When Should You Use Resistance Bands?
"Question is from ms denise morales. When should you use the resistance ban during weight training or will it benefit more to use it when you're priming your body both Resistance bands are extremely versatile. Valuable ways of changing workouts adding variable resistance. Priming your body. You know what's funny about resistant spans is they were not really considered You know like a serious exercise tool for a time and then you saw strength. Athletes really start to use them. I can't remember which. Powerlifting group did any as westside barbell really. I know the soviets used studies. That's where they got it from got it from and then you got strength. Athletes started using them and they started crushing and competitions and know initially bands were considered kind of wimpy. But it's hard to do that when you guys girl squatting and lifting as much as they did nixing people started using them. I started using them myself. as variable resistance watson dead lifts loved them and then use them for trigger sessions. Absolutely love them and now a week doesn't go that. I don't use resistance band so i think they're extremely valuable and one of the reasons why they're so valuable. Is there resistance. Gets harder as you stretch them out which is very different than what you experience with weights. Think you need a variable resistance for the the listeners. understand. So if i have if i have a band. I'm doing a overhead. Press with. I may start here at forty pounds but as stretch it out. It gets much harder now. The cool thing about this is as my arm extends. I tend to get stronger as well. So the resistance matches how my strength tends to express itself. So it's like. I get more resistance right when i get stronger. Which is kinda cool. And it's the opposite of what happens when you have a bar bell or dumbo. Yeah as you get barbells dumbbells you get closer to the end of the movement. It's much easier than what it is at. The weight stays the same right or with the freeway because it's working against gravity. If i'm doing a preacher curl it's heavy down here. But when i'm up here it's not heavy at all because i'm just supported by l. belt whereas with the resistance band it's always challenging. Do i think they can replace weights. No but i think in addition to extremely

Corporate Media vs. Bolivian Democracy
"The on the show. We put the spotlight on bolivia as we examined the hypocrisy of western media towards the return of bolivia democracy following the two thousand and nineteen coup against evil morales in two thousand nineteen a right wing coup with support of both the us government and the organization of american states overthrew the government of evil morales following presidential elections that showed no proof of fraud or irregularities the resulting coup government led to several people getting killed following a wave of protests and arrest. This of course is a summarize consensus by the global south and certainly from the bolivian. People of what took place in two thousand nineteen western media on the other hand paints the picture of yet another authoritarian leader disliked by the us being quote unquote asked to step down from their post now following the two thousand twenty presidential election. Chip Crisis in 'Danger Zone' as Wait Times Reach New Record
"Our lead story today is one of demand and supply in that order. The commodity in question is semiconductors. The demand as we'll explain is nearly universal the supply well it's lagging and more so every day bloomberg got its hands on some data from the susquehanna financial group that says if you order a chip today the aforementioned semiconductors you're going to have to wait seventeen weeks for it to be delivered. Four plus months that is to put it mildly no way to run a supply chain. And as marketplace's samantha field reports. It is doing damage to way more than cars or computers or smartphones. These days almost everything has a chip whether we think of it as high tech or not. If it has a plug or battery probably has chips in it glenn. O'donnell research director at forrester says that includes refrigerators video. Doorbells and light bulbs you can turn on with your phone and even lower tech things like kids toys because all the toys gotta talk now and they got to react and they have little motors right. Now there's a shortage of all kinds of chips. Even the most basic ones says china vasan an analyst at bloomberg intelligence for. It doesn't matter if it's one hundred dollars or fifty cent part. There's just not enough capacity at factories around the world to meet the demand from all of the industries. That need chips because there's such a shortage. The semiconductor industry is having to pick and choose what to prioritize says. Mario morales at market research company. Idc it's for prioritizes. The large scale lear is like computing. Mobile phones is the largest market so though supply chains are always going to get priority and other companies especially smaller are going to have to wait longer for chips so shrine of austin at bloomberg says if you need something like a new appliance anytime soon even if you don't care about it being smart all of those products will be in. Short supplies are investigating line and shrim- boston says the shortage is likely to get worse before it gets better

What Medium Tatianna Morales Sees in Her Own Future
"But the morale is always knew that she had special gifts and she has built following and business by taking her unique intuition and her skill for tarot healing and applying it to personal development. Today i talk with the entrepreneur an instagram star about where her intuition has led her and how she's building an empire that is bigger than any one platform. Thank you so much for doing this. Of course thank you for having read. Would you take me back to the first moment in your life when you knew that you had these gifts the earliest memory that i have to be around maybe six seven eight years though very very young essentially when i first discovered playing cards or tarot in general would i would do is. I had this bad habit of just bringing toys to school. Right and one of those things would be playing cards and i didn't grow up particularly with a family that was familiar with devastation. Tarot you're going to let the culture we have. The i wasn't raised around any of that so i don't know where i had the antics of old. Let me bring these cards to school. Start reading kids in people. I would just make things up in my mind. The hearts would be loved. The clubs would be locked. The spades would be bad luck and literally. I'm a little bored at lunchtime negotiating. Hey you want this. Reading lemme exchange for a putting or some chips. You know. that's my earliest memory of doing that. Now anything actually more poignant than that would be in high school. When i would re poems again during lunchtime or i would bring the cars and the memory would be just done having very impactful face because you know i went to school. Where was predominantly latinos. In so i was reading dominicans. Puerto ricans colombians. What have you and so within the culture you have people that go to readers and
