The damage report the conversation old school and mork we deliver an uncensored unapologetic version of the news. You won't get anywhere else. Listen to ty on the app or wherever you get your podcasts. Why do people do timeshares. And you're right. It's definitely a tie. Shoes are awful and it should be treated as a timeshare. But i wouldn't make timeshares elite timeshares. Them's like timeshares alone. The way that they've been done is terrible and people get suckered into them and it's almost impossible to get rid of it. Once you have been suckered into it slim. in fact there are literally corporations like that were created to make money off helping people get rid of their timeshare. It's just one gift after the next. It's disgusting but the thing with timeshares in the traditional sense is that they build resorts with the sole purpose of it being timeshare in this case they're taking limited housing and turning it into a corporation gherardi dealing with insane housing prices. Yeah no i get that. It's going to create a limited supply now. This is a really interesting. Not case. And the reason i say that is because normally you don't like if they bought a house and then eight families got to live in his somehow. That'd be one thing but these are all second people weren't looking for their second home so they're already wealthy they're going into wealthy neighborhoods and that's part of the pushback is from wealthy neighbors. Who who don't like the riffraff coming in. They could only afford eighth of a house. They're not riffraff. By the way. I mean they only do. Don't want you to be clearly one example. They were using They're all paying over six hundred thousand dollars to get portion of a house worth over four million dollars right. So it's not like riffraff can of whatever that means in their. My rich minds can enforce over six hundred thousand dollars. But so i just think it's more complicated. I wouldn't outlawed. And it's limiting the supply in really rich areas generally speaking but by the way you did get into housing that was actually lower than two million dollars and as they got more pushback because the pressure. They said they won't do that anymore. So if you're fighting like anna is on this issue. You should continue because it's getting results right but i'm just telling you my honest opinion about i think in the scope of different issues in housing. I don't think this one would is high enough as a priority that i would make it illegal. I would make this illegal. I would make private equity firms buying up residential properties buying up entire neighborhoods Of residential properties illegal i would make a foreign investment which is essentially money laundering in many cases in us real estate residential real estate specifically Illegal and that's not because i'm anti-foreigner these are people have no interest in actually living in the united states. They just buy up real estate in the united states because they're looking for a place to park their money if we have limited inventory of limited supply of housing that wire politicians who keep regurgitating that talking point. Doing something about it. I just don't get it. It's it's incredibly frustrating and the problem keeps getting worse because these corporations find new and improved ways of screwing you over from having affordable housing. So that's why i would love outlawed anyway. Obviously this gets me heated. So let's take a break all calm down and we come back. We'll talk about how a member of the boys has not only been convicted of some pretty serious crimes. He's gonna be spending time in prison. We'll see.

How am i gonna pronounce this dudes name and then i remembered. There's the show that my kids and i watch on disney plus called ice road rescues. It's about some norwegian. Tow truck drivers thought. Oh way that guy's the same name is the other guy so it's gotta be stein. Yeah that's that's correct. Yeah perfect so stein must be a pretty common name in norway. Nah not really really means rock. Basically okay cool cool. Yeah yeah so so. It's not that common really well. That's good alright. Today we are here to talk about kennels of carnage a third party more borg adventure that is on kickstarter right now for the next seventeen dates yes correct. So let's start with the first question. Because i had not even heard about more board until i started hanging around michael. So what is more board well. More fergus Like a mix between the. I don't know if you see that. The english show black. Either i have seen black adder. Yeah it's a mix between that dark souls basically so it's kinda had that humor but still. It's really dark and the report set in the premise of the world. That's going to end anytime now. And yeah it's kinda bleak yes. It's really fun randomly fun. Yeah that's cool and your adventure is a short adventure about saving loss dog. So tell us about that. Yeah so with the with the premise. That the gorgas pretty dark and nobody's really the hero there so in the normal ruling games and i played the when i started at these You're is the hero in some kind of way. But that's not the case in more organ in that sense. I want to emphasize that there might be something. You'd still in the world of mark. Mark we so you aren't necessarily the heroes but even the llama from the emperor's new groove points out the not everybody's Nobody's that heartless so you still get to save dogs. Yeah yeah. That's kind of the premise of the adventure. Yeah sweet But it's still. It's still pretty dark though and so keeps with tone. I guess but it kinda emphasize the animals animal abuse. Okay and wanna save dogs from that. That's the whole point of it really like that. The emotions going over the place because most people like fox and most people do not support animal abuse. So it's gonna drive for the players themselves not the characters but even the players to actually get this quiz complete in that sense sweet. So i'll have a link in the show notes for the kickstarter so you can see all this stuff. But in this adventure there are seven new creatures. Three new cursed artifacts artifacts are always fun one new class. The hound master. That's a good guy or bad guy while there are no good guys but tell us about the hound master. Yeah the hand monster is like the. It's a team of dogs. So when you what. I thought when i wrote adventure was a class that could take care of the dogs after the adventure. So that's kind of a hound mousters close like take the role of the bad guy but you not treating them back in that sense. Okay yeah cool. Cool and tons of random loot. Everybody loves loot. Yeah it's mostly prices than the few traps broken glass like you can hurt yourself on.

