"Go back to an apartment now. Has to be worried about something happening like last year when i first moves. But i don't have to deal with that and so everything kinda seems like it fell into place like maybe this was the rights. Stop switch should happen. Which is why. I think i am not as like devastated. I was like whenever up like my high school workman to go to college or anything. Like no like the pieces of your life like all. It's all of them. Are falling into place like the place. You always see air. You always wanted to live in. Couldn't afford like all of that kind of stuff is like great. And i'm sure you would already do this but i would tell you the security guard like right off the bat like hey. I like living alone. I've had one incident where someone has like followed me and like really freaked me out just as a heads up. I had like a very crazy ex boyfriend to like would show like would just like a bad relationship in general and i told security guard of the building that i lived in and he very much like he would like every single fucking posts mate that came in like not even just for me was so diligent about it with like actually walk outside the building and make sure when i would get into my car he would like see me a new all that stuff but i this is like i'm so happy for you in like the arc that this is taken like pieces falling into place. I do need to know on the fact that he. Your ex is nine years older than you. And you're interacting with his father who is look. Do you want twenty. Two us ed right. Yes you're twenty two and so let's us you. Interacting as like the most mature party in this relationship you interacting with some man who is most likely his sixteen yes he's actually closer to seven days But so then this other hurt. I would like to say like As much like you guys always talk about like age differences. Like they're like it's a weird thing like you always you feel like it's cool or whatever like giving you attention and i actually. I think i called back into noses ever aired with advice about a girl who was going through it but it was like she was like almost minor type thing. But i had called back. Advice is like well. You know you need to be aware like life stages or whatever Because at the time we were in the same life stage he was doing his second degree. We met like we were when we were both in college. Type thing so like i on. That was like enough but just for anyone listening. It's not an insult creepy. You are in the life stage it is and it's i'm so glad you can see that now and say that because it's so fucking hard for people to recognize and like there are various slight exceptions to like that kind of rule or whatever but it's not even necessarily exceptions. It's more like things that you can see past and like it is like it's always. It's always weird. It's always going to be like there's always something more to it. It's not just like oh ages there's always something to it and some people can look past that like some people really can but does that mean that it's like that weirdness doesn't still exist or like what the reasoning behind. All of it is like. It's it's not the the thing with it is like it's the power dynamic especially we live in a patriarchal society like when you have a a man who is older who already assumed so much power in in in this kind of the world. Yeah then being in a relationship with someone younger that power dynamic even though we're talking about like oh maturity mature way. Yeah but it's that power dynamic. It's like i'm already even. We're the same age. Same everything. I hold more power over you but then when that age thing switches it's even more. Yeah and hi say like. I'm very fortunate and lucky that Like i said finances have always been really important to me. So i always make sure had like a savings. He didn't know about where i was like. Good for six months. Something ever happened or anything. And like i feel so liking for that too because what if i did it and i would have had to stayed in the house. Brian dude. Smart you are smart with. There are a lot of women right now. In the pandemic that are stuck in the house with their physical or mental abusers and. They can't get out so yeah no. I've had a plan and that you trust your intuition but so remind crazy updates. Kinda funny how. I called like four billion times and everyone off. No but i mean we all have to figure those things out like for ourselves and you never let your universe like like we. We had on one of the more recent episodes maybe recorded or it's already up. I don't remember what it was but about like at a certain point we can know something we can not trust somebody but we can still choose to believe them even though deep down we don't that's that's fine and i think a lot of people beat themselves up over like didn't i leave sooner. Why didn't i do x y and z and it's like but at the end of the day everything that happened. It didn't just like wash over you like you kept it like you. You take note of it you file it away in your brain and then when it comes to the point where like it is that breaking point it happens and then you can be like okay trusted my intuition and my instinct and just because like sometimes like i wanted to make it work. My like made these choices to hope that it would work. Doesn't make me like. It doesn't make that a mistake that i did that. It's like something that i had to go through to gets like this. This point am glad that you're out of that situation me. Fuck into the next time i call. It's about a really pretty girl. I'm nervous about going on with one goal in life. I love it that that's the best and you guys have a beautiful apartment together and you just have lots of plans everywhere. And it's and then she also has a cat to create a counter. "Is a counselor type position. Where the boy says, you know I'm hanging out with these guys. And this is what I like about about this kid here I mean that's very forthcoming to say, look I, was I did a bunch of drugs and then these these friends of mine are people that I know start telling me all this crazy stuff right? They're they're they're saying they killed somebody and they enjoyed it and they would do it again Ryan depending on what drugs he he would do some could make you more paranoid. Well, it's also not like