You are a bad man william. No no no. We don't like this is how he even had an accomplice. Leave messages pretending to be from the drug enforcement administration as well as a judge to convince the woman probation was real so this woman must have been actually running some bricks. Otherwise if i'm not doing drug crimes i'm not going to be worried about you telling me i am just trying to figure out how all this time was he not. He is also an agent. so there's crime. "To call this guy. A total zero in a disappointment would be an insult to zeros and disappointments. So does he. Don't the first part of what he was saying where he was like talking about this. This developer, the guy that wants to come and bring all the jobs and not well, First of all, he was referring to taking away tax dollars, which it doesn't sound like it would be doing it all. He's trying to make an insane case that a tax abatement, which is a tax cut is taking away tax dollars. But there's not gonna be any tax dollars to take away and because he's not gonna be there. If Brian Justin has his way, the word you're looking for is completely disingenuous. Okay. And think about this. Welcome to town. In your first meeting where you get approved, A town councilman is throwing you under the bus. And why can't when he's acting as if it's like some stranger, weirdo developer guy that they don't know anything about Kenny, not just say, Hey, what's this business gonna be? We'll mark it gets better. Before the little League discussion. He voted for the abatement. What about it? For the sake? You speak critical of Wait, He He voted to give this developer what he asked for, which is the the abatement. And then he said that I don't even understand what you're saying right now. Looking at it makes no sense, Do you? Do you understand why I had to get out of this mark? Do you understand why I met with tons of 35? It would be dead of a stroke. If I stayed in local government, because dumb ass is like this guy or what I dealt with all the time. Wow gets better. Oh, no. So another councilman, been Lacey, local basketball legend. He was a phenomenal basketball player, Great guy. He's on the council now, he told Jess and he said. No, you don't. I'm having on your bullcrap. Take a listen just some commentary here. I believe Mr Jessen is comparing apples to oranges entitled to my opinion, Mr Lacey we're talking about I'm entitled my opinion. Miss Stories. Capital Investment. 275 jobs in the area. Okay. Estimated property taxes that will exceed almost $3.8 million annually that is comparing apples to oranges when we're talking about these two projects. On. I was going to say that is an apples to oranges comparison of that of Brian because they're they're so unrelated that it's that To compare them is insane. Now let me be very clear of what's transpiring here. Mok doesn't live in Brownsburg. Don't Mark may have never been to Brown's for I think I've driven through, Ma. Actually, I've got a couple friends that live there, whose houses I've been to Mark has been to Brownsburg fewer than five times. Yes, that's true. And in less than 10 minutes, she understands local government better than a guy that's been on the council.

"I'm very much inclined to believe that he wants to see George Gascon, elected district attorney of Los Angeles County. They have been very simpatico on some issues in the past, including the California is just a horrific Proposition 47 that has destroyed the criminal justice system in this state. Mr. Gascon was one of the principal architects of that. His lazy oppose it opposed it. So Sam Tire is representing Mr Lacey David Lace, and he said he told the L a times my client and are disappointed that the Attorney general's office felt that the conduct At issue amounted to criminal behavior. We disagree entirely with their assessment, but we have the utmost faith in the justice system. We're confident that the correct result will be reached. At this time. We're not going to comment on the facts of the case, except to say that my client's human instinct is forever and always to protect his wife and his family and to keep them safe from physical harm. We look forward to all relevant facts coming to light. Yes. The statement of his defense attorney in this matter the again this happened March 2nd. So this investigation and languishes on for a period of time. That balance will be hitting your mailboxes in about another 30 days. Also And what about the timing of this? "The affair cast a Bob and Sheri odd cast cat. Download the free Bob and Sheri website. Or wherever you get your podcast Bob and Jerry. Sometimes the good Lord just sends you a clear clear message. Sometimes you know. It's it's a little muddled you have to it's Miss the you have to kind of look for but sometimes it's just right clear like this one here. A drunk driver in Indiana drove into a liquor store and completely destroyed the place. If if you don't if you don't get it at that point and you know in the POPO showed up. And they pointed out. They pointed it out it would. They're very very sharpened sarcastic. Police way it's so true though that sometimes the sign is like a billboard on the highway right and you just don't WanNa see I wanna see it now this guy. You can't miss it. He thinks he's going to jail first of all. I'm glad he took out a liquor store. I'm sorry took out the liquor store the people that own. It's not their fault but I'm glad it was a liquor store in daycare a liquor store not a retirement community or another car store. Not a convent or another car soon. Maybe that'll get his attention. I mean I just can't imagine causing that kind of destruction. I guess some people would just you know say I screwed up and then the next day? They're getting on with their lives. I that would haunt me. I one reason that you're not in trouble. I mean you're a good person and you're an honest person and you're not a criminal or a dirty and Brazil. Okay has have people been you know. Bantering this about me. And you're you're here to defend another reason why you stay out of trouble. I believe is because you have a compulsion to apologize and feel guilty for things. I would feel terrible about that. You would. Yeah I think so you. It's very protective because you say to yourself. I'd like to behave like a lunatic right now. But the apology. It's not a it's not a term thrill of being a a lunatic and you know the worst part of an apology that is let's let's say I did that have to go apologize to these people. I say I say to. Whoever knows them what what kind of people that are? Very nice people I mean they`re. They're very conservative. But they're running a business. People know you go over there and you knock on their door and you say hi I'm Bob and I'm really really sorry and I just don't think you ever get this beautiful Christian like resp- by embrace. Don't worry about it Bob. We're just glad you're okay. You what you get probably and you deserve it. I'm so sorry that I did that to your liquor store applause. Yeah well we're We're hoping to get up into the business going again in about a month Helen's my wife Helen Helen has had to postpone her treatment. Right until we can get the insurance figured out L. Can you take the respirator out of your mouth and say hello to? What is Mr Lacey? Ikea's here's how I know this to have to do that. Here's I know this about you over the long course of our time together. I have watched you calculate I have watched the impulse in you. Flare Up to behave like a maniac. And then I've watched you calculate the bag to toot of discomfort and awkwardness and apologizing and decide that it wasn't worth it and so you stand down and you don't do the maniac thing the bitterly putting the flame but there are people who never apologize for any of the stuff they do. That's completely and obviously wrong. And they're all this maniac apologize. We don't but I mean he's in jail. Maybe he'll say you know I'm being punished so there's your policy. I think your impulse to apologize has kept you out of trouble. Yeah bad thing. No it's not. I am really always amazed that people who have no ability to apologize it. It must be just so hard going