A lotta people. Don't know this about me. But i come from a automotive I was a service. I worked with in the service department at a dealership so people that are just bought a vehicle are bringing vehicle in to get fixed and ninety five percent of the time ninety five percent of the time maybe even ninety nine percent of the time. Motherfuckers pissed off. They were not happy the fact that they had to bring their new vehicle into picks so a good way to do what you want to learn and and soak up some game now anytime you talked to somebody that has frustrated or man is what you do. You listen to them. Let them use all their ammo. Papa by letting out let them get it all out. Don't even interrupt and don't say nothing. Don't let it get to you. Just listen once you listen you have anything else to say no all right and then you cover all their points. Boom boom boom boom. You meet all the things that they're struggling with other things that they're mad about and find a solution to each one and they're right there they have nothing else to say because you you let them let loose. You found a solution in most of the time they get fixed. I'll say about seventy five percent of the time there's that one there is at twenty five percent of the time that there will still be pissed off and you know what happens this what i would tell people. I'm like. look you said that this and this and this and this is what you were upset. I find a solution to all four of those things. And you're still mad so you know what happens. And i will tell them straight up when all this happens is no matter what i do for you. You are going to be men no matter what i do. You are gonna be man. So there's nothing i can do to make you happy and that is a personal problem. That is not my problem more and that was a knockout punch. That's where the conversation would end right there But a lot of people you know. I bring this up now. You know i talked about in previous episodes. Where i'm not a big believer in in you know pushing change to hate you know hating or being real aggressive about Somebody that does not believe something you believe in. I don't really feel like that. Changes anything. So i approach a very differently. I would've could've walked into that starbucks. Inches been pissed off that she was wearing the hat and hated her. They're not letting him. Ira can you come help me. And he's underneath your name. He like he was like we hotel. It was some bullshit was in louisiana. I'm telling you so. People don't understand what it's like to be a young mexican and good looking now. I'm serious. I don't know what it is about me. I don't know why. I guess. I look like a fucking criminal. And and i'm going me talk about this but there was no one coming out of california to represents california the national golden globes because california did not have a golden glove tournament due to code. So they were not going to send nobody they were actually going to send one girl and i'll tell you about that in a little bit. But they weren't gonna sail ascend. Nobody and i'm gonna let me kind of share the story of how the hell she got herself here right so actually. There hasn't been golden gloves in california for two years We were assigned up in twenty twenty for twenty twenty golden gloves and three days before the tournament. It was in the bay area. That's when the bay area got shut down..

When Should You Use Resistance Bands?
"Question is from ms denise morales. When should you use the resistance ban during weight training or will it benefit more to use it when you're priming your body both Resistance bands are extremely versatile. Valuable ways of changing workouts adding variable resistance. Priming your body. You know what's funny about resistant spans is they were not really considered You know like a serious exercise tool for a time and then you saw strength. Athletes really start to use them. I can't remember which. Powerlifting group did any as westside barbell really. I know the soviets used studies. That's where they got it from got it from and then you got strength. Athletes started using them and they started crushing and competitions and know initially bands were considered kind of wimpy. But it's hard to do that when you guys girl squatting and lifting as much as they did nixing people started using them. I started using them myself. as variable resistance watson dead lifts loved them and then use them for trigger sessions. Absolutely love them and now a week doesn't go that. I don't use resistance band so i think they're extremely valuable and one of the reasons why they're so valuable. Is there resistance. Gets harder as you stretch them out which is very different than what you experience with weights. Think you need a variable resistance for the the listeners. understand. So if i have if i have a band. I'm doing a overhead. Press with. I may start here at forty pounds but as stretch it out. It gets much harder now. The cool thing about this is as my arm extends. I tend to get stronger as well. So the resistance matches how my strength tends to express itself. So it's like. I get more resistance right when i get stronger. Which is kinda cool. And it's the opposite of what happens when you have a bar bell or dumbo. Yeah as you get barbells dumbbells you get closer to the end of the movement. It's much easier than what it is at. The weight stays the same right or with the freeway because it's working against gravity. If i'm doing a preacher curl it's heavy down here. But when i'm up here it's not heavy at all because i'm just supported by l. belt whereas with the resistance band it's always challenging. Do i think they can replace weights.
