"So someone sends me the picture Michael Cohen that you've probably seen today walking into his apartment building with his arm and a sling. And it has an uneven BuzzFeed, we get the answers. Well, thank you Wesley for that. I appreciate and I didn't want this bazaar. The guy's walking into his apartment building. You've got an is linked to the hospital. Obviously, he's got a hospital. There's little bracelets on got a little bandage. Whereas the IV was on his hand. And there's no explanation. Always Michael, Ben. Oh, what do you mean what he's been? He's carrying a pillow to I think he was working at the same place that may read workout. If you've known me. Harry. He's a good guy. But Harry, you know, the exercise machines don't agree with them. They really don't especially when well when we tamper with them. We didn't really temple with them. They're I mean. He just happened to get on the wrong one. Yeah. He did. Know, he make bad choices. That's right. You get on the treadmill and the treadmill starts going. I don't know forty fifty miles an hour. We can keep up, you know, you fallen bump mugging. And you know, you got a black guy with glasses for awhile. That's right. Then you come back and tell him some band broke something. Yeah. Mike. He's got the same problem. He must comes in with a Little Brown know, he's nice in the wing. You know what I'm saying? That's right. He's got a broken wing. He's like a little I don't know like a little stool pigeon that tried to fly. There you go. They can't fly because he's got a broken wing happens. All the time makes me think of that great song by Mr. Mr. it does. Yes. It does Otake broken wings. Learn to fly Linda flying in Mikey. Maybe you'll learn to fly again. Maybe if you learn to keep your mouth shut. I don't think he's going to be able to do that. I don't think. So. So he may have another broken wing. Then the no you never know one of the one things happen. So why don't we know from Mikey? Is mike. Hey, what happened to your arm? What? What arm? I mean. Why? Why are we not getting an exit? I mean, this is you know, the guy shows up with all the press gaggle around him. He's holding a pillow in one hand. And then he's got a an arm in a sling and the other he's been to the hospital and there's no explanation. Lawyer doesn't make any explanation. Nobody says anything they might heard by the way. I don't know if it's a breaking story. I haven't heard let me check just to make sure why Cohen has a broken arm. Cohen broken. Arm. What started that says Cohen broken Hallelujah? There must be some of those done the song. Br. Michael cohen. Okay. And this is from the independent. Let's see what they say. This just ended me Michael Cohen said that is prepared reveal the truth about Donald Trump during well, he is look if you didn't hear my theory earlier, I think it's one of those things he's just gonna le- leave people to the impression that Trump's people had him roughed up because he's cross Trump. I think that's what they're not saying anything. Oh, says prepared to reveal the truth about Donald Trump during a televised hearing next month. But I the president's former personal lawyer required surgery Cohen was spotted returning home from prescheduled hospital. Visit. Does. Right. It was is what we call a prescheduled hospital. Visit you know and. After receiving surgery on his shoulder. So there you go. So Lanny Davis is saying this. So now, we know it's been confirmed photo showed the presence former fixer clutching, a full-size pillar that was held in front of his left arm, which was in a sling much like his, but he appeared to have bandages covering an incision from an intravenous therapy and was quickly assisted to the residence by doorman surgery arrived the same day an explosive report. And BuzzFeed news suggested Mr. Trump told Cohen delighted, congress and illegal and arguably impeachable offense about Trump Tower project in Moscow. He was supposedly working on throughout the two thousand sixteen presidential election. White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, says the president's lawyer Rudy Giuliani and the and the president's lawyer Rudy Giuliani. Both call the reports categorically false, though, a spokesman for the White House stopped short of denying the s the assertion that Mr. Cohen or Mr. Trump chorus into committing perjury. White House deputy press secretary HOGAN Gidley I'd ask say now listen gentlemen for press up. We go to HOGAN Gidley there. A man in the White House. He says the premises ridiculous. We're also talking about a person in Michael Cohen who quite frankly has now been proven to be a liar. He self admits that he's a felon cone is not one of the anonymous sources included in the report, Mr. Trump shared quotes from Fox News attacking his longtime confident on Friday morning, quoting Kevin Corke with a tweet that read don't forget Michael Cohen has already been convicted of perjury and fraud and as recently as this week. The Wall Street Journal is suggested that he may have stolen tens of thousands of dollars lying to reduce his jail time. The president added. Mike Owens, go to speak to the house oversight committee on February seventh to discuss his tenure serving as one of Trump's closest aides. Chairman at the invitation of chairman Elijah Cummings says in furtherance of my commitment to cooperate and provide the American people, dances answers. I've accepted the invitation. Of course, that's going to be zoo. Because it's going to be a public hearing to that should be fun. Lead guilty to campaign finance violations as well as tax evasion