"Shannon. You're the music expert. What do you think as i said. Honey can't just walk into all right pop to me though. See that's what i. That's that's what it sounds like to me to got. But he's got it he's he has a twangy boy sounds okay. It just sounds more like pop country. I guess is how i would categorize has a little bit of light. Say it's hip hop. But you know what i mean. It's got the bird ritter. Whatever their i guess. That's why i call it pop hopkins. It's all right i'm pro. It's got a double album out morgan. Wall and go get him on the two things. I'm getting the most on the text machine. Drew one people saying you're right about ten roof. Wow it's the real deal. Yeah so saying it might be really good. Because you're you're inebriated when you eat. Oh no i've got it before noon in taking it over four new radio. Well there saturdays and sunday. I've just gone and gotten the case. Oh to go and take it home for dinner it. So it's what makes me wanna go get it now. The other question is lots of people asking if ryan ever eats at home and it doesn't happen very often but supporting businesses. Well no. He's not giving it to him for free supporting anything he is. He's a ride okay. Maybe tips well there. You go the most common answer. In louisville is a place called la- mon e saul l. a. m. o. n. e. y. s. Al do you know that play. Shane never heard of it. Never heard of it. But i'll try it. Now try it probably the chain. I'm getting the most and i forgot about. This is a good call is choose. Do you like to salsa has got a little jalapeno. it's like okay so it's a little different if you've ever had it ryan i know i've had. It could have been there a couple of times. But i can't really remember it. Be knocking meal thing. That's good is the little ranch thing isn't it. Yeah and i'd happy hour. You just go up to the old timey car and there's like ten sauces and you can fill your plate with all that tried. You think they still do times that. I just remembered on your debate of aaa verse cases in college. My roommate's and i used to go to chipotle lay in by a burrito in. Take it to cuba. In by the case those i respect them i'd start a case. Oh podcast. I got a lot more thoughts. I don't want to steal the show all right. Well we'll we'll get back to five. Oh five seven one eighty go back for a second uk. Florida give me your confidence level that we win saturday. I by the way i'll start. I'm at sixty percent. I think with the way we've been playing florida's been struggling key on brooks. I'm putting it at sixty percent. What about you drew. I admire your confidence. I just can't go above fifty percent i'll do forty-nine just to get close but even on the last two games a lot of fun to watch and they were wins. It was still mississippi state invent building. It came down to the final seconds. Right what about you ryan. I was thinking this was probably going to be a loss until key on brooks came back so my confidence is a little more towards kentucky log. I like your sixty percent number. But i go fifty five. So you're said you now think it's more likely than not we win. I think there's a good opportunity. Because i don't think it's more likely than not we win. Yeah there's a slight edge there because of the brooks factor. I think that's going to give them a little bit of a push all right channon. I'm usually the optimistic one here. But i'm going probably forty percent. I mean they struggled against vanderbilt barely pulled that one out. I had to go to double overtime against mississippi state. I'm not. I'm not completely convinced. This team is back just yet. But you know one of the things i would say just to counter is. We look like a team that every game. We're gonna play his close. That's just going to be what it is. Yeah right onto a plate. Dan's close we played louisville. Close we played notre dame close. We played north carolina close vandy and mississippi state our last six games because think about it. Those are last six games. They've all been close. So why wouldn't this be close to if it's close. We got a good chance to win. It's like five out of the last seven games were decided by three points or less. And i think we're gonna find out. Mississippi state a lot better than we thought. I think that's gonna end up being a decent win for kentucky and like we've talked about whatever reason caldera's teams always seemed to struggle against vanderbilt saw so ryan and a have more likely than not. We win drew and shannon say have have more likely than not we lose. Who's up fires. Let's start with preacher. Preacher we just got like a minute or so preacher go ahead. I don great. Hey listen Got a bone to pick with you just kind of like you do. Typically you give your opinion and you don't let other people Voice and other people do it. It's that i don't want the show to become a political show. And if i if i let people call in that's what the whole show will be. Well you draft lima beans and fair enough mog am all make. Grandma made the best lima beans. And if you had ever had a chance to them. And i don't know what that meant but she put more sugar and her lima beans and ice cream and it made them best thing ever i. I trust you and your lima beans. If you i would love to try the recipe but thank you very much made me laugh. I thought you were going different way with that. We'll take a break packing in estonia them back to kentucky. Sports radio presented by stockton mortgage. Here's matt jones. Why did you decide to go snow. Because it's snowing man. What a genius. This is why we pay you the big give you all the vacation because i know when you back. You'll do that by the way people are saying that that kind of music. That morgan wallin in that song is called hick hop. I've never heard that his car started good. I don't think that was made up. They're a bunch of people who've written and said that is that a thing guys hick i've never heard that i've never heard hick hop. I heard those words together. I tell you what chain google hip hop can see. What comes up mortgage wallin now Say cop just a bunch of hip hop culture board colt ford wrestler cochabamba. Ford is a hit com. Just we'll wait. We'll come back the next break and play a hip hop so ca. One person writes matt. They have state caso awards and fiesta. Mexico in campbell's ville has won multiple times. I'm not sure if i believe any of those sentences. Do you think there's a state caso award. Who do you think gives the title. I think. I think there's an opportunity for us to do this. So do you believe fiesta. Mexico and campbell's ville has the best bet. They've got some good caso all right. Well let's next time we go to town. We'll go to mister gatti's and do our show and then we'll go to fiesta mexico and try the case that a deal neil taylor county by the way. I'm setting up not this week but next week. Shannon.

