Revealed that you know that they're gonna have Ah, baby girl that it's got to be Diana, but, you know, really? Never mind. Elizabeth. The real queen of this whole thing is Oprah Winfrey. She did. Awesome job. I mean, it didn't look like it was edited that much. You know, you can tell when they really have to sort of save a few scenes. She listened. She followed up. She was compassionate. I don't know what more you could ask for from an interviewer's, You know, I I agree. I mean, I just think you know that she is The queen of interviewers. You know it was informative. She asked questions that people are wondering about. You followed up when you know they were not. Offering details. She she pushed them just enough to get a little bit of information. From them last night, and I just learned a few minutes ago. They said during the interview that we're it's somebody else's house in the Montecito, California area. Currently was Gayle King's house. Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde Holding Hands
"Livy wild and harry styles are dating over the weekend. They were caught holding hands on their way to a friend's wedding in montecito california. A source tells us news. They shared a room and their romance has been going on for a little while now. So let's just talk about this. Okay you see the headline first reaction and then you see the video. First reaction morgan go. I don't i literally been processing this for three days. Because i mentioned massive harry styles fan and i just feel like listen. I like libya. I like little wild. I feel like we just heard about her. Swith jason today day. I felt like when you're that famous when you're at that level harry styles whose notoriously private olivia jason really work public unless they really needed to be in terms of like red carpets and things that they will promoting something feels not inauthentic. I don't know the words if you do. You can tweet us with something. Doesn't why all a sudden you just hand holding after ten years of being with the same person like is it if it was really something when you want to keep it close to the chest pain moving first of all. I love morgan that you went straight like investigative reporter on jeff. Does it make sense. Is it for publicity for the movie. Meanwhile i'm over here inserting myself into olivia wilde shoes going well. I'm only a few years older than olivia wilde. So does that mean that. I mean that. I've been his age practice. He did say that he wouldn't eat anyone older than his mom. His is forty three young mom already. So i feel like there's a chance iphone. Harry styles is an old soul. I agree like i just couldn't the age difference does not faze me one big The fact that she has children. I don't really see him like to be a father. Step father right now but But you know the whole relationship caught me off guard. I think ever. I know it's too early to say. I'm kind of with you morgan. I feel like i just listen. We just found out november about jason. However there's been reports that they were you know separated. We found out about so who knows but it sure felt just. Can't me jason like like a dagger in the no. I agree with that feeling old. And yeah i they've been separated christie. You're right. i feel like they've been separated by the way you're separated. She's allowed to date whoever she wonders. It's not even about pass relationship for me. What it is is just. You don't casually just get. We have to ask one hundred different publicists for any sort of comment to confirm something. I don't know who's just strolling out on twenty twenty one day. Three with two major star. That are like you know by the way we're doing this this weekend. I was like now prepared. It was so this was his agents wedding so there wasn't good names there whenever it's a hollywood agent like that right so they knew that there was a word was going to get out like they were making a declaration by showing right hand holding like did you notice the handhold. Seniors name church wind very intimate to hold someone back to me. It's one thing if they went together and he had his hand on. The smaller faster was helping her walk down the hill and the wedges ten church twining lace the fingers his new relationship so and i guarantee if olympia seasons right. Now she's like you guys are so ridiculous like fun and once you make out with harry styles. You'll know why. I'm holding his man okay. The best twenty twenty one. Like if we're gonna nominate best twenty twenty one by jason. Actually harry is because she's also such a cat cheated mark. She's an incredible actress. An incredible director like an awesome. Mom has a great relationship with her ex. Like i know that we think she's lucky. But like harry is very lucky
Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles photographed holding hands amid reports they're dating
"This episode ready to go ready to publish and then about thirty minutes ago this news about olivia wilde and harry styles dating broke and we had to kind of. Just come on and talk about it. So we're going to go through a full detailed breakdown of everything we know. And then get into a discussion. But julie do wanna just give it immediate reaction. Yeah i mean whole he should know the skeptic in me isn't one hundred percent convinced yet but let's go through it okay so first off age wise just because everybody's wondering olivia is thirty six in harry's twenty six let's also keep in mind that olivia wilde. Jason seditious announced their split in november. They were never technically married. They were engaged for seven years. I remember at the time we did a pretty lengthy discussion on that. And when you go through their history you find out you know. She a pretty interesting dating history. Previously they have two kids and according to sources they had broken up at the beginning of the pandemic. It's been really amicable. They had great co-parenting and kind of the general consensus was like. There's really no drama here. I also think just as a total side note. I remember when it came out of the time. Everybody was shocked that they weren't married. Because i guess we just forgotten that you know he yeah. I also think the time line here are so important that they split the beginning of the urine. We only found out in november. Yes that is crucial. Also keep in mind olivia's currently directing and also starring the film. Don't worry darling. Harry's in florence was in it so we can kind of that. That is where they've gotten close if this is true but the reason that all this is circulating today is because they were seen holding hands at jeffrey as offs wedding. Jeffrey as off is harry's manager and he's also the son of irving shelley's off that is kim kardashian. Best friend's parents stadler kris jenner. Best friends and jeffries marrying glenn christianson. She is the global head of music partnerships at apple. Are you initiating this wedding and it was super small. There were sixteen people because of covid. And harry brought olivia as his plus one so they were seen holding hands. I'm sure you saw. He looked so handsome. She looked so beautiful she was in this kind of floral maxi dress gown type of thing. They were then seen after the wedding arriving at his house a source told people quote. They weren't montecito california this weekend for wedding. They were affectionate around their friends held hands and look very happy. They've dated for a few weeks. I've so more things to read. But i like. Can we just freak out about this for a second. Yes we can. We can freak out about it really. I have to tell you. This is the last thing i ever saw coming. And i actually remember when we had kind of just hypothesize about what we thought was going to happen. I remember for some reason. We had thought that zach braff and florence few broke up and i think it was said. Yeah you know. I could totally see florence and harry dating not in my wildest dreams. Did i envision a libyan harry. Well at the time the she was still adjacent stake as we had no reason to And even with the knowledge of them breaking up. I don't think i necessarily saw this coming. Although harry's track record liking older women does make sense here not that olivia's old by any means. I just mean older than him But the reason that. I really do believe this. I mean the skeptic in me is obviously like i said before. It's still a little bit hesitant to say. It's fully true because i think holding hands isn't the most incriminating evidence but when you think about a small wedding only sixteen people harry's officiating the wedding to bring a plus one it kind of feels like a big deal may first of all i agree. Second of all it makes sense. You know what. I mean. When i i wasn't i wouldn't have necessarily seen it coming but as i'm looking at him i'm like okay. I could see that she everything we've ever heard about her is that she's so great. He's very mature for his age. Also another reason that points me to believe that this is true is because you can't forget her break up with. Jason apparently was at the beginning of the year. So it's not like this has been one month since this big break up and also it's. He was officiating. The wedding and this was his manager. It's not like he's going to some you know random wedding where he didn't know anyone that's very in my opinion kind of like sacred thing to bring someone do so i i may be wrong and i'm totally fine if i'm wrong but i'm going to put my cards in here. In my official vote on the record is going to say this is actually happening.