CDC says fully vaccinated people can gather indoors without masks
"Got mortgaged news on vaccinations and on CDC guidance earlier today. Doctor to net. Nash Watt are Fox News colleague joined us in the first hour to discuss the implications of what we're learning here is part of that conversation. If you could just walk us through what you heard this morning. What the big takeaways are what the implications are for people. He got so guys, This is really incredible news, and I'm just really excited. Ecstatic about it, because what this tells us it symbolizes that the end is here. It symbolizes that we have control and it gives us social premiums and gives us a taste of them of feet. And when you provide clear and realistic guidance to Americans, that's gonna increase compliance, and it's really going to get a Further where we need to be faster. So I think this is an important, very important step that has been long awaited, and it makes sense that with the first group that she mentioned a beautifully vaccinated and your mom and your parents, your neighbors fully vaccinated. It's okay to be around them indoors in a small group without a mask, But just use your common sense if you're vaccinated and you're around other people. You are not, and they're at high risk. You might want to just be careful where your mask Until that person who is high risk is able to get their vaccine because it's your high risk in the first place. They should be vaccinated. So I know it's a little bit cumbersome, but it's just a matter of time. Remember, by the end of May, everyone is gonna have according to president right and everyone is going to have access to the vaccine on. But this is really very hopeful. Good news. Because we're almost there. We're at the home stretch and it's It's a point to take these these steps because, remember, the vaccine is not 100% effective. Right, but it's I mean, it's awfully close, right? And so you start adding up these numbers, you say Okay, well, because this is one of the things that Doubters will bring up. Well, it's not 100% effective. Well, that's true of almost every vaccine ever. Right. It's it's about managing expectations and managing risk. And we have a disease that is, you know, 99 plus percent survival rate if you get it. Then, if you have most people with vaccines that are between let's say 86 94% effective. The math just gets so much better for society as a whole, and we're back to something close to a normal risk scenario where we've all been living our lives under that type of rest scenario. For years and years. Right, so the vector after the vaccinated, plus vaccinated person, right, So if you've got a small group of people, everyone's been vaccinated. You all can get together in. The CDC is saying it again. This is a recommendation. They don't actually Set policy that doesn't have, you know legal weight, But their recommendation based on what they say is the best science is and that first part, I think is just totally common sense toe toe Average people. If you've got a group of folks who've all been vaccinated, Of course, they should be able to hang out indoors outdoors wherever they want to be. Without masks without social distancing, because they're all safe themselves, and they're safe from each other. The one where I guess it is a little bit. Mork confusing. And if you could just maybe parse out some of this guide us a little bit, doctor. It is the permission that they're giving, or at least in their recommendations. That people who are vaccinated can safely gather with unvaccinated people as well. Talking about vaccinated grand parents and their unvaccinated, you know, families or grandkids, or, you know groups of friends and they're saying be careful. It kind of depends on who the unvaccinated people are. But we're not saying that it is unsafe. For vaccinated people to hang out Now indoors. No, masking know, distancing with some unvaccinated. Others Just spell that a little bit more further. A little bit further for us, please. Yes, that's correct and going back to the first one. Where if you're fully vaccinated, That means you have to be two weeks out from your second dose or two weeks out from the Johnson Johnson because I got to tell you guys this past weekend I had a lot of positive covert patients, and many of them had only had their first dose. Even other symptoms were very mild. So you want to make sure that it's both doses and infinitely two weeks after Second does now when it comes to not wearing your mask. If you're living in the same household with others who are not vaccinated, it is a caveat is those who are not vaccinated in that trustful. They are how rich you might want to take precautions. If they have COPD or diabetes or heart disease. You might want to take precautions. And the thing is, if you're mixing more than one household member, if you're increasing the size of the gathering You're increasing the risk of possible transmission. That's when they're that's when they say. If there's more than one household that you're mixing with, then you might want to consider where in your mask, and they also still recommend everyone avoid medium to large indoor gathering. But if you can't do that, where your mask social distance again Just get more American vaccinated. We have about 9.2%, who are fully backstage about 30 million Americans, which in my opinion is really good at that, with people who are naturally infected. We're almost that, you know. Herd immunity. I really do think we're getting there. So the key is the mixing of the household. If it's more than one helpful on Duren, the harvest