I don't hear any of that in the mainstream media. I do. I hear Andrea Mitchell asking her on the liberal network. Nobody likes you. What do you think about that? Nobody wants you. I'm reading right from the burn buck. What do you think? That was the end. I was not done with my Andrea Mitchell. Impression. Okay, go ahead. But why do you think you think? Well, they don't like you. Why? Okay. Isn't that tentative annoying voice? Okay. Oh, dear. By the way, I should talk, because I tweeted a picture, but Clyde literally fell asleep on my microphone as I was talking. That is how scintillating this show is. My own dog fell asleep. On my microphone, while I was talking into it. Let's put glasses on dogs. That was Jody. Oh, I didn't do it. Okay. Okay. Weird Tuesdays. Wow. Just a couple other points. The Harris pushed for federal. Oh, I'm sorry. I did that one. Sorry. Miss Harris has been has had more experience in elected office than several past presidents and vice presidents a successful record beginning in 2004 in San Francisco district attorney, California attorney general, including four years as a U.S. senator by contrast, president Trump, Eisenhower, Ulysses grant, a Herbert Hoover, Zachary Taylor, never held elected office before becoming president. Many other presidents have had fewer equal years in elected office than miss Harris for too many Americans, the idea that non whites and women actually got their jobs because of qualifications, experience and talents is hard to believe. Maybe that's because for most American history, white men were the only people considered for high level jobs and what amounted to affirmative action for them. Thank you. As the first woman African American and Asian American to serve as vice president, miss Harris is arguably face greater and different types of scrutiny than previous vice presidents, the clothes and shoes she wears the role of her husband the way she sometimes laughs, her cooking skill, her staff turnover in her office, have all drawn greater attention than her predecessors ever experienced. Thank you someone for saying it. Yeah. It's the same as the every time, you know, they say, oh, you know, Pete Buttigieg was a diversity hire, really? Like, you know, they just find ways to completely discount something. Obvious intelligence and experience. Yeah. Share them down. Thank you. Because they're afraid of them. Yes, thank you. "Has a vice president of the United States. She's so good at this. She is a vision of political acumen and here she was yesterday explaining how to devise metrics, so as to articulate metrics for measuring things that are metrical. For many who are at the original table, you will know that it has been built into our approach that we will devise metrics and be very clear. And I thank the university and Michelle for the work that has been happening to help us articulate the metrics by which we will then measure our success in real time. To device metrics, where the metrical measurement of metrics, she is, man, she's inspiring. She saw inspiring that there's a piece out from The New York Times, apparently. Again, I'm going to say it Pete Buttigieg in the study with a wrench. Because somebody's planting these stories, quote, Kamala Harris is trying to define her vice presidency, even her allies are tired of waiting. I do love the constant in love out of love dynamic between the press and Kamala Harris. Since she ran for president, you will recall in 2020, at the very beginning, was like, she's going to do it, man. She is a black, intersectional woman. And let me explain. She's black and a woman, which means she's intersectional. As a black woman, which means she's amazing. It doesn't matter if she's lying about Joe Biden, she did she lied about Joe Biden like a lot. It doesn't matter that you even called for Joe Biden to step out of the race because of the accusations of a woman named Tara Reid that Joe Biden had been handsy with her at the very least as in like sexually assaulted her. Anyway, Kamala Harris was amazing until she wasn't and she fell apart on the launch pad blew up on the launch pad. And then they're like, man, she ran a terrible campaign. She's an awful candidate. And then Joe Biden picked her like, you know who's amazing. Kamala Harris, let me explain why. It's because she is wait for it, a black woman. She's incredible. She'll be amazing at this job. And then she became vice president and people like, oh yeah, she's not good at this anymore. She's bad at this. Presumably when she declares her presidential I'll be like, you know what would be amazing? Wait, wait, wait for it. Her name, rhymes with schmal awares. Anyway, so in The New York Times has that we're now in the valley of the mountain and valley cycle of Kamala Harris love hate with the media. Quote, Kamala Harris was frustrated. The text of his speech, she had been given to deliver in Chicago to the nation's biggest teachers union, was just another dreary scripted talk that's had little of any consequence. As air force two made its way to the Midwest over the summer, the VP told her staff she wanted to say something more significant. More direct. She brandished a Rolling Stone magazine article about the backlash against