"Does that mean to you? She says sex between him and her announcer. Okay? In Spanish Sergeant Key, writes down a basic summary of her allegations, asks her to confirm that it's correct. And then she signs it. Do you have any questions for us? Uh, Mr. Boy she described as she's scared. Going full support left that she doesn't understand. It's a part of me wants this department. Super. So what They want that she's worried that we're going to protect him. In some, but again shut up. You know what's your reason for this to happen? Man. We take complaints seriously, and we will fully investigate this incident. So just know that we were not going to dismiss this and think that it's no big deal. It's a big deal through us. I asked the CHP if these two supervisors who asked this woman if she was drunk and questioned her language skills violated policy or if they were ever disciplined or given additional training after this incident. The CHP didn't answer those questions. They did say quote the CHP takes all allegations of employee misconduct seriously and expects only the highest standards from our employees. When employee misconduct is suspected. The department takes swift and appropriate investigative action and quote as we know the department did start investigating McGrew after this mom came forward, And as you heard, Sergeant Jimmy Ryland started calling all those women The women he talked to said they thought they wouldn't be taken seriously and some were scared. A couple refused to give him any kind of statement on the record at all, because they thought that McGrew or his fellow officers might retaliate and hearing how this initial conversation went for this, mom It's not hard to understand why some women don't want to come forward. "This country. They were fed up room swabs, hacks and moon bats. Beware. It's Howie Carr. Welcome back so right before the show started today, I got a call from a friend of mine in Boston, and he said that there was a police report out from Christmas Eve. About the district attorney of Suffolk County. And he said Turtle boy sports dot com It's a blogged good block. Great bog had the report and they were gonna print it. And so I I see the report now on Turtle boy Sports, and we have on the line with us. Rachel Rollins, the district attorney of Suffolk County and Turtle Boy himself, and let me just read you. The headline here. D a Rachel Rollins cut off and threatened Woman use blue lights to go through a red light in state vehicle while leaving mall on Christmas Eve, according to Boston police report. I'll just read just one paragraph here. Just so so Rachel Rollins could respond and we'll put the turtle boy on his well complaint called an alleged that on Christmas Eve about 1:30 P.m.. She was operating a vehicle in South Bay Mall parking lot towards massive exit when another vehicle cut her off there, stop and shop. Lawson described. The other vehicle is a black doubt Chevy Tahoe with mass Reg the license. She described the operator as possibly being Hispanic or Cape Verdean female thirties to mid forties. Wearing a Navy blue dad cap and hooded sweatshirt, Lawson alleged woman yelled at her, including today is not the day to try me. Exclamation point. The woman this is the police report. The woman then activated emergency lights and exited the parking lot, failing to stop for a red light on mass app while holding a cell phone to her ear. So before we, uh I asked the district attorney if you wanted. I first reached out to Turtle boy, and he said he'd come on. And then I reached out to the D A. And I said that Do you want to come on with Turtle boy? Or you wanted come on after him or before him, And she said she she was willing to come on with Turtle boy. And I don't know how confident he's just got the report. But Rachel Rollins district attorney of Suffolk County, thanks again for being with us and what happened here. Of course, our happy New year. Happy New, So let me can I just start by saying this is not a Boston police report. So words matter, guys, This is a citizen's complaint report. So when you use words like Boston police report, that means I call 911. The police come out. They speak to everyone. They look at stuff and then they write something down as an objective person who has investigative skills. And you know, it's a document. It's usually used as a You know what exhibit But it does say Boston Police Department. It says Boston Police Department complaint report underneath it, So look closely. Um and tonight, Howie, I'm gonna write one that says. Howie Carr exposed themselves to elderly people and one that turtle boy sexually assaulted a feline and that will be out there, right And you guys will have to fight that. You know, ghost of just an allegation of something that happened on Boston police letterhead that you can type in whatever you want to type there, so that's number one. Number two, according to this woman, I apparently in my time patrolling the South Bay Mall with my lights and sirens on threatening people and pretending to issue tickets. Have have either you or Mr Boy or Turtle. I don't know what he goes by Hever bend to the South Fame. All it is a haven for emotionally disturbed people and people with substance use disorder. And I made you know the bad mistake of going to stop and shop that day. So what I can tell you is in stand still profit. We literally it took me six minutes to move. Ah, 100 yards, so anything she was Christmas Eve. Exactly how we There was a standstill. Traffic on mass ab and standstill traffic there. So you know, according to Maury Povich, the lie Detector said that was alive. Right. So what happened here is this person apparently was driving very erratically