First Berlin Production Equipment, New Largest Supercharger Location, Daimler Emissions

"Our here, and today we have a super charger network update, which is nice. Little throwback for those of you that have listened to the podcast for a long time I used to do those every day at the start of the podcast. We also have some news on Berlin paint a small little updates slash rumor. I would call it on Battery Day and the news on Daimler Nikola Motor as. Well. Tesla stock with another really strong day to day even though it was relatively quiet news wise finishing up seven point two percent to four hundred and forty nine dollars seventy six sense that compared to the Nasdaq up one point two percent we'll start off with these super charger news. This is coming from Brian Mac se on twitter, who is a long-time listener and I believe Patriot supporter of. The podcast who happen to come across a super charger network location under construction near Firebaugh California. As far as I can tell, this location had not yet been noticed. So upon Brian tweeting these out Tesla Motors Club Forum members did some digging on this and they were actually able to find that the permit for the site as well as planning documents for sort of a conglomerate travel center at. This location those documents disclosed that Tessa. We'll have fifty six spots for Tesla charging at this travel center. Assuming each of those spaces has a super charger associated with it. fifty-six chargers would put this as the largest superchargers location in North America and possibly in the world surpassing cattleman city in the United States at forty chargers and believe in China, there are a couple locations that have fifty chargers. So. Pretty exciting this location is between San Francisco and La driven miles. It's about two hundred and thirty miles from La and about one hundred and fifty from San Francisco. It's not clear if these will be all version three superchargers but I'd have to imagine that they would be and as far as other features go. It looks like about two thirds of them thirty eight of the fifty six. will be pull through hopefully accommodating the use of a trailer and making things a bit easier for the cyber truck and potentially also accommodating the semi of course, cincy unveil of the semi. We haven't heard much more about Tesla's mega charger plans. So hopefully, we get a bit of an update on that during battery debt. Right next today is an update on Gigabytes Lynn gigafactory underscore four on twitter. Has Been following. The gigafactory development closely looks like some equipment has started to arrive, and some of that equipment carries branding for Geico Tikey Shah? which is a paintshop solutions provider based in Milan Italy. There's also some signing there that is co branded between that company and desolate GEICO take show describes their approach by saying quote innovation is our weapon of choice were constantly increasing the technological possibilities in. Order to meet the needs of the most demanding customers in a highly competitive sector and quote they also seem to be heavily focused on sustainability and they're their paintshop operations. They have a project called the party's project, and they say quote with the Party's project launched in two thousand, five Geico Kotecki show was the world's first company to offer zero environmental impact paintshop reducing consumption by seventy percent and. So. Without really knowing much more about the company does he pretty good fit for Tesla we know Tesla has pretty big aspirations with the shop and gigabyte Lin Yuan talked about it many times and even setting Matt aside, it's good to start to see some production equipment on the grounds of Giga Berlian and though I haven't seen it yet. Maybe this gives us another milestone to compare the progress with Giga Shanghai from what I can. Tell, it looks like paintshop equipment started being put in place at Giga. Shanghai. In early to mid August of two thousand, nineteen with production of course, then starting about four months later. So if that's the case, if Berlin falls a similar time line that could potentially project out to start production and January probably best to keep expectations for later than that but I do think it's helpful to keep an eye on how those timelines compare all Right next up today is something that could end up being completely nothing but I thought it was at least interesting enough to share earlier today Fred Lammert over at electric tweeted out a couple of images of him holding a pretty significantly sized battery cell and Fred Ask if anyone has seen this battery cell before or you have some information about them, please reach out to him. A says also by the way, this new cell May. Or may not have been made by Tesla I don't really have much speculation to add this. A couple of people on twitter were saying that it does look like a tablets design which we've talked about and past episodes. But really just pointing out to say could be something to keep an eye out for the next couple of days if electric is able to you dig up a little bit more information on whatever this ends up being. Last couple of pieces of news here. Today I on Daimler Daimler has reached a settlement with the US government to pay one and a half billion dollars and settlements and penalties to the US and California State to resolve allegations of Daimler using emissions test cheating software to conceal the actual emissions from vehicles even with the settlement, and despite the fact that engineers at the EPA found software designed to cheat the emissions tests. Damore denies wrongdoing saying quote as stated in the consent degrees the. Class Action Settlement the company denies the authorities allegations as well as the class action plaintiffs claims and does not admit any liability to the United States. California plaintiffs or otherwise and quote. So I don't know kind of disappointing to see a settlement of that nature that doesn't require the admission of fault with such seemingly strong evidence against Daimler right lasting today is a quick update on Nikola Motors. It sounds like from the comments yesterday that most of you preferred that I don't do significantly. Deep dive on this budget stick to the high level updates, which I'm totally fine with if Trevor Milton wanted to come back on the PODCAST, I would probably do that. Otherwise, we'll stick with these updates anyway today the Wall Street Journal and other outlets are reporting that the Justice Department has started to also investigate Nikola Motors due to the allegations that they had misled investors by making exaggerated claims about their technology I know that sounds similar to

I mean <Speech_Male> we're all pretty much the same <Speech_Male> role human being so we <Speech_Telephony_Male> all pretty much act in the <Speech_Music_Male> same way in <Speech_Male> governments. <Speech_Music_Male> You know who more <Speech_Music_Male> or less they <Speech_Male> pretty much are going to <Speech_Male> be acting in the similar <Speech_Telephony_Male> manner you <Speech_Male> saw because I mean <Speech_Music_Male> okay. You've got trump <Speech_Music_Male> states that you also have <Speech_Music_Male> local governments that <Speech_Male> are basically the <Speech_Male> practically <Speech_Male> enacting <SpeakerChange> <Silence> the <Speech_Male> the <Speech_Male> quarantines in the close <Speech_Male> down <Speech_Male> your your local. