"John, thanks for stopping by So as we enter the last to be with you last 99 hours, 99 hours, and it's done. Uh, how you feeling going into these final few days? Well, I think it's going well. I'm very hopeful that the recall is going to deliver a yes, uh, vote that we're going to get free of Gavin It's kind of interesting. I agree with Kamala Harris. The only thing I've ever agreed with neuron, I think, and that is this election means a lot not just to California but the rest of the country. Carol. You and I have talked many times. But California is a shine example of how big government socialistic type policy. Have really failed. They failed on housing and homelessness on electricity and water and Wildfire control and a lot of things and the voters of the state. I think I've had enough of that and hopefully enough of them will come out and vote yes on Tuesday. I think I'm question two on the replacement. I think it's still very much up in the air. I think it's undecided. Is leading the race. The media will like to report that Mr Elder is in the lead, but Uh, I think there's a lot of people that are undecided that haven't yet made up their minds and if they're listening right now. I would hope that they would think that we will be better served by a business person who has experience managing and Getting things done. So let's talk about that. You have made the pitch that you are not a politician. You are a businessman. You're not a celebrity. Uh and that you've got the seriousness to tackle the problems. Um That message, though, seems to be crowded out right now by you know Larry Alder, who is leading in the polls, But there is a massive chunk of votes that are still as you noted, undecided so things could happen. To change that, Um They do. What do you think has been the challenge in getting your message out and getting more support? Well, let's put it this way. Uh, Fox News is basically put all the weight of their muscle behind. Uh, Larry. He's a Fox news contributor. He's advertising. A product that won't mention the name of the product. But people who watch Fox News will build the product. I mean, he's on three commercials. Now for them. It's all kind of a Tyrion and You know who knows? Maybe he'll get his own Fox news show. After all, this is done. But, you know, the fact is, I think the voters should decide And here's the big issue, Carl In order for this state that change. We need to get people elected to the Legislature who will reform A lot of these areas. Education. Uh, you know, water, electricity, housing, homelessness. There. We are not going to get elected just with Republicans. There's seven million voters who are not registered with either party. There's 10 million Democrats, five million Republicans roughly But there's seven million in the middle. We need to demonstrate to them that we can actually have ideas and policies that that will get these things corrected that will solve these problems. Mr Elder will be very entertaining. You know you're very entertaining. A lot of radio hosts are very entertaining. But there's a lot more to being an executive than just Speaking, You have to bring people into a room. You have to hire the right people. You have to set goals. You have to hold people accountable. You have to make sure they reach those goals that they don't yet the fire them and that's management. Carl. It's not just talking. It's actions taking actions and getting things accomplished and That's my skills that that's what I've been doing for really 40 years, building a business and solving problems. And not better than Larry Elder. I'm different. I've had that skill set. He's been on the radio talking about problems. I actually have been solving them in my own business, and I hope people when they Sit down at their kitchen table over the weekend here and decide how to mark their ballot. They'll on the side that It's a much better thing than to get somebody who's had that experience and will try to convince those independent voters that we need to make these changes in California. Well, let's talk about that. The liberal media in California As well as, uh, insiders at the Republican Party are already trying to lay a narrative that Larry Elder was too conservative for California. And that Someone who's more liberal like Kevin Faulkner would have been able to win. Uh, what is your take on that, You know, pre elections spin and narrative driving. I don't think that's right. Uh, you can talk to governor Cash carry or governor, uh, with men about how that worked out. That obviously didn't because neither of those became governor and that was the same argument for those two. I think what should need those you need competent. Look at Larry Hogan. Now we know that Larry Hogan is somewhat anti, the former president, but He has a popularity rating in a blue state Maryland, which is in the 60 65% rate, and he held the line on taxes. He's improved the quality of life he's you could argue that he has done a decent job in a blue state, getting things accomplished and holding the line against a lot of liberal excesses well, You know, that's exactly what we need to do here and by the way, he's a social conservative, as well as the fiscal conservative and a businessman who's never was elected to another office before this You know, you can say the same thing about Doug Ducey in Arizona, You know, business guy who is relatively popular and it's done A pretty good job has held the line in Arizona. So You know, I think that's kind of what we need in California, and especially given the failures that we've had with Brown and And Schwarzenegger going back, and you know another one that was supposed to be, you know, that's moderate. That was changed things. And that didn't really work to, uh, kind of throw that out. Carl. We need to go and get competence here. And Senate just Identification with certain issues. Well, it's suppose the recall fails and I don't I don't believe it's going to fail. But it's suppose it fails. The question will be who runs from here. Uh, would you give it a another go? Would you say Okay? We made it this far. We came up slightly short. Uh And, uh, you know, you're the competent one to move forward and take the movement across the finish line. Would that be something that you would do? Or would you say that you would probably not do it? I'm not going to say one way or the other right now, Carl. I fully expect to be governor on Tuesday. I think that's what every politician would say. And maybe I'm hopeful and I don't want to curse it by saying anything different than that. Uh, but I'll evaluate exactly what's happened and exactly what the lay of the land is afterwards. I don't think there'll be any rush to do that. Frankly, the election The primary election wouldn't be until next June, anyway, and so we'll have a good amount of time to evaluate alternatives. Evaluate the situation. I mean, God knows a lot can happen. Uh, You know, I hope good things happen in California. I really do. Uh, I kind of Don't expect that from the standpoint that We haven't changed policies up till now. And I don't really expect that Mr Newsome is going to change its stripes. And, frankly, you know, if he is, if he does survive this recall, frankly, I would expect him to double down on all the things we're already seeing that With the Covid policy is, you know, frankly, he's resorting to demagoguery. He's Saying that replacement candidates will lead us off a cliff of death structure. It's fearmongering. Horrible, John. What's your website? In case people want to do one last look at your platform and your policies and maybe join in. And, uh, help you get this? Campaign across the finish line. What's the website? John cox dot com. I published all kinds of, uh, reforms, housing, homelessness, taxes, education safety..