in the parking lot. Screech to a halt and then jerked forward and almost came coming into the wrong way of traffic. Hit my car, but in a bizarre way was coming, like three miles an hour per inch. So almost like a fish called Wanda, so I beat They don't pay attention to be. They don't pay attention as they're coming closer and closer to my car, going the wrong way and traffic while we're stand still in traffic. Multiple beats at a time. I then hit a siren that goes in her head snaps up and I say Stop! You're in the wrong role of traffic. And go back to my life. That is the extent of that encounter. There is absolutely no truth to me putting blue lights on and flying around South bay like Howie. I'm here because you know I like you, but this is you know, it's it's really eye opening to me that unsubstantiated allegation. Is now resulting in my Children being scared by the media outside of our house, and it must be wonderful to just be able to write whatever you want. Not only investigated there's no level of investigative journo. Who is this person, you know, I don't know, Mr Boy here. Let eternal boy responding. You could explain who he is. Okay, Go ahead. Well, first you call me eating, but I guess now you know how Brett Kavanaugh feels that an unsubstantiated allegation coming from a white woman that can seriously cause damage to you? So now I hope you understand how that feels. What? I think I'm here right now. I mean, I wasn't there. I totally do. Yeah. Go ahead. Okay, So now what? I'm here for you. I wasn't there. This is what this person says happening. I think you're splitting here is whether or not a police reporter, she put it for the average citizen. All you know is you see Boston letterhead. This woman apparently thinks it's serious enough to go to the police and what I'm seeing right now in her statement about being afraid to come forward. What I just heard from you is exactly why she's afraid to come forward because you just insinuated that she's some sort of substances. Has a substance abuse problem because you said that the bad part of town or whatever, and then there's people down there that have alcohol problem with your victim Sharing with what I'm saying is her driving was erratic. I wouldn't have even noticed this woman if she didn't Drive the wrong way in traffic and almost hit my car and the siren the lights would do nothing because her head was enough. It's the siren to get her attention. And I just I want you to understand Agent at as the chief law enforcement officer in Suffolk, Tony, which is Boston, Chelsea.

"I'm so ready for the election to be over, Joe. Me too, Really? And I don't really I mean, I paid attention, but I don't get caught up in it like, say political junkies Do believe me. I have I have strong political convictions, and you probably know it if you listen to Listen to us with Tony in the morning. It's just because this microphone is not a place for my political opinions, and there are some shows that are designed for that, and I respect that. And that is what they do. That is the purpose they serve, but I think you know, it's funny. I've always been that way with politics. And I credit this towards my government teacher my senior year and I still noticed remembers named David Boy Mr Boy is Naval Reserve. I didn't do well in high school because I goofed off. I could've did better. But my mom was busy working three jobs. She can keep about my grades. But he was the one teacher. I walked into that class that I felt like Hey, I got this and he taught us government in a way that was so down the middle That I was I was impressed. And again. This just is it credit. I've said this before. This is a credit to teachers, By the way, if you don't think what you're doing now will not impact people later on in life. Trust me. I'm here talking about my government teacher some odd years later. Who I have not forgot about. And because he did that, so I've always and then And then, after that came the military. So in the military, you just naturally politically impartial mean you have political feelings, and they still encourage you to vote. But you're just so used to working for one commander in chief, and I served under both. President Bush 41. I've served under President Clinton and I came on when it was the don't ask, Don't tell policy, which was a huge deal in the military at the time, but you never doubted you just kind of went with it. Because that's what you're doing The military. Um so I guess that kind of transferred over and now working in talk radio. Politics is a huge part of what what talk radio is all about. There was an article on that website that rhymes with Fudge retort yesterday, just saying, But it was a fantastic article about Talk radio. And if you go, there is probably still up there. I'll have to go see if it's there. Maybe I'll get it out of her. Twitter was a fantastic look at why it is the way it is. But through all of this, I've been able to stay impartial and all that is filtered over into with my kids. I'm very careful not to say anything politically doesn't mean I don't slip every now and then with my kids because I want Oh, listen to how they're thinking this out, and it's very interesting. My daughter is now old enough to vote. She's constantly reminding my wife, did you, You know you've got to get registered. You've got to make sure you vote. She doesn't with me because she knows I want I'm registered into. I go to the polls when I feel it's right for me personally to go to the polls. But now my son's coming into the fray and listening to him talk about his very, very interesting, very interesting and I love that. I love that. My kids are thinking about that. That's