"Our Kelly case keeps getting more interesting, by the way, I don't know if you guys saw that Drake cut the Michael Jackson song out of his concert and people are saying it's because of the the escaping never never land or finding Neverland documentary. Good Drake was doing a Michael Jackson song. So the r Kelly's story keeps getting more and more interesting. Because a dude said he was cleaning out an old videotape collection. Any found what he thought was a recording of our Kellyanne concert. But instead turned out to show a man who appeared to be R Kelly sexually abusing girls. So. Maybe bought at a at a garage sale. You know, what these tapes, you don't know what you have you don't know where I came from you don't even know what's on there. So he's an assistant at a nursing home cleaning out a box of old, VHS tapes, and his Pennsylvania home recently and found the footage on a tape. That was labeled with Kelly's name. He said, he's never met R Kelly. Doesn't know how the tape came to be in his possession. He said because the tape also as a sports game on it. He believes it may have come from a friend to my shock and surprise, the my the band said R Kelly appeared to be on that tape but not in concert. Instead, he was sexually abusing underage African American girls, which seems to be our Kelly's thing. Now, they're saying that's not our Kelly in the video people what they're saying the same thing. They said what the first video right actually through his own brother under the bus big picture here. How many times have you found pornography when you did not expect to find pornography? This has to have happened to people. I think I've told you guys store before what happened was I was actually looking for pornography was me and my two best friends of the time. We were in seventh grade searching high and low four pornography, we're going through every closet and everything like for magazines, and we find a box with three videotapes in it. And we grab one of the tapes we. Pop it in. And the first thing you see is like just bad camera work, and you see the sheets, and I kid you not the first thing. I said was my God, your mom and dad have those same sheets, and then soon enough, you hear moaning, and you hear whatever and the camera kind of gets set up and goes into focus, and there is one of my best friend's mom. Just getting plowed from behind by his stepdad clear as day, and it was. Not traditional sex. Thank you for cleaning. What she was. She was screaming. How long were you making this dude watches mom have sex? He ran he ran. He ran out of the house. He cried he was traumatized, and you weren't there for your friend, Linda, I'm envisioning. He ran out the front door as fast as humanly possible. And we sat there, and you know, that's what you do you either. Do you can do one of two things one you can run or two you can kill all of your friends. Yeah. And that was the thing we sat there and watched it for a couple more minutes. Oh, yeah. You know, I was still troubled by just having to see her and him around. And you think parents ever knew that you had watched it unless he told them years later, he sadly died of drug overdoses fears back, but oh, no. I can only imagine that it was you know, somewhat related. I mean, I would have done. I was like the Eddie Housego when it came to my friends parents. I they always, you know, just we could see right through it, usually. So I probably would have been like, I'm Williams. How are you is is James, Sarah? Let me go get him for you. Okay. What did you say drew own Affin? I didn't say anything are you jerk. Sound like you said something. No. I think you just go get Jimmy for me. Yes. You're I'll be at that. Yeah. Thank you. And that's the thing that sticks out to me more. So than the visuals that I saw were just filthy filthy things that she was saying him at this point. This is your friend's mom. This is a mom may have never even heard her curse at that point. And here I am watching her say these the healthy things about all of our offices. Well, now, we know why you turn into this kind of deviant. Probably had a hand in it. Good Anna mouth, what's up, Matt? Well, can you grab a live? How are you? I'm doing well. How are you? Thank you. What's up? Good. I'm just curious, man. I'm not trying to be the devil's advocate or anything, but you specified that the the women in the video and the video referring to they were underage how how does anyone know what their ages? I done on just reading what's in the story. Sorry. They said they appear to be underage African American females. That's what he said. Probably true. I mean, I just was curious anybody new kind of weird thing to get get hung up on. I am not up on it. I just I know you're very particular. And it just kinda shocked me that you even through that in there because throwing in I'm reading the news story verbatim. As it is online. I don't know how anyone would know their age. So, sir. Have you heard anything in the news about our Kelly recently? He he normally just hoax up with underage girls. So no, if you know, but that's obvious thing. I'm very aware of the story of our Kelly. So and I don't know what your radio background is. But if you were reading news story where they were quoting