Amy Porterfield Wants to Talk to You About Body Image
"Yours you we upon calf podcast and like always reaches. This is always me. I'm nervous emphasis. But i feel like it's good to be nervous because it means you're pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone very true in this way right. My comfort right. What's cool to me about this. Is i feel like we've kind of been talking about it and marinating it for a while. Like we've talked about this concept on stage a few times and talked about it on our girl strips together like i remember sitting where we in tucson getting your ass and i was. I was like this. Is you gotta talk about this. This is the thing which by the way. Because i'm trying to be better about when people are part of my gratitude telling them that they're part of my gratitude gratitude work every morning and i've instead of just would've grateful for this which i still do. I spend time every single day. Now kind of being present in past experiences. And i'm really great for and one always. That always comes up for me. Is that mirasol trip. It was real. I love that you say that. I think about it often because we had these really good conversations like we went deep yet and it was only like twenty four hours and it was good. It was all so let. Where do you wanna start. Where do you want to start with. What what you're feeling what you're thinking like again. We've done okay so with the help of your team. I've done a lot of work around what this podcast is going to be about. And why it's important and in the first few episodes. I share a lot about my own experience of dieting and wanting to lose weight. And i keep coming back to this concept of wanting to get to a goal weight and now how long has it been. Since i was on the ray rice stage and we talked about this i now because kobe timing means nothing was like a year was an ear was three years. I don't know maybe a year maybe a year okay. So you called me out on this concept of wanting to hit my goal weight right and i am still in the same place like i would love to hit a galway by and when we were on the rise stage i had lost a lot of weight in a really healthy way. I take that very seriously but since then this last year the covid i've gained twenty pounds. Twenty pounds in one year. I've actually never seen publicly. Total global pandemic like who on earth knew how to handle this year. Do you know like. I think it's i think women are so hard on themselves for doing things. That are normal. Nary normal good point. Because i'm very very disappointed in myself around the whole thing. Come on things. Not only was more stressful. Your husband's a first responder. You know you had a son who's transitioning into college was going on. We did know what was happening. And on top of all that you own a business and all of us who owned businesses whether the pandemic really made it better or made it way worse you were affected by what was happening stressful. Was this your most stressful. You're in business or have you had others. That were more stressful okay. That's such a great question. Because as you know i got out of a partnership. That was a really stressful thing. When you and i first met. I would say this year was definitely more stressful. And you you make a great point that my business because i'm in digital marketing. It was able to do really well this year. But i watched my students suffer struggle more than i ever have. I think you had the same experience. We watched our community. Just really go through some thing. And i took it like really hard in every day. I worried about them and eight. Do all right entire right. Well and i think so been there. I don't know if you saw like this. But i definitely felt an added there. An added layer of this. Because i know that there are tactics and tools and habits and rituals. that would help with this process. I knew it just the same as you knew if you do these six things or whatever it was it will help your business but being someone who's talking about what will help in a time where everybody is stressed and anxious and scared and whatever. Then there's an added tension of. Should i even say these things. Should we only talk about how hard it is. Am i allowed be positive here. Am i supposed to. Because i kept coming back to this idea of look. Nobody knows how to deal with the global pandemic in twenty twenty. What there is so much information about how to the side effects and in business. Nobody knows how to deal with a global pandemic in the business. You're in but dan schorr know what people can do if they build a list if they build a digital course if they built these things that have helped so many people before Who have found themselves out of work or unsure or whatever so you knew you had some answers but saying that you have answers like in everything frequent.
