"Against all enemies, foreign and domestic. There is nothing more solemn than what we have to do. If my colleagues don't want to instigate the 25th amendment. That's one mechanism will give you an opportunity tomorrow to impeach the president. That's our duty. That's what we have to do. Let's uphold our Now you're back, gentlemen. Years back, gentlemen, from Maryland. Reserves. Arabs, gentlemen, from Ohio. We reserve Miss Hillman. Reserves. Gentlemen, from Maryland. You have 45 seconds to Mr Gomez 45 seconds is shielded to Mr Gomez. Thank you, Mr Speaker. We're here tonight because of violent mob incited by the president of the United States, based on a lie, laid siege to Congress to overturn the presidential election. We have to ask ourselves what would has representative Jimmy Gomez, a Democrat from California, one election Why not? Two. Why not make Donald Trump president for life? Thank God that did not happen, And they did not succeed. However, even after that terrible day of January, 6 2021 Donald Trump is still using the lie of a stolen election to turn American against American for his own selfish ends, I believe, even with only a few days left in office Donald Trump is still a danger to our republic and must be removed immediately. And as a fact and that as an example today, the Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a statement. Support. Against the gentlemen Gentlemen is granted an additional 10 seconds and today the Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a statement. Reaffirming their devotion to the rule of law and affirming that Joe Biden will be the 46, president of the United States. With that, I yield back Jeremy Neal's back, Mr Raskin reserved Cinnamon from Ohio. We reserve gentlemen. Reserves. Are you one minute to Ms Velasco? It's New York, generator of Moscow's small businesses recognized for one minute. Mr Speaker. I rise in strong support of this resolution. Impressionable Children are watching all of this and they're learning from off. I believe we each have a moral obligation toe exercise good judgment, a model the behavior. We hope they will emulate that loss that CD, Bart If I am sure is the page with many of you. He has deeply troubled me in a way that I simply cannot set aside that WASP Elaine Chao Mr Speaker. This were members of the President's on prodding it who board the sacred responsibility off taking action one. The president is really on fit for office. But the words are all top and if they would not act, then Congress will start today were given the vice president 24 hours to do right by the American people. Removed this pressure him from office. And if you do not, the house will impeach our yield up heels back. Gentlemen, Reserves the gentleman from Ohio. Reserve German reserves Back to you, Mr Raskin. I yield one minute to the distinguished gentle in from California, Mr Schiff. The gentleman from California Mr. Schiff is recognized one minute. Gonna be hearing from representative Adam Schiff of California. Filling my constitutional duties to certify the election, and six days ago, Donald Trump was on the mall, whipping a mob into a frenzy with false claims of stolen elections. An unconstitutional schemes. It was a big lie the same big line he had been telling for weeks, he told the mob. We're going to the capital and to fight like hell. And they did five died. Many more were hurt, and we were seconds away from something much worse. My colleagues upholding our oath, the Constitution and our democracy. Means recognizing that every second that Donald Trump is president. The nation is at risk. We have the power to do something about it. Mike Pence must do. His duty invoked the 25th and if he won't We will move with urgency to do ours and impeach Donald Trump. Again. You'll back me. Neil's Back shift, of course, was a key figure in the first impeachment of President Trump, Maryland. Gentlemen from Maryland is advised that he has two and three quarter minutes remaining. Gentleman from Ohio is advised that he has four and three quarter minutes remaining were in the whole gentleman from Ohio. Yield. Three minutes to the gentleman from Ohio. Mr. Davidson, General Gentlemen from Ohio's recognized three minutes. I think the gentleman Speaker. I can't say it better than the vice president said it himself. Vice president Mike Pence said last week. I did not yield to pressure to exert power beyond my constitutional authority to determine the outcome of the election, and I will not now yield to efforts in the House of Representatives to play political games at a time so serious in the life of our nation. I ask unanimous consent to submit this to the record without objection. I think the vice president for his excellent leadership for his professionalism and frankly to us for his faithfulness. To our constitution. Warren Davidson of Ohio abuse of the 25th amendment for Mike Pence to invoke it. To make a political statement. It's clearly not our role in Congress to do what we're doing here tonight or is proposed to do by the majority Speaker. Pelosi claims that President Trump Incited the mob that attacked the capital at a rally. Where's Mr McLintock spoke earlier, He read the president's statement. He encouraged people to come peacefully and patriotic Lee Washington Post is reporting something that I would hope that our chairman of the Intel committee would know about. The FBI report warned of war at the Capitol the day before the attack. On our capital. I'm curious how someone proposes that The president incited the mob at a rally. The day before the rally. I ask your name is consent. The article be submitted to the record that objection. You know, others