Bolivia's Former Interim President Jeanine Áñez Arrested for Sedition
"Our ultra Bolivia now where there seems to be a settling of political scores. The country's former interim president, Janine and yes, has been arrested on sedition charges. They're linked to her alleged involvement in a reported coo of 2019 against the former president Evo Morales. His ally, Louise outside is now in power, and Mr Morales is demanding punishment. The alleged coup plotters, Janina Anya says she's the victim of political persecution will have to try to find out more about what's happening and go to the capital. A pause. Enjoying Monica Makiko Monica. Just tell us first about the arrests, not just of Janine. Yes, but others as well. Yes. Lisa, In fact that there are two former minister off Giannini, Anya's government that has also being detained. There are other arrest orders that are taking place right now. We don't know how many there will be arrested because this is not just one case. There are many cases and basically they're being arrest because because because they said that they have conspired against the Constitution. The charges are terrorism and sedition. This is said to have taken place in 2000 and 19. Why are the arrests happening now? We basically don't know what the government have decided to do this. This is the this is in fact, something that happened in 2019 and then beat remind you, Lise. That doing the time that Giannini Anya's came into power, she has bean she had the back up off the constitutional Tribunal, as well as from the U U and as well as the Away s so she had basically all the support in order to, uh, to assume as president of Bolivia legally, So this is this is something very strange that it's happening in the country, and we basically don't know why one off the keys could be the fact that that the movement to a socialism have lost all the major cities. And some of the major states in the country on the elections that we have last Sunday. This election's once where to elect governors and also mayors and Mrs municipalities. And basically the government. The movement to a socialism have lost all the major cities in the country. So probably this is one of the reasons why this is happening. In fact, the second turn the second round off this elections That has to be done that has to take place on April 21st. It's right now in danger, because because of this, and also is there any coincidence that ever, Morales has just arrived in Bolivia from when a Zara's where he'd been Living in exile. Well, yes, probably. That's part of the reasons we just don't know yet. Nothing is very clear because the accusation doesn't have really, uh, legal

UCL Trouble for Chelsea?
"Welcome insulation of spnfz down. Thomas during the today by allie. Moreno gotten off coffee. You'll be hitter flags on a big win for you today but we start in the champions leaks good matches. Isn't it coming up over the next couple of days. We'll stop at looking trump. Let's go madrid against chelsea some other. The chelsea as favourite not six to four on to advanced next trying athletics. Eleven to ten men rapids. He absolutely flying in la league the first half of the season they have somewhat just a little bit foreign off. Course levante being very much thorn in that side. You're against on wednesday lost on saturday. Let's welcome shall we. Don't just sit low. Lo look ahead to this game. Say let's start off with a athletic perspective xiaowei. What's going wrong with them. They all right. I think we'll go move the wrong with them. In part was that this was likely to happen at some stage. Although perhaps not in quite this way bear mind. They've now dropped many points in twelve days as they had in the inside season up until that point but is in for full-on collapse in all four games. It's one victory to drills the fate as a site. that'd be on such good full. It was fifty four fifty seven points at fifty fifty seven points in the first half the season that it feels like a glass. I think in a way if you look at the results before this games way they were always on edge there again where they were just about coming through very light winner. You've are weiner out of s for example that going behind much more often than previously remember they concedes remedies minute behind in the entire season. That's not happen more often. They're conceding early goals. They gonna seven games in a row conceding so it was the probably some point tip slightly now not into a full blown crisis but certainly into a situation where they were necessarily gonna mean sign that level incredible efficiency in winning games that they had up until fruitful weeks ago and coming up against a chelsea side. Don still unbeaten under to call but very very ordinary against hanson. Yeah just methodical. The hard sites watch chelsea they get. The job done. Didn't against that in the drawer but they were hard. Watch nothing. thomas tickle early on. I think he's testing these players. Think he's testing. Mentality is testing the players and different systems. Put the weekend. He lasted fifteen minutes and took stripe off again so he didn't work took off the ball put about so it's a chelsea sought while you won't you come on west off whereas the where's the attack and fled just very very methodical. Caffeine phoenix can tighten me. I can't imagine be free flowing ends and talking football full three job so don just call chelsea methodical and if you think of you don't feel like hey look at them they're open. They're attacking they're going to commit number full and so therefore if you have an athletic team that has been struggling to get results and you have a team. That is quote unquote methodical. Then yes you're exactly correct. This is not four three. this is set pieces. This is very tied very tactical certainly in the first leg in which is going gonna make it physical from. They have to get back to that. They've lost a little bit of that and they've lost a little bit of attention to details in the game against the weekend. Golda was not scored by motorists early on. There's the ball over the top from set piece attack and said piece of mind on a mis-clearance goes over fifty yards and morales one one situation against like that doesn't happen against atlantic city. But it's been happening more and more often over the last ten days or so they have to clean up those details and clean those details where you're going to find something that is going to be very very difficult to beat