Florida school officials after new legislation borrowing the discussion of gender identity in the classroom. By the way, if you're taking his from Rolling Stone lady, there is a reason why you're a failure. Rolling Stone circulation is lower than the circulation for actual mud, the teachers, she was about to address, we're on the front lines of the nation's culture wars, Harris told her staff, there were the same ones on the front lines of school shootings. Just blandly taking from federal funding for education wouldn't be enough. The plane was just an hour out from Chicago, but she said they needed to start over. By the time she landed, she had a more spirited version of the speech in hand, accusing extremists so called leaders in the Republican Party of taking away rights and freedoms. Miss Harris small airborne rebellion that day encapsulated the trap in which she finds herself. My favorite brand of media journalism about members of the Biden administration is everyone always fails the great leader, the great leader never fails. Kamala Harris is never the failure. She's always failed. If only Stalin knew about the gulags, he would stop it with Stalin. Maybe she's the problem because she's bad at this. Quote, she's already made history as the first woman, the first African American and first Asian American ever to serve as vice president, but she is still struggled to define her role much beyond that legacy. Her staff notes she has made strides, emerging as a strong voice in the administration on abortion rights. She has positioned herself as a more visible advocate for the administration, giving a speech last week at the funeral for Tyree Nichols, a 29 year old who was beaten by Memphis police officers. I love that that is a point in her favor is that she showed up in a person she didn't know his funeral, so she could give a political speech. Really great stuff there. Her critics and detractors alike acknowledge the VP is intended to be a supporting role. Many of her predecessors have labored to make themselves relevant as well. But the painful reality for miss Harris is that in private conversations over the last few months, dozens of Democrats in The White House on Capitol Hill and around the nation, including some who helped put her on the party's 2020 ticket, said she had not risen to the challenge of proving herself as a future leader of the party, much less the country. Even some Democrats whom her own advisers referred reporters to for supportive quotes confided privately. They had lost hope in her. And that is just one reason why they are going to have to staple Joe Biden's dead ass to that horse. That is just they need him there. They need him on that wall. They don't like him on that wall, but they need him on that wall.

"That's right. So we're going to tell stories. I'm going to go through some examples. These are mix and match for some people you only have to say one of these points for other people. They're going to want to hear all the options. So you might say something like a lot of people are buying first and then selling with super low interest rates and the likelihood of your home selling as soon as we get it on the market, many people are just buying first closing and then selling the old home. Now, so many people think, well, why would anybody want two mortgages at the same time? But because rates are low in payments are low, we're seeing this more and more. They buy first and we know this because they're coaching clients say when the coaches ask them, great new listing, where's that person going to go? Well, they already bought. Okay, so next. But just along those lines, there's something called a bridge loan and there's a lot of other banks that are doing hybrid bridge loans. They might not even need the bridge. Or they might not even need the bridge because they have cash. And they might take a mortgage that is requires virtually no money down. As long as it doesn't have a prepayment penalty, then they could refinance when the old house sells and then they can roll on the extra equity that they're having from the sale of the previous property. There are so many different ways to do this. Talk to your lender, but the point miss Harris here is making is don't assume that you know what the seller's financial situation is. You will be shocked how frequently people had the cash to purchase without the sale of their home. And yet your real estate brain is saying half to sell first, they don't have to sell first. Most of them don't, and you should be paying attention to the really good, really great loan officers have specific programs for this scenario. There's lots of different versions of this. Well, that's assuming they know a really good, a really great look. Which is a whole other podcast. Exactly. Okay. So next you could say, some people are choosing to build and then sell. Building buys you time and you get a brand new house with nothing to repair. Builders are, I've been getting lots of builder emails that are closing out model homes. There's all kinds of things that are not in your MLS. You know, it's worth mentioning too, especially with these two points. If you were an EXP agent, for example. And you had the ability to go into a seller's house and remove the biggest point of contention at least in some of these sellers mind owning two homes at once and all these other scenarios. Enjoy this example there. What if I build in the house is done and I don't have my sale of my house and whatever, whatever, then I'm running into a financial constraint. You can actually put a stop gap in place as an EXP agent and have an investor lined up to purchase the house if you're involved in the express offers program. In the express offers program. So as an EXP agent, you actually have an express offers program, which is similar to open door, which allows you to take a subject property to the