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> Minnesotan <Speech_Male> government is the <Speech_Male> one who is effectively <Speech_Music_Male> working on the <Speech_Male> lockout. I <SpeakerChange> suppose <Silence> right right <Speech_Male> right so <Speech_Male> I mean that <Speech_Male> that that's the only thing I <Speech_Male> just end <Speech_Male> and try to you <Speech_Male> know. Try to try to keep <Speech_Male> yourself <Speech_Male> sane <Speech_Male> during when <Speech_Male> during the closed out <Speech_Male> you know. Just <Speech_Music_Male> it's it's hard <Speech_Music_Male> because those moments <Speech_Male> where you let you gonNA break <Speech_Music_Male> down and <Speech_Music_Male> people next to you're gonNA <Speech_Music_Male> break down so <Speech_Male> you know. Try to be supportive <Speech_Male> of the people next <Speech_Male> to you when they break down <Speech_Male> and you <Speech_Male> know try to <Speech_Male> get some support from <Speech_Male> them when you break down <Speech_Male> you know. Call <Speech_Male> a friend who might be <Speech_Male> alone <Speech_Male> is I think is important <Speech_Male> things like everybody should <Speech_Male> like shoes. One <Speech_Male> friend <Speech_Male> that they <Speech_Male> know is loan <Speech_Male> and <Speech_Male> keep in touch with them <Speech_Male> throughout the Corentin <Speech_Male> throughout the closed <Speech_Male> down. And if everybody <Speech_Music_Male> does that. I think we <Speech_Music_Male> can all kind of help each other <Speech_Music_Male> out. <Speech_Male> And <Speech_Male> that's <Speech_Male> pretty much. It's really just a lot <Speech_Male> of waiting. <Speech_Music_Male> You know it's <Speech_Male> really <SpeakerChange> tedious. <Silence> To be fair <Speech_Male> it <Speech_Male> is boring. <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> It's boring Armageddon. <Speech_Male> It's GONNA <Speech_Male> be interesting. Hell no please <Speech_Male> out definitely <Speech_Male> would want to check back <Speech_Male> in with you if <Speech_Male> if asked if there's a <Speech_Male> drastic change so <Speech_Male> we might have to do <Speech_Male> this again man but I <Speech_Male> I appreciate <Speech_Male> you taking the time man <Speech_Male> and and wish <Speech_Male> you your girlfriend <Silence> your whole country. <Speech_Male> <SpeakerChange> I mean the <Speech_Male> very best <Speech_Male> I wish <Speech_Music_Male> about Joey. <Speech_Male> You know best <Speech_Male> luck for all of Minnesota <Speech_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> and also <Speech_Music_Male> the United <Speech_Music_Male> States and everybody anybody <Speech_Music_Male> who might be listening <Speech_Music_Male> you know. I <Speech_Music_Male> wish you the best of luck. <Speech_Music_Male> Just <Speech_Music_Male> stay safe as they <Speech_Music_Male> say. <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> The don't don't play <Speech_Male> any crazy risks. <Speech_Music_Male> Because you know it's <Speech_Male> risky and don't forget also <Speech_Male> I mean you. It's not <Speech_Male> just a risk for yourself <Speech_Male> if you get infected and <Speech_Male> you pass it onto somebody <Speech_Music_Male> maybe has health condition. <Speech_Male> You're <Speech_Male> basically <Speech_Male> maybe yourself <Speech_Male> only had a small sickness. <Speech_Male> That person <Speech_Male> might die. We <Speech_Male> take care of it <Speech_Male> for yourself for the whole <Speech_Music_Male> community <Speech_Male> and then fuck <SpeakerChange> everything <Speech_Male> stumbled <Speech_Male> on. There <Speech_Male> was probably the best <Speech_Music_Male> message right now is <Speech_Music_Male> just <Speech_Male> appreciate how <Speech_Music_Male> interconnected we all <Speech_Music_Male> are <Speech_Male> good and bad <Speech_Music_Male> for all <Speech_Male> humans in this <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> <Speech_Male> <Advertisement> best baseline <SpeakerChange> right <Speech_Music_Male> now. <Speech_Music_Female> <Speech_Music_Female> <Music> <Music> <Music> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <Speech_Music_Male> <Music> <Music> <Music> <Music> <hes> and

"Them. And that's going to be a prominent in Los Angeles for for example but in all American cities have homeless population So homeless the The drug addicted the addicted and and what about lowly people? What about people who live alone you know I? I'm in context of phone concept. Some people who have nobody at their house. They didn't have a cat. You know and these people are going insane. What about people who Who are with a partner but do not have a good relationship with that partner. 'cause I'm lucky because I'm with a person that I'm crazy I'm really happy with this person. She's happy what if I'm like in a relationship is going on for ten years and maybe I'll be honest. I know somebody who was having an affair for this. I'm wondering about that person. Was that person going to do now. This person can't see the person they were having the affair with John Fox. This person must be going crazy and so I can imagine you. Know Domestic Violence What about depression talk about that? 'cause the added any kind of stressor who you know to to a domestic abuser or something like that. They tend to take it out of the people around him now. You're forced to be locked into these last one. I hadn't considered. Yeah I didn't think about amid interest interested again a bad word but what happens to the suicide rate over the? I'm in thinking about that myself. In fact I'm wondering why we haven't started this discussion yet because it's clear that there's going to be a peek. A rise in suicide. I mean come on if I were alone. Okay fuck even be thinking about it a little bit run. Let's be honest here. I be alone. You know that's what I'm saying. I try to keep a routine I tried to. You know have little things that break routine. I try to eat regular meals. I try to take care of myself to exercise. But it's very easy to slip and to stop doing that. Especially if it goes on and on and on and politicians tell you look. We're going to have to do another three weeks but I was about to leave the house. It's hard staying indoors. The only advantage I have is. I've I've done seven months in a county jail before and its way ores this way worse. Time when you're in because you don't have some of the the freedoms of technology and access and I definitely didn't have my girlfriend with me. Oh Gosh you sure well. I said girlfriend girlfriend with me. There's a different so but yeah I I be locked into a room now. I guess I guess you're right. Although at least they would. I suppose they would let you go out for some air. Kinda point of the day right for a little while. We can't even do that. Yeah you guys can't even just do like a walk around the block thing. Oh no now no before they did. Allow it now. I'm not really sure I think the the only exception at this point is like if you have a dog you can go out with the dog but only around your block so easily get a dog. Yeah right got a cat my cat. She's sleeping in a bag right now we are. We are going to be allowed at least as the Minnesota one is that we're going to be allowed to do exercise time within our general area and I don't know what the parameters are of that but what have you Week we had the we had that that we were allowed to then at one point they had to close down the parks because people are having parties there as So I don't know how I mean. How how long it's GonNa last glad? That's not just an ignorant thing happening here. Nah But spring breakers down and Florida's. I fucked go down here. And how we we were lucky that it wasn't warm weather yet because I think what you had is like it like in Florida. I saw there were full of people. That's the warm weather hit and in Italy was still a little bit cold so just before that how the nude beaches avenue opened up there yet. So you yeah I can imagine that if it had been during the summer everybody would have been beaching. We'd probably have a higher infection rate than we have now been higher. Well what's wrap this up Do you have any any thoughts that you can be what you want people to to take from this experience that we're all sharing or delight What you're dealing with right now. What you might thought is Is You know look towards Italy because I really do believe that at least two weeks ahead so if you wanna see the direction it's GonNa go win in your hometown. Just look towards. What's happening in Italy? You don't think that it's GonNa be that much difference you know and so that you can have an idea of how to move you know if you see that. Let's say better case in our. If you see things are getting better in Italy then that could be a ray of hope for you. It's going to get better for yourself as well. If you see that things are getting you know like the death spiking than you can say. Okay look I can reasonably assume that in two weeks it'd be a spike index and then if the deaths go down and I.