Twistzz to FaZe, Kjaerbye's Future
"I know we've talked about care be a little bit on the show before through different roster changes and when he went on to face because he hasn't been on phase very long i think he joined in what august of last year. It was yeah. It was august last year. Not entirely too young long. Especially when you think of a player break was in between that too. So i mean almost unfortunate for him in the sense of had it not been twist he would probably still beyond phase but again twist is one of those players. Where if they are. If are free agent. You go for it like regardless of if you're covered that's why when we had ryan on the show from rush be media. He brought up g to and like well gee to seems to be kind of trending upwards and he's like yeah but it's twist like you doesn't matter where you're trending like any team is going to look at him and say hey we'll it fit so unfortunate for making fit make workout care be is an interesting case to me because on paper. He's washed up like he. He was game. Stop stock two days ago last week. Everyone wanted him everyone. He was the hot. The cat's meow. The bee's knees we're talking former major. Mvp he was the mvp for the atlanta illeg major in twenty seventeen and that was like when he was eighteen years old. He's only twenty two. And if you're looking at it you're like what happened like where's khirbet from twenty seventeen when he was on astrology. Was that just being on astrologers. Because now he's gone from astrologist to north to now phase two now inactive. And it's like bro. i'm. I'm getting worried for the public perception of kirby ever since moved to north. He's never made the top twenty less. He made the two years previously on astrologists It's he's in a tough spot. Because like i didn't think they would actually drop him like they had another option right like rain could have been the player dropping. I think rain is also like pretty heavily invested in phase. At this point you know Look look think of snoot you got you got fired from your job when there was a temp working there. No but they were looking at the like. That's why i really believe that carrigan move is happening. I think they're playing chess in this situation. They'd make that switch. And maybe it's a role issue here of what they would both be playing. And maybe you put the writing on the wall if it's like. Hey marcus Kb you're going to be moving positions and we're gonna accommodate twist in every way possible and this is what he's gonna play like. I think they're just playing one step ahead in rather have all lost stand in. Keep the team mean. That's the only thing that makes sense. Because why would you drop a player. Whether or not the i mean. He's been on there since august with a player breaks. I think it's almost too early to even say his performance has been poor because like i mean although if you look on. Ltv look back from the last year on his end. I think is like eighty are has averaged around sixty seven it's rating rating. Since he's been with them. Do you know. I mean i look at the last year and i think it was i. I can look up here real quick but it was like below one not good you know. Yeah i mean like you. Yeah i mean obviously you want to be. He's only been on face since august. So i also have been playing with that standing right right plates matches with all off now and so. It's not like that t the team just hasn't been in a good spot. Ultimately this could be a good thing for him once he probably a better suited roster for him. Know sucks any time you get dropped but yeah he. He's an incredibly unusual spot. But i think you'll landed team you know if you're thinking that he wouldn't get a team that that's definitely not the a team. It's just when you think a former mvp for a major top twenty twice right. Top fifteen wants only twenty two years old. That's the crazy thing. Twenty two like he peaked so fast at eighteen. I mean yeah. He came in as a rookie essentially and did what he did and so excited to see where he goes. The thing is i don't think he's washed up. I think outside of the age thing. There's still a lot of talent there like eight months ago. He'd like you said you just got signed by phase one of the considered the best teams in the world in you're telling me that much time it's diminished when half the time they've been playing with the standard the other half of the time the teams around aren't playing well either so you can't put that on him you know nico runs away from the team in the middle of their transition of him trying to get accustomed to what's going on and you lose that type of player on that team you know morales going to start to dip so know and also his situation with north wasn't always the healthiest right like ms l. was constantly on the hot seat for like two years. Felt like and that team would do well in the tournament and then might the next three they would not even get place top aide or something like they had some really rough outings but they had some success there so he hasn't found consistency since he's left. Astrologers who has like if you're not on strollers who's consistent you know there's very few teams liquid is one of the few that you could think has shown a lot of consistency at times and then now recently obviously it hasn't been so much but He's he was on an amazing team. He was able to shine on that team. Now it looks like he's trying to find his way. He's having those some of those rookie bums not coming out now but like he's learning to be different environments in. They're still a good chance that we see him have a successful year. It's just got to be the right
PlayStation 5 Sales Numbers Have Arrived!
