"Its own personal political law firm to do its bidding under aig barr and others And so the transition to biden and merrick garland. It was merrick garland in his department of justice. Not just I guess it was. The last month freed people to testify cloud. So i'm going to reserve judgment and try to understand why it is that mr rosen didn't come forward sooner but i certainly thank him for doing two things coming forward now and holding the line when the president of the united states states urged and his deputy to simply call corrupt and leave the rest to me and my republican congressman friends. Mr rosen held the line there. Yes one last question. will we ever see. Do you think criminal charges against donald trump and his top aides. And if not on we saying to americans to the world that yes somebody is beyond the law. in america i'd also risking another coup attempt in the future. I don't know the answer to your question. I certainly know that we have many folks looking at criminal charges and it sure seems as though charges should be brought in many cases in many levels. But what this points out is something else that happens this week and i wanna compare and contrast value system between democrats who in the face of mr cuomo's difficulties troubles and behaviors came forward after they saw the independent ag report and said he must resign. He does not represent the values of a public servant. He created a toxic work environment. He sexually harassed Members of his staff jammer kratz came out including the president of the united states. And said you got to resign. What have republicans like mark meadows done. "Times former soon to be former governor cuomo of york as he announced his resignation boy. I didn't see that coming. I didn't think that his ego would ever permit him to even consider resigning. He is known. I mean you know. He's been in this post trying to live up to his father's legacy as a three term governor For quite some time. He almost made three terms but fell just a little bit short as a result of this report that was put out to buy. New york attorney. General latisha. jane's laying out and it was a bombshell report laying out those allegations against the governor by eleven women who worked for him but just on the flip side of the script if he is as innocent as he maintains he is saying. I'm just italian. I'm not a pervert. Just like a who else. Can you insult on your way out the door. But he's oblivious to it right but if he is innocent as he says he is shouldn't have a chance to defend himself. Sure i mean. He resigned under considerable pressure yesterday while protesting his innocence of sexual harassment. And well with mr cuomo insisting that the allegations against him are their weight. Whatever happened to listen to women. Accountability might have been better served if he had been able to defend himself in an impeachment. Now as you're aware the bottom fell out of komo's political support last week. You even have. President biden calling for his resignation by responding to this resignation. Well it was. It was rather odd because he said that. Well mr cuomo had done so very much for the state and if you look at infrastructure i suppose that argument does hold some water but then he went on to say but he sad he said about the resignation. Will you just call for his resignation just days ago but once again. The bottom falling out of cuomo's political support last week after this Bombshell report was released. But once again ever the victim cuomo saying yesterday. I truly believe it is politically motivated. Even as he resigned. Yea cuomo's lower lawyer. Read glavin arguing days before his resignation. According to a piece by the editorial board out of the wall street journal that investigators actually bent shaped fashioned their investigation to fit a predetermined conclusion. But even mr cuomo didn't allege that the charges came out of thin air in my mind he said i'd never crossed the line with anyone but i didn't realize the extent to which the line has been we redrawn and we talked a little bit about that statement in the first segment in which i made the sers vacation that that line obviously a very high bar but this line was redrawn by none other than governor andrew cuomo as the editorial board wall street journal says he literally held the pen if the lines were indeed redrawn. Think about this twenty one thousand nine hundred. He signed a law lowering the threshold for sexual harassment under new york law and in two thousand fifteen. He signed a law making it easier to find new york. College students responsible for.

Cuomo Crumbles: Good Riddance to the Corrupt New York Governor

"Is what he wrote in his book while the crisis was still going on people who call themselves. Progressives must be examples of why americans should trust us. Their service must be honorable and productive. They must be willing and able to make hard choices to effect. Change and deliver results. They must make things better if they failed to do that. Or one reason the other they set the progressive 'cause back and they give americans more reason to distrust us. He writes on page fifty six. I'm part of the system. Because i want to change the system. You need part of the system to be the most effective in changing it. But don't ever suggest that. I'm part of the failure in the system. I consider myself a counter politician. That may sound like a nuanced difference but to me. It's all the difference in the world page two thirty nine. He says accountability matters. If you don't want to be accountable you shouldn't be in a government position. Well i guess you have now lived that out. mr cuomo. Don't want to be accountable. And you're no longer going to be in a government position. He says. I've learned something as i've gotten older. Ultimately the truth wins out. He says it still amazes me and heartens me that people just want the truth competence and confidence from their leaders. It's all about the details and achieving results especially when it's life or death making the bureaucracy work unbelievable hubris. I understand why some state governments in the federal government ran from the challenge. It's really hard. We'll andrew cuomo. I won't be able to continue forward on this season of. Adt she added. Life doesn't always give breaks to those that deserve it but we knew that already why the human interest stories like jane's so often make the news there's something intrinsic innis the values people as individuals part of what it means to be made in god's image as recognizing that others are also made in. God's have mitch. This is why reports that new york governor andrew cuomo sexually harassed multiple women are so troubling. According to the new york times report released yesterday by new york. State attorney general letitia james said that mr cuomo and his aides cultivated a toxic work culture in his office. Miss james stated quote. The independent investigation found the governor cuomo harassed multiple women many of whom were young women by engaging in unwanted groping kisses hugging and by making inappropriate comments. Shortly after the hundred and sixty five page report was released the albany county