through because everybody screws up. It's one thing to not want to apologize when you have not done anything. And you're just apologizing to this person stops being ticked off at you. We've all been there right. And that's what marriage is kids. We've all been there. It's another thing when you are so heinous LII in the wrong and you still won't apologize. I know it's it's a funny thing. People who don't apologize is don't realize that yet. It's tough to do it but once you do it for the most part most of it's over and you can move on if you don't apologize that that that that that sickness stays with you a whole lot longer. I've had to work a lot with my youngest on this. I've had to work a whole lot with her And the thing that I finally figured out. And it's it's mostly just because she's gotten older and understands more Thing that I finally figured out with her she needs to absolutely understand exactly what it was that she did. That merits an apology she. You can't talk and no you can't talk in big broad terms like that was disrespectful. You have to really get down a future lawyer Bob. Yeah Little Gloria allred Cochran. Okay you have to really get down to the specific words and donations before she'll say oh okay. I didn't think of it that I get that she's going to be. S- can be a heck of a lawyer. It's Bob and Sheri A sharable case of this. Show the fun size. Podcast drops every Thursday on the three bodies. Have you seen these line of ice? That sounds disgusting all sound this Ding Dong. Maybe I'll go with. It is my name. How do you feel about a snowball? Those are the chalk. There's it's shaped like a dome. It's a chocolate cake with a white. Sometimes Pink Fluffy filling and then the top of it. Coconut PINK MARSHMALLOW WITH COCONUT IN. It and the marshmallow has the exact same texture. As this part of your dog's snout let's Rier. Yeah how do you feel? How do we feel about snowballs? Did you ever like snuggles? No I am not cooking. Oh coconut coconut is delicious. How did you eat your snowball where you an animal that just bid into the whole thing or did you carefully peel this? The marshmallow marshmallow layer off as a very good question. Sherri it depended on my mood. You know I might be in a mood. Where I'm rippin that bad boy's head off and then I'm eating nothing but that pink coconut whatever it is substance and then. I'm putting my face into that chocolate and didn't have cream and yes I have never in my life eaten a snowball all at once. At every snowball I've ever had from my earliest memories. Have BEEN DISSECT IT CAKE? I then filling then coconut layer. I'm looking at you strange. I can see why you are Dr Child. When it came to that stuff I had to have the chocolate and the coconut. Your whole face similar off the whole thing in my mouth but I take bites because I had to have had to have the combination. There was something kind of creepy about taking the hat off the. Yeah and it's and it's you know it's perfectly round I would. You could put Jello in there. I would take it off and then I very carefully turn it inside out right side back. Are you kidding me? It's not a sock. We didn't get very many treats when I was a kid so I really. I don't think very many toys either. You don't play with the eat it? The texture earns it inside. If you're careful you can turn it all the way inside that all. You're losing some valuable coconut on the floor. I can tell you that right now. Texture In your hand and in your mouth of the coconut layer of a snowball is unique unto itself. Sublime. Yes it is. It is still make them. Don't then yeah how about twinkies on when you ate a twinkie. Did you just bite into sort of rich kid animal? That's why never looked at it that way. I would just eat the twinkie. Would you think I'm gonNA eat the twinkie around the filling? Everyone knows she says that everyone knows you suck the filling out and and completely scrape the cavity with your tongue and then the K. Not everyone knows no. I don't I don't like that whole sucking up the The cream filling in on I would just just take the whole thing. You put you take twinkie. And you put your mouth over the blowhole and then you know here comes the says a lot about you got to do that too. I've seen people do that before. Yeah take a straw sticking in the south. Look when you don't get a lot of anybody who's listening who did not get a lot of treats as a kid when they when they finally get three gobbling and get a treat every minute. You're finding ways to make that thing last. You are having a full sensory experience with that twinkle that snowball or whatever it was. I hope that you were not without a man to mood my husband. "Us hi Michelle hi Steve vote by mail ballots in LA have been tallied so far we're talking just under it about a half million ballots Jackie Lacey leading and I mentioned this last break with about fifty four fifty five percent of the vote with Rossi and gas cone at twenty two percent each what is the mood like in gas going territory the C. that's right Steve the mood is pretty jubilant room here at Union Station is packed I guess go to addressed the crowd a little bit earlier to think his supporters people who've been with him on the campaign I'm he said this is kind of what they were expecting that early results a mail in ballots might favor Lacy early but as the night goes on and you and I both know that these kids things go well beyond one night that they think that the results will start to turn in their favor well there certainly were some of the events that happened in the past twenty four to thirty six hours that might have changed the minds perhaps and and we have talked about it on this radio station there was an event at the Lacey household where the husband of the district attorney the incumbent Jackie Lacey Mr Lacy actually pulled a gun on some protesters outside I'm C. address that to the media yesterday we don't know how many people obviously voted after the mail in ballots were sent in so that could have some bearing as well Michelle gas going to arrive just as the polls were closing tonight how did he spend the day so he was kind of all around town today said he was in downtown south LA east LA you headed down to Long Beach I'm he was really talking to voters tried to encourage people to stay in those long lines that I know you guys have been talking about so this is what he told me when I spoke with him earlier this afternoon a lot of people have now voted yes or tell make sure you go out and vote it feels good but again we're not going to know until obviously until everybody else the roads I do you expect to answer tonight or you sort of strapping in for the couple I think it's going to be awhile yeah I think it's gonna be awhile so you can hear and they're saying that he doesn't expect results to be finalized tonight that they're in this for the long haul and and like you said earlier you were talking about that incident with the DA Jackie Lacey is husband I mean so far that doesn't seem to have been much of an issue at least not among the people who are here I think these are sort of longtime supporters people who were with him long before that incident so you know it hasn't been brought up much thus far the big question obviously is whether this race heads to a runoff we're seeing these early numbers again just mail in ballots that have been counted so far in LA county but if if Jackie Lacey does hold this lead which we don't know but if it's more than fifty percent there is no run off if there is a run off it would be between the top two vote getters correct that's right I mean if you have fifty plus one is the magic number of fifty percent plus one that I'm in right now like you said if the results hold Lacey would be the outright winner but and sorry there isn't some concern I guess among others on the progressive side that had just gone would potentially split the vote with one of his other more progressive contenders to laci and that's former despite a former public defender Rachel Rossi I'm so we're all still kind of waiting to see you know what how how the numbers end up handing out KCRW's Michelle a lawyer who's joining us this evening from gas cone