Police say they don't know who the intended target was, and that the investigation is on going. Ah, $4000 reward is being offered for information in that shooting, generous family and friends are heartbroken, and they joined too many families of young innocent Children who have lost their lives to gun violence. Feeling Secure

"Where you focus on getting validation from my good friend Monica has been encouraged me to be more inward focus in terms of allegation than outward focused to a like who I am. Am I secure and who I am. Honestly, most of the time now, I do like who I am, and I'm secure in who I am but I need to keep reminding myself of that I'm again trying to not focus on whether I have our validation I need to inwardly vowed it myself and make that the source of joy and peace. Who has validating you? It helps to get external validation but let me also tell you that it can be so fleeting.

"Eyes on the economy. Washington D. Democrats Democrats want want to to keep keep the the $600 $600 payments in place it through the end of the year. Republicans want it lowered to either $200 a week or 2/3 of lost wages. Governor Doug Ducey says Arizona will not step in to fill the gap for those who lose the $600 a week. Congress needs toe act. This is on Congress. Arizona is doing its part, the federal government has to do their part. Without the federal boost unemployed Arizonans received $240 a week. It's one of the lowest weekly payouts in the country. Coronavirus and consumer spending

"To concentrate on 11 paragraph here and then explicate from the point of view of living in Manhattan. The decline in GDP in the second quarter. This is the Wall Street Journal reflected the deep hit to consumer and business spending from lock down social distancing and other initiatives aimed at containing the virus. Consumer spending fellow 34.6% annual rate amid sharp decreases in spending on services like healthcare, recreation and food. Monica Monica, We were locked out We didn't make a decision not to spend our our own health care. Or go to the restaurant or recreation. We were prevented by orders of governors, no matter what. This is not about the economy. This is not about what we conduce. This is about a mandate and I want to underline this. I I cut myself with a pickaxe early on in the crisis, and I was reluctant to ask for help. Because the hospital's at this point we're expecting to be overwhelmed. This is March April. And I decided, given the swelling that it was wrongheaded of me and that their tetanus shot was necessary. So I called up the clinic where I usually go and they were very kind and they brought me in. Monica. I was the only person they saw that day. Other than being tested for the cove. It Now it easily could have been that There were hundreds of stupid people like me have cut themselves with the pickaxe and didn't go to the clinic and delayed spending on there. On their own health care, and we're paying the price for it. So the puzzle here is who's to blame? The blame is that they shut us down inarticulately. They made orders that didn't have any basis They were. They were panicky orders. There was no reason to keep people who'd cut themselves with the pickaxe from going to the clinic. But the the the two nurse practitioners who cared for me were very generous. However, they did underline that they were seeing me extraordinarily because their services were only for covert 19. That was the state of affairs in New York State in March of 2020 20. And from there, Monica we can only say never again. Never again. Will I vouchsafe the shutting down of the economy. You know, it was a government mandate mandated lock down of the kind we had never seen before, with an unprecedented situation, and I would remind everybody I think we sort of lost sight of this, John that in the early days of this, nobody knew how the virus was going to behave. We were getting information out of China, which you know, people thought with highly unreliable. About how this virus actually behaved in human beings. It was a novel virus. Nobody knew was that the Ebola where you're essentially dead in 72 hours, or with amore extreme flew. No one knew. So when the government mandated the whole sale lock down of the U. S economy, it was for public health reasons based on the worst case scenario. So when you say who is to blame every western country was doing, uh, China was during it, so there really was no alternative. Therefore, the government then also knew it had to step in and fill the economic avoid it because it was asking people to shut down their businesses shut down their livelihood. And you know, in the layout that that you just put out there that is sort of like an incentive based question. Like all of the American consumer to spend, we had no one Just to spend because there was no way to spend apart from the occasional Amazon delivery or some takeout food and groceries,