district attorney said in a statement that his office was conducting an investigation into mr cuomo's behavior the speaker of the state assembly. Which has the power to impeach. Mr cuomo stated that the assembly would undertake quote and in-depth examination of the report and its corresponding exhibits. He added that quote. We will have much more to say in the near future. President biden responded by calling on governor cuomo to resign from office. The governor's afford neighboring states. Joined senate majority leader charles schumer and new york city mayor bill de blasio in demanding the cuomo step down as well. Mr cuomo reiterated his contention that he has never touched any one inappropriately declaring that quote. The facts are much different from what has been portrayed. He also defended his office as a high pressure demanding workplace but not a toxic environment in psalm. Forty three we find this honest and urgent prayer in verse. One vindicate me. Oh god and defend my cause against an people from the deceitful and unjust man deliver me. The psalmist can ask this of god because he knows that god cares about his. 'cause he continues in verse to you are the god in whom i take refuge then however he adds these words. Why have you rejected me. Why do i go about morning. Because of the oppression of the enemy. This prayer was recorded in scripture. The model the kind of honesty you and i can bring to our father and isaiah one eighteen. The lord calls us to reason together. The hebrew could be literally translated. Argue it out from job. To jesus we find spiritual giants whose doubts in cries of pain to god are preserved in god's word for us whether you're struggling with physical disease like jane barchewsky dealing with the kind of harassment. Governor cuomo is alleged to have committed in foster or suffering in some other way. You can be as honest with god as the biblical psalmist one way. God redeems are suffering is by using it to strengthen our dependence on himself. Israel's defeating aids described in joshua seven caused them to confess their sins and turn to god for deliverance. Paul thorn in the flesh as described in second corinthians twelve nine taught him to trust. God's power made perfect in weakness. I wrote a website article yesterday about the great american hero restaurant in our area. That's closing because it's quote to successful in the article. I quoted one of my favorite statements. From oswald chamber's my utmost for his highest quote. God does not give us overcoming life. He gives us life as we overcome. The strain is the strength. If there is no strain there is no strength. I also wrote a website article yesterday about bruce springsteen's daughter in the olympics ended. I noted that the best way to experience. God's unconditional love for us is to stay connected to his love throughout the day in prayer and worship this is just what the psalmist dead after expressing his pain and doubts he prays in verse three. Send out your light and your truth. Let them lead me. Let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling like the psalmist. You can ask for light and truth from god today you can follow them into his holy presence. Wherever you are. If you do you'll be able to testify with the rider verse. Four then i will go to the alter of god to god mike seeding joy and i will praise you with a liar. Oh god my god. In stark contrast to the way as prayer begins is experience with god's presence leads him to conclude in verse five. Why are you cast down. Oh my soul and why are you in turmoil within me. Hope in god for i shall again praise him my salvation and my god whatever challenges. You were facing. Will you hope in god today and then this note i commented yesterday on twitter about a man duct tape to an airline seat. Tesla's driver assist system. That thought the moon was ill. Sexual Harassment Claims Against New York Gov. Cuomo: What We Know So Far

"I Way didn't even need to get to this point with Andrew Cuomo to realize that he needs to resign and he needs to go. This started way back in this one has nothing to do with sexual assault rustling 105 50 K of why I appreciate you. Being with us. This is an absolute I would say It's a shock, but it can't be because the guys is too greasy punk, and it's not really surprising learning the tactics that him and his staff used. To essentially eliminate any any threat of a claim. The first woman who came out and accused Cuomo of sexual harassment was back in December. It was done on Twitter. And the media didn't really jump on. They were like, Well, let's cover this who Let's cover this, which is also a departure from the meat to movement. And if you're looking for signs the Democrats never really cared as a party. About me too. This is more evidence of it. And there was reasons why, you know, going back years. They didn't care about it. Like everybody knew. Harvey Weinstein was a scumbag. Even I knew I didn't even work in Hollywood. But I knew the rumors about Harvey Weinstein. And the fact that the Democrats ignored it because he was a big fundraiser for them. There's pictures of Harvey Weinstein with every prominent Democrat, probably for the last 20 years. Finally, like, Oh, crap. These allegations are bad. There's this public relations campaign to try to make Harvey Weinstein not look as bad as he Woz. That's what Andrew Cuomo's office tried to do, but it's how they did it that Mike was alluding to this is reason enough. Cuomo should resign. So Lindsay Boylan was her name. In December. When the tweets came out with Cuomo's office did is they wrote a letter. And they attached Lindsay Boylan's personnel file to that letter, and they started handing it out to all the news and paper organizations. New York Times Washington Anyone they knew to try to downplay What she did and what she claimed. They said in the letter, which Mr Cuomo The New York Times is reporting helped write weaponizing a claim of sexual harassment for personal political gain or to achieve notoriety cannot be tolerant. Tolerated false claims demean the veracity of credible claims. So he tried to bully the woman by releasing private personnel files to the newspaper hoping the newspaper would go through, like all well, she had a couple of problems. Couple of write ups so we can't take this seriously. Luckily, the newspapers didn't run with it. The fact that this is how politics works is the part that makes you go. Cuomo's a scumbag. Well, he is a scumbag and the personal gain what they were doing, essentially, Woz. Telling the News outlets. That there might be something off. There might be something you'll get pinched with later on, so stay away from the story. I think they went away with it, Not because I mean they didn't run with it, Not because they know he's a scumbag. Everybody does. But the what they realized was oh, with this kind of stuff that we're seeing. You know what? I'm not going to touch that story. That's it is more. I just want to see why a Really do anything else because you know again, it's tough to prove these things, because if you only have one source, and you say it, do you run with it, And then, of course, the second woman came out and in said it after