territory this is watch party for George Gascon the former DA of San Francisco originally from Los Angeles move back to LA to run for DA in Los Angeles county KCRW's Michelle alloy Michelle thank you thanks Steve we appreciate it and again with just those mail in ballots now tallied in LA county about fifty four percent for Jackie Lacey and Casco and Rossi sharing about twenty two percent each it's nine twenty support for NPR selections coverage comes from Noom providing an online evaluation and the tools to help people lead healthier lives through behavior change more information at noon N. O. O. M. dot com this is one of election night coverage from KQED news I'm Scott Shafer and Emery so August we're here bringing you results and analysis from the California primary throughout this evening the polls closed about an hour and twenty minutes ago and so far the early returns are suggesting a pretty good night's maybe very good night for Bernie Sanders in California Joe Biden has done very well in other parts of the country throughout the south and in Massachusetts Minnesota picking up wins there Texas very close but marina Lagos AP did call the race I mean it was Bernie Sanders we're like wait a minute there's no votes counted but that what what what is the what the numbers look like right now well with a very still very few votes counted honestly he is clearing away ahead of the pack around almost twenty nine percent of the vote about three hundred thousand votes there without Michael Bloomberg now showing in second place followed by Joe Biden again it's early I think it's safe to say that Sanders will take California but by how much and who else gets delegate still up in the yeah that's the big question that we've got some guests with us here in the studio and we begin with David binder a founder of David binder research was a poster for a number of democratic candidates including senator Kamel Harris in her presidential race and David looking at these early results and some of the exit poll numbers I know you've been crunching earlier this evening what are you noticing well we did see some exit poll results got that looked at they do show that these trends we're seeing around the rest of the country actually did occur in California as well the exit poll numbers show that and among the voters that said that they decided in the last few days it was Biden fifty percent Sanders twenty two however that's not going to make the difference in the state because so many people had decided before that so many people early voted and the people are decided before February were fifty percent to nineteen percent for Bernie Sanders and that was a much bigger chunk of the pie well and it almost seems like Biden had written off California I mean he was here today gave his big speech night in Los Angeles but he's been invisible I mean would it have mattered you think if he'd been here more often than other people said he rode off half the country to country and look what he did tonight so might be I mean I still expect buying to end up in second place tonight even though he's a little bit behind blue bring down these early returns but yeah I know the question is Didon made may have ended up in good shape in the better shape in California that he would have been if he had been there earlier so but David you mentioned that so many people voted but not as many as usually do I mean it seemed like people were holding on to their ballots we saw I think about four million votes cast of the sixteen million vote by mail ballots that had been sent out I mean do you think that that just shows how fluid this race had stayed even before the shake up in South Carolina it just seems really like people did not necessarily follow all their normal voting behavior yeah it's a really good point a reason because it is it is unusual compared to past elections as far as a proportion of votes it'd been returned we had sixteen million ballots mailed out Californians as of earlier today four million and then returned we always get good big chunk that are turned in on election night so that'll go up quite a bit but I think it's the nature of what's been going on this presidential race and you know we saw all across the country in which the voters were looking in a multitude of candidates who they like they thought that things were unclear and confusing they waited towards it till the end so you're right this time California is a little bit more voting at the end then we see in previous elections because voters took a while to make up their minds one bring in one of our other guests tonight at the soo do Missy is with us he ran Cory Booker's presidential campaign also worked previously for Gavin Newsom McConnell Harris good to see you his family wanted a big that was a big night the warriors went up what do you make of these results were still of course waiting to see what exactly is going to happen here in California but you know the fact that Biden would one Minnesota and Massachusetts without really lifting a finger what does it tell you about where the voters are right now I think we sought and I well we saw New Hampshire had receded again across the country today people are deciding at the last possible minute you guys were just talking about this and Joe Biden's big victory in in South Carolina and I think the sort of seventy two hours that he's had with Putin judging clubs are endorsing him and all the coverage he's gotten is if you are just now focusing on I think they've been focusing actually for quite a while I think they just didn't want to make a decision until they absolutely had to and they got every piece of information I think this late breaking information the the big win in South Carolina and the last three days have broken fifty percent of the people towards by near the end that's going to be enough here in California to bring them into second and across the country to go from what would have been smaller wins two huge wins and in some places surprise wins like in Minnesota matches what we know you know that in the vada and in California Bernie Sanders isn't really well among Latino voters especially young Latinos it's either of you though I mean that Texas is looking like it's trending towards Joe Biden would tell you like about demographics I think like it in about maybe us being careful as pundits about saying Latinos or black people or who were talking about because it does seem like the timing on where you are it's a very different picture that's true even within California yeah I agree I I think Latinos are a lot of a lot of exactly you've got Mexican Americans more out west when we get to Florida in two weeks right about Porter Ricans is probably not going to do anything what I can do is well there so it's a diverse community I think that's number one but when it comes to Texas in particular I'm not sure I think Bernie actually probably performed quite well with with what he does in Texas I just think that it was sort of everybody else that used to be split between five candidates really consolidated all around great round Biden you know suburban women Biden African Americans died and even white non college voters came back to bite and I think he's going to you know if that's enough of a coalition to overcome the same scholarship but David what we saw in the polling ahead of this was that it wasn't as if G. progressives were just lining up behind say Sanders and and Warren or you know center left folks were just planning a moderate it seemed like people were looking at the camera that's more broadly and and and so what do you make of it having you know it's funny I think is sometimes there is a nature of people come in we know I'm part of the problem here is this poster shoes tend to lump people together category and saying we have to you know what you know African Americans are doing this Latinos are doing that you know in the in the reality is is much more complex than people looking just ideology and saying I'm going to be in the left lane of the moderate lane and when we talk to voters around the country a lot of their decisions are made on who makes me feel better who can I trust you know maybe.

