"Do you know how many of them have committed violence? I mean, I've had them for years. None. None. Do you know why? Because I own them. And I don't commit violent acts. Now, one day God forbid if somebody commits something upon me, I might have to defend myself, but it's kind of an funny thing, isn't it? Gun violence. You know, you know what? They tell us they're tired of us saying our thoughts and our prayers, where we're praying for you. They say, your prayers, we're sick of that. You know what? I'm sick of this. Senseless, gun violence. I'm sick of hearing gun violence. There's no such thing as gun violence. You know, is there car violence? Have you ever heard one of these Democrats talk about car violence? Because, you know, when the Black Lives Matter terrorist, in Milwaukee county, when he mowed over and he ran through all those grandmas, and on Christmas Day, he was just sentenced. That Black Lives Matter, race pimp terrorist, who was let out 50 times by his woke DA and Milwaukee county. Because his Democrat source back guy. So did you hear Democrats call car violence? It's car violence. It's SUV violence. Did you ever hear that? Or when a bat when a bat strikes somebody? Did you ever back violence or knife? Did you ever hear anybody attack the guy or gal or people who killed in that university of Idaho mauling with four different people? It's nice violence. Quit the lies. Quit this crap. I'm sick of hearing that. That's what I'm sick of. Tell the truth, it's criminals. And now that the guys call himself, they them, and he appears to have a passage with the gay culture when he was younger. Um. Now they're being quiet, huh? Let's see about that. "The FBI reported a nearly 30% nationwide jump in homicides between 2019 and 2022. I think COVID is still impacting people's lives and because of that, it's definitely still impacting something like violence, says Theodore Scott lentz, a criminal justice and criminology professor at the university of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Whether or not there are restrictions, it's still impacting a lot of communities, especially marginalized communities that are already behind in keeping up with a pandemic. An analysis by the Milwaukee homicide review commission, which was put together by professors at the medical college of Wisconsin, shows that most homicides are occurring in neighborhoods where violent crime has traditionally been highest. The Franklin heights and park west neighborhoods, which are both north of downtown Milwaukee, are the focus of most of the violence. This means the shootings have become even more prevalent in high crime areas. I think the structure of the streets are very unorganized, right, says reverend Marty Calderon, a community leader in Milwaukee. We've had a really bad history of gangs, and you see a lot of guys dying because of that, but now we're seeing a lot of women and children being killed now. I've never seen that before. While community disputes and street shootings are driving the surgeon killings, domestic violence homicides are also increasing. During a two week period in July, 6 women were killed in domestic violence incidents. According to Fox 6, Milwaukee county had 27 domestic violence incidents as of August. There were 22 total domestic violence murders in all of 2019, according to end domestic abuse, Wisconsin, a statewide coalition that works to address domestic violence. A debate over cash bail Milwaukee police assist in chief for molo and some community activists point to one factor that sets the city apart from other American metropolises. Bail requirements which are looser in Wisconsin than in many other states. There is an inability to incarcerate those who need to be incarcerated. I'm not talking about low level offenders. I'm talking about people who are pointing and discharging firearms. People are being arrested and put back on the streets for molo sense. Unlike in other states, cash bail in Wisconsin is generally not set with a focus on public safety issues. Instead, it's designed to make sure the defendant has a financial incentive to be present at the next court hearing. Judges are barred by the state constitution from imposing cash bail for the reason of preventing future crimes.