Harry and Meghan
"To do a bit of an entertainment year in review. I'm joined now by DeLana Dixon, editor in chief at diva gals daily dot com. She's also a guest host on the naughty but nice with rob Shooter podcast, which he confined, of course on her radio DeLana. Thanks so much for taking a few minutes to talk to us about this and look back at the year and entertainment in 2020, and I think the first place to start is going all the way back to January of this year and the big news involving member Of the royal family. Oh my goodness, The biggest story of the year and definitely about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle because they actually stepped down from the royal family. Now, back in January, they basically said If we're out on what that meant, is that they were going to lose their Royal Highness titles. They were no longer going to accept the money. Any public money from London? They had to pay back $3 million that they used to refurbish their capital out in London. So one of the reasons why they wanted to do this is because Circle. They wanted to make their own money. But secondly, they had been under such scrutiny now. Obviously, Prince Harry, he married an American. She's divorced. She's a person of color and they got so much and God for that. Meghan actually did an interview where, she said now remember, he used to be on a show called Suits on USA Network. She's used to being in the public eye, but she said, I didn't realize it was going to be this intense. And the negative, so don't worry about them. They're doing fine. They've moved to the United States, their living as very exclusive county and Santa Barbara. They live in Montecito. Their standard. Their famous neighbor is Oprah. They're not doing too bad for themselves and for money. Well, you know what they signed a production deal with Netflix, which is estimated at about $100 million so buried. You're okay. They're gonna be producing content. So now they're they're here and you know, from what we hear. Harry is very interested in getting his American citizenship and becoming a U. S. A. U S citizens and they're just enjoying their time with their son, Archie and living the American life. Here's the thing Clearly, since they have a deal with Netflix. They know what Netflix is. Meghan Markle never watched the crown. She didn't know what she was stepping into. Really Well, you know that the crown is pretty much in a third season and from what we hear you are not going to see anything on Prince Terrien Meghan Markle because they had a little comfort. Asian with Netflix and said, You know what if you could just, you know, stop right before you get us and how we met in our wedding. We think that would be a great list in the story. So you're not going to see that they're obviously you know, Lifetime did a couple of movies about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and people are really interested in finding out more about them. But I can pretty much guarantee you They're not going to be doing a reality show, you know, alive with Meghan and Harry and Archie from month. Speedo. You are not going to see that they're gonna be producing very, um, you know, high very like Like your documentaries about the world and saving the world. That's what their platform is. All of that

"While I was gone? A sweetness upset. You were reading in the world in general. Anything at Holy crap. I did pick a good five days to disconnect from everything. Perfect Really good. And Julia. Your Aunt Katherine is a first rate detective, because when we went on the mission in Montecito to find Harry and Megan's, Where were you? We were Montecito. Okay, is where they live, so that when we dropped two that's like 10. Miles ran to Cathy's house. And I think that was our Friday mission. We flew in. You know when someone just headed right. Uptick, Carpenter RIA, you know, stayed in the hotel. Everything is outside. I mean, we really fall. Yeah, it was hot. It was so hot. It was like 90 0 heaven. Just beautiful. And so a Friday I was like, and together. We've got to go find area Megan's place, and she's like, Okay, get the address. So, of course, no problems in the world of the Internet and everything. It's So we're going there and I mean we're driving up. And I'm like what is with all thes bulldozers and rocks and constructions. Because the money years ago the mudslide took out 30 homes here. Yes, like that? Yes. Well, I'd kind of forgotten Barry. So we're driving and I'm thinking, Wow. I can see where the neighbor's air tens because you've got Construction workers. You've got tiny California up hill cause Montecito is on the hillside than the train track than the beach. Oh, so where it goes Hillside 101 train tracks the beach. OK, tell that site of a California car. Correa's Santa Barbara Mamacita. So we're wasn't you know, I'm like I get the address. And, you know, I'm telling Auntie Cathy about the house that it was Thea out. The outside of the house was used Morocco for The opening scenes of Scarface. Scarface really out there in California in Montecito Oka and the wedding that happens in the movie did happen actually in the backyards. Okay, we get the Scarface or Godfather, Okay? So we get to the street and thinking this is just the most basic California. ST. Oh, you know, Okay. I said, go to the top of the hill and come back down so we can get a scoop of the driver. Well, 6 31 par Lane has a very, very