Lindsay wrote more of a detailed description that we talk to you about a few weeks ago, and the second one came out. Then the third woman came up to seven women now that have accused Cuomo of harassment. And there's a whole bunch of other women, a couple of a dozen other women who said they didn't necessary harass me, but he asked inappropriate questions. He touched me all the time, and I didn't really like it. I didn't know who to turn to It's so bad that the fact that there were reports on Cuomo while he was the governor. For these types of things. They went to his senior aides, and they said, Look, this guy's a pain in my butt. He's touching me. He's asking me about sex. It's disgusting. It was never stopped. I mean, what happens in the normal place of business like of I accuse Mike of sexual harassment. I go to HR and I say, Hey, Mike is sexually harassing me. I won't tell him I liked it. Get close. Yeah, I'm just saying, you know. And then there's a process that follows. After that. There's a follow up process. There's you know, investigations that happen if the claims air, credible and serious enough and then it's on your file, and then you get the warning. And, you know, we've known people that have had warnings in their past two from HR. Yes, it's taken very seriously by the by the corporate world. Joe Biden last night was asked if these these allegations are true. Should he resign? Yes. I think you probably end up being prosecuted too Well, okay. A strong stance from President Biden, if if if the investigation is that true, Cuomo responded to that. If you you committed a crime, you can be prosecuted. That's true. But what President Biden said Wasps. We should do an investigation over. I'm looking it up here. Hold on. One thing. I think we figured out. Let me look through my law Stack here, Hank. Thank you. Oh. Sexual assault is a crime. Okay? Yes. Sexual assault still is a crime. So, yes, he could be prosecuted for this. And he should be prosecuted for that. There'd be nothing better for me to

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Facing Impeachment Investigation

"The governor once again. The he had done anything inappropriate. He said that he had not abused anybody but he acknowledged that perhaps People took it negatively post for them with a picture. He said he's sorry for making anybody uncomfortable. But right now. He's trying to forge ahead defy despite pressure all around him. What about the reporting on his staff and the nursing homes will governor. Cuomo himself has not addressed the report about his aides and allies. Making contact with other former staffers but rich as a party. A senior adviser said that it was an effort that happened organically and regularly there are conversations with former staffers. Governor cuomo has responded to criticism over his handling of nursing home situations by saying that the state's actions were taken to preserve hospital capacity and that they were consistent with federal guidance at the time. The state is cooperating. The governor and his lawyers have said with federal inquiries into the nursing home matter and the state has said that in the instances where it held back some data from the public it did so out of concern for the accuracy of those data and a desire to not misrepresent what had happened now as you mentioned the new york state assembly including many democrats members of the governor's own party say they are launching an impeachment investigation into these allegations. How would that work. And what would the time line be going forward there. There's very little guidance on how it would work or a timeline. As the last time in new york governor was impeached was in nineteen thirteen. The state doesn't give a standard in its constitution the way the federal government has the high crimes and misdemeanors standard. So what would have to happen. Is members of the state. Assembly would have to consider a resolution of with articles of impeachment if it passed by a majority in that one hundred fifty member democrat dominated house. It would initiate a trial and if convicted by two thirds of the people present for the trial. Mr cuomo would be removed from office. Thing that it's important to note. Is that under new york law. Even upon the act of impeachment state law provides that governor cuomo would lose the executive powers that are currently afforded to his office. What we heard from the leaders of the state assembly on thursday is that the chamber's judiciary committee would move forward with an investigation that would have the ability to issue subpoenas hear testimony from witnesses. Consider documents about both the accusations of inappropriate workplace behavior as well as the concerns over covid nineteen state nursing homes which is also being looked at by federal prosecutors based in brooklyn. Jimmy governor cuomo emerged as a national leader during the pandemic and now a year later. This is a much different reality. his facing. yes that's right. What's remarkable about what's happening to governor cuomo now is that. He's arguably at his lowest of lows in his four decade long political career. And it's coming immediately. After a high. In the early days of the pandemic governor cuomo gained national prominence for daily briefings about the corona virus. He placed himself and a circle of close. Top Cuomo aides reportedly altered nursing home deaths data

"Now let's add this to the pile overnight. The New York Times is reporting that Andrew Cuomo's AIDS rewrote a nursing home report in June of last year. To hide the higher death toll. They were told by the Department of Health in the state that more than 9000 people have died in nursing homes. By that point in June. The report was not yet public. And when the governor's senior aides discovered the number in the report, they edited it to take the number out, according to both interviews and documents that were reviewed by The New York Times. The New York Times refers to it as an extraordinary intervention. Which came as Mr Cuomo was starting to write a book on his pandemic achievements, and they claim it was the earliest act yet known in what critics have called a months long effort by the governor and his aides to obscure the full scope of nursing home death. That's a lie on by the way on behalf on the part of the New York Times, That is not the earliest that anyone knew. Cuomo's administration was meddling with the numbers. There was a report out of the daily caller in May, written by a great journalist, Andrew Kerr, who had spoken to the New York State Department of Health, and they told him at the time that they were beginning to reclassify nursing home deaths if the resident of the nursing home died en route to the hospital. In other words, In the ambulance or at the hospital itself. They wouldn't be considered a nursing home death. They were being removed from those numbers. So when the governor comes out and says things like, well, we counted all of the deaths. So what's the big deal? Why is it a scandal? No, no, no. You were carving out a certain percentage of those death to obscure where they occurred. And that's in the nursing homes and that was known early last year. The press, including the New York Times, ignored it. And now the New York Times is playing some catch up in claiming well in June, we now know The government's ate. The governor's aides were deleting references to the