are reporting a timeline that has the breach out of think as well. But that highlights the important There's far too little that we know about this attack on our capital. Here's what we do know. No one has defended this attack on our capital Arnor contrary we are missing willfully missing, in my opinion, a moment of extreme unity in our nation. Just like was willfully done earlier this year. At a time of great political and partisan division. Even seething anger. One thing all Americans seem to agree on. These attacks were wrong. The president. Condemn them. He discouraged violence, not just on January, 6th. But on other days throughout the year as he talked about law and order as he talked about something that we finally seem to agree on. That there is a clear distinction between the Constitution's First Amendment protection of the right to assemble peaceably. And riots. Criminal unlawful riots. There's a distinction between rioters and protesters, and frankly, it took us months to agree on that as a body in Congress, But the people of the United States of America agreed it agreed to it. They understood it. So I encourage my colleagues across the political spectrum. The members of Congress here gathered together today and tomorrow. To stand united and move forward. With the agreement. Our country has this was wrong and it was not Gentleman from Ohio 30. Additional gentleman from Ohio Reserves, Gentlemen from Maryland. Re quarters of a minute to Mr Spock. Gentlemen from New York must ask me a lot is recognized for 45 seconds. Thank you, Mr Speaker. We've all known for a while now, But this past week, he has become undeniably clear. Donald J. Trump is unfit to the secretary of agriculture. Representative of Joanna Spat Democrat of New York. Some fit to the secretaries of human services, homeland security, housing, interior labor, He is unfit. With the attorney general. He is on fit to the vice president of the United States. He summons his goons. They shut their hoods on came with their races Confederate flag to assassinate him. To assassinate the vice president. He is unfit. Involved the 25th amendment. If not, we will impeach him tomorrow and I yield back Back. Gentlemen, Reserves, gentlemen from Ohio. Reserves. Mr Raskin, I'm yielding 45 seconds to Mr Davis of Illinois. Gentleman from Illinois. Mister Danny Davis recognized 45 seconds. Thank you in the final seconds of debate after listening to all that I've heard this evening. Spear have the faith and belief. That we can.

He didn't give me any time to explain to him that the recent where I was playing with my sisters because I had asked my sister to play soccer with me, but she had only agreed to play soccer. If I had her first. But my father never gave me time to explain. He never explained me. Why he was a modern me you see silence. What the way that my father and my family? They'll teams. A couple of years later. I got really close to my uncle who was a couple of years older than me. My father never had time for me. So my uncle was the person who taught me at the play Marlboros to play soccer. He taught me how to do everything. He was the oldest brother ever wanted to have. But then we used to race bunnies in our house. My mother used to sing me go to the nearby farms to cut grass to feed the bunnies. So one day. My mother sent me and my uncle to the farm. We will look cutting grass when my uncle asked me a favor. Now, I love by ankle. And we he asked me to pull down my pants. Lay down on the class face down. So he could get on top of me. I didn't wanna ruling that relationship that I had with him because I love him. A couple of days later, my modest thing me, and my uncle buck to farm. And we were taking too long. So she's saying my sister to see what was going on. What are you guys doing? My sister say so my ankle naked. Back to the house to tell my mother. After the day. My mother didn't let my uncle come close to me anymore. But she never explained anything. She never told me what was going on. You've see silence was the way that my mother, and my family tell we thinks silence was also the way that I dealt with things because I started to develop a speech impediment. I used to store really badly whenever I had to talk to people and especially at school. So why would a t shirt that was fun of me? Call my parents one day for teachers parents conference you need some kind of therapy. The teacher call my pass. P people ample rich people can afford. And he had asked some questions about my condition under therapies has say for me to go to my house and talk a mirror. So I am I did this. But to be honest with you. I only did it for a while. Because I hated to see my face in the mirror making stupid faces entwined to talk. I hated myself. I got over my studying eventually as I got older, but I never went to therapy in fuck. "MR Gomez seven percent of Americans say illegal immigration is not a problem. The first act by the democrat house majority is to defy the will of ninety three percent of the population. Only seven percent of Americans say illegal immigration is not a problem. Eighty eight percent of Democrats. And to insinuate that anybody who disagrees with them is immoral if the rest of the Republican leadership would fight back. We can win this debate. Why does Trump have to go with a lot t-? Why Trump going alone because people like never Trumpers like Romney and the rest of this crowd, which is sitting here. Living twenty five years in the past or twenty years in the past they have been rendered obsolete. They had been rendered irrelevant. They never were relevant. If you wanna get down to brass tacks in their own minds. They were. But it