the guy who found the tape, and he said quote to my shock and surprise are Kelly appeared to be on the tape and not in concert. Instead, he was sexually abusing underaged African American girls. You would have one left out the word on the radio. I I don't know. I probably would have left that that part out because that guy nor yourself. No, they've so I would have probably read the article leaving out the under age part misquoting. But then you'd be misquoting him. Maybe I would. Yeah. I mean, maybe that's one of the many reasons you're not on the radio. Instead, you're consuming my product and choosing the call me with something that we're talking about. Yeah. Whatever. Addict. I'm just you know, what I mean? I'm not being. Ten year to continue to you know, say that as well. Underage to give facts. Yes. To get facts about the story. That's right. Are you an R Kelly fan? Not really actually, I'm I'm starting to say I was back in the day before any of this was brought to light. But no, I think it's disgusting that you know, what he's done what he's been doing. I'm just simply, you know, asking where where did anyone does anyone know this specific age? No one knows. But yet they're quick to say underage girls. I understand that his reputation is with underage girls. But in this case, no one knows their age. But yet they're still did you see videotaping in question. Did you somehow see the copy that Mr. Dennis? I did not know. So then you couldn't look at that tape and know by looking at them that they were underage, but you could certainly understand where maybe Mr. Dennis good look at the tape and Asir tain that these girls one rage because maybe you haven't inability to look at a fourteen year old girl versus a twenty one year old girl and tell the difference, but perhaps Mr. Dennis does I'm pretty sure a lot of people have that inability. I mean, especially nowadays, young girls. Don't look like they used to live so to speak when we're now or scratching the surface. So how old do you think you should be allowed to have sex with girls? That's what we're getting to here is that you think are Kelly has been unjustly accused his you think it's morally okay tab sex with young girls. So how young girls do you prefer to have sex with really that? That's what you got out of all this. I mean, honestly, only psychopath would call up and somehow challenge the part of this. Radio DJ who has a talk show host. Why he would why he would continue on with the story that you don't, you know, you don't know the facts. But yet you're saying on your platform with thousands of people listening that they were underage. Yeah. Because the guy who saw the tape said that it's underage. So that makes it that. That's what it is. That's what he said. It is. Yeah. Well, maybe I would I don't know. Maybe check my sources a little better. No, I don't need to. He said it the source is the new store the Associated Press Denison assert an assistant at a nursing home said he was cleaning out a box of old VHS tapes in Pennsylvania. That's that's that's reliable Dennis at a at a nursing home. Good day. Drew? That's a whole 'nother level of trolling. I think he just invented it. Seventy seven five seven nine one or two five. So Sita press story out of New York. A man who is cleaning out an old videotape collection found what he thought was a recording of Rb singer R Kelly concert, but instead turned out to show a man who appeared to be Kelly sexually abusing girls. The man then turned the tape over to law enforcement, according to attorney Gloria Allred. She said her client, Gary Dennis would not discuss the specifics of the tape during a news conference. But MS Allred said it appears to show a separate incident from the ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse that Mr Kelly faces in Chicago. Though, she acknowledged she could not be a hundred percent certain that the man in the tape is our Kelly. So the avenue year, Avenir, whatever the guy that was the lawyer for stormy Daniels. He now are Kelly's lawyer to I guess, and I thought he was the one trying to bury our Kelly. I thought he he turned over the art and the first R Kelly sex says over the last week we've had five others individuals contacts tapes, they claim to show our Kelly having sex with underage girls under upon investigation. They don't and the individuals would have no reason to have such tape. Publicizing this evidence undermines the process. Kelley's attorney. Oh, wow. Yeah. Mr. Denison assistant in the nursing home said he was cleaning out a box of old, VHS tapes and his Pennsylvania home when he found the footage. He said that because the tape also sports game on it. He believes may have come from friend. Here's a quote from mister Dennis who found the tape to my shock and surprise are Kelly appear to be on the tape but not in concert. Instead, he was sexually abusing underaged African American girls. Now, how did he know their African American? How did they know? I don't know. He was watching the tape R Kelly or not what would you do if you find this tape? Yeah. I'd I don't know if it's a famous person that I would see how much I can sell it for. And if it's not a famous person, I'm burning it immediately. It's going to the incinerator..