"Of highway safety it is getting warmer normally even if we were to have these weird circumstances we'd be talking to this man right now anyway so it is time to catch up with one of our favorites from the Kentucky office of highway safety J. since the wall are how are you Sir I am doing well good morning everybody I know that you miss us I don't I don't know if that is true it would better evident my voice yes I can hear I can hear the tension in your voice by the way as you speak to us white J. Stewart always demand that we stayed six feet away from him anyway right J. so you're a visionary because every time he came into a meeting with the radio station yeah tell Tony to white to be six feet away is there really you're a trendsetter you never know why you know I've I've heard a lot about engineers being the original bill so that there's a all right it is getting warmer we want to touch on a couple of things if you know the overall view that we have I try to convey over the last couple of years with our shows is that you know we want to drive we don't drive distracted you know put the phones down please buckle up do the speed limit or below the speed limit and and do your best to to stay safe on the roads that that's what we try to convey but now Jay said it's getting warmer and people are now guiding you know offices are opening up there's more traffic we got to keep an eye out on those two wheelers right chase in the motorcycles are out about oh absolutely and you know just like we always say the motor cyclists not only need to look out for the cars but the folks in the cars need to look out for the motorcycle is there one of the smallest vehicles on the road and need to be extra vigilant yeah we will remind everybody you want to share the road and not the way these motorcycles man there's a bit I'm one of them okay we have families we have people that alleging will be I don't know about that but other motorcycles they have people that love them and you want to look twice to save lives we will talk more on motorcycles but there's a lot of alcohol consumption usually goes on during during holiday weekends and weekends during the summer for that matter all the time is in my opinion has never been easier to not drink and drive with with your Hoover's list but you want to make that right decision to make that next right decision first and that's just taking your car out of the factory give somebody has your car keys what are some of the recommend recommendations you have for people if they're going out this weekend and having a good time and alcohol may be involved Jason well obviously the first thing is that we never want anybody to drive impaired as you mentioned making good clients before you start so that you don't find yourself in a situation where you're even tempted to make a poor choice those are those are very important and we obviously want for folks as they as they get out there whether for work or for play to to make sure that not only are they following the the recommendations in the guide has been out there related to the pandemic but also that they're considering highway safety record of of what they're doing and and one of the most important thing I've got going on okay travel this is also with the Kentucky office of highway safety reassure people that police state troopers are are going to be out in about a Memorial Day weekend that you know what what is the whole point is not to pull you over they give you a ticket we don't want to do that but don't force their hand okay so explain to folks that yes they are unlike reports from before or during the Copa ninety break here that they were going to pull people over you all are back in business the state troopers are back in business well give it like anything else I mean the the goal is always supposed to be making safe choices then you know it would be a great on my end if people weren't out there doing behaviors that would would cause those parts of interactions with law enforcement professionals but as as people are getting back to you some of the regular business obviously that includes though to do law enforcement and so you know we're we're very hopeful that if people are they'll come out and start driving more again that they're gonna be making those choices but we know that the the law enforcement professionals stand ready to do what they need to do and indicates that folks don't for that you go what's on tap for you this Memorial Day weekend job assume what we eat enough that we're invited over already so what we get is something well but but no kidding we've all been locked down for several weeks and now we were you have the opportunity to branch out a little bit some baby steps what are you gonna do maybe going out you stay in the and what's up for the are you in the family man I intend to have a a quiet family weekend healthy at home here and don't have any any plans to get out and do anything to be perfectly honest the I know that some folks will be obviously itching to get out like I said hopefully they're doing that safely not only related items related a pandemic but also related to highway safety but as for as for me I I plan to be healthy at home this weekend and we love to hear it mandates to tell everyone over there Aaron and everybody for the for the Kentucky office of highway safety and everybody in Frankfort everywhere else that we're thinking about it we're keeping getting the message out here on newsradio eight forty WHAS Jason thank you so much I really appreciate you got you got a man Hey I want to say Happy Birthday to somebody that you and I probably spent a lot of time with in our youth probably sergeant Holcomb no pride took a lot of money from this two interviews okay I'm guessing okay in a smoky arcade forty years ago pac man was born all I saw all that forty yep it's sold nearly forty eight