It's a book I came across after I heard it mentioned on a podcast I was listening to. And I checked it out because I spent a lot of time in the mount Shasta area in Northern California while I was growing up. I have family members who are from that area, and this book has to do with myths of some of the ancient civilizations throughout the world, including one that is supposedly to have existed in the mount Shasta area, so the book is basically about how important it is to monitor and control your negative thoughts. And also in the book, they share a lot about how best to go about meditating, meditation as a way to tap into that best part of who you are. As you settle yourself down and get ready to meditate, I invite you to take a look around your meditation space. In tomorrow's episode, I'm going to guide you through a visualization process, and so if you could, select some things to place in your meditation space that have to do with how you visualize your life. What you'd like to bring into your life, how you would like to be living your life. And so this will be part of your visualization meditation tomorrow. So for now, make yourself comfortable and grounded right where you are. I always recommend you sit on the edge of a meditation cushion or pillow from your bed or maybe from a sofa, because when you do this, it's going to roll your hips slightly forward. And this is going to help you keep your spine aligned. This is very important as you meditate. It helps to keep you focused. As soon as you begin to slump over, as you meditate, you lose that sharpness when you meditate. You start to feel a little down. You might even notice your thoughts spiral downward. So making yourself comfortable as you meditate.

"Be more focused. I think on higher goals and values in my life than getting worried about these small details Wise words. And i did have a quote here about the mount shasta group re say some of these communicators described what their worlds were like. Our world feels like love celebration upliftment and the constant eagerness to learn and teach they described their body as similar to star like a vibration with balanced masculine and feminine aspects. They said they communicate with each other telepathically but not with words they use packets of information or blocks of thought and in the future. Humans will apparently be able to see these non-physical beans with our physical is and that is quite provocative. Can you tell us any more particularly about that. Last part why would we be able to see them in the future. And how long do we have to wait. I know that's a great question that's often asked and when people are always want to know that when they're supposed extraterrestrial intelligence is coming through like okay. Well if you're all around and you're wanting to support humanity then why aren't you showing up exactly and the channeled answers that i get. Is you know soon soon. But of course. I believe they're multidimensional. Timing's different than human time. Human linear time. So i don't know when that soon will be but there's this perspective that humanity's not quite ready as a whole for that to happen and you may have interviewed others or heard about various contact experiences that people all over the planet are having and that the people who are perhaps more open and curious and ready to have those experiences are but that there's not a spaceship landing on the lawn of the white house because that sort of very front facing reality of it would be too overwhelming for many people on the planet and would inspire fear and people going into their fighter. Flight defensive posture that could create damage. And so the idea that until all of humanity is in a space where they won't go into that and create violence and damage to humanity an perhaps the visitors that it's not gonna happen in such an open way but we do hear much from various people about having direct experiences of this one of the chandler's from the mount shasta group actually lead groups where they would go and meditate near mount shasta with the intention of inviting extraterrestrial intelligences to come show them some sign and they would often have various. I know they're not called ufo's anymore. Unidentified aerial objects. Something is the new acronym that they would see those. And i know that there's groups around the world that are doing similar things so it's like this grass roots direct experience. If you will making into seeing perhaps we can have it be a reality for the whole world but not quite yet Absolutely these reasons that you just gave for why they aren't fully helping us out yet or quite common hear them all the time and also that notion of well it's coming soon we're gonna raise the vibration of love and light and we're all going to have a big burning man party cross dimensional or something like wouldn't starts to sound like but it doesn't feel soon to me when i look at like kind of what drives most people's feelings about life. I mean our education system certainly isn't preparing them for this kind of reality. Our culture dismisses it and laughs at it and our media is incredibly fear based and just especially over the last year and a half. I mean not to talk about that whole thing but fear is at an all time high. It doesn't seem like the mechanisms that influence people the most are at all turning towards pushing them towards love and light. It seems like the things that we're all tapped into our general culture are pushing more and more fear and maybe there's a breaking point. I guess we could hope for that. Eventually it goes so far it comes out the other side. But i don't know it just seems strange. I wonder if there ever was a time where we were in the right frequency of love and vibration where things were more apparent to us. We have these old legends and myths of fairies and elves and kelp copies and people seeing little sprites or elemental spirits. It's possible perhaps that maybe that frequency vibration that we're longing for actually did overlap with a section of humanity's past. What do you think about that. I think that that's likely true. I mean there's examples of channeling phenomenon throughout recorded history and we also see hieroglyphs in egypt of angels visiting and people with wings and all these unique things so and you look at shamanistic traditions. Many many indigenous world views hold this vision of a more holistic interconnected reality. And it's almost like you know. Through the industrial age and technology rising it was suppressed and diminished. and right. now we're in this very unique era if you will. Because we're straddling to paradyne's the materialistic paradigm through science that supposes that the only thing that is real is material things right that the nature of reality is very physical and that non-physical is not part of our world view. And so that's why. I think we get so much pushback. Taboo around channeling phenomenon is because there's no explanation for how telepathy could work or how we could possibly know the future if time is linear and were separated by space and so we are moving into a post materialistic paradigm. Where we see that. Actually consciousness.