How many times have you found pornography when you did not expect to find pornography? This has to have happened to people. We'll have I think I've told you guys the story before what happened was I was actually looking for pornography was me and my two best friends at the time. We were in seventh grade searching high and low four pornography. We're going through every closet and everything looked for magazines. And we find a box with free videotapes in. And we grab one of the tapes. We. Pop it in. And the first thing you see is like just bad camera work, and you see the sheets, and I kid you not. I the first thing I said was oh my God, your mom and dad have those same sheets, and then soon enough you hear moaning, and you hear whatever. And then the camera kind of gets set up and goes into focus, and there is one of my best friend's mom. Just getting plowed from behind by his step-dad clear as day, and it was. Not traditional sex. Thank you for cleaning. By what she was screaming. How long were you making this dude watches mom have sex? Dude. He ran he ran he ran out of the house. He cried he was traumatized, and you weren't there for your friend. Well, he'll litter I'm envisioning. He ran out the front door as fast as humanly possible. And we sat there, and you know, that's what you do you either. Do you can do one of two things one you can run or two you can kill all of your friends. Yeah. And that was the thing we sat there and watched it, you know, for a couple more minutes. Oh, yeah. You know, I was still troubled by just having today and see her and him around. And you think the parents ever knew that you had watched it unless he told them years later, he sadly died of drug overdoses fears back, but oh, no. I can only imagine that it was somewhat related. I mean, I would have done. I was like the Eddie Haskell when it came to my friends parents say, they always we they could see right through it, usually. So I probably would have been like. Mrs williams. How're you is is James let me go get him for you. Okay. What did you say drew nothin? I didn't say anything are you? Sure. Because it sounded like you said something. Go. Gimme for me. Yes. Sure. I'll be right that. Yeah. Thank you. And that's the thing that sticks out to me more. So than the visuals that I saw were just filthy filthy things that she was saying, and I mean at this point, this is your friend's mom. This is a mom may have never even heard her curse at that point. And here I am watching her say these the. Things about Oliver orifices. Well, now, we know why you turned into this kind of deviant probably had a hand in it. Good Anna mouth, what's up, Matt? Well, could you grab a live? How are you? I'm doing well. Drew, our you're awesome. Thank you. What's up? Good. I'm just curious, man. I'm not trying to be the devil's advocate or anything. But you you specified that the the women in the video in the R Kelly video what I'm referring to they were underage how how does anyone know what their ages? I dunno. I'm just reading what's in the story Surrey. They said they appear to be underage African American females. That's what he said. That is probably true. I mean, I just was curious. It's kind of weird thing to get get hung up on. Well, I I'm not up on it. I just I know you're very particular. And and you know, it just it kind of shocked me that you even through that in there because throwing thing in I'm reading the news story verbatim. As it is online. Either way. I don't know how anyone would know their age, sir. Have you heard anything in the news about R Kelly recently, he he normally just hooks up with underage girls? If you know, but that's obvious thing. I'm very aware of the story of R Kelly. So and I don't know what your radio background is. But if you're reading a news story where they are quoting the guy who found the tape, and he said quote to my shock and surprise R Kelly appeared to be on the tape and not in concert. It said he was sexually abusing underaged African American girls. You would what left out the word under a clear on the radio. I don't know. I probably would have left that that part out because that guy nor yourself. No, they so I would have probably read the article leaving out the under age part. But then you'd be misquoting. But then you'd be misquoting him. Maybe I would. Yeah. I mean, maybe that's one of the many reasons you're not on the radio. Instead, you're consuming my product and choosing to call me with something