"Sony has shipped four point five million playstation five units worldwide in twenty twenty as revealed by information published alongside the company's latest earnings report. The number highlights sony's current ability to mass produce a consul which has been extremely difficult to buy since its launch in november demand for the four dropped. Dramatically you're on your with one point. Four million units shipped in the october-december quarter a seventy seven percent decrease from the previous year. Sony actually manage yourself. You're ps fours in the holiday. Quarter than it did. From july to september sony's gaming business overall performed much better than a year ago with daniel ahmad noting that it was actually the best quarter in playstation history revenue increased forty percent to eight hundred eighty eight hundred eighty three point two billion yen. That's eight point. Four billion dollars probably driven by. Ps five sales operating profit was up by fifty percent to eighty point two billion yen. That's seven hundred and sixty three point. Three million dollars because of higher game sales playstation plus descriptions and better margins. ps where hardware. Sony does know however that expenses related to the five launch offset some of his profit gains and also confirmed that the. Ps five harbor itself is being sold for less than it costs to make a loss was incurred due to quote strategic price points for ps five hardware that were set lower than the manufacturing cost. The company says there's not much to read into u bs five sales numbers until people who there's not much read. Nps five sales numbers until people who want to buy one are actually able to do so but at the very least the console's launch seems to be broadly comparable in size to the ps force. The ps four also shipped. Four point five million units in its launch quarter amran. There's a lot of places that we can start here. Where do you wanna go so a. Ps four is going to be very helpful. Like because piece for is what one hundred fifteen million units now so around there. Yeah yeah so. If the ps five hits that we're at the point where almost every playstation console has sold over one hundred million which is incredible ridiculous in like great for sony. This is not to impugn the ps five. Why obviously supply. Our demand is far outstripping supply. Why like what is it that people desperately want to play on the ps five or they want to own a ps five. I mean that's a really good question is like when it comes to launch stuff. Mouth morales was available on. ps four. We're gonna talk about mouse the second because that's story number two because sales numbers for that is out to you. I think it's a combination of things right. playstation brand. I think is very good at building hype in building anticipation for the next big box. And we mean greg of talk about this on. Ps love you that the playstation the hyper next for the For a new playstation launch kind of goes beyond just the the gamers fear like i go on tiktok and people are talking about how they're going to buy their significant other a new playstation five for christmas. Or if you are talking about. Oh i can't find a new place playstation. Five people are talking about all this stuff outside of the gaming space which i think is something that playstation marketing in playstation playstation ecosystem does well of quote unquote we believe in generations which like we dispute or or support depending on different things right like malls coming to coming to multiple. Councils doesn't necessarily support that but overall idea is there. In terms of yeah. We're we're trying to make the jump. The ps the ps four is selling less in the last holiday season kind of support. That idea of people are very much on board with the idea of making the jump to the five. There's very clearly like a like you could see the demand go from the. Ps four to the ps five in this past quarter which is not always the case like ps did fall off the cliff but like ps two sold fifty million units after the ps. Three came out

Larsen won't be much of a ministry. Yeah bob larson ministries is the name of the ministry. When we have no bob how many ministries do we know of that are actually named after the founder. There's tony llama. Oh yeah. I want to say. There's quite a few. But i can. I name them off the top of my head rail. Ism benny hen. Oh you're thinking like groups that we've investigated that have the the person's name in the title. The james randi educational foundation. There we go there. You go known cult or kidding that's always something interesting to look out for the presence or lack thereof of a succession plan granted. He's had his daughter's involved as teenage exorcist. So maybe they could step up and continue the fight. Yeah maybe yes. I'll you don't know about this whole thing. This all Systemic sexism sure. Yeah but i mean. At least he's had them perform. Exercises assumes yeah i just somehow i have the sense that they're not as passionate about it as he is though bryn. His daughter did publish book. Yeah i bought. I need to find that l. Yeah we'll have to compare her writing style to his. So maybe she's the heir-apparent maybe maybe she's the ivanka. Well i would love to tell you about a book. I recently read called satanism. The seduction america's youth. Yes okay. so he's got