"My high delicacy you've to be under game on your puffer name. Yeah people die. She didn't say that they really yeah. Okay that's scares me because it is. It is obviously a very delicate thing. Yeah train and you can't make you can't have a bad day at work. If you're right or the chef at a pufferfish also. I wasn't even thinking you know. But if i was going to die death by pufferfish would be one of my top eight. I would like to put that on your tombstone. She died. that's a good one. What about you guys. You can't we can't hear your answer but we'd love to hear it if you want to write it okay. The next one would you start off in the distance and talk to people. The next one is from both of our good friend. Okay in a plus camper. We love her luanda. you'll shonda we. I use less onto as one of my barometers. Our podcast is doing it because she is not afraid to write in and tell us. I do like this. I don't know the shonda will tell you. Exactly what's on your mind always. I left her beautiful. Milos and and and it's not always She doesn't she doesn't put on What do you call that soft gloves. Now she's the pufferfish she's the pufferfish. Yeah i love it. I love airfoil. Be careful you'll like her question she wants to know. What is our favorite hitchcock film. Oh okay well mind. Straight out of the gate is rear window. I love that film so much. You told me to watch it because you think i like it. I think you will like it. It's all about Without giving away too much. It deals in voyeurism. I likey and that's why i thought you'd like it. I like it and so with demand across the street. I watch him watch Yeah i would say rear window okay. Well he's always breaks his leg spoiler alert. I think just watched the film. Okay who knows what. I like about hitchcock. There's definitely a lot of like incestual themes like mommsen sons and stuff okay. I'm super into that okay. I've seen birds. Birds is a great film. But of course. I'm going to be basic because it's really one of the only ones i've seen and i'm gonna go a psycho so of course just that scene i mean. Do you ever feel like when you're in the shower. Does that resonate with you. I think that's the kind of film and moment in a film where you can't deny that it's in everyone's mind you've even if you've never even seen or heard of that movie you've seen a clip of somewhere and you've heard the dan dan dan. What an iconic moment to have been created in the fifties and sixties and and have it still resonate today. That's pretty epic and that's why you know. Hitchcock was a master of that kind of suspense and horror. I'm less of a horror guy in more of a suspense guy. I'd much rather watch things. That aren't like jump scare. Jump scare but I love suspense. Which is why. I just watched that film the lighthouse and it had some elements of it had hitchcock feelings to me. Just i definitely think it was trying to be the same vein. You know a lot of directors do that. it's hard. I think it'd be hard to be a director and and wanna be like hitchcock but then you can't really do it that way because you'll just be referred to as hitchcock never be your own thing gray birds flying around and having black and white without instead of birds going to be. Spiders trying to chock. Yeah oh when. I just watched arachnophobia for the first time ever. I like that film a lot join. It counts no no. I already know that when you reviewed films on the radio show that you didn't even watch them and just like looked up like a youtube some of them the grind a minute or something credit is like i really like the wax rx ziv again again. Okay but i don't know if you know about this one. Oh no honestly someone thinking. What are your thoughts for both of us on a. Are you familiar with couch guy. Tick-tock no oh my god. I love this shit. This question's gonna take a minute you guys okay. So let me just tell you okay. There's been this viral video over the past week or so where On talk there was a trend of people showing themselves surprising their significant other or gift. They have a long distance relationship. They'll show up. They'll show how excited their partner is. And so this one girl. Lauren got in on the action and showed herself surprising her boyfriend. Robbie but the internet went wild because she wasn't expecting it but the meeting was so like lackluster. And his reaction got. I think it has thirty two million views and so everyone started saying that he wasn't excited enough and is this. The one who is on the couch with two girls girl have the phone. Yeah okay that it's made. Its way into like everyone. No i'd never seen it. But i know of it. Okay let show you the video show. It will be interesting to hear as this. This may take a minute so this is acting this car. Okay hold on one sec okay. So please play the audio as well. This has as this happened. Has sixty two million view. Let me say okay. well don't hit it for me. Just let me hit it million views or the sixty million views this one. Yeah and hold it up loud so that they can.

