Oh georgia you know. I gotta tell you just the name martha moxley moxley. The word moxley. It's the best name and it's the worst story that's just like and she's she's just a beckon kid. Yeah yes so. Those who don't know don't know anything. Apparently martha moxley in nineteen. Seventy five show is a fifteen year old girl living in greenwich connecticut. Which is a fucking. Tony town. Loved the word tony. Don't they have their own gates and stuff. It's like truly like crazy. Yeah and it's like you live on acres. Yeah so martha moxley's body was found beaten in her yard the night after halloween it was she was beaten. They found a half of a golf club there. Which is what have been used to beat her. She's like a cute pretty. This isn't matter she could be ugly. It's still terrible. But she's know chills back into the the person they she looks like a girl that's in a black and white picture in an eighties yearbook that perfect girl like the popular but like but she's also on student body like she's popular and smart and she's not mean you know chuckles totally genuine smile. Who was her. Age named michael skakel who this is so unimportant and such a stupid fact of the the whole thing but probably the reason why. It's a famous murder. Is that the michael. Keiko's family was related to Senator robert kennedy's wife. Now kennedy. ethel skakel kennedy. Who are f. K has been in on this podcast so my favorite murder in the past anyways. So what's recently happened is that Michael skakel has been released from jail. Oh i didn't know that. They filed for a new trial because he was not adequately represented by his attorney. Who doubt it. The habeas petition was granted the judgment of conviction set aside and the matters referred back so for retrial. meaning a stars. I know he's so he got out. And as far as i know it doesn't look like they're pursuing the case anymore. Because i guess they had very little was all circumstantial evidence. Not even that wasn't very strong so surprising that he got convicted however he admitted that that night somewhere between ten and two in the morning or or something like that he was in a tree masturbating while looking in martha boxes window yes that was the justification of why his semen would be on. Her body was on her body..

It all started. I woke up in a cold sweat. A cold sweat. I had a nightmare. And i was given a message through the ether and i knew where i needed to go. Somehow i knew the universe put me on a path and i sat out on a journey to mount to. I climbed to the top of this mountain. Lightning crashing win dust in my face ash flying and i see the titty elders at the top of mount standing around a tree. They all raised their hands in the air and then lightning strikes and it hits this big tree. I think it was an okay. It may have been pikis but not one of the little cases in like an office. It was like a super fight but whatever kind of tree it was. It doesn't matter and then out of this lightning strike see two blowing pieces of wood and coal to them. I feel a pool in the elders. Look at me. I look at them and i look at that. Would it coming into view. It's this pair of nunchucks inscribed into the wood with the lightning a t. inscribed into the wood from the burning with the lightning ended him and the elders hoods up and they walk away and they leave me alone on top of the mountain with these nunchucks and at that moment i realize i am the titty master asking.

You know ban When i was at osu. I had i was doing work. That was so freaking cool. And i loved it. I went to work and it reminded me when i got out of grad school. Every minute of the day now financial. I had to find something else. Thousand by mount thousand bucks a month back in nineteen eighty seven eighty eight. That's a different story than it. I can't keep doing this. I have to i have to move on And the universe. The universe moved moved me into cannabis. I started learning I find that every time this happens to be in my life. The decision to leave was really hard. Because i defined myself as an applied exercise an exercise physiologist i defined myself occasionally and i i was. I was struggling with this desperately and i and i don't remember what actually got me triggered and i decided okay. What is my mission. What is my personal mission in life. And i thought about this tonight wound up the finding my personal mission to help alleviate suffering and contribute to the betterment of well people That's that's kind of what. I'm on earth year to figure out. Now you know what having a background is an exercise. Physiologist is helpful. In the in the fulfillment of that mission understanding exercise. Movement is really important. I you know. I distinctly remember my mother's when i saw my mother stopped moving or slow down. I saw her kind to say. Okay i'm done. I'm and i'll tell you this has been very motivating for me I i will fight this I will fight this in longevity. Part of longevity is fighting and saying