"You've never it looks animalistic, get making can take a beating but I can't. The thing is, I think that's the act of sex to me. I don't have quickly because it's just like like you can't squat. And you're trying to keep going. I was a secret. You're incipient. So I generally only have sex with people, I really like because it's like like bouncing up in Milwall 's like that's very I'm not the type. There's some girls that are like a love you now like fuck. No fine. But if you fuck somebody I'm fine. I'm not. I don't like immediately fall for them not boxy tocine. It's none of that. No. It's more like dude. Like do better like me if you're going to be up in my organs like that. You know it's very that. I think they can take the power away. So you have to make sure that they actually like you before you have sex with them. But you probably have been fooled so much. No. Okay. I've never had someone that didn't like me. But have you had sex, somebody that quickly vanished evaporated faded not? No, not like after sex. No. Like the sex wasn't the thing. Okay. Most of the time if that's it's been a few and most of the time, not to be like it's not me. It's them like I can admit if there's an issue Moses, I'm there's. Some like mental health emotional issues going like that. They don't like you know it's not that they don't like me. It's like guys in the past. It's only it's like this particular type of personality type. That's. Like very like anxious and, like, I think they're attachment, styles anxious. So they're like, what is. But it's. Obviously anxious judgments though, meaning they're like, where are you what are you doing or just get obsessive and then the moment, one things wrong, like it's not so much about sex. It's more like push pull someone without boundaries. And this is someone who has other issues that have nothing to do with the fact that we had intercourse, what I mean. But I think in terms of dating when I dating someone I make sure this show me above and beyond that they like me for a lot more than just sex. How long's it depends on the person a month or maybe a week or two depends it just depends on how much of them they show me. Like if you tell me this, how much seem to fake like you, listen, you can fake it, as long as my neater doesn't detect we're good. I would say, I would agree. I. I think one of the things that's missing from the. Metoo conversation argument, whatever is women's part in sexual commerce, and I think that's partially. Why it's not getting further because there's not a level of honesty about getting. Instigating sexual attention from and. The value of it and liking it. And what that does to men if you, if you taunt too strong a word, but it's easy if you man professionals if you tease the person it's you're wearing a meat suit. So why are you teasing drunk animal because it feels good. I know it does. But there's there are consequences and none of it's simple. What are the consequences come air, and let me take my deck up is like. And then you didn't want that go right again. Yes. Some do. Some stay say I couldn't some. But that's the part of it that I think if it were spoken about more the discourse would be further along. Just my feel, right. Nobody wants to sit there and say, like I love attention, and I like male tension even in that sweet spot of it, you know, before you give up your power like the greatest thing ever. Yeah. And women in general, especially in this conversation. Don't add mitt. I know. I know. Well, that's why..