Just from what i know from law and order you have lost your center and seen how stirring wonderful and gain high. I think you have earned that part because the emotional transitions that you went through. Just just amazing journey went on. I marked it out. I actually put beat marks there. I knew where. I changed my emotions. And i knew when something shifted yes i absolutely did create a bit of a journey. Why i didn't do that this long with me. Is that my number. One failure wells. No no no no no there was no failure in that because you did them automatically because you felt it you don't sometimes you don't need to get out of pencil and actually make your marks. It's inside of you and you figured it out you. You obviously wrote this right. I mean it's very good. And so when you did you write it i did. It's really good health. So i ended the writing. You obviously knew how to make this journey and so you definitely went on the journey with me. I thought we were both on journeys. We were on journeys. I zoom and i don't know if you felt this for me but i felt like you came in slow like you waited too long. Okay 'cause you know how. I don't know if it's the zoom though but you know the kind of moves and i felt from what i heard in my ear. And maybe when we listen to this w- without it our timing. We'll be right honor. Maybe it'll sound. Like i was too slow but definitely if we were doing this in the same space and time. I think we want to keep the flow. Going which is written in the piece itself is june does have a time delay that folksongs up a little bit. But why can't you can we. Can we try it with me doing it coming in faster and also i mean what else is. Is your chance to shine as a coach jane. No because you see the thing is is that as a coach. You you have to be smart. No-one you you don't have anything to say. Don't say something just to say it and you your instincts are. Don't change anything else. About what direction. No and we're going to do it again. So it'll be. It'll be a spontaneous and different just by virtue of the fact that two very good comic actresses are going to read the same scene over again fantastic. Abella that dwarf in the diner in the movie the most dangerous woman alive dick wad. But that's not what i'm looking for. Yeah return to us. He played the tin man. How is this the person we're talking about the most in this movie because its name roy. But i'm just saying like if you look at the cast on this movie this guy's not the one we should be focusing on. I think we're just avoiding talking about jim carey on. Let's talk about taylor. Remember flash gordon push boom. Oh yes what. A silly question is that anybody forget flash gordon. Oh nobody should forget. Flash gordon he was princess or us pet. He was an attorney. I one stab the the hawk man in the ass yes. I saw that movie in the theater. Anyway he was when he was and he was drooping cool in return to the jeddah. I i lose so much respect for lucas. When i find out some of the character's names that i didn't know for droopy cool really. Yeah yeah. I got nothing. Well we can't really make fun because we have a character. Doctor knows so. It's true doctrine. Mr didn't take knows college. Mr thank you. He's he's been. He's been taking classes at night. Patrick and molly shannon was betty lou. Who academic irwin lulu okay. Quick side note. I have a strange sexual attraction of ballyshannon. I don't know what it is. And i can't explain it but for some reason i really like it. I don't find that strange at all. I do i do something about it. Is you want to hear my. Oh god look at those teeth meals on. I think i think christine baranowski is much hotter than molly. An i would not disagree with that either. Cage i that maybe i might buy mattson. Was that sentence properly constructed. Or was that just wreck. But taylor mommsen anybody have an opinion on her and his red and killer monson in this role. And we'll talk about her as an adult or as a semi semi-official. But i think she was. Awesome as cindy lou. I do too. I've heard he was really rag on her for this. But i i liked her. She was really cute. She was a cute little. She played the character perfectly. It's not her fault that the character the way they chose to expand the character is a little trite and granted..

"Pelvic floor is week all of that that it affects our body in so many ways that correct true right it does so again if we think about lifting and we can be lifting a box groceries or a baby and if we're only keying in on let's say the abdominal muscles and were contracting the abdominal muscles. We ended up kind of squeezing the toothpaste tube in the middle. Okay so we know when we squeeze the tube in the middle. Some of the toothpaste will go up but some of the toothpaste will go down. Because we've increased that enter abdominal pressure there If we apply this to our body what can happen in a week. Pelvic floor is one. It wasn't engaged. But if the pelvic floor is there to control stressing continents and bladder symptoms and things like that it just keeps giving a subtle push down. So if if it's week then you may have a little bit of leaking with that or because you created more inter abdominal pressure. And it's pushing down on the pelvic floor so that could happen like if you cough or if you're jumping or maybe get up quickly absolutely that type of thing right okay. Getting up quickly any quick movements especially after having a baby and if depending on how active you were during your pregnancy lot of bombs when they come to me during pregnancy and their with back pain or something like that we talk about turning the avs on we need to use the apps and every one of 'em looks at me like i have no longer have apps they're gone you know because the baby has pushed them out and again i feel like that's just it's they all say that they all had that same look on their face but i'm like yes. You do still have abdominal muscles and we have to turn them back on again and use them and especially we wanna use them during the birthing process so really getting that connection back in to support the system so i will see mommsen pregnancy that are experiencing a heaviness or a sense of maybe pro lapsing or having leaking early in pregnancy and it can be because they're just not turning on the deep system abdominal early and with the pelvic floor..