Thank you dot com studio Once again, I was perfectly OK with the legal Perfectly legal attempt to At least have a hearing on these various states where there are allegations seriously, allegations of voting irregularity. I told you that the every was not gonna work. It did not work. Into pretty much ended. What I how I thought now the evidence Simply wasn't strong enough to convince enough people now let's just concentrate on Georgia. We're talking about a state where every single statewide member Of office, either Republican Just as in California. Every statewide office is held by a Democrat in George, It's the opposite. And the Georgia Board of Elections. Is all Republicans that for one seat They had hearings. We have recounts. He had a signature on it Recount. As Trump demanded. And the secretary of state. Again Republican and the governor again Republican Did not determine that there was sufficient evidence to overturn The results. Then when you can't convince these guys and calling them part of the deep state, calling them part of the problem. You're telling me that 100% of them prefer to have Joe Biden over Donald Trump. Even though they saw all sorts of evidence that would have enabled him to overturn the election on bond rule in favor of Trump. Not not a single Republican, felt that way about the evidence here. She saw. And the other problem is some of the more outlandish kinds of things that were said, and I tracked them all down Hammer and scorecard. Lieutenant General Tom McInerney, very serious guy that people respect says there's a software that was developed by the Intel community that the Biden campaign got ahold of and minute manipulated the election returns. The hell of Ah claim Ricard's hell of proof, and the Trump Administration did not It all make the allegation. What did you Eonni did not make the allegation. John Eastman, The Trump lawyer who's supported Trump in that lawsuit that he filed to join the Texas lawsuit didn't make the argument and I haven't heard from McInerney since the interview. And Sidney Powell is being sued for defamation for claiming that the Dominion voting machines were manipulated. Now we're gonna assuming this thing goes to trial, we're gonna have an evidentiary evidentiary hearing because ah, truth is a complete defense. He's going to allege that, she told Let's put on her evidence. It's gonna be very interesting. If this thing goes toe goes to trial. But I told you If I were with Dominion. I said this a long time ago. And somebody alleged by manipulate the machine to alter the outcome. You're damn right. I'd sue for defamation. That's exactly what happened. Now, one more thing about this, uh Siege of the Capitol building by the minority of the hundreds of thousands of people who were there on behalf of the president. Watch a lot of CNN and innocent. He hard and MSNBC hard so you don't have to. I got the scars to prove it. I'll tell you something. Trump talked about the rally He wanted people come to D. C Nobody said 05. People are going to be killed because you've got to go to assault the Capitol building. Oh, my goodness. Nobody said that. The most severe pathological, hateful trump hater never said that Nobody said that. How many trump rallies have there been? What have you seen this? Why they weren't ready. Then that was gonna happen. Had happened before. And there is some evidence that some of the people there were outside agitation, infiltrators. Some Don't know We're still sorting that out. But at least one guy is a known antifa. Black lives matter. Activists violent guy from Utah. One of them. People didn't anticipate this. Because here to four. For the most part, the trump rallies have been peaceful. And most of the people again there were peaceful. All of a sudden, the media has forgotten that term that they love so much called mostly peaceful. You've also forgotten that term they love for so much called to fund the police. But you're 100% in control The effort before you b m W about what other people did to you go to the nearest mirror and say, what could I have done to change the outcome? What could we have done to change the outcome that what the Democrats did was to use the coronavirus as an excuse to lose an election rules to make it easier and easier for people to vote? Make it easier and easier for election fraud to be committed? Many of the things that they did were perfectly legal, underhanded, but perfectly legal. Now. The previous election cycle. The Republicans lost four seats in Orange County, a county that used to be reliably Republican, got wiped out in Orange County, largely because the Democrats employed a tactic known as ballot harvesting legal underhanded, but it allows Votes to be turned in later on. I lived through many of the historical events to picket in your film, although aware of these events listening to them through black voices with truly enlightening. As a white individual. I could relate to many of the issues raised, especially when it came to the impoverished beginnings off many of your guests who smoke. I was born in poverty. And eventually raise through the father care system. Being a ward of the state had its own bias. But I was determined not to let that define me. As stated in your film education is the key to success. And this is the route I pursued, working my way through college and graduate