this book. It is black and threatening on the cover. It says bob larsen at the top and then it says satanism in red letters that are spiky instead of sarah. They have spikes that can hurt you. If you touch it. Who the teas got a fun. Little curly tail coming down from it. Yeah like the devil's pitchfork. No i assume. That's just bob larson saying i am the author and then the title of satanism rather than this being about bob larsen satanism. Now this is special brand of satan. Okay these seduction of america's youth. Okay thank her. Then what have we got on the back on the back. We have a pentagram. Oh anarchism symbol lasta. These are bad. These are these are bad. According to bob i guess equally bad none. None of these are standing out more than the other as far as designed goes. What's that top line in front of the the symbols it says. Do you recognize these symbols. Yes see page one hundred nine for more information. Oh okay that always amazes me. I just think of books. In progresses these very fluid things that it specifically mentions page one hundred nine but of course. They know that after they're done writing about that. Especially in a book when it says to page this and i think how do you know that okay. They must they write it and then they highlight it and then at the end they have to go through and make sure okay. Where does oh shoot. I added this note and change. The page layout the point is rosner secret edits. We realize these are easy problems to solve. But they fascinate us. Apparently okay how many pages carry. That's always important with bob larsen pages. How 'bout in two hundred and twenty three you know. I think if i had to say like what is the average length of a book would be somewhere in that ballpark. Two hundred twenty three. Yeah yeah seems about right. Yeah so this was published in nineteen eighty nine. The same year my fiance drew was published. Nineteen eighty nine it and oh it was princeton. The eunice did states of america. All right ice. So i was working backward with my book. The first book i talked about was jazz abell which was written in. I wanna say twenty fifteen. And then i read demon proving prayers which was twenty eleven and you started farther back in the bob cannon and now you're moving towards the future that's right time travelling here this was published by thomas nelson inc. Okay who's this thomas nelson guy and what happens when he dies who keeps publishing those books. This is suspicious. we are still very dumb. So what's bob's take his. Is he four satanism against it. Do you wanna guess cast lots. I'm going to say against just hunch year right right so if he were a person browsing the nonfiction center at your local christian bookstore in the late eighties and you pick this up and you look the back. You'd see what's a parent to do with the devil. Have you ever explained to the supernatural to your child and discussed the influence of satanism in our society. Do you dabble in parapsychology or new age philosophy which could indicate your acceptance of the colts

The top things for me is five minutes of peace in the morning with a with a cup of coffee. And i think that really sets the tone for your day especially as my days really busy. I get up very early. I work very late. And so it's it's about finding time within your day to create some sense of peace and just like taking a moment to just enjoy the moment so for me. It's very simple yes for me. It's very simple. It's like a clean made bed as soon as you jump out of bed. You make your bed. It just sets the tone for the day. You know you get a cup of coffee and you just sit there and just enjoy the moment for at least five minutes. It gives you a sense of groundedness for you. Start your day like that. Yeah so what do you do yours that when you sit down and chill where you at living room in the living room. I'm in the living room of. Tv's off tv's not important. Got your coffee yet. We got our coffee. We got the sun sunlight coming in. Got the plants growing Like that to my wife. I love it. I love it. You all about active. Chill out what you're damn plans. I don't feel like only coming back from a weekend. Starting or what. Is it hard for you kind of not really because i come on saturdays so i only have like a day off okay. I can't think about it too much going to the gym. So but yeah just mondays to start your your week on a good note. Were something like an exercise or something along those lines. Something whether it's exercising running something cool so what we're going to talk about these You guys probably wondering who. She is what she does. Why is he here. she's probably one of the same things that why do you want me here. She kept saying. Why do you wanna talk to me. The reason why. I wanted to have you here like i said you're super positive super happy. I wanted to talk to people and really see what why or i know. You probably have battles you have things going on. How is it that you don't let that get to you and you go on with your day by day and keeping a smile on your face and being so nice everybody so that's literally probably going to be the main subject with today. Because i i feel like i can learn from you and everyone else can learn from you Just having that positive energy and positive vibe. So that's where we're going to talk about Some and on top of that list. Give