million copies of pac man across the years it has grossed fourteen point one oh seven billion dollars it here's something interesting about pac man that was the original name of this Japanese game do you know what they raise your name was pack woman no but they did have miss pacman and that's right and this makes sense in this is how for this is how I could tell that forward thinking with teenagers has been around since the dawn of all ages okay because we're talking forty years ago right forty years ago when they were getting released pac man that was not the original name the original name was going to be puck P. U. C. K. pocket met parkway and it looks like a hockey puck and they see you know what I'm guessing that the teenager will change that P. into something else and make it look like so they put it back to eight years like me you know you're in there too all right you're right so the developers say you wait a minute we can't do that but he went back to research develop is that let's go with pac man then the Japanese video game was law was well lost across American band what a success I remember to stand up version and then you had you go to Mister Gatti's and do what you want to Pizza Hut while you're watching this horribly blurry screen TV yes yeah he was set at a packed bed table yes yeah but he apparently I just well I never understood those projection large screen TV's they only had three colors right and if they were to hair row ball but we watched it all it not only would you watch it but if there are going to be let's say a U. K. U. L. K. yeah people would get to Mister Gatti's for five hours earlier yes sit in that one room yeah this is horribly blurry yeah he be may and other any Mister Gatti's left I think Thursday I think they're all like Gandhi lands where kids go all right you don't want it offered covert nineteen overnight lending closed down it's now furniture store well but well look it up let's look at Mister Gatti's house listed I I don't want you to tell anybody about this I've got a device where I can type just about damn near anything and what is it what is what it's about it's like a typewriter might have days let's watch it's my information mission shots I will type in Mr get the end result I can't even spaghetti right why are you wasting my time I don't know I I case okay right it'll say did you mean Mister Gatti's it'll show me it's smarter than you are yes there's three of them okay what's the Clarksville home no it's showing us even more what is showing there's one two three get to use the X. case by the way it did but here's the deal we used to do the chubby guy lodge yes and the guys at the clear channel now I hard to go tell the guy looks because the birthday was like five dollars a twenty five dollars it was all you can eat pizza dessert and salad for like five Bucks and we're like chubby guidelines we go over there I remember I used to do the sports show it now yeah we we come up with one or two good ideas because the phones used to blow up on anything any topic we have we'd go over watch that progress you know terrible port Jackson scream at Gatti's and we eat one round of of all you can eat we take a break some of us would actually lay on the floor guilty guilty and wait to die just just a little bit and they get up and go round six let's go they had a guy that would come across your table to go take your plate take your plate with Hey Hey Hey Hey Hey Hey there's like a pizza you'll take this plate when I tell you to take this illegal then you go over and get that big scoop use a large spoon to get the chocolate pudding yeah they had a chuckle perhaps a loosely slapped it on the plate and eat that up and then they had those stacks of plastic cups and we didn't care that I feel where I'm from we got all kinds of mackerel whatever all right we don't care right a little small plastic cups because it was all you can drink rights right plenty of them this is Terry with by coca Cola please it's it's it I miss the W. guidelines I do too but then you would say okay bear that pepper I passed on the pepperoni and mushroom and it looks so good now go get a piece and you go up there and there was **** that pizza pan just empty and you would have to sit on a satellite and wait for it okay I got one all right from text outer loop still has a Gattis and it's buff Faye it it's buff Faye yes as same sausage pizza and spaghetti but here's the problem yeah but here's the problem I don't know how to look at them they're also a temporary close to break away what it says no well this person that's reporting to me says still above Faye well I know but there I'm sure god very close you've got to remember the the Gattis yes up the street from my house actually the one all black women lived in S. O. my god those guys anyway what I can do your bit to we can always walk down memory lane L. ear nose was around forever you know been around for over forty two years really yes tell me more about it or we already done that we've already done okay but I love him okay he's really excited about tonight I am excited because here's the thing I don't ask for much about vacations publications are all about they all revolve or rock concerts now all the cultures of so what we'll do a vacation just sit here and look at my wife okay Friday night Friday nights are one night to kick off the weekend we would go to bear and ill suited the bar drink beer and eat pizza right that's been taken away so tonight I get that back well excited man and is another good point at this family will be by any places that are strictly a buff a style there's another pizza joint it's like all you can eat six dollars I can't remember the name of it is but it's like whatever it's called whatever's gonna want to do right yeah yeah yeah yeah so it's a low price all you can eat pizza those places of god to be in trouble.

