Tunisian President Fires Prime Minister After Violent Protests

"To speed with what's happening in Tunisia major unrest over the last few days, the country's president has now announced the suspension of parliament. And the dismissal of the prime minister after violent protests broke out in several cities over the government's handling of the covid pandemic and the ongoing problems with unemployment and the economy. President Chi Saeed said on Sunday he would assume executive authority with the assistance of a new prime minister. However, the Tunisian parliament speaker has accused the president of launching a coup against the Constitution. Well for more. I've been speaking to Huda Was Yodit research in Tunisian affairs from the University of Toronto in Canada. Have to say I wasn't surprised because this has been like an open secret in Tunisia with a lot of people talking about the possibility of what President I say it. Maybe stage in some kind of what they call a constitutional cool, according to some constitutional experts, even though some others who know that would disagree with the label, But I think this is a moment that opportunity that is very critical when a lot of people They seem to be extremely worried and concerned that what side has done might lead to a part of some kind of dictatorship or some kind of could similar to what happened in Egypt. Others are quite you know, happy because especially the ones are very until mother Because of the way that the political class has been dealing with them. How economic situation but also the health places with carpet so in a way, because it's very popular with a lot of them so They felt that he, in some ways, you know, reigned in all the ills that has been generated by by the change in Parliament, in particular how it is run by the Islamist party. Is it Time to Prune Your Goals?

"Tip is to prune your goals you may be holding onto goals intentions that you don't actually intend to do or that. No longer makes sense for your life. Best to acknowledge that and let them go so you can focus on the ones that do matter around this time of year late summer. My yard starts looking a little overgrown the bushes along the front walkway grow so thick that it is almost impossible to walk through them. They are lovely bushes but not in that form. Time to prune them back. The same thing happens in a way with goals. Lots of people make new year's resolutions in late december or early january some people set a lot of goals just in the course of life like let me read fifty books this year or meditate for thirty minutes a day or pick up my watercolor paints again whether people keep these goals is a different matter. Sometimes we don't even think about them after a while but they're kind of they're as expectations lovely in some form but blocking the sidewalk when there are too many of them left untended if that sounds familiar. The middle of the year is a great time for a reckoning. Not because i want anyone to feel bad about whether they are harboring unmet expectations for themselves. But because it's good to be honest about whether goals are actually goals or not.

NFL Sets Stiff Penalties for the Unvaccinated

"Is cracking down to get players to get Covid 19 vaccines Just days before training camps began, All 32 teams got a memo saying outbreaks among unvaccinated players could cause teams to forfeit games. That would be costly for both the teams and players CBS this morning Saturday, co host Dana Jacobson explains Why there's this no nonsense approach. There's Brady's past Grand Kowske. At the end of the 2020 NFL season, the league managed to crown a champion. Getting there wasn't easy. Covid outbreaks among teams forced the league to reschedule several games, which caused logistical and financial headaches. NFL team owners want to have these games played in full and as safely as possible. Jonathan Jones is a CBS sports NFL insider. He says the league hopes to avoid a repeat of last year, which is why it sent a memo to all 32 teams Thursday, warning that if a covid spike on a team postpones again, which can't be rescheduled, the team responsible will have to forfeit shoulder the financial losses and players on both teams won't get paid. The memo upset several league stars like opera wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who posted then deleted this tweet being put in a position to hurt my team because I don't want to partake in the vaccine is making me question my future in the NFL. He later posted. I got about nine more years than me. You look at the monetary side of this, and of course, it does not benefit the owners to miss out on any of these games. Jones says The NFL memo is proof that owners don't think enough players are protected. You want to be able to deliver on the entire 17 game schedule and then play a full postseason and deliver Product to all of your fans, all of your media partners, Dr.