"That's what seems like a lot. It is. It is a lot is that because they have a an effective monopoly. And so they can basically fix their own prices, and there's no competition anymore. Is that the issue here in some areas that that very well could be I mean, that's that's almost fifty percent higher than the real mom and pop shop right jeeze in the lest we forget that's bad enough. Like just knowing that you're operating you could be saving people a lot of money on their funerals. If you wanted to maybe, but you wouldn't have the prophets that you're getting. But what about something called funeral gate? Yes. Furor gate. Have you heard of this is ever heard of this? Do you familiar with this before right, man? Yes. Yes. Okay. This is this is weird. And. Flack of a better term. This is this is fascinating. It has to plot. Twist. The this is a controversy that occurred in Texas, and according to Fox News as the I service corporation international, which was doing business as dignity memorial under a different name. And then under dozens of other different names. Right. They were recycling graves. What does that mean? Yeah. They were taking the bodies. There were originally like meant to go in. They were throwing them in the woods to use the space to house new customers at two Jewish cemeteries and Florida, so they're taking people out that they were going to bury and just throwing them in the woods. And there was a Texas official who is tasked with watching over these sorts of behaviors preventing these sorts of behaviors watching over the funeral business who alleged that she was fired in retaliation for whistleblowing. And that she was fired by the administration of Ben Gunn. Governor George W Bush, George W Bush has received campaign contributions from the Walter family, the the founders of SEI Milwall tropes of all trips. They are based in Texas. It's not unusual to be loved by anyone campaign. Finance wise. You know, what I mean like a not unusual to be bribed by. No. I mean, I'm. It's a bad joke. But it really the truth of the matter is, you know, if you are running for position at that level of government all a ton of large businesses are going to want to donate to your campaign. That's just how it works here. Right. So that's not necessarily corrupt. But the person who said they were ousted did say it was they did alleged corruption. And they said that the governor had been essentially paid off by the Walter family to make this scandal. Go away, George W Bush was subpoenaed to testify about this in court in nineteen ninety nine but he refused to do. So and on August thirtieth nineteen ninety nine a Texas judge ruled that he he could not Bush that is could not be forced to testify. So it all sort of went away twenty years. Now something happened around that year nineteen ninety nine where he became an even more powerful governor of sorts. I can't remember what happened. Exactly. Right. This was elite up to the election. Yeah. Absolutely. Right. And so people who alleged that there was some corruption there will. We'll see this is just one of many smoking guns. Right. And other people will say well meritless claims happen against a state official all the time. Right. Like, there's probably some comptroller right now who is getting. Just they're my favorite example, who is getting some sort of strange ludicrous lawsuit thrown at them. Right. So the question is it really depends on your personal take. But the legal opinion was that he did not have to testify. Look, if you are a politician of any sort, and you're not getting bribes thrown at you left. And right, you're doing something wrong. And I'm not saying you're taking those bribes. But if if nobody wants to bribe you I don't know that that's a bad. Look did he ever do. A an episode about lobbying. We did videos about surely we've done. I don't think we have nine audio that kind of thing where it figures into other topics. Maybe we have solo. Yeah. Because I I think for all of us who are listening from someplace outside of the United States lobbying. Just sounds. Heinous. Yeah. Heinous is a fantastic word, it seems it seems counter intuitive. It seems a legal how is bribery illegal in this country? But lobbying is fine. You know what I mean?.

So one state very conservative can't decide on its own that it's going to interdict shipments of CD or prevent it's inhabitants from accessing CD, and so it's still a little bit of a murky a regulatory climate of, but the industry's hopeful that they can work with the FDA to clarify that CBD which their own scientists the FDA scientists include has no abuse potential does not pose a risk to public health should not be withheld from Americans who count on it for their health and wellness. So we applaud this congress hill like a broken clock is right twice daily will congress sometimes get something. Right. And they passed a farm Bill that is very advantageous to consumers of CD's. So. You're going to see that industry really opened up and congratulations. So they've been doing some hard work behind the scenes to legitimize this industry and to eliminate restrictive regulations. Here's something that however is falling within the regulatory loopholes, and that is teen vaping. T- vaping is thought to be a preferable alternative to smoking. And it is preferable to sense that you're not smoking burning plant materials, which are rich in cars and chemicals, and you're just getting nicotine along with unfortunately, sometimes not very happy additives to the vaping solutions, and this headline from the New York Times says the teen vaping has created addicts with few treatment options. I'm sorry. This Milwall Street Journal concentrated doses of nicotine prompt higher rates of addiction than cigarettes, according to studies and so kids who aren't titled to buy cigarettes lately, always get ahold of cigarettes anyway, but it's so easy for kids to get these vaping devices and a company called jewel J U U L is really front and center in this industry of vaping. And it's the law of unintended consequence. What was in rigidly intended to be a preferable alternative to smoking is now becoming a gateway drug to nicotine addiction for lots and lots of our kids, and they're doing more and more studies on what nicotine does the brains of developing kids, and it ain't pretty plus some of them are getting super hooked. And they tell the story in this article in Wall Street Journal east read it. About kids who are in high school who won a vape all the time. They jewel, that's a verb. Now juuling at home school and with friends going through pods and pods of this stuff. They use a slender device that resembles a thumb drive easily concealed each liquid filled. Pod contains about the same amount of nicotine is a pack of cigarettes. So you go through four these four packs of cigarettes, and it is highly addictive. And oh, by the way. Here's what one of the tobacco industry. His relievers has done. They bought a twelve point eight billion dollars share of jewel company because they see the future of tobacco is not in cigarettes. It's in vaping and men. This is go through the roof. There's regulatory loopholes that allow this stuff to proliferate and our kids are getting hooked on nicotine at younger and younger ages. It's not cigarettes anymore to fear. It's vaping. That's going to be a big problem. And we really need to close the loopholes. So that kids are not getting hooked. So I just wanted to conclude a twenty eighteen with some remarks, you guys have been a fabulous audience and we've had a great time.