"Nba two k. Against me you know. I still views man and i i used to spam it so then i i showed you lose done deal. Dwight howard was like coming around low. Yeah on was automatic back. So of course i want to go back. You know back to our childhoods and we were pretty good at school. The two of us though. Of course. I have to admit your always much better at math. I'm sure it's still that way today. Math is just for me but we went to different universities and since then your path has gone the more creative route so today. You're an artist right. Yeah you can say that. Tricia i have like a big goals and aspirations for myself so like When when it comes to titles. I try not to improve so i had turned on to the tidal myself. But like a few if anyone feel like they were a minority super cool new so thousands to hear that doing by not having title right now. You're just tyler doing your thing until the time is right right. So where did you go to school for. So starting off i went to school for business premed so actually aspiring doctor Which is super crazy. My father was a certain uncle. Doctor mommsen's The healthcare industries like very heavily influenced sending my family so kind of we all. I knew Especially come on a high school was basketball and and like the career in medicine teaching and things like that so Going to college off business. Premed i kinda more was leaning towards the business is more than medicine. Side as time went on Discount felt like medicine really wasn't my calling and it was kinda hard to discover that for myself because it's senseless so heavily a integrated in my family. It's kinda hard for me to like beyond myself. what i wanted to do so As time went on. I actually didn't decide on not becoming a doctor to my senior year of college last year. So actually actually had like overload like a whole credits just to be able to graduate on time just so i could get the business degree even though i was still business premed so but it was super cool. I was able to do that. did well that year too and i graduated so i was kinda my row in college. That's absolutely crazy though so in your senior year you decided this just. Isn't it for me like what finally drove you to say. Okay doctor. this isn't actually me. What happened man. who did i sit down with. I sat down somebody. It was either my uncle. Or i think it was I will just talk about life and he would always ask me because he's a doctor himself himself is are you sure. Which one do we always ask me like every time i for school or every time we talked. You know he'd always like ask me y'all do And every time. You asked me that i would like to think you know. Tell them no disappointed. because he's adopt Want immediate become dodger Not knowing my interest know really honest with my family. If i wanted to do but they kinda saw my interest will. It wasn't really medicine but Going forward you know. I had like one science less one or two scientists left to internet school which is super crazy so he sat me down. He was like you know. Net school is a total commitment to life commitment or coming because that's value. No twelve years realized in schooling to schooling..