Dr Kate Welcome to the broken being pot. Adding more LADES, you're young man, you're only forty-three. There's a lot more accolades you can add to your resume over the. Perfect job. A Mike my goal at the end of the day to help kids feel better. That's beautiful. Goal a beautiful purpose and I can't wait to dig into that in today's podcast and I wanna get into a little bit of origin story. How did you get clear and where did all the puzzle pieces aligned himself that that is your goal. You know. I think the universe was calling me. To do this. The first reason why I got into, it was for my own health up as a kid, I had pretty severe anxiety. SPENT, most of my adolescent teenage years in mix of anxiety and depression yo and. My nervous system was upside down and I couldn't really understand why I knew that I was different. I knew I experienced the world differently, but I really had no clue why you know like who would have thought that eating fast food everyday. All Day will be an issue for for your nervous system going bonkers is that what was going on? Were you eating fast food and kind of go? How is the standard American new way of life I mean college like that's what you do. Right Even I remember actually Loma Linda is a vegetarian institution. Why it's famous for being one of the hospital in the Blue Zone. The seventh day adventists. Yeah. But when I got accepted there, one of the thoughts that I had is like Oh my God. What am I gonNA do without my burgers. And that was the mindset I had going into training because I didn't know any better and what actually got me to start looking outside was during my training. I kept kept coming across these cases and I remember one very, very vividly. Twelve year. Old Guy. Severe Severe Colitis. Came in with toxic, Mega Colin were his colon had dilated to about ten centimeters, which is huge, and we did around the steroids. We did some medications for him. He got better when home. Two weeks later, I was still on service. Worse off than before and Beato, our team started the discussion and we brought in all the specialists and basically the end of the discussion was well, he's failing medications. We just need to cut out his colon literally was like he failed medications. So the next option is we just cut out this twelve year olds a lot inflammation. Something's going on. Let's just cut the thing out. because. That is the next standard of care, right. I had a lot of these kinds of scenarios where kids would show up like I remember another guy who plays soccer. He scraped his knee niece bowl up and then thirty six hours later, he was dead. You know and they were just like well, sometimes staff does unlike I've scraped my knee, I haven't died like, what was it about his system that caused him to fall apart and it was this recurring question of like these things don't add up two plus two equal in this scenario and the institution, and they're really smart people alone Linda, don't get me wrong. But the pediatric conventional training was like no two plus two equals farm like it doesn't look this way. So as it is in most hospitals and worst Western approach. Places. Because that's what people are trained in. But you were asking a different question. You're like, okay. This doesn't make sense what's really going on. Exactly. Yeah, and that is what ultimately led me to start taking courses. So I, I went to one holistic kind of course, and it was a dinky little course, but I was like, oh. My God I, you know I have found my people, the light bulbs went off and you started connecting dots. And then from there I went and did a bunch of training with Institute of Functional Medicine and the trading with the University of Arizona, and in the midst of that, I started realizing the pieces that were affecting me so like. I did the elimination diet and started feeling better and then I found myself to have MTA. And I think my initial homocysteine was sixteen when I first tested it, I'm like Jesus. So I started injecting myself with B twelve and you know I was my own best Guinea pig. And in the midst of getting interested, what also happened is Loma Linda's in didn't have anyone that was getting interested in this stuff. They're like, Hey, you wanNA, start a holistic medicine clinic and. Like. Two years of my training and there I was like all of the sudden getting handed these patients you know and I was the expert even though I basically didn't know that much. But through the process of learning and I was really really privileged to be put in a place where you know fifty year olds, I was a pediatrician fifth year olds with Severe Lupus. Land in my doorstep helped me I'm like. I don't know anything about Lupus. So let me learn so I. I spent all this time. Just researching in learning. You know any person that I could find with any material they had on the Web I was reading books listening to the videos. And I was just consuming all of this information in the midst of that. Also learning from my patients,

"New research says wearing a face mask may keep you from getting more severe case of covert, 19 originally were told masks did nothing for the wearer only protected others should the wearer be infected with the virus that causes covert 19th But a new paper argues that is not true that the wearer of the mask benefits greatly to by reducing the amount of viral particles inhaled, which could result in being asymptomatic or having a less severe illness. There's a lot of animal and some human data on the neurology doctor Monica Gandhi is an infectious disease physician at the University of California, San Francisco and author of the new paper, but any more Any viral particles. Dr. Gandhi points out that if wearing a mask results in fewer, severely ill people, it could lead to a less painful way, eventually getting what is called herd immunity in a community.