Michelle Lujan Grisham on U.S. covid-19 response
"Jonathan, Kaye part, and this is Cape Up. My guest has been her states. Secretary of Health sees represented her State in Congress today. She is said to be on Joe. Biden's vice presidential shortlist in chose it. She would be the first lat next American on a presidential ticket. She is New Mexico Governor Michelle Luhan Grisham. Hear what she has to say about that and her states response to Corona virus in this special case up live episode right now. Governor Welcome! You know I'm delighted to be on your show. Nice to meet you spend a little time with you Jonathan. Likewise. Thank you very much for being here now. I mentioned that you were the health secretary. You are a member of Congress because they gave you incredible insight, I think and how to deal with the corona virus early on you declared a statewide health emergency on March eleventh when there were only four cases in your state. What did you see that pushed? The pushed you to move so quickly. Well two things that you know that this virus is moving, and so it comes with travelers we've got commuters were movie Hijab I was still dealing with folks who were trapped on a cruise and California and I've dealt with the pandemic before and the. You Start and the more aggressively you start, the better control and management efforts you have in. This is the problem because you can't see the pandemic everyone I think falsely assumes it won't come here. The it'll be easy, and we'll wait until we see what's happening because I think for too many leaders. It's easier to explain you have to move immediately. Otherwise it rages out of control and we're seeing that all across the country now. What we follow up, you said you've been through a pandemic before. which are you talking Ebola or something else? Blue so we had two issues. We had a flu epidemic I said pandemic epidemic in two, thousand, seven, two, thousand eight, and then in two, thousand and five. We had a flu vaccine shortage so when you are in a state where you've got higher. Per Capita. Issues related to chronic issues for children and adults, and that you have a higher death rate then from influenza we'd have a third of the capacity of healthcare providers and hospitalizations I literally had to join with illiinois to. Import flu vaccine from Canada Rich. You really couldn't do then and we found A. Soft, can I say loophole and brought it in and I protected Mexica residents then we took. Out of flu vaccine, so I took all the mercury out of it to further protect new Mexicans. I wouldn't buy anything that had. Mirasol in it, and then when the epidemic was coming in the same thing, he didn't have sufficient investments in public health, so getting to people getting them vaccinated partnering with limited. A. Private Provider Group was really challenging so probably answering this too long Jonathan but in December I knew this was coming. I asked my teams to start planning in early January, so we began to have round tables and start looking about where we was secure. And testing supplies. That's really interesting. You started focusing this on in December. And then moving with your staff in January, so you anticipated what could happen, but didn't you anticipate the inaction from the federal government in terms of having a national strategy? No in my wildest dreams I would not be spending my known specific time finding supplies testing supplies, and the right manufacturers, trying to figure out which instruments right the FDA was going to authorize in an emergency use environment, then test for the for the virus, so not every instrument was available. Not every then re agent is available every testing because they're not all. They weren't at the time universal, getting swabs and then chasing. And, then, in my wildest dreams I wouldn't be dealing with the federal government who would literally then take the things that you secured and redistributes them for the country while you want it to be a country focus. Because it wasn't it meant that you were fighting? Frankly with other governors and FEMA to get the adequate supplies into your state, and now we're seeing it occur again because there was without any federal strategies, still now that you have these outbreaks, governors are in the same situation chasing down supplies and P P and trying to adequately cover their first responders is the most outrageous environment I've ever worked on worked in in my entire career.

"Vaccinate your family is a good resource as well as the CDC website. We have a page dedicated to vaccine safety. And I always said, I send people to their, you know, quite often the other thing that can trouble parents is not just the vaccine themselves, the virus that they're protecting against, but the additives in vaccines, particularly fine Mirasol or other things. Mercury can you talk about what is added to childhood immunizations that might or might not be a problem regarding Mirasol Mirasol is actually not currently in any of the routinely recommended childhood vaccines. The one exception to that is some multi-dose vials of the influence of Accion, but all of the rest of the childhood vaccines. No longer contain thi- Mirasol saw was removed from vaccines in the early two thousand out of. Abundance of caution though, there had been no studies to indicate that Mirasol was harmful to children wonderful, but it's not an immunizations for the vaccines anymore, correct. Good. I would like to talk about treatment of diseases when they come, I have had a number of patients say, well, I'm not going to immunize, and if my child gets pertussis, or if my child gets tetanus, or if my child gets meningitis all I have to do is bring them in to you, Dr Meaker and treat that what is wrong with that kind of thinking? Well, it's important to note that even with treatment, some of these diseases can still result in very serious complications, and even death. So treatment doesn't necessarily protect the children and prevent complications for the children vaccines before getting disease are the best protection for children..