everyone a little background on monday. So who is miami's what is is about. What do you do for a living. "You. If they didn't if you posted a pictures and pictures and pictures of them and they never did it to you. I'm pretty sure if you're being completely honest, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't do it. You would not post pictures and over and over this person and you would not put that you were in a relationship if they didn't also do it for you, right? So, where am I going with this month where I'm going with is is that is exactly how I feel and that is a reason why I Jose Morales does not have a log-in from his truck. It is not because I don't love America it is because America does not love me back. That is why the first chance South America gets to kick me out and Deport me. They would do it the first chance they get to strip me of everything I own and have in this country. They will do it. They don't let me they didn't let me represent them as a kid in the Nationals and compete they didn't want me to represent them. So to me that was them. Not posting pictures of me on my space. That was they're not claiming me. They never claimed me and yet to this day they choose to not claim me. so for me I'm hurt by it. You know, I mean I'm hurt by it because I love this country very much, but the country just does not love me dead. And that is why I don't have the US flag hanging from anywhere on my car or house. For a long time, you know, what's crazy. I'll share those with you guys. For a long period I mean my whole life, I mean I would always we would always celebrate, you know Fourth of July, right and the other Los Cuates. That's what Mexicans call it, which is actually be translated into the day of the fireworks. So pretty much means everyone gets fireworks. No one is really celebrating or understanding what exactly they're celebrating. I didn't know what it was until until as I got older right when I was thirteen fourteen. I was a teenager and I still celebrating still celebrated it. And then when I hit my early twenties and then after getting so many cars impounded after being told told many times know after every time I try to do something in they asked me are you a citizen and they said no to me and they said no you can't do this or you don't qualify for this or you can't go here. You can't do that now. Hi. Couldn't celebrate 4th of July like that. No more. I couldn't it was hard for me. It was hard in my family would always give me crap. All you don't want to see is or why don't you want to come why you seem like that is because I was hurt, you know, I mean all these years of them not appreciating me. And now you want me to go celebrate a birthday of a person that does not like me would you go to someone's birthday knowing that person doesn't like you that person doesn't want you there. They don't want you in your house. You would go celebrate their birthday..

"And everything in between. I am your host Jose Morales and I'm actually all by myself on another episode sitting here in the ring by myself talking to myself and hopefully you guys listening what I'm going to talk about today. I don't mean to get political but since the elections are coming up, I thought our share something that came in my mind recently. But before I go into detail about and and give you a low down and what we're going to talk about today, I want you I want to ask you the same question that I asked my wife and I want you to think about it took while I give you the intro in that question is When you're driving down or you're walking down the street or wherever you are and you see someone with the US flag hanging from their car or it's on their dog or somewhere and they're just very prideful the US. Who do you think they are going to vote for? Who do you think do you think they're going to be abiding supporter of a trump supporter? What crosses your mind now think about that and I'm going to go over what I'm going to talk about. Obviously. That is the main subject when I talked to talk about is that question there? And I've been having this on my mind for a while. I actually went looking for a house has cuz my not houses to buy but like houses that were decorated with Halloween stuff and my son alone so and Weddell both of them. Actually, they both really wanted to see not as much wetter weather has been crying about seeing a ghost scary book he goes that's what he says he's scared of him, but I'll also he acts like he's not scared me that that tough-guy stage right now. So my wife and I went driving around I went to different neighborhoods and we were just looking for four houses with Halloween decorations different ones just to show the kids off. Let me show to the kids. And we cannot find much. I mean shit twenty twenty fucking ruined fucking Halloween too. I mean, I guess decorating houses. Will kill you to whatever now I just had a had a throw that in there. But so I mean the the holiday spirit is is not as a a pretty up as in the past. But as what I did see a whole lot of was Trump banners u.s. Flags didn't see much abidance, but I saw a few but obviously you could tells an election year off and after seeing so many houses with u.s. Flags u.s. Flags US flag. I started I decided to ask my wife that question the same question. I asked you guys. What do you see when you see the US flag? What.