I'm curious what your thoughts are on things that live in the spirit world. that aren't apparently aren't dead. People of the past. Yes when we survey chandler's about the source of their information. So we've done this for trance chandler's in mediums and also for people who have more general channeling experiences and you know the mediums and the trance. Ours are more likely to choose that their sources are deceased humans but also other multidimensional beings what they might call off. World allies also group beings. You know that believe is a group of discarded. Beings that have a spokesperson. That's being channeled through them similar to what your listeners you said your listeners hear about we also hear about that as well through our research when we did our mount focus group with their five trains chillers there were twenty one different supposedly beings that were coming through so when the channel would go into their trance state and would begin speaking. You know say okay. Who are you where you from. And there were twenty one different beings that were supposedly coming through them from multiple different star systems. Also so you know it's interesting when you ask me this question because i can answer it with my scientist hat on and i can say you know we really with the tools we have right now. We can't prove that definitively in any way what the source actually is so. That's my from a scientific lens right. And i look forward to continuing this work so that we can develop tools to see if we can actually verify this in some way but right now there's really no way to verify it Middle ground is. I invite people because people always ask me is this real is not real. Can i actually believe whether it's real or not real. And the advice that i give them is to attempt as best they can be in place of neutrality equanimity around it neither believing nor disbelieving but being more focused on the message itself to see if it resonates with them and can support them in their daily lives in some way and to not let our ego gets stuck on the actual. Oh this archangel michael or oh this. Is mary magdalene her. Oh this is an alien et cetera to not get stuck on that so then personally. I don't know how many channeling sessions i've experienced in my life and with my relatives. I have had my own deceased relatives. Supposedly come through and share things with me that no one else knew. My personal experience of it has been so incredibly profound. And there's no motivation for my relatives like they aren't making any money off of it. There's like no motivation for them to fake it. And there's such stark differences in the different personalities. That are coming through that. I can't come up with another explanation other than there's some likely different energetic being that is communicating in this way somehow and in terms of not just deceased humans. I think it's very arrogant to think that we are the only sentient beings in the universe and that it completely makes sense to me that there would be other beings elsewhere in the world and the likelihood that they are more advanced than us and have tapped into the ability to communicate through their consciousness in a non. Local way is kind of a no brainer in. it personnel perspective. I agree with that if we can project our consciousness out and there's anything else out there on another physical planet you would assume it has the same ability and so maybe that's how consciousness to consciousness. We get linked up sometimes. It's just a very strange world but yes as you mentioned that mount shasta group they talk about being tapped into beans and they asked him where these beans are from they say serious arteries orion as you mentioned twenty one or so different places. It is so wild. I guess once you get out of your own way you really start to realize that. There's a a giant soup out there of consciousnesses floating around and if you have an animist worldview that all things are conscious you could extend that to animals possibly plants. Maybe even crystals maybe even stars. It gets quite weird it does. It's incredible. I mean one of the remarkable things that was shared in that mount shasta group in the transcripts available for people through the research. Avenues was one of chandler's was talking about the consciousness of i think it was. I don't know if it was photons or electrons and they are talking about this. You know physics experiment in the collider's and they're like if only the physicists knew that these electrons have consciousness in their china blast them parton. It was quite fascinating to hear that. And then you know what do you do with that. I can't imagine going discern and saying you need to connect with the consciousness these things which is quite amazing. The other thing personally that has you know. At the end of that weekend. I was just so blown away by the profundity of it all and it makes my petty worries of my daily life. Just really go away. You know it's like when you take that much broader view of our universe. I think it's very humbling and it also allows me to.

I saw this spiritual metallic object that literally moved through transformational space right through the group and everyone saw the same thing in their own consciousness while we did get a tape recording of that tone. So there's all kinds of ways that these e. t.'s might appear most people are dealing with almost caricature of of hollywood. You a crap lands. Someone comes out high. Take me to your leader. That's not how that's the rarest way well that's interesting because we're in jersey there's hd wells war the world right here in jersey that put this place in a state of emergency and like the nineteen twenties think. Yeah yeah well. That's what they're trying to do now with these false flags but we're not before i mean those of us who don't understand the issue so that's those are the steps and it's a process. Now i will say you know the first time you do it. You may take an hour. I can do it in about five. Ten seconds just you click into that states Boom but it's something. As firefighters battle wild wild fires that have destroyed homes. The three largest ones are burning near reading. "Temperatures trend back up. Heading into the Fourth of July weekend. The salt Fire broke out yesterday and quickly grew. It's threatening homes around Lake Shasta north of Reading. There are also evacuations forced by the growing lava fire near Mount Shasta and another in the Klamath National Forest. If you miss the Blue Angels, they're coming back to the Bay Area for Fleet Week this fall.