an illusion or anything like that I mean you you have to question that when you're talking to. A young person or anybody that said, Hey I took a whole bunch of drugs and then this happened but there's details inside of this story that would anyone to believe regardless if you believe or don't believe your reporting this to somebody. And the details are hey. They all went to a mall. With the purpose of pawning things that they stole from the house where they say that they murdered some people right which would be. Direct evidence that these kids were in the house. Correct. So the items that were I don't have a a fool list of what was pond or what they were attempting to pawn because it sounds like they were able to sell everything that they took with them. But some of the items included things like rings, bracelets and so on which we already have the survivor. Her statement was that she heard someone say get the jewelry. So this also goes along with our investigation. They also showed spikes a machete that was in the trunk of one of the vehicles they had distance backup second a lot of pawn shops or jewelry shops will be told about a crime if they believe that dumped, it was taken a value. To be on the lookout you can take it in, but once you take it in, please contact us. So we could then take a look at the item I was in a pawnshop not too long ago in an officer came in looking for some items in particular, which I peaked my interest I thought was do empty your pockets and go here. It is another they were questioning me. They were looking for these items in the never nonstop never know all right captain. So not only do these guys show spikes this machete and they showed tomb it's in the trunk of one of the vehicles. They also tell him that the machete was very recently covered in blood, but they soaked it in ammonia and bleach. Then when this whole group. They're back spikes house on Sunday night his girlfriend called and said this she had heard some rumors and she asked if billy marks was involved in a crime spikes told her. Yes and this group of guys were all boasting about this murder. Then Glover's girlfriend called spader and yelled at him for killing someone. spader than threatened spikes with a knife and accused him of being a snitch griddle also got out two knives and the too advanced on spikes in you know in a threatening manner. He ran around the car and glover intervened to protect him. Marks then took him home spikes was of course shaken up by this and routed to the resource officer the next day at school. This will bring us back to the police interview. Police interviewed both billy marks and Quinn. Glover separately after school. Quinn said he had been asleep on the night of October third and fourth but then admitted that he was with marks spader and grill driving around Mont Vernon. But then he lawyer up and refused to say anything else to the police. Cops did some digging into this kid Quinn and found that he was a mormon. He was a singer and guitar player who performed at Church functions and he worked as a handyman at the church so they instantly arrested him. And gave him a life sentence for playing those good Mormon songs billy marks gave police a little more information than Quinn. He admitted that he was at the Tro roadhouse with griddle spader in glover. Okay. So now we have something alarming something that the police were looking for directly. We got this kid and he's talking boat. We have a bunch of kids and they're talking to a lot of people at least now one is talking to the cops. Yeah Billy Mark says, Hey, I was with this griddle kid spader and glover. We were all at this Tro roadhouse and we were armed with knives. He said that on the way there Steven spader said quote we are about to do the most evil thing. This town has ever seen and quote. Marks at five foot three inches tall was the smallest of the core tet. When they broke into the home, they broke into the basement of the house and because he's the smallest. have him squeeze through this tiny window He's now inside of the house in the basement, but he cannot get upstairs the others. Broke into the House through the porch. and. One of them let him in. Someone. Cut The power. While checking out an empty bedroom in the dark house. He heard a woman's voice saying Jamie is that you and you don't have to do this. spader called to him. told him to come into the master bedroom, but he says, he could not see anything until glover turned the circuit breaker in the hallway back on. Then he says that he saw a woman and a young girl, both of whom already looked to be dead he left the room. Then took some stuff and they all changed out of their clothes and they went home. I want to. Tell everybody here right now that what you're getting from this kid what he is telling to police billy marks he's admitting to being at the home where a murder took place he's admitting to being involved but you're also getting kind of a vague story right I had to squeeze into the basement I. Heard some things upstairs but I was not in the room when anything went down when I get into the room, these people appear to be dead to me. Yeah. I mean this kid's real asked fruit, but he is talking to cops. and. Then it makes you wonder as the investigator is he telling you the truth? As it is he just trying to get this off of his chest or is he telling us part truths and omitting himself from the actual crime? Right and we have investigators here that no that this kid is being conveniently vague about some of the details of what he knows and so they're going to press him some more and after being pressured by these investigators marks admitted that in fact, the four of them had entered the master bedroom together before the attack went down he says it was dark and they were using an ipod that they found inside the home as a light. This he says is when the woman in the bed said, Jamie is that you? So the first story is he hears this while he's in another part of the House second story I'm now in the room with these other three Yahoos and we entered at the same time and yes, I saw the woman when she was alive I heard the woman say Jamie is that you? Yeah. If you could imagine you have one or two individuals right by the door and the other two right behind them Kinda like. What's happening? So.