"It was murder and rock hearing evening this time. The wiseguy smirk disappeared. John Gotti the Modern Godfather the so-called Teflon Don. He always escaped the big convictions in the past. But not today. Guilty of murder and racketeering counts and L. Facing a longtime jail in a courtroom Gotti sat and heard the four lady of an anonymous jury say guilty got and co-defendant were charged with being boss and underboss of the Gambino crime. Family the best evidence that mob boss from his own mouth over. Fbi bugs tonight. Conviction of John Gotti nineteen eighty. Two was a huge deal. Obviously National News but one of the biggest moments in American law enforcement history when it comes to organized crime the New York. Times called it a scintillating triumph for a team of federal prosecutors who shattered the maddening aura of invincibility of a notorious gangster. The Time said quote the prosecutions most visible member was thirty eight year old. John Gleeson who presented the evidence with a calm? Excuse me a calm. Professorial air ignoring Mister Gatti's arm swinging bravado and violent glares with his boyish appearance dark wavy hair horn rimmed glasses and ernest voice. Gleason seemed to enhance the sincere image James Stewart Character. Perhaps upholding truth against them up. After six weeks prosecutor. John Gleeson began by trying to dilute whatever affect the aura of God's mob boss image might have had on the jury he said this is not a media event. This is not a movie it is not about a movie star. It's not a stage. It's a trial in an American. Courtroom gleason went on to read from the transcripts of FBI bugs that detailed the murders an evidence that Gotti was the boss of the Gambino crime family. John gleason the prosecutor who finally got John Gotti would go on to serve as a federal judge in the Eastern District of New York. He retired as a judge in two thousand sixteen this week. He surfaced again in the news when he wrote an OP. Ed Weighing in on the Justice Department's Bazaar an absolutely unprecedented decision this past week to simply drop the prosecution of trump national security advisor. Mike Flynn despite the fact that Justice Department prosecutors already secured a guilty plea from Mr Flynn. Multiple Times retired. Judge John Gleeson wrote about that this week. That the department's handling of the Flynn case quote reeks of improper political influence. Well two days after wrote that in the Washington Post the judge overseeing the Mike Flynn case made an extraordinary decision of his own to appoint John. Gleeson the prosecutor from the John Gotti trial to appoint John. Gleeson not retired judge to essentially argue against the Justice Department's decision to drop the case against Flynn and of course the politics around this could not be more transparent right. President trump now says on a daily basis that that President Obama and Joe Biden are guilty of a deep state criminal plot to do something to Mike Flynn and to do something to president trump. The president is making clear that he wants them locked up just like he wanted. Hillary Clinton locked up for years ago. He wants to imprison his immediate predecessor as president he wants to imprison the person he ran against for president in two thousand sixteen and he wants to imprison the person. He's going to run against for president this year in two thousand twenty. What's new now? Is that the Justice. Department is helmed by Bill Bar and so nobody knows if the Justice Department might actually try to do that. The president's tax calling on the imprisonment of Obama and Biden this week followed the release of audio of former President Obama speaking at a private event with members of his administration in which President Obama warned of the Justice Department's intervention to drop this case involving Mike. Flynn that's the kind of stuff where you you begin to get worried. The basic not essential more but our basic understanding of a rule of law is is is is at risk and.

"The Trudeau government has ordered both the Parole Board of Canada and Correctional Services to investigate the death of Maryland. Leveque the twenty. Two year-old sex worker was found murdered in Quebec City Hotel Room last week. A man named you stash. Yoga Lazy has been charged with her murder. Mr Blazey was out on day. Parole allowed got out of prison after serving time for the murder of his wife at a September hearing about the conditions of Mr. Galaxies. Release the board. Heard his parole officer described strategy that that allowed Mr Delays E to be with women but only to address his quote sexual needs the board found that strategy to be troubling but continued to allow Mr Glazes. He's parole John. Boy is a former member of the parole board. We reached in Montreal. This boy have you ever heard of someone on parole with a history of violence towards women being told by a parole officer that he could meet with women would only to satisfy his sexual needs. No and I've been asking a lot of Board members if if that ever happened in memory and they all said now if impossible with never seen that before before it seems to be in the conditional release report it says that this is for risk management. What what what strategy of risk management could this before it could be a risk management when you authorize a criminal who has a problem with Wellman went to go meet with the most phone Merrill Woman in the society you will prostitute? It's not not that risk management it increases is risk so I don't really understand what the correctional actional services and I don't understand what the the board members who saw him in the September. Who notified that? It was a an important risk for him to do that. Not to apply any rules not to play any role. Is that what you've reviewed the case. What what were the the limitations on Mister Gatti's as as ability to have contact with women? If I was on the board I would immediately. Suspended is is freedom because he's committing a criminal infraction and you cannot let a person come commit a criminal and traction even if the correctional services. They'd say Oh we plan best. No it's not acceptable. He's breaking the law because he is paying for the services of a sex worker. Yeah and now the lowest care here that if a person soliciting sexual services from a person for money then is committing a criminal infraction. You cannot derive that as a board member and as a correctional services officer. So so who authorized that. How that come about correctional services has a team who supervise? They have one agent and they have A. Yeah we'll supervise every case and I don't understand how come the team came to that conclusion that having sexual relations Sion's for men who have problem. What woman would be correct? Y.`all they should know that criminal crime when they do it first and then if a problem when you when you realize that the board members who should be the one under saying hey stop right there if not normal. What's going on here and this doesn't do it? The understanding was is that he was a man who was not ready for a serious relationship with a woman that though he knew what his needs aides were He had problems. He was impulsive. He was hit low tolerance. He was aggressive but they decided that the best just way to manage him was to allow him to meet his sexual needs. What what? What responsibility did those parole workers have to to the woman to any sex workers that he encounter he used? Well if a man has has a problem with one specific problem wish this case was relationship with woman. Then everything must be made to avoid it and zapped wasn't advocate they they said that A man who is there in ball civil had a problem with women wanted that a lot of control on woman could have relationship with woman which is not understandable. Does it suggest it a double standard that a sex worker is is less entitled to protection than women in the general population. We don't not too many of those cases but when you have a man who has a problem dealing with foreign you must be very careful awful and in this case it went not very careful Mr boy a thank you for speaking with us on thank it. Did they have a good evening. Jean Claude boy is a former parole board member. We reached him in Montreal. US Dash Yoga. Lazy has been charged just with murdering Mary Lynn Leveque while he was on parole..