"For nearly thirty years, women in the Mexican border city of Juarez. have been disappearing many of them turning up dead in mass graves. We. Don't know who the killers are very few have been charged and fewer convicted. My guest this week. Our odds volition and Monica Ortiz Rebbe. Of the amazing podcast forgotten the women of what is the final episode two, which is now available, they are incredible journalists with an infuriating story to tell. If! You've ever been to war with disposing of bodies, Israelis. You don't have to dig to her dirt. You're digging through saying. Just across the bridge from El Paso Texas, hundreds of young women have been tanning up dead in Juarez Mexico. Many artists covered in mass graves. Some have strange symbols coughed. Some. have their hands bound with shoelaces? And? Everyone from the families of the victims to the United States. FBI has tried to uncover who is behind these crimes. But one thing is clear. The crimes are connected. They're not just random victims. The women were picked. They were selected I mean there could be an abduction in broad daylight. No one saw it. No one talked about it. These are like ghosts. The numbers started to rise, and then a lot of theories were floated up the gangs serial murder. The cartels organ traffickers the possibility of some sort of strange devil worship. It's been fifteen years since I first heard about these murders, and I've been haunted ever since. How is it possible? These crimes remain unsolved on journey to find out we talk to victims, families FBI agents and a psychologist who claims the new one of the culprits. We visit, the site of one of the mass graves and traveled to a dangerous part downtown. Where many of the women disappeared? I Voloshin, I'm one of the hosts of Forgotten Women of Juarez. The podcast explores what happens when this become targets, and when the judiciary is compromised, I'm fighting for bust institutions and freedom of speech. Sorry, not sorry I'm Monique, our three, they co host of the podcast forgotten. The women of what is I believe workers everywhere should earn a fair wage and women ought to live free from violence Nazari Period I. WanNa give the listeners some back story on what's happening in Juarez. How many women have gone missing in the crimes not being? Even really investigated by authorities and then go into why you felt it was important to do. The podcast I first started working on this podcast of several trips to the Texas Mexico border specifically El Paso Texas and In Mexico. And it took me several trips before I learned something that everybody in the region knows, which is that? Since the early nineteen nineties, hundreds of women have turned up dead in Horace, and many of them met incredibly brutal fates, which was evident from that bodies when they were discovered. That been five mass graves of Women Discovering Juarez since nineteen ninety five. And yet, all of this was happening right across the border from one of America's safest cities, a prosperous suburban Texans city, and so I was just very curious. How could this be happening? How could the crimes not be solved? And it ended up being this journey with Monica that open up. All kinds of other questions particularly learn things like the FBI had tried to solve the crimes, not once not twice, but three times. When the mass grave was discovered, and suspects confessed harder Crawford was the FBI special agent in charge of El Paso. Is Office was just a few miles away from the site. The mass grave and he taken a special interest in the murders of women in Juarez and was following this case closely as a potential breakthrough. You could sense that the pressure was mounting. Political pressure public pressure international pressure. The families and relatives and friends of the disappeared. Women were allowed. Those women would hold use. Mourning the deaths and George attention to that. That was huge. There was all kinds of attention from the international press. People like Jennifer Lopez. Who was killing these hundreds of women, and why and it was a story of vulnerability, but also a story of the deep paradox irony of the border that many of these women were working in factories, which were American owned could see across the border into a Passo a city of. We set out the intention when we first did that interview that we wanted to do an interview for the podcast. I'm glad it happened at the first interview that I'm doing in person in the world of. Semi Corentin and social distancing so Thank you for coming into the office. It's an honor. Thanks for having me so I wanNA start off with something which is I want to talk about dance? DANCE REVOLUTION So tell US anybody who doesn't know what it is. Tell us what it is, and why he became passionate about. Yeah, so dance dance. Revolution is a video game. It's an extra game. Extra Games are things that incorporate. And Gaming And or active video games it was followed by the success of like Nintendo. We for instance that became very popular dance dance. Revolution's interesting because it was popularized when I was a kid. Probably before that I think in the eighties and nineties, and it's essentially a game where you're controller is a pad that you stand on in the middle is you're standing place? You have an Arrow pointing forward pointing backwards to left and went to the right. There's arrows coming up from the bottom of the screen, and you have this answer key at the top. Top with those different directionally facing arrows, and it's to music, and it was a Japanese video game developed by Nami, and it was super popular in Arcades at home on the playstation, two and I grew up as a very overweight sedentary kid I had a pretty severe concussion in preschool, and so that created some concussion induced adhd so I was addicted to video games, and I think I would then have met the criteria for video game addiction now, which is like it wasn't every day, but it was like four hours a day of video gaming. into early call of duty before it was like an e sports thing so if I kept on it, I could probably been pretty well right now. Playing golf duty but I actually came across the home version of dance dance revolution when I was a kid in high school, actually no middle school early middle school and I lost a lot of weight playing that in my living room and it got me into. That got me to lose weight and it was motivating had all the elements we might talk about being important for an exercise program that is sensitive to brain health. And then it got me into the gym, and when I was in high school I joined a gym across from my high school, started weightlifting, watching personal trainers, we can go into that later, but essentially kick-started my personal health, an interest in fitness, and with that fitness that is cognitively enhanced meaning that I wasn't on an exercise bike, watching the news or staring into space I was cognitively engaged in that program since then dance dance revolution has been present. Among a lot of research context and neuro rehabilitation in older adults. It's not really that accessible anymore. You can't just get it off the shelf as much as you could. Previously, but it's really paved the way for a whole industry of active video gaming extra gaming. And it has spun off also clinical or serious extra gaming games that are used for health and clinical contexts such as some of the solutions. We use it the Pacific Brain Health Center. For the listeners who are like way, why are we starting the conversation video game? This all make sense so you know in reading about your story and getting a chance to get to know you over the last year, or so as we've been introduced by our mutual friend, Dr Shawn Patel who's a regenerative medicine doctor here in Los Angeles who's been on the podcasts before linked to that. I got a chance to see how your struggle as child especially with weight fitness and being sedentary. You found something you found something that created joy inside of you, and that's actually really related to a big part of what you teach right now we'll start off with the basics and we'll talk about what brain health coaches and some of the science of it, but you found something passionate that you that got you excited to move. Move something that you enjoyed and I. think that such an important thing as simple as it sounds. This video game was the thing that got started. That was ultimately the thing that starting your journey down this pathway of understanding the power of really what exercise can do for the brain, so let's start there. Let's start off with the basics you know. We've done so many episodes on the power of exercise, but as a refresher. Tell US why exercise is so important and what it does for the brain. Yeah, and there's been an explosion of research and media coverage about this I. Like to say that the mainstream popularity around exercise. Organic, Gluten-Free, Vegan: Which One's Healthiest?