school and eventually climbing the corporate ladder of healthcare. I recently retired after serving 18 years as a CEO of a major urban teaching hospital. America is truly the land of opportunity. But it is up to each individual to take responsibility to make their American dream a reality. Thank you, Mr Elder for making this movie. And I hope it reaches the mass audience it deserves. "43. Missy is in West Virginia. Mister, You always nice to hear from you. Hello, Mr Elder. How are you? I'm doing great. Thank you. You just get you just said the perfect Segway infer where what I was going to say today I want to talk about situational racism. That's when black people don't get their way and they blame racism on it. Because I don't think now you could hurt me. If I'm wrong. Don't be shy. A black person is not feeling marginalized, oppressed or less than on their wedding day. When they graduate from college When they get the job that they want. They only feel it when it's something that they perceive is negative. That's interesting because everybody goes through that, and it's called life. Now, here is the key. If you follow Jesus, read your Bible, you would know that God gives you everything that is coming to you. So if you don't get something, be thankful for it because he's going to bring something better. If you look back over your life, you'll see that something that you wanted. You ended up getting something better. Instead, maybe met friends met your husband that your wife Something was better than what you thought you really wanted. You have to be patient for that If you read your Bible, and you realize you don't need to blame my people, for all the things that happen to you because white people go through those struggles to Light, Missy. I have a friend who Whose grandmother was in a relocation camp. My friend's grandmother is Japanese and during World War two, as you know, Japanese were put in so called relocation camps, about 120,000 them or so. And when I met her, I was just fascinated Missy by that experience, And I asked her a question after question after question, and it was clear she hadn't thought about. It has kind of put it away. And I finally said Are you angry? Are you bitter? And Mrs She looked up with her big, beautiful eyes. And she said no. Should I be Meaning? Was I supposed to have this kind of attitude of anger and bitterness? I didn't, she said, and she met her husband in the camps. They had a very long happy marriage. And so she was not angry at all. She felt that the circumstances Of of the war. People didn't really know whether not Japanese were going to be loyal. So there's a lot of confusion. She wasn't angry at all. She asked me whether she should be angry. Now, think about that. How many people have been taught? Others. They should be angry, and that's what's going on. In my opinion so much here in the black community, you have people. I just saw a video of a guy who said how I learned to start hating white people. Grew up in a Christian family parents were intact goes to college, takes all these courses and then now has learned that white people are evil. White people have gotten where they are because of exportation. And he went back to God in order to lose that. My point is, people are being trained to say this kind of crap. All these people coming out of college is with their fancy degrees. Good jobs, and they go on television until non Ah fancy degree black people how racism stop them from becoming successful. It is outrageous. Man say one more thing, of course. Second biggest threat to this country. I call her my mother because she's been more of a mother to me than my own mother has And I don't even see her of black because that woman has so much love for everyone. I don't even care about that. Well, Missy, thank you. So much for the call. I mentioned what my mom said. When I asked her, whether or not she's ever been followed when she goes shopping. My mother told me I don't know whether I've been followed or not. I don't look around to see following me. I'm shopping and if somebody thinks I'm going to steal something they want to waste their time. Follow me Go right ahead because I am stealing anything. I'm shopping. That's what she said. Missy. Thank you So much for the call. I really do appreciate it. The defense of Joe Biden. Stunning. Absolutely stunning when we talk about that later on. Ah, and the way that Jerry Nadler conducted the hearing off Bill Bar, the A G. Versus the way he conducted a hearing on race when Al Sharpton was a witness, and that Gates of Florida was asking him some very pointed questions. We're going to talk about the contract between How he handled that hearing and how we handle another hearing in just a few minutes, But I mentioned the mayor of Portland, finally condemning the writing. Why? Well, he said that You become a prop for the re election campaign of Donald Trump. One last point, I want to make it. This is a political point. So it's a little out of field. Um, don't think for a moment. That you are. If you are participating in this activity that you are not being a prop for the re election campaign of Donald Trump. I'm holding in my baby brown libertarian fingers, not props. What articles from several publications. Headline report. Gun sales increase 133% in July reaching new record highs. L. "It is a beautiful