"Great work. She did everything I just wrote it. She did a great job. But I'm thinking of releasing it in an English formats next few days anyway although GonNa try to do that. And then the last one was really proud was called luck. You store there and we basically manage to make a little short spaghetti western in our whole notion. Yeah Yeah in all lacy later I'll make sure sure all that stuff megalomania no I I I. There's also English subtitles. You can you can. It's it's stupid little okay. It's really really stupid but you know it's just the fact that we can make it in our house you know with with with zero budget. It makes me feel satisfied so I mean I think comedians can somehow find a way to get you know but stand up and you know this. I'm sure is the most pure essence of comedy it's like the pure core combine is no barrier. There's no foul sophistication. There's no cost you. Nothing it's just you and the fucking audience and you better make them laugh now right you know and that is something that I do. Not want booths right no matter what. I didn't really take time to think about that appreciate that. You said that it's like if we do go into these. These ripples of we gotta go back to the House now. Time to turn the lockdown. It's going to be so detrimental to that. Is You need that? I mean that that is stand up comedy. Is that on inside you girl guy on stage talking to a group of people. That's the way it works. You can try hard you can do. This live like we're recording this right now to do a show in that form but it's never won't even be close to what that that connection between obvious. We're we're being poetic about it. Why not with the fuck me? I love it so much. It's like an and you know that like standup is always better. In a certain way when it's the Mo the more intimate. It is the better if you ever went to see like a standup show in a in a big arena. A hand up. Yeah exactly because it doesn't win committee people exactly but when you ever went to see that one comedy show. Maybe if somebody you've never heard of you know but he was just like twenty of you and you're all huddled together and there. Was this one emulate clawing at the comedian leg of the best. You know that's the best you know and then you just use this this this back and forth with the audience. Maybe there's some guy who is too drunk and he was ruining show but somehow you manage the both drew. I mean that is the pure essence standup you know. And so the the closer you are the better. It is the farther you are the worse. Which is why I hope that. Have distinct doesn't kill that close. God maybe the comedian you dislike be like maybe available had like a little little personal bubbles like boy in a bubble actually never saw that movie that was John Travolta all kind of go through the world now in our own little bubble suits here. I never seen that. I should watch it when they should watch a good movie or no not at all. But I heard it's not at all the good movie that I must see it and some movies you'll watch because they're good. Us lots of. Because you have to John Travolta bubble that might be a peak into the future. We were going man. We're we're become a bubble society. We have literal safe spaces at that point. Do you have your safe-space on as a brand of bubble got the new safe-space bubble on the side of it. What happened to all the safe-space people they don't give a shit anymore. I guess I guess when things are going good you look for problems that don't exist right now. We've got a real problem. We can put you got a real problem. It's like what you said. Fuck you you know I. If I go to the supermarket I could die. They did have their bill with what you said is like I don't feel comfortable with a fucking virus ravaging my friends my front door okay. I don't feel comfortable because the world doesn't make me feel comfortable. Sorry you know God. We did have that brief moment though. And when well actually? I guess it's still going on now. When when trump referred to it as the As the Chinese Virus Shit. But it's funny though because here in American media there's there's a video floating around right now of before that became an issue of all these media outlets doing the exact same thing which I was with trump the fact that he had crossed out corona and rewritten Chinese. I don't know I don't know legitimate. Not just like saying what he said Chinese virus that he actually said. Oh no here. It says Corona. Let me just write from that out and write Chinese and let me put a little little man with the hat to you. GotTa Ankle after that just fixes thing. This is a little too. Pcp Sir we need to. We need to spice up a little bit. Can you make a wall reference? Can we wall out this virus? Can we somewhere but did you hear that Prince Charles got it now? I shouldn't say things that are mean that trump people everybody everybody's already said Okay and of course the big. The joke that went around Italy goes the fact that Kudo and a means crown into the League and so the joke is this is the only crown however have I mean it was the first joke that came out and everybody made. It knows that works. It does work. Yeah yeah the so far. He is the least sympathetic of all the people who have it. He's he holds the crown of being being Lee sympathetic for me. Not but it's it's it's significant that person who's like wealthy and six can can still get hit by lemass about this. Oh have they still not released the The illness of of the pope is that still being kept is the pope. Seek is the pope. Is Folks Secret? Hope ill is. I didn't know about this Pope News. "Eleven happens. I remember thinking the next day. There's going to be conspiracy theories about this you know and there were you know and so I have no doubt when a a world shaking events either a negative or positive so it could be negative like nine eleven or positive like going to the moon. You know there's always going to be. Shall we say a background story behind which you can believe or not believe you know? I've just more worried about the consequences of the conspiracy theories you know. 'cause obviously a conspiracy theory against China's seems to really tap into the whole narrative that trump pants and that you know and and I'm I'm very nervous I don't want people to be. I don't want example Chinese Americans to be assaulted in. I was just getting ready to say that and that's already happening. That's already know it is an and that goes to that that degree of ignorance that I'm so worried about is there. It's one thing to think and consider something and look at something but but then when you Put the ownership of that onto a race or a an identity. You know in a case like now Chinese people were because we're so so many of us are so dumb over here. Anybody who looks Asian is of course. Yeah exactly yeah right right right. I'm from India. No you're Chinese. Whatever so I am terrified about that too because because those people have are completely innocent. And they're they're they're the first people that are going to be affected stories. And that's what I'm worried about them. If it was created a laboratory and there's proof I would like that proved to be brought to life. I want people to respond to it. I want there to be a diplomatic response. I want to be but I don't want some poor Chinese kids to be assaulted Middle Street because there's the thought that maybe it was created in Chinese laboratory and that's what I'm really worried about. And they happens here. It happened here in Italy to the words to change. People were being attacked. You know even.

