know is how you build a very successful business. And one of the things from a business owners perspective that I would love to know from you is When a pandemic strikes like this and commerce sort of halts. And you talk about that. I mean, before we talk about what you've done. I mean, what did this door to your business? It was really scary. In the beginning. My my have 90 people. I've always kind of protected on the road. They do. They go back. They do affairs and home shows like I used to do, and they that that is their home on the road, and they were one of the first ones that got affected because they shut down home shows and And then we had our stores shut down. And then my brother always started getting slower and And you know, it just kind of go with the words You know, Where is this going to end this system And this is weirdness is never you know, It was not an anomaly for think most of us and all of us is We're going into the abyss. Places we haven't win. Both went before, and it scared that you're going, you know, you know, confirmation of this town. And how does this you know? How can they do this? His It was one of those guys on the roadies. I'm done in, you know, she think down in Kansas City, and he has been in hospital for about a week now, and it's scary. It's scary. And then from a business standpoint that you know Um Against, you know, that's right. Said You know what volume? Let's get out of this. How we gonna get out of this? The past this round is everybody. Everybody could see it and do it. You don't do what you can and first and foremost and it becomes you switching. You're going. Don't I worry about business here. About saving lives. "Story and And it was, um I even I even brought my own paper and self published because I want the money that's coming from the book. They launch my rate Linda Recovery Network, So it's gonna be a, um, this up. It was very time consuming. But now I feel such relief. But it's gonna be such a blessing that millions of people you said when you interview you said it when you introduce me addiction effects, everyone, no matter how many forks you eat with no ID yet effects everybody around you and we'll talk about the Lindell Recovery Network. Later, But I want you to read to tell people because, Mike, I hope you don't mind that there are occasions where people will see me out on a remote or they'll see me at CPAC. We're gonna be at CPAC and I've seen you at CPAC next week, the conservative political action conference and they'll say, Do you know Mike Lindo and I said, Well, I met Mr Lindo and I've done work for Mr Lendell, and he's been on my show, and they'll say, Oh, isn't it amazing what he's done with that company has it yet He used to be a crack addict, and they'll look at me like that's not a very funny joke. And I say it ain't a joke. It's the truth. Ask him about it. So would you mind telling my audience about how you fell into not just crack addiction, but other kinds of addiction as well, Right and you know it. Was, you know, I take it back, so I don't believe addictions and disease. I believe it comes from childhood from moons from fatherlessness from different different traumas that we could have during our childhood. But Mind. I think I could look back now, and I didn't think it affected me at the time. But my parents divorced when I was seven years old, and I got put into a new school and I was the oldest of the bright siblings and I would I became very kind of almost like I felt like I didn't fit in. I my self worth. I look back now was actually low. I would do Would do either show up to people and jump. Hey, watch me jump out the bus window or on brag about things like, oh, in the Mafia, a lot of money or my parachute, not opening and and that was my self worth of trying to fit in. But yet I would be very shy. I went to talk to people. I always thought maybe I just don't like small talk. Well, then, in the nearly eighties, I got inside. I tried cocaine and And then it was like it was like a false courage, Boy. I could talk your ear off and I was very functioning cocaine addict for years and for decades, actually, But I raised the family. I had four little kids. I had, you know, just functioning addict at that time, and then that switch to crack cocaine in the early two thousands and which are two different drugs, and they That way that was switching to crack him stripping down very fast, But.