"Hello and welcome to the nutrition diva podcast I'm your host? Monica. Ryan Eagle. I've got a series of questions from listeners lately, and although the specific topics were quite different, they all have a common root, and that is confusion about what various food designations and certifications mean for example, royds question was about contaminants in protein powders. He wrote I was recently researching which protein powder to buy and to my shock, one of the brands I was looking at was rated worst in terms of contaminants, specifically lead and cadmium. This plant based protein was certified USDA. Organic clearly, this label means nothing since they do not test for heavy metal contaminants. Why do we place so much importance on the USDA organic label if it does not protect us from contaminants? Dennis on the other hand was surprised to find that certified Vegan. Products are often full of miscellaneous chemicals and artificial ingredients. He wrote I've come to the conclusion that if I want to eat nutritious meals, avoiding processed foods whether Vegan or not may be more important than seeking out certified vegan products. And Elaine's question had to do with weight loss. She wrote I've already cut gluten and dairy out of my diet. I'm not sure what else. I can do to lose weight. Now in each case I think there's some confusion about what various labels such as organic Vegan or gluten free do and don't mean for your health nutrition. Certified Organic for example does not mean free of chemicals. It also doesn't mean more nutritious or healthier. It means that no synthetic chemical pesticides or fertilizers were added to the crops or the soils. nother reason that organic products can contain heavy metals, including cadmium, lead and arsenic is that these minerals are naturally occurring in the environment, even though they're not added through fertilizers or pesticides, they exist in the soil and the reason that Vegan protein powders are often higher in heavy metals, then way or egg-based protein powders is that plants tend to absorb these medals from the soil. They're grown in. Similarly, the designation Vegan does not mean healthier or more, nutritious or even more natural. It only means that no animal products are used as defense out a lot of the certified Vegan foods that you'll find on the shelves. These days are highly processed junk food. And furthermore eliminating gluten or dairy from your diet does not automatically lead to weight loss. Now Gluten containing foods like breads, cookies, crackers, pastas, and other flour based foods can contribute a lot of calories to your diet without a whole lot of nutrition and cutting down on flour based foods is actually not a bad strategy for losing weight, but not if you simply replace them all with gluten, free versions of the same things, because it's not the gluten per se, that's the problem gluten. Free products are often lower in fiber and higher in sugar and calories than they're gluten. Containing counterparts. In fact, people who adopt a gluten free diet for medical reasons often end up gaining weight. Because, we played a certain value on something being organic Vegan, local, sustainable or gluten free. These designations often enjoy a bit of a health halo. If we perceive them as being better for us in one aspect, we tend to think of them as being better in every dimension, but this is not at all the case certifications such as organic Vegan or gluten. Free mean only what they say, Vegan does not mean organic organic does not mean healthy local does not mean small. And because they encompass such a diversity of priorities, it's impossible to objectively rank them from best to worse or to use any one of these designations as a proxy for overall merit. On the other hand, doing exhaustive research and suppliers or pouring over the ingredient list for every food you buy is probably not realistic, so you may be able to use one or more of these designations as a shortcut to identify or weed out products that do or don't fit your criteria.