"Create a story with this I would in fact say that it is. I would say that. It's genetically programmed to hit the Caucasian. And that would explain. White's killed more Italian and Spanish than it has Chinese. Burg's up at this is if I were a conspiracy. I'm not okay I'm like I'm inventing my story now and if I wanted to believe that story I could easily believe that story. You know I could easily believe that. It was a virus that China was creating for potential war. That was take place in ten years time. Got Out of control in that wits. Propagating and And everything but if I start believing that story if I start promoting that story I'm putting the world in a difficult situation because that means that we now have to go to war with China because that would be an attack on our sovereignty. Honestly I don't really want a war with China. I saw you know it's better for me not to believe that. Just believe that it's comes bats and that sometimes this happens you know. And if there's irrefutable data that proves that it has been caused by the Chinese. The Chinese Chinese government is going to have to respond to that. But if I do not have that irrefutable proof that I'm not gonNA start throwing accusations which could have consequences. That are very serious until I have enough proof that those accusations need to be made. I don't know if it makes sense what I'm saying. No I get what you're saying it to me everything. I try to keep as many things on the table as possible. Just because how we looking at things right now is not gonNA be how we're looking at them ten years from now bring so much we're gonNA have so much more history to look back on As far as to kind of wrap up the conspiracy talk of the part that Kinda got me least ask more questions was when China themselves and I think it was. Iran also both suggested that the US was involved in okay. So I'm like Liar. They if that's if this is you know nothing man made or whatever. Why do they think that? Is that a Some kind of way to Deflect blame on themselves or something they did or. Did we really do that? And if so what would be the car? Why would we do that? The unique timing of us you know. Just in the middle of this kind of this Trade war already as it is. Yeah it they all timed upright with with with Russia and Saudi Arabia doing their oil conflict. That was driving down oil prices around the planet it. There's a lot of control but again it could all be coincidental Dhabi time. I mean yeah well I mean the Iranian government is known for not being a virtual loving their own personal conspiracy. Goes you know I mean just just like we have conspiracy theories in the Western world. They have conspiracy theories eastern world in the Middle Eastern world. Often those conspiracy. Theories are flipped. You know it's not China but it's the West created it so I mean I'm sure that there's all kinds and I'm sure undoubtedly like you say. In ten years time people will still be talking about the conspiracy theory of the cockpit. I mean I know that you're for example. A big believer in the conspiracy theory of nine eleven. Absolutely you know and I can tell you this when nine.

"Researchers think. It's dangerous because it could crossover demand and create a virus and this thing started making the rounds and everybody was like. Oh this is proof. This is proof that it was made in a laboratory and Sabina leader League in fact immediately posted on his page so all his followers were immediately re posting it and he was saying to the government. You need to contact China. You tell China that they need to respond to what they have done. Etcetera Etcetera today. Things have calmed down. A lot of people come out saying no that was well known that China was doing this research. And we've already done studies into the research Studied the virus and we know viruses not been manmade. Because there's an imprint. That comes from the virus in which you can see if it is created a nature of its created by man and I had heard people say things like this In in the last few weeks I think there's a guy on Joe Rogan who say something like that simply and but the question is I mean the reality is. We don't know I mean I honestly don't know I don't know if it was made in a laboratory or link the possibilities of it's just having crossed over from an animal or quite high. I also think that if you are making things in a laboratory they might escape. I'm so but the hell do. I know I mean I. I really don't know anything. I am aware that I will argument or or thing. That people a spiracy CIDER suggesting That it maybe it's not manmade but it's it's man controlled. It was something that's it's men controlled. Yeah right were. It was intentionally let off. It may not be Sunday Craig but they knew them results. I knew what it would cause they knew what it would do. in well it's released or inflicted on a population in that context. It wouldn't have made it up one. I love stories. I love stories. I love conspiracy theories because I love stories buying them. I love legend if I if I and I I consider myself a bit of a Storyteller. We've we've never experienced that we've always experienced prosperity. There's wars illnesses but it's always somewhere else you know like is a war in Syria. There's a war over there. There's a thing and illness in Africa but there's never anything actually in your home so I think we kind of have that perception that at the beginning it was like. Oh it's in China but it's never gonNA arrive here in any way. The Chinese are dirty rats. The dogs bats. That's why they get it or we don't eat bats. We're not gonNA get it then. Italy gets it and I think the other countries are like well. The Italians are idiots. You know their governments always a mess you know. They're always kissing each other they like. Don't ship eat They're always a we have a better system over here in America and England. So we're not gonna get it and then you get it and then you don't know really know what else to do on nobody else to blame it on you know and I kinda ember re looking at the BBC. The before it hit you know and the there was like this. I think it was like a Norwegian Epidemiologist you know. And he's like very very very very serious. No sense of humor very very logical. And he's like Oh yes of course the UK is going to be hit very bad just like Italy and the and the The journalist is like what do you mean like trust like? It's that's not possible is yes. This is a virus at how viruses act by do not discriminate in any issues like shock. You couldn't believe that we need like talion. We're not Italian again. Hoods wittily and he's just like oh no. This is a virus. It just works this way. You know. It's a law physics. You don't hit you in the same way that it's it's like just the the rays of the sun or.

"Girls. It's Hilarious I mean I die laughing every morning it's B and their defense. We have a lot of white males in the southern parts of this country. That do the same thing for trump here but oh like I like it when he just sets his wig on his watch him on the news with a gun in one hand. They're digging the other so I can imagine that I mean there must be like one. Gay Republican. Who really gets the Hawks. I think there's much more than one dish much more than one. There's much more than one game or I'll just I like. I like his ideas watching in my underwear speaking of of that though and the idea of of what certain groups or political identities wanting to push towards You know the economic recovery before anything else. What were were in right now From wanting to you know by Easter I think was his projection. That where everything will be fine by. Easter had literally got people dying now and numbers are stacking up in cities or locking down. But we're GONNA have this all figured out here and you know less than a month I don't see that happen. I think it's dangerous. That's all that's that mentality. I think people do and I said this from the beginning. My my comedian buddy. Tom Simmons committed. I think The big contributing factor in this country. At least two deaths that are gonNA come is going to be a direct result of just ignorance. Maybe poor decision making Ignoring warning signs. Not Being as proactive as we should soon enough or for long enough. I think that's GONNA definitely add to the body count from that. We all had. I mean we had the same problem in Italy because I like the story. I was telling you we basically didn't and it wasn't just me and a lot of people just didn't believe it. You don't want to believe it because you know it's it's such a crazy situation that you it's never going to happen. Yeah you know so. It's it's the first time in our lives. You've ever gone through something like this and if you think about you say well you know previous generations have because they've gone through wars. They've gone through great depressions. They've gone through the Spanish flu. I mean these are things these.