remains a one man show Donald Trump against the democrat party and the media Donald Trump against fake news. Donald Trump against lying news, and we are very fortunate. The guy does not cave. We're very fortunate. He's willing to put up with this ninety three percent of the American people say illegal immigration is a problem. Eighty eight percent of Democrats. And the first act by the Democrats now who run the house of representatives wants to pass legislation on a tout legislation mocking this lamenting making fun of this and ridiculing this. Now, we'll see how this plays out. How many of you thought Trump and a k by now? Beyond just how many thought Trump was gonna cave by now. Well, the media said he was going to be caving. If it weren't for me, the media said, he wouldn't even done it. If it weren't for me. There's a story out there today by a former Trump supporter who's gone off the reservation who says, you know, what he said there never was going to be a wall. We just created the concept of a wall to help this idiot. Trump stay on message. You believe that there never was going to be a wall. We knew before Trump knew how important his message on legal immigration was. And so we had to create the concept of the wall for him. So that he could say something and remember something very simple during all of those rallies to keep him going off the prompter and going wrong and start mumbling about things. He didn't understand just we kept pounding. Mr President just the wall, you're going to build the wall. That's what we kept telling him. And so this guy going rogue now, basically is trying to say Trump never even believed in it. The wall was never wheel we who were smarter than Trump notice. They're not with Trump anymore. We who are smarter than Trump. We created the whole notion of a wall just to simplify things for him. Right. So the one guy holding firm the one guy standing for the one guy who has not buckling in any way, shape matter form on this. Had to be told to us the wall had to be headed to be had to have this whole concept of a wall created because of his simpleton mind. This is a former Trump supporter. This is just one example of the kind of stuff that Trump gets thrown at him each and every day, and I guarantee you the vast majority of us would have gotten frustrated with his long ago, and thrown up our hands and said to heck with this. And would have done anything. We could to make it. Stop. Let's get started on the phones. David denver. You're up first today. Great to have you. Welcome back, sir. Hi. Avenue year rush. I'm willing to lose three some one thousand employees federal employees that are sitting on the sidelines right now. Yes, I'm suffering financially. Yes. It could not come at a worse time for my own personal financial wise for now to push back creditors, and and basically run the risk of maybe having my house, you know, foreclose on wishes talking to happen. Because the president said we're good for the money. Having said all of that at the same time I to not this year and was in good conscience continue to allow this open border policy. We currently have with this with our with our country and allows that it costs in our border patrol agents, the the sex trafficking trafficking of people from both sides. We have children that are being kidnapped here. United States and carried across the border, the Mexico because of this open border. And so to me I will suffer the small financial loss for the short amount of time to help ensure that we get something done in this process because now win and the second real quick comment. Is there was an article in CNN business college Cable News Network airs Trump's comments in real time. Should they? And I'm sure cookie has that in your stack, but I had to put that in there because they're now asking the question should they cover real time? Because basically he's making him look bad. Sorry. "And we were speculating in the newsroom yesterday. We'll be ranked the open more than it's closed or closed worn that it's open. Under on some tough seasons for that really has between one thing or another. But given the way November has been I it's got a good shot this year. And you know, I hate to say it. But you know, you're looking ahead to the forecast for Sunday. When all of this is supposed to happen. That's right. A chance of rain with a high near fifty. That's weather permitting. So basically the ring is going to be open, and what is it opened up today or tomorrow? The rink will open at four thirty this afternoon and again closed. And I love thirty Saturday afternoon. Rank you know, what people forget that? It's there. It's cool. It's just a fabulous thing. Go spend a day in Albany rang out the rink then go to one of the museums. There are so many down there. So it's a great way to spend some time with your family. You don't need a lot of money on there. We because the weather was so uncooperative. But it is it's really a jewel not here. Kelly returns on Monday. Both the UN read. I don't know if it's a function of my age or something else. But yes, I'm losing track of time space and dimension. I cannot believe I cannot believe it's been a year since the close fire. Yeah. I know. Yeah. It was it was just stunning when we started getting their reports and the newsroom that afternoon, and we get reports about fires. But then they kept coming and coming, and it was getting larger and larger this is a big one. No, this is a big one, right? Yeah. I tracked down mayor Sean Morris in the middle of the street that day a year ago, and he just just kind of had this look on his face. Like, you know, he's just just stunned. He could not believe what