okay what does it take. What do i have to do. "He was forced to wear a written sign that urged other students to confront him about being a murderer. He was essentially like subjected to torture which other students that was very common of the Elan school. They were abusive and they used abusive tactics. So there's you know, talking about these troubling allegations off, but what would be the purpose of that just to say that he was troubled and harassed like how does that speak to the issue at hand? Well, they're saying that if he did confess it's because these these people forced him to their feeding him them You're a murderer say it's like, you know almost like a Scared Straight. Okay, so that really kind of taints that that testimony as well and just so you know the Elan school closed in 2011 after years. These types of abuse allegations dating back to the seventies. So I don't know how much Credence you want to give this but it wasn't up to us. It was up to the jury and at the end of the day after their deliberations on June 7th 2009 to the jury found Michael skakel guilty of the murder of Martha Moxley. He was sentenced to twenty years to life in prison, but that is not the end of this story. I'm assuming you'll get to it. But tell me that Ken were never Tommy was not charged with any crime and neither with Ken effect. And in fact, Ken Littleton was given some type of immunity to testify against Michael. He had said that my coldest displayed Disturbing Behavior and I'm like how they you know that yeah, that's not really right. Anyway, we're not at the end. He served eleven years in prison, but he appealed and while he lost his initial appeals, he won an appeal in 2013 on the grounds a lawyer Mickey Sherman provided ineffective counsel. Wow. I know very rare we talked about directed down here why he didn't utilize witnesses to support Michaels Alibi an image. He didn't point two other suspects such as the most obvious suspects in this case. Tommy skakel his brother. I'm assuming he was a very well-known attorney since I had money. Yes, he was in 2016. His conviction Michaels conviction was reinstated by the Connecticut Supreme Court, but get this in 2018 the same court the Connecticut Supreme Court reversed itself off and vacated Michaels conviction on grounds of ineffective assistance. Well, those were the original grounds..

Test I when I was a hundred and twenty pounds I dragged a hundred eighty pound dummy three, you know thirty feet remember adrenaline gives people super strength. It does. I don't know that you would say anything about Ken Littleton perhaps Tommy was involved I have absolutely no tell me this is solved you'll hear where we're going with this. Before we go on we want to tell you about another thrilling True Crime podcast that's full of twists and turns it's called case closed on each season of Case Closed renowned True Crime book editor Charlie wage by Sir takes a deep dive into a specific murder case and the hook all the cases have already been solved. So you'll never left wondering who really did it this season on Case Closed focuses on a close-knit community shrouded in mystery the Amish Barbara Weaver was known to be a loyal wife and mother but her husband had a reputation for breaking the rules. He had a number of affairs with women that he would meet wage and seduce online. So when Barbara was found dead in their home all eyes were on Eli until someone else entered the scene of the crime who would brutally kill a devout Amish wife and mother of five thousand out on Case Closed. Listen to Case Closed wherever you get your podcasts. Ferman wrote a book called murder in Greenwich. That's the book that I read published in nineteen ninety-eight laying out all the evidence and all of his conclusions and this fuel the investigation again, there had been a prosecutor for a while didn't think the evidence was there to go after Michael skakel, but the new prosecutor felt differently in on January nineteenth two thousand Michael skakel was indicted for the murder of Martha Moxley wage twenty-five years after where was he then still in Connecticut, but was he like living a normal life or he was no he had a really rough go of it. He had a long history of substance abuse. His life was in and out of rehab facilities. So things were not good the curse of you know, the Kennedys applied to the Staples in May 2002. Michael skakel goes on trial for the murder of Martha Moxley evidence of Michael's confessions to the crime was committed at trial as well as the Journal of Martha Moxley in which she discussed her relationship with the skakel's. I want to talk about both pieces here in her diary. She said that Tom had been making advances on her he kind of put the Let you put his hand on his leg and whatnot. And she said that she didn't reciprocate that. She really just wanted to be friends with him to be honest. She had a boyfriend at the time too. They looked at him as a suspect quickly quickly cleared off..

