But if you're going to be on there, just protect yourself the best chicken. I mean, the only way to 100% assure you're not going to get actors, too. "Maurice Thompson, center right, 18 51 just said it's illegal what the governor's doing. The only lawsuit they lost was in Franklin County on certain procedural election matters, but on substantive matters For the last three months, they've sued the governor and Amy acting and now her replacement all over the place. And they've succeeded every time. I don't want to get your reaction 749 7000 Clermont County was added. Yesterday by the governor. My correct mad He's not coming on today to our knowledge into a clock. As far as we know I'm with you until three o'clock today. And so you have confusion, which reigns supreme A criminal statute involves notice that prohibited behavior must be stopped or discontinued. Otherwise his sanction will be imposed. I would say if a poll was taken At least half of the Americans living in those nine counties, including Montgomery, Butler, Hamilton and Clara Mon do not know that there is a criminal penalty attached to not wearing a mask. Indoors and outdoors. If you can't keep six feet away from somebody A great majority, I think do not understand their subject away an arrest, which carries three months in jail, $750 fine, and if you're on probation for something else. You got to serve that sentence also, so the governor unilaterally determine which behavior offends the statute. And then, in a sense, passed the statute himself with the penalties attached and then determining who violates in and who doesn't without parameters. Describing what mental antennas you cried to pass it. For example, Mental intent, as you know, is man's area, which is the mine. Compelling human action in violation of the law. And at this point when I talk about patrons that walk into stores without a mask, There are committing as soon as they do that, according to the governor, a criminal violation which could cause them to be summarily arrested. Because when an officer sees a misdemeanor committed in his presence, he's under duty to arrest that person. And so how many times in the nine counties? Maybe a couple 1,000,000 people? Over the next several days before this thing shakes out in the court system, where the deputy sheriff with cops going to see something, and is he going to ignore it? Or Richard K. Jones and Butler County said Yes, he's telling his men and women to ignore it. About Hamilton County. Well, Jim Neal, I think Jim Neal was on better ground to say I don't pass laws. I don't judge laws. I execute the loss. That is. I I look at the statute that I tell my men and women who wear the black and the golden Hamilton County arrest people who violate the law. Now, he didn't say yesterday with Sloane E. Well, you always have discretion. Yes, but that's where you get into trouble. And we have a system where there's three branches of government. The executive branch cannot pass laws than unilaterally determine what is the mental state to violate the statute. And how many months in jail you get. Now to his defense, and I like Mike DeWine. He simply has lost his way. He's lost his way completely. He says. Well, we're not really intending on doing that. Well, yes, you are, because if he wasn't intent on doing it He would allow the Legislature to pass the Senate bill, which has passed the house. Now it's in the Senate to be signed by the governor. That decriminalizes not wearing a mask makes it $100 fine. But he said Norman a veto that So on one hand, he says, I'm not serious about wearing a mask. On the other hand, he says, you might go to jail for 90 days. For most of us being in prison One night is a problem. For 90 days. If you're married, married woman in Mason married guy in Kent County. And the governor, but shares also imposed now a master requirement at five o'clock today. Every time Bashir speaks, I wanna grab for my wallet. The guy's ridiculous Andy Bashir's making a fool of himself in the great state of conducting a complete full preaching down to Kentucky. But getting back over the river to Ohio. There's four states yellow, orange, red and purple. My friend. The governor said yesterday that Hamilton County And Butler County is already in the purple. But we're going to give you one more week to get out of the purple Who in the hell determine what is purple? What is red? What is orange? And what is yellow? What are the parameters of H one? You're making it up. So the governor says, you're now going to be a purple and Hamilton County, which is a complete shutdown. So what I'm going to do then is unilaterally determined. What are the parameters and guidelines of being red to purple? Then once I determined that I'm going to determine you go to prison for three months if you violate my orders. You know you can't do that. It's illegal. It's wrong. It's unconstitutional. It's illegal. So why is it happening if we had a non attorney as the governor? Okay, I might understand if Richard Cordle right record, Ray had one. He's not an attorney, I'd say okay? Hey, needs legal advice, But this guy Mike DeWine was the attorney general. For eight years. He spent time in the Green County prosecutor's office. He's got to know or he should know. It can't keep acting illegally and getting away with it, hoping That's some court down the road will determine that he had the power to do what he's doing. Every court this looked out his various mandates have said it's illegal. It's unconstitutional. Marie's Thompson just said the orders on Tuesday were illegal and unconstitutional. You can't do it. I'm sorry Wednesday. You can't do it and the governor kind of knows he can't do it. Which is why he said, Well, we're not really looking to do anything like that. Well yet mint and take it away completely. Now, irrespective of the law. I sense Greg Man from room. That most Ohioans and Hoosiers and Kentucky ins I want to comply voluntarily with throwing a mask for their own safety for their friends and family, and they've been sold a bill of goods of If you don't wear a mask. We're going to shut things down again. I have a sense there if I would open up the lines the yes or no on that issue. 