he was seeing. It was. It's unbelievable that no one was hurt. When you look at just how many weldings right, right? And then the repercussions of all that and the mayor former firefighter, right? He really knew how bad it was probably very quickly and can wrap his head around it. And he did seem stunned. I've been through there. I mean, it's really bounced back. I would say relatively quickly giving the extent of the damage of Smith's restaurant, which is of local favourite, they're back up and running Steph and watches the chef there he said it's been it's been a good solid recovery. Did this is normal down here. Get a great job rebuilding the whole area Guinness backup running quickly. And speaking of mayor, Sean more, she also said, you know, he's happy with the way things also talked about the guy who's doing jail time for accidentally starting at Mr. Gomez. In my view, made a stupid mistake. This wasn't a guy that was picking a match trying to lay down the fire and burned down a city, right light up a fire and burnt down the city. This was a guy that was doing something foolish. And you know, in a strange way, I felt terrible. He made a mistake. I would tell him that the city forgives him, and that we hope that he can get on with his life. And and and and find you know peace in himself and the city has overcome this. And and we're gonna be okay. Yes. Speaking of stunned looks remember the mugshot when he came in. He was taking off in that reality show forged in fire. He's made fashioning a blade in an open burn barrel yard, and you'll you and I talked about this a lot. It's one of those where you do sort. I mean, it wasn't my apartment that was burned to the ground. Roll my belongings. You do feel a little sorry for me. Because you know, it wasn't malicious absolutely needed. He needed to be punished on some level. We thought like a year sentence was. These are misdemeanor arson charge that he was convicted on so so I guess he's still in jail. I imagine he'll get off shortly. Right. And when you mentioned the how well, it's recovering definitely have to take a moment to mention how well the community responded and helped out one another. That's money that came pouring in and all the resources really just came right together. The read you live in Clifton park. Yes. Rachel used to live in Clifton park, our producer, Rachel did you ever have trouble with mail delivery being late? I don't think. So I never checked daily though. So you have read right? Yes. I love living in Clifton park. Let me say first here comes. Terrible. So I didn't I saw a report on channel ten last night. I really didn't know that. This was the thing. I live in Leith a Mike. My mail comes regularly like ten AM just like it did in the old days. You will live in Glen bell are male routinely twelve months out of the year comes generally were at the end of route. So we come we get around four five o'clock, but it's not uncommon especially around November December for to start to be eight o'clock occasionally. So that's the problem. They're having in Clifton park. But I think people are surprised because according to this article was a channel ten this year. They've had a fifteen percent increase in packages. And of course, we see with Sears and all these other places shutting down and more internet traffic. There's just more and more being relied on with the mail service. And yeah, they're getting their mail out really really late Chuck as you would say look at look at. It's the holiday season and things the male will slow down. We know that. Okay. You don't have such issues other points of the year. But not really know my mail has usually come bills and all thank you about maybe one o'clock or something like that one o'clock one thirty in the afternoon now, it's now we're talking about four thirty five o'clock Monday. I think it was. Yeah. Monday. It was like seven o'clock. This is a woman who lives in Clifton park named Patty in the past twelve days, we have gone six days without mail delivery. That's including medications being mailed if she saying without mail delivery, saying that's what she's saying. I can't vouch for that. There are other days when she said it came at eight or nine pm in that elderly people out in the dark in the winter. It's hard to anticipate. And sometimes you have a Bill that needs to go out. And you'd rather it got stamped back day. Then the next day understand the concern. My understanding though, I have some friends who were postal carriers. My understanding is there route is there ru. And so if they're volume goes up by twenty percent, that's still there raise to deal with it. They just have to their days are very, right. I noticed this earlier this year early back in the spring. I would say that the mail delivery kind of went from about one thirty two o'clock to all of a sudden about four o'clock or four thirty. I noticed that early. And I kind of put it up to the fact that well, maybe there there's a new carrier on my route where I live, but it just it hasn't improved. So this is this is Maureen Marian. She's what the post office spokesperson very open. And she says yes volume this time of year is an issue, but also staffing. However Clifton park that's been amplified by opportunities that we have had for hiring in the location. We have some people now again who are in training to come out. To serve and we're looking at flexing some of our resources in the immediate area to bring in additional health, so manpower issues. Well, it just seems weird. You would think maybe on some rural routes and be think like heavily suburban Clifton part would be the last place you'd have an issue like this dimension.