"Some of the people like an ex-girlfriend of his that he also would become very upset around Martha's anniversary and he was very very emotional. He was also paranoid. He had a lot of these things so whether or not it's because you know, he had some involvement or just because he was a suspect in this time brings up all of those things. We don't really know em. So regardless Ken Littleton cooperates with the police and at some point again in the early 1990s, he took two more polygraph test both of which he failed again. How do we look at them? Again, are they reliable we're talking about four polygraph tests. I've read somewhere else some 125 polygraphs. He's taken a number. You could say that he was an alcoholic. He was mentally unstable did not handle stress. Well, he actually said that it was he took those polygraphs at the end of very stressful sessions. He said that his life was ruined after this in the end. The police did not go forward with, he is always denied any involvement and Martha's murder saying that he had never even met the girl before that night and he had absolutely no motive to kill her. He moved in he was grateful for this job. He said this is the worst thing that's ever happened to his life and ruined him as well. All right. So we've got three suspects. Now remember that's the 1990s between nineteen Seventy-Six seventy-seven and nineteen. Ninety one. There's like no movement on this case whatsoever. Wow, they don't have they didn't have DNA. Nope. They just don't have anything of rape kit on her. They're really good questions. So what they said was that there was no evidence of sexual. Halt even though initially you think because our her pants are pulled down and what not. It looks like that. They couldn't find any obvious trauma or any obvious sexual assault. One of the investigators is going to come up with a theory, but for the substantial period of time you have a a really just a law they can't do anything people are you know critical and speculate that it's you know, because it was Rushton skakel the cops were afraid and they were friends with him and they they even say that like Rushton paid some of the cops like to do security and other things so I'm not sure if that part is true just so you know, but is how we get a renewed interest in the skakel's and in this case in nineteen, ninety one William Kennedy Smith went on trial for rape putting the family and the Moxley case in the spotlight again, you remember yep. Okay. So what happened? Well, it was suggested quickly that maybe William Kennedy was the one who raped and killed or just killed Martha Moxley. Why was he even there know so that's nice. Wait, right, they go. They go like oh this guy's in the you know, maybe he was connected to this cuz he's a Kennedy and it became like just this rumor and they were able to disprove it pretty quickly. But it put the focus back on this case like why we've got Kennedy's in skakel's and we Kennedy curse, they exactly right. So people are interested again and the investigation starts moving again, but ironically it was rushed in skakel's investigators Who provided a lot of the damning information that would come out. So Rushton hired Sutton Associates in nineteen, ninety one because he was looking to clear Tommy's name and put an end to this long way. He felt this has been hanging over us for this long. Now. We're back in the spotlight again. Unfortunately this plan backfired because what the Sutton Associates would reveal is that Tommy and Michael both completely changed our Alibis for the night sixteen years later..

"I always find it interesting because there are so many cases that I know I could name probably five off hand where people have either passed or failed polygraphs and later on. It was shown that the police were why they're not admissible. I know I know reliable. I know and they can be really helpful in first establishing like a Direction but what also happens if someone fails a polygraph then it's like the tunnel vision comes in and because they're not reliable. That's the problem with polygraphs even though they can be a useful tool and I know that it's improving. We just have to keep that in mind but police did not secure a search warrant for the skakel home, even though they know the golf club belong to them rather. So they they couldn't have done. I think every they were really bashed for that. But I listen to a legal commentator who said look they couldn't have gotten the search warrant like carte blanche for the whole house and just search what they would have had it was a limited scope search warrant looking for this missing piece of the golf club the handle get this okay instead of getting a search warrant for that. The police asked the skakel's a.m. For a consensual like would they agree? Okay, skakel say yes, but they asked Julie schedule a sibling. Can you search the house for this piece of evidence? They didn't even do it themselves know so they took old was Julie at eighteen years old. Oh