"Did it already? That's the law and orange on in a red zone. Follow the facts. Confused. Well, then you're confused. I'm confusing and I'll tell you what you're still parents are still confused This wealth this they're not so sure. You're confused. I think the reason law refused this well read the law. Good thing Janice that he's not being defensive. E. And you know what guy? I bet your people and asked in the nursing home question a little bit more. We get that same kind of answer. How dare you ask me that offensive obnoxious. Doubting me and I they're afraid to ask him because that's the type of person that you get when you poke the bear a little bit too hard. Um, so I think we're seeing seeing those true colors now. The fact that he continues, you know, and I don't know if you've spoken about this today, but you know the whole vaccine issue with the president. Um, the fact that he doesn't want that vaccine to come to New York because it's under Trumps rule and that it's gone too fast that he didn't want that vaccine here in New York, and then the president says Well, then, okay. You don't want the vaccine. I won't give you the vaccine until Mr Cuomo says it's okay. And then a few hours later, foremost thing but Trump, But Trump will give me the vaccine. I'm gonna sue him. You know, it's just It's unbelievable that this is the leader of New York state. It's just absolutely unbelievable to me that this is this is the guy that we have, and only option even some in the clearly left leaning press in New York and nationally. Have started to wince at Cuomo's performance. Yesterday, For example, in that press conference, his Anti science lunacy and political posturing on the vaccine. As you pointed out, there's a whole piece in the New Yorker of all places being like, Yeah, this is this is dangerous and bad and dumb. What Cuomo's doing So you know, maybe Belatedly. Some people are opening their eyes to what a fraud this guy is. But not enough people are not soon enough. And you know that's not because of any lack of effort from our gas. Janice Dean has really been all over this. She's our meteorologist, senior meteorologist at Fox News. Her book is mostly sunny. But Stephen mostly angry on this, and I can't blame her. Janice. I appreciate you taking the time today and I'm sure we'll talk again soon. Guy. Thank you so much. And thank you to your audience is well for following this story with us. You bet. No, it's it's. As I said at the top. It's the least we can do. Janice Dean on the guy Benson Show, which continues right after this. Guy invents and show more next. The world is a very confusing place right now. Good things bad things all at once. I don't know what's going to happen. You know what? Nobody knows what's gonna happen. I worry about the stock market. How our dollar is gonna fare through all of this. One thing that puts my mind at ease is knowing that I could get real gold and silver from the Oxford Gold Group. If you haven't purchased gold, two silver yet now, maybe the time if you have purchased gold, it's over already. "What's the poll question one of the results thus far, which one of these governors has done the worst job during the panic. Charlie Baker, Andrew Cuomo, Janet Mills, Phil Murphy. Or Gretchen Whitmer. I'm voting for Cuomo. Cuomo was in the lead at 54% 2nd place is Gretchen Whitmer, 19, Charlie Baker at 16 Generals and nine and Phil Murphy holding it too. We must have a big Midwestern audience today. Lot of people listening in the Detroit area. Glad. Glad to have you on board. I mean, she deserves it, but it's usually I don't we don't think of her as being in the at the top of mind. Plus, she's dealing with a big A big Natives are restless movement herself over the high school football. People are crazy. Apparently, they're allowing their allowing cheerleading to go on in Michigan. No football games, so you could just have cheerleaders out. I guess there you know that No one's on the field, but they can lead the cheers. Comes the recurring question. Does this make any sense? Doesn't make the slightest bit of sense. No, it doesn't. A Justice Department probe will examine New York's cove in 19 s. I just want to read you a little bit about this just to write. Refresh. Refresh your Joe Biden were flesh. Refresh your recollection. New Yorkers may finally get an honest accounting of what happened in New York, thanks to the Trump Justice Department. Justice on Wednesday sent letters toe Mr Cuomo and the governors of Michigan. That's Whitmer, Pennsylvania, Wolf and New Jersey. Murphy requesting virus data from their nursing homes. To recap from the Wall Street Journal. Mr Cuomo decreed on March 25th that quote. No resident shall be denied re admission or admission to a nursing home Unquote because of a virus diagnosis. Any prohibited Holmes quote from requiring a hospitalized resident who was determined medically stable to be tested for the virus before admission. The other governors issued similar orders. How many people did this kill? Mr Cuomo continued to send recovering covert patients back to nursing homes. Even when there were plenty of Serge beds, both in a U. S Navy hospital ship on the Hudson River and the Javits Center Hospital that the Trump administration built. Ah, Brooklyn nursing home on April, 9th asked the state the transfer vulnerable patients to those field hospitals. Mr Cuomo refused. Mr Cuomo's administration has reported on Ly deaths that occur well in the nursing home 6600 that's still more than Massachusetts. Well. Other homes report the total number of nursing home residents who die Many die in hospitals nursing home in the Bronx at the state counted only four of its 21 resident deaths. Associated Press is reporting the state health officials in New York Surveys show that there are 13,000 Mohr empty nursing home beds this year than expected. 13,000 empty beds that weren't expected. So this The obvious inference is that there are 13,000 people that were in the nursing homes who died. Not 6600. And so, of course, Cuomo was claiming this is a politicized investigation of Democrat governors. But the Civil rights of Institutionalized persons Act that's a bit I never heard of it, but that's a law Civil rights of Institutionalized Persons Act. Protects nursing home residents on March 3rd. This was before form awarded the the covert 19 patients back into the nursing homes there by setting off the slaughter. On March, 3rd Justice announced the probe to examine long term facilities with complaints of gross abuse and negligence. Policy. Mistakes are goingto happen in a panic, especially amid early uncertainty. But Mr Cuomo refuses to acknowledge his deadly mistakes while scolding the Trump administration and Republican governors. Maybe just this. Confine Aly provide some political accountability. I certainly hope so. I wouldn't mind seeing Justice Department investigate Charlie Parker mean I know they're investigating the Holyoke soldiers on where 76 veterans died after After Baker and.