"So I think congressman heard in the minds of his constituents has done a pretty good job of trying to strike a balance. He's been somewhat outspoken at least early on about some of the president's policy. But closer to election day. He's he's obviously, you know, it helps them to go more toward the middle and stay in line with Republican values but not to the extreme end and to Mr. Mr. Gomez point earlier with respect to the to the caravan. He's absolutely right with respect that we don't know how many people are gonna end up coming here. And what I saw on the bridge and see cdot is on Tuesday was migrants that were lined up at the port eventually waiting to get processed. So with respect to to the call these concerns in the legitimate concerns about who's coming into the country. If you're a violent criminal lawyers. He can sit to come in undeterred. It's not like that. You're gonna present at the port eventually, which is a lot of people are definitely doing the the heard Jones races. Interesting to me because will hurt his been. I think he he represents as as you were saying earlier how the views of communities on the border are much more. They're more subtle and textured than we might see a as we get further and further away actually from from the border because I know heard has been a very eloquent. Advocate for more smart law technology versus hard wall technology between the United States, and Mexico, but we got a lot of callers here. So let's go to them. Allen is calling from Baltimore, Maryland, you're on the air Allen. Hi, thanks for taking the call. I think this is just another case where the Democrats are willing to play defense and to play defense against emotional appeals. And instead focus on just rational discussion. I think there's a lot of winning points that the Democrats have. And I think Baidoa work brings some of them out survey. So that he American public favors permanent status for the dreamers permanent status. And I think the Democrats can make the point that immigration is the problem with immigration can be solved immigration reform rather than through posting troops on the border Allen. Thank you for your call. Alan gomez. Let me turn to you is that what you're hearing from Democrats. Are we just hearing more softer tones? I think it's interesting the idea that he used the word emotional when it comes to the democratic response because it to some degree it has there is there was quite a bit of furor over the over the summer with this abolish ice movement that that only a very small number of Democrats, really truly embraced. But that became something that was slapped on everybody every democratic candidate Ted Cruz Cruz, better Roque of of of embracing that and that that is one of the sort of a very good example where I think most people who talk about ice, they're saying, no, let's not eliminated entirely. Yes, we do have to deport undocumented immigrants in this country who are violent criminals who have long criminal records. Let's just reform. The agency may be folded into something else. But then it all ends up focusing on abolish is abolish ice. And that's kind of that's a little bit about the the emotions that we're talking about. And how it can be pigeonholed into just sort of one argument. You know, we've been talking a lot about how immigration as an issues playing. Along the border here. But it does come up in debates further away from Texas in Arizona, for example, because we have some tape here of a debate last month between candidates for Virginia's tenth congressional district. Incumbent Republican Barbara Comstock says that she thinks that there's room to compromise when it comes to immigration issues such as Dhaka and border security. But then in this debate, she also made a point of bringing up her MS thirteen Bill. I would like to mention my MS thirteen Bill to make sure we deport..

More coming up here before eight o'clock on the memorial service today. For Senator John McCain but I'd like to ask you what's. Going on with Sarah Palin it's it's one thing. Not to be invited to? The funeral it's completely, another to be told to stay away is that really. The case that's apparently the case Charlie and the story originally broke and by people magazine so it's not like there was deep digging. For, me. APO because, we know that people magazine has, no content ended other than pictures. Yeah yeah but they they said that Sarah Palin said I did not get an invitation, and now we're. Told that a member of someone close to the. McCain family told her no uncertain terms please do Do not show up at the funeral and you would say why a you know she was she was important to. Be his running mate and you have to assume her connection to. Donald Trump and her support for the president might be part. Of that she's painted with the Trump brush and. I think McCain and the? Family may have missed, an opportunity to say I've invited people I had differences. With in my life and I wish we child them but it's called funeral it certainly is but I mean it it's just straight. If, if. That's the, case because of her support for, the current president that we're living. In a world where those kind of things are coming to the forefront in a time of death is, just crazy Yeah I'm with you one. Eighteen Mike Capella you're not even, allowed to say I'm going to go to the zoo and look the monkeys, without being racist that pretty much that's where it is, but the exact wording of what, to Santa said is. Being bent to. Match agendas of media, outlets that are. Looking for it if you looking for an agenda if you look at the exact wording he didn't say monkey up by voting for socialist he said by supporting socialist policy and leading our state down to A trail that would take us to bankruptcy he really was. Not pointing to a person but to a policy of. School of thinking so there was an, opportunity for MSNBC in particular but CNN also. Jumped on the bandwagon of course, and it's going to continue and now the candidate Mr. Gomez saying yeah this is what