that we're talking about. Yeah. Whatever. Addict. I'm just you know. Why you continue to to you know, say that as well. But it's was underage to give facts. Yes. To give facts about the story. That's right. Are you an R Kelly fan? Not really actually, I'm I'm starting to say I was back in the day before any of this was brought to light. But no, I think it's disgusting. You know, what he's done and what he's been doing? I'm just simply asking where where did anyone, you know? How does anyone know the specific age? No one knows. But yeah, they're quick to say underage girls. I understand that his reputation is with underage girls. But in this particular case, no one knows their age. But yeah, they're still did you see the videotaping in question. Did you somehow see the copy that Mr. Dennis? I did not know. So then you couldn't look at that tape and know by looking at them that they were underage, but you could certainly understand where maybe Mr. Dennis could look at the tape and ascertain that these girls one rage because maybe you have an inability to look at a fourteen year old girl versus a twenty one year old girl and tell the difference, but perhaps Mr. Dennis does I'm pretty sure a lot of people have that inability. I mean, especially nowadays, young girls. Don't look like they used to look so to speak. Now or scratching the surface? So how old do you think you should be allowed to have sex with girls? That's what we're getting to here is that you think are jelly has been on justly accused. 'cause you think it's morally okay tab sex with young girls. So how young girls do you prefer to have sex with really that? That's what you got out of all this. I mean, honestly, only a psychopath would call up and somehow challenge the part of the radio DJ who has a talk show host. He would why he would continue on with the story that you don't, you know, you don't know the facts. But yet you're saying on your platform with thousands of people listening that they were underage. Yeah. Because the guy who saw the tape said that it's underage. So that makes it that. That's what it is. That's what he said. It is. Yeah. Or maybe I would I don't know. Maybe check my sources a little better. No, I don't need to. He said it. I the sources the new store the Associated Press Denison assert an assistant at a nursing home said he was cleaning out a box of old VHS tapes. Inexpensively that's real that's that's reliable Dennis at a at a nursing home. Good day. Drew? That's a whole 'nother level of trolling. I think you just invented it. Seventy seven five seven nine one or two five societas press story out of New York. But MS Allred said it appears to show a separate incident from the ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse that Mr Kelly faces in Chicago, though, she acknowledged she could not be a hundred percent certain that the man in the tape is our Kelly. So the avenue avenue, whatever the guy that was the lawyer for stormy Daniels now r Kelly's lawyer to I guess and see I thought he was the one trying to bury our Kelly. I thought he he turned over the art and the I R Kelly sex he says over the last week with had five others individuals contacts with the tapes they claimed show R Kelly having sex underage girls under upon investigation. They don't and the individuals would have no reason to have such a tape. Publicizing this evidence undermines the process Kelley's attorney. Oh, wow. Yeah. Mr. Denison assistant in the nursing home said he was cleaning out of box of old VHS tapes, Pennsylvania home when he found the footage. He said that because the tape also as a sports game on it. He believes may have come from a friend. Here's a quote from mister Dennis who found the tape to my shock and surprise R Kelly appear to be on the tape but not in concert. Instead, he was sexually abusing underaged African American girls. Now, how did he know their African American? How did they know? He's the I don't know. He was watching the tape R Kelly or not what would you do if you find this tape? Yeah. I I don't know if it's a famous person that I would see how much I could sell it for. And if it's not a famous person, I'm burning it immediately. It's going to the incinerator. Yes, sir. Hey, what's what? What is this status guy doing with the type to begin with? What is it doing collection? Maybe bought at a garage sale you ever buy a VHS tape at a garage sale. Do you think you're buying a pistons bulls game from nineteen ninety three?.