long Long road it so no way to know if is a gated here? Yeah, it had a big game. But lots of the other houses around there didn't and the reason why they got that house for such a steal. They're surrounded by houses that are no longer there that went away in the mud. What site? Okay, and This is the scandal of the Montecito and Big Fancy rich people. Houses. Okay To me. It sounds like a perfect thing on Ly a four bedroom. Four bedrooms 16 bath to me. That sounds perfect. You can have a lot of people would be over. Just think of that for bedroom and 16 bad, huh? That if other bathrooms because they have all the outdoor stuff. They've got the pool. They've got the tennis scored. So a lot of entertaining. Probably on Ly for bedrooms. Yes, and 16 bathroom. That's right. And so we stopped. We did. A drive by Casey was like, I can't believe it. There's gotta be another way in the house. So Did you get out and go walk around the property? It's not conducive. This is a California neighborhood. Like many Calvary, there isn't even a sidewalk and they don't know valleys and they joined a valley. So we just search for the service entrance and we were driving all around and Finding, you know, places that theoretically could have been, if our you know geography Button had been working better, but we're climbing all around just because it's just a tiny little community, right. And so we didn't see him. But you see Oprah's then did you drive? By the way we drove Oprah and Eleanor, like one little Hillside Street over Rob Lowe was down at the beach to me. He's got the best place. He just sold this place. Well, that's the best place Syrian. Megan should have waited for that one. I'm going to be stuck having Christmas. I do know this with David Foster and Katharine McPhee. I know, but they he lives in Malibu, and they've invited in them to come and stay. But I hope they don't bring up politics because they think Meghan and Catherine would see I I just my my informal advice is the one who did a drive by a lot of people say they see them in town. Well, we went to this store called porch in Montecito. And that's such a cute little downtown. You know, It's like four blocks long. Okay, all the cute little adobe sort of looking buildings. And Oprah's designer's shop at some of the places they haven't seen hope for a while, and they haven't seen Harry a Megan. They've seen the green MG. That Harry brought over from Britain. Yes, and he's always got a baseball cap on. All right. All right, that's in it. And let's see what else Oh, the four seasons we're going to go have a drink at the four Seasons Biltmore in Montecito. Closed covert outbreak. Everybody moved to the Miramar in Montecito, which was popping and pretty busy, but luckily they have Like all like huge. Everything's outside. Everything was outside, but I couldn't figure out. Why is this hotel so damn busy? Well, then we found out four seasons. The only other five star property you know within, you know, write five million. You don't know any fires or anything around there in a bubble..

"In many ways Lokossa to see sita is more legend than a place whispers surrounded in its neighborhood, Lima Peru and none of the stories about it entirely match they weave in and out of each other never forming a complete picture. Various businesses operated on the first floor of the two story building near the intersection Espana and Gossip Lhasa, de la Vega at us. But the top floor apartment rarely manages to keep an occupant. The each window that lines the wall is surrounded by cheery golden paint and Teal Trim. The Place Somehow always feels dark and closed in. Visitors find themselves assaulted by violent, but unseen forces, tortured cries and flying objects. A priest to attempted to exercise the building was heard screaming before he was found dead due to an apparent heart attack. The name itself derives from one of the legends surrounding. Qasim to see to. The Legend tells of Japanese immigrant by the name of much. Sita who killed his wife and her lover after discovering them in Flagrante. When he realized his children would never forgive him. He killed them as well before taking his own life. There are no historical records confirming this quadruple homicide ever occurred but allegedly, there are property records that Saint Immigrant family did occupy the building. At some point it is likely the name stuck due to rampant xenophobic sentiment in Peru during the first half of the twentieth century. Japanese immigrants began coming to Peru at the end of the eighteen hundreds and their numbers grew in decades that followed. By the nineteen forties however anti-japanese rioting and protests broke out in Lima result of long-standing xenophobia and the pressures of World War, two. The idea of an East Asian, immigrant holding a property like Mukasa, Macho Sita would stick in the minds of xenophobic Peruvians. But the legends of dark happenings at Mukasa Mata. Sita date back centuries before Mr Montecito set foot in south. America. The origin story of this haunting is actually about a very different kind of immigrations. Dare. VASA. Knew they were coming for her? She thought that her neighbors might be more just standing here than they've been in Europe but she learned however that hatred looks the same no matter where she went. When she was little dare Vassilios father told her that her blood, the blood of Persians south of it dynasty was the most rare in