749 £7000.700. Is it the right thing to do? Well, that's a tough Question to answer in my opinion, if you see me out about which I get out and frequently I wear a mask into stores. When I play golf with Bruce Roddy and Steve Tino Kemble Country Club. Each of us now are in separate carts were at least six feet apart and the way Tino heads the ball often were 30 to 50 yards apart. Okay? And instead of putting your set of grabbing your ball out of the cup, it's got one of those things you lift up on the flagstick and the ball comes out. It's kind of like free and clear of all this stuff. Voluntarily. Do what you want voluntarily. If it makes you feel good, do it. In my case, Dr Cariocas and Christ Hospital told me to be careful. So I wash my hands. I have my alcohol right there on my left. We don't go out that much. I keep a low profile, and I wear a mask as much as I can. But I don't wear a mask. It worked because Damn it. I'm talking If you want to wear a mask where a mask dead, the government illegally order you to wear a mask when it's unconstitutional..

You know, I think a lot of criticism because people think I have a party or an agenda. I just have I have a dog in the fight. It's the truth. And you can't have the truth. Unless you split this thing wide open and report all of the information with within its entirety, and when you look at the information, it just does not add up to the policy. It doesn't add up to the panic and you know my greatest fear is anxiety and fear. Has a tremendous impact on our health on our on our mental well being on suicide, and we just tend to ignore that, And I'm not saying that we shouldn't take care of the small percentage of the population that's most professional that we alone the opportunity to do that by focusing on everything else. Jack Quinn said the governor's holding a news conference at two o'clock and you're saying today could be very interesting. It could be very, very interesting. It could be a day where we learned that mask mandates in large counties like Montgomery Butler Hamilton Franklin Chiyo got they may be mandated. And it's interesting because the surgeon general actually backed out of a little bit on Friday and said, Yeah, people should wear map, but we should not mandate them because of the divisiveness. And because of the fact that you know, healthy people shouldn't wear masks. Necessarily. They should wear them setting for its appropriate But we're gonna just seemed, I guess gloss over that because my understanding is going to mandate outdoor and indoor math. I could be wrong. I hope I'm wrong. But that's the tip. I got. Jack will answer. Thank you very much. We'll be paying attention. Please give me a call back later this week, please. I will. God bless you. "Ten me there okay got you got me okay good we got the intern run stuff today with your music and it's good to have you back I I before I begin I want to give my condolences to you and and those of the agency over what happened a date with detective del Rio he was on the D. a job and as we know he was shot succumbed to his injuries and I I can't imagine it's it's been a difficult week of difficult month for that matter for you guys so our thoughts and prayers with no really appreciate that you know the absolute tragic event the date offices is going through a lot and being PD is going through a lot and it was really nice to see you know we had our whole Cincinnati office respond and along with came down and and you know we'll let our friends at a TF I I know it's been reported where we've been able to identify you know who stole the guns the who and just unbelievable amount of work and support and we're still chasing it down so we're we're not gonna stop anyone that had a hand in that were were after so appreciate it though yeah you know it's interesting thing is is is a guy who is fiercely proud of the second well all the amendments but particularly wanted to it is that I you know I can't imagine buying weapons and then given in the someone taking their coal and it turns out they use the commission on like a family but in the murder of a police officer that this is why we have those laws enforce those laws you can't be a straw purchaser you go to prison for a long time if not forever for this thing is and that's what the law should be and our friends at a TF really try to push that and you know George I I knew him for you know fifteen years personally and and a great under cover a great task force auction integrate just you know dad and grandpa also you know our our hearts are still one of the George's family can you know can imagine what they're going through a canyon so yeah and anyway thoughts with the with you guys the agency the family it's just