I do love the constant in love out of love dynamic between the press and Kamala Harris. Since she ran for president, you will recall in 2020, at the very beginning, was like, she's going to do it, man. She is a black, intersectional woman. And let me explain. She's black and a woman, which means she's intersectional. As a black woman, which means she's amazing. It doesn't matter if she's lying about Joe Biden, she did she lied about Joe Biden like a lot. It doesn't matter that you even called for Joe Biden to step out of the race because of the accusations of a woman named Tara Reid that Joe Biden had been handsy with her at the very least as in like sexually assaulted her. Anyway, Kamala Harris was amazing until she wasn't and she fell apart on the launch pad blew up on the launch pad. And then they're like, man, she ran a terrible campaign. She's an awful candidate. And then Joe Biden picked her like, you know who's amazing. Kamala Harris, let me explain why. It's because she is wait for it, a black woman. She's incredible. She'll be amazing at this job. But the painful reality for miss Harris is that in private conversations over the last few months, dozens of Democrats in The White House on Capitol Hill and around the nation, including some who helped put her on the party's 2020 ticket, said she had not risen to the challenge of proving herself as a future leader of the party, much less the country. Even some Democrats whom her own advisers referred reporters to for supportive quotes confided privately. They had lost hope in her. And that is just one reason why they are going to have to staple Joe Biden's dead ass to that horse. That is just they need him there. They need him on that wall. They don't like him on that wall, but they need him on that wall.

As long as it doesn't have a prepayment penalty, then they could refinance when the old house sells and then they can roll on the extra equity that they're having from the sale of the previous property. There are so many different ways to do this. Talk to your lender, but the point miss Harris here is making is don't assume that you know what the seller's financial situation is. You will be shocked how frequently people had the cash to purchase without the sale of their home. And yet your real estate brain is saying half to sell first, they don't have to sell first. And I think I can't remember how she got out what the source was, but she took a listing. It's been a nice normal neighborhood. Had a bunch of showings, but her feedback kept on being the same. Which shows like a zoo. Smells like a zoo, okay? And she's like, wow, what is that? Agents being obnoxious with their feedback. And she kind of ignored it for a few showings. Until she went in for finally got curious, she was going to go set up an open house herself. And this was a divorce situation. The female of the party was living there. And this client walks in and she notices I kid you not a miniature pony in the living room. And of course, there was, along with ponies, comes pony droppings, and this explained why it shows like a zoo. Well, this was one of those emotional support ponies that gets to live in the house. "Voting. Miss Abrams claims that Republicans have been hard at work trying to disenfranchise black voters. But the reality is that black voter registration is outpacing white registration in the peach state. These gains are not limited to blacks, voting has been up substantially in all minority groups. An analysis of census data published by Pew Research Center found that all major racial and ethnic groups saw historic jumps and voter turnout in 2018. Political scientists take who Lee confirmed this in an op-ed for The New York Times, in which the highlights impressive voting rates for minority women. The 2018 elections set new benchmarks for turnout in a midterm election. With a whopping 30 million more people voting than in 2014. For women of color, the increase turnout was even more stark, at 37%. As to the issue of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of U.S. elections. Minority voters appear to be as concerned as everyone else. Miss Harris and miss Abrams may feel that requiring an ID for banking, flying or buying cold medicine should not apply to voting. But most people don't seem to have that problem. In a 2016 Gallup poll, voter ID laws were supported by four and 5 respondents, including 95% of Republicans, 63% of Democrats, 81% of whites and 77% of non whites. So, if there is no serious opposition to voter ID laws, and no evidence of voter suppression. If, in fact, more people of different races and ethnicities are voting at higher rates than ever before, why won't this voter suppression myth die? The answer is that once surprising and obvious, one party simply can't accept that they will lose a close election. If a Republican wins one of those, there has to be a nefarious reason. Voter suppression is as good as any, even if it has no basis, in fact. Miss Abrams lost, by the way, by over 50,000 votes. Elections are decided by the state of the economy. Foreign policy issues. Japan and Poland have limited mail in voting for those who have special certificates verifying that they are disabled, and France made an exception in 2020 to ban its mail in ballots altogether for those who are sick, or at risk during the coronavirus pandemic. Poland is going to allow mail in ballots for the year 2020 only for the year 2020 only. And among the 27 countries in the European Union, 63% ban mail in voting and living abroad. 22% require photo ID to obtain a mail in ballot, 22% behind the practice even for those who live abroad. There are 16 countries in the rest of Europe, there are even more restrictive. Every single one banned mail in voting for those living in the country or require photo ID to obtain email invalid. 63% don't allow mail in ballots even for citizens living outside the country. So.