He joins us here in our studios in New York. Tom. Thank you so much for being back with us. Really good to have you especially in light of the retail earnings that we've gotten which were inconsistent. I should say where you have some of the longtime laggards JC Penney Sears L brands really suffering as a result of weaker earnings while the fans of the world and the Milwall mart and other big box stores to well. I'm just wondering from your perspective. Would it be better for Casey Penney and Sears to go out of business and other healthier retailers? Go in those key spots in some of the malls in order to generate more traffic, or do you think they should hang on for longer? Well, I think first of all I think it's a fiercely competitive industry, and it always has been if you look at the retail names today compared to twenty years ago thirty years ago, you see a lot of change in fluctuation than happens. I think consumers should make that decision. Not me. And I understand that. But I'm just wondering from a health perspective. Do you think it's better for? Sores sort of live their life, then be turned over if they're not being super successful. Or is it better for familiar names to kind of hang on? I again, I think I think it should decide that I think from from shopping center, developers perspective in an honor a manager. They're always looking for the mix and curation of folks that are going to drive foot traffic, and generally, what drives foot traffic is those brands that are doing well in the marketplace in our ha offering products or services, and I think that's an important element in retail real estate today. Really consumer real estate is that you're moving from really a products interested and homeless and apparel center city that may have defined retail over the course of the last twenty five years or so to one that doesn't include that, but it's the composition of a lot more. A lot more services hospitality. You see, quite frankly, when you see what's really happening in in retail in general is, and I I've always believed, and I've said this on this show this whole retail apocalypse is just kind of overblown, but. Really is happening as a retail renaissance, and that there is a lot of redevelopment happening where you're mixing relative to what consumer demand is mixing hospitality and living and retail all in one environment because people like to live work and play in one place. And I think you're seeing those things happen in retail generally here in the United States, and we just recently issued kind of a global perspectives report because we are an international organization, and I think you see those same trends at different stages taking place across the world as well. My apologies p. is trying to distract Tommy from going in like killing his brother's wife or Matt sister whichever way you want to look at it. He's like, Tommy your kids. Death is on you. He pretty much says like your your son died because of you, which is true. It is actually true, but you don't wanna hear. That's like the last thing you wanna hear. So Tommy is just p is just looking at Tommy like your son's death was your fault, and you're like, and Tommy just like he sees red. He, Larry, like just goes like blinders on blacked out and just literally non. Stop like like kind of like in God of war. When you start punching what's it called? Zeus at the end of that game, just nerd reference. He just doesn't stop. He just keeps beating the fuck out of Charlie, Hunnam character p till you know, he's just dead. Yeah. And which is heartbreaking because you throughout the move, you're like, all right. No one's really going to die during this and like it really pulled on my heartstrings like my heartstrings pretty tight. There are some tight heartstrings. It was weird. Like I got to hide cried one tier for all home is for all the homies, like just, you know, like it was rough, very in the music playing. It almost sounds like the national is playing which is like one of our favorite bands I think, isn't the national night, but it felt like a national song was playing..