"Milwaukee. For most politicians, a stop into Sunday services is a photo op meant to check a box. A signal that they are a person of faith who respects the congregants whose votes can swing elections. The faith leaders know the game, an in and out affair for the politician who often arrives just before they are due to say a few words at the pulpit, only to duck out a side door almost immediately after. Then, there's Mandela Barnes, the lieutenant governor of Wisconsin and the clear favorite in Tuesday's democratic primary to via against senator Ron Johnson this fall. On a recent Sunday, a 35 year old activist turned player in the Democratic Party, did the work inside the amani neighborhood's tabernacle community baptist church. Barnes is two and a half hour visit Sunday morning, wasn't announced to the public, and no local newspapers or television stations got any footage of him sitting on the left side of the sanctuary, and sincerely communing with his faith. For most of the service, he sat there as an observer, like any other worshipper, until it was his turn to speak. I am no stranger. This is not my first time, and like I tell you every time it won't be my last. I know this community. I know us, like no other. Barnes said to applause before launching a careful indictment of a system that has benefited people like Johnson, the Republican incumbent, who may be in one of the toughest beds for survival this cycle. I think about the things we go through as a society. And as a community, while constantly being ignored, he continued. We have people who have turned their backs on us, and voted against pandemic relief. People who wouldn't vote for the infrastructure Bill that wants to remove lead from our communities. They couldn't be bothered to read legislation because they just don't get it. This fluency with his constituents is expected to pay dividends with black voters, while only about 9% of voters in Wisconsin's last midterms were black, they fueled major wins in Milwaukee county, which is about a quarter black and went to democratic by about 40 points. In other words, most Democrats hope to run up their tallies in Milwaukee and the progressive gem of Madison, while holding Republicans margins to non blowouts and the shrinking rural parts of the state. In this area he will get the black vote, says Carl Ballard, a 71 year old retired laborer, who now serves as a deacon at tabernacle. If we can get the blacks to vote and they count every black vote, he can get this white state. Barnes gets that argument,

Suspect Released From Jail Days Before Parade Tragedy
"The Milwaukee prosecutor. The DA, what he had done was free. He had been freed on a $1000 bond. He has a record of incredible violence. He tried to run over. Was his girlfriend? Yes. Brooks had a long rap sheet, Wall Street Journal, and the Milwaukee county district attorney's office said he had been out on a $1000 bond. What is the bummed for those who participated in the January 6th events in the capital? There is no pond. We're living in an increasingly dictatorial country because of the left. The only reason you would not acknowledge that is you are afraid to. It's very hard to acknowledge at a certain point in life you've been wrong your whole life. In thinking that the Democratic Party was a force for good, or that The New York Times was a truth teller. Or that universities were positive educational experiences and gave wisdom. It's very hard. My heart breaks for such people. There's a book about such people. The God that failed. It's written by people who believed in communism in the 30s and 40s. When you believe in something your whole life and you then you realize, like this teacher, who wrote this piece that I will read to you. I so admired my shallow teachers and the teaching profession and the teachers union. And then I was awakened. Most of my fellow teachers are morons.
Waukesha Christmas Parade Suspect Darrell Brooks' History of Crime
"Daryl Brooks killed 5 people and possibly many others we don't know. We pray that those people make it through. He was charged previously with recklessly endangering the safety of others. In a very recent case, he purposefully ran over a woman, with his vehicle at a gas station. In the case this month, the woman told police Brooks purposefully ran her over with his vehicle. And she was walking through a gas station after he had followed her there after a fight, according to a criminal complaint. The woman was hospitalized for her injuries, so he has a tendency to run people over with his car. Daryl Brooks junior does. And yet he was released on a $1000 bail and is now a mass murdering terrorist. I'm already gonna tell you this is gonna unfold. The media will ignore this. They will not cover this. They will move on to their next thing. Front page of CNN dot com suspect and parade may have been fleeing another scene. It says here on the front page of CN. 5 people are dead and more than 40 are injured after an SUV, plowed into a Wisconsin parade. Officials believe the suspect was escaping another incident. Oh, that makes a perfectly fun. No pictures, no information around the person who did this, of course not. The Milwaukee county district attorney's office issued two counts of second degree recklessly endangering safety and Fallon in possession of firearm in 2020. Cash bail was originally sent at $10,000 and then reduced to 7500. Unlike some other states Wisconsin requires a payment for the full amount of bail in any criminal case. In February 2021, the state was prepared to proceed with a scheduled jury trial, mister Brooks was still in custody on this matter, and previously made a demand for a speedy jury trial. Because another jury trial was still in progress for the same court, the defendant's demand for a speedy trial could not be met. The case was adjourned and bail was reduced to $500.