"People. For example I was reading homeless. People are are still on streets. They're not receiving any money. Because there's nobody to panhandle from you know and they can't even scavenge for food because The fast food restaurants are closed. There's there's there's no food in the back I suppose maybe in the back lots of supermarkets. They're still open. But we're going to go. And there are sharing these. That are providing food for the homeless. But they have to also respect the social distancing. So there's like these very very very long lines of people homeless we have to respect social distancing. And it's IT'S A it's a humanitarian disaster or a series of levels right. You don't even think about it if and when we we get out of this and I'm Gonna I'm GonNa definitely hope we got us. It's going to be interesting to look back at how the homeless population was affected by this and also the lower economic end of people in pressure the spans every country. Because I mean we're already seeing it here when I started to hit you know and and you start hearing about all these athletes getting tested positive right. There's there's quite a few. But the fact that they were getting these these very limited tests these athletes who are in peak health condition probably on the lower end of of risk for the most part. They're all having access to to the test and the test is as I understand. It is like the key component controlling this to knowing where it's coming from and where it's going and who hasn't who doesn't in our at least in this country the biggest holdup really is the is having tests available for people who invested all that. So I'm GONNA I can only assume it's partly because I'm because I'm jaded. I don't trust the government as it is is going to be to look back five years from now all the all the cards around the table and we see what what had really went down How how much economic position or social position allowed to get tested entreated versus those who didn't have it who were who were deemed expendable at the time. What's going on in La Right now? Is that what's happening there because they've got an enormous homeless both enormous and it was. It's so bad that over last year or so. We were already hearing about all these. You know strange diseases and stuff were reoccurring things that haven't been around for years so I can only and that compounded with you know drug use issues and things that are that have plagued the homeless. They're in all over anyway. That all just kind of compounds the issue here not to mention. There's that that thing in people's heads like other homeless Fuck Them. You know that kind of thing. Yeah but even if it's like they're homeless fuck them. It's like it's let let let's take it from the least human point of view for. Let's say that you do not think homeless people deserve anything you know. They're they're failures. That rejects. It's all their fault. You know there's a laws presented went through the bill away just rights Atlit. Let's take it from that point of view. It's imagine I'm that type of person. Okay even there. You still have to look at them like pigeons. If you've got so many sick pigeons eventually those sick pigeons are going to make you sick right right so it's not even it's not even. I mean even from that point of view. You still have to take care of the situation. Yeah you know what I mean. How they choose to take care of those is kind of what terrifies me. And you are are are not as as Conspiratorial as I am knowing we argued a law about that you know I think the opposite of in fact during that podcast. We were having with cloud I actually said. Sh actually said John. You're basically the opposite of conspiracy theorist you're like you believe the government is always.

"Are you eating is like I'm just. I'm just eating raw past the she uses basically your your basic standards of human decency of fallen so have fallen so deep that you're just crunching on Azure said coming from Italy. That just seems and this is coming from Italy exact. Neither Italian brave unbearable would be over here US eating raw rama noodles. That would be which. I'm pretty sure we've got those too. I mean I I don't I don't dare to imagine what my life would be like if I didn't have this person here with me because I would certainly be besides the fact that I be depressed. I mean I'M A I'M A. I'm a depressed person. As it goes the best of times in other words I wouldn't do comedy obviously and so I can just imagine I'd probably be pringles every day. You know like you say Rahman probably prepare one big pot of pasta needed for three days in a row in without any type of condiments and then just masturbated which is mostly what people doing I mean. Let's let's let's be clear. I mean most people get up and tone of the masturbation that changes. Sometimes you masturbate. Because you're celebrating and then sometimes you masturbate. Because you're sad you don't -magine it'll be mostly and that. I think it's even worse than I think. You Masturbate sometimes. Because you don't know what else to do and that's the worst. Only the coordinating board eighty. It's like I got a half Hour Jack Up. That is the worst type of massive is. You don't even enjoy. It's like picking your note. It becomes a task that needs to be done at that place. My God we know they made porn hub free in Italy. It's free everywhere now. I think it's everywhere. I'm afraid to click on it though because if I click on the free content than I may before subscribe. No no no no no they. They made it free without having to put your credit card details. Oh I'm just saying I might have liked it so much need to became a utility to me that I have to say. Oh yeah that's true but I mean is is I mean. What's wrong with that is true to be fair. I mean his worst things you can. You know wasting my money even worse. I'm sure you did. Yeah so what's take it to where when things got really serious right when when death number started to stack and I it started to. It seemed like when Italy was kind of like was my barometer for what was going on here. I one time I had heard that we were two weeks away. From where are what was the actual number I think was? We started having like one gram when we had twenty five deaths in. I heard a statistic that said at twenty five deaths and we were basically where Italy was two weeks ago so I was like okay now now. I'm really seriously concerned about what's going on here because I was watching. What was happening there with and everything. So I think you kind of are because What if I don't have my dates wrong? And the quarantine started for me on the tenth of March or was it the third of March but I think it was the tenth of March. I mean even my perception of time is kind of going out of weight. It's weird. How does yeah? Data's today where it was. My birthday wouldn't leave me. It was so like I think it was on the ten so in theory. Yes I mean if you're starting the quarantine now you're GonNa Start it tomorrow night. Basically from what I understand in this state or in this you know in Minneapolis right very well. Yeah I mean 'cause we'll consider that I mean regions vary so I mean even North Lumber D is worse off than for example. I don't know campaign. Yeah or Sicily example. I mean Sicily Sardinia those islands. So they're kind of like okay. Got Under control you know. They're just doing the quarantine to avoid from getting out of control so it does vary from region to region so I can imagine that in the future states. It will vary from state to state But like focusing on Minneapolis. I think you kind of our because you probably go into currency now and then you're going to start to see the peak because I think the worst. The worst