the. And while dare boat had been blessed with keen wit and a sharp tongue, she was a long way from Persia and the Peruvian locals had no qualms about reminding her. Not only did they find her form of prayer abhorrent? They resented the fact that she lived alone. She didn't need anyone to provide for her when found themselves in trouble she was the one to help them out with herbs and healing hands. She expected their protection and return, but even they bowed to the KISTA doors. She tried not to blame them. Many of her neighbors could still be calm when the INCA had ruled this land and not the Spanish. Some said, they had seen the fires that burned the Great General Chow Gucci Mock. They had heard that threats of Pizarro to burn their now murdered emperor at two Wolpe to. The Spanish said they were the fires of God and like Derek boats talents, her neighbors called it magic. Their fastball correct them magic was a tool for evil not a way to Allah or to their God's.

This headline, and I think, Wow, Okay, so that sounds like it's straight out of the daily mail. Everybody hates Harry and Megan, you know, showing up to their fancy neighborhood and creating all this chaos. And when you read the story, it basically is T M Z saying, you know, the locals like, for example, quote most locals tell us they want the paps to give it a rest. The paparazzi Because they feel things they're getting to the point where everyone's privacy is being compromised, and they're super annoyed, and they're saying That's because Harry and Megan moved to Montecito, and you've got all these other people in the neighborhood Ellen Oprah, Rob Lowe, Carol Burnett, Jane Lynch and the Kardashians by the way. On. They're all doing their thing in their private little enclave of Montecito, and they don't need all these paparazzi showing up to blow their cover and harsh. They're mellow.

"Montecito select as a cartoon that I like it so but you're like no nonstandard houses are non standard for a reason well you know that the more different than it looks like the harder it is to find a compre and the reason that we care about the comms is because that's what the appraisers gonna you look at they're going to be using the same properties that we're using to say okay machine and yeah this is okay to offer on this type of right because all these and that have sold that looked kind of similar to that yes so fill some of the other things that I think that we talked about that you need to think about is what else is on the land is there any commercial type buildings correct you have to worry about what factors such as silos are they are they working silos are their barns are their commercial building on it is there something on the property that called considered to be income producing and you're talking about commercial properties now we're ending on what's called the residential property and yes we can do hobby farms okay if you were to say but if you were to say so can you help this consumer by this farm it's got three barns on it three silos it's got a thousand head of cattle I will tell you melt because that is considered to be an ethical culture alone that's called Eastbourne low I don't do farm loans that's very very specialized well okay so some of the things that I've had people say to me that they want when they move out of the city is they want room to put the for instance home garage they fix people's cars or they have a like a plumbing business and so they've got vans and they need an outbuilding for things like that would that be considered commercial and could you land on that those would not be considered commercial the one my first question would be how the property vault is residential commercial and commercial in the background ager cultural and that have to do with your title work but as far as the consumer wanting to move their business and then a Rockin barn that would handle all the equipment they have I would say yeah but there's a bot before you do that you're going to want to contact the city to see Adam allowable on your property and there are some cities that will not allow that yeah I had a percent and I also know of an instance where somebody bought a piece of land in their hands constructed a pole barn up north and one of the neighbors had a commercial type of business and they wanted to have ingress into that particular area so that they can get to their property it but use it passing through their their driveway and so you want to think you want I'll tell everybody no matter even if you're looking at second properties or not you want to look at your neighbors and pay attention to what it is that they're doing in their backyard you know what is it because when you get there you're going to be seeing all of these things and maybe affect you or maybe it won't so those are important things to do but I also hear people that have desire to find a cheap what north someplace cool on lake and they want to knock down a cabin right will that make mansion well you need to pay attention to what the city ordinances are for things like that because they might have set backs that maybe they have size restrictions maybe they have height restrictions what else do you see for people who have that dream it did not plug don't okay because you buy a property on a late doesn't mean that have been flooded the last one hundred years and I ran into that about a year and a half ago where they had why not they