"When he hit the deer he tried to avoid it but couldn't hit the deer the road he was driving on. It was highway seventy five. The Roadway was driving on was wet. His truck spun and he smashed into offense. That was a big chain link fence. That was around a trailer sales company and he got impaled in the abdomen by a two inch. Poll that narrowly missed his heart. Oh my goodness Pools in police say await. Police say they believe that he lost consciousness but when he came to he reached for his cell phone and very calmly called nine one one for himself. Thank God he could do that. What happened. You are a moron a complete idiot. Laurent's in the news. I just love this story. This is almost out of pulp fiction. The movie a thirty year old Guy Named Justin Carter in Louisville Kentucky is robbing a raising. Cane's fast food joint last Saturday night. At the time the restaurant was basically there is just one couple sitting at a table in the back but that couple happened to be off. Duty Cops Chase. Mccowan Ecole McGowan or both on the police force and Elizabethtown Kentucky. Saturday was there date night and they decided to get some chicken fingers like you do. And when they realized that guy at the register had a gun and was robbing the place. This couple both off duty. Police officers married to one another jumped into action from the surveillance video. You can see the following. They get up slowly. They pull out their weapons and they take different paths toward the register. Justin saw them and took off running out of the store and big rain after they caught him a few blocks away and held him until a few all on duty cops came to arrest him. He was charged with robbery. The usual things and let me guess. The restaurant gave them a complimentary dessert. That's probably about it. But can't you see that the restaurant is and the two of them? Draw their weapons and then come from different directions. Those are. I'll tell you what that's an exciting date. Don't you have a cousin named Sean? That just kinda vanished and family has no idea what I think. We've found him in East Hartford where He was arrested and spit on a police officer during the arrest. And he failed to cooperate during the booking and then he was charged with interfering with an officer. Second degree assault and Blah Blah Blah. His mugshot is a work of art. Is He looked familiar to you in any way? Could THAT BE? You're crazy. Looking is Scott him so I don't think that's mine. He got some crazy is seen for yourself when you text the word Moron. Does this kind of like a handling Gretel for the OPIOID era. A few days ago. Three guys in clearwater Florida robbed a CBS. And they clearly had a big time plan. They struck at five o'clock in the morning wearing surgical gloves. They waved guns in the air and tied up the employees with zip ties and they knew exactly what they wanted to steal. As many bottles of Opie opioids like Hydra Code Own and oxycodones as they could get their hands on the ended up getting away with ten thousand pills but as the cops were investigating the scene. They started to notice pill bottles on the street. Apparently as the guy sped away they were emptying pills. They stole into and tossing the bottles out of the car so the cops followed the trail of pill bottles are to believe and they followed it all the way to a house where they found the robbers and three hundred and twenty thousand dollars. Worth of pills folks. This is why it's so important to read to your kids. When they're little where we learn about the trail of breadcrumbs in the Hansel and got exactly never been read to buy a parent or a grandparent or a loving adult grow up to be people that leave a trail of empty pill bottles for the police. Were arrested so that's a bad way to start your young adult life very very bad but I mean seriously I hate to give ideas to. Criminals should've kept them. All in the bottles dumped onto bag when they got home or wherever they were going toe. That plastic I would hope there the earth at all read to your kids just Twerton Ernest. "We don't know that unless you're tape. Yeah Right. That's true though that was so it was for people over sixty five flu covering serious complications Bieber can mean the flu so watch for symptoms with the exegen temporal skin. It's quick and easy to use. Here's Bob and Sheri. Let's talk real quick about a lorry Loftland so they've put their house on the market. They live in Belair. Belair is like the swaggie part of Beverly Hills. It is you know like any any fool with fifteen million dollars for a shed could live in Beverly Hills on the flats throat. They live in Belair without their home is on the market. Now it's twelve thousand square feet. It has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms that is that is nine. Bathrooms bathrooms for my daughter's to render unfit for human habitation They also have an eaton. Chef's kitchen paneled library and outdoor courtyard swimming swimming pool the property was used as collateral for their two million dollar bail and Her husband was told that because they put the property up his bail collateral if there were any violations in terms of their bail the government could foreclose on their house. We wouldn't don't you think that they have cash money or stocks that they could sell that would cover the two million dollars. Would you have to put your house as the collateral because is why would you cash out your investments in this economy. Tissues Your House. That's true they'll have to sell it. It's just there it's just is there so some people say that they're selling it because they know that they're facing jail time both of them and other people say they're selling it because because they're empty nesters and it has six bedrooms nine bathrooms and twelve thousand square feet. It could be both or either one of those. Yeah the other thing his The neighbors know of what's going on. And when you're going down to get the paper and you see one of the neighbors gone. Oh Hi you know maybe maybe you want to go to a new. I mean I don't know what they're deal is with their neighbors. Maybe the neighbors of bringing over casseroles for all I know I'm GonNa go ahead and guess that They don't get their own mail and never pursue neighbor because they probably live behind gates yet but some of the security. They still have neighbors though even if they're famous or rich you know. I mentioned that Ozzy. He lives next the Pat Boone and they know each other. It's just interesting to see like you don't wish I don't wish evil on on anyone much less on at Becky from full House. But y'all did y'all did some stuff and now you're in trouble for the stuff. Aw allegedly did and if you're not successful in court you're going to go to jail for a while and also your kids have moved out and you probably don't need six bedrooms. Nine bathrooms the thing the thing and the description that jumps out at me okay. You've got six bedrooms. All right I know people with four five five bedrooms so you got one more than family. That's got real nice house. Nine bathrooms eating. I mean that's a lot so that what that. What is there though if you think about it? Because now I'm going to channel my Beverly Hills real estate agent. Well each bedroom has its own bathroom and then of course you have to have baths for guests sts and a bathroom in your pool house. There's your nine maybe one in the workout room. There's your they're that way that's right Mr Lacey. See this home is considered to be under bathroom D- But we have a list of contractors. We recommend who could put in new bathroom. Have you seen the property any brothers. Have you ever seen the backyard of Rod. Stewart's pillar us all. It was in architectural digest. A few years ago so I was standing in line at the a supermarket and once in a while they'd have architectural digest. I don't think they do anymore because it probably costs like twenty five dollars to get but anyway there's Rod Stewart you know in all his Rod Stewart Ish. This and I said Oh i WanNa see the in the back of it. It looks like paradise is there is there. I think there was if I recall a peacock walking around these exotic Palm trees I mean it was just over the top a beautiful it of course a pool without and all and he never goes outside. 