situation, maybe having AH co morbidity is common sense. Protect yourself. It's not hard to wear that mask. And to me, it kind of feels like a headline. If you want to boil it down. This does not apply to every single case, but it's like, Hey, Grandma and Grandpa. You're vaccinated. You're fully vaccinated. Go hug your grandkids. It is safe, right and like that, is that such a wonderful thing to see And it's it's just way all knew. That moment was coming in for a lot of people. It's now been here because we've had people getting vaccinated. Out for weeks and months. But to have it now be sort of the broad recommendation of the CDC. That is very exciting. The data among seniors 65 especially 75, plus Thing. Definitely to sort of herd immunity. If you will that level of inoculation among older populations, who are overwhelmingly the most likely to get very seriously ill or die from this disease. We're doing a great job prioritizing those people in a very high percentage. Super super majority of seniors in America are now vaccinated in that number continues to grow. Every day.
Senior Status for Judges Explained
"Judges have announced they will take senior status or retire since the election. Adding to about 50 federal judicial vacancies that existed before the election. With a narrow democratic majority in the Senate and no 60 vote threshold for judicial nominees, Biden has an opportunity to make an impact on the court's starting with the second circuit, which it now appears he can flip back to a Democratic appointed majority. Joining me is Professor called to bias of the University of Richmond Law School. Carl tell us what senior status means for judges and who's taking it well. Senior status is a form of semi retirement when judges satisfied the rule of 80. When they're 65 15 years of experience. They can take that status. They usually have a half caseload. On. Do they continue to receive the cola's that all federal judges have? And so it's a great opportunity for the judges. Because you retain their experience. But the court then gets another active judge. And so that's extremely valuable and brings new people into the system and gives the courts more resource is which many of them need. The most recent one is Judge Peter Hall on the second Circuit. Who last Thursday soon senior status. And so that's important because he's the third judge on that court. Assume senior status and means that they'll be Mork people on the court appointed by Democratic presidents than Republican president Want Judge Hall is replaced by by pointy so fighting has an opportunity to flip the court back to a democratically appointed majority, which Trump was able to flip during his time.

"It's much of a much. You're right one hundred percent at that. There's not a lot of choices for the fungoides. It's almost worth switching out the funded cave shaman for mad cup shaman. Just because you can get moon face moment box. The additional command points too. Good for me advocate shaman. The other the other heroes. That i've got is a loose ball on the giant capex week. It has the The joseph mccarthy fact again. I built this list before before. We'll show builder At me so we have. We have a very similar bill. T add or take the rome artifact but the difference between our heroes is that i've gone to head of gawk now. The hand of god is one of my favorites spills. And i could not leave without. It's the reason for it is it. Essentially is a teleport. So this whole idea our guest. The way i think about my squeak builds is it's more like a wife so basically what my function cave trauma will do behind. The line is it will close to the balloon shrine. The the hand of golkar is at cost. Value disorder quickly brought up. Its custody of six fire remember correctly. Diversify both otsu gata causing bag of seven so the hand of costing value of seven if successfully caused pick one friendly glimpse bike unit. Hollywood in twelve to twenty four cost us very generous generous number it's visible and it's more than three inches away from an enemy. You pick up that model that units and remove it from the battlefield and set it up anywhere as long as it's outside of nine inches from the enemy unit it cannot move in that subsequent movement face. So the way i'm thinking about this is it can either aid. I can pick up my or bring up in the second box. What you've got here as well. I've got five squeak. Hope as ten boy groped bound as timbo bound as eighteen squeak hood. Eighteen squeak hood seeking sufferers and occultist. Quake i loved my colossal squeak. And we'll talk a bit about why it also comes with a squeak rider stampede a Both the joseph mock version again reinforcing is was built but full. Will scroll build. It was updated to the really the id. But i've got the hand of goal considered squeak loa. Is that familiar with hand of gawk through my blink rebounders all my sweet hop up into the enemy. Or maybe even a squeak hood into the enemy. What i'm thinking about doing is should be damaged. And they come back half strength on a full plus. I can then use my funkaway cave shaman to pick up that regenerated unit from the learn shrine and throw it at my apartment. So this for made for squeaks. When i think about squeaks. I am very much about the game by our about scoring objectives. Early there are about doing damage early. And as the game progresses they get worse and worse and worse so while miami's being reduced while miami is losing its movement. The fungoides cave shaman becomes a late game threat to pick up any unit in scoring objective. Where the off it with our to enough damage..