"Taylor mommsen yup. She quit acting in two thousand eleven She had a bit part on gossip girl and then she quit and apparently was in a band or started. A band called the pretty reckless. They are huge. Now are they huge. I have. They're all over the radio really there well around here. The the rock station changed. And there's no like new rock station right now. Ripe seems to trump country. But yeah so it's i haven't heard him recently because i've been just listened to a lot of classic rock until there's a new rock station out okay. But dow that too. They were all over the radio. They've got a song. Heaven knows and that i believe that. That was their breakout. Song got really really popular almost seven years ago. So she's still doing it then. Oh no yeah. they're huge. they're huge. They toured around. I've actually seen them live. Pretty sure i think they were at fort rock. Really when fort rock was the last time i went. I believe that they were there so if someone goes in and sees the pretty reckless. That's that's little cindy lose. That's little cindy loo. He f- way. I everybody if you go see the band. Pretty right. The pretty reckless. That's cool though and they're good. I know you played earlier right. Yeah yeah that's cool. Let's just say they're they're really good. I was. I was shocked. But i i saw her too. 'cause she's all like grunge out and i got photos to what i i saw her as the lead singer. The pretty reckless. My first reaction was impersonating jim. Carrey when cindy lou who was at the top of the gifts and whatever it was falling over. And he's like sending those my first reaction is are all like. What are you doing. What do you so her brother's though. In the in the film yeah. Her brothers. the to drew drew stew lou. They were like a the stooges kind of their the tall skinny guy in the shorter one. Yeah so the shorter one actually on that show bones. Oh really yeah. He plays jack. Hodgins is one of the dot one of the doctors of bones in that show. But i show to show you the other one. The taller one played get this donatello on the new ninja turtles. Movie so shit. Yeah he did the voice. I believe the voice and the motion capture for donatello. Oh that's cool yeah. I didn't know that either. I was like what so i actually have a photo of him. What he looks like now Verses that oxley that get all of this stuff will be on. Patriots of all of our patriots can take a look. Yeah and without one for the photos and stuff like that. You only need the one dollar patriots right right. Yeah which if you subscribe to at least the one dollars one you can see all of these pictures. The one dollar a month plan. We'll get you that you could always look it up on your own. But i mean for only one dollars a month. It's all organized right therefore you can see it all what we're talking about hell you can even look at it right now while we're talking it is already there. I guarantee it the The father though. Okay so going. Back to lou. Who played the father. Yeah okay. so that's dumped. He is an actor. Called bill irwin. He's done so many so many roles like he has been in hollywood forever. Now you're nbc. Like i look like why couldn't tell you what he's been in no i. I know that he's been one of his first roles. I've seen him in other stuff. One of his first roles was popeye. With robin williams. Who was he. Okay do this if only if you people have seen the movie. Popeye win that movie. Do you remember when bluto splashes the guy down. yes tim. he's the guy. He's a gladly. Pay you tuesday for today be nope. That's wimpy this guy is when is there and when blue shows oh. I shows off. Her shows up any squished. That guy down. Yep that's him. And he ends up being becoming lou and he walks around all short right with that. He also bill. Irwin also appeared multiple times on sesame street in the nineties as mr noodle. Damn no i do that as well if you also saw any of the elmo's world direct to video movies. He also played mr mueller. So he was a big time character in the elmo from nineteen ninety one told learn. I think right before. This movie came out all right on Even some afterwards actually all the way up for a couple of years actually even after she gets stuck making those kids do shows you're there yeah so The mayor also going back to more characters. The mayor's aide the one that played the the mayor's was ron howard's brother. I totally see that. It's was his younger brother. I could totally see that man. His younger brother. Clint howard out. They do they look they look a lot of. Yeah if you can imagine him without the prosthetic nose and everything like that like that. I totally see that. So ron howard was notorious for getting his family into films. I don't see in the torius. That's kind of a harsh word to say. It's aureus is actually so fun. Fact the difference between notorious and infamous. They both mean the exact same thing. Insanely like insanely famous for riber but notorious is insanely famous for doing.

"Afternoons Down in the downstairs office in and we've been doing this now for two months it it seems to work pretty well for us like I said it's no perfect system whatsoever because there's always some sort of glitch or I have an afternoon meeting, or in his case, sometimes, he has a morning meeting. So that's when we have wanderers or kids who will come in. In and sit under the desk or you know in some cases, somebody has to take zoom call, and they're behind me in my team meetings, but my team is fantastic to decide team they they know that like I have five kids, so they will sometimes see the kids in the background and it comes. It's funny, because though the wave of the kids and the kids will wave at them, and then it just okay, then you know we just move on, so there'll be some. Behind the earth they'll know there's a kid underneath the desk. Especially, if it's the afternoon, it's the morning. My husband is handling it for the most part, but. "Empathy