The Benefits of Near Infrared Sauna

"Want to share with you all of the reasons why i purchased the infrared sauna and what it has done so far. What the benefits have been for me. Now i've moved around a lot in my life and there's no denying that sunny days brighten my mood. I always feel better when. I'm enjoying more time in the sun in the area where i live right now. I don't get quite as much sun as i did. I lived in florida. So when i lived in florida i always had good vitamin d levels. I didn't experience depression. And i definitely didn't experience seasonal blues like. I do sometimes living here in tennessee. The sun's rays regulate our sleeping patterns and it supports physiological processes. That help our body to just function better. So i understand a lot of people have become more and more afraid of the sun and we tend to sometimes forget that de son also has really a powerful. He leaned benefits when used appropriately. One of the best ways to reap the benefits of sunlight without necessarily Overexposure or the risk of skin cancer is by using near infrared sauna. Now this isn't the main reason why i wanted an infrared sauna and i'll get into that a little bit more as i go along and share my story but this is definitely a bonus side benefit that as if you do experience seasonal affective disorder. You couldn't possibly benefit from fifteen to twenty minutes of daily infrared light therapy.

So they could write down some things that they could check out and he was telling me that classic wrestling was available on peacock. Like, most people, I was into wrestling as a kid but kind of stopped paying attention. I got to be an adult. He told me I could watch all these classic wrestling episodes from the early 1980s, free WWF. Yeah, the national wrestling Alliance that I used to watch growing up in Virginia, they've got them on T. In fact that's what's on the TV, right? Knee watching some old wrestlers and just watching it how different it was and how simple and not quite as cartoonish. It was cartoonish, don't get me wrong but it's not quite the same thing. And after I get done here, after I get done with like nine Seasons, so the entire 1980s I'll be going back to the Mid-South wrestling. It's great to have on during the day where you don't really have to pay attention where it really doesn't matter. But yet, it takes me back into a time that what was much simpler, I just didn't realize it was quite so simple at the time.

How I Stopped Feeling Inadequate and Comparing Myself to Others by Vironika Tugaleva of Vironika.org

"I used to feel like a never be successful. Like never measure up to the accomplishments of the people around me right. After i first began coaching and speaking i spent much of my daily life comparing myself to people i consider successful and i never measured up. Go on website after website. Feeling my heart sink as i wondered. How will i ever be able to do this. How can i ever get people to listen to what i am saying. What if i'll always be. Nobody would if no one cares. What if i'm not good enough. The shame was overwhelming and so was the anxiety. After i quit my day job and became even worse i left my career of study. Mayfield either excelled academically and professionally to pursue a passion. That left me feeling inadequate and insignificant. I was too young too inexperienced to unguarded to unqualified. I wasn't slick enough sexy enough or well dressed enough. I was just me and for a while there. That was a painful reality. I fought these demons in my head secretly as i tried to share a message of love. I followed my constant sense of inadequacy as a coach as an author as a people helper back. Then i didn't see that as judging my work the same way i once judge my body i thought i'd made huge leaps and myself love journey and i had i wasn't on learning yet close to a year ago. I had an epiphany. I was invited to come on television my first ever appearance on tv to talk about my story and the love mindset. I wrote about my experiences at the time for now. Just summarize a story for you very simply. I'll terrified then. i had an epiphany. It was the kind of epiphany that felt good. But it didn't hit me hard. Some tiffany's make your eyes alight up and you know that they're changing your entire life. No this wasn't like that. This is the kind of tiffany that feels nice. Be don't realize his life changing until you look back and see that everything is different. was this. This is not about me. It's about the people i help. My job is not to be successful. My job is to serve. That is how i succeed. That little tiffany cleanse all work related anxiety out of my mind day by day as i reoriented my sense of purpose in the world