situation was like towards was like last week the weekend of last week because less repeat already been currency for almost two weeks and the infections kept on rising like really fast and the deaths were were rising really really fast and so obviously the I thought that you have is like will. We're in quarantine. Were avoiding as much as possible contact with human beings. Why isn't going down and the reason is logical? Because if you think about it makes sense it makes sense that People who got infected on the first week of March are starting to show the symptoms on the third week of March. Right send me that you're gonNA find yourself with a situation where a week two weeks of quarantine things are getting worse. And that's what I think the panic really sets in used. I mean I started getting anxiety attacks. I started taking valium. You know and stuff. I have two things that I do. WanNa get panic attacks? I I take the medicine and then I watched star Trek because Star Trek calms me down. I don't know if you if you're a trekkie oke which which Jin is next or which any any star trek any such doesn't matter. It's like all star trek except for discovery because every fucking sucks generation. I love next generation. My favorite Captain Picard is absolutely the best but the any search. I just watched star Trek with Valium and then I just kind of like calm down so I was watching a lot strip myself. Was there ever a star Trek episode where they dealt with a viral infection? Oh there were several of the Joey. Don't get me started. You don't WanNa lose the whole podcast episode talking about Star Trek. But let's start with with the famous star Trek episode where there was a virus that made people go insane. Okay we had Sulu with a yes. And he was on the Hubbard in in like slimy oil and he was jumping around the ship with his with his little sword and and I was wondering how did people in Nineteen sixty nine not realized that he was gay event sane mean it was kind of obvious there are several. There were several. I think there was also a famous like deep space nine episode where they went to the past in the past there had been like a virus that had taken out. People and poor people were put in prisons. And it's a whole universe star. We don't want to go into. We don't want to go into the truck you around but the point is I've been watching star trek intake. Valves whatever it is that calms you down when the quarantine become serious like that do it. Because you know you you're gonNA need it because it's GonNa get worse before it gets better at this time. It's confusing what's going on. It seems that the infections are going down with the deaths are rising and Actually this is kind of the worst part about the whole thing is that it's not just people who are dying because of the virus it's also people who have like other illnesses and can't get cures that they need because the virus is basic- basically monopolizing the entire health system. And this kind of because we were saying before the whole thing like it's just a normal flu or whatever from what I understand that I'm not a doctor or anything but the whole point is that this is. This is a flu okay. It's a very virulent few few you can. You can recover from it. You can get better okay but it requires enormous resources for you to get better and that's really the problem. So the problem is that you need respirators. For the worst cases you need respirators. You need You know all kinds of infrastructure and that infrastructure is limited in in in relation to the amounts of people who are getting sick and this is the real issue. The real issue isn't like people are just dying. It's not like you know There's immortal virus.

"And other comedians. We were putting together a podcast our own and we have we call comedians and things where we talk about different topics in every in every episode. And you know we said well. Why don't we do an episode on the Current Virus in Zion and Clod? Who's a good friend of mine? Data County I think you know her social media and she's she says well we should be careful about during the current virus situation can change so rapidly. You know that the podcast will no longer be up to date. So Screw. That shit flared up. Let's let's do it and then I immediately start with. This is all bullshit. It's GonNa pass and I totally trust my government going to quarantine for five Asos and then we'll be back to normal. I was like I was the first of Poos Poors so I know exactly what it's like to feel like this is not gonNa hit me and you weren't alone in that. I remember in that late February time that there were. I was posting a few things like I was like. This feels different. You know I was looking mostly videos from China and reactions and how the the the level of treatment when we see the Chinese officials walking down the street spraying the streets with some kind of cleaner disinfectant. Or whatever and you and you see videos released of doors being welded shut and I'm like this smells different than everything else. I remember about SARS and all that stuff and I was still getting. You know I wasn't committed one way or the other but I was getting people commenting on posted. I was making about that like hey look at this. And I'm like just fear Porn. This has happened before. So you're not alone in your skepticism. Yeah I love that term. Fear power just want to have a masturbated to yet so as progressed as as again late February. Early March here can you. Can you relate some of your maybe a changing emotions and things that you were saying as as this thing was taking hold of your country? Yeah so basically the first thing you see. Is you see people with masks which you probably see now in Minneapolis. Right if people going around and actually less than than I would suspect but it is starting to see be more. Well you know I like I again. I'M NOT GONNA. I'M NOT GONNA hide. I'm not gonNA pretend that I was like Cassandra or anything. I did not expect. It's hit so I was like These idiots with their stupid mass. So that I'll like it. I'll touch the bar on the on the on the subway. You know touch everything and I'll just sit down where somebody vomited does there is bullshit. It's fear mongering on the right it's because of the right it's the league because I'm I'm very left wing. You know they have they have a term Milan for people like me. They Call Them. Radzi couch chic. Which is like your your radically left wing. But in a way that's fashionable okay. Nice and they were like saying that you know the radical chic of Milan. Which just like they. They'd go to chinatowns specifically to prove that they're not afraid of it and they're gonNA spend each others mouth. 