"And keeping that consistently high level program is because Danny knows who was quarterback coach in associate head coach this past year yet going he goes, right? Yeah. With Manny Diaz to run that offense. Brent key who did a good job at the offense of line. He goes to Georgia Tech. I believe he's a Georgia Tech alum. So he joins Jeff Collins there, Josh Gaddis who I think was pretty well regarded both at Penn State as receivers coach Joe Moorhead. And then he was at Alabama's a co offense coordinator this past year, he moves onto Michigan. Where the assumption is. He will help to open up and perhaps modernize the Michigan offense. So more changes there. And I think he was pretty well regarded you saw how the Alabama receivers perform this year. So I imagine there was some part of that being his tutelage so Alabama especially on offense looks to be new in terms of the coaching staff defensively, I think some of that still in place, I believe Tosh LuPone may have had some of his play calling responsibilities adjusted later on in the season. So we'll see what happens with that defense. But Alabama with Steve Sarkissian reportedly chip long, perhaps also going into new direction temples new head coach is going to be rod Carey northern Illinois. So you'll remember temple hired. I believe you are familiar with Mr. Denison from his time at Oregon young dude linebackers coach at Oregon he will be the code offensive coordinator for Scott Satterfield and the cardinals and comes back to Louisville was at Louisville as a coach under Bobby patrol a couple years ago known to be a very good recruiter. So another seemingly solid move, by the way and under the radar move that I love so Utah lost their offense coordinator, Troy Taylor to believe Sacramento. "To our number two from Nichols. College in Dudley, Massachusetts. For those just joining us. Dudley Massachusetts, right down to the Connecticut border. It's a beautiful school campus. Two hundred acres. There are twelve hundred students here from all over New England all over the country for that matter, and they have a big emphasis not only on finance economics and accounting, but also on criminal Justice with leads us to our second hour of this edition of talk the vote, and we thank everybody who is here. We'll have lots of questions on this topic. We're going to talk about the state of recreational marijuana in Massachusetts. I think everyone in the audience knows that two years ago the voters in Massachusetts agreed to legalize recreational medical marijuana spent available here for some time recreational marijuana. And it was due to be available. I believe earlier this year. And I think there's been two deadlines that have been passed. We're going to get all of that. And we're gonna talk about not whether it's good, bad or indifferent. But we're going to talk about where it stands in the short term where it stands in the long term. Why is not available yet at it was as it was supposed to be and we have two different points of view. They may agree on a lot of things, but they come from at the issue from two very different perspectives. Michael Dundas, Michael is the president of a company that cultivates end manufacturers doesn't involve in retail. But you received the first license here in Massachusetts. So congratulations number one and tell us a little bit about your company. Michael, thanks very much for having me. Dan. Thanks, all of you for coming tonight. So my name is Mike Dundas on president and CEO of an organization called Sierra naturals. Naturals began its life in two thousand thirteen with the passage of the medical marijuana ballot initiative. We have three dispensaries one in Cambridge one in Somerville and wanna need them. Those are retail on the medical marijuana side. We operate cultivation and products manufacturing facility for cannabis and cannabis infused products in the town of Milford, Massachusetts. So we've also say cannabis infused products. Okay. That might be a phrase that some people are not familiar with. So give us an example of props some of your product line. So typically when we think of cannabis or marijuana we think of the dry plant material the leafy material, but cannabis can also be or the the chemical compounds in cannabis can also be extracted from the plant and then infused back into a variety of other types of administration methods. We've all heard of edibles the proverbial pot, brownie. That's just one of a of a wide variety of different products that cannabis. Compounds can be infused into. So when we talk about cannabis infused products are marijuana infused products. We're talking about vaporisers we're talking about edibles. We're talking about tinctures that you could drop under your tongue or even patches you could put on your arm all variety of different administration devices for marijuana all of which would get you a little high. Well, some fascist some of which would and some of which wouldn't it depends on the types of cannabinoid, which are these compounds found in the plant that are inside the particular administration device. So if it's THC which we've all heard about yes that would have a psychoactive effect. If you took it in higher dosages. So from a recreational aspect what product that would be infused would not the purpose of which were not to be get somewhere. Hi, my guess is that the majority of folks that are out there. Purchasing on the adult use for recreational market would be looking for the cannabinoid, right? All right. Okay. Let's get hit the chief it here for second day cheap. John Carmichael of Walpole Massachusetts, not that far from here. Chief welcome. How are you tonight? I'm good. Thank you. Tell us about what what I don't know problems. You might foresee coming down the line, you your department of Walpole beautiful community home of Joe Morgan. Anybody who's a Red Sox fan