my God, but you have have you ever heard of such as ridiculous. They have a member of the family of possible suspects asking to go through and will you report evidence that she is that cuz they wouldn't consent to them coming in. I have no I have no idea why they did this. It's it's really unclear at this point. So you can see from the beginning of the investigation. They're both doing here. They look at Tommy. They look at Michael but they also investigate Ken Littleton neutered the boys twenty-three-year-old. Ken Littleton actually moved in the day of Martha's murder thinking he scored a great job with the skakel's what happened is essentially that the kids weren't doing well in school. Tommy was an athlete. I don't know what Michael was doing, but Michael was also, you know had addiction issues down. Point so Russians like here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to like kill two birds with one stone going to hire a tutor is a little older to live in and supervise them and then to to them all so it's bizarre. It's bizarre. But I mean, it's almost like the money to turn, you know, I've heard of it before and he's he basically I think said Ken Littleton said he was paid like $400 a week and free room and board and his beautiful home. So he was like when this is a great gift of you know, well until things quickly change Ken was questioned by the police and he told them that he'd watch television The French Connection series premiere that night was on and off now. Never mind. I thought you I thought you're saying love connection for that show. I don't think it's connection. It was a police show, I think okay, but but there were specifically that there was a car chase scene and he said that Tommy was actually watching with me and Tommy had also said I was watching some t with the tutor but Littleton failed to polygraph tests right off the bat. He fails them Littleton came under a cloud of Suspicion wage. Really for years and really deteriorated under the pressure whether or not it was because he was lying or just because he was in the spotlight, you know being thought of as a suspect in a famous crime. He became a very heavy alcoholic who suffered several breakdowns and attempted suicide. He also sustained several arrests for a variety of crimes usually related to off his heavy drinking over the course of several years and I read like from.

"They were very quick to put the pieces together very quickly very quickly. They were able to it also the the golf clubs were engraved with Anne's name. So they were able to establish immediately that this golf club was the missing one and that belonged to the skakel's Martha's body was removed from the scene later on but the scene was not preserved and what I mean is that several people had moved her body in several different directions and just take it or before forensic processing was done. So too many people first of all on the scene, they let every investigator on there not coordinating it off, you know, you have to push the scene for friends. I'm assuming the mother was touching the body or I would I don't think she did but I think there were just so many investigators and what happened was also they first came there was two police officer first name. Bonded and they were supposed to you know guard the body stay with it. But one of them went off to because I think he may have even seen the the gulf part of the golf handle and another one went back to make a call or do something. So basically we both left her unattended when they came back. There's a dog running around her body. So I mean, you've got a dog you've got too many people moving the body too many people touching it. They're not preserving it, you know, her body's not staying intact so long, they likely lost a lot of vital forensic evidence or tainted it at the very least the dog was licking blood in the area, which is terrible, right? But it's also now you're changing it with dog saliva. The police talked initially to Michael skakel. He said he saw Martha last around 9:30 when he was leaving the house and he said he went off he watched a movie. He came home around 11:15 and went to bed seems consistent with you know, what he had said before or you know, people had seen him go off and watch a movie or he was supposedly going to they interview Tommy skakel next and he said also. Is Martha left at 9:30? And after she left he says he watched TV with their new tutor a new live-in tutor whose name was Ken Littleton, and eventually he worked. He says I watched some t e n eventually I worked on a paper for school about Abraham Lincoln who has a live-in tutor. Well, I'll get to that second. It's it's like yeah, Tommy took to lie detector tests one of which was inconclusive and the second of which he passed but interestingly no teacher of Tommy skakel's ever gave such an assignment is working on Abraham Lincoln cuz they went to a school and they're like, let's let's see not one of his teachers gave that any time in that..