film. About America and black history and the entire cast. People of color. That's why it's a must see. So Mr Elder will be talking about that. And then we have your great calls, which I'm certainly looking forward to 800 to 8 to 2082. We have an update in Portland. Do you know it's 55 days now? 55 days in a row in Portland, Oregon. Writing. And what else did they have? They had not violence, Rioting and yet crime up and 55 nights in a row. It's been the violence in the rioting and every single day that whiny mayor And that whiny governor. Are whiny, and they're still whining about it. Somebody needs to ask the people in Portland, Oregon, how many buildings And police vehicles and statues and flags. What part or what else in your city has to be destroyed before you decide Law and order? Is Maurin important? Then destroying Donald Trump. And then last, but not least, I'm just kind of setting the table as Rush would say last but not least a mass shooting in Chicago. It's horrific happened in the last 18 hours. I think Now. I just got an update an hour ago. I think it was from CBS. And No, I'm sorry, NBC Chicago, 15 wounded in a Chicago funeral shooting, This is a mass Shooting event. I think 17 people were involved, but we have 15 wounded. Okay, Nobody's covering the details. We're going to try to get to the details. I think they're not covering the details because it's not politically correct. I think when a mass shooting happens, people get together in newsrooms around the country. And they go through all the different things. Okay? How can this can we hurt the NRA with this? No. All right. What about Trump? Can we hear Trump? No. What about what about? I think that's what happens. I mean, I've seen it happen. I know it doesn't happen in every newsroom. But why aren't we getting the details? They have a person in custody if the person they had in custody Well, I don't even want to go down that road. I'm making an assumption and I will prove it by the end of the show. And you know exactly what I'm talking about. Right now. Everybody has a narrative they off to play games. We all have to be politically well, we don't butt and you don't. But news media has to be politically correct. So all that and your calls are coming up next on the Rush Limbaugh show. You're listening to the I B network..

The only pictures in his room of black guys and they had the Lakers is a big boy. And you know that tests have been shown for decades that black people have higher self esteem than white people and much higher self esteem in Asian I'll tell you, if that's true, it's it's it's a little confusing. I am a victim with high self esteem. Okay. All right. Let me take your calls. Ladies and gentlemen. Chicago. Patrick thank you for calling. Hey, I got something that can, um kind of Tuck in my crawl about what Mr Elder says when he first came on about how can a police officer know that a person was black before they pull him over? I got three ways of police officer can know A person's, um, culture before pulling them over. And the 1st 1 is that if their patrol in the black community there's a 99% chance that the person that pulled him over is black, and my 2nd 1 is That black people they fix their cars up different than white people. So when you go out to a white suburb This police officers that can say there's an 8% chance that you would be an example of that the 1st 1 made sense to me, so tell me A person, most young black people. They put aftermarket accessories on their car. So he may have rooms that are two inches. 22 inches in there, chrome and they shine. They may have. Ah, Okay. All right. I got it right. What's the what's the third way of policemen could know the color of the driver. Well, simply. This happened to me and I'm stripped years old, okay? I went out to the suburbs to visit my my friend and he has a white girl. And it was late. And I was leaving the gold, driving down the street dark streets to the highway. And a police officer got behind me. Very close lights were in my rear view mirror. And he stayed on. All the way until I got right up to the expressway. And pull me over. Instead. What you doing around here? Okay. All right around my place. I got you. Allright. I got you and I only because the time I want Larry, they respond. Are you still on? Yeah, but I put him on hold. Okay. I wanted to know what his conclusion was. So so therefore what you assume that okay, that I said all officers pull over Mr Elder. You not notice. How could I not know what that you made a lease or more likely? T because because they can identify the black black people's cars by their accessory, and therefore they have an idea that it's a black person, and that's why the person got pulled over. Okay, well, it's not like these things have not been studied and studied and studied, and that's what gets me about this. These kinds of debates. In 2013. During the Obama administration. The National Institutes of Justice, which is the research arm of the D. O. J put out a study called Race and Traffic stops. 75% of black voters admitted that when they were pulled over, they were pulled over for legitimate reasons. And it turned out you named the offense where there is speeding, driving without a license, driving without a headlight, driving with a expired tag, you name the offense, a black motorist was more likely to commit it..