over the age of forty notes? Joe Morgan Morgan magic tell us about what problems you're potentially anticipated. Sure. Well, I let me just tell you how I got into this PO deal it started in college. And I happen to have written my thesis for my master's degree on the decriminalization of marijuana. Never thinking that it would circle back around. But it did when Massachusetts. Yeah. I was a little pressured two thousand eight decriminalize it two thousand twelve we passed medical marijuana. And I got involved with the original draft regulations to help with security of the register marijuana dispensaries. And then it was on the original selection committee that chose the the first dispensaries across Massachusetts. And I've seen applications from Mr. Denison. An amazing job with the security requirements public health and public safety, safety wise. So that was very good. And then ultimately rolled into my role now on the cannabis advisory board. I will tell you that I will be up front that I was against decriminalization medical marijuana and legalization. But I understand that. This is what Massachusetts wanted to do. This is the direction that we wanted to go. So I looked at it as you know, I have to take my personal perspective out of it. And now focus on what we have to do here in Massachusetts to make it. Right. So if we're gonna going to legalize recreational use, then we need to make sure that we have all the safeguards security mechanisms. Public health and public safety at the forefront. As I said there may be some agreement up here. That's that might surprise some of you. Let's let's see we're going to go to questions, I promise. But I think we'll do is. We'll take a quick break because I want to get as many questions as possible. They are here to provide information the not here to debate whether or not the ballot initiative in twenty sixteen was a good idea or a bad idea that's in the review mirror again. We may take some questions some calls at home, but not until the second half hour so forbear from calling in. I'd like to get a question or two from from a telephone caller. But we want to get as many of the folks in the audience tonight right now as possible we're going to do that. We're going to start that right? After this break we're at Nichols. College in Dudley, Massachusetts, we got a.

"Can only tell you as it was quoted in the pleadings, but and stormy Daniels has not had to reply to this yet. So we will be watching to see what her legal responses. It's going to be tough. Why are we saying it was a federal thing though. I thought she said it was in a district of California. It's the US district court for the central district of California federal court in California. Oh, okay. I didn't know what's all right. Rookie mistake. I don't know. I, I don't exactly know what that means, how it's federal court. Yeah, it's in the US district court. California has several different US district courts. So it is in a federal district trial court sitting in California. And the reason for that is because there is diversity citizen and write it exceeds seventy dollars right? Mixon just the way you had said that every time they owe the California Cal fire. I think I'd just associated like be happening in California. It is, but it's it's a federal court sitting in California's, like it's good to clarify that. Right? Like if I have misled our other listeners, so federal courts are courts of limited jurisdiction and they're going to be very receptive to the idea that, yeah, we don't. We don't have to resolve this would now be there's no declaratory judgment to resolve against Donald Trump because everything that they want declared, he's now said under oath in a covenant that that he won't do it. So this isn't just a clarify, this isn't him having gotten out of stormies dilemma like the, you know, the. Because that was the original setup where he had to do either one thing or the other any both was bad right now. It sounding like this isn't an injury was wrong? Is it? Oh, no. Look this disclaims that the settlement agreement has any legal effect with respect to Donald Trump, which means that Michael ovens can peel back that sticker and show that it says under David Denison that it says Donald Trump and that will force Trump into the position of saying, well, you know, I didn't. I know I loved this nonsense thing like, well, okay. So our position is, you know, we're sad that they can't seem to find the actual defendant this Mr. Denison. So we'll just we'll just kind of fill in just like, just we don't want him to be only in court, so we'll is not us, but you know, I will. Participate, but here's here's the practical implications. If Trump is dismissed as a party, it may still proceed against essential consultants and Michael Cohen. We don't know what they will do at minimum. The libel suit will maintain against Michael Cohen. And stormy Daniels will seek discovery from Donald Trump as a related party, but he will no longer be a party to the litigation and different standards apply. And you could see a court saying, well, you know, if if if Donald Trump were a defendant, yes, he would have to respond. You would have to answer discovery. He would have to appear. You'd get to take his deposition if he's not a party to this case, any longer than he no longer has to rethink the value to be gained from getting his testimony is outweighed by the inconvenience and the harm to Donald Trump. That's what the game is here. That's what they're trying to do. And that's why we will be continuing to watch. Stormy Daniels heroes dorm watch. Okay. Yeah, I'm glad for the update. Interesting does seem like a little bit of wiggling, but ultimately he's still David, doesn't. That much is clear. All right. It's time for our co-favourite segment of the week. That's right. We've gotta think our new patrons over patriots dot.