'cause he's endorsed plane with his training with the trains. I saw When Jamie Fox and Katie Holmes broke up there was all sorts of press coverage around that and I saw Jimmy Fox's backyard and my guide but I think everybody ninety at that level in Beverly Hills and Bel Air and wherever else. I think older backyards look like that yeah. I don't know if it's always been that way. I think it's it's it's been so much more lucrative to be a movie star a Rockstar. Now than it was in the earlier periods. Like the nineteen sixties season Seventies. Do you know who George Hamilton is. the guy with the team of the Tan- Yes so he was like a semi big star during during the nineteen sixties. I guess and then he would come back and he'd be a character actor on TV or something so he did okay and he's living in Bel Air but you used to call friends and say can I borrow your Rolls Royce. I'm going to an open. OCCAS he didn't have they didn't have all of it that way. Well I think part of the reason that so many of us still support and defend Britney Spears's is because we know our girl has a rusty swing set somewhere back there. It's true there no peacocks. There's a rusty swing set and one soccer shoe. And you know the kid rock's pool it's still a wreck. Oh yeah there's there's furniture in it and it hasn't McLean five years it's Bobbin Sherry Breath Sherry tune in there's a Portion of the Sunday New York Times that I like to read is called the ethicist and and basically people will write in with questions of whether or not they should do one thing or another. Is it ethical to do this. They pose a problem problem and this was kind of an unusual one and an interesting one. This woman I got the feeling she was a little older and she was the second wife to her husband who was older than she was. Because at one point she's referring to after he passes or I don't know if he's Zillur not but she's looking into the future. Hey and to the ethicist she asked. I don't really love his children. Should I pretend to. I am polite around around them and when they come to visit us you know give me a hug and say love you and I will say love you right back but I really don't if my husband I've been should pass on. I really don't think I want to have to see them again. Is this wrong I know oh it was cold but I looked at it because I know someone that experienced that exact thing that felt as she feels evidently because the the woman's father father passed her mother had already died and He left the most of his Fortune to to his second wife. She had nothing to do with the children. I can't even think the scenario you're describing makes no sense. I'm just right. And they lived in the same town or or the next town over Kevin. Kevin saw the article to this at this. It was like week or two ago Because we talked about it. I was like if anything happens to you if your kids think. They're getting rid of me. Think again he's like they'd rather have view the me. You're more diplomatic which is true. How `Bout Bhardwaj diplomat? How about if you're you're you're a nice person? You're not like the woman women I just described but you just don't feel anything for the kids. So what should you do in that situation. I I don't know it's it's hard for me to put myself in that situation. I mean it doesn't seem like a hard sich up to to be at least peripherally Available for birthdays. He's and I don't know Christmas time might. Might you show up a little bit. My guesses is that she. She thinks she's he's fooling somebody and she isn't my guess. Is those kids know that she does not care for them and so the relationship will naturally disintegrate when when their fathers gone. That's just my and perhaps that's the best thing for Bolsa. Yeah unless that letter was signed love Meryl Streep I think people are not as good. We all think we're much better actors than we are. I grew and you Kinda know unless somebody is really good. You SORTA know when a person doesn't like you and care about you don't want you around. Don't I. Can Walk down the hall here and most people. I think really like us but I can pick up the vibe that is negative no matter what this person is saying to me and I think that you know what I'm Talkin. Yeah I think the kids even grown kids are pretty sensitive and intuit it in about the people that their parents married. So what's the best thing to do just to be honest and just you know. Say CYA NAHRA I. I think that the best thing to do is what will happen. Naturally is the relationships will naturally grow. DIS disagree. I don't think there's any reason to call a meeting and say well your Dad's instead and I never liked you see me. That's just nuts. And why would you do it. Isn't it weird that the person your father was sleeping in with the person that you went over to for Thanksgiving for that need. It sounded like they'd been together quite a few years for years and years and years you grew up around around this person and now. I don't think that I could marry somebody that felt that way about my kids. 'cause I would know. Yeah Yeah I see your point is people are not good enough actor. I see your point. No they're not so there's that Yeah Doc it's an interesting question though isn't that I'd like turn on picks. I bet those kids know and the feeling is mutual we. We don't need drama. They'll just drift away but the kids are being polite saying love you when they come over especially after a point. Grown kids can be very polite flight. Yeah Yeah I think. Teenagers have trouble. Faking it and little kids. Won't they won't fake it you. Yeah sometimes I prefer the company of little kids for that reason because you know where.

So a friends like you put rabbits your vagina MHM WE'RE GONNA make fucking money you split it with me. I'll keep the rabbits coming how to say no to that. Was Mary very like what steps to I mean. That's not worse than like Silicon Valley guys who'd come up with Shitty APPS get rich. I don't I don't I don't I'm not mad at her now. You don't player hate the game. She's not hurting anyone else. Put a backbone of an ill ill backbone into the cat intestines bhagwan of an EEL. It's gotta be crazy and then you push it into her Regina you're kicked it up or whatever. Yeah that's probably the breathing technique. You were just speaking of. I mean that's just the the thing I'm taking away from. This is that she had a really good relationship with her mother-in-law like she trusted her. Yeah I mean 'cause how many women here ear Dave Dave. I don't know if you need to ask. I don't know if you need to asking. I don't even know if he'd ask him. I don't think it needs to be as the hope was. The hope was the hope. Was this quote. He plays a high school teacher who fights for students who are struggling so many people have turned their backs on these kids. And I don't want to be one of those people. We're not turning our backs on them. It's turning turning our faces to the good students look Hernandez may think that these kids are invisible. But I see them all of them. The show is set at Wilson high in Long Long Beach which happens to be where glaciers attended school in the nineteen nineties. He dedicated the first episode of Mr Lacey as to his real life high school speech teacher feature June Garner writing. Thank you for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself. As part of our ongoing series that reunites nights creative types with teachers who changed their lives. KPCC Arts Education reporter Carla Heavier Tag along with Gabriel Iglesias. When he recently met up with June Gardner I John they want me to walk? Gain all surprised. Okay so you can evaluate my acting. They began with how a glacier has I ended up in June Garner's speech class. I got kicked off the football team for For Vocal I was out and then next thing. I know I'm looking looking ceiling. Well what can I get into speech. I got kicked off. We're talking too much. Maybe maybe maybe it'll be celebrated in this in this area and you were is when you first started doing class. You spoke like a rocket you you do it all really fast and we had to work on you slowing and yeah slow down. But I'll tell you you're the most successful person I can think of. That ever came out of the counselor in High School Speech Association. And you were cutting edge because you were one of the very first people to incorporate Spanish and English and I was so proud of you for that. You know because that that wasn't done I mean and you really started the trend of doing total humor. In that event it was a routine a bunch of characters and thrown into a blender. A lot of the characters and stuff is is what I used the very first time I went onstage and called myself a comic figure from the time that I finished high school ninety. Four I went up on stage April tenth of ninety seven. My Act was my speech from high school and I would only go for like five minutes five minutes at a time and build it up. Build it up build it up build it up and I was fast into people awesome. Dude you slow down. It was all nervous energy. Remember when I I used to always say about nervousness nervousness as just excitement misunderstood. You know people always ask you know. So what is it that you learn. What what did I learn? You've