"They have cool ability when they move over unit on a four bus. They do a mortal wound and they move fast. So it's it can race aches. You know So they moved as fast as the mango or squeak. That's the main point. That's the only unit the whole army that can keep up with the monger squeaks. And they are as you said. All of them are won't units. They voted six plus saves. But it's when he wants the unit. So what i do charge with the hopers. A you know tried to blinn as much of the unit responsible made him look into gun but and then charged with the banks greek from aside so it's predicted as many units or modal skin filed to it and they gave the beating for the squeaky pinkett healthy you know. And that's the biggest us they have relay and also since they are in the battalion or at least the two units they can now actually killed the screen because with do damage. You know they can kill. i know. then something or twentysomething and make the room for modular squeaked violin bond behind because you have three inch violin than through inch with the boston chains. it's five intrigue. Basically if you drive you can hit. You know backline. Heroes rose glenn units. They are screening very very easily. So that's why i to play three dense hopers Even though the one unit is not in the battalion it can still take the beating for democracy weeks. it's still has issues It's as good as getting screen oviously because the the writers have one attack him five Force lower and the ride is on during the damage is coming from the squeak. The gulps from the squeak but even lucky to hit roll it hits on full wins on a three range one for one. Obviously that is such a two three the battalion and all you to get any use the komo ability from the mongol earthquake so you won't to that full plastic it is Is is fifty fifty right lock. It is what it is. I guess i mean they do each so at this one from each model's going to go through in basic live my twice so then fifteen damage which is enough just to kill the chair the screen. It's interesting he you talking about squeak biz offensively..

"I like to include the squeak units and that allows me to push screen out if there's going to be an alpha strike with ko whether it's a summoning army whether it's a fast movement army can Illest in allows me to push one to two of those squeak hood. It's forward so that they can kind of except the the charge or they can accept the pushback the strike so for me this week hood and because it really shaped. They're great screen hole. If i am going to be going. I and i want to kind of punch by putting in the face. Metaphorically not physically Violence to your opponents it does allow me to get potentially initial six inches for that learned. Boss that does grunts. so especially. Born grosse pointe girls who move only two eighty six really can use the extra movement and guaranteed six inches. Yup the that's the only good thing about it being guaranteed six inches. You don't have to roll six. Because there would be way too many dice rolling. But i would say ninety nine percent of the time used wingels as well being moving them forward or backwards. If it's one unit is going to be boring gertz most of the time for me for me. It's either the boyne grottes. 'cause i want that extra six. It's the mangla. So i can guarantee that he's combat being again even three eighty six Isn't consistent an intern. One you're not gonna get a lot of the bad moon so if you're gonna go return one attack unietd every advantage and the badminton's the air all it's defensive. Bill which is pushing my squeak hoods fullwood to deny the board to climate objective early to Contest assad of the board so people caught jonah. Jump into my face multiple use. It's great tool but it's to consider like i mentioned. I have seen a lot of people a few people using double stampede the blaze that we just went through but this will really into the depths. But coats of we've got battalions quite cool They are the same price. The squeak battalions in apple cuttings ninety one hundred and forty points respectively but he can extra command point. You hear this in extra command point. Do get an extra artifact reduce drops no. I agree the reducing of the gropes drops for is he said it's gluskin and most of the time need to begin or at least be able to choose the most critical thing there for me. At least let's talk your list. So that's the rules in general folks and maybe for the first time. If we're actually going to talk about one of my lists way. We rarely talk about mine. Lists before we do that. Adam is gonna talk through one of his list. So how does adam put these theory into practice with all these rules. Had he built up the rules. And how do you think about your rules. And why have you chosen what you've chosen so to kick things off from latest point of view you've got a fungoides cave. Shaaban we d artifact of plate off perfect protection you off from the realm of shimon and you've got the law of our. You've got the squeak loa your boss on a giant case week with the moon cut and you've got screaming screaming squeak. Sorry which is your Your jaws of mock forced artifact. And then you've got your general which is the limbaugh also mangla squeak the envoy of the balance and the clemmie cow. So i will say though the command trait i just remembered it does make me cry a little bit that i can't use Giant probably the biggest sacrifice by doing this is. I do fight another day. I was what i saw. The there is a common trait..