good. Yeah, and I love they're thinking about politics, but Yeah, Joe, I mean, you hear this and you learn a lot and you listen to folks who talk about it, and and I think we will get better at listening as we move forward. I was talking with will and we were talking this week about how the Boards are coming off the buildings downtown. Which I think is fascinating. And I think what it represents is moving forward in the right direction, not moving forward from the issues at hand but moving forward in the right direction and maybe sort of a second renaissance. So to speak in downtown. I was talking with somebody yesterday and they were like, Oh, hi. Record down. Tell you kid me. I'm not. I'm not going down. Why? Because their business owners down their small business owners that need our money. No, it's not like downtown is going to like the end of the world. I get it. They've had a rough run. But it's time Now that we start moving forward. It was an ugly time of change in 2020, and not in a lie. And 20 twenties. Not over yet. No, it's done. Don't start talking about it in the past. No, no, no, no, You're right, Joe, and I don't want to do that. I don't want to come across that way. But removing those boards is a tiny, tiny step. In the right direction of going toe where we should be. Oh, agreed, which I think will be a much better place. No doubt about it, but But when it comes to this election, it's very clear. People have strong feelings. And that's okay because emotion creates motion and and I think it's fascinating, but at the same time I really want is to be over, but I want to be over the election on I want to. I want to get fans back in the stands. I want to get I wanna get folks back to normal I want I want my son to be able to go to a Friday night football game without my wife and I having a discussion on whether or not it's right for him to go. I mean, he's only a sophomore Dex. And I want him to experience that I want him to get that feeling of what high school's like. And I hate for the kids that can experience that now and because we're going to I mean, like the Saint ex training game. I know First world problems. I get it. But that was just bizarre, and I didn't grow up with that rivalry. But that just was a very uncomfortable place for a lot of people to be. And I'm not just talking about cynics and training. I'm talking about other rivalries in sports and everything just everything in general. So long story short put a bow on this. Let's just start moving ahead. Hopefully we will do that in time. All right. Enough of that. Let's when we come back. We're going to take a look at The chaos of the seventies. Rock culture should be really exciting looking forward to this as well. Meanwhile, let's get.

"I went back during the break, I went back to the archives out there and I found the attorney general on two separate occasions, one in they're both in the press conference. When he announced that Muller's report was in and he had read the report and gave his four page summary. Enhance some questions out there. The media ask questions, course, Muller Muller didn't deign to take any questions and we know why mother doesn't want any questions about the stuff he had noted anyway. This is going to be a big bone of contention because Mahler made it plain today. Fact, let me I've got I've got three Muller sound bites. I've been looking for every reason in the world not to use them. Because they just ticked me off. Let's see here. The. Every day. But then Graham sound bite number two. This, this is going to be big bone of contention because of what bar has said on two separate occasions, I get to bar has said after I play for you. Mr. integrity, Mr. boy-scout, Mr. honorable mister impeccable Mr. they don't come any better than this. Robert J Muller, the third set forth in the report after that investigation if we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime. We would have said, so we did not, however make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime department policy. We were guided by principles of fairness, it would be unfair to potentially accuse somebody of a crime when there can be no court resolution of the actual charge. So that was just a department policy. Those were the principles under which we operated and from them, we can. -cluded that we would not reach a determination one way or the other about whether the president committed a crime, that is the offices final position. And we will not comment on any other conclusions or hypotheticals now about the president throughout the he actually was more emphatic than that, even on the Justice department of guideline office of legal counsel, by the way, office of legal counsel is the lawyers for the lawyers in the DOJ is the department of Justice. But even they have lawyers who tell the other lawyers, what the law is in what procedures are. It's the office of legal counsel that determines what the deal Jay Ken charge not charge. They have determined since nineteen seventy nine that you cannot indict a sitting president and Muller made it clear over and over again today. That, that's the reason they didn't pursue the president is because of those guidelines can't indicted sitting president. So why do it? And that's why I was screaming when he said this. What the hell was four? Then if from the very beginning, you were operating under guidelines that say you can't accuse him to can't charge him. You can't indict him now. What L has been going on here? Well attorney general bar on two separate occasions, has said that Robert Muller told him three different times Muller, specifically was asked by far. Is your reason for not charging Trump anything to do with