I shamed is not your cancer. Shame does not your mental health issues depression. It does not talk to me about the coming together of the two sides of suicide. The victims of someone who's able to think committed so taking die by suicide right taking their own. Thank you prefer the preferred terms? Thank you I hadn't heard that. Can we say that again? Because I think it's GonNa be really helpful for people. Words are so important. Aren't they so? We stop saying things incorrectly. So it's it's changing the language and my I tell which changes the perception aso importing just the perception in end the stigma so we have to say committee which committed means that was a willful act. It was it was a choice so we can take that word out of it. Succumbed is a word that we use but die by suicide is used in mental health now from taking their own life recently say those those are the preferred words that use these about. The language of this is so important now other illness. Do we make jokes? Were use language that is is a native I'm OCD. She's crazy that they lost their mind. Did they really don't pay chunks out people with other illnesses. We don't make light. That is something that there needs to be awareness about and we need to. It's more compassion into the Kereta. Viet- arena so. I think I haven't really thought too deeply I haven't been Affected by a suicide by someone even relatively close to me so I had never thought through that there would be two sort of camps as it were one is a camera. I guess in a loss survive soon. Lost Survival has had a friend. Family Number. Take their own life attack survivors. Someone who has attempted suicide in and lived and it used to be that apparently these groups were very divided in the divided because of misinformation they were divided because of this idea that there was a rule act. A choice was made and without regard for family friendships relationships for anyone's feelings. And tell people who live with. No health issues suffered from the experts called perceptual distortion. So they're reality is distorted by their illness so when someone who is living with a non distorted reality not disturbed by mental illness or addiction. Or whatever else might cause. The store should for someone to sit and say hi would never make that choice. No matter how bad it got I would. I would never do that to myself or to my family's will. I understand that in your rational brain you would not. I validate that feeling acts. One hundred percent but to the person living with a mental health issue their brain is telling them that the only choice. They have what would be better for? Everyone else would be better for them is to take their own life so When we tried to put our own reality on someone who's living with perceptual distortion. It's not it's not fair. It's not fair analysis. It's not fair hypothesis if you will At all because they're not thinking with your brain with your reality so what we can set what I tell people that even beyond mental health is language. Validation it crosses over in cross over into racial issues can cross over differences in religion. high validate your right to your separate reality. If it's distorted by race your house lived in your own race in your no encountered absolute. Come into your. I can't say that didn't happen to you now. Because you're reality has told you that happened to you and I validate your right to that. I think in changing language. Tell People Language Validation L. O. V. is love if we're not validating someone. We are disconnecting from your validating. Were connecting to the essence of love. Yeah I think there's some language I've noticed noticed so many times coming from a religious background of people would say I just can't understand why her over and over again. I said it myself when I woke up to myself and I realized every time. You say that you are not even trying to. You don't understand because you have forgotten to try to understand what it might possibly look slightly mentioned lenses before. It's looking through another lens and once you recognize that we all have an individual lens that we are looking through it is so much easier to be empathetic and I. It's very very difficult for me to imagine what it is like to look through the Lens of someone struggling with mental illness. But at least I will try and immediately the empathy is there so that's not always easy and not on. I got one a paint a picture that it is easy. Mental Health issues are scary and difficult and I don't want you telling what how to grieve. I don't WanNa tell me what how to react to their own situation angers natural part of the reading process end to try to from somebody. I would never rob somebody of their feelings because ten years later. I mean this different place I can reflect back. I have you this new lead slip through. I had these things. My journey is different than everybody. Else's journey if someone can learn something from Mine I. I'm thrilled if I could share something. That would helpful or comforting to them but I never judge them for their own journey whether include judgment or anger or whatever that is there they have the right to their own their journey and now in that way. Yeah absolutely for sure. Let's go back into some of the specifics of what you the journey through the book. Tell me about the day when started the day when everything changes the first day? 