it's been a rough few weeks and for you guys but you also have jobs to do too and that's a common and with this ray tristate jewelers and race street late last week and we got word that the a TF here you guys D. a and other agencies were all over the place down there and and then we later learned that just how deep this thing is I mean that's that's a substantially talking thirty seven people nineteen pounds of Fenton all hundred pounds a coke forty pounds a mass here win cash guns property this is a pretty pretty deep investigation when as a and and I believe I wanted to hear it started what went like over a year ago right here so it's it and actually goes back several years but we really started getting after last year in the in the summer and again I'm gonna rip Scott I know you probably don't want to hear from a rich some of the names of the agency to help the stock of the place you know you know a year long we can't do it ourselves so huge partnership with the Iraqi just kick **** on that they really really helped us out did what they do best and a company with this drug case just phenomenal work a TF again forty seven guns we took in total off this organization of what they're doing to it marshal service homeland security drop everything to help us round up that day regional products unit our people here at that be a task forces no we got golf manner not a Westchester BCI Norwood Montgomery Butler County Cincinnati airport Coleraine Ohio highway patrol again him county sheriff's office Springfield township Delphi Harrison Kentucky state police Boone County Kent County police telling conform to hire an expert everybody in on that case that's that's like pretty much just about every jurisdiction its neck the alphabet soup of everybody was part of it well to me you said I apologize to read this they're doing an infomercial but I think that gives people like me a sense pause going wow we use all these agencies working together that to to in order to an axe something that that that's a there's got to be probably one of the bigger bus you guys have had I mean that that's a lot of resources yeah it it's it's clearly it you know since I've been here at the office running with a large sum we've undertaken probably one of the largest one I mean a couple months ago we did one with a TF and brown county drug and worried we indicted thirty so the numbers continue to get bigger but the format you Germans got we you know it's been out there in the news in in in court I nearly ran a court authorized wiretaps about a year on several members of this group and and we're able to treat me no trace the new transportation the drugs from Mexico and the LA over to Vegas the Chicago Milwaukee down to us where we distribute and handled in Butler County so we went you know we made arrests and every single one of those cities and we know who in Mexico is sand in it and that's our next so yeah that sentence in lower probably cartel down there but yeah twenty two from Cincinnati but as you said number states other countries in just how widespread this whole thing is a assuming the drugs would come up from Mexico it was a three Cincinnati the distribution was to Atlanta and that was it the other way yes so the ultimate distribution was here but but then some of our players here that have been indicted had you know they they like to spend the money and then bought real property here in Atlanta and in cars and elsewhere so again on on we did this in two ways a couple weeks ago we took off some of the principles and then last week we wrap it up with the with the additional search oneself lot of coordination you know a lot of headache tens of thousands of man hours at our guys work and and all those agencies work to pull this thing off yeah it's in the drug the drugs I and and how I want to but I I always find it interesting the the money laundering element this out too because you're talking about cast in you got to do something with it and so what what are to some the more pricey take cars in jewelry and the US are largely fronts for laundering drug money so that's that's what we're alleging obviously did it again the IRS did a phenomenal job it is to businesses put it together and trying to get into the drug case millions of dollars rip through those businesses on top of your traditional patch they know packaging up in and houses and and having drug curry having money careers get up and talk and and drive it to where it needed to go so it was a combination of everything but the it is the volume of money that that ripped through those businesses is is disturbance Tim Reagan is he resonated in charge the D. E. A. and talk about this pasta tristate dealers down on the race street NH might on a motive in a huge international multi state a drug operation right out here in Cincinnati and I guess that makes sense right if you're if you're transporting the drugs I presumably part of this part of this case is going to involve nationwide automotive sin and outfitting these cars what with the product themselves to get them the way the to go as a kind of what's going on well it looks more like you know they were it not necessarily you know trap and of course there's far as we know but more making cars available in an easy way to make it available to dealers to you know hide their identities and you know taking Paul cash payments and you know look at through an under the radar you know it's got the one of the dot US attorney's office