the office of legal counsel guidelines? And Barr says that Muller said three times. No that has nothing to do with it. Bar is on record on two occasions, saying that Muller told him three times the office of legal counsel guidelines have nothing to do with his decision not to indict the president or not, not, not, not to link the president to crimes. And today Muller goes out there says he only reason we he implied. The only reason we didn't is because of those guidelines, and then what else he said here and this. You know, I promised I was going to drop this, but I play the sound bite, and I get revved up again. We did not. However, make oh sorry, one more sentence earlier s set forth in the report after the investigation if we had confidence the president clearly did not commit a crime. We would have said, so you realize what an abomination and the Justice system that is I say this without any partisanship. Or favoritism toward Trump here at all? This is just this turns our system of Justice on its head. It really does folks, if we have no if we had confidence the president clearly did not commit a crime. We would've how about this. If we had confidence the president, clearly did commit a crime, we would've said, so that's the way it's supposed to be. If we have evidence, the president committed a crime, we would a damn well, since it's not if we had confidence the president did not commit a crime. We would've said is not what the job is. And then he goes on to say we couldn't have indicted him, anyway, because of Justice department guidelines. But then this next. We did not, however make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime. Well, go tell that to Jerry Nadler, and Elizabeth Warren, because they sure as hell that you have. We did not make an attorney nation. President didn't commit a crime. Yes. You have you have done everything you can do imply that he did. And that you just couldn't find it. That's what makes me so live. This guy is righteousness sitting here saying. That we did not make determination as to whether the president committed a crime. Beyond department policy, which is the office of legal counsel guidelines. We were guided by the principles of fairness. Ha what an absolute crock. There hasn't been anything fair about this from the moment. It began. It would be unfair to potentially accuse somebody of a crime when there can be no court resolution of the charge that didn't stop you from charge on the Russians. They're not going to get their day in court because you can't get them extradited, and you knew they weren't gonna come face your charges. That's why you can charge with anything, you could charge them with blowing up human feces severance Iskoe. And they wouldn't come face the charges because Russia wouldn't indict him, so you charge those Russians knowing full well, they would never have a chance to refute and to prove their innocence. So what the hell do you care Mr. Muller about somebody having a chance to prove their innocence? You clearly by innuendo wanted to destroy these Russian groups and give them no chance whatsoever to answer your charges. And yet that fairness is what prevents you from charging the president. So that was Justice department policy. Those were the principles under which we operated in front of. So let's let's take a look here. What has actually happened in this so-called investigation? James, call me, July fifth two thousand sixteen press conference lists all the crimes Hillary Clinton committed lifts all the crimes that they know she did. And then said, but we're not charging her because we don't think she intended to do any of this. And we moved to the Trump investigation we can't find out damn thing the guy did. But we are certain he intended to what the hell is this folks, they exonerate Hillary because they think she didn't intend to do what she did? They can't find that Trump did anything but they think he intended to do what he didn't do and so we need to impeach him. If this is the best Washington has is this, if this is the top of the heap when it comes to integrity and honor and decency, and all that, that we have run out. Of decency and honor in Washington, and this is the best. They've got this is such a crock. I can't even begin to aptly accurately, describe the anger the rage, and the emotions here that I am feeling and not get profane in doing so honestly, folks. Hillary Clinton trafficking in illegal classified documents on an illegal Homebrew server. Running this foundation selling access to her imaginary on the come presidency. All of it, the FBI uncovered Komi lists, the crimes in July fifth press conference and then says, but no reasonable prosecutor would ever bring the charges because we can't find that she intended to do it, even though the law doesn't require intent for prosecution or guilt on the other hand. We've looked for three years. We've talked a five hundred people we've ruined three other people. We've threatened to ruin their families. We put prisoners in solitary confinement. We have subpoenaed and look over a million documents and we can't find a single thing, Trump dead. But we know he intended to. This is. This is the politicisation in the weaponization of the department of Justice and our legal system. In the pursuit of an undesirable election winner. And that would be Donald Trump. So it looks like these, these Russians that Muller indicted, troll farms is the guys that Rabin ads on Facebook, by the way after the election. These russians. Who have been indicted? Muller was talking about him today. He's Russians have been invited indicted. Have more rights. Donald trump. At least these Russians are presumed innocent until being