were building a house and then we found out that they were not flagged down we literally had to demolish half of the nation the whole back and that's because they didn't do their due diligence up front yeah I mean there's so many things to think about when buying a second home you know eclipse over twenty acres it might be difficult to find any well don't how about the following doesn't have a big house and you see this more so over in western Wisconsin or you'll see it on some of your really big lakes what is the value of the boat house why is that a factor because it maybe cost them fifty thousand dollars to build but the appraiser is going to give it to you so if you've got a four hundred thousand dollar plan when you built this beautiful house for fifty thousand and now you want to sell your house for four hundred and fifty thousand compatible are only going to be based on the whole unless you can find another compatible with house and I hope you consider to be a unique I I understand why people need to consider when they buy a second home yeah what are they trying to put into the purchase agreement you know what I'm talking about meeting where they had all kinds of additional items that would meet outside of the house a hundred percent your personal property so on a lake home what would that be I mean maybe if people are selling their boat that goes along with the house as an incentive maybe they've got you know tools and implements that they use and great big lawn mowers that rides around things like that or the dock we see that's pretty common to see that a doc stays with the house so fell when we come back from the break I do want to go back to talking about hi acreage properties and continue to talk about some of the other things particularly about associations and horror stories all right we'll cover that and.

My favorite people is on the line Andy poster former CEO of restaurants, Carl's junior and Hardee's they happy post thanksgiving to you Andy Posner. Dennis hope you had a great one. I did. In fact, thank you kindly. Where are you right now? Nashville boy. The beautiful knowing come tech state of Nashville. Oh, is that where you live? Yes. I totally get it. I I'm serious. I love Nashville. And it had a very deep impact in my life. It was the first I grew up in New York City where you're taught implicitly or explicitly that the only place in the world to live is New York City. And outs. The further you leave New York. The further you enter primitiveness. And I went to Nashville I was giving speeches in my early twenties. I was brought to Nashville and I realized I had been brainwashed. Life is really good outside of New York City. In fact, better and Nashville is what opened my eyes to that fact, it's been wonderful for us. We moved here. Yeah. We lived in California for twenty five years really just couldn't deal with it anymore. And luckily sold our house and a year later, they had these floods we lived in montecito and the floods the White House out. It's not a lot. So it was a good move for us in many respects. That's an astonishing story. Andy. That's amazing. Was anybody living there? Yeah. They they were in the guest house, which is how they survived if we had been there. We actually would have been living in the main house in our bedroom, which was washed out in the flood actually found a a poor souls body in our house after the floods have washed down from the hills. The button in Santa Barbara and montecito were were really. Very devastating. I don't think the community is even fully recovered yet. It was twenty three people died as I recall. It was. I guess I should think Jerry Brown. Gerry kind of drove us out of the state. And luckily, we're still alive, and we have long I mean. This is an amazing story. The you are sort of like the person who missed his flight. And and it went down. You're right. There's very similar to that. I've actually thought about that in the past. Sometimes you're. You know, God watches out for you. And he watched out for us here, and the people that live there they survived as well. Although they lost all their all their. There was a poor soul who died there. Well, he didn't he didn't die in the house. He was actually washed down from the hill. Icy icy, okay. Wow. I just that something all I asked the soul because I asked you worry right now. I didn't know his pregnant with so much fascinating data. Anyway, Andy poster who should have been secretary of labor in far as I'm concerned, you could be the next president of the United States. But. Anyway, all campaign field in any event. Andy Puzder has a piece in the Wall Street Journal is a today or is it this week came out today came out today? Okay. So I read it midst. It's typical clear and poster about how this economy is awesome. And it is thanks to Barack Obama. So I'm gonna read you something. Thanks gives me thanks for Donald Trump. The reason I said Barack Obama's I'm going to read to you something from NPR, I want you to respond to. So I looked up the mainstream media all of which unanimously say, oh, give me a break. This was all started by Barack Obama Europe, your pieces of dramatic refutation of it. But I want here. I would like you to respond to this from NPR. Okay. Job growth has been remarkably consistent since the end of the recession in twenty ten. The three point six million jobs added in the nineteen months since Trump took office are roughly comparable