I mean absolutely crushed it you know that the criminal and civil division that put this thing together with us nominal terms not always forget the attorney so they're the ones that make it happen you know we packages thing up and and then they they take it from here so you know they got it we got a lot of work ahead of judges signing off on the the wire taps and everything to yeah yeah that that the magistrate judges here Mike and now our guys spend a lot of the time after hours with them yeah back in so in this case was it what was it also an element here to Tim that let's say I don't know I'm a drug deal whatever I I kind of know that I I've got money from street drugs I need a car I'm gonna go to nationwide or if I'm I'm gonna buy some jewelry up to go to trace the jewelers because well they can longer that money I that that's kind of place that's my bank basically that's some of what we're alleging on top or just the traditional I mean some of these houses half million dollars paid off right now the cash yeah installment in cash so in some of them were were paid off completely in cash in one transaction so lot of you know you know you know the obvious the real estate business yeah yeah I like when I I get you know somebody walks this is Jana by a half million dollar house in cash in their thirty years old I you know all of a sudden all sorts alarms are going in initially is that right without judge jeopardizing the investigation the case tomorrow again is that kind of what to gets obviously iris involved but is that where the also the alarm bells go off when you start to flag things like that big purchases as it is that kind of like that the genesis of this whole thing or just you know purchasing vehicles that are way outside your means you know and and not have an employment to support it so that's a definitely red flag they kicked off but you know just the traditional informants that we use and and and all the you know court authorized electronic stuff we do put it all together so I mean when you think about it so we we think that that that this group was at least moving fifty key the co come on she's so thirty three grand a key so we're talking like what a million six million five a month and then we did it for a year so you talk and you know twenty million Bucks of coke and then at the end they they were getting greedy and been shipped to the fact no which obviously sped up some of our efforts to end it quicker than we really need you know really wanted to but that is what it is that's the name of the game is keeping people alive keep the community safe yeah that's a good because you're right when you get to the finals like okay now it's a whole different level of you know coke generally it may kill you be addicted but we start cut with Sentinel now you're talking about life here exactly so and and you know again so you break this stuff down yeah one point six million is what they were you know making wholesale you we usually typically multiplied out by three I mean that's that's five million a month almost but this group was written through so you know very organized very law enforcement surveillance conscious but the guy kept grind and and and everybody kept grind and and and I can appreciate all the support from our chief our share of the the region to help us out how long you suspected this operation was going on prior to a you guys begin in the investigation well over a year ago so the message there is like you know don't don't you know deal drugs but don't become Walmart Gary because it's great right good green is their best friend you know how much cash is enough got yeah well I I'm not I'm not there yet I don't know if I'll ever be but yeah I mean when you're buying okay wait you know I we buy proper we we you know we we live my wife and I live a pretty Spartan lifestyle or by property because like we'll we'll try to put as much down and and you'll save money and use other rental properties the income from that we don't touch it in it's all self of filling but you know if I what I I I I I would suspect a knock on my door if I walked into the I'm gonna buy a half million dollar house cash in in you look at you go wait a minute what what yeah I own a jewelry store all what's your total revenue and I've walked past that place many times you know day drinking or be in downtown it's right next to the chain and I look at the check the chain's been going out of business for like ten years by the way they always have itself but I I I I know exactly Tracy jewelery is because when I heard there's a jewelry store radium like on race and like it's pro that tries to talk because there never opened I don't know Julie stars never open but right away I think and I wonder what's going on back here and and sure enough years later yeah it's it's it's it's pretty obvious you get greedy and stupid is your best friend yeah not every day you know the a and R. S. and E. L. carrying boxes stuff out of a downtown business and you have got you brought it up because you do it you know flipping houses that the that the thing that that's a big thing that he's got the two is that by up properties we have a memorandum out to try to launder the money to wash the money and that that's a lot of what we deal with well I I'll never have face you professionally cat a socially yes but profession because I'm too stupid to know how to how to launder money what what you do I I have no idea yeah that that's what you pay.