"That maybe these artificial sweeteners can cause metabolic syndrome and thus obesity and diabetes. This suggestion comes primarily from epidemological studies that show an association between the use of artificial sweeteners and obesity and diabetes but it is likely that people who are predisposed to gain weight and become diabetic or also the people who use artificial sweeteners. Instead of sugar as philip handler then head of the us national academies of sciences suggested in nineteen seventy five. What we want to know is whether using artificial sweeteners over a lifetime or even a few years or decades is better or worse for us than however much sugar we would have consumed instead. It's hard for me to imagine that sugar would have been healthier option if the goal is to get off sugar them. Replacing it with artificial sweetener is one way to do it. The research community concertedly do much better job than it has in the past of testing all these questions but we may have a very long wait before the public health authorities fund such studies and give us the definitive answers we seek. What do we do until then ultimately the decision of how much is too much becomes a personal decision just as we all decide as adults what level of alcohol caffeine or cigarettes will ingest. Enough evidence exists for us to consider sugar very likely to be a toxic substance and to make an informed decision about how best to balanced unlikely risks with the benefits to know what those benefits although it helps to see how life field without sugar former cigarette smokers of which i am will tell you that it was impossible for them to grasp intellectually or emotionally. What life would be like without cigarettes until they quit that three weeks or months or even years. It was a constant struggle then one day. They reached a point at which they couldn't imagine smoking a cigarette and could imagine why they had ever smoked. Let alone found it desirable. A similar experience is likely to be true of sugar but until we try to live without until we tried to sustain the effort for more than days or just a few weeks. We'll never know.

"Former personal lawyer Michael Cohen is beginning three days of congress. He'll testify before congress this morning, and we have just learned about some of the things that he plans to publicly accused the president of an Amtrak train from Seattle to Los Angeles. He's been stuck in Oregon for more than twenty four hours. It's cold and snowy up. There is people are just sitting on this train. And then it's six five handle on the news bullets start with some of those stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. President Trump is that to land in Vietnam this morning for his summit with the North Korean leader, Kim Jong UN spent two and a half days riding around his armored train to Hanoi since arriving. He's been touring around Hanoi in an armored limo surrounded by bodyguards were running alongside. Wow, one of his stops was the North Korean embassy in Hanoi. The summit officially starts tomorrow. And we'll talk with Karen all about this in just a second. President Trump's former personal lawyer Michael Cohen is beginning three days before congress with a closed door interview Cohen is set to appear today before the Senate intelligence committee. He's being asked to reveal what he claims to know about sensitive issues like the president's alleged contacts with the Russians Cohen is due in prison soon, partly for lying to that same committee in two thousand seventeen. And some people are gone. Well, how can they believe him? Now. All right. Well, that aside we just learned this is a report coming out of the Wall Street Journal today. Michael Cohen plans to accuse President Trump of engaging in criminal conduct while in office, the alleged criminal conduct is related to a hush money payment that Cohen facilitated to stormy Daniels. The porn star who says she had the affair with President Trump about a decade ago. This would Mark the first time that Michael Cohen has accused the president of criminal conduct while serving as president. Now Cohen's also expected to provide some of the president's private financial statements and give what the Wall Street Journal is calling behind the scenes details of what it's like to work for President Trump including times that he said, President, Trump inflated or deflated his net worth for business and personal purposes including the avoidance of property taxes. So we might finally see some tax returns, and he will or some glimpse into what they might look like. He will also provide evidence of lies racism and sheeting by President Trump. According to the Wall Street Journal that Trump reportedly made racist remarks about African Americans kipnes intelligence and lifestyle choices. All right. So that's the latest coming out this morning, and we'll see if and when he does say that again, he's got three days of testimony. So he could drop little bombs all along the way he could save it all up and do it all at once who knows. But if stuff in fact, if he does in fact to make those statements will let you know an Amtrak train from Seattle to Los Angeles has been stuck in Oregon for more than a day. The coast Starlight train hit a tree on the tracks Sunday night and a snowy area called Oak Ridge. Currently Biggby told ABC news, many of our fellow passengers are small children and their parents. There's been asking about diapers. If anybody has extra diapers and formula, and we don't have the supplies are maturing. So we're kind of just making do with what we have the chain is carrying one hundred eighty three passengers Amtrak says there's enough food to feed them the company says it's been difficult to provide alternative transportation because of heavy snow and more down trees causing road problems. "Or has been impactful in my life in addition to the understanding of mental toughness and how it can be taught in can enhance what you naturally come to the table with which therefore that theory can be plied to just about anything to include adversity in your in your bility to work your way through it is that the advice and i tell this to my kids too regardless of how hard something is regardless of how much something hurts never give up keep putting one foot in front of the other asking for help is not a sign of weakness real strength is actually picking somebody up not putting them down or holding them down and if you can get stuck in your head that you'll never give up then tomorrow tomorrow's always gonna come unless you do something permanent to prevent it so don't never stop putting one foot in front of the other the sun is gonna come up but sometimes that next day is going to suck and you know what sometimes the one after that it's going to suck to and for me sometimes it's weeks sometimes it sucks for more than days sometimes it sucks for weeks but i consistently and constantly tell myself nothing can last forever because it can't and i don't know i don't know again like i said i don't know if that's complete rambling for the last twenty minutes or it actually can help somebody i hope it does somewhere.