"Is the Joe pags show. Eight nine four one. Of our foods going to be Sam Mirasol. Saying that, right. Maybe not. Let me make sure I have it right. Because it's actually the same name as famous ballplayer, one marriage goal or maybe marriage Cal. He says he says during the interview that'd be good. We, we knew exactly. Yeah. Either way, a good guy. He's one of the coordinator regional coordinators for chemistry formed out, or we talk about a lot of issues, like the, the changing of the SAT, depending on where you came from or what your skin color is. That's really stupid. Have I mentioned that stupid? Yep. Stupid. Throwing it out there. Also, we're gonna we're gonna talk about whether they're talking on campus about the possibility of impeaching, the president, which is really kind of dumb. It's just dumb. I mean. I get it. If Muller would have found something you found nothing. I get it. If there were something anything, at least they can hang their hat on it. What are they saying? Now you know what they're saying? Now. That. It's a cover up. What you cover. This report is out there. The whole thing is out there. You can read it except for, I think seven sentences or something redacted. You can read the whole damn thing, what's, what's the cover up. Former President Obama, still claiming executive privilege on a lot of things. I mean, there are witnesses that are that, that Judicial Watch are asking to talk to. And they're still claiming executive privilege just like he did on colder when it came to fast and furious, that was a cover up that was a lack of transparency, but for some reason, this president and two plus years of an investigation that found nothing. Now, we should we should impeach him on the cover up. And it's like everybody's saying it. I don't get a memo from conservatives from the RNC from the White House. We pitches from people who are like minded, but I never get anything. Okay, here. The talking points day like sent out by Sean Hannity, it that doesn't happen. We seem to be aligned in. "Thank you. Mirasol? Pleasure. Hear your voice and be with. Well, I'm glad you're with us. The they're so so much to discuss with you. We were just talking about the town hall last night. I know you have a piece out that was written just before the town hall of it. It was it was yesterday. You wrote this piece, but one of the things that keeps coming up, and you keep hearing from the left is this idea that Muller wanted to congress to hold Trump accountable. And here's a Senator Elizabeth Warren discussing this last night. And we want to talk about this Lawler believed because of the directions from Donald Trump's Justice department that he could not bring a criminal. Indictment against a sitting president. So he serves the whole sign up today. United States Congress and says in effect if there's going to be any accountability that accountability has to come from the congress and the tool that we are given for that accountability is the impeachment process. So I'm listening to this the entire time, and my brain is screaming going. No, that's not how this works. That's not how this works since. When does the congress thing now that it doesn't go to the attorney general it goes to them, and they get to decide whether charges should be brought how is that? How this works. Well, you know, when you deal with the situational ethics progressional, progressive socialist left. Dave been get the outcomes they didn't get the results that they want. So they'll be dog on you know, we're just going to have to do it ourselves. And even though there's no evidence, even though there's y-you know. Okay. So he he really didn't like the guy being there. He told some people maybe, you know, you need to take away. But in the end, he cooperated with the molar investigation. Robert Muller was never removed. And when you talk about structure of Justice. What Justice I mean here was a president who was falsely accused of being a Russian agent with a staff people like Adam Schiff still saying if he is, you know, colluding so there there's no criminal activity. There's nothing there for them to to go out and and pursue and what I find. So interesting, Mary is that, you know, now, of course, they're attacking Robert Muller. Now, of course, they're attacking Turgeau bar but back in the day when you have Eric Holder who admitted to be an activist attorney general Eric Holder who's part of operation faster furious, which I've. Sure that if people on the left, I forgotten that resulted in the death of United States border patrol agents. Where's the investigation on that? Where was the Democrats streaming about congress needs to get involved, and they need to have an investigation. So again, the situational ethics of the left is based on their own ideological agenda. And it is really going to hurt hurt them believe wholeheartedly at the ballot box next year. What what what I ever I hear this is their say, well, the president committed obstruction? He told James Komi to to he he told a I roses are whoever that he wanted to fire James Comey. He told Don Mcgann to get rid of Muller. No, he asked if he could get rid of them number one. And number two, none of the happened. So by asking, you know, ask James Comey. Hey, can you go easy on Flynn? That's what I'm struck of Justice because he didn't order James Comey to do it number one number two. It didn't happen. They're prosecuting a thought crime that he thought about doing it. He re inquired about doing. It was told you can't do it. And said okay there now to the point where they're prosecuting what they feel are impure thoughts. Yes. And it reminds me very much. So the Steven Spielberg movie with Tom Cruise called the minority report. Where all of a sudden, you have a group of individuals that are out those sorts of people's minds and oats that person is thinking about doing something in the future we need to arrest them. That's the path that they're going down. They announced thought police, and but but you know, when you think about what they are trying to do to a sitting president United States, America. And right now, they're digging their heels in I think that now they're putting themselves a very bad situation where the question is going to be how did all the biscuits started? You know, why did we go down the path of this in the first place? Why did we waste thirty two million dollars on the special counsel? It came up with the