It was Eric and I always sell in the business. then. We had a Glenn who came on about. Not, even a year and a half ago. Now, if our sales professional and we're looking to hire more so we're kind of quickly scale on this up. But we have a very basic system as far as what we're looking for. What the monthly quota is. An and they should be bringing in and it is super basic and as for me, it still works I know we might get more sophisticated as we grow in the teams grow and we have managers and things like that. But right now it's it's super basic. So interesting lay it out for you. and you can see how all this may be different than your model or if you don't have a model because you're disowned for yourself. something you can think about doing. That's the theme here monthly reoccurring revenue five grand every month, not five gram once or twice or ten times, and then Kinda sit back. Five men every month. That's all we care about. We want those results. If you do the math on that, if you're GONNA do five grandmothers salesperson. Times twelve that sixty thousand dollars of monthly reoccurring revenue. So that means a month thirteen. We've collected sixty grand. From the clients that you've brought in as a salesperson here. At Mont Thirteen but take that that book of business. Times another twelve and that seven hundred, twenty, thousand dollars. So a very successful salesperson in their first year should be over half a million at least. And that's what looking at. That's the kind of success we need to grow this business. Now we do have ramp up period. said. You come on with us for as a salesperson which we're hiring right now as recording this for sales. There's a ramp up period so The first few months. Washington. The first four months or not one hundred percent of that. So we actually sort out with about a two week training period. A month is twenty, five percent of five grand, which is twelve fifty. Then he gets to fifty percent seventy percent and then the fourth full month. After a two week. Period you're expected to bring in five thousand in monthly recurring revenue. So right now, this is a very basic system and it works. We don't care about how many phone calls you made. We don't care about how emails you sent. I don't care if you want to network in meetings or not doesn't matter to me. It's. Can You bring in five thousand a month in New York consistently. And again, this reoccurring. So this is contacted. Using on twelve month. So, as predictable cash flow that we can count on for at least next year. So. That's really how we're building up our sales and growing the company. In if I can just hire another person and they can achieve that. Five thousand per month each. Then, we're in really good spot and we're growing very quickly. So. That's what we're trying to do again right now is very basic, but it works for us. We've had other people tell us different things and don't do like do it like this. Do like that. But for us is working out, well, we also pay salespeople a salary plus the commission net. And we do the life for that the life of the account. So. We've got a pretty good system going also the salespeople here they're not account managers. So they can build a book business and then keep building it not managing. There's accounts. Our operations team which according to the episode on that but. Operations seems takes over that relationship and the responsibility. So the salesperson continued yourself. Now, they can touch base and and reach out of the client of course, but it's not really the responsibility so. They Cabal. You know what you're tracking with sales was important for us the results, how much can you bring in per month and for us the minimum is five grand per month. And that's going to set us up for success. We were

Here's What To Do About Your Student Loans Due To Coronavirus
"There are so many people who have been just crushed by what corona virus has done to the economy. And you're sitting there with student loans. The big problem has been with private student loans because most federal loans are in a payment an interest holiday through September but private loans. There's no such protection and people have been just eaten up by what's going on with private loans because the lenders will destroy you. I mean they will eat you up. They are able to Ruin your credit. They're able to garnish. Your checking account or your wages very easily. And it's very difficult for you in a situation where you're flat out broke even file for bankruptcy although I have something about that for you in a minute. So a number of states have gotten together and organized temporary relief to student loan borrowers and private loans. And I'm expecting more states to join the Compact the States or California Collorado Connecticut Illinois Massachusetts New Jersey for Mont Virginia Washington. That is the current list that was put together by Forbes magazine and what they've done is