I raised my mug of coffee to you in salute. Thanks for the great note about our podcasts. I'm hearing from Linda and a few others that biz talk hasn't uploaded the show's podcast on the biz talk site. Since, like April. That's probably because they're dealing with my high maintenance self as they build our station list to new heights. But they are working on it. They are working on it. They promised me and a huge shout out to you know who you are. I love you guys. Mitchell Meeks and Linda E. Super fans listening in from Super Talk Mississippi Coast to Coast, possibly beyond that, as of this week, saving America's wallets one hour at a time. Sitting here coffee and hands, Tony says hello as we tackle today's trendy topics. If you're not drinking coffee at the moment, that's okay. I'll do enough for both of us, because that's just the type of team player I am. So I'm surrounded by the usual huge piles of paperwork. I promise you we recycle and the responses I got to last week's show. Were so amazing and so heartening. I say that very often, But this past week was really quite something. You know what you're talking about? We were talking about one of the biggest steps you got to take to financial freedom. And a lot of you guys already know this. Forgive me if I'm telling you stuff you already know, But you'd be amazed how many people don't know it when I'm hearing from people. Who have gotten it done. It's so heartening and wonderfully enlightening. In some cases, toe learn what their biggest what Their biggest Touchstones were. Their biggest go to moves were I'm talking about people of all learning levels. I'm talking about people of all education levels. I'm talking about people with all kinds of family backgrounds all over the map or it all kinds of jobs, all kinds of earnings. Some of the lower and some of the higher and these people have all made it. These people have all retired exactly the way they want to. With just the money in the bank. They're looking for oftentimes six figures, seven figures. All kinds of holdings, and they've ah lot of times in here from people. They've broken the mold when it came to their family or their friends and how their family and friends handled money, oftentimes not quite the way you'd want to, and they've broken the mold and gone their own way, and the result has been remarkable Financial freedom. I'm loving some of the basic bullet points as to how they did it. And it's not some sophisticated, crazy money scheme. The latest blockbuster seller, personal finance, Here's exactly how you want to do it. Mm. It's all basic moves, and I'm going to go into deep specifics here because I don't wanna be vague. But one of the biggest things I learned from all of these self made success isn't talking seven figures successes with very basic income's. The biggest thing they did the biggest move they made. They went from trying to impress others. Just impressing themselves. Okay, When you think about the last thing you spent money on, maybe your actual great meal. Maybe it was a fun, You know, a celebration to his What? Maybe was going to a kid's birthday party for one of your kids, friends or a relative's kids, friends? Whatever it was when you get up in the morning, and you're making your decisions, what kind of a car to buy? What kind of a house to buy. What kind of a sweater to buy? What kind of a swimsuit to buy? What kind of a magazine to buy What kind of food to buy? Are you doing it to impress others? Are you doing it to impress yourself? Are you doing it to get yourself a nice little selfie with your food that you can impose my God, If I see I have some great friends. I'm hearing from people. Actually, my friends of my family members really do not put a lot of pictures of their food up and I'm so grateful for it. Ah, lot of people do And that's fine. Honestly, it's fun stuff I love going out and having a fun time in a fun meal, celebrating an incredible family member or a friend. That's all fun, but I noticed a certain segment of society out there and it's coming back at me via our listeners as well. Our listeners you're saying, Oh, my God, I love my family so much I got this one cousin now keeps picking pictures of their food in these fancy swank restaurants. And the next day we get together is talking about how broke he is that kind of thing. That's the kind of thing I'm talking about. You're looking you're driving to work in your clunker the way I do my beloved blue bomber. You guys know this car, my blue station wagon. There are no more blue station wagons on the road. Very, very few. And I get waves from some people. This thing runs its gonna keep running forever. Very basic car. There's no TV that pops down from the back of the You know this back of the ceiling. It runs great has power windows, which I'm very proud of other than that. It's old school and I absolutely adore it. And I drive it to impress me. I drive it because we bought it with cash for very few dollars. I mean, less than five grand. And this was years ago, and it runs like a dream with basic maintenance. Okay, I wear the clothes that I wear because they're comfortable because I got them all on Craigslist for about 95% off their stylish without being crazy over stylish. I have this summer guys..