Los Angeles Workers Walk Off The Job Monday In Strike For Black Lives

"Food workers ride share drivers, healthcare employees and others walked off their jobs across Los Angeles yesterday as part of the nationwide strike for black lives. Labor groups and unions organized many of the demonstrations, including one at the Sentinel, a skilled nursing and wellness center in Inglewood. That's where marquees Black works as a dietary staff member, he says. Engaging in protests like these helped keep issues like systemic racism in the public eye that way, perhaps things will change. "Welcome to another episode of wine and spirits. With me, your host, Monica, the medium. So on today's episode, we are going to be diving into a topic that I have had so so so many of you reach out or message. Me asking me to talk about wanting to learn more about how to really figure out if you fit into this category or not just really wanting to have a better understanding of what it even is and so forth. So that topic is impacts and how to figure out if you Arnim path. So today we're going to go through sixteen signs that you may be an m. path. And hopefully by the end of this episode, you'll have a much clearer understanding if you are in fact an m. path and maybe if you aren't, but can really relate to a lot of these things for somebody in your family. Maybe it's your child, maybe it's your spouse. Maybe it's your boyfriend or girlfriend, or a friend, and just finally being like, okay, well, now at least I know that that person who's around me is this way. Maybe they don't even know. So you can kind of introduce this topic. To them. So before I go into the common signs or traits of 'em paths, I do wanna just real quick. Talk about what an m. path even is. So an path is somebody who has the natural -bility to feel the emotions of others as if they were their own, they are highly sensitive and they soak up the feelings, emotions, problems of other people around them, kind of like a sponge, and a lot of 'em paths have a really difficult time with managing this ability because they're simply unaware that they even fit into this category. They may be even have been misdiagnosed pass with having a certain anxiety or mood disorder. However, that's not to say that those types of disorders or that mental illness does not exist or that path stone ever need to see a psychiatrist or that they can't benefit from taking a medication. So. So please remember that anything that you hear on the podcasts today should not.