"I'll tell you real quick story from a different price range, but still in Los Angeles. This was a newer coaching client newer agent and it was honest to goodness her first listing ever. And I think I can't remember how she got out what the source was, but she took a listing. It's been a nice normal neighborhood. Had a bunch of showings, but her feedback kept on being the same. Which shows like a zoo. Smells like a zoo, okay? And she's like, wow, what is that? Agents being obnoxious with their feedback. And she kind of ignored it for a few showings. Until she went in for finally got curious, she was going to go set up an open house herself. And this was a divorce situation. The female of the party was living there. And this client walks in and she notices I kid you not a miniature pony in the living room. And of course, there was, along with ponies, comes pony droppings, and this explained why it shows like a zoo. Well, this was one of those emotional support ponies that gets to live in the house. No, no, so you're making an assumption there with your story, misses Harris.

"Voting. Miss Abrams claims that Republicans have been hard at work trying to disenfranchise black voters. But the reality is that black voter registration is outpacing white registration in the peach state. These gains are not limited to blacks, voting has been up substantially in all minority groups. An analysis of census data published by Pew Research Center found that all major racial and ethnic groups saw historic jumps and voter turnout in 2018. Political scientists take who Lee confirmed this in an op-ed for The New York Times, in which the highlights impressive voting rates for minority women. The 2018 elections set new benchmarks for turnout in a midterm election. With a whopping 30 million more people voting than in 2014. For women of color, the increase turnout was even more stark, at 37%. As to the issue of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of U.S. elections. Minority voters appear to be as concerned as everyone else. Miss Harris and miss Abrams may feel that requiring an ID for banking, flying or buying cold medicine should not apply to voting. But most people don't seem to have that problem. In a 2016 Gallup poll, voter ID laws were supported by four and 5 respondents, including 95% of Republicans, 63% of Democrats, 81% of whites and 77% of non whites. So, if there is no serious opposition to voter ID laws, and no evidence of voter suppression. If, in fact, more people of different races and ethnicities are voting at higher rates than ever before, why won't this voter suppression myth die? The answer is that once surprising and obvious, one party simply can't accept that they will lose a close election. If a Republican wins one of those, there has to be a nefarious reason. Voter suppression is as good as any, even if it has no basis, in fact. Miss Abrams lost, by the way, by over 50,000 votes. Elections are decided by the state of the economy. Foreign policy issues. Candidate personalities, and a host of other factors. The nonexistent problem of voter suppression is not one of them. I'm Jason Riley. Senior fellow at the Manhattan institute for prager university. John lot of the crime prevention research center did a study on voting rules around the world and mail in ballots. Here's what he found. Besides us, there are 36 members in the organization for economic cooperation and development. 47% ban mail in voting, Leicester citizen is living abroad. 30% require a photo ID to obtain a mail in ballot. 14% of the country's ban mail in voting even for those who live abroad. Japan and Poland have limited mail in voting for those who have special certificates verifying that they are disabled, and France made an exception in 2020 to ban its mail in ballots altogether for those who are sick, or at risk during the coronavirus pandemic. Poland is going to allow mail in ballots for the year 2020 only for the year 2020 only. And among the 27 countries in the European Union, 63% ban mail in voting and living abroad. 22% require photo ID to obtain a mail in ballot, 22% behind the practice even for those who live abroad. There are 16 countries in the rest of Europe, there are even more restrictive. Every single one banned mail in voting for those living in the country or require photo ID to obtain email invalid. 