'cause they're there not absolutely Remain the first aid really for me. I was living really charmed. Really lovely life a very comfortable life if you will Not wholly authentic but really comfortable and a full rank and my oldest disturbed had asked me a simple question. Heavy spoken with mom lazy and instantly drenched in guilt hadn't had spoken my mom in three months. And I felt that paying off. If you were a good daughter you would have spoken with. Your mother recently did you. You embarrassed to admit that to your sister. They wouldn't have known eighty probably yet attend. Bring it up for sure that I felt guilty or felt embarrassment Tyson. Eli answered the question. Yeah I simply no. I haven't I didn't point out how long it had been. I didn't oh you shine a light on that. That was all internal processing. Amino at that point and my sister phone Tony that my mom had not shown up for her job that her dogs were left without care that she had scheduled a meeting. She narrow minded and that my sisters were in my hometown. Moss wishes currently living vista which nor San Diego County California. That they were there and they were concerned about her whereabouts. Did you immediately set in or were you? Was it a slow process of of sort of sifting through it wondering what it was. My mom had had a history in our lifetime of disappearing so who is at various times with really little regard for her family and she was her Mechanism I understand it as a kid and added better as an adult and she would disappear in for instance Lived with my twenty one year. Old Sister for My Freshman Year of high school. I lived with friends for PART OF MY SOFTWARE YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL. Because my mom was gone my mother and father divorced father was sitting in northern California. Had An you know a Life of his own and your were in thankfully I had an elder sister stepped in and she was very motherly and loving and and we all just coked. That was our normal. We didn't see anything but normal because that's how we lived for forever so there was a slow process required process kind of the Internet mental in your brains in Mommsen's before she'll show up not immediate panic. No time where. Where would your mom go? What would she do? Where was her life like in those disappearing moments? Many times I had no idea and still don't right was appropriate to ask mom where even and only not now that would be question authority. That would not be our place so she desired to tell us in designed for us to know than we would that would have been disrespectful of us to ask believe it or not that that would have been in our household that would have been considered and being disrespectful questioning where she was. Why would I have a question where she was as a child? Your adolescent. It's interesting. So that's a really interesting thing so Perceptual distortion field. Back to my mother had her own reality and children are more Peter. And they are born with amazing intuition and Gut. And what happens when you are constantly invalidated? You're carrying several caregiver WHO's living with. Perceptual distortion. Says The sky's blue. Like oh on no. It's kind of like gray today. There's really and she looks at no. That's not what you see. That's not what you feel. That's not how it is. Dinner becomes the separation and that that divide in her reality in your reality and what you know the truth causes you to live with pervasive self doubt so that little voice in your head. It's like I see this. I know it's this but maybe I'm wrong because I was wrong Central Character said I was wrong. Many times you don't feel that stop crying. Don't don't act like that. You don't need that. That's not invalidation validation nomination in so we live with this. Always question yourselves. May maybe I'm wrong here. And that's what would happen when my mom would disappear..

"And I'm doing my show this I'm I'm sitting in the studio, and I'm interviewing Taylor Mommsen from the pretty reckless, and she doesn't know anything about she's even know who shouldn't even realize who he was. But I'm in there. And I'm in the middle of this pretty intense. I forget we're getting into some heavy subject matter, and we're talking and I have no idea he's even in the building. And then all of a sudden in the middle of conversation like a blur. He comes running through while we're live on the air. Punches me hardest. How right in the shoulder turns around and runs back out of the studio. And she, you know, she's like thirty years younger than us. And she just looks. She goes, whoa. What was that? She goes that looked like some sort of like, really weird friendship or something or something like that. And I was like pretty much was that's how we express ourselves. I yelled into your mic, like you're listening to you on a radio is like sniffing, really bad fart. Yeah. Yeah. Ran out. And then just held on my shoulder with the look of her. She was horrified like security like what just happened because it was in and out like that. It was amazing. If you ever see there's an old skid row. Video was it. "Wants to stay. And so he saw a woman panhandling and said will you marry me I'm trying to stay in the US and she's on her boyfriend. Yeah, I'll be a witness for you. Anyway, there's more to that story. We'll get to that a little bit later. I got an Email from someone who asked me if I was about to get fired saying, I was just talking to your your boss, and is everything. Okay. I'm like. What I saw my boss an hour ago. He didn't say anything about me coming to the office. So yeah. No. I don't think that's happening. But thank you for the Email. I'm sorry. It somebody. Emailed me from a number. I was unfamiliar with an I hate when I have to do that. But I had to write back who is this. That's so embarrassing because that person automatically assumes that you know, who they are. But I didn't have that number. So I immediately started looking at upper mid, and this is what I just didn't last thirty seconds. I started looking at some of our upper management people like, you know, up the chain who've contacted me in the past. And I was like this number match any of them because this could be problematical, and it did not. But there you go. So it was like well there's a little Cup of hot coffee in the lap. Right before you go on the air. Have a good show. You know, you would think after seventeen years you would have my number. But. If you only been on this show