"If you've attended a past messages from above event, or if you leave a rating and review for wine and spirits within the apple podcast app and take a screen shot of it and upload it to this page on my website, then you will also be entered. So when you visit my website, click the tab that says free reading up, Timothy, submit that form and you'll be entered for that chance to win a free one hour private reading. That also reminds me I have noticed a couple, not so nice reviews, but only because the reviewers are saying they're set that there's not enough readings on the podcast. Well, there is a reading on today's and there will be more in the future, but just a reminder that, you know, I don't make a penny from this podcast. I do this entirely in my free time as a way to give back to all of my followers. People been supporting me and watching me ever since the TV show or been a support. Or even before then, and just wanting to still share my gift and bring healing, not just through readings, but through different topics and through having a variety of guests. And I've heard from so many people that they do like to have me switch things up a bit. So just please keep in mind if you are leaving that negative review like that does hurt my feelings because I worked so very hard. I make this podcast on my own. I edit it myself. All of the episodes thus far have been completely ad free, which is pretty rare for podcasts that gets the amount of downloads that wine and spirits has gone, which by the way, thank you so much to everybody who's been downloading wine and spirits and who've subscribed. We've officially reached over two hundred forty two thousand total downloads across fifteen episodes, which is pretty freaking awesome. So thank you so very much to all of you guys who have left positive reviews who have been supporting. Me and tag me on your Instagram's stories showed him that you're listening to the podcast or tweet me about it. Honestly, that's what keeps me going with even making this because I've had a couple of times where I just wanna give up because it is so much work, and I sometimes wonder like what's the point, but I'm pushing through because I know it helps so many people and that more than anything makes me so happy and makes it all worth it. So just a few more reminders before we jump into the surprise reading on today's episode. So I have a couple of upcoming messages from above vents. The next one is September, eighth is California, so San Diego area and then September twenty-ninth in New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. So it's pretty easily accessible via public transportation from other parts, New Jersey and from Manhattan, and then December eighth entity, California as well. I do plan to add a couple more cities and events for this. Wall crossing my fingers. So stay tuned for announcements about that. And then the next round of my six week online course, a beginner's guide to connecting spirit begins October fourteenth, and they're still some spots available. "Self okay i have so much to tell you i'm really excited so usually i would start with your son in your son is in 'capricorno i'm sure you already know that because most people even if they owe understand astrology they know their sonsang but the thing is you are a notches all 'capricorno you are a quadruple capper coron what does that could dry full kaffir corn this sounds fancy so you have sticks planets and cap required so that rather new it's really interesting because 'capricorno they tend to be really good at spiritual things and practical things like you straddle both worlds at three work definitely same with so much of it there it really makes a lot of sense in most of these planets are in the twelve th house of spiritual pursuits so no surprise there what does that mean by the twelfth house what is so the houses are different areas of life that you filter the energy through okay so for since your son is actually in the eleventh house of community okay so what that means is you express herself best when you're helping your community bring structure to their lives help give them meaning and purpose and you look your son is there you're marzieh's is so you're motivated by giving your community purpose and that's also at eu value in life is like giving messages to people to improve their lives in the community that sounds just like we allow it and i've never seen this before by your son is aligned perfectly with mars so mars is the planet of energy and enthusiasm and passion and it's perfectly aligned with your son so you in a way are mars and this gives you like this drive to be your true south unapologetically and so like going up to people and giving them readings most people would be terrified to do that and maybe you were.