'cause it's just the league you know the the right wing party that wants everybody to be afraid of China and immigration. You know let's all in you know love each and so I was like I'm I'm on that back you know. Obviously so I'm like I'm not I'm not carrying it all. I'm not wearing a mask. I'm that wearing gloves. I'm just going to work. But then you realize that the situation slowly realised the situation becomes here is I think the rea the moment you realize it becomes serious is when the government is actually starting to close things down. Because you know okay. The schools nets the first thing. They closed down. The comedy shows got cancelled and I manage a few comedy shows myself and I was doing everything I could to keep them alive. Just we were looking like they release a decree and the decree would say You can have. I remember at the beginning. At some point. There was a thing where they said you can have a show but only if people are sitting down so like me and other. Comedians were trying to put together situations where everybody would be sitting down at a table so that we'd be within the measures of the decree perform. We're sitting at a table. Performing sitting. Down is that will not explain the audience so the audience sitting down. That's that wasn't acceptable. But if they were sitting down to be served that was acceptable. So if you made sure that every chair had access to a to a table to the dining table or something like a bar table then they could sit down official. We were looking for any kind of loophole. Basically until at one point I said well. Why don't we just wait for this whole thing to pass over and just cancel our shows you know and so I was calling colleagues from all over Italy saying. I'm sorry you can't come. Some of them were calling me and saying look. I don't feel comfortable coming to the show that you've Oakley fords and And so at the beginning. It's just you know comedians complaining. The the school kids are having the time of their lives like the city was invaded with teenagers. Just running amok you know because they're all suddenly free from school and nobody started you know e learning or distance learning yet because now all that's in place and other home studying and stuff was it. Was there any beginning of of the concern for the social distant this distance thing? Let me let happen leaders so I I'm trying I'm trying. I'm trying to get my dates right because I remember the last show I did think was on the twenty second or twenty third or fifth grade or remember and I killed by the way so now you say that worst thing would be if I had like died on stage and then I'd have to go through the whole quarantine thinking that I suck as a comedian. That'd be like a fog comes back and your last. That was a bad set. -actly because at least you know. What do you have a bad set? You're like well I'll get up tomorrow. And then maybe I'll improve and feel better about. At least they did well but that might pocket or would it. We started cancelling shows I think. Show the social distancing what it started yet I must have been so it must have been at the beginning of March right. Yeah so basically. We go through a whole week in which everybody's confused. Yeah so like from the twenty four to the first twenty four th of every first of March. Nobody knows what's going on. You know there's people like me who are just complete idiots are thinking all we gotta get the Comedy Rolling Again. This bullshit this. It's just a normal flu. That was the classic came out that we we've been saying that since February so it's just a normal flu. It's just a normal flu. It's just the the old people are going to die. Who NEEDS THEM ANYWAY? Less pensions it's more money for this. Is The you know the worst thoughts that might be the most frustrating thing I hear is people who are like well. Yeah but we have all these deaths of the normal flu every year and they can't wrap their head around the conceptualize the difference between what a normal flu. Death is in what we're seeing here with. This flew in. We should talk about that later. Because it's interesting 'cause even I was like part of that can get on with like it's a normal flu getting all over intuit's the media just fearmongering fear porn and that's another but it wasn't just us it wasn't just like idiots like me. I mean it was even the government itself. I mean the the mayor of Milan. Who's actually well beloved mayor? You know who's left-wing Democrat whatever Piece of his name he actually Shared the Hashtag not part of the which means that Milan continues. Milongo's on you know because the New York of Italy. So it's like you know as they are known for being workaholics. And they're always they always WANNA work work work and make money and the you know the very different than other. Italians that are more relaxed Milan. People like they're always in a rush and that was a very Milan thing to say we're going to continue working continue working and everything and he was even promoting he was like saying. We're not gonNA closed the pity TV where we're not going to close the the clubs. I mean my girlfriend went to a party on the first of March on. I think on Saturday the twenty ninth of March. We went out looking for pity evil and I noticed that the streets were empty because there were people who are much smarter than who are like had already figured out. This is a dangerous situation and I was like going around Milan and I find you know in a nice uppity fever and there's nobody there and there's all this food says let's get beer. Let's get a drink. Let's have the food it's all for us. This is great. I liked this epidemic. It's awesome you know not unbeknownst to us for obviously risking basically debt run by having that it ends looking at the video and pictures from from Italy and like the you know the the tourism hotspots and all that stuff. It's it's it's stonning seeing airy. Yeah a the the the the pictures came out about the you. Know the I can't remember the name of the of the location but play the things I've never seen pictures of without masses of people seeing them. They're just jack deserted in the middle. Hey did you see the pictures of Venice? Yeah Oh yeah. The the canals declared welcoming again. That's that's like the most amazing thing. Is that if if I stick my head out of the window here. The air of Milan is clean. And that's like the silver lining to the whole thing is that actually. I look outside. Have little a little small little garden out of my house and there's it's full of pigeons. It's like nature's reclaiming the world just yet just that quick. It's like it shows you. How how you know really. Small humanity is insignificant. We are in the in the span of history. It doesn't take long for us to be wiped away but it just disappeared for not even month. You know in already. Nature's reclaiming everything you know the Earth Bill so much more relaxed retina like. Yeah I mean well think about think about all the planes that are not buying a member like they said you know. Greta Thornburgh didn't want people to use the plane. While here you go you know wish. Granted congrats gotTA exactly what you wanted. And you can see the difference. But anyway I mean like I keep on saying I was a total then. It was the first week of March the first week of March. I'm still completely oblivious to everything you know. I'm I'm I'm I'm still going work. I'm still doing and Like I said you know. Meanwhile meanwhile but I'm starting to think something's going to happen. I don't think it's a danger but I think something's going to happen. So like on the second third. I was already of March. I was already stocking up and pasta and beans and tomatoes stuff like that and then we had the supermarket rush like happened three weeks before it happens over in the states. You know where. Ironically we didn't have the toilet paper rush that you had a matter of debate why this didn't happen in Italy but many people believe because in Italy we have the BJ's okay so you like nobody really cared about toilet paper. It wasn't an issue. Just wash asses water the day. Sales have gone up here. So Yeah we've actually consider getting one for our house but actually besides the corona virus a day so. I let me let me let me. Just let me just defend be you have no idea the pleasure of just spraying warm water on your asshole and slit sliding your finger in a little bit. Joey. I want you to know you. You're missing out as much as I enjoy. Pooping regular I can only imagine what it would be like to be able to to poop and then have warm water shoved in my asshole. It's amaz- it's like it's I would never leave the bathroom. At that point. I would know in fact in fact I hardly do. I would be recorded as up so right now on the toilet.