They're there to help me right so let's say you just need to schedule out your times that you've dedicated to invest in these different things you're going to study from two to five and nothing get in that way. You know you're going to do x. y. Z. this time this time things will get in the way but you set those expectations and requirements for yourself. You'll tend to meet them more times than not if he loosely said any goal. You'll never achieve it. You can't just go one day. I want to do this or i want to do this. You really gotta go. Put on the refrigerator. You know on my last book and talk about putting things on your lock screen like put your put your little barriers on there and be like a must study from one to five. This is my study time. Nothing can get in the way the kids taken care of that's. That's what i would advise you. It's not so much of a balanced but more of an organization thing yeah. I consider yourself mentor. Thank you yes. I think you're right. I hadn't having to implement some of that into my life because i feel like right now. <hes> i'm juggling a lot and i my neighbors me. I do not rule my day like that so we're my husband and i are on. Were actively trying to implement what bobby how bobby is. That's how my husband is trying to get me like that and it is working like i set a lot of times like okay. If i want to work on this i've got two hours right now to knock this out and then when that two hours move on you have to move on to move on and i addressed it again tomorrow because that is up if this my workout time. That's my workout timing if i can get it done in there then i'm done if you have floating goals. They'll float away from me. I would say too because you have kids. Oh that's nice. That's good. I feel like that needs to be acknowledged knowledge. Can you say it again. Just sit again so we can already down a record this for instagram. We'll put the sergio totally fresh off the down. If you have floating goals they'll float away from you. Take okay but i was going to say quickly on the kid part. I will say a if you have to study or whatever you need to do for work. Try to find a space outside of your house. Don't think you can like get it done all the time with your kid also there because that's that's what i'm having to start to change and it's hard because i wanna be around to me available for whatever but the kids they end up. That's starts to roll my day quote. It wasn't close like coffee coffee shop or find somewhere to study. That isn't where your kids can't interrupt you that way. If you only have an hour to do it your hours productive emily so they're filibustering during their you know just make sure you join rush rush emily. Thank you very much for calling hope. That helped a little bit. Thank you very much. We need i right you've been mentor. "Anyways. Where you're like wearing it warning in like five years. Oh, yeah. These sweat pants that have like the weird vertical stain on the left leg. That's why you keep those close around. You know, you probably should have got rid of them. But you know, that day's gonna come when you're like crap. Yeah. Okay. Mister gatti's. Time you like sniff your laundry I to be like. Old shirt or like? How much spray like perfume or Cologne or whatever could make this? Okay. Not an old clothes. I feel like sprayed is the dry shampoo of like the male equivalent of dry shampoo. I don't know if you spray Deiter on yourself. It's pretty much Ingo while. That's actually, what is funny. I'm good to go. There is a specific brand they used in Ireland like everywhere, and I called at European man set, and for me like my sense of smell has like the strongest memory connectors. If I smell something it like takes me back to where I like, I smell it or developed that memory what for the first time this summer into the premier sports plex had camp. And they're like inside area has this like spray deodorant to make it up. It's the exact same stuff that I called European Manson back in two thousand and four just decided wait a minute. This is like really potent in effective at covering up staying. So we're going to market it to like Jim areas and just aerosolize the crap out of everything. Yeah. Anyway. Just like hanging out in the doorway premier. It's because I'm like. Key people. We're back to the ruling green hills of Ireland not really like the city streets. Were you smell bunch of people by you? Yeah. It takes you back to win. It's like this is my Saint these are my people. My man smell like this cave. Mannish? Sports play. I'm pretty sure came into not stall that revenue you're like, this is where I will find you know, smoke like sweet ocean spray. Yeah. Yeah. I think it's funny how we name stuff like Irish bring. Yeah. That that doesn't taste or smell like an Irish spring like since spray does that smell great oceans for like a mix of like seaweed salt water ocean, spray advertised as skelly. Nothing like that. I think that's that's funny. But the name sounds just pretty and relaxing. So they call it. It's false advertising, but have you ever sprayed ocean sprain to like a paper bag and just like inhale the bunch of it all at once just like ocean spray in that? And we should make a company where we named shit. Appropriately the can't. Yeah. Like what it actually Ivor spring is just going to spell smell like a rusty buck in spring from an alley it's gotten blood in it banded mattress. Ireland. Got. It's like weird weirdest cabs. Dumpster outside hospitals. Actually what we do. Ireland. I went I went camping with a bunch of people around us. It just didn't felt like anything. It was lovely fucking cold so cold but ocean spray would smell like it would not smell. Yeah. It would finish and seaweed and salt water. Okay. So that's candle number one. How do they make these things candles or macaroni? I don't know. That's by them. Amazing. Yeah. Probably eats them here in a second. I like the orange ones because they have done in the middle. They're like weren't with chocolate in the middle. Those are really good ones. Over. So what's going on? Oh, I just remembered we recorded this all ready, but we were courting so talked about what's going