My comment is on Mr Cuomo's newest book he plans to release Sources say. The titled book, If you'd like to know is how I killed over 6000 Innocent New York seniors and the subtitle is How to destroy New York City by defunding the police and releasing dangerous criminal right. We would have been better off with Bill. I mean, Eric, but anyway no thanks for calling this very good. The books already outdated, It turns out it's 12,000 seniors. He killed, not 6000 job are that that's true, right? He's writing a book. Oh, he definitely writing a book. Yeah, it's writing a book about how great my accomplishments, but it's more like a pamphlet. Actually, he's writing a book about what a great job he did. This's Andrew Cuomo. That's like Ah, What's his name? James Comey, who in the middle of getting investigated, indicted, got caught in all kinds of corrupt, wrote a book called Ah, Higher Honor. Remember that book, he wrote? This's like Bernie Madoff writing an accounting. I mean, it's absolutely ridiculous that they get away with that stuff. Let's go to Ah, Joe, who's calling from Long Island, Joe, How you doing? Fine. Thank you, Marc. I just wanted to make very depressed. What's the murder? I just wanted to make a comment about something that's mixed with otherwise known as Kamala Harris said when she was claim that President Trump ruined ruined the Obama economy. First of all, the Obama economy was already in the toilet when from took over. He brought it back and When this virus is over, and as far as I'm concerned, it is Do you want to go back to the economy you had under trump? Do you want to continue? The prosperity had under Trump, you know, under its very good, Thanks for calling. That's a good way to put it. You want to go back to Obama's economy or Trump's economy? It was pretty. Hey, by the way, you know, Kamala Harris is kind of dumb, right? You do know that You know, they keep talking like she's some sort of great legal minds. You know, she flunked the bar exam in California. She's one of those people had to take out a few times before she got it. Not too bright. Let's go. Teo Vincent in Brooklyn Vincent, how you doing? Good morning Market Make Kamala Harris couldn't sleep all the professors on one of the proctors. Who has given out a bar exam, something that she couldn't get over mark in regards to the decline of New York City in New York state and all these Democratic, uh run cities with his riots. Several weeks ago on a financial advice show that as on Saturday mornings on W. A law the conductor of the show, put pose this question to the audience and to people like us, unfortunately, is in New York City, he said. Why would anyone want to go and live in New York where you're gonna pay Hyah taxes? You're going to pay Ah, lot of money to rent an apartment and or buy a co op for house. Uh, And most of all, you're not going to be protected by the legislators who swore to protect you Who the legislators are gonna protect. The Rob is the mug is the junkies. And all the degenerates that occupy in the front off all these hotels on the Upper West Side, he says. Why would you want to come to New York L, a Minnesota and start a family or the dead? And Mark the guy's right. He was posing this question to anybody who let's say got out of business school got their masters. Always thinking about coming to New York. I mean, the only reason is if you're in show business, television or high finance, Even now, you could do a lot of that stuff that I find it. You could do for me the Holman you computer. Oh, yeah. Hey, show business be happy to move out of New York with the first thing that happens, they move somewhere else. There's no unions. The costs go down by 75%. That's why you see CNBC in New Jersey. And that's why people move out of New York to save a lot of money. But Vincent a certain Why, but certainly, yes, you But let me ask you a question. Certain organizations make a lot of money off People Restaurants strip club. They gotta go through certain supplies that what are they going to do that these organizations will lose. A lot of money will reinvent themselves. As Michael Corley only said in 10 years, the Corleone family will be mainly legit Mark except they've been saying that for now, but they're always saying never had. Well, well, they they got their front organizations where people you know longer money, like in Italy, and everything gets all over half of all over the place all over the world. Just reinvent them. So and people like the Blasio I'm gonna present in Cuomo plenty opportunities because Exactly because people are in dire straits. Right? That's a good good point. Vincent. Thanks for calling. He's right. They reinvent themselves. They'll go into the body bag business with the Blasio Spare. Hey, when we come back Gregg Jarrett. He's the best legal analyst in low world. "To me that Mr Cuomo when it comes to centralize government leadership he's always going to court to fight the president United of the United States and its environmental protection agency defied the president the United States and his immigration decisions fight the president United States on sanctuary cities but here he wants a national top down directives now when it comes to decide now when it comes to all the things that Cuomo disagrees with there he wants complete independence when it comes to this he wants centralized decision making but what does he think the federal government will be able to make better decisions then he will offer the state of New York when his case maybe a well but you know what I mean and these blue state leftwing governors and legislatures we're off to the races now they were off to the races are let me give another example in the present United States put in place a ban of immigrants or visitors coming from communist China was Cuomo in support of it was called once a part of that the governor of California but the governor Illinois how about a no they hated it so they're not really looking for decisions by the present United States they're looking for money because they spent their budgets they don't have a rainy day fund there well over there by the they they have nothing what would be interesting is if we found out if any of these governors we're ready for a pandemic you know they have their own health offices and they have their own bureaucracies to deal with issues and so forth be interesting to know how new York's has conducted itself maybe it's been great our California or Illinois or any of the rest of the anyway it is a sickening sickening thank with this governor to say China looked at China for national leadership and look how well China did ladies and gentleman their top doctors who are pointing out what was taking place they disappeared they're