Johann Sebastian Bach 2: The Sons of Johann Sebastian Bach

"Johann. Sebastian Bach was the greatest member of a musical dynasty beginning in sixteenth century Germany. Three Hundred Years. Worth of box held jobs as town. Musicians organist and choir directors Johann Sebastian's. Father was a musician. His grandfather was a musician and his great grandfather was a musician. All the male members of the family were trained by their fathers uncles and older brothers to carry on the tradition. That's by no handsome. Asean box Uncle Johann Michio or John. Michael Bah his daughter. Maria Barbara Married Johann Sebastian. Who was her second cousin? I guess that made her Maria. Barbara Bach. Pa IN GERMAN WORD MEANS STREAM BUT JOHANN. Sebastian produced a whole ocean of box. He and Maria Barbara had seven kids when Maria Barbara Died Balk married. A singer named Anna Magdalena and had thirteen more children twenty in all J S. That's short for Johann. Sebastian Bach expected his sons to follow in his footsteps and several of them became well known composers. Box oldest son bill him. Freedom on or W. F. Baugh worked mostly as an organist. He never quite lived up to everybody's great expectations even though he wrote some Nice music the fifth child the third son of J S Baugh was Carl Philipp Emanuel Norse EP. Aw He was very successful. Cpi box spent years working for the flute. Playing King of Prussia. Frederick Great Frederick. The great never went anywhere without his flute. Not even into battle so. Cpa Bach wrote a lot of music both CPI and W. F. were sons of J s Bach's first wife Maria Barbara Anna Magdalena Baw. Second wife was the mother of his youngest son. Johann Christian J C Bach was the most radical member of the clan for starters. He left Germany and went to study and work in Italy in order to get a job at the cathedral in Milan Italy. This Bach did something. Nobody had done before he changed. Religion converting from Lutheran Catholic and J C Bach. Did something else. His father had never done. He wrote operas after Italy. He moved to one of the hottest cities in Europe for Italian opera and became known as the London Bach. That's right people in London. England were crazy about Italian opera even or especially if it was written by Germans. There's a man named Peter Shakily who claims to know about yet another box son P Q. According to Peter Shakily until he discovered P Q. No one wanted to admit that he existed. Peterson says that's because PD Q. Box Stole Music from other composers and came up with things so outrageous that they make people laugh because it makes people laugh. Peter Shakily keeps right on composing. I mean discovering music Cuba that's from PD Q. Bach piece called Kanaya in Brooklyn. That's written for Double Reeds. When a COMPOSER SAYS MUSIC IS FOR DOUBLE REEDS? He means oboe. Zampa Soons instruments that have double reeds sticking out of the top of them. Blowing into the reads is what makes the instruments sound but PD. Cuba wrote for double reeds without Hobos and bassoon. Attached the words pretty funny to watch it to us to be home you know moves run grounding knows

Valter Longo, PhD - Nutrition, Fasting Mimicking Diets, Regeneration and Longevity

"Dr Vaulter Longo originally planned to be a rock musician. But luckily for us he became an international rockstar doctor. In the field of longevity evident nutrition Volker is a professor and director of Gerontology Biological Sciences at the longevity institute at the University of Southern California and he's also the director of longevity and cancer programs at the Institute of Molecular Oncology in Milan. Italy a little over a year ago Time magazine. Gene named DR Congo one of the fifty most influential people in healthcare for his work on forty two international clinical studies and groundbreaking research on the fasting mimicking diets. Away to read your body of well. A mutated cells while rejuvenating are healthy ones. He's the creator creator of the five day fasting mimicking Diet and the author of the international bestselling book the longevity. I I was nineteen. I think when I started working on aging and At the time it was a music student in Texas University of North Texas. FAMOUS JESSICA CESCO. Obviously it was in my head all along because I did not think about what I had to do. I say I have to study aging and I always thought what an incredible challenge bald scientifically but also taught. Why is every doctor working? and He seems to me and like that's where the problem is So yeah so I. I have to say beside the years very early years. I I've always worked on this that's that's all I've ever then. Because I had read about you that you had initially wanted to be a rockstar. I started the same way my my initial thought was to be a Rockstar Rockstar. And then I realized that I was lacking one key ingredient and that was talent So I quickly switched to something that I felt I could do better and you still involved in music. It's a little bit more now I think in the You know fundraising levels over thinking of doing some some cancer onset or something like that to raise money for research. Yeah so I always Worth an aging. Since the early nineties was like enough to be a student of Roy while for Ucla was a pathologist there and it was my first mentor new at the time. The the world Most well known person working on calorie restriction and the longevity and saw I followed up on his on his he's working and So for the best Twenty seven years. We've been focusing on other. Take this old idea of station fiction and make it make it a newer idea that can be brought to the clinics all over the world so so Dr Longo. You've been looking into various diseases that are related to aging That I guess are anti longevity Diseases such as cancer and and auto immunity and cardiovascular disease obesity and how these diseases might be affected and possibly even untreated with a modification of Diet and With intermittent fasting. Yes so what we really focusing. Because he now is What I call the longevity program and and and saw a mouse Has It on. DVD program that is it's about two and a half years long Into I ran. The lifespan is two two and a half years but this the health span is maybe one and a half years of mice started developing cancer maybe after one and a half years out of the two and a half years lifespan so then the idea. Da is why is it that people don't get cancer in most cases until they're forty or fifty or older So there is clearly Did the possibility of getting cancer is under the control of this program. So what we're really talking about here are cells that have kind of an aging problem. Yeah that's what we're going after we're going to have to the fundamental changes in cells And in the collection of south that eventually will lead to dysfunction. What does the Diet that you are proposing that has been shown to have these immune modulating effects and the longevity? Well let me just interrupt for a second here You know I think we're talking about two different kinds of diets there's one there's the Intermittent Diet that you would do three times a year optimally on. But then there's your daily diet so can you comment on each of those we did Epidemiological study using the CDC database. A few years ago. Oh where we showed that Americans eight the highest level since they had About seventy five percents increase risk of overall mortality about three to four fold increased risk for developing cancer Compared to those that had the lowest protein intake so this is about you know out you eat every day and Now this was true only up to sixty five so if you When when the CDC asked the question two eight year-olds There was no longer true. In fact people eight year old were reporting. Having a law protein intake did not do very well So Oh you know this is really important that To understand that this is not we liked to have simple answers like low protein high-protein. This is good this this is bad. It doesn't work like that. It's a complex environment. You just have to learn how to navigate it and and it's not you know once you learn and you have the right physician or or or or Dietitian helping you. I think is fairly straightforward but there are a lot of data that says that high fat diet has an increased risk of colon cancer and breast cancer Animal fats and high protein seems to be Bought associated with increased mortality increased risk for Cancer increased risk for cardiovascular disease the ideal everyday diet seems to be a fish plus plus Vegan Diet That is you. We know high nourishment and low protein Then the fast moving the festival making that is really something very different. And it's not even intermittent in nature. Can you describe the intricacies of the fasting mimicking diet. What does it entail? Yeah so the fast making diet is is a law sugar. A high fat good fats are low. Protein colorist diet and fats. By that you mean Omega three versus Omega Six. Then what are you referring to good fats. I refer to Type of fats. That are associated. Will Jerry the And health span extension so the the olive oil plant plant based of a certain kind that the is for example Avocado as an daas thus far not been associated with longevity extension but Not have and so as olive oil So those yeah that's what we're focusing on the ones that provide the fats the certain type of fats but also that are being consistently associated with higher health status in longevity