to the three point nine million added in the previous nineteen months under Obama. So who's right Andy poster or NPR NPR's looking at the the date on the number of jobs that were created is not looking at the data on the number of people that are employed. So if you have a if you have a business that creates a job where person works two hours a week. That's the job. Now, if you go over to the number of people employed, you're actually talking to people you're not counting your number saying, how many people are working, and how many are working fulltime, and how many are working part time. So if you look at those numbers Costa determined unemployment rate, if you look at those numbers increase in the last twenty one months of Obama's administration versus the first twenty one months of Trump's that's all we have. So far is twenty one twenty one months. The average increase per month is up thirty six percent under Trump if you look at fulltime jobs, the increase is up forty seven percents that you're getting much much better jobs. If you look at weekly earnings Sarah up forty percent in the twenty one months, the President Trump's been in office and most impressively what you would see with economic growth real economic growth is more jobs more job openings. So we have a historically high number of people employed never been this many people in the United States and the average job openings created. During Obama's last twenty one months was eight hundred fifty seven nine hundred article 'cause I'm rounding but about nine hundred under Trump, it's seventy five thousand a month. That's over eighty times the number from from Obama's administration. Again. What does this this number refers to what exactly job openings, we now have seven million job openings in the United States? We only have six point one million people unemployed. Right. It's an incredible number of job openings, and it has all happened essentially in the last twenty one months when we seventy five thousand job openings a month added compared to is nine hundred a month for his last twenty one months. So this is clearly a Toronto misses any attempt. If you if you read the article and Kirk everybody to read it inspected, if they can we need to get this message out. There is absolutely no argument that Obama started this. If you look at the end of the article, I said, No, MR Obama, you didn't build this. And that's exactly how I feel Obama's record. Particularly of administration was abysmal job creation and economic growth has been spectacular. Speaking to Andy poster and the article that he wrote this up at Dennis Prager dot com. What you just did it when I asked you about the NPR statistic is illuminate. In in his clear a way as possible. The deceit, and I'm not gonna put you on the spot. You don't even have to re response. I just wanted to say this from my audience, you certainly free to respond, but you don't have to the deceit that is endemic to the mainstream media job creation. So they they figured what? What statistic could we NPR us to show that it's not true that Donald Trump is responsible for this spectacular economy? And so they they they they brilliantly even use this concept. That's why I didn't even know. I knew this something awry here, but I didn't know what it was sounds great to me job creation. Oh, it's the same one Trump's as as under Obama. What's the big deal? But I mean job creation means nothing as you point out. It could be to our job. So so this this is, but the readers of mainstream media or listening to NPR don't know this. So they think it's a total fabrication of the right that Donald Trump is responsible for this economy. This is the article to get this message out, but I have to say, I I went into the into writing this article because I did a book back in two thousand and ten I co authored a book called job creation. How it really works in white government doesn't understand it. But basically said if we cut taxes and deregulate in and focus on domestic energy production, the private sector will create an incredible number of jobs will have many million four people employed. So I wanted to check what's been twenty one months. I decided over the thanksgiving break, I check and see where we will be producing the kind of results that that my co author predicted in that book. And in fact, the numbers are much better than I thought they would be. I mean, there are so many more people employed wages are so much. I in this job. Oh, pigs number is just spectacular businesses. Are the economy is on fire hasn't been on? It wasn't on fire for the whole eight years of Obama's administration in this people coming here and say, well, you know. Coming out of the recession. It was terrible. It was a terrible recession. That's true. Which is why every every post for post World War Two recession the recovery. We've averaged about four point three percent average CD peak growth programmers whole term, we average two point two because his policies. Didn't encourage economic growth. They discouraged economic growth. They discourage business growth, they discouraged job creation. Now that Trump has taken his finger his hand off the spring and let American businesses do what they do. We're sending millions and millions of jobs and historic number of people working in an historic number of job openings filled. All right. We'll be back in a moment. With Andy Posner is article is up at Dennis Prager.