independent journalists we have very few citizen journalist disappeared it's been a major cover up dragging people out of their homes dragging them out of their homes this is this is this what Cuomo's talking about ten go you look at the countries who are hand over several years China South Korea and France Italy they will all handled by national leadership China South Korea and Italy are not set up like the United States and that's a good thing it's a good thing all the best decisions are not going to come from Washington DC we may get some great decisions from governors in the various states that's the truth this idea of decentralized decision making I'm not talking about in every instance but I'm not talking about centralized decision making in every instance either it's about this idea that we may get some great ideas how to the states and localities we may get a lot of great ideas and advancements of our private sector is foreign to the corner of the world go ahead national problem it cannot be done tell me what the problem is not a national problem to the left they were nationalized health care climate change they want a green new deal they're in our bedrooms they're in our homes there in our cars telling us how many miles per gallon we can get now if you're taking a shower lately but they actually control how much water comes out of the shower head I go on and on and on everything for the left is a national decision except of course when it comes to decisions they don't agree with them they want local and state autonomy go ahead meal master you need federal parameters to stop the national patchwork of density reduction clothes to make them me said they have national guidelines I'm watching these daily press events with the president and or vice president I'm listening to the experts maybe the governor should watch this to they're giving national guidelines but ladies and Jeff I'm the governor and I think things need to be done in my state why am I wait around for anybody else I'm the chief executive of my state I can make these decisions I have my own effectively CDC my own scientific experts it wasn't that long ago when the communist York city was saying Hey we got great science guys here give us our heads let us do our own testing one finally they got there they didn't want centralized decision making but your governors are making tough decisions and I'm not whining like Disentis in Florida I happen to know because I watch the senators in Florida is terrific and others go ahead national interviews this morning and I was watching the national news for you see our whole hodgepodge of efforts being taken across the country the state is doing this the same as the rest of the city is doing this it's chaos no it's not chaos I'll give an example you've got a high concentration of this virus where did the one particular community in Washington state really they can actually market to a nursing home if on the local officials there nothing even the state officials say I got to deal with this situation on the ground it in my face I got to do a reality it may not be the same thing that's going on in Portland Maine but if I'm the mayor of the city council Portland Maine maybe I'm looking at this and maybe I want to make the same decisions but if the president making a decision he says look what's going on in the state of Washington now I'm gonna apply X. Y. Z. standard for the whole country that's not gonna work when it comes to federal authority airplanes in interstate commerce and all those things I get that I get that this is possibly maybe it is I'm I'm absolutely not sure an airborne disease whatever it is virus whatever it is the federal government's putting out guidance but the federal government's not perfect either and one of states are better able to handle this in their local communities it's not a Hodge podge just because you don't have the iron fist of a communist China and why would he point to soccer in Italy which were disasters most of it is I don't even understand that just because you live in I insisted you know it's amazing they choose trouble being a dictator S. son of a gun is a dictator does whatever you want she doesn't follow the rules he doesn't I don't care what the state staying with the thank you does whatever the hell he wants this guy nor is the law now they want a dictator I told you this last week they want a dictator unless of course he disagrees with that but they want a dictator they want the president to control the school systems the local restaurants the local bars it's amazing they want to control over taxi companies they want to control you name it because when you have a virus like this really affects everything all walks of life really most industries small and large so no that's it we need a national policy and national leader could you imagine this guy he's going to China it's scary so there's not even a debate on what a central government should and shouldn't do it should do everything and anything right and it may not even be right what it does let's take another one let's go to cut good time let's see yes cuttle Levin this is bill de Blasio Saturday and I miss LST hat tip rights group go here's a reality this is a war like situation where in a wartime scenario yes with Mar a Lago attitude leading to used by the federal government right it's it's so laid back and I don't understand it and by the way testing how about ventilators where is the federal government making sure that our hospitals have the ventilator is what I need where is the federal government when it comes to surgical masks getting them distributed where he this is a case for a nationalization and literally a nationalization of crucial factories and industries that could produce the medical supplies to prepare this country for what we need can you imagine he wants to nationalise crucial factories and industries crucial you see this is the this this is in the DNA of a left the DNA unfortunately of the Democrat party leaders Cuomo points the China among other places which is a genocidal regime that is handled this virus terrifically and it broke out in the war torn province and they covered it up in the store where scientists there the president a month ago off to send our best site to see if it won't do it now they're playing in the United States military for the virus that's what Cuomo points to and now the Blasi oh A. K. A. dicamillo says we need to nationalize crucial factor is an industry that's what we need to do and I bet a lot of people are listening to this subject yes we do that's what we need to do because then we'll get more masks and ventilators and respirators and all the rest no you won't no you won't that's terrible will be right back then.