probably the only class that I really focused paid attention. And just because and not that I was a difficult student about. I was easily Distracted or annoyed by most teachers. You're fearless as far as just people walking in you had no problem calling like you saw it. And he's saying hey this is. This is what we're GONNA do and if you're into it you're into it. Wouldn't take them and then this netflix thing. They've only watched your first season probably about twelve times. I needed something to give me joy in my life at this point. Have Not GonNa cry but you know it's just so proud of you gave we are public. School are funding depends on meeting certain standards grades discipline attendance levels and the easiest way to improve. Those averages is the council at the kids who are hurting numbers. What do you call this program? Some children left behind. I don't hate it. This program could make our school the Educational Pearl of the district. Swipe left on a bunch of kids. I thought well this is really good. Believe it or not this is not the first time I dedicate something to you. My first comedy central half hour special show that I did in New York and written dedication to you on it. I know it's there and if you pause it you can catch it. We lost touch and you know it was the least I could do was at least acknowledged the fact that the you you were that influential at your premier. This one man came up to me and he said I just want to thank you for giving Gabriel to the world and said I didn't get Gabriel to the world. He he gave himself to the world. And isn't it great. You know and he said no but I saw the dedication and I said he would have done it anyway. Whether I was there or someone else was lucky enough to walk into the classroom. You know I just always felt so lucky to work with you and I. I feel that way about a lot of people but it's just so extraordinary ordinary known around the whole world scary. You know to get over there to the studio on your names on everything. Parking spot isn't as you pull has got my name on. Its all cool clues a security officer there to toe someone if somebody yeah You're GONNA have services. You're name's all over everything. What do you want whatever you need? We'll get it fun to hear about all this because I you know I'm just just your regular run of the mill retired teacher and but to see him to come to the tapings right. I would love La. I would kill to do that. You don't have to kill us you don't have to now. I know a guy okay up next on the frame weekend. When the sheriff announces that visitation in is over then? Of course I was at the front of the line next to go visit and I just blew my top and the escorted me out of the jail and banned me from jail for six months. Couldn't even believe it. That's the first banned from jail jail. I haven't either. That's a place I would not blow my top. That is a place that I think I would keep my cool in trying to get in to see somebody in the slammer. There are a couple of places in the world where no matter how how much you're tried you behave. Tsa Low fourteen and the jail and the jail on this guy says if you really want to visit him so much we arranged. Yeah exactly I think a courthouse courthouse. These days is another place behave. I wouldn't I you know the DMV and the DMV. The one I go to has guards with security. Yeah so what do we what do we have. Tsa Jail Courthouse DMV. At least one more place where you would be terrified to Misbehave Church Church Alabama Alabama Bank. That's true a bank. Do you know if you walk in with a Hoodie on and a bank or sunglasses on and the bank they I think for most banks they say we will. We'll talk to you privately in an office. But you can't stand in line for the teller really. I never take my sunglasses off like And we're maybe it's a Hoodie with sun one or the other but there was something else twos like a half that disguised you if you look like the the unabomber the unabomber. They're saying we. You know unabomber we can still serve you but we need to go into a private room. It would if I worked at a bank and a person I think came in wearing what looked very much like a disguise I would be. I'd be nervous. You know what happened to me at the bank the other day so I walked in and and I just I had just the question about my account and I sat down like you do right in the area to wait for a banker person. Well There was one person in front of me and I I said okay. What they're going to go next and incomes A woman with a kid and they Were behind me so the first person goes in banker it comes out and I'm going I ride. I'm next sewing. Take five minutes and the banker lady comes out and she says and she knows me and she nods and smiles to me and I and she said WHO's next and I got up and this woman with a kid got right in front of me I am next even though you were there. Yes yes she taught me and so I went away. What are you GONNA do? You'RE GONNA blow up here. Well it's a bag and so I just turned around and went walking out. Well the banker who knows me also so what was going on asked the lady to sit down and came running after me. Mr Lacey Mr Lacey. We are going to take care of you. Come right back in here and she did. We would get what gets into people I know she had a child if she had said to me. I got a kid. I mean the kids misbehaving I got a kid. Would you mind if I want I I would say yes because you don't always know what's going on is yes if she were to say to you. I my my son it has a fever. Is there any way. Of course I would have been different. You know what all of the things that we learned in kindergarten first and second grade about sharing and and keeping our place in line hands to ourselves and saying please and thank you Roy. Blowing bubbles in our mill. Not Picking are knows. These are still skills does that we need today as adult. We do what has happened and I know that the short answer is well the Internet. What has happened that people are so awful? Well it this. There's an attitude not certainly with everybody not with Bob and Sheri listeners. But there's an attitude that is I'm GONNA get mine. You can't tell me what to do. The other night My daughter and I are driving. She's got her permits. She's in the driver's seat. It's a little bit rainy. We are at a red light there. The there's a crosswalk in front of us. There's a little old lady walking Yorkie and and I have to commend her. Because is that Yorkies. Grooming was so on point like Yorkie looked amazing. So now it's dark it's drizly the crosswalk Arrow lights up that it's safe. Wait for her to walk right. She's in the crosswalk with the Yorkie and here comes a big white pickup truck turning on red Didn't didn't even look to see if there was a little lady with a yorkie crosswalk. How close her inches? My Kid who's at in the driver's seat lets out a blood curdling scream. Because all of this is happening right in front of us do that mom. Well this is why it could be arrogance it Aggression could just didn't look accidents happen. This is an of course. This is as a mom would go. Let's talk about defensive. She starts rolling her eyes. Do you know how close I mean inches that is. Somebody's Nanna with her little little dog Princess Right. You don't want to run over all ladies and Yorkies on. She just spent eighty bucks on grooming for that dog. Dog Look good good. It's Bob and Sheri Cherry us the talk back to back each on the free and Sherry APP and leave us a message that we're going to hear some more but first Bob. This is very shocking. What is it almost half half of? Americans hate canned cranberry sauce. How can that be how I've had people come up to me because they they know that I like the jolt cranberry sauce? They'll say how can you eat that garbage. You know it's just whatever you'd like you like it and I love it myself. I like. Can you believe they do that to you Bob. You would never do that to anybody you would never inflict your preferences on others forge eighth. Uh you would never do that. You just you just gave my own answer. Okay and I don't want to offend anyone but people's taste I sometimes question. I mean other WANNA eat berries and twigs in my cranberry sauce. I liked it nice and cold and smooth. I like it both ways. But there's something about the canned cranberry sauce it slides out with such a satisfying plop. Yes the canned rings on. It reminds you childhood and by the way that anybody's thinking right. Now it's disgusting because you can see the canned rings that's part of the hardest experience and part of the nostalgia that's part of it imagine. How many other canned foods can you plop out and still see the rings no met? You can't name one done in creamed corn. I don't think so. No Dini Moore beef stew. No let's