And let's update I 70 again this is eastbound I 70 between 75 and new market in 27 in mount airy, the vehicle fire cleanup continues along the right side, it is the left side of the roadway getting you by delays before 75 if you're planning to work your way around and head back up on 27 mount area to try to get on to eastbound I 70, just be aware of the work there 27 between Windsor forest road and Maryland 80. This is traffic alternating around that work crew. Northbound branch, avenue slows trying to head towards the rats road before Surat road. It's a report of a crash. We also have the delays on the Baltimore Washington Parkway in both directions headed toward NASA Goddard, the crash there in the media, and so off to the left in both directions and drawing attention. Southbound D.C. two 95, delays from benning passing east capital street, northbound slows from the 11th street bridge headed past Pennsylvania avenue, the earlier problems on the inbound 14th street bridge have cleared. This is the work zone and the broken down vehicle, one that was on the left side, one that was on the right side, your lanes are open. It is the outbound 14th street bridge where we had a report of a wreck. You'll also find on 95 southbound slows crossing the arc of then again after Quantico headed into Stafford, northbound 95 slows in Fredericksburg and again seeing the volume from Dale City into woodbridge. Now I found 95 has been a trouble spot in Maryland all morning long since the rush hour. There have been a near two 12 off to the left side, but all of those vehicles were towed away and moved out of the roadways. And the traveling should be open, those delays are starting to ease back, but we are still seeing a delay coming from the beltway headed toward two 12, just not as bad as it had been. And again, all your lanes are open. Now we do have the delay on the Baltimore Washington Parkway still in both directions headed toward NASA Goddard. That crash was off the roadway onto the left side in the median there. Eastbound I 70 in mount airy between 75 and new market and 27 in mount area. The vehicle fire activity temporary stoppages are possible as they put the fire out and continue to clean up. Also, bladensburg wrote is closed between eastern avenue and 38th avenue for the work zone that's expected to remain in place until 10 o'clock this evening, a good idea to find an alternate route to make your way around there. Now in the district 8 is the suitland park when your first throwing that had been the scene of an earlier wreck, those delays, however, have ease of that should be gone. Also, northbound D.C. two 95 has the delay from Pennsylvania avenue to bening road, watch for the work southbound souls from burrows had a past east capital street. Three O 5 on WTO P new details on another front this morning on an unusual story out of Maryland, it involved a man killed after he was hit by a tractor trailer on route 50 soon after he was accused of stabbing a woman locally at Annapolis, we've been telling you about that in recent days on WTO. Well, it turns out this was an attack between the husband and a wife. The victim in the case of the stabbing is identified this morning is 32 year old shaniqua Mitchell of Annapolis. We've also learned she's pregnant, police identify her attacker as her husband 42 year old Maurice Mitchell. After that attack, Maurice Mitchell was hit by a tractor trailer and killed as he walked along eastbound 50 at one 93, the preliminary investigation in the case shows it was Mitchell, who walked right into traffic, his wife is still hospitalized, listed in serious, but stable condition this morning. It was back in late February, this winter, the Timothy Johnson, suspected of shoplifting a pair of designer sunglasses at that time at Tyson's corner center, was shot to death after being chased by police. His family and supporters are keeping up their call this morning for something to be done. Let us have justice for Timothy Johnson. Outside fairfax county courthouse, faith and political leaders flanked Timothy Johnson's mother Melissa, who told a rally since a grand jury declined to indict the police officer who shot her unarmed son, and while she waits for a special grand jury, her feelings are in abeyance. Trying to go through the grieving in the morning process, but continuing to fight and to uplift and to keep my son's name alive. An attorney for the family says he expects the special grand jury to be seated this month or next with the Commonwealth's attorney presenting evidence in the police shooting death, in July. "The morning, April 27th, three 48 and over to rich hunter. All right, still working on the beltway in Virginia, no change there. Add a loop from the George Washington Parkway down toward the doll's toll road two left lanes get you by inner loop. As you head north of route 50 Arlington boulevard up through 66 single left lane get you by there, you do have access to the exits for 66 beyond that still working between Georgetown pike and the George Washington Parkway. Again, getting by without delay for now, if you're traveling on 66 west on the work west of the Rosalind tunnel just about picked up, still working in the tunnel where they've been doing a tunnel cleaning single ride language it bothers no delay without work zone. If you're traveling in Maryland, south N95 and good shape from the Baltimore belly down to the capitol beltway, still working Nord found approaching exit 49, you get by that works on two lanes to the right, but without delay, southbound Baltimore, Washington park, who looks like they're still working there, I one 95, as you'll approach in past the interchange down to a single run length of that work zone, starting to see a little bit of a delay there, so you may want to give yourself some extra time over in mount area again, the crash remains on ridge road near wind song Wayne. However, they are alternating traffic past the crash investigation, so there's a little bit of a slowdown, but at least you're now able to continue through on route 27, despite the crash and that other works on rich hunter WTO traffic.