seventeen years. Yes. I would guess I would have guessed more than that two thousand two. I don't think I'm being fired first off the easily do that on Fridays, and I did see my boss little while ago. And he was asking about, hey. He would have said. You now if he is firing me after the show. I am going to be very disappointed that we had a conversation earlier in the day. And that would have been gutless to not say this year last day enjoy enjoy the broadcast. I don't think that's the case. Welcome aboard. Ladies and gentlemen. You just heard, Ian, virtually I am in my comp- about to complete thirty four years on the air here on this station and Ian been here clearly half of them. He had one of the best weekends of his life this past weekend. It was a good time. Lot of a lot of music a lot of baseball. I was following you and your wife on Instagram and saw seeing all the various videos, the two of you are moving. Weezer down at the on Friday night as a good with her concert post. Yes, she's strong in that area. She's she's also trained in the media. She shot cameras before. So she's good with that makes sense. She's a schoolteacher. So she is now. Yes. Okay. That's not her advocation. It's she's a schoolteacher. By the way, sidetrack for a minute. I did see some people this morning in front of a an elementary school. And I apologize for misspelling. It I was freezing. I was walking my dog, and there were some people out protesting one of the bills that's before the general assembly. Oh and Frankford HP to fifty. It's the one that offers tax incentives for people to give money if they want to donate money for a private school opportunities for they say, underprivileged people and the governor is scheduled to come on me tomorrow. So we'll talk about that issue is scheduled to be only like five or five thirty one of those two positions. And so we'll talk about that. But people were awfully nice. But that's what happens when you're out early. You're freezing to death with your dog and you're walking and we were doing our longer five hour this morning because I had the time window valuable. So by the time we got back to that position. That was channel with elementary. I just do voice to text where you just hit that little microphone on your keyboard? Protesters the Mommsen kids, or whatever whatever I said parents and kids protesting HP to fifty in front of China with elementary on Brownsboro road, whatever. And then I hashtag this that whatever put up a couple of pictures of them tweet. And then I went on. And then when I got home I saw that I misspelled channel with I hate when that happens. That's what Twitter needs zoo, they've got to fix that thing. So there's an edit button. You know, I did voice to text, and it's spelled at C H E N O W, I T H because it sounds like that. But it's spelled W E T H. Why can't they make an edit key on there? Why is that so difficult so with there's just a misspelling you can just fix it? And then it's technically correct how difficult is that you guys it's Twitter. It's a it's a big deal is there's a lot of usage. And then misspellings only diminish. The message in my mind, doesn't bother other people. But it bothers me. So anyway, I apologize to gentle with elementary for that. I got sidetracked because we said he ends wife as a teacher. You guys went to weezer young. You went to Metallica. Did she go all those baseball games with you as well? She did not go to Saturday's baseball game. But she did go to Sunday's. Yes. I showed up at Saturday's. And then the rain started dripping, and I was talking to people there in the stadium. And then everybody started coming off the field as it started. The rain started getting heavier right then because they were playing the game. When I was there in the stadium talking to folks, and then they had a little lightning. Some rain and then played another inning got some more lightning. And they said, let's wrap it up. Yeah. That's what happens though, I get the yapping with people. I didn't even go out to enjoy the game. That's all I was there in the stadium with you. But I never got see sorry about that. It's all right Louisville. Baseball two wins out of three over the weekend. And other back this coming weekend back starting tomorrow big home series with ole miss tomorrow, four o'clock on Tuesday. Twelve o'clock elementary school day on Wednesday. Both games are free. Okay. Well, I have tickets positions. And and I didn't notice that on my app, we're gonna work that apple bit better just shows you, and then you scan or what? They're on the road at NC state. I wanna say this weekend. Okay. There you go anyway Louisville. Baseball's back at a check the go-carts dot com. You can get all the information. And of course, basketball heats up this week two of the ACC tournaments will have Jody Deming over there in Charlotte North Carolina for that. And the SEC tournament is in Nashville, of course, will carry Kentucky games in Louisville games. Looks like you will play at seven o'clock on Wednesday. Pregame shows five thirty if they win they advanced at the same time slot on Thursday. I'm helping you with your plans if you're new to this area. You don't realize how insane people are about basketball. You should know when Louisville and Kentucky and for hoosiers. When the hoosiers are playing in any kind of ornament plates is the big deal unlocks people down so seven o'clock for Louisville Wednesday if they win they'd play seven PM on Thursday Kentucky's right net. Same timeframe for Friday, and you're gonna advanced from that point on. Anyway, this is where you come for Louisville and Kentucky basketball games. Coach Cal is on its six tonight following. This show. And then Tony Bonetti who coaches nothing is on at seven tonight. We're back if you got an action packed show, including the guy who's here in town mowing lawns for free, if you're elderly disabled a veteran or a single mom. I'll explain that. A few.