on. There was a technical technically. Half a show, and I didn't hit record. I'm sitting in a new spot. I got excited I didn't hit record. And then I was like twenty minutes. In oak is I'm sorry. Yeah. Anyway. Just guess guess about what we talked about. Okay. It's like the the problem is someone got somebody scared, which they told two friends, and they told two friends, and suddenly you can't do a damn thing without some sort of consultation and clearance and permission this this is why dentists are mocked in the medical field. Jess, yes. You're familiar with. The terminology DSM, right? I know. For the uninitiated. My said, no what you believe me. No. I I I. Motivates for the uninitiated, you aren't perverts. Bondage, domination and sadomasochism and a quick aside the internet like became popular when I was in high school like the late mid delay like mid nineties in the first time I had internet was like seventeen sixteen. Okay. So what I mean? Or like American online like one of those kinds of things like the disc that came with three hours. Seven hours of free internet, that's like for ever. So obviously like, you know, there were certain sites that I bookmarked. Yeah. And so I had this is so badlands on Inova should say this. Well, nobody's listening. Anyway, it's so it's so back in the day. I mean, our paid membership sites. Popped up pretty early. But there used to be this thing called the don't check and adult check is like one password that you would buy and there would be like a thousand websites that took a dull checks. Gotcha. So this is sort of like adult check and adult check you everything broken down into categories in. How remember the first time? I saw those letters B DSM trying to figure out what that stood for. And it used web crawler to try to find out. There's like, yeah. I like, I didn't know Yahoo existed. So like there's search engine. I didn't even know like that was ju- wanna know what I came up with in my head. It's I don't even know how I still remember this partly because I guess 'cause it's so wild. You had to download that thing. And that was an hour. Oh, this was this was orchestrated dance. Okay. So there's like I I didn't have to gas. But it was like, well, let me see if I can rations unsee. This is worth seven minutes awaiting. So I finally assumed that SIM stood for big Dicks small, man. I assumed it was. Cheers of little guys. That's the only thing. It's obviously never liked it Troyer being tripod on insiders. Super specific weird faddish like it's there's I've seen a bunch of weird shit on here already. So who am I did? "I can assure you mr chairman noti'm in any of these texts to those personal beliefs ever enter into the realm of any action i took furthermore this isn't just me sitting here telling you don't have to take my word for it at every step at every investigative decision there are multiple layers of people above me the assistant director executive assistant director deputy director and director of the fbi and multiple layers below me section chief supervisors unit chief shirk agents and analysts all of who are involved in all of these decis they would not tolerate any behavior in me in more than i would tolerate it in them that is who we are and the suggestion that i in some dark chamber somewhere in the fbi with somehow cast aside all of these procedures all of these safeguards and somehow be able to do this is a stunning to me it's simply couldn't happen and the proposition that that is going on that it might occur anywhere in the so indignity corrodes while the fbi is in american society the this of their mission and it is deeply destruct deeply but wow us he's he's a patriot yeah protecting american so patriotic that he's he just offending american democracy he's just not patriotic enough to know we don't have a democracy this isn't a democracy so he's going on and on and on you could just see the hatred in his in his is his face he's just he hates these guys and then he's got these other democrats that's is his name salida something like i dunno in the front row there i mean i thought it seriously i thought for a while it was his lawyer that's how hard he was fighting for this guy jumping in and trying to stop questions being asked of him what a pathetic display get a grip yet me think your duff protests too much oh yeah way too much trey goudy had a little more to say if you were kicked off when he read the tech shouldn't you've been kicked off when you wrote them not at all not at all well it was at the discovery of your techs mr struck it was the existence of your bias that got you kicked off novus agata it wasn't i do not have bias my personal opinions in no way why why kept on get kicked off mister gatti's understanding why was kicked off with that base sanding of those texts and the perception that right well hang on a second hang on a second you're saying it was the perception thirteen democrats on the special counsel probe including one who went to what he hoped was victory party that's a perception problem too they were kicked off you are amazing just an amazing spectacle most entertaining day and c span three at least history was yesterday probably yeah yeah i can't think of a more exciting one course i can only i can think of one exciting moment on c span three now yesterday that was it okay i did the i love louie gohmert he's been he was on my show in houston was on her show with glen i we haven't had him on this show yet because we don't do a lot of politicians like that but i i love louis but i think he got a little carried away yesterday you have come in here said i know bias and you do it with a straight face and i watched in the in the private testimony you gave this told him the other guys he is really good he's lying he knows we know he's lying and they probably passed polygraph it's a mazes to chairman this is my i can the democrats jumping in for him point of order the general state is point of order the member of this committee just certa that this witness was under oath and former asian the fbi lied there's no out of that i asked him to withdraw it do not with joy he is not a member of congress it's not a violation of the.