let's go back. Can you take dinty Moore beef stew and stand it up on a plate. not. Don't shot because I'm as we're talking I'm going. Oh wait hand. Dog Food sometimes plops out. You can see the rings. Well you know what it's Thanksgiving for the boots. What's your APP? It's free Google. Play the apple APP store. This little microphone tiny bottom right corner of the screen tap talk. That's all you have to do. And here we go. Hey bobbins sherry just heard you guys talking about ends chapels wife in hall. Usually the wives of criminals don't get indict it and I have to say from personal personal experience. Unfortunately that is not true. My now ex husband has wanted in the United States I got indicted on four counts conspiracy see even though I was separated from him when he started with all his stuff. I've been hiding from him for four years and I got detained and charged with four counts of conspiracy and not government told me if I turned him in they would let me walk. They knew I had nothing to do with it but it was just a method. They used to try to get to him so yeah. Wives can get indited unfortunately so they put the squeeze on where to go. I want to know what happened to her. They tell us what her People have an opportunity when they when they do that to put in information and so yeah back in touch with him. I do like this city. It is both beautiful and sad. You know? It's like an eater. It's each. And there's something beautiful that against all at one. You guys got everything here. Glad you didn't take that offensively, and you kind of embrace it because you know, it's so true. It's so true, beauty and sadness every corner. What I will say that it's chilly is it can get here in the wintertime. I will still visit because it's west coast chili and not fucking east coast. A weather put that west coast hill is like it is this no joke. It's beautiful. It's our ran outside today. It was great. I mean, it rains all the time. It's it rains a lot here you as always ready for the rain. You just assume it's going to rain like at some point in the day, right? Because I was getting dropped off at my hotel the other night, and it was right before my show in the manager was like, what's do you want me to pick you over the show? That's like a good impression of him, by the way. Like if you take birth. For the show. A legit, Tony if you know, Tony so. What could mail Tony? I hope I hope the internet doesn't find out. And he goes. He goes all pick you up and I walk over because it's close enough. And he was like, oh, no, it might be raining, and which I found like it. Yeah. I think that's also like it might be like dangerous it might be raping outside as what he was saying to me like it might be raining that was like a code word because they didn't do streets. Couldn't be alert deserted around here. That's true. But again, it's because no one wants to be out. So it's only the most hardy of rapists. You. Most rape, Mr. Lacey. "Says adores made rather, right, right. So you know that getting work around town at the very least is difficult. And so John just lost his job at a time where it's not good in his household. He's going to go home and a little while here in his mom is doing poorly obviously with the death of her daughter with John sister. So yeah, the whole thing sucks that he's basically been fired because Dora thinks that he's the killer. Right. That's just, yeah, he's enough of a suspect where I think she wants to sort of, you know, get rid of ties to him whatever way possible, especially since she knew his sister the way that she did because she was doing her right. So that's interesting. That's obviously something to keep an eye on throughout the episode because he's clearly not thrilled about it and he's like, okay, and he knows all eyes are on him anyway. And then we skip on over across town to the ladies who are lunching ladies who lunch? Yes, and that's the event that a door declined to attend. Camille shows up throws back some champagne as you do as one does. Yeah. And a lot of the women are already starting to gossip, right? They're talking about, you know, is it Bob Nash? Is it John Keane? He's a little strange. You know, what are? What are your thoughts on all of this? Is it just speculation? Is it just more gossip, or do you think anybody has a real lead on this judge? Well, so the the the show moves in such a way, and I've been better about not looking at my phone while while the show. I think you can get away with, but I don't know if it was something that had been spelled out so clearly before or if it's really me just like kind of catching up to it that that and Nash and Natalie Keene were so close in that Bob Nash was not a big fan of Natalie Keene and thought that she was a weird bad influence on. His daughter. So the internal conspiracy theory that these women are hatching, you could follow the logic of why they would think that Bob Nash at the very least would kill Natalie as like as a means of avenging her, his daughter, if he thinks that like her influence was some how related to her alternately dying, then you know, like I feel like you can. You can follow that through line whether or not that's ultimately going to be what the what the real answer is. I doubt it, but what they're what they're talking about here, I think makes a lot of sense. But looking at Jackie, Elizabeth, perkins's character as a possible, suspect the speed with which she basically throws out that theory. Oh, he's a psycho. He can't stop staring at chess, like all of that stuff. And then everyone's like they everybody does, right. I felt like that like just under the read of her as a possible culprit in in one or both of these killings that was just like sort of like the casual easiness. Of how readily she rattled off that name as a suspect. I found that to be something to to Mark to underline Italy. And then the other theory I think they bring up is John key. John Keane killed Anna first and then killed his own sister, right? To cover it up to cover it up ride. I was another theory, yeah, but either way, you know, it's sort of is what it is. And like I don't really think there's any real like merit to them, gossiping about it like that doesn't really seem to be going very far. So in my opinion, at least just talking through, I mean, I get it like there's been a and they're really mad that they haven't gotten their menus. Oh yeah. The the wages is not having it with these people. She's just like, slams at down. She doesn't look like anybody, right? That's not somebody that is a character, like a friend of anybody's, right. Nobody. Nobody that I recognize. We've established my powers of observation on this show or dim dim. It's all right. All right. Anyway. So they also talk about Calhoun day, which I think is interesting. And that obviously plays a role throughout this episode Calhoun day, sort of marking like a, what is it fifty years of some sort of festival celebration of people in wind gap, right? So that's something to keep an eye on. I don't remember that being written in the book at all. Okay. So keep, you know, keep that in mind. Meanwhile, as they're all talking about all of this, John Keane is driving by the Nashes house is, and you just takes a quick look in and Bob's in there. Watching his kids watch TV per usual. It's sort of like the same thing we see almost every time. I'm sure that these two, I mean, one of them could be the killer in one could. One of them could be either living with that guilt. We're checking in on the other guy like, all right, what's going on with him? But if if neither of them are the killer that I imagined that they are both suspicious of each other? Yeah, at the very least the two top suspects in the town totally. And then we have Christmas driving around doing his thing getting ready to probably. Meet up with Camille. And then we see ama- rehearsing for Calhoun day and this is where it gets kinda creepy and I don't know. We already watched or kind of flirt with Messina. Now she's flirting with this teacher. Mr. Lacey Mr. Lacey Hussein lease the dang. I mean, I don't know if you can hear them. The birds right now are going crazy for Mr. Lacey up here in Maine. I mean, you know, I'm just saying no, my own island here we're in. I don't think we're on an island wanna pond anyway. No, we're gonna pond yet anyway, Mr. Lacey. I feel like. You know, he he's looking a little sloppy, a little slob and lease early, doesn't care about what's going on in the rehearsal. Doesn't care too much about what's going on in the rehearsal seems distracted seems a little down ama- kind of being a little flirty with Mr. Lacey. Don't necessarily get the sense that Mr. Lacey dislikes it, which is creepy. I don't know if he liked it either. It's hard