"She's been like, I thought he was just going to soccer games, right. The whole point of the firms and a hanging out and everything. And then she just folks off to USA to protect her family. Yeah, to protect your light. What six year old son knows like a baby. Really. And, but also it's, it's weird like Steve get stabbed in the fucking neck. And at that point I thought the movie was over, but. Oh, no. Oh, fuck, actually. Good foreshadowing by you. You're welcome. You predicted about the FA Cup, Millwall and West Ham get picked in the FA Cup in this movie. So if people don't understand how FA Cup works. FA Cup is where every of the four leaks five leaks in England top for top four. So you have Premier League obviously championship league one Lee to August selected in this lottery where it's pretty much like the English Cup where any team has a chance to win the FA Cup. USA mean a lot more, especially in the ninety, Manchester just posted a picture of winning the FA Cup in the seventies and like the streets of Manchester are completely packed to the. Yeah. I mean, we've talked about it used to be super fucking. We used to talk about that. We've talked about this in the pod, like how much FA Cup used to mean, it's kind of lost that meaning it's kind of an empty trophy. Maybe arsenal caused that things long things. Thanks guys. Thanks us. Now I'm just kidding. I think it's just like over time like we just want like Premier Li. Or Champions League, which kind of like suck. 'cause like trophy is a trophy. I think it should be appreciated. But like we as the people, the media have kind of like dumbed down. I would love for the FA Cup. Have a resurgence goes thing is a major trophy. I think he can only be major if you like what like Santa Claus. Like if you believe in it, then Santa will come the polar express? No, but like it's kind of like if you do it the double, then it's like, oh, that's only like, here's a caveat by has to have a cat self. You can say like, okay, we had a good season. But if you like a Cup it with like the Premier League NFL Cup, FA Cup and Champions League, we'll be Jamie's like it's like, well, you're fucking awesome. But I'm saying, if you like the double like the domestic double is awesome. So anyway, back to the movie, West Ham and Millwall got selected in the FA Cup. So obviously Greenford who'll against pissed that Milwall like essentially almost murdered there for. Former head of it, Steve. So obviously it's all coming to a head both firms coming down the outsiders. Final final showdown can't start a rumble without me. They go meet up outside the game and this like weird on the water on the water like peer like industrial, like Parker, whatever. And you had some mother fuckers like it was like a Braveheart scene where you had the Millwall firm on one side, and then you had to West Ham firm on the other side and like they were holding just like brass knuckles, fucking wooden bats, and it was a genuinely reminded me of like shittier Braveheart because it was just like freedom, or you know..

"We all get a little gel sometimes little bro, jealous this bro jealousy. So it's very rare. You know, I get bro gel sometimes see one of my Bros hanging out with my other ones, say brenda's, I am. I get a little breathless low lobe of Mulia a little Bellas at my friend. So this is where things are getting very, very interesting. So bother goes to the rival who's been hinted at a little bit before about Millwall being the rival of West Ham, Bove to London clubs. So Millwall and West Ham do not like each other. They are actually historic fact. I like hundred years just like pure, just hatred, their firm, killing ones who always fuck what the flood. He is like in terms of like fighting each other and hating each other, which is funny. 'cause like for us who lives in the modern age, like West Ham's always been in the Premier League for us and like Millwall's always been in the championship. So for us, we've never really had the sea like them actually play each other, but like, but that did play each other. Last year or this past year, and it was either the care about Cup or did they all the funding commentators were like hyping it up because it was the first time they played each other in a competitive match. And I think cades probably, yeah, I don't think decades. I think it was like seven years, but like everyone was just like, we gonna watch resurgence of this. And of course it was fine. Mike, but like it just reminds you that those old rivalries are just so fucking real rivalries. Yeah, it's like you just fucking hate everything about this for no reason just because they like another team. Exactly because they were like no worlds in London, right? Yeah. Millwall's in London. So anyway. Bava Bama goes over to the rival head of the Milwall gang. Tommy Hatcher, who this guy just uses evil bond, villain, just despicable person, and they go to a little cafe where the Bava goes in and he preaches Tommy. So Tommy the head of the Milwall gang is like, you know, limit let them in, you know, whatever. You got a lot of balls. 