the states have used their strength to then negotiate temporary protection for borrowers with all the major student. Loan Lenders somewhere around twenty of them that account for most private student loans in the United States. And what they are doing is you are not going to be reported to credit bureaus and those states if you contact your lender and tell them you can't pay your allowed to suspend your payments for three months. There will be no late fees. They will not report you as delinquent with the credit bureaus and they will not move forward with any debt collection lawsuit against you so remember. This is temporary only the state of Massachusetts has passed a statute to protect private student. Loan borrowers but this is an agreement that these states banding together have been able to reach with the overwhelming number of private student. Loan Lenders so what do you do? If you don't live in one of the states that have reached the this agreement with lenders. Call your find out who your legislators state senator or state representative and talk to him or her about the problems. You're facing with private student loans. Tell them about
Europe Hiking; Exploring Athens; Grooviest Gardens
"The victorians left us some lovely gardens to enjoy but Christopher Woods. Lets us in on some exciting new trends in landscaping and garden parks that we can explore around the world? That's a bit later in the hour on today's travel. With Rick Steves. Plus guides from Athens paid us on the atmosphere in the Greek capital. They'll recommend neighborhoods to explore. Where youthful can do attitude is helping revive the Greek economy? First Cassandra overby is back with more practical advice for planning a cultural hiking adventure on historic walking routes across Europe. Thanks for joining us. Cassandra think so much for having me. So Europe is kind of unique. Because it's cut these very well established major hikes that have an infrastructure. Actually and they advocate of a history. Tell us just briefly about the the hiking infrastructure in Europe. I think it really helps to understand that. Unlike in the United States where most trails are in wilderness the trails in Europe have totally different history. That's not all about the wilderness actually about bringing people to the very best of civilization the very best of history so you have trails. That were built because people wanted to do pilgrimages. You have trails. That were built because people needed trade routes and you have treasurer built so people could go from village to village and even sell their wares. So this is something we have to remember in the old days at trail. If you had rush hour it might have been on a trail right. Because obviously they didn't have paved roads and this was the trail. I'll never forget. Being in Montenegro in couture and Montenegro is Black Mountain. That's what it is literally in this community. The HISTORICA nation up on the top of the mountains and from this fjord like Bay of the drastic. You have a switchback road but next to that SWITCHBACK ROAD. You've got a faint little trail and it's so evocative to me because it reminds me that thousand years ago everybody had to get Montenegro by hiking up that switchback trail. And you can do it today right. So you've got this history tied in with this nature and you've got a love of getting out into the outdoors that Europeans have so if you WANNA ENJOY EUROPE ON FOOT. Of course there's many different trails that you can sort through but I wanna talk just about the mechanics of this first of all you can take a or you can go on your own if you take a tour as a hiker. What are your options? A lot of people want somebody to drive their gear or set up. The hotels are or have a natural to go with you and explain the flora and fauna. Right so there are a few different options that I like to recommend to people. You know you do have the completely independent route which is easy to do in. Europe. It's easy to do that by yourself. But there are self guided tours where companies will set you up with walking directions. They'll set you up with luggage transfer. They'll make all of your bookings for you give you a map. And then you just go and explore the trail by yourself or you can do fully guided trails. And that way you'll have someone narrating the trail while you're walking in addition to booking everything for you or the pros and cons of each would you say yes. So fully guided is the most expensive option always. But if you're someone who isn't over planner and you really obsess in your normal life about all. Those plants can really nice just to let go and let somebody else handle all of the logistics and have someone share insights especially a local about their culture and about the towns that you pass through. Because I'll never forget walking up in this helps with my friend who is a local nature guide and he took me to find an Edelweiss. And you don't just