dry hole. That's really where the left does not want this ago in the fact that you have the New York Times coming out now saying that this dossier is still dossier was really the collusion with the Russians and stuff. To, you know, look at the connections there going to have to answer for that. So the House Judiciary committee the house oversight committee. They can continue on with the harassment of a sitting president. And I think it's just going to make his case for re election next November. This is a Kamala Harris Senator Kamala Harris, this is cut nine Eric talking about the impeachment question because we know yesterday that the Democrats had a conference call with over one hundred seventy Democrats on that call with Nancy Pelosi trying to tamp down calls for impeachment yet. Here's Kamala Harris yesterday during the CNN townhall. I think we have very good reason to believe that there is an investigation that has been conducted which has produced evidence that tells us that this president and his administration engaged in obstruction of Justice. I believe congress should take the steps towards the peach, man. So she's totally going against leadership. Do you think that the Democrats constantly calling for impeachment and going down that road will doom them in twenty twenty right now? The polls say even a lot of Democrats don't feel that we should be going down the road of impeachment. Is that going to change as we get closer? If that's the one thing there guys banging the drum on. No, I don't think that this those were well for them to be successful in the November twenty twenty elections talk at all so about down ticket races in the Senate and also the house representatives because the bottom line is that they're setting up the argument of what have you done for the American people. What what have you done to improve the quality of life with America people? We're talking about a house of representatives under Nancy Pelosi control the his head. They're not even gonna do budget. So wh what have they done other than harass a sitting president United States of America? And what they are doing is responding to the. Very far left base that wants to see something happen because they're so angry that they lost the election and two thousand sixteen that they're going to exact two pounds of flesh by any means necessary. And I don't think that this again, I don't think the dispose wealth about going into the twenty twenty exercycle, especially if the economy continues on where it is very well as long as the president as much as I think this president's done a wonderful job as long as he can stop being his own worst enemy if he just sticks. It's the economy stupid, and he sticks to just that. I think it should vote. Very well for him if he bogs down and brings up other things and gives them those openings, I think he's going to have a harder time. And like I said as much as I like this guy sometimes when he's free wheeling, and he's not paying attention to the teleprompter. I sit there with my hands dug into the arms of my chair going. Oh god. No. Oh god. No, please. No. Yeah. I mean, I'm I'm I'm looking at from another perspective. I'm saying, hey, Mr President put the grenade now don't drop foot. While the military aspect, but yeah. And that's why you need some strong folks and within the White House to to keep him within these left and right liberties parameters to say, you're doing great look at where you're going as far as your policies issues. What have you and let these people go chasing, you know, the right Bose unicorns of goals and implode on themselves. Let's not behaving on skittles. The the president the president yesterday a filed a lawsuit against Elijah Cummings. The democrat house oversight committee chair to block a subpoena that Cummings sent to listen to this to ours. Which is the accounting firm that the president had used to prepare several years of his financial statements. Elijah Cummings has subpoenaed. Financial documents and related materials from the president from his trust from the Trump organization that Trump corporation Trump's holding company the Trump foundation and Trump International hotel in Washington. This is insane. There clearly they're not saying because there's a crime committed. They just think that he's you know, they think he's colluding with the Russians have benefiting somehow. So they want all of this. So the president has now filed a lawsuit against them. This goes to correct. He's absolutely correct. And doing so Mary because. Yeah. Well, the precedent that this is fallacies. This means that we've already seen the IRS weaponized because you know, the constitutional conservative grassroots movement called the tea party. But now, we're seeing the Democrats, you know, overreach and become a Toronto element there in the house of representatives to further weaponize their electoral power elected power against an individual citizen. I mean, let's put aside him being the president United States America. What they'll ordering is an independent private sector. Accounting firm to over someone's information them for what purpose? I mean. We're starting to drift into an east German Stasi state kind of existence and every American should be very concerned about this. We have you know, still dossiers unverified accounts going before secret. Judges call the FIS court would now have this going on with a logic. Covers we have this thing called red flag laws where all of a sudden, you know, an everyday law-abiding legal. On her confined themselves being, you know, guilty before being proven innocent and having a weapons taken away because someone, you know, just goes as well, I think that that you should be concerned about this this secret state that we develop it has to end. Absolutely. And we've got more to discuss there's so much one of the things I love about having you on is we get to have a discussion. It's really not an interview, and I can throw anything at you. And hugh. Down. I just love it. So you wrote a piece about income inequality. We're gonna talk about this and how it reared its ugly head last night at the CNN townhall and also an old tweet from Ilhan, Omar has also resurfaced, I know this has got you exercise. We're going to talk about that as well. I'm Mary Walter with Lieutenant Colonel Allen west on the Brian Kilmeade show. This is the Brian Kilmeade show. Now, SafeTouch Security triple team traffic..