"But Martha and Tommy both decide not to go or any of them romantically involved at this point. It's unclear. Not really but later on descriptions. Nothing that you can verify let's put it that way. All right, so Martha and Tommy at like nine something there are less seen, you know staying behind and I think you know, it's it's implicated that they were hanging out with each other and that's why they decided to sneak behind by midnight when Martha isn't home Dorothy starts making calls and find out that Martha was last seen with Michael. That's what people remember so she calls the skakel house, but she's told by another sibling it was Julie because I believe Julie is the only female sibling that Martha left her house at 9:30. And remember they live right next door or adjacent to each other. So Dorothy Moxley starts freaking out because if at night @midnight, she left, you know, she should have been home by now. So she calls the police and from what I've read the police did start doing some searching around the neighborhood, but they couldn't find Martha by the next month. I mean, you know the next morning the next afternoon Dorothy's frantic. She has Neighbors coming in people helping she's gone over I believe to see the skakel's and I think she reporting in one of her interviews. She said something like Michael skakel answered the door, you know, he looked a mess hungover. He basically told the same story. You know, last time I saw her and Dorothy lives and so they're our neighbors coming in from all different parts of the lawn. So moxley's lived on about 2 to 2 and 1/2 acres, but you could cross through as neighbors even cross through some of the trees. The one of the name is coming to visit Dorothy through the yard discovers Martha's body on her own property and she's lying face-down. She's at the edge of the property though. So I just want you to understand because people go like how did he know that? Well if it's two acres and she's on the edge and you know, she's not thinking she's on her own anybody the injuries to Martha were substantial her skull had been crushed from behind and she had stab wounds dog. Next it was so bad. And I mean really when they say bludgeon. It was so bad that they couldn't tell what color hair she had because they were so much blood and she remember had like very long blond hair for people who don't know her jeans and underwear were also pulled down to her ankles. So we have some you know, that tells us there might be some indications of a sexual assault they call the police Greenwich officers arrived shortly after to process the scene but here's the problem things go awry right from the start because Greenwich officers..

"Like I said earlier one of the most upscale communities in the country Martha was a sophomore at the time and aside from her obvious physical Beauty. She was reported to be bubbly friendly applicable. She was voted by her classmates as having the best personality which you can actually see when you look in her pictures and I encourage everyone to look at some of the pictures of her Martha was a good student and she was someone who participated in school activities having just tried out for the cheerleading squad. She was a nice outgoing girl who had a lot of friends and seemed happy to be doing all the things that teenage girls typically do in Martha's group of friends and living adjacent to their property in the community of Belhaven. We're seventeen year old Tommy skakel and his younger brother fifteen-year-old Michael skakel, I've heard those names. Okay. Well then I don't need to ask you who are the skakel's you've heard them. But for people who don't know them, let's give a little background Tommy and Michael's father Rushton skakel wage. Is a very prominent businessman but he's also famous for being the brother of Ethel Kennedy. And you know Ethel Kennedy was married to Robert F Kennedy. It's often been said that this skakel's had the money but the Kennedys had the power and that's how these to you know, kind of Dynasty royal families and I shouldn't say Royal but these are these kind of two iconic families merged together. Go home. However was not reportedly the most loving or stable home Rushton skakel was an alcoholic and there were tensions between many of the seven skakel siblings and their father and each other according to one of the skakel children. So she had said think Julie was the only girl that each each sibling had attention with the father and with each other and it just wasn't a happy birthday in their home and the situation substantially worse and when and skakel rushton's wife passed away from cancer in nineteen seventy-three when all the children were quite young. Wow. Yeah after that Russian was gone off. Leaving these kids mostly unsupervised not surprisingly. They start to get in trouble with the police. Nothing too major but rushed in had formed this relationship with the police and would get them out of trouble. But the boat boys relationship with each other was also reportedly a problem. Tommy was older he was handsome. He was popular. He was athletic. He seemingly had it. All right. Where is Michael was kind of small she scrubbed as more puny not anymore, but he was living almost in his older brother's Shadow all the time..