"A half inch of rain per hour than perhaps we will be out of the woods but if it picks up beyond that rate that's where they're really worried that we could see this debris starting shogun down the hill again and looking at the montecito creek i mean as it stands right now it's warring compared to what the thunderstorm a cell moves right over these foothills and could see inch of rain per hour it only takes a half inch of rain per hour to trigger a debris flow especially considering the fact that will weeks ago when we were afraid again of a month low and then nothing compared to what it is right now and we're still early in this storm they're seeing the worst of this is gonna hit eight amount of rain in the right amount of time so if this storm drops rain at less than a half inch of rain per hour then perhaps we will be out of the woods but if it picks up beyond that rate that's where they're really worried that we could see this debris starting chug on down the hill again and you know look into the montecito creek i mean as it stands right now it's warring compared to what it typically is but it is well be within what it was on january ninth and to give you a little bit more of a comparison down here a couple of weeks ago when we were afraid again of a mud flow and then nothing compared to what it is right now and we're still early in this storm they're seeing the worst of this is gonna hit this evening on into the overnight hours and that's that's what we're all kinda holding our breath about are there sandbags i mean is there is there a visual evidence of people preparing for the worst here yeah you know not further up the creek where i'm at because everybody's just been out of dodge for a long time in their homes are destroyed they can't live here for as you move further on down alvin road especially down by montecito and i was talking to a guy he was taking boulders out of his front yard boulders that had been flushed down the creek by the last of debris flow putting him in a wheelbarrow moving them down to the street in front of.

"A couple of more days possibly chris ancarlo has been stationed up in the montecito area after the the evacuation orders that came down yesterday chris is it really barren out there is there are a lot of people that have picked up and left yeah most people on outta here the few people that i've run into they tend to be like contractors that are just checking on property which is something that i saw during the thomas fire as well and then also you've got a few people in when i say few i mean you can probably count them on two hands who have decided to stick with things even though they're pretty close to the old debris flow area right now as a matter of fact i'm standing above the montecito creek on a bridge that has been close in traffic since january ninth incident because of just structural deficiency that was caused by the debris flow and as i look around here i remember being here just days after in the days after that month low and seeing houses were right now there is just completely nothing where they've been able to clear some space out and then the remnants of the homes that were destroyed by the debris flow still standing on the other side of the creek and it's remarkable to see just how much has been cleaned up and how little has been cleaned up it's an interesting dichotomy between the two you can probably hear in the background the rush shing of the montecito creek i'm gonna hold the microphone out here just for a second so you can get a sense of this all right so it's it is well within its its channel while within its boundary but it's definitely picked up some steam now the good news here over the last half hour the skies of lighten the little bit that's just a temporary break from what i understand in terms of the forecast at all morning long it's been basically just these thick dark clouds hanging just above the just above the ground can't even see the same unit as mountains in the background and it had been dropping just you know big fat raindrops in buckets at a time picking up a little bit as i'm talking on the on on the phone with you guys right now it was january ninth when the mud and debris flow roared through those montecito neighborhoods lifted homes.