"Another drawback in this potential for some kids to have undiagnosed autism before getting the vaccine, which could make the vaccine appear linked to autism. When it really isn't connected. The study authors also noted it's also possible that the onset of autism symptoms might lead parents to skip the vaccine still the city adds to large body of evidence showing that vaccines don't cause autism. Your doctor SAS, Omar Emory University in Atlanta. Co author of an accompanying editorial said about this, and he myth should be clearly labeled as such even in the face of substantial increasing evidence against an MR autism association. The discussion around the potential link has contributed to vaccine hesitancy on a major scale. All right. So with all that information now that we have let's get to your phone calls five three five nine seven three to five three five nine seven three to the eight hundred number one eight hundred four seven four nine seven three to get your thoughts, your reaction this. But this is a massive study. A massive study ginger, you're on the Ben Ferguson show. Hello. I I was just wondering if the study that they get in Denmark was it on the one at a time shots or wasn't in the group shots, like the fax knees. The same. I would I would check in confirmed, but I'm assuming it would be the group shot because they keep referring to it in the study is MR shot. Not as the shot. The other m shot in our shot, separating them out. It seems to be the the cocktail of all three. But I mean, I mean the sun aerosol free when like you can go in and get an individual shots that aside Mirasol free like that gentleman was talking about earlier or you can get one that's in a whole bottle that has the preservatives in it. You know what I'm saying? They're bright are shots. But one of them isn't in a bottle, full of preservatives. Individual shots. But still with the NFL are. I will be happy to look into it. And find out and let you know. Okay. I I don't I don't know. I don't want to again when we talk about shows like this. I don't want any misinformation to get out there. Now. My question is you're you're right. My question is your point you're trying to make his what so I know where you're going with this. Well, I don't really think that the vaccines cause. Autism. However, I'm wondering if when they first came out with the vaccine. They maybe have more mercury than they do. Now. Are they safer now? Are we comparing apples the vaccine coming out now the same as the one that that gentleman son got twenty two years ago? I would assume based on the evidence that I've seen based on this the info obscene that we have changed it and made it safer. That was twenty or thirty years ago. And you do have a choice as a parent to get the Thiam aerosol free. Like the vaccines that your kids get when they're year old. Mirasol free. And when my son was two, and it was time to get his vaccine to my doctor wouldn't give me the Mirasol free ones. So I found another doctor that would just because I felt that that was safer to get the individual shot as opposed to the one that's in a bottle that you can get one hundred doses out that's full of preservatives, and just I just felt it was safer. I mean, I got the vaccine my son fully vaccinated, and but parents do have a choice on some things. But definitely get your kids vaccinated, regardless. Well, and and I'm I'm in favor of the choice when I'm not in favor of is seeing things like measles, it we got rid of coming back because of misinformation on the internet. That's what bothers me. It's the same thing. It's the same thing with the stuff that I the the comment I got earlier online, and this is what I deal with facts here. But the quote was and this was posted up on Facebook look into who wrote and funded. This study. Slash story. Then be so kindness removing it's fake news. And I said questions based on your own words who wrote the study, and why are they not to be trusted? That's a fair question. I asked the response it's written by an F and pharmaceutical company, but you won't do your due diligence and look into it. I wrote back. How is this fake news? If you can't even answer your own accusations. By the way, this was not funded by pharmaceutical company. That's not true. The study was not written by pharma company. That's a lie. And I said name the company then the response can't remember it's been a long day watching my freedoms torn away. And I'm still waiting..