"Seeing that could make this like more vine her enjoyable or more successful and ultimately that is what we end up doing by the end of mercury retrograde we end up on a different path or we really sought thought something through during mercury retrograde in the new come out a bit much clearer oh my god i love the way that you look at it because i tend to go to a side of eggs where i'm just like screw universe why are you messing up everything in my life so the next time mercury is in retrograde i will think about what you said and i will try to process it in that way okay so if you could just explain the difference between like what you do in astrology readings verses like basic horoscopes like how okay i guess because you know some people are like oh i don't believe in horoscopes as it because horse groups aren't real or is it because it's like two it's so general because they can't go into depth the way that you kim once you have like the more specific information like you would asked me for like my time of birth in where i was born like how much is that really influence everything yeah that's exactly it it's kind of an advertisement a for a strategy because astrology is very complicated and it's hard to explain how it can help you or what so cool about it so a horoscope is only based on your son sign and there's may be five hundred thousand people or more her in the world with your same son sign and again it's threatened through the lens of the astrologer so if you're talking to someone who's older younger whatever they are doing in their life they're going to have a different viewpoint and it might not be relevant to your life so astrology takes into account your son your moon erasing sign every single plan asteroid so it gets super super indepth than it's really could tell you almost everything about yourself like what do you offer your services is it mainly just the private readings the main thing after a career academy sessions.

"Complicate i dunno ah explanations other structures would understand it but like the average person's like what are you saying it's like a foreign language yeah i wanna make it way more normal and mainstream and not this weird thing because it's so incredibly helpful oh definitely i mean even my mom she had seen that i tweeted asking for an astrologer to be the guest for this podcast episode and she was like monica speak to your own field don't get in through these will do their own us throw a g like he knows stay away from matt and i'm like mom it's you know you shouldn't be saying those things because that's exactly what you had said before about medium ship until you actually gave it a chance and realize that it wasn't this creepy weird thing and i mean even i'm not perfect i have been kind of questioning and skeptical about some of this stuff too but i have realized you know you have to give everything a chance or at least try to experience it first hand before you make judgment because it would be very hypocritical of me to not be that way considering i'm in the same boat oh where can be tough because a lot of people have these preconceived notions or this negative perception based off of certain stereotypes that have been out there yes exactly ultimately i'm sure your goals the same as mine is we want to help people and he'll people through what we do and the aspect of it also being a businesslike does that get to be like overwhelming for you i mean with your prior guest business experience maybe not so much as it is for me but the part of it where it's like running a business in doing this for a living like how do you kind of balanced that with wanting to like he'll and help people yeah that's such a good question the first near that i did this identity readings completely free and so and then i got to appoint round like i kind of need to eat food and lake have a life and maybe i can actually help people way more if i'm not super stressed all the time so that's definitely gone out the window and i charge good praises now where i can actually live and i'm wayne.

"Earlier on east to be a graphic designer and i was not surprised because i'm not gonna lie when i first saw you're instagram and we can actually i was like dang who is this girl's graphic designer and and i looked of your website and i was like amazing so in a way yeah you found your life purpose with doing astrology but it was also meant to be you know a part of your path that you also had experiencing graphic design i'm sure because it probably helps you a law in the work that you're doing now and you know the business side of things emirate yet so cool because graphic design was on my church to lake i'm really good at social media it's how i express vessel best and design and all that but the part that was missing was that i like very emphatic in intuitive and i need to connect with people on a deeper spiritual level and that was the part that was missing but it's like my son and moon so as berry integral to my being and so that's why everything in my life was out of wack wow well good for you for realising now while you're still so young and also having the confidence to make such a major change in kinda jump into that but another thing that i had noticed about you or i guess liked about you is that you seemed to be very normal it's more approachable i guess you focus on career based astrology readings as opposed to you know love life in future soften and all of that which don't get me wrong if stuff comes up about my love life don't hold back but i do think that something that sets you apart from other astrologers and that's really cool so it's just curious what made you want to put your energy and focus on career astrology readings verses lover anything else courier work is like my passion since that was what i was doing before as i was helping theme entrepreneurs create their business and then it was trying to inspire them to go after their dreams so it was really natural for me to do career strategy because first of all like becoming an.