'cause saying, you got some balls coming over here. So this is where it gets like you like, I like this like this movie's kind of guilty pleasure movie of my s very much guilty wrong, calm. But for guys guys yet, but violence. And here's this couple talking like kinda loudly. And especially this woman. So Tommy's can you shut the fuck up and the woman's? No, you can't talk to me like that. And he's like in the guys, the guy like knows who Tommy is head of the Milwall gang and he's like, all right. And just go that just beats the ever living shit. Oh, this guy and it's like really heavy. Like it's very grotesque, violent grotesque in like Saul, but very, like bloody like felt very real. And he just goes back and sits down and talks to bother and pretty much tries like pretty much give up his gang like when they're like when they're going to be at their pub and it didn't take much. I mean, like we've, we've been talking shit about fucking Matt being the bitch bother is the true like true villain. He got jealous. He went to this rival club the n. t. o. Tommy Hatcher. And he basically does this out of jealousy because he sees Matt's rise throughout the Jesse do. And so he. Kinda spills the beans to Tommy and basically the reason that or the way that they're going to trap Pete and Matt is because Matt is a journalist major, and apparently that's a no go in the house about this before, like the media is hated over in England, and he says this major league, I just wanna. I just wanna put this out like the the way they frame this in the movie it self. They made it sound. The English made it sound like he was a fucking real deal journalists, working with the New York Times undercover and cover. And he's like a second year journalist student at Harvard, like, let's let's fuck entire step back. All right. Libs. Give. I live targets. Speaking speaking as a lip tarred anyway. So what's it called blitz throwback to Steve who is Pete's brother. The one who is married to Shannon, the brother of Matt, he tries to go over and warned Matt of about being journo and my right am I am I skipped ahead or no, Pete Pete confronts him..

"Hundred flowers dot com twitter feed a coleman espn and i'll say espn speaking of that lebron guy brian windhorst espn nba insider says lebron wants to stay where he is right now however he wants to stay in cleveland he's looking for a reason to stay in cleveland but the trouble is when we get to july sixth or july eighth weighs about to make that decision what will the the boston celtics done by then of the seventy sixers done by then we'll all of the lakers have done by then and how will that compare it to the cavs and what they're able to do after four years at the top they're going to have a lot of a lot fewer options than those other teams and that's the real issue the broad is looking at has a lot if you options to go and where he wants to go it could be los angeles but that may not be able to work out it has to be either way with the brian james it has to be a sign and trade deal if cleveland wants to send them somewhere has to send somewhere lebron james wants to go somewhere else but going back to linnet tomas galarza says freddie i disagree with ian about not having a say if he says he's not signing with any team other than the lakers guess what no team is going to give the spurs what they want who knows they might need the trade him for a bag of balls good and i was texting back and forth with our good friend mark stein who brought up you know the kawhi leonard situation earlier on the stephen a smith show where the san antonio does not want to paraphrase and what's tiny most said earlier you know they don't want to deal with the lakers at all it was in kuwait can say that's where he wants to go all day long but if the spurs don't want to send him there they don't have to send him there so tech stein and said truly how much leverage does have being a free agent next summer he said he does have some leverage because of the spurs don't do something by the next trade deadline he can leave them for nothing so having said that this tiny milwall so said how much our team's gonna give when he can bolt after next year then that's an interesting aspect where one that i didn't think about when it comes to the hall quote that san antonio is going to want to get for kawhi leonard because you think of the name a top five player when he's healthy.