"Are you letting this guy take rent in your head that you have decided that you're going to be ruthless and mean and terrible and ugly Just because there's one person that's being terrible and ugly that you think Well, he's by example. Or you're going to be someone who is bold and courageous and say, I'm not going to be a hateful bastard. I'm going to be someone who loves and cares and wants to reach out to other people were no longer doing that. There are people fighting people in stores because they're not wearing masks. They're beating up on them. They're assaulting them. And I'm thinking, guys, you know where are we? And how old are you? I mean, no people are that freaked out there. They're not using common sense. No, it goes away and it becomes this place where we're all kind of doing our best to bounce around. But it is it is toxic. It's not toxic. Plus positivity is just toxic period. Right, But they say that hey, that negativity is healthy. They're saying now embraced that negativity. I gotta go to the calls were going to Steve in New York. Steve. Hi, You're on ground zero. Go ahead. Hi collide. Thank you for taking the call. I just wanted to state that That I think people are realizing it's a strange time because Been there, noticing all the contradicts stands the oxymoron. Pretty much that they'd never questioned everything before, So you know, it's Every day tow us, you and me now new to them well, and that's the thing is that I I'm wondering Also, you know, I'm wondering about the situation Richard, where people aren't recognizing these oxymorons air, not recognizing the dangerous double thinking it's Orwellian and a lot of respect why they don't recognize it. Or is it because I mean I think that most people are just so caught up in the day to day life and just focusing on what they have in front of their face and really don't even take a minute to step back and look at anything like that. And it is not hard to get people distracted in our world, right. I mean, you know, everybody, like like, like you're opening where they talk about the phone When you know, I heard the one thing on the opening of the show. When you're talking about looking at the phone before you go to bed, looking at the phone first thing in the morning, people Are concerned with who's going to win American Idol than they are necessarily who's going to win the president. Presidential race? Yeah, they just don't you don't pay attention to it, And then when you try to bring it up to them, or you try to get people to look at it. You're the weird one for bringing it up, You know, because it's you know, it's the herd is kind of going in a certain direction. If you're not going with the herd, there's something wrong with you. Well, one of the things that's interesting is that like I say, for, like, 25 years now, I started a conspiracy theory Paranormal show, which I still have. In a way I do paranormal topics. I do all kinds of bizarre topics, but also the bizarre human behavior and I look at that I talk about it. And when I presented people think that I'm pulling a fast one that I'm not giving them fax or that I'm twisting facts, and I tell people all the time. All you gotta do is research what I talk about, and you will find that I am not lying, and we also have a library. We say look at the documents, read the documents and realize that these are things that you should concern yourself with and what the news is doing. It's just pushing their propaganda to getyou like I said, to take their drugs. Take their happy pills to take their vaccines. And then they go after people like what? Mike Lyndall when Anderson Cooper went after him for his only andr pushing And the thing is, he's saying You're a top CEO of a company that has had all kinds of failures and problems. And yet you're pushing this and you're making money off of it. You and your You're a snake oil salesman. I'm thinking OK, Anderson. Why don't you do the same thing for a top CEO of a company? That the guy who company that was Ah, bad? Computer company to begin with is now one of the contributors to Monsanto, which is a chemical company, which is now asking people to follow his advice about what to do to get a vaccine. You're talking about Bill Gates here who has the same position as my clindell who? I'm sure Anderson Cooper would not attack and tell him he's a snake oil salesman trying to push his vaccines on people. They're going to be dangerous. He's not a lot. Anderson Cooper's not allowed to say that the Bill Gates and it you know Anderson Cooper get stroke by the other people in the media. The media is actually like a hilarious If it wasn't so dangerous. It would be a funny thing to watch because it's almost like they're talking to each other because I noticed that Anderson Cooper incident that he got stroked by other like liberal media outlets. They all I kind of jumped on his bandwagon. Look how tough Anderson Cooper is. You look at how he took this guy on and I think they're talking to each other. It almost feels like they're trying to get struck by each other about how You know, I never thought of it that way. I mean, the media is talking to each other. They're tryingto best each other, Whether they're besting Fox or MSNBC. They're best in each other and were caught in the crossfire. And people don't have the discernment to figure out that this is all a propaganda ploy. It's for agenda you again to buy their drugs take their vaccines. And to make sure that everybody profits other people that are involved that don't have their blessing our snake oil salesman, and even if I wouldn't take the product from Mr Lendell, I certainly did not believe that what Anderson Cooper did was genuine. It was disingenuous, and it was wrong to attack him like he did because he wouldn't do the same thing to Bill Gates. 8777331011. That's 8777331011. Richard Jones. With us tonight on Ground.