"Case agents assigned to the clinton investigation and and what are their names sir fbi policy i want to let you know we must know who was in that room and we must have access to those notes because that's what they used to compile three oh to report did you brief is director komi on that three oh to report was things going back to three two it is relying on notes but it's also drafted based on the memories of the agents participating in ten memory or not but yes my recollection is i did brief director comey on the results of that interview and we will be asking for the specifics on that data that you are knowledgeable of and i asked the chairman if you would be willing to issue a subpoena for the texts that mr struck testifies as are not work related i believe there's a very good chance they are work related and the balance of this for the information on who was in the room on that date when hillary clinton was in was interviewed which officers from the fbi which officers from the doj and let's call them to this congress and get their testimony on what took place inside that room is german we will take your request advisement the time gentlemen has expired i told mr struck you could briefly respond to mister gatti's sir yes thank you if i may just briefly to mr kings right i i am asserting to that my personal belief does not did not constitute bias every american has political belief every single one and i would submit to you that the vast vast majority of those people are not by individuals so that is a common i'd like to make two testimony i'm free from that allegation for myself for life miss mr chairman if i can respond to you by mentions of the word impeachment if you look at the selective text that you've chosen and you expand that look to others you will see that in no way did i prejudge that outcome in fact which you've conspicuously admitted omitted rather is a statement i made expressing concern that i'm not sure there's a big they're there what that clearly demonstrates sir is i had prejudge nothing would it clearly demonstrates was i was looking at one potential outcome being impeachment i was simultaneous looking at the polar opposite outcome that there might be nothing that there might be no criminal activity whatsoever and i think it's fair that you take techs in the totality of the context in which they're made the recognize it okay so i'll get to some more of these comments in a second one read some of yours by the way if you have not gone to virtualshield it's so important to do that you know i tell you about these products and these sponsors and sometimes you do something in sometimes you don't now's the time to support good conservatives there has been a concerted effort to destroy conservative media it's hard to pay for the lights in the studio and the whatever i don't get you don't pay a subscription you don't pay me directly what.

"My initial read and and i do this as journalists i look at the person body language facial expression tone of voice before even hear what they're pre planned statements are so struck strikes me as being indignant that he's even there that he's even in trouble that he's going to lose his job which he will the fbi he's indignant about it sees himself as a patriot sees himself as somebody who is a defender of the republic and now he's being criticized and people don't like him and they're calling him all kinds of names and he is just furious about this and he's arrogant too in the sense that doesn't seem like he thinks he made any big mistakes here k as a lot of mea copays from peter strong so his nemesis is congressman trey goudy from south carolina who's retiring his not running again now gowdy is a former prosecutor in a bulldog okay and he was first up and this it went downhill from there the hearing went downhill but this is really interesting rotate then on august the eight you still haven't interviewed anyone you're eight days into your russian collusion with the trump campaign investigation and you got another text from your colleague lisa page trump's not ever going to become president right right and you replied no no he's not will stop it by the time you promised to stop him for becoming president on august the eight how many interviews that you conducted mister gatti's two answers to that one with regard to how many interviews had or had not been conducted i've been directed by counsel for the fbi not answer that question i don't give a damn what you preciado agent struck i don't appreciate having an fbi agent with an unprecedented level of animists working on two major investigations you're in twenty sixteen okay so struck stonewalled you said anything about the investigation even general question like that i'm not going to answer so if i'm president trump i fire the fbi director the second one he can't do it i know for political reasons but the fbi has to be forthcoming with the house oversight committee because that's our job to watch federal law enforcement and the american people so you can't say we're not going to answer the questions now when round around around around we're gonna hold you and can tap we're gonna throw a pie it you we're going to do this but bottom line is struck went in and said hid behind the fbi's i'll i can't talk about anything anything at all about either investigation hillary clinton email or russian collusion bul bul there's a law that says that he should be ordered to talk about by attorney general sessions who's goner by the way he's he's going any second he's a goner okay you answer their questions now if you wanted confidential informants or something like that and everybody understands now why did you out he ask him that question because what doughty got at he answered his own question later on was struck into any interviews at all before he wrote those texts to page damning donald trump he didn't know anything about the russian collusion stuff and now shut why about why investigating me russia's the problem russia was terrible well yeah okay but we'd like an honest assessment of how terrible who made them terrible what they do and you the fbi lead investigator can't give it to us why because you were against donald trump personally against him before you even talked to anybody that's what gowdy got.