find those. I mean they're hard to find any took me to the spot and he set me up and he reminded me how precious is and how we're not supposed to pick it and everything and then we saw it. I would have never appreciated that without a local guide. Right without a guide. You really don't get those local insights. Someone who's from that area can show you so much more than you'd ever imagine because there's a lot hiding in that mountain face there is that you wouldn't recognize without that local person. I'm kind of intrigued. By the the Middle Way. Where you have somebody that you gotTA SHERPA WITH FOUR WHEELS. Basically the GEAR AHEAD. And then you're footloose and fancy free all day and you're not having to go with a group and you're not gonNA stick with a guide but you have them set it up and you know you've got a warm dinner waiting for him to. Cool Little Mountain Hut and that can be a really great option also because you're hiking just with a small day pack so you have some snacks. You have a rain jacket just in case it rains but if your partner is exhausted and complaining about that blister they can hop in the car and meet you there tonight exactly. I love that because then to people don't have to risk having one person scuttle the whole mission. Yes I think that's pretty important. Cassandra oversees our guest on travel with Rick Steves she fifteen for favorite hiking trails. And she's met them out for a walking vacation in her book. Explore Europe on foot. Her website is Cassandra. Overby DOT COM. Now when you go. Do you like to have companionship? Or have you gone alone to see that you'll just meet people as you go or are you just appreciate this time alone with nature. What would thinking? Do you go through before you determined that so I like to mix it up on all of my trip so I did a lot of research trips for my book and sometimes I had people join me and that was really wonderful. Sometimes I did the hikes alone. Which was great for really getting into an area and kind of losing my identity in losing myself and just kind of soaking everything in like a local and then it was also really nice to reach out and actually make some new friends so I wanted to hike the jar. Thirty four and France didn't know anyone who wanted to go and I felt like I really wanted people to join me on that section because it's on cliffs so I reached out to appreciate hiking group and I said Hey I'm coming to hike the trail. I'm a an American author. Do you have anyone who would be interested in hiking. It with me and I found a couple of Parisian couple who came out to Mont Saint Michel and met me behind for two days together and it was amazing. That's a great idea. Talk about a nice initiative and and I would think on the trail. People are inclined to be friends. I mean it's like minded people everybody's in a in a positive spirit and so and I want to talk a bit about the gear because I'm always looking at Germans. Germans are sort of famous for their walking sticks with those walking sticks anyways so they really help if you have creaky knees or you know if you've just spent hiking for a long time and you'd like to extend your hiking life because they make the load a little easier on your body okay. Yeah it's a little safer if you have four legs instead of two when you're you down a rocky slope or something especially for balance by no means. Do you have to have those something aerobic exercise when you're just walking straight on a paved trail to have that your motion going? Because I see Germans like Germans are famous for this. I mean it's just like there's people almost think it's Kinda funny 'cause you're six Germans and they've all got their walking sticks. Look like a little animation almost yet. What about a boots? I grew up thinking. You gotTa have boots. But now there's options. There are options so my favorite option is called the European walking shoe. This is a specific type of shoe. That's kind of a hybrid between just a nice looking shoe that you would normally wear when you're traveling and something sturdier that's good for being outside so it's waterproof has a good soul but it blends in you know they're usually black or brown they're very lightweight. And so you can have the same shoe for when you're going to a nice museum or out for dinner as you do it when you're on trail and what's it called again a. European walking shoe European walking. And just if you don't even care what you look like in a museum. Is there any compromise on that from having a good old fashioned hiking boot so good old fashioned hiking boots especially high tops are good if you have Ankles that need a little more stability so but if you don't need that stability I just recommend going super light and you really aren't compromising any other function by choosing a European feel. You got a safety thing. You're not more likely to sprain your ankle or something as far as you know Okay that's good to know.