"She is running for governor against incumbent Democrat Tony Evers. Next year. She joins me live on the line right now, Uh, Miss Kleefisch. Thank you so much. Congratulations on making it official. However, did you keep this secret for so long? Yes. I know. I know. It is the worst kept secret in Wisconsin politics, But, you know, I am super proud. Uh, Our team. I'm super proud of the work that led up to this moment. I was so delighted to see you know, a couple 100. People show up at my dad's company this morning, and you know it was. It was a special moment. Ellis flew home from college and violence took the day off of school, which deeply disappointed her as you might imagine, Um, and you know, we're all in the car right now, on our way to Appleton, and then after that, Wassana and then back To walk a shock county for our final event of the night, But I hope that that is indicative of the type of work. I'm going to put into this because then you have seen Your listeners have seen the failed and incompetent leadership of Tony Evers and what it has done to the state of Wisconsin. What a disaster. These last two years have been, and we're offering something different, a far more aspirational and reasonable, honest vision for the future. And I could not be more excited about it. I mean, I'm I'm running because I have two kids that I just want to come back to Wisconsin to live their American dreams and hopefully one day raise their families. But Order to do that. We're going to need to have safe streets. We're going to need actually accountable schools and great paying jobs. And Tony Evers is not the way to get there. Why are you qualified? More than any other Republican who might have already entered the race or enters the race? From here on out? Why are you more qualified? To run them them. Why are you qualified bottom line to be governor of the state of Wisconsin? Then I have both the passion and the experience. I did spend eight years As Scott Walker's lieutenant governor, and in my capacity as lieutenant governor. Things were a little bit different than what you have seen and lieutenant governors in Wisconsin's history. I was actually in all of the budget meetings, asking the questions and helping to refine and define the policy. I was in all of the Cabinet meetings, and when the governor was out of town, I led the Cabinet meetings. I also led my own initiative. Everything from our tax reform round tables to starting the governor's small business stomach to starting a small business academy in order to connect entrepreneurs to the resources they need to start their own small businesses. I led a task force on minority unemployment. I led the task force on opioids abuse with John Nygren. And on top of that, you know, I chaired a couple national organizations, even a lot of federal agency in Washington D C for year after I lost my job as lieutenant governor, I'm ready and there is no one else who can hit the ground running in the way I can and who will Serve the people of Wisconsin with the passion and the knowledge that I have Now you faced criticism for the organization that you just cited the 18 48 project, which for full disclosure has been running ads on our flagship station W I s N radio that this was essentially a campaign. Outfit. How do you respond to what Democrats are already calling, Uh, shady behavior on your part? Have been 100% transparent about the purpose of the 18 48 project from its inception. I said that we have too many people in Wisconsin who feel unheard and unless ins too, and it should be the people dictating the policy to the government, and not the other way around. And so I started the 18 48 project named for When Wisconsin became a state and our pioneer spirit. I started the 18 48 project to travel the state and truly listen. In listening sessions, take notes and write down people's policy ideas, solicit their thoughts about how to make a better Wisconsin and I promised that we would build all of their good ideas into the policy agenda for Wisconsin's future, and I delivered I have done more than 50 listening sessions across the state of Wisconsin, an additional 22 sessions just to a scholars and experts to establish the viability in the constitutionality of the policy choices that we made to include in the documents that we release Just a couple of weeks ago called the forward agenda with our top 56 policy objectives or Wisconsin's future. And before you ask Well, is this your platform? I'm going to tell you This should be and I've said it from the start. This should be Everyone. Vision for Wisconsin. Conservative, reasonable, bold future This should be him. No all conservatives. Thing from because these are the ideas that unite us the ideas that come directly from the people. And there they are. If you take a look at at that website 18 48 project org. I urge you just read That first couple of pages. You don't even need to redraw 16 pages. But I'm proud of the work that we have done listening the people of this confidence. Rebecca Kleefisch joining me, she announced earlier today her candidacy officially for the governorship of Wisconsin. Now, after the election of 2020, Ms Kleefisch, the Overwhelming sentiment of conservatives and trust