I wanted I thought maybe I should be a little bit better at boxing before I said, yes, but I decided to say yes anyway, cuz we can do the before and after our conversation before and after he's actually been boxing now while like a week two weeks two weeks ago 2 weeks 2 more weeks to four weeks and athleticism motherfuker athletic. Obviously you're back song. I love working with athletes by the way, like people that are like cuz for the most part I work with Average Joe's, you know, I mean every people that are I mean some I have may have athletic month and sometimes I have the least athletic athletic people nothing wrong with that but I'm just not used to getting right fucking pure athletes makes my job. So easy like damn I'm not used to people that fast, you know saying yeah, so I appreciate you by the way. Shout out to Bobby Jackson cuz he's the one who linked us. Yeah. He did he did. He's the one of the best he so I I saw his Instagram he was working out up here and stuff and I'd always wanted to get into boxing that was kind of like me and my step dad staying was like just kind of Washington Floyd or Roy Jones when I was growing up whatever and so often I always wanted to try the workouts are always, you know, just talked about as being the hardest or just great full body conditioning and so I've always wanted to do it never had a chance wage. Always been so busy. And then now it's just you know quarantine the season's over for me. I was like, I see I see Bobby doing it. I'm like Bobby can do it. That way. He hasn't been a week and I texted his mother fuckers up. I've been practicing all week. He's he's been grinding but he said ball my body can't take it no more. He's he's I'll be there next week. Hopefully all the coaches run after practice, but you don't run out there like this. He's only one that doesn't run out you're pregnant. You don't even run here for well. He does not like running. Hey, he's a he's a I got bad knees Achilles and all these days. I get it now. He'd been through the wringer. Yes. I'll give him I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for that. But but we're going to talk about today is pretty much everything that has to do with Kyle guy your journey who you are as a person. I'm more than just basketball, but your whole journey everything that has to do with you before we get into that. I want to ask you a couple of things. One thing is what do you think about the gym? Curious about what you thought about coming here. How how is it how is it Jim? How is it being in a boxing gym for the first time? How is it being in the ring? You tell me you got in the mail. I who is my first time with bring how how was that experience for you?.

M. Smoothly and ran into any issues with it. So unless somebody brought it up, then it became an issue. When it became an issue like when people started this themselves with aged, will you ever to salvage it ever or was it a rap? They couldn't. You couldn't move forward. It was a rap ended up the probably happened only once or twice but it happened enough to make me realize that you know age is a concern and it should be did you ever thought about lying and say man I'm twenty, three, twenty, four no, no, no, that's good. No When I was sixteen, we were told to tell everybody word twenty, two, I sixteen. Yeah. So I don't know. We were told to say it was funny but anyways. I've had people tell me. They can't deal with adversity five I have someone close to me start recently. Actually, not recently, but try to get into real estate and. people questioned them about you know how much they know how much experience they have. Your. And that kind of shuts down why you always questioning me You know what I mean. So I was wondering how you dealt with it. You know as far as dealing with people questioning your knowledge. Yeah. The one thing I did was I always tried to do the question away from people questioning my knowledge. Yeah, and I would always keep it about the topic we're on. So for talking about Rocklin and we're checking out properties, I would always just keep the conversation on a putting it on them the one thing my mom taught me I think through everything in my life was just customer service, how to be with clients, how to make it about them and how just keep the conversation on them. So they're not just sitting there wondering like you know this is a nice house but how old are you about the way it was so and especially with like the experience part I would just..

Come from your knee? Your nickname argue the short version Version. It basically stands from an logo I had and I changed the name, but I wanted to keep the logo, and ahead of him in there, and so I was brainstorming one day I, came up with the name obscene mammoth, and so the meaning of it was I wanted to think of something that was offensive yet at the same time, extremely large and influential was whether. Whether it was where mammoth comes from and to me, that represents you know like just like the hip hop community, and that's my biggest influence because hip hop, everything from graffiti to wrapping it all started from usually something now was either deemed kind of a nuisance illegal. You know what I mean, but at the same time it's one of the biggest influences in the world. So so back back in the day. You were a little Miss Poplar and You had to move. Yeah I did. Crazy, so, yeah, so that's the name came from. Yeah, now drop the obscene. Just because it was, it was too long, and then people had a hard time understanding what I was saying it, and so and then, and then I just people just are calling me mammoth saws I. What else what people call me anyway so as well just you know so I'll just drop the obscene knowledgeable by mammoth. That's cool I Shout out to Brian to by the way Brian you're just honest. Yeah Mario Average shoe though is to my wife be like Yo a what the fuck you know what I'm saying so you you have to bring him along you know they got us. See that you're actually grinding. You know what I mean. They gotta be living in what you saw up. Bring him to like at the beginning of you don't believe I'm grinding at the gym from five. Am I'm here? Come up here with me. See what I'm doing so you could see. I did that a couple of times. And then she got to the point like okay but I believe you and once they see that you get the trust they know what you're doing. I mean you gotTa really do that. And then at the same time you got to spend time with your kids near spend time with your wife and not all business. You know what I'm saying so I've always been in their life where I've always. I will my kids and my ex wife like. I've always traveled a lot of always been busy so not but I never owned my odd. Never owned my own shit like always invested in investment partners. So now finding that what Mylan Academy now. I gotta find time to do things. I gotta be locked in but also have a balanced with my kids family but also make sure that I pay attention to them all the hell out of everything. I set up dates. Particular for like Friday is from my wife on Sunday. We flipped with my kids. I on Sunday. I'll be with my oldest. She blew my youngest and we'll go on dates with them. Okay just create that one on without you know what I'm saying..