governors and legislatures we're off to the races now they were off to the races are let me give another exam when the present United States put in place a ban of immigrants or visitors coming from communist China was Cuomo insubordinate what's called one supporter of the governor of California but the governor Illinois how about a no they hated it so they're not really looking for decisions by the present United States looking for money because they've spent their budgets they don't have a rainy day fund there well over there by the they they have nothing what would be interesting is if we found out if any of these governors we're ready for a pandemic you know they have their own health offices and they have their own bureaucracies to deal with issues and so forth be interesting to know how new York's has conducted itself maybe it's been great our California or Illinois or any of the rest of them anyway it is a sickening sickening thank with this governor to say China looked at China for national leadership and look how well China did ladies and gentleman their top doctors who are pointing out what was taking place they disappeared they're independent journalists we have very few citizen journalist disappeared it's been a major cover up dragging people out of their homes dragging them out of their homes this is this is this what Cuomo's talking about ten go you look at the country store handle restaurant here with China South Korea and France Italy they were all handled by national leadership China South Korea and Italy are not set up like the United States and that's a good thing it's a good thing all the best decisions are not going to come from Washington DC we may get some great decisions from governors in the various states that's the truth this idea of decentralized decision making I'm not talking about in every instance but I'm not talking about centralized decision making in every instance either it's about this idea that we may get some great ideas how to the states and localities we may get a lot of great ideas and advancements of our private sector is foreign to the corner of the world go ahead national problem it cannot be done tell me what problem is not a national problem to the left they were nationalized health care climate change they want a green new deal they're in our bedrooms they're in our homes there in our cars telling us how many miles per gallon we can get and if you take a shower lately but they actually control how much water comes out of the shower head I go on and on and on everything for the left is a national decision except of course when it comes to decisions they don't agree with them they want local and state autonomy go ahead meal master you need federal parameters to stop the national patchwork of density reduction close to me and I mean them the missing they have national guidelines I'm watching these daily press events with the president and our vice president I'm listening to the experts maybe the governor should watch this to they're giving national guidelines but ladies and gents if I'm a governor and I think things need to be done in my state why am I wait around for anybody else I'm the chief executive of my state I can make these decisions I have my own effectively CDC my own scientific experts it wasn't that long ago when the communist York city was saying Hey we got great science guys here give us our heads let us do our own testing one finally they got there they didn't want centralized decision making but you have governors are making tough decisions and I'm not whining like Disentis in Florida I happen to know because I watched a sentence in Florida is terrific and others go ahead national interviews this morning and I was watching the national news do you see a whole hodgepodge of efforts being taken across the country if this state is the best in the state is the mess the city is doing this it's chaos no it's not chaos I'll give an example you've got a high concentration of this virus where did the one particular community in Washington state really they can actually market to a nursing home if on the local officials there nothing even the state officials say I got to deal with this situation on the ground it in my face I got to do a reality it may not be the same thing that's going on in Portland Maine but if I'm the mayor of the city council Portland Maine maybe I'm looking at this and maybe I want to make the same decisions but if the president making a decision he says look what's going on in the state of Washington now I'm gonna apply X. Y. Z. standard for the whole country that's not gonna work when it comes to federal authority airplanes in interstate commerce and all those things I get that I get that this is possibly maybe it is I'm I'm absolutely not sure an airborne disease whatever it is virus whatever it is the governments putting out garbage but the federal government's not perfect either and what of states are better able to handle this in their local communities it's not a Hodge podge just because you don't have the iron fist of a communist China and why would he point to south Korean Italy which were disasters Mr because I don't even understand that just because you live in I insisted you know it's amazing they choose trouble being a dictator S. son of a gun is a dictator does whatever you want she doesn't follow the rules he doesn't I don't care at this stage thing with the thank you does whatever the hell he wants this guy nor is the law now they want a dictator I told you this last week they want a dictator unless of course he disagrees with them but they wanted dictator they want the president to control the school systems the local restaurants the local bars it's amazing they want to control uber taxi companies they want to control are you name it because when you have a virus like this really affects everything all walks of life really most industries small and large so under that we need a national policy and national leader can you imagine this guy he's going to China it's scary so there's not even a debate on what a central government should and shouldn't do it should do everything and anything right and it may not even be right what it does let's take another one let's go to cut what time let's see yes cuttle Levin this is bill de Blasio Saturday and I'm S. LSD hat tip right scoop go here's a reality this is a war like situation where in a wartime scenario yes with Mar a Lago attitude began to use by the federal government right it's it's so laid back and I don't understand it and by the way testing how about ventilators where is the federal government making sure that our hospitals have the ventilator is what I need where is the federal government when it comes to surgical masks getting them distributed where he this is a case for a nationalization and literally a nationalization of crucial factories and industries that could produce the medical supplies to prepare this country for what we need can you imagine he wants to nationalise crucial factories and industries crucial you see this is the this this is in the DNA of the left the DNA unfortunately of the Democrat party leaders Cuomo points the China among other places which is a genocidal regime that is handled this virus horrific Lee and it broke out in the war torn province and they covered it up in the store where scientists there the president a month ago off to send our best site to see if it won't do it now they're playing in the United States military