63% don't allow mail in ballots even for citizens living outside the country. So. Miss harris didn't like that very much and became passive aggressive refusing to visit the southern border until she was ordered down there last week. She stayed about four hours and then split for her los angeles home now writing in the new york times. Fordham university professor christina greer said quote. Miss harris at. This point can't seem to win for trying. She is historic inexperienced vice president. Who is taking on work. That can easily backfire. Being racist you'll remember. That little girl was me sitting on the bus. During the segregation era when biden was against school desegregation. So now it may be payback time. There's also an article in politico a left leaning website. That says kamla harrison staff doesn't like the way it's being treated that's a leak and there are very very few leaks in the biden administration as you may have noticed so right now. We are dealing with a situation where there's unspoken tension i think between biden and harris as recline is a columnist in new york times and ardent liberal democrat and he says quote comma harris will probably be the democratic nominee in twenty four or twenty eight biden's team should be giving your portfolio said. Make it likelier. She will win instead. They're giving her impossible problems that will likely become liabilities unquote from the very partisan as recline in the very partisan new york times. I think what's going on here. Is that mr biden. And he's passive aggressive as well doesn't like ms harris and is looking for ways to denigrate her so someone else in the party will take his place. Mr by you'll be eighty one in two thousand twenty four. He says he wants to run again. And i believe he does want that. But at this point is presidency is going downhill fast. "Scalise is a Republican. Much. He said. This cut 11 Go ahead, Madam Speaker. I've seen the dark evil of political violence firsthand, and it needs to stop. But all of us need to be unequivocal and calling it out every single time we see it. Not just when it comes from the other side of the aisle. Mm. What a controversial statement. What a controversial statement to the left. See they won't accept that. They could have had anything to do with anything. They're not responsible for anything. I told you, Every Republican is responsible for anything any Republican does. Er says no Democrat is responsible for anything, even the things they do or say. It's it's not even a double standard those air to different dimensions of existence. Yet. That's okay. It's acceptable. Keith Boykin would not tweet about James Hodgkinson. Boykin would not dare lecture a Democrat who said Donald Trump is Hitler? Hell, he's probably called Donald Trump Hitler. I don't watch CNN, so I don't know. But I'm pretty sure that's a requirement to hold a job at CNN is that you have to call Donald Trump Hitler. Talk about insanity. We've got a lot more audio coming up. But let's get some phone calls in here for one hour. Wcbm 6 80 or 1 800 Wcbm 6 80, Mark and Reisterstown. We start with you Welcome. Good morning and thank you so much for taking my phone call number one. I want to thank you for your terrific shows every every day that I listen to them. We still have voices out there like yourself and us listeners. And we can't stop playing for our freedoms. And I went Don't be intimidated into silence, either. Oh, no. Oh, no, I was actually you read my mind because I was my topic was what you had to set an artist repeated so everybody could understand that, Yes. Miss Harris said something like they're not going to stop. They're not going to stop. They shouldn't stop. In fact, we should keep doing it and all that she should be impeached for that. There is a member of Congress Mark who is preparing in planning on introducing articles of impeachment on January 21st against Joe Biden and I support that effort. They should be able. They should be forced to take their own medicine. And if they don't like it well, they can take it up with themselves. It's their fault. It's a suppository, not ours. Absolutely. And thank you so much for keeping our voices alive. Thank you. Mark, spread the word dug in a car. Welcome to the show. Thanks for good work, My man. Thank you. I wish I could attribute to the person that I heard Say this on Sean Hannity show the other day. He said that if liberal ideas were so good They wouldn't need to continually shut down the opposition. That's true, and I've said before. If Democrats have truth on their side, they wouldn't have to lie about president about Republicans so often, but they do. They will not be bound Institute. Question for you if I may as a published author. Even in the in the book business because I used in the record business. Sales work work tabulated by the wholesale level. His books the same way Or is that actually tabulated? A bestseller by the retail sales or the wholesale sales? Retail sales? I believe his retail sales they could. Well, I mean, I am like in the music industry, you can ship 100,000 units of a CD. Of the stores and they they can return 90% of them. They don't sell. So so tabulating sales of the wholesale level doesn't make a whole lot of sense. But I think the music business used to do that I think today is shipped gold ship Platinum. Well, maybe maybe that but I think those air it was noble artist broke shipping gold. Their first record did not ship gold or platinum because nobody would ever ever buy that. Many had never heard of this guy, but I think it's gonna be a hit. Um, you know what Thomas, Jefferson said, is to remind you our friends out there. When the people fear the government we have tyranny. When the government fears the people we have never eaten. Amen. Amen. Government's coming out, my man. Thanks to appreciate it. It really is. I mean, what we're witnessing now we we saw for we've seen for A few decades now the merger of the mating if you will, because they do intermarry and mate mingle and all of that between the Democrats and the media. It just is he think when they don't even I don't know who Republicans marry because it doesn't rate any coverage. But when Democrats the Democrats marry somebody in the media and somebody in administration, it's Oh, look at this. It's a match made in heaven to match made in this, It's a and they get the glowing coverage. Meanwhile, we had a supermodel is the first lady and she never got a single magazine cover for four years because Left is so bitter and vile. What we're witnessing the I suppose This is the child, I guess, since they've been mating for so long, the child of the left and the media Academically elected Democrats and the UN elected Democrats with press passes, and that really is how the only way you can get away with this kind of level of insanity. Perversion of reality and cheering of censorship of silencing people. Now, remember, for four years, Donald Trump tweets out that the The fake news media is the enemy of the people. And what happens Well, Brian Stelter, the little Weeble out of Towson. And CNN will do in our show with Dan, rather, ironically, enough about how this is a threat. How the journalism needs to be independent, and this is a threat of First Amendment threat a threat to our very democracy..

"All right well let's talk a little bit here about kamala harris and then when i mentioned this a little article i read about young people an employment so kamala harris obviously she's doing well now the pack poll a quinnipiac including the fact that poll has her tied with joe biden at this point so there is a lot of competition in the primary happiness it of course i think kamala came across and i know i'm pronouncing it like kamala kamala there's another winner yet pamela pamela i don't i got the dm's thing yeah whatever i'm doing my best over here okay will go with miss harris says it's mrs harris she's married okay mrs era's okay is everyone avenue but anyway a yet kamala she she wiped the floor with by yeah it was it was interesting because of course you know she's no she's no dove herself self when it comes to lock up people of color a poor black people i was really when she was a prosecutor she's saying she's a little aggressive for my liking nonetheless in the debate she was able to get a joe biden on boston of course bus in most of the american people i don't agree with boston from the federal level however in the democratic primary and that's what they're trying that those folks they're trying to cater to a joe biden did a horrible job and we talked about this on last week's episode just did a horrible job of like being there like defended himself he mentioned daca once yeah like wouldn't talk about immigration he didn't mention all of the great thing gay marriage was literally because he was on the show and it's like i think it should be legal and then the white house is like okay let's follow 'em i like his idea about reworking reworking acpi it needs to be reworked in fixed so you know he just did not defend himself at all and he did not show up and i watched the interview with joe biden recently and he was talking about how he's like i was surprised that they were coming after me for my record's had also he said i was surprised that it came from a kamala because she knew bo she knows me in to come out his credit she's like dude used this is been in the news for two and a half weeks they use praised working with segregationists now i understand the poison joe biden would try to make but it was who he dropped the ball a little bit on that i'm not a sociation so it's not as if this was something that she just came up with it and was just like super personal but joe biden again dude i know you're not listening someone maybe some of the worst worst campaign is maybe he is who knows i know john mccain you still isn't but if joe biden like dude you're in a debate you're running for president like it's not a cake walk you did any nobody on his team was like look this is the narrative this is what's going to happen every single newspaper has been talking about how you said you were happy to work with segregation is the fact that it wasn't brought up more like she wouldn't be only went to bring it up and it's like do you have to show up did you did he did he think he could just show up with some folks see like you know i'm a man who butters my toast on both sides of the bread and then like people are gonna talk about the bussing thing here's a hitter entered the one thing but it's funny how a she brought it up like they had a in the moment there were like a big kind of fall foliage and then she was