It's amazing. And I know that it's like. I don't know. I just know that there are people out there that have that like, you know, what I mean? 'cause it's like it definitely has it has a vibe to. Oh my God. It's a cry guys. First of all as Pisces, I will watch and eat up any any of media that crystal musical like, you're crying. I'm crying when God like anything. So I'm here for it. But also, I will I will literally I will stand. I will promote any fucking piece of work that Milo Ventimiglia is in even that one movie about pedagogy that was the name of the movie it was terrible. But his but was in it. And I and I don't even like scaring for music video. Yes. One for music video big girls don't cry this girl, cried when he showed up and his tattoos bitch. So anyway, even this is like this for having fantastic by representation in it, rip, William stop spoilers. I don't want people to yell at me. People are still mad that we spoiled who gossip girl is..

"Disappointed because I told you what happened to me because I met him. I got my picture taken with him. Oh, yeah. And it was like a professional photo and Claude took them on my phone, but they were blurry. And we looked like two figures figured I was getting some extra shit because we had a full photographer. Right. And we looks like to figures out of entry shows and wax museum who was moving day. Silly and juggling my picture with silly. Because like sorry. So then I was like waiting for my picture from the professional photographer to post your guys in so many people as where's the sully picture and his team didn't never approved any of the photos of me and him like Claudius got through so many people's got through mine didn't and I don't have a real picture with sully. So like, they say don't meet your heroes. And now, I know why. So they're not going to improve your photos my pictures. Honestly, what did you wear the G Ward's thoughts Ville? Yeah. I think it was just that you looked thought he, but like so Celik enough thought he fans give it like it's just not really on brand for him as an American hero. You know, why? America's filled with thoughts. Hold onto my picture. With silly is with me. And then I've never looked happier in my entire life. Jacomb an Email to you. Okay. I want to fill up my wax museum picture then. Okay, fine. So just what's so interesting about this photo. Interesting factoid. That's interesting exactly is that I don't think I've ever looked skinnier in my life and info, and it's like silly just bring that out in me, you know, and for that. I'm eternally great because he's a hero. I said to you can do the impossible. I just think everyone should see it. It's me Ben and sully Ben looks like such a nerd like we were both really like I never met like a hero before. Right. Oh my God. That's terrible. I'm sorry. That's my fault. Nobody I'm just so set like really guys don't meet your heroes. I now understand emailing. This look like such a nerd like we're both so happy. And that's because I've never met like a hero like he's famous for being a heroic. Like, I never met. Chris Kyle who's another famous hero who they're they're so Stein her. Yeah. People who are not who are famous for their for their actions not for like a tally Erhard. Right. I mean, she's not a hero because she failed. No fence sop was Amelia, Earhart Wiley Justice for her where is she? Where the fucking she. I don't know I need to do a little bit more research on it. But anyways today is the tenure bursary of the miracle on the Hudson, which is so crazy that it was ten years ago. Ten years of sully being in the public eye, and it's just incredible. It's just so weird because like I was alive ten years ago, and we were in high school. So like, I guess we went to high school on the east side. So we wouldn't have seen it coming down the river on the west side of it. Actually, I went to a while ago. I went to sheer Mommsen's office and is on the west side. It's this really tall building. And you see the whole Hudson and she's worked there for a while. And she said they saw in their compromise. And so she said that it was right there. I saw it rather insane. I know imagine if you saw a plane tumbling down like that's just the weird thing about like living in New York. It's like you were here for so much shit like nine eleven solely. So you can look out your window and just see something crazy at anytime. Someone just don't look at the comments. I want to read it to you have someone just hilarious analogy not analogy thought because you didn't get to meet silly..