you get when you get. Donald Trump so he's using it to fund raise and also gin up his base as well in today's world he should have. Santa's could have said what he, substituted monkey up for and God bless, trouble and we know what he was substituting at. Four was the f. word yeah yeah or even messed up another But. Maybe he was worried about traveling over to Myrtle, Beach and getting fined for cursing in public you know okay the probably the best thing. That I have seen at the Pierre of coca, podcast in a long time meat red meat and, cheese are back on the. "Can you explain it a little bit the census block is the smallest unit of geography that the census bureau collects data for it's generally the size of an urban or suburban block it can be one apartment building are small collection of homes and he's sex census block group is an aggregation of census blocked it's a group of census blocks i think on average it's about thirty nine census blocks per census block group but it can be fewer than that and you can be a lot more than that and so a census block group is a larger area of geography and then several census block groups are put together to form what's called the census tract with my last question i'm gonna reiterate it because sometimes people are doubting thomases they have to hear things three times so we'll responses to the twenty twenty cents is question or citizenship be used by the department of justice or any other law enforcement agency in any judicial proceeding against a responded congressman it's my understanding that those individual responses cannot be used in any immigration enforcement proceeding moreover the individual response that someone is not a citizen isn't really very probative of whether of what their immigration status is we have millions and millions of hardworking immigrants in this country who are noncitizens who entered legally and they came here for the american dream they're pursuing the american dream here through work through school through family and so whether or not someone's a citizen doesn't tell you a whole lot about their immigration status even if you could get that individual information which the department of justice cannot because the congress is protected from disclosure the california mr gomez recognized before the house oversight and government reform committee and c span radio wcbs pfm washington thank you mr.

"The truth is that the most intensively produced food the prices the most intensively produce would rise about the price of sustainably produced foods would actually come down to be more affordable for mainstream consumers can you both way you think this debate is going because tom bradshaw the reason this is fascinating is whether you are in favor of brexit or opposed to it it is the first time this debate has been able to be had because we all know having policies develops on a european scale so where do you believe the debate is now heading i think he is listening and i think what he wants to do is to reintegrate fruit production with nature conservation i think that in the same way that david attenborough has called out the planet tree mergency in the oceans we have an emerging crisis on the land and we must address that i think mr gomez mind to do it and i think it would be farmerfriendly as well patrick holden tom bradshaw thank you for joining us it's twenty two minutes tweet let's have a look at the papers and the news websites in a number of leader columns consider the position of the home secretary amber rod including the sun which describes her as a talented politician having a nightmarish week the mayor says ms rod is clinging on for dear life support for her is visibly weakening following the wind rush scandal the male calls on her to get a grip and urgently while the time suggests the scandal has become a personal failure as well as an institutional one illustrated by a senior minister struggling with her brief the telegraph uses detoro to declare that the case of the seriously ill boy alfie evans cannot be decided by laura loan pope says alfie parents of sought to prolong his life and have not adopted in irrational stance that could end it so why should the colts stop them from taking him abroad for treatment the paper argues most people share an overwhelming sense that the parents should be allowed to try everything to say this on the law has apparently made this impossible this the telegraph says does not seem just express is one of several papers to suggest that bill cosby condign prison after the eight year old american entertainer was found guilty of sexual assault the time says cosby's downfall was capped to the explosive laced tirade following the.

"Thank you for that fumble into the end zone all right now your closing statement before you can bring the video into your closing statement if you onto whatever you can drown everybody balance funny funny mr gomez you say that balance i believe in balance and one thing i think mr gomez disclosing statements showed is that we can all agree in this room mr harrington is very very bad balance and i believe everybody in this room can at least say hey did mr harrington try little too hard and maybe and maybe he decided to go through that but we understand how the court of law works and that is all i have to say was a reasonable doubt the civil suit this is not a objections they're reasonable in the cost to execute by carrington found guilty doubt it's about what's fair here i almost can't believe he doesn't work for the defense in this one i mean we've all seen the maniacal behavior the outbursts the lao things threatening nobody's ever seen it it's very very aggressive and so is there enough reasonable doubt that lewis is the type of human being that would throw an intern through a table we saw the video do we think that if to believe it's possible within a one one millionth of a chance that lewis would have finished if not one one million it's not about reasonable doubt reasonable we said from the beginning objects finishes damon.