"Know in the middle of the show right now in real time you can watch right now at kinda funny games dr twitch tvd tv slash watch written that down in the thing that i did you know it's all know where this thing happens i'm not gonna throw that housekeeping yes gentlemen four today first off greg miller montreal meet up july fifth that's tonight this day five pm to eight pm at litter known terminal that's five pm montreal time you know what it must be right that's my that's how so right now it's about noon here so that's two hours yeah wow oh go hang out show and then immediately leave from the terminal or was it our phone watch it live on the way that's that's a pretty stuff section idea to today's episode is sponsored by marvel puzzle quest but we will get to that later but first it's time for what is and forever will be the roper report time for some news five items on the report today does the enthusiasm of that a lot of energy they're feeling mister gatti's you feel are you ready to bake our way through today i just realized i forgot a piece of paper i'll be right back okay start reading that piece of paper that you print it out i have that with me just in case you forgot it thank you it is right there that air we go so robe report number one leaves gentleman mr todd howard pathetic game studios has some things to say about single player this item comes from games industry biz by hayden taylor but those the game studios remains one of the few big developers not owned by platform holder that hasn't moved away from almost entirely single player experiences into games a service while many game developers and publishers are still including single player modes in their games there's a clear trend away from this sparking your recent debate around quote the death of single player all of the announcement that fall at seventy six will be a shared world survival game may have added credence to that argument studio head thanh howard says it doesn't represent a permanent departure for the company away from single player experiences good it doesn't mark the future he tells games industry dot biz during interview at game lab barcelona corporately we've done a mix people forget sometimes elder scrolls online is one of the biggest online games in the world we have fallout shelter which we keep updating and elder scrolls legends anyone who's ever said quote this is the future and this part of gaming is dead in quote has been proven wrong every single time we tried to we like to try it all that's what howard says for a long time we wanted to try and multiplayer game and we had this idea we shouldn't be afraid we should try we're gonna move onto a little more that story at a second but first mister gatti's what do you think of mr howard's words regarding this topic i appreciate that it's not just lip service and the they can back it up with bethesda library of titles and i feel like this year showing any three is a really good example of that we've seen it the last couple years with their press conferences but you know they're kind of new to the press conference circuit three years deep now and when they first came through and they had fought for it's like that made sense that's why they had a press conference when they came back the following year we were all kind of surprise expecting them to necessarily do the conference again and now i don't see a future where they ever stop doing the conference and i think that the no longer need that one big title it can kind of be hey check out everything that we're doing here's updates who's dlc plans here's expansions here's sequels here's you know they kind of just have so much going on that in addition to what he's talking about the elder scrolls online and all that we also get to see game like single player games like wolfenstein then we also get the tease at the future of things star field and it'll show six which you can guarantee and they even said are going to be very much single player focused games you are mr pipe mr tim i'm curious about it from luscious bethesda conference what single thing got you most typed up the one that just happened just have probably the wolfenstein expansion pack that looks awesome so you were focused on single player things that grabbed you what do you think of all at seventy six personally.

"Have an ati to the la times said we had substantial justification for what we filed in the court found nothing wrong with it our clients have received every penny that they are entitled to every penny so yeah that it again in my view these are not behaviors that skirt close to the line right look like we've talked about it before we know of an ati skirts close to the line you know there are different kinds of litigation strategies and you know and he's been very very effective today these actions if true obviously crossed the line so you know we it's important we've we've talked about the guy a lot and it's important i think for us to to bring all of that reporting to light and and to corroborate it where we can right yeah man disappointing to say the least but wow okay is there anything to keep an eye on or is this is much as the reporting can do i mean do you think do you anticipate any any more breaks in that kind of story or is it just a question of well here's what we found and people have to make their own judgments yeah the only thing that would constitute a break would be if any law enforcement officials were interested in tobin and wanted to bring pressure on tobin to flip right that's that's what you would look for i again i don't know ordinarily it's not something that you would imagine would rise to that level but you know given the high profile nature of mister gatti's legal dealings it might that's what i would look for is if you see gerald tobin in the news that means that we're about to revisit this and again it's the flip it's the it's the flip side of the muller investigation right like nobody is the slightest bit interested in gerald tobin it would be solely to gain leverage over tobin to get him to flip on noddy and again we need to be clear right.