So they can't you can't destroy unit and then it comes back and it keeps coming back back back back back so thoughts on the learn shrine. This week shrine the squash. I like that. So this rule. The forms of the landlord eggers is. What makes you win. Attrition wars like ninety percent of the time you're not death you can read them all units health but it's still health more than most of the army's do What's really great about. It is that you can put the unit three inches away from enemy. Units so setting up charges You know or squeak. Oprah's to jump over the unit. The rule The only bad thing. It's not one hundred percent it's just four-plus wage gap again. It's random it's fifty fifty you know does going Just as with everything in disarming Helps look like it's really good rule. It held them a lot of because they didn't have it before. But i would also want to get beg a little on the shelf. Inge bubble showed bubble. I think it's super important. Actually because this army or squeaks generally know the whole army. The bravery signed a really bad. I mean you're talking force or fives so having to battle battleship immunity against something like i dunno. Guardian overlord to just jump in the first round chewed fifa fee for each unit is just crucial. It's it's what makes breaks to game really. It's really sorry yeah. I probably shouldn't have rushed the immunity to battle shock. I guess i rushed a little bit. Cuttings caught if self explanatory. It is quite helpful. It's helpful. I find it mostly helpful mostly win i i guess Strikes turned one summer. Run into my face or Comes down shoots meal. Some type of stone costs comes in shoots. Me and i guess for me the way i think about maybe is more screening as opposed to the battle community but it is nice to have as well so good to know especially maybe in the light game while you'd have to spend a command point to retain some models because they Defenders of objective. Our battle shaw commute. I have a my my sneaking stuff. always hugging the shrine. They never leave. And i have so many games ball just by the butler shook immunity of the sneaky stuffers holding the home objective. So the like. I don't know i would say thirty. Percent of games decided later because just the good. Now that's awesome I use my snuff as a little bit different. We'll talk about them very soon. "The tie breaking question was a question about sweets and it was What is squeak What does it actually means. What is a short her at short short hand. What does it actually mean. And very few people got it. Right but squeak actually meant squeaky based tonight at always kinda stood with me and i saw the models updated the mangles squeak sneaky selfless they got the the boy growth the new hamas even the old hope is the little dude pulling these op-eds down giving you like as he's rotting. Squeak was just absolutely hilarious. So for me. The glimpse buckets were an opportunity to have fun but also they can be competitive again during the spirit of context. Is this five army. Probably not depending on your metal but it is an army made that i've had absolute fahd. It can be competitive. You will win some games and vase. Extra rules for mate. Have really taken it up to another level. Because it credit kids distancing the much frustrating thing for me would go towards we squeaks. Is that outside of these roles. They are inconsistent and they've been hard to plan for No no. I totally agree. The the white dwarf rules hit the nail on the head. Exactly what they needed. It's exactly what they needed. So if you don't have the issue go out and grab it. I do have the link down below. The i have the copy in the description and because it is good. And we're gonna talk a little bit about list gonna talk about how we're thinking about the rules and then we'll talk a bit about like how we use them on the table. Both at up by squeak place so unlike some of the other talking videos. Where i'd i talk nearly as much now. Let my do all the talking. I'm gonna talk a little bit more. Because i have been running. These battalion will tell you. It's exactly four. I get into those rules at just maybe at a very high level if somebody has been interested in squeak someone who's thinking about picking these up for the first time and they looking at that games workshop shelf. What do well. What are their strengths. And why would you consider picking them up other than having probably the best model range In the mock You just took it out of my mouth. Their only flight What did they do What do they not do good. They would the rules. They move supervised hit hard now They have some downs. Obviously but if you want fast moving fast based army where you have to think about every step because a lot of things can go wrong that it's an army for you. I would say it's not a complicated army. I think for me with gets What i enjoy about them. Is there a gloss cannon. So what i mean by that is They can they can put out a punch. They can punch your opponent in the face they can. It'll hit them so hot that it makes their ancestors cry bought. They can't take a punch. They cannot take a punch that not very defensive. Army see not gonna get any modal wounds age. You're not gonna have a high on a safe but what you do get you get a lot of wounds Punches a lot of rain A lot of modal would output but not a lot of defense so a no one apply to night.