"This podcast may contain content that is graphic and disturbing in nature. Listener discretion is advised. It was a place where violent crimes didn't happen Greenwich, Connecticut. One of the most upscale suburbs United States, but on Halloween of nineteen seventy-five a violent crime would place the town of Greenwich in the spotlight on that fateful Halloween the brutal murder of a fifteen-year-old girl would horrify a community and lead to the investigation and prosecution of a man from a very famous family. This is episode 29 the Martha Moxley story. Amy Hi Megan good to see you. Good see you. How are you today? I'm fabulous. How are you? Oh fabulous. That's that's definitely trending in a better Direction the last talk now, I'm good. This November is women in crimes first year anniversary. Can you believe it? I cannot believe how fast that went. The only reason why we've made it this far Megan is because we have such amazing listeners and supporters. We are so long with our audience. Thank you all so much for your support your case suggestions. It's kind of weird to ask for presents for our birthday, but it would really mean a lot to us. If you could show your appreciation for the show by either telling my friends about us or by leaving us a review or both or both and if you promise since we can't give you all cake will promise to release an extra two episodes this month in celebration. That's right. We are releasing a new episode each week for our birthday month. We've had a lot of requests to post more shows and with your support. We might be able to do just that speaking of support for the show now. It's time to mention our supporters song. Name right first I want to give a big thank you to Jennifer Thomas from Minnesota. Thank you Jennifer. We'd also like to say thank you to a true lady from Georgia Kimberly White and finally, we'd love to say thank you to someone with a very cool name Oceania from Stevens Point, Wisconsin. If you'd like to support the show, you can go to patreon or our website women and crime podcasts, where you can see links there. You can also find the links in our show notes. And now let's get into the case of Martha Moxley. Have you heard of the Martha Moxley case? I think everyone's heard the name. I cannot tell you that. I know the details of the case though. I am really interested me get into this with you a couple of our supporters have actually asked us about which crimes or which cases stay with us and I cannot believe I forgot about this case because this one stuck with them. For a really long time and one of the books I even read on this. I remember reading the book and then I couldn't sleep for four nights after I was so terrified so scared. I'll give you an Insight a little bit maybe as to why I felt that way. But before we get there, let's talk about Martha. Moxley. Martha was a young vibrant fifteen-year-old girl who lived with her parents Dorothy in Heaven and her older brother John who was very close in age to Martha and who she was reportedly very close the family had recently moved to Greenwich Connecticut from California. And that was a 1975. I believe they moved the year before in 1974. They lived in the private gated community of Belhaven located in the town of Greenwich where it seemed by all appearances that they would be very safe. You know Greenwich, Connecticut. Yeah. I used to be a nanny in Greenwich, Connecticut you kidding. Oh, I didn't know that. Okay, so you gorgeous area. It's beautiful and it's I mean, it's it's widely considered. You know, what time?.

"From a cave ranking, which is what the PWI is. Yeah. Can hard to go against him. Yeah. He literally didn't lose. Yeah and just from how much I love him. He he started off his new Japan run was pretty good. I. Think the G one like he was five four kind of guy in G will but his Winning the. US Championship. He he he was much more than that. He he lost only three matches. Yeah. I thought it was. Never, mind a hey, can we? Can we just say we're fucking getting Kenta versus Moxley for that fucking title. I'm very hype for it about fuck time I will say by the way I'd like to point out. A new session with winning matches by kicking people in the Derek. Yeah very here for between eagled literally Dick Togo. KANTA. Using A. Swift kick to the dish health ensure victory wonder if they'll let Moxley. Like Win, win as he challenging if they said yet, no they they have not. They honestly might just do it in Mexico. Because from what I've seen like that's why the good brothers have shown up there yet because the gallows interviewed and he was like, here's the thing when you go there, you have to quarantine for fourteen days and then before you leave after quarantine for fourteen days many, we'd be out for at least twenty fucking days and Moxley can't do that do that. Yeah. And like his I mean, I'm just happy enough that they've let him keep it throughout all this shit will 'cause unlike before where he missed a flight because of whatever this this time, it was a pandemic so it wasn't really his choice. That's true. But I'm glad that they were like they were good enough. To keep one of their championships. Sideline because of the pandemic and speaking of Moxley Holy Shit best segment ever on aws this week. This is the one bid. I. Actually did get to watch know J S been tried to ban the paradigm shift ban.