"So you're forums as you probably know from feelings in the gym are used in many exercises things like you'll pull ups you'll rose your dad less and even your bicycles all involve a certain amount of forum strength and if you lock forum strengthen your ability to build shrimp and other pulse your body or also compromised on this is essentially due to the strong forearms are the strong your grit. You have more squeezing force when you have undeveloped a week forearms. These muscles might be the first to tire out when you're doing something like a row and you'll never actually really tax the most of your trying to work. Let you push your train chain on a dead left because you'll forearms give out too quickly so get fit guy. Brock Armstrong caused this. The Weakest Link in the kinetic chain if your forums. And letting you down. And this basically means that when we're doing something like a pull up we're not only engaging the major muscles that we're targeting. Shia back for example put up but you're also including all the muscles involved in the kinetic chain that performs the movement including so in this case your wrist you'll hand your forums you biceps on Soham. See your bike. Mont not only lots my knowledge to be challenged. If you're doing a pull up because your hands your grip fails before the muscles even start to get now reforms on tortuously stubborn and difficult to grow some lucky enough to have been gifted genes that allow for four hundred element some of the not so lucky and we have to use specialized training to build up these areas. As 'cause it's really a case of trading them hard and often some people definitely find that their forums can develop if you're just handling heavy weight and regular basis during exercise in saved not using wrist wraps for example because they getting is sufficient stimulation whilst doing that but with most muscles they can also be trained independent. May if you want to get optimal results. According to David Robson a body building dot com editor given their composition. Ristic Stanzas and risk. Flexes IS W- as well as the longer bracket radiologists the forums. All a pretty complex grouping on each be targeted with that allow for full contraction so in David's experience he's found beneficial to train forearms at the end of biceps training and on their own two days per week before seeing a proper no small results and he found it valuable to talk at the forearms variety of exercises on rep ranges to keep them stimulated and growing and training them frequently and hard. He's actually found the as LEDA upper. Body strength increases as well as the lifting Nashi making a safe transition to a heavier overall weight without the fair the forums. Going TO GIVE OUT MID set. So you're getting ineffective for Training session as leading to a safer more efficient training session for other components as well. So what exercises are recommended while I up training the wrist. Extensive extended enable the Hon to extend backwards they comprised of eight different heads on these muscles. Run the outside line for four such development affectively a number of reverse grit movements needs to be done sir. Thoughts things like Bob L. Reverse risk coils cable reverse curls and Soham now the great Texas is the Pharma's walks to build solid forearms to find anything like a weighted objects will not be kettlebells dumbbells. Even Bob Bell said the blocks tires or about anything else you can get your hand on plates and simply pick up the object assault walking for as long as you can obviously as well ups and Chin ups great exercises. You can even try hiding from a ball. For THIRTY SECONDS. Alm straights. You could do. Dumbbell wrist extensions says Bench holding dumbbell on them without lifting your own of your thoughts co the number as far as you can toward your bicep. I maintain a tight grip throughout this movement. Obviously slowly lowered the dumbbell back to neutral. So there's lots of next is you can't do train your forearms independently into really actually give them the the focus. They might deserve if you are trying to improve your your grip strength so that might sound unnecessary or you feel. You don't need to do them. You'll forums can be trained like any other exercise and they can benefit. You'll pull up shell rose. And you're dead lifts by by improving your your squeezing power and if like my friend do grip is less than you down than definitely. Give it a try

"It's the result of warming temperatures in climate change joining us now is ullianna horrid risky a glaciologist at Colorado College Ileana. Welcome thank you so much. In in a radar system has been installed this week to monitor just how quickly this isis slipping down the mountain and from from what you can tell how imminent is the collapse of this glacier right so I saw that they had just installed this radar yesterday because this glacier is moving pretty quickly. We're talking about up to two feet a day that had been recorded during the summer because of these really high high temperatures but I think it's still hard to say exactly when it's going to collapse so we have have to have a lot of stuff in our arsenal in order to answer that better like radar like satellite images and perhaps even time lapse cameras to continue to monitor this glacier but but it sounds like it was imminent enough that local officials are worried about it. They're taking actions to keep people safe absolutely yes so the thing. Is that the fracture action in this particular glacier. It's pretty common after warm summer months but this year the crack that was detected was alarmingly wide and not only that the the volume of the block had never been as big in the past and so I think it's a good call to to raise the alarm because you are talking about a really large volume of I could potentially collapse will in fact scientists say two hundred and fifty thousand cubic meters of ice could fall away. I have a hard time even picturing what that is. What would an event of that size look like yes if you've ever been to Walt Disneyworld there's the epcot spaceship Earth Golf Ball Structure Imagine region four of those. That's how big this. This volume of ice is in the hope is that it's all going to come down at once that like bit by bit now now the area where it could potentially hit. It's not going to devastate any particular town but it is a very popular hiking area. You and your husband were climbing in this glacier last summer. what was it like. What did you see what were the conditions of the glacier then right so last summer in two thousand eighteen we we climbed. Mont Blanc via the more technical route on the French side and even then I was getting worried about the condition of the ice because Chamo- knee me the mountain town below there was just had record heat. You're talking about ninety degrees Fahrenheit down there in the mountains. You know it's pretty Balmy. I could wear a T. shirt and there's a particular peak. They're on the way to the official summit of Mont Blanc. That's been subject to avalanche hazard in the past and so we'd have to very early in the morning hours to avoid any type of potential avalanche hazard and then on the other side and the descent.