"My friends and family are like this. You could be in the old West standing on a box telling people to drink your God, I do what Jesus has me. Do I have the glory to God? And I want to help just wants you out. No, I'm not dangerous limit is that are not remedies driven. And why would I do this? Ask yourself why would run in my reputation? If I didn't have that Russian? You don't have a great Realisation, you know, from the better business Bureau. You're you're in my prayers answered because they destroyed me when I went all in for this great president. See now Here's the difference between Michael and L and me because I would have to go and ask for forgiveness for telling someone that you're in my prayers because I wouldn't necessarily mean it like that. I would mean it like the Southern way. I would not mean it like the genuine way that I know Mr Lendell, whose meaning it I we watched that and I was shocked. I have someone on If you're not gonna let him talk, right? Oh, my gosh, my friend Mike Lyndall, head of my pillow, which I have and I bought before I ever even knew Mike and ever was talking to him. And I love my pillow. Thank you very much. Hey, joins us now via Skype. Mike. So good to see you and man what a day you had yesterday. Yeah, I was. I think we were the number one hunter in the world yesterday. Yeah, You're trended. I saw that you were trained. We were on air when all of this happened. And I saw your name was trending and I thought what? What is this about? And I clicked it and that was the thing. That I saw. That was I mean, I've seen some hostile interviews before, but I don't understand the purpose in targeting you and trying to go it you in the manner which was done yesterday. I mean, you have your opinions on certain issues as it relates to the virus. And you have you know your personal experiences, and I don't I just I was really shocked at that. And then to try to drag your company which everyone on the left has been trying to do. Since the day that you came out in support of Trump trying to drag your company once again into it. That was kind of that was way below the belt. Yeah. You know, it was I was shot a bit a little more calmer, but I couldn't get a word in and twice, you know, And he just kept going over the top in asking me a question. You know, he said, is it is his safety tested phase one and two. I gave the honest answer. Yes, it is. What? He didn't realize if I would have told him I was under agreement not to give him The phase one into not to show him where it was not. I mean, it was part of it on the website of the off this company and But today we're releasing it all to the good media. Well, we're releasing. It is going to be like in your, you know, And here's what we have. Ah, Mr Anderson Cooper and you know he's dead. You hear me? House? Come, I said, Are you gonna let me back on your show when you When I show you this exist, we'll see if he lets me come back on now, when he's You know, so called eating crow well, and so tell folks because you've been I remember when you were there, I think was in the Rose Garden of one of the South lawns when you were there with the president, and, ah, different American companies were taking over production of different things that That first responders that healthcare providers needed And you all were making masks. And there was another company that was doing ventilators and all of this, which was amazing to see. Come together. Tell me what you what? What your company has been doing in order to to meet the needs that have developed throughout this pandemic. Well, you know, when, when the when The president invited me to speak there and you know the way they wanted us. Just tell everybody. What we were doing is a company and one of the things we have switched over 75% of our company to provide to make mask and and also to go on. I want all swing on bus. What man? Because I could get access to him quite of over $4 million of my own money invested in just bottom line dollars. Just don't eat it and And you know what I did do one thing when I went up there and told the country Of course I was attacked for what else? I said. I said, Let's all pray get with other families. And and we know we have this time where Rick warranting inside, let's get in prayer. Get back in the word and pray for an answer to this. This terrible calm China virus and and well on Easter Sunday. You know, after this happening from all over the country, people were you know, we'd reach out to me. I have this idea for sanitizer. I have this gear. I have this. I have that on Easter Sunday. Of all days. I get a call from this Andrew Whitney. And he goes. Hey, instrument, Ellie says I have. Ah, I've seen you at the You know the Rose Garden and I've seen you on TV before, and I'd like to tell you about this cure. That we have this on and comes from a plant called the Oleander plant, and I said Okay, and I listened up. I went outside. It was from this hotel and I told my mom I grope in the city. I said that this guy called. He has this cure, and I really believe him. Annie was from another place, she said. That's what this is. It was all around our hotel. And apparently it was, you know, what's a molecule from this plant, and all this research had been done in his safety tests for anyway, I right away, turned it in like I do all my stuff to the task force in this case, because it was a cure. I turned it into Secretary Carson. So I gave it to Secretary Carson. He then was contacted because it looked promising. He contacted them. They gave him all the phase one phase two testing all the trials that have been done and showed him missing any you know, he called me back said might This is safety. This is safe, he says. And it looks like with all the test is gonna work slices so I could take it. It's safe. And you know what? The phase one of these two, so I started taking it immediately and I could never get sick. You would say it's been a pro prolactin. My friends family I've given into them when they've been have tested positive. Two days later. They're fine. It's just amazing, amazing confidence that I have or anyway, that out. Then they turned in all their stuff from this company turned it all into the FDA in April. And you know, we went through all the process that dotted the I's cross titties. But I was so excited one to get it out there to save lives, and and then we ended up by, you know the then they also applied just for this dietary supplement. Then they applied for also foreign. If I was called in, I nd number system to try it. I'll do it a hospital setting. That's where it's at now. They both been applied for and but the safety tests have all been done. So you gotta ask yourself why if this is 100% saved by FDA standards How come we can't get a right to try it in a hospital setting with all these hospitals are ready..