Industry insiders anticipate 400,000 to 500,000 viewers for AEW's television premiere on TNT
"And center on that poster no cody Rhodes and listen in the world of pro wrestling cody Rhodes is a huge name is cody Rhodes roads big enough to be in the middle of that poster he would be my third choice based on name notoriety around the world okay now with Evolution Youth Movement you one avenue superstars and he's going to be our guest today at ten A._M.. With hangman page be the right person to put in the middle of that poster no so it really does come down to Moxley and Chris Jericho and again. It falls into that same thing that you're talking about two former W._W._e.. Superstars does the poster give you the feeling or insinuate that Jericho is the biggest star in the company. Yes or just asking your opinion on it. I'm not saying that I like it or don't like it. I just found it interesting. That Jericho is the middle of the crash. You know the middle of the poster basically subconsciously tells tells you is. This is the guy all right so the poster tells you Jericho is the guy the perception is Jericho. The Guy is the guy let me ask you is Jericho the guy if somebody was to come up to you boy and say who's the biggest superstar superstar that a e w has what would your answer be. It's gotta be tied of me. Between Jericho and Moxley see I would probably go with Jericho. It's the only reason I'm saying Moxie is because of that that that new passion and excitement that he brings to the company Jericho's been around much longer than Moxley Jericho without doubt known all over the world. You know what in talking about it with you. Yeah you gotta go with Jerry. It is it is the answer Moxley I guess is the freshest steam to the company. Yeah and again deserves to be on the poster. I just don't know if he should be a front and center interesting thing to this press release. There was a big article in Forbes magazine and it says that industry insiders are anticipating an audience of around four hundred to five hundred thousand thousand for A._W._S.. Television Premiere on T._N._T.. Interesting number because we talk about the low ratings for the W._W._e.. But obviously those numbers would be much lower than you see on raw and smackdown but there's an upside because that's telling you that the industry insiders aren't expecting a huge audience for a w so that's going to be to their advantage because if they do fall in between that four hundred five hundred number it's going to be hey. This is what was expected. This is is what we thought was going to happen. I think they have a really good chance of getting a higher number then that here's an interesting comparison whenever I throw those polls up on social media at the end of Monday night raw or the end of W._W._e.. Pay Per view. I normally get between ten thousand and fifteen thousand responses or votes on the poll for the W poll. I got just over five thousand responses us which which kind of is comparative to what you just said about what industry insiders predict. I actually think that's on the low side but then again I thought raw would do a bigger rating with the returning in legends and you hit you dead on balls accurate you said about three million and you're right man is it's five hundred thousand viewers four H.. Brand new wrestling company meet with major starpower major money major production value behind it on an easily accessible network like T._N._t.. Is that a good number. I think it is and here's why Bali other than N._B._A.. Basketball Basketball could you name me anything. That's on T._N._T.. Yet but you put if you have T._N._T.. And if this is advertised the correct way before October second comes out. You're going to drive people to T._N._T.. So it's not about what's on T._N._T.. If there's nothing on T._N._T.. That I WANNA see then I'm not tuning into T._N._T.. But if I have this brand new wrestling company with Chris Jericho and and Moxley and the bucks and cody and Omega and this big production value and Yada Yada Yada why wouldn't I turn well but here's the thing you mentioned the raw reunion on Monday and we're expecting a big pop because they're having all these return superstars and it did for you know not as big as you thought it was going to be but it was a decent pop for Monday show when they're looking at e w they're looking at it completely different way. Here's a new company with a roster with names that a lot of people people are not going to be familiar about scenario looking at this as we're going to start off alot and it's going to build as time goes on. I don't think they're looking at this like the way we looked at raw reunion. Put It on Youtube. POP PEOPLE ARE GONNA be into it too probably thinking that hey maybe ill gain some curiosity that people tune into start but they're hoping in time that that number is GONNA get bigger. Do you think a e w will go fishing in the W._W._e.. Pool meaning do you think they will put ads for the first Wednesday night show on Monday night raw and smackdown if they were smart they would so when you take a look social media presence when you take a look at the fact that they advertised shows on T._N._T.. During Basketball Games I'm sure they're going to have a full media blitz leaving leading up to October second