to tell, but I feel like this is this is the first we're hearing of this character. First, we're seeing of this area. We're four episodes in two sharp objects. I would be shocked if Lacey this person who we've just just met is, is the killer. I mean, what I could see is it being like a two hander where it's like ama- is the primary and lacy is like the person that she has like convinced help, maybe pull the teeth out or something like that. Interesting that I could see. But he's just been introduced so late into the game to the point that like if he existed in earlier episodes, they really downplay. I think so. I don't know. I feel like if he is the killer than this is going to be like can be like, scream situation. We're talking about more than one person under the mask spoilers for scream. Yeah, there you go. Okay. But I really liked when one line that he said to her where she was like asking him about Calhoun Dane, whatever men wrote this and they like to like themselves look good, and he goes histories, history ama-, you can't change it. You can only learn from it, only learn from it. So I thought that that was like sort of a very wise saying to say that this girl who's clearly manipulating a lot of people in kind of like doing your own thing on her own terms. Right. It seems like, but you wonder, what is she learned from history? What is she learned from town history? What has history has a way of repeating itself Emily FOX, life fines away, and you do get the sense that there is like Camille is revisiting childhood trauma over the course of. This episode. So you are left to wonder. In what ways is history? Repeating itself year, wind gap. Totally, totally. So let me see. John come home and find his mom on the couch. She's drunk. That's not great that. So he's trying to keep it together as best as he can. And then there's a quick snippet of Camille talking to her boss back in in Saint Louis. Right? And it looks like he's going through chemo, right? It looks like he's going through chemo. He looks like either that or he is he is having some sort of dialysis or something. I'm not entirely sure, but he's getting a procedure done while he's on the phone with her speaking of drastic park, which we quoted just a moment ago with the great in Malcolm life finds a way the actor who plays Camille bosses named Miguel Sandoval and I felt like he was familiar. I felt like I knew classic parts in Gerasimov part up, and he's the guy. Who early on in the movie. You only see him in one scene, basically where he finds the mosquito in amber and holds it up for for for Genero the lawyer. If you remember that very early in the movie, he would be a great candidate to bring back for Jurassic world. Three should such a disaster occur. I'm sure that movie will exist. Well, the other reason why I was I was going to bring it up to stay on topic is you know how I how I like to mention that Alan Kremlin who played ttrij in mission impossible. The original original mission impossible was also he had a great role as the character Ritter in clear and present danger and Miguel Sandoval played earn Esto Escobedo in clear and present danger who is one of the primary bad guys in that movie to how about that small world, almost the smallest wind get useful information, right? Everybody says, smells this room. You're talking to me. Sorry. Anyway. Yeah, great. Great convergence of character. I just found that to be fascinating when you put good caring to carry on good job, Miguel, Sandoval of all his Frank curry, doing good work on this show. Anyway, Camille is a check in with her boss. He's to be hospital, maybe Frank curry. Maybe the editor and maybe Allen are in cahoots together, like some sort of clear and present danger reunion. That's dark because there's a little bit of an element of that in Guerin, present Asia. Go watch clear and present danger that your fill great under a and you love Harrison Ford. So you really should watch them. We'll watch together. It'll be great. Maybe we'll do a clear and present danger podcast. Jack Ryan is coming on a couple of weeks on Amazon. Oh my God. I'm sorry. I don't even know what we're presenting plays Ryan who Harrison Ford plays in clear and present helps our someone sent hell. All right. Well, do you have to learn how to control the podcast? Get me back on topic to pock. Yes, I can't go to the better today very much. As a rap aficionado? Myself. My favorite favorite songs by coupon? Yes, dear mama, and it did not seem like a great pick for a song at first where you're like, what is happening and came at a left field right? Just for anyone who's unclear, that's the song that comes on when ama- she's like dancing with her mom. It's like it's quietly playing in the background. She wanders over to Allen's entire sound system and she puts on to park and she puts on dear mama, which is to pox sweetest song of what you've exposed accident. The trials and tribulations of growing up with his mother and sort of the things that they both have been in and out of in terms of their lives. But how they've stayed together and stayed really connected. The thing I love about this song being played in this context is twofold. So first of all, there's a line that says, although we had different daddies, which is talking about him and his sibling who is half sibling. That's really interesting when we're looking at ama- and Camille, right. Right. And then when I was sick as a little kid, there's no limit to the things you did. That's another really great line that quietly fades off as we're watching Camille flash back to wanting to get in touch with a door or something right in the made is pushing her out saying like, no, not right now, right? Because she's probably sleeping. Leaving. Or taking care of Marian who was sick for however long. Right, right. So I think that's a really interesting thing. Are you saying that Marian, Camille sister who is deceased allegedly might actually secretly be alive somewhere. How about that? I mean, that's not in the song spiracy there is. I'm just trying to connect right. But anyway, I think that I've never really thought of this song as being particularly, you know, sort of applicable to like any other scenario other than to puck, sort of being autobiographical, but I really loved it context in this particular scene. And I think it's really interesting that ama- goes over and embraces Dora and adore leans into it, which seems very sort of events in two door Dora's like, no, I really loved to pock. I love biggie. I really hated the east coast west coast fight. But anyway, I think what's really interesting about this song to is that it's. Old enough that Camille would know it because it came out when Camille was like a kid, right? And then Amazon leaning into it too, and we're watching as Camille walks in and sees the two of them embracing and his again, sort of, you know, that's part of this flashback is seeing that there's a closest in that Adora has shared with her other two daughters that Camille has never been able to touch us, right? So dear mama almost has no applicable value to her and in in sort of looking at a door of the way that it would for ama- and potentially Marian. Yeah.

"All right we got another one here from doug and just real quick steve chocolates on that it has very high show so stay away from it you don't want the diabetes you don't want the heart disease yoga so there you go steve and now we'll get into doug greetings i have a comment and a question regarding the show with mr lacey i heard him say that the current debt scenario in the us is bad but not necessarily the worst in the world and also not a death spiral he seemed to suggest that the outcome would be inflationary not necessarily catastrophic and the number to hear regarding something i read from porter in terms of future troubled future troubled times a debt jubilee he mentioned that insurance customers would be hit hard i have significant cash value in a whole life policy is this the type of vehicle that could be in trouble should the jubilee occur thanks from doug all up i don't know i don't recall what lacey said at all regarding the unwinding of various excessive amounts of credit i mean i i would be shocked if lacey didn't agree the the unwind of the corporate credit was going to be very painful i don't recall what he said about it i i doubt that he is not very concerned about the overall level of corporate credit in the us it's it's very very unsettling it's all time record high compared to gdp and the debt itself as an all time record low quality meaning and the investment grade world almost half of all the debt outstanding is triple b triple b is the lowest category of investment grade debt so one downgrade of the corporate credit.