"And your decision making in your sacrifice has to outweigh any other thing when I mean sacrifice. I most people don't know what sacrifice me when it comes to become an NBA player especially a young NBA player like a high school. Most of my friends wanted to drink smoke weed and party and in college. You WanNA drink smoke. We can go to all the party. I that those sacrifices that you have to make to become an NBA player. Like I didn't drink smoke until I got done playing professional basketball and so that sacrifice for me was. I knew what I wanted I would say. Don't get caught up into all the hype. Don't get caught up into the HOOPLA. Be Your own man. Be Your own. Be Your own woman in walking only and don't be a follower. That's a good advice. Because there is a lot of followers people try to do some consoles and not because in the heart Anything you WANNA add on to the podcast for anything on AD. Nah Man. I'm a good time. I appreciate you for having me. Oh man it was great conversations man breakup now you what made you want to start this? Jose Morales Boston. Kademi and change from prime time. We'll made me. Yeah Oh shit man a lot of things but the biggest one I wanted to make me you know what I mean a prime time with me. I mean I wanNA make me. I wanted to the biggest thing is to the warrior program. That's me that's something I created something like you said. I wanted to change people's lives outside of boxing and I wanted to make him a better version so they did on thing outside of boxing in Buckner. Their world champions. I'll be like you know that was me and I felt like I couldn't do that under the primetime umbrella. So that's what made me do it and I think ever since I did is probably the best decision I made man What do you think the biggest? What was the biggest jump from you? Leaving Primetime to Jose a gambling on yourself so like you got other small businesses that want to take jump. They scared what would you tell them? I would tell them fucking overthinking. I didn't overthinking I. I knew what I wanted to do. I left the prime time because I wanted to see if I could do it under prime time but I felt like had been established for so long already had an identity. You know what I'm saying. I can't change that identity and with me soon as I came in. I I made it me. I didn't think about it twice but I said I'm GonNa do it on did it. And I think that's what people struggle on people start to think and think like how you did it when you were going to retire. You're like fuck I'm done. You didn't overthink Shit. You said I'm done and that's what I did. I said I'm done. I'm going to change it. I'm GonNa make me so that's what I would tell. People think whatever decision you're making if it's in your heart it's in your heart you know when there's there's a difference when you fill it in your heart when issues like. I want to go to Hawaii when Bush H is that you want to do versus when it's in your heart like Damn. I really do want to move to Hawaii. I'm saying there's a different type of you feel it when it's coming from your heart so coming from your heart. Manson's jump on it and do it. And that's that's exactly what I did and I and I man I gambled on myself and I will do it again. I had to just kind of like you're gambling on Bobby Jackson Academy..

So it's been eleven years. I got through playing ball. Yeah the out a way to keep the weight down. I still haven't figured out a way to keep this way. Where where'd you tell me? He said on I just WANNA see my tote tolls and we're good So bobby and I have a big long history from eleven years. What made you actually start? Boxing I mean why. Why boxing out of everything you could. Why did you want to do box? I was always intrigued with it growing up as a kid fighting in the streets but then when I stopped playing had to figure out a way to he'll get back into shape because at one point when I got do plan like two or three years at the to do plan man. I just ballooned. I got really really big in so boxing was something that I kinda win. People always told me it is not hard on your body is total body workout. And I think that's the one thing that I love about it in. I'm not a big weight person. I don't like lifting weights and so alike the total body composition that comes with it Whether the shoulders where there's the the Burger squad and the push ups I just don't like wasting so..