and Bank fraud before later also pleading guilty to line to congress about the timelines running the Trump Tower proposal in Moscow. I look forward to having the privilege of being afforded a platform with which to give a full incredible account really a credible account from this guy or are we going to start now? Of the events which transpired he said. In a statement is testimony will arrive before he began serving his three year prison sentence. President responded to a question about the upcoming testimony last week telling reporters, I'm not worried about it at all. So I'll and I've said today, I'll say it again. It was your own fill that had to tell the house managers during the Clinton impeachment. What is an impeachable offense because they're trying to figure out if suborning perjury or perjury? Is an impeachable offense. And you know, sometimes I guess you can't see the forest for the trees or you too close to it or whatever. But during the time of the impeachment. I it dawned on me, I said, well, they're wondering whether Serb morning, perjury, or perjury is an impeachable offense. Why don't we I know this is just novel? Why don't we go to the department of Justice sentencing guidelines? And you say, well, what difference would that make? Well, you you go into the sentencing guidelines to figure out what's an impeachable offense. And so you say, well, how would you know that because we don't know what is impeachable. Well, it's right there in the constitution. Matter of fact, let me bring this up, and I'll tell you exactly what it says going to miss the constitution, the president vice president all civil officers United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. Okay. Well, what does that tell us fill? It tells us that if you are if you commit a crime that's more serious than we know treason, you know, by then treason was punishable by death. But it tells us that in the constitution. It says the bribery is an impeachable offense. So all I did Mr. Lehman never never been a lawyer did play one of them. Movies. So I go to the department of Justice sentencing guidelines, and I looked to see we're bribery is as far as a serious offense. And they got him listed at least. They did. And so, you know, you got murder, and then you got the, you know robbery, and extortion and all this and they're all listed as far as sentencing guidelines out of what the guidelines are to sentence. Somebody the severity of the crime, and they list them as a, you know, a six seven eight whatever. So I went on the on this, and they had a whole long list, and there was bribery. It was about a third of the way down. And so I looked at perjury. And it was above bribery. I looked at suborning perjury. It was above bribery. A more serious crime. So if bribery is an impeachable offense and everything above it would be an impeachable offense. If you're using logic, right? So I looked in there. And they're lo and behold bribery, was below perjury or suborning perjury. In other words, perjury and suborning perjury were more serious crimes were actually in the constitution listed as an impeachable offense. Logic would tell you anyway, long story short, I tell congressman friend of mine, he tells Lindsey Graham, he's in the house managers, and I'm at home. It's late one night. My wife answers the phone next to the bed, and she says, it's for you. And I said Hello and he said fail, and I said as Lindsey Graham. I said well, Hello congressman. How are you? And we went through. I said can you come to Washington and talk to the manager? I said what's your? So I flew up. Then of course, immediately. I call hurricane Mark. I said man, we're so in. Well, hurricane Mark was doing legal exhibit still does he does legal exhibits. What the heck is that, you know, when they show you you're on an easel and stuff, you know, they they does much more than they do, you know, vigil stuff and audio visual stuff too. But he, you know, the time he was doing these things you put on the easily shows, you know, and most of them were medical malpractice stuff. They show you where the bone was broken illustrate shin or pictures of the victim before. And after when he's in a vegetative state, novelist. So I said grab your satchel dude where in so he met me up in Washington DC, and I met with Lindsey Graham, and they had two groups of house managers and Lindsey Graham was one. And then there was another group of house managers and what I learned her. I had no idea is they were rivals. Macos Lindsey said don't tell the other house managers. What you're telling us. I'm going. Okay. But they didn't want them to get the scoop on this good stuff. Anyway, long story short is I go and talk to house manager Lindsey said tell them what you told me. And so I told you exactly what I told you. I said I wanted the department of Justice sentencing guidelines, and they're sitting there looking at me with this perplex look on their face like could this be this simple? So two days past the impeachment starts in the meantime, I give Mark an appointment with one of the house managers, and they get him in there doing the legal exhibits for the impeachment trial. I swear to God, it's the truth. So Mark ni- because he's doing the legal exhibits for the impeachment trial. We're in the marble room of the Senate. That's the room, right? Off of the Senate were though the floor where they're doing this stuff. 'cause we gotta have all the well, we had done some exhibits or he'd had some done in Raleigh. You know, they were sending up and they had them FedEx. And and they had to have them immediately..