We will do enough for all of you because that's just the type of team players. We are. Last week, I was nearly Didi talking about deep cleaning these carpets. It sounds so lame. It sounds so nutty, but I'm telling you right now, you know, First of all. How much I love a good, well done home improvement project, right? You're thinking about something that needs to get freshened up. You're not crazy about how much space you have. Maybe you're thinking about moving stuff around. Get your hands on one of these deep carpet cleaners. I don't care how dedicated you are to just wonderful vacuuming each week Or maybe you've got the hardwood floors. You sweep you to whatever do a serious floor cleaning on here? Invest in one of these deep cleaners is my advice. Honestly, it will pay for itself within just a few months. It's fantastic. And when I put the word out about this, I got so many great. My gosh, you guys are the best. We're talking about home improvement projects that freshen things up. Make things newer. Make things you know, just looking better feeling better, You know, higher value, higher price tag to it, and I started thinking about another huge project we're doing, which is de cluttering, and I'm telling you guys right now I am addicted to this new movement, and I gotta be honest with you. You see these shows out there about the hoarders and everything else going on. We all might even know Ahhh order. I am not a hoarder. However, I am a low grade pack rats. I'm not really famous for getting rid of a lot of stuff. If things were clearly past their usefulness, they could maybe go to someone else that can use it more. I have donated tons of stuff could literally be tons. I mean, a ton is £2000. I could have literally donated tons of stuff to goodwill by now, But I still hold on to a heck of a lot of crap. Now the good news slash bad news is is that I married a man. Over 20 years ago. Bless his heart. That is also my level of minor league packrat. Okay, so which is better than having someone who was over your shoulder all the time. Throw that out. Throw that out. Throw that out. I've never said that to him. He's never said that to me, which is nice. It's good news. The bad news is we never throw anything out. I mean, we really did not throw a lot of stuff out. We have now engaged in a again to use a phrase low level purge. Holy crap! The square footage we have added to our home. The open spaces that we have added to our residents between that and the deep carpet cleaning. It is phenomenal. So we're talking about a full house cleaning and I want you guys to think about this. I know how crazy hard you work. I want your free time to be used in ways that benefit you, body, mind and soul And I'm here to tell you I am just a grade a regular human being. And the incredible peace of mind and fun and self satisfaction, which we all love to have these days. God knows I do. And I say this freely. We like to feel a little satisfied with their efforts. You go into a deep carpet cleaning on your carpets and you do a minor purge. Couple of loads of carloads worth of stuff to your local goodwill your have attacked in humanity or whatever your best. You know, your favorite charity is you will feel reborn. So I put the word out about this last week. Kinda stuff back. And here is the best decluttering advice literally that I've ever heard. Here's the biggest thing you need to get to the root of why things pile up in the first place. And here's three different categories. They say You're supposed to fit yourself into one. That movie will be available across the nation and theaters on February twenty-second, the movie deals with two brothers and has a positive message to it joins ABC's. Good Morning America to talk about why he produced. This movie I read the script six years ago, and I never had the goal of getting into the movie industry, and I still really don't I just love telling stories, and I love encouraging people. And hopefully, that's something that this movie will do it will tell a story about overcoming and believing in each other and loyalty and support, and what faith hope and love can do in the midst of tough times than I really wanted to be a part of this story because I feel like young people in today's society, we need something to be able to take the whole family and watch a movie and be able to be encouraged inspired and go away with hope Tibo will be joining the New York Mets that spring training facilities down in Florida. He talks about his aspirations regarding baseball. I'm very excited. I'm ready. Yeah. Obviously the goal would hopefully be back here in New York talking to you again soon