"Two three zero to six today dr marketa and mr phillips saxon will discuss myra treatments spa welcomed onto monkey the way that sounds you have said under the leadership more than day thought leaders in non surgical asthmatics and hormone replacement therapy tell us what you've learned from them i think the first thing is the fact that we no longer a practicing medicine like we have in the past say twenty years hmo kenner changed the game of how we practice medicine they took it away from the actual clinician and so going back to our roots of what physician actually means healer and so that's where i come in and really the modern day thought leaders are going back to that actual thought process of being the healer because physician actually means healer so that's really where we go and really getting to the root of the matter and when we look at the root of the matter we're looking at spirit mind and body as a physician because you call a p a carranza correct a little bit about that so you know there there's a lot of controversy of a pa is a lot of people say we are junior doc or we you know we don't know anything but we really do train under the medical motto meaning we are training our education is the first of our first year is he quivalent to their first and second year of medical school and then our second year is he quivalent to their third and fourth years of medical school so it really is intense it's not or baby physician assistant you're really are all practical purposes the practicing we were actually brought out of the vietnam war and the medics there had learned so much in that war that they didn't feel like they were medics but they were able to do advanced care and to the level of an helping docs really get where they need it so the doctors were able to do the more advanced procedures while the pa's or physician assistants were able to take care of some of the traditional concern told us about your interactions with patients which is really different because i love your places the way you do your work thank you so you know my motto not only with the modern day thought leaders.

"Combat the sunlight and there really hasn't been an issue with series two later and was they doubled the the knits and but i mean it can always be better and and same for the iphone it could always be better where it's more viewable outside like if you put on sunglasses i imagine that it's harder to kinda see because then it's it's dims the screen from your perspective so if they can do micro led to you know have a sharper screen and being that much brighter in the right scenario then that's an obvious benefit yeah and what would you you mentioned like the screen scr scratching and stuff what would you say is is completely off the off the number one complaint with life in general i it doesn't no particular moto over i find what would you guy for people complain about the well screen screen cracking industry aside from this the overall product what is ever battery life exactly yeah everyone's longer battery life and i think the might stuff is the main reason that shooting so hard is the the the paper that i read little skim to be honest said the describing at the smallest sizes can be twice as a fission as as lead and like that's a bizarre any more efficient than which is even more than day right so if you think about the the battery drain if an is device like an iphone ipad the number one thing is when the screens owned about she joins faster just because there's a lot of this big panel and if you can get twice as a fishing you're like hull being the amount of battery consumption of the biggest factor in the device right in a time when no one seems to be able to advance battery technology to give back a pass it the other way to come at the the problem is defined components that are more fishing and this seems like a huge factor hit like if you make the screen twice as efficient you could get like ours mobile app on iphone like it'd be huge change.