me. I have heard this more than most. Because the investigation I did into the integrity of the 2020 election here in Wisconsin, there is widespread sentiment. That because there wasn't enough done that The 2022 election will be marred by the same problems without getting into what you would do as governor because the more immediate concern is what you would do as a candidate as we saw things like democracy in the park in Madison leading up to the 2020 election as we saw things like Clerks in Dane County in Milwaukee County, giving patently unlawful advice for people to mark themselves as indefinitely confined to skirt voter idea requirements. As we see all of these things develop, and they will undoubtedly develop in the run up to 2022 over the next year. How will you pledge to your voters to conservatives across Wisconsin that you will do everything you can to challenge changes to the law made at the last minute to challenge The effort to put a weight on the scales of electoral justice here in Wisconsin. Well, First of all we need to pursue of full forensic audit. And I think we are seeing that through the work of both state wrapped in L branch in and justice Michael Gable men through WHO Speaker Flosses Initiative to investigate 2020. I am focused and someone must be on fall of 22. But to your point we're going to go into that race, fighting under the exact same walls and what we fought under in 2020, which means we must have a ruthless Hard working ethic grassroots effort in order to assure that we have the votes to take back the governor's office November 8th of 2022. That's going to involve five strong strategy, most of which is documented, frankly, in an op ed that you wrote. Some time ago, and I hope because I'm talking about it right now that you would be willing to maybe repost it at the top of your Web page because in it, Dan, you talk about the Harvard Cummings as Republicans and one of the things that we will tackle in our campaign and in conjunction with Patriot groups and the Republican Party across the state. One of those things is we have 72 counties, but we have 72 Republican Party branches across Wisconsin. Do you know, Dan and I know you know, But you know friends of the show that every single election clerks are required to take lifts from both the Democrat Party and the Republican Party to pull off in order to employ poll workers for the day..

We're gonna try to mitigate that information on it out a lot of these bo- never thought it would be coming from from ourselves from from within the united states joining us. Now is wisconsin attorney general. Josh kaul general call. Can you tell us what you expect. In this recount process and whether it will lead to any possible of election litigation trying to overturn the results. Well i the recount itself is virtually certain to confirm what we know. Which is that. Joe biden scott's by about twenty thousand votes as you mentioned before we have recount for years ago and the change in net votes for the candidates about one hundred and thirty one votes. We haven't after twenty eleven states court races. Well and kind. Statewide recounts are in the hundreds. Nothing even approaching twenty thousand boats and the trump campaign does seem to be a little confused about how this process works because in re competition they raised a variety of legal claims but the time for legal claims relating to lose the election is well before the election. There's even a doctrine that says you can't our plans to close to election because you need to have certainty about rules are now bring those arguments. After voting. his happened after ballots have been cast after about twenty thousand more. Wisconsin voted for. Joe biden voted for donald trump. It's too late for those kinds of challenges. So will this delay the certification of results in wisconsin. It shouldn't recount needs to be done by december first and that's the deadline for certifying results. So absence some sort of order or something else that interferes with process moving forward certification will have to happen on december first so it sounds like the trump campaign believes that this is not just counting votes. But it's some kind of evidentiary discovery of some sort in which they might at the end of the process. End up with a legal claim. Is that even possible. If all we're doing is counting votes. That's what they're suggesting you know. But that's not how the rejoin process works as you said a recount is about recounting the votes. It's about confirming that. The numbers were accurate. They may very well. File a legal challenge as the recounts going on or at the end of it but any kind of like that is certain to fail. We've seen the trump campaign's success in court post-election and they keep losing case after case in the reason is because their claims have no merit and if they were challenging staunton I'm confident that it would be swiftly rejected courts so attorney general. Call knowing everything you know about this The vote count as it is the recount process as it will work. Wisconsin's history with recounts the likely on numerical changes as a result of recount Would you say tonight that. We know who the winner of the state of wisconsin is.