"And they said that rhesus monkeys had certain forms of diseases in Kansas that were in their species in jumped two hours, and I'd like you to address this. Thank you. Bye. Bye. Dr dalia. But that's okay. It's my birthday. And then I'll go with the doctor doll. Let's let's go with that. Okay. You brought up tons of points. We were talking about vaccines the other day. And so I do want to address this. I wish you were live because you brought up a lot of things that I wanna hit these. As as very very good points. People are always asking when we get a vaccine what is around the vaccine. What are these acidity regulators? Why are why is there a Lumina? Why is there? Sorbo tall. Why are there stabilisers and so- vaccines again, you know, in order to have the killed virus or the live attenuated virus? There has to be a solution. Now, the majority of the solution is water, but water doesn't keep it preserved. Now mind you a lot of foods you eat have a bunch of preservatives in things in there. Also, it doesn't seem to get the media. Attention is vaccines. But it's because for eating people say, look, I don't have a choice after well, people may think they have a choice vaccines and another thing that a vaccine ingredient may have is during the manufacturing process. Some of these products used to produce a vaccine may remain one it's done or may not remain one. It's done. So to make a vaccine there's going to be other chemicals, right or there's gonna be things needed. So you have active ingredients than you have added ingredients. And so in order to house the virus or the bacteria. There has to be certain. There has to be certain active ingredients that allow it to Rabin. Shall we say in? It's in the form we needed to to an suit to incite immune response. Now, other added ingredients like aluminum salts people. Like why getting aluminum right into my it into my body will that aluminum again when you're getting a vaccine, you're kind of signing up for I want this vaccine to incite an immune response and aluminum salts appear to do that. Gelatin human serum albumin, which is a protein that's used to stabilize the vaccine. And then you're fine Mirasol, which he talked about is a preservative. So your aluminum is an agile van to the aluminum is something that helps induce the vaccine response to help make work your Mirasol is a preservative. They also have a squealing oil M F five nine that. I believe has been used in other vaccines to also increase its efficacy. You know, when somebody says, you know, gosh, well, we need them to make a good vaccine sometimes to make a good vaccine after these other products now fi Mirasol is a mercury based preservative. At what it does is because this is a liquid environment. You don't want fungi growing in your vaccine. Remember that framingham? Compounding pharmacy issue where the steroids used for spinal injections got contaminated with fungus engaged. People fungal meningitis five Mirasol helps prevent that. But you're single does vaccines usually won't contain the five Mirasol, the Mirasol will be used more for these multi-dose vaccines that need to be around for a little longer time single dose vaccine you open it up use it. It's done multi-dose is usually around the doctor's office a little while longer. I don't like to keep them more than a week. So the Mirasol has been present. And this is what has a lot of controversy has been around on. You know, what it could do? Well, I think there could be controversy on any of these things. I you know, there there's a oral Rotavirus vaccines. And I remember the oral polio vaccine. I mean there there was tastes improvers things to help with the taste so sucrose things like that. You know, there's antibiotics are given us a shot antibiotics sometimes have to have very, similar preservatives, and very similar stabilisers as vaccine would. So what I'm trying to get at is what these vaccines there's in order for them to work and do what they have to do. There have to be these other issues these other products now. That's not to say parents are being overly paranoid. I understand. Why parents or have that concern of wait a second? You know, why am I checking something to my health kit, and we've talked about this because the for the greater good, you know, the benefits for outraged the risks of a little five Mirasol. But I understand that. There's this growing trend to get by Mirasol out of vaccines. My only concern is what about the next preservative is the next preservative going to be worse. We don't know. Now, he also the caller also brought up this reasons monkey contamination. You guys know what that's about right? Apparently, the theory is where when the I believe the oral polio vaccine when Salk came up with the polio vaccine and remember we needed we needed a vaccine against polio because kids were dying and becoming paralyzed. It's a -ssume that it was contaminated by s v forty. At SV forty have gotten in there because the vaccine was used using recess monkey kidney, tissues reasons, monkeys are very similar in genomes humans, and so they used tissue from the monkeys. But they didn't realize that there was s v forty that virus in there. They later changed it to African green monkeys, which I guess we're rarely infected with s v forty and so as we forty wasn't detected as quickly, and there's been a lot of discussion of the cancer risk in one thousand nine hundred nine Fisher at all. Was talking about how monkey cell cultures. We just a preparation for the polio vaccine between the fifty five and sixty one before they came to the African green monkeys, of course. "And of course you know the flu shot use to have a thigh mirasol in it which is the mercury preservative the flu shut doesn't have that mercelin anymore but at just like any vaccine it's going to have other ingredients like formaldehyde an aluminum m m s g things that you know if you really think about what we wanna put into our bodies and we wanna put into our kids bodies really only only the best ingredients to nurture them and help them thrive these ingredients are not the most desirable so there are some high risk kids and adults that i i would consider uh the flu vaccine for uh these are you know maybe kids with congenital heart disease or a immuno compromised um or other chronic a serious chronic health concern but for the most part if you are healthy and at you don't have a serious chronic illness the flew itself should is going to be something that your body can weather and we have so many great natural flew treatments um so i i do tell parents the decision to vaccinate or not vaccinate your child with the flu shot or with any other vaccine is truly in my mind the parents rights to decide and it's really you know a at must be an informed decision and a partnership with your physician or your family physician repeated tradition unfortunately most parents don't feel like they have at partnership with their physician and and i absolutely feel for them because that first decision that you have to dig in the hospital when your babies born with happy vaccine or the twomonth checkup when you're you know doctors saying that your child sugar four or five shots that's going to be one of the most.