found guilty in court which they will not be because they'll not ever get the court Trump on the other hand is guilty until somebody out there proves that he didn't do it. They may as well say Trump is guilty of every allegation in that dossier. Trump is guilty until he somehow proves himself innocent of every accusation in that dossier. As if he can't prove it. He didn't do it. We're going to continue to operate on the premise and he did do it so far. We haven't been able to find any evidence that he didn't. How do you find evidence? Somebody didn't do something. They all saw about about proving a negative. So this is. It's going to be interesting to see how the drive bys deal with this bar and Muller buffalo. I'm gonna tell you what it's about. Robert Muller wanted to nail Donald Trump and couldn't in. So he's continuing to try to do so. And that's what this press conference today was all about now bar has announced it investigation of the investigation, and he's already got a guy looking into this guy. Durham's look it two months. So bar is on record two different occasions, saying that Muller told him three different times that the office of legal council guidelines on not indicting president had no impact on Muller's decisions to name or not name Trump and his report. Muller comes out today and says that's only reason we didn't mention Trump. The only reason well aside the fact we couldn't find any evidence to exonerate him. We couldn't anyway, because the Justice department guidelines candidate sitting press, oh he and bar. One of those two is lying big time, and who do you think the drive bys are going to conclude as lying bar, and why so that I can discredit bars investigation of the investigation? That's think. Muller doesn't know what he's doing. He went out today and he threw bar under the bus identified on these guys were told that their lifelong thirty years, long friends. Why go to buy Ables study together? Let me take a brief time out. We'll. Be back in continue will continue to work your opinions in all of this. When we get that makes.

"We have an old friend in the studio. Fill boys. Walk. Do you? Let anybody just wander in on this three never do. You have special permission. Okay. Quarter. The brass at Salem, Salem media. What's in case, people know who you are you've been on the program before? But your what is your you have some huge title at Salem media. I'm the senior VP of spoken word format. So spoke. That just means everything that comes out of your mouth. I'm responsible. What you've got me in trouble. So many times. At the time. I trash talked the secretary of transportation, Elaine Chao, I do and you almost got us thrown out of the way. Now McConnell got upset. He was mad. He almost came out of his shell and attacked me. Yeah. Isn't that? Terrible. Isn't that funny day? We've had a lot of fun. Okay. So I wanna talk to you the reason you're here now is because I want to talk you about food for the poor. Sure. As you know, we're doing a campaign say all of Salem is doing a campaign. But I I wanted to ask you because people listen to the program. No that we're always trying to raise money for something. We believe in so food for the poor is at the top of the list. We at Salem have vetted them. And it's not just some Morgan ization. This is somebody that we believe in what they're doing. There's a crisis in Haiti right now, it's a horrible humanitarian car. I mean, people have no idea, and I almost don't want to know, the only reason I even want to know about how bad it is is because we could do something we can do something. And so I want people to know that if you're gonna Metaxas talk dot com. You can help. And I wanna tell you more about that. But I just want to ask you fill because you've been personally involved with food for the poor. So tell us a little bit about that people would want to know, why would Salem send a senior VP all the way to Haiti or Guatemala. W have anything better to do? Well, of course, we do. But the recent we go is if we're going to go on the radio or television. We're gonna ask people to donate to help these people we want to know that it's a real problem. And so I've been over there five times to Guatemala two times to Haiti we're getting ready to go back to Haiti again this summer with some hosts, and I'm telling you, the problem is real. What happened in Haiti a few weeks ago was just horrendous and who gets hurt it's the very poor of the poor kids, though should have no food. And now they have nothing. They don't have even even have gasoline p people don't in America. It's just it's hard for us to imagine that the think this doesn't seem possible. What we know? It's real. And I know that food for the poor. The reason we go with them is because they efficient at what they do. I know that if you give three hundred twenty dollars to food for the poor they can feed a family of four for a year. And now, that's amazing. So you realize that they have sources where they can get food inexpensively. They get people to donate food, and whatever, but they can't give it unless we give. So again, I wanna say folks, I'll give you the phone number to. But the website is Metaxas. Talk dot com. We haven't been there, you can't possibly imagine the conditions that people are living and Choi I went to Guatemala. My first trip was six years ago. I just been put in charge of w MCA, and they came into my office and said, Mr. boy, somebody has to go to quantum moll. And I'm like what while it ended up being may. And I tell you I'm so happy I went because I didn't understand what food for the poor. Did I didn't understand why we were going on the radio asking people to donate on the third day?.