for the virus that's what Cuomo points to and now the Blasi oh A. K. A. dicamillo says we need to nationalize crucial factor is an industry that's what we need to do and I bet a lot of people are listening to this and say yes we do that's what we need to do because then we'll get more masks and ventilators and respirators and all the rest no you won't no you won't it's terrible will be right back van thanks for listening to me on K. and S. "No it's interesting to me the Mr Cuomo when it comes to centralize government leadership he's always going to court to fight the president United of the United States and its environmental protection agency to fight the present in the United States and his immigration decisions fight the president United States on sanctuary cities but he really wants a national top down directives now when it comes to decide now when it comes to all the things that Cuomo disagrees with there he wants complete independence when it comes to this he wants centralized decision making but what does he think the federal government will be able to make better decisions than he worked for the state of New York on his case maybe a well but you know what I mean and these blue state leftwing governors and legislatures we're off to the races now they were off to the races are let me give another exam when the present United States put in place Hey Ben of immigrants or visitors coming from communist China was Cuomo insubordinate bush Gorman supporter of the governor of California but the governor Illinois how about a no they hated it so they're not really looking for decisions by the present United States looking for money because they've spent their budgets they don't have a rainy day fund there well over there by the they they have nothing what would be interesting is if we found that if any of these governors we're ready for a pandemic you know they have their own health offices and they have their own bureaucracies to deal with issues and so forth be interesting to know how new York's has conducted itself maybe it's been great our California or Illinois or any of the rest of the anyway it is a sickening sickening thank with this governor to say China looked at China for national leadership and look how well China did ladies and gentleman their top doctors who are pointing out what was taking place they disappeared they're independent journalists we have very few citizen journalist disappeared it's been a major cover up dragging people out of their homes dragging them out of their homes this is this is this what Cuomo's talking about cut ten go you look at the country store handover settled here with China South Korea and France Italy they will all handled by national leadership China South Korea and Italy are not set up like the United States and that's a good thing it's a good thing all the best decisions are not going to come from Washington DC we may get some great decisions from governors in the various states that's the truth this idea of decentralized decision making I'm not talking about in every instance but I'm not talking about centralized decision making in every instance either it's about this idea that we may get some great ideas how to the states and localities we may get a lot of great ideas and advancements of our private sector is foreign to the corner of the world go ahead national problem but it cannot be done tell me what the problem is not a national problem to the left they were nationalized.

"Yeah. The archdiocese the Bishop there in New York said of Mr. Cuomo that he is in violation of deeply long standing and a. The orthodox Catholic teachings when it comes to the unborn. When it comes to the value or the inestimable value of human life with this new provision that allows the murder of the on born almost up to the moment of birth. And you'll remember this was the same position taken by none other than former democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham ham Clinton, eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five eight hundred nine to three W D T K. It's the John McCullough show. Bills listening in Rochester Bill. Thanks so much for giving us. Call your comment. Hi, daryl. I'm gonna ask the silliest question. Silliest rhetorical question of this smartest audience on on talk radio. Here. What isn't the only functions the first function that the federal government was created for? And of course, the answer was to keep us safe from foreign threat. That's right. And when you look at where we are in today's America when you look at seventy thousand pages that encompass this tax code, this circus act that is called the tax code when when when you can't even establish boundaries or barriers or borders, or whatever you wanna call it other than the wall. What a Senator who represents the federal government can't see through that. Clearly, the Republic is just basically at this point where I I don't wanna sound like an alarmist. But honest to goodness send us before on the show. The only way I see this unwinding. It's for the dollar to collapse, and for folks who can't get that check in the mail anymore to get up and finally say, and unfortunately, there's a lot of death and destruction and and disruption that occurs as a result of that. But if you wanna make a bunch of new conservatives tomorrow have that check stuff getting cashed had had that check. No longer worth anything by Uncle Sam and see all of a sudden how many people get up and actually go out there and start creating their own lives and become self-sufficient Americans. Well, you make an excellent point Bill because there was a story that. I that I read just a couple of days ago talking about a government employee who was not receiving a paycheck a decided to turn a hobby into a vocation and has been building models of one sort or another and providing them for clients who want these highly collectible models of images like the Star Wars characters and spaceships and things like that has now turned it into in just two months, a two to three thousand dollar a month. Income stream Bill. Yeah. It just blows my mind. Correct me if I'm wrong, but we tell me this existed in America where a man who was a millionaire whole became a billionaire as to apologize to a bunch of bureaucrats people like Bill and Hillary Clinton who has something like a half a billion dollars to their name for no reason other than through political connections. That's all they've ever done off the only money they've ever made was collected people's involuntary distribution of of their income. Whereas if you've got somebody like a Trump who says, I never I never took a dollar from somebody who didn't want to trade it with me who didn't think they were getting a better deal as a result of that. This is the miracle. We belong to nowadays. We're a business person. Apologized for the amount of money to an Cossio Cortez. Excuse me, this riddle child little baby. Who knows nothing about life was never ever produced. Anything? Now, it has has moral high ground if people who actually produce things for our economy. Those are the kinds of people that unfortunately are now being viewed as among the most attractive style candidates, particularly by younger voters here in these United States Bill. Thanks so much for expressing in a passionate way, your frustrations with the way